Out of respect for the victims of the Holocaust I will be ignoring the cynical creation of the modern, secular state of Israel known as Yom Ha’Shoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day). Last year the Erev Rav, who falsely advertise Israel as a Jewish state and pose as Jewish leaders, barred actual Holocaust survivors from attending Holocaust memorial ceremonies because they did not have their health papers.
No Jew or human being with an ounce of self-respect or respect for the victims of the Holocaust will continue to stand silently when the Erev Rav blow their sirens, in a mock tribute to Holocaust victims that serves only to whitewash their crimes. Those who truly respect the victims of the Holocaust, who truly internalized our obligation to prevent anything resembling it to ever happen again, must ignore the sirens and the cynical ceremonies of today’s perpetrators and collaborators.
It is precisely because I remember the Holocaust and learned the lessons that I will not take part in their theatre. I will not stand silent.
