Zionist Organization of America Slams ‘Outrageous’ Plan to Train 5,000-Man Palestinian Commando Army

March 19, 2023 – ‘The administration’s plan is a horrifically grotesque idea, which will weaken Israel’s counterterrorism defenses while massively increasing Palestinian Arab terrorism,’ says Zionist Organization of America National President Morton Klein.

The Zionist Organization of America (ZOA) said that it “denounces, in the strongest possible terms, the Biden Administration’s unconscionable, illegal plan to provide commando training in Jordan to a 5,000 Palestinian-Arab army of terrorists or future terrorists; and to then equip and deploy this Palestinian-Arab commando army in Judea/Samaria, along with foreign and U.S. forces.”

The ZOA elaborated that “the administration’s horrific, frightening, dangerous plan also requires Israel ‘to sharply curtail IDF counterterror operations.’ U.S. security coordinator Lieutenant General (LTG) Michael Fenzel, who is currently responsible for training Palestinian Authority (PA) police in Judea and Samaria, proposed training the new 5,000-strong commando army, and deploying foreign forces, including U.S. military forces, on the ground.”

“Thus, under the Biden administration’s plan, Israel would be restricted from defending innocent Israelis from terrorists; and much of Judea/Samaria would become a ‘safe haven’ for terrorists to retreat to and be celebrated after perpetrating murderous terror attacks in Israel, with no consequences.

German tourist attacked in Shechem: ‘It definitely changes my mind about the Palestinians’

German tourist Jerald Hetzel, who was attacked by an Arab mob, recounts the terrifying moments: ‘I didn’t know if I would get out alive.’

Mar 19, 2023, 10:26 PM (GMT+2) – Jerald Hetzel, a young tourist from Germany, was attacked together with a second tourist on Saturday by an Arab mob in Shechem (Nablus) after he entered the city with a cooperative vehicle rented from a Tel Aviv car rental service bearing a small Israeli flag.

“We felt very, very afraid,” Hetzel told Kan 11 of the ordeal, “I didn’t know if I would get out alive because they had so much hate against us.”

Hetzel says he did not expect such an attack since he had traveled to Judea and Samaria in rented cars in the past and had no issues. “We were literally attacked by a mob of young angry people from the street,” describes the young tourist.

“They suddenly came out of the taxis and surrounded us, and we tried to explain in English that we are tourists from Germany, that we are both not Jewish so that we are not a target for them. But they didn’t understand, they didn’t even listen. They just screamed at us, and they started to bump our car with their fists, and then they took traffic signs and rocks and began to throw them at us.”

Smotrich says government should ‘do more’ against terror

Finance Minister attends event in France, says after Huwara attack Israel much ratchet up war on terror.

Mar 19, 2023 – Israeli Foreign Minister Bezalel Smotrich told a gathering of French Jews Sunday that Israel should do more to combat Arab terrorism.

Speaking after a terrorist shooting attack in the Arab village of Huwara in Samaria Sunday afternoon, Smotrich made a veiled criticism of the Netanyahu government’s handling of the ongoing terror wave, saying the government “does not do enough” to combat terrorism.

“I am fighting for this within the government. My job is to bring security and peace to the lives of the citizens of the State of Israel.”

Smotrich in Paris: There is no such thing as a Palestinian people

Finance Minister speaks at Paris event in memory of Likud activist Jacques Kupfer: The truth needs to be told without bowing to distortions of history and without succumbing to the hypocrisy of BDS and the pro-Palestinian organizations.

Mar 20, 2023, 6:45 AM (GMT+2) – Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich spoke at an event in Paris on Sunday night, during which he stated that “the Palestinian people are an invention that is less than 100 years old.”

Speaking at a tribute event in memory of Likud activist Jacques Kupfer, who died of cancer two years ago, Smotrich said, “Jacques’ truth must be told with all our might and without confusion, he said there is no such thing as Palestinians – because there is no such thing as a Palestinian people. We need to tell the truth without bowing to the lies and distortions of history, and without succumbing to the hypocrisy of BDS and the pro-Palestinian organizations.”

Smotrich claimed in his remarks that he himself is Palestinian. “My grandfather, who was the 13th generation in Jerusalem, is the real Palestinian. My grandmother, who was born in Metula more than 100 years ago to a family of pioneers, is Palestinian.”

Ben-Gvir calls to ‘quickly’ pass death penalty for terrorists after second Huwara attack

March 19, 2023 —-“Quickly pass the law giving terrorists the death penalty and to say clearly that any murderer who leaves their home to harm Jews is sentenced to death!”

National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir called on the government to “quickly” pass a law approving the death penalty for terrorists on the heels of another shooting attack in the Palestinian village of Huwara that injured an American-Israeli couple.

“I call on my friends to quickly pass the law giving terrorists the death penalty and to say clearly that any murderer who leaves their home to harm Jews is sentenced to death!” Ben-Gvir said.

Ben-Gvir’s comments came on the heels of a shooting attack by a Palestinian terrorist and hours after Israel’s High Court of Justice ruled against allowing him to give operative instructions to Israel Police, especially during the anti-government protests roiling the country.

During Sunday’s attack, David Stern, a Krav Maga instructor, shot and neutralized a Palestinian terrorist near Huwara after the terrorist shot him at point blank range in the head. Stern, who served in the U.S. Marines for four years, was evacuated with his wife Rachel to a hospital in Petach Tikva.

WATCH: Scene of terror attack in Huwara, injuring 2 Israelis

‘COOLEST HEAD UNDER FIRE’: American-Israeli victim shoots Palestinian terrorist after being shot in the head

March 19, 2023 – David Stern is a “professional fighter” who is “the coolest head under fire in existence.”

A dual American-Israeli citizen managed to draw his own weapon and shoot and neutralize a Palestinian terrorist after he was shot at point blank range in Huwara on Sunday.

David Stern, a martial arts instructor, was wounded when a Palestinian terrorist shot him in the head after approaching his vehicle on Route 60 near the Palestinian village of Hawara, Samaria. He then shot the terrorist who abandoned his Carlo-style machine gun and fled, before being caught by Israeli authorities who neutralized him.

MK Tzvi Sukkot from the Religious Zionist Party described Stern as a “professional fighter” who was “the coolest head under fire in existence.”

“After sustaining a direct volley [of gunfire], he managed to return fire and wound the terrorist – and then treat himself. A miracle happened here!” Sukkot tweeted, adding that Stern was a “dear friend.”

Stern, and his wife, were evacuated to Rabin Medical Center-Beilinson in Petah Tikvah. She was treated for shock. He was described as being in moderate to serious condition.

Their children were in the back of the vehicle but were not harmed in the attack. The couple were evacuated to a hospital in Petah Tikva.

[Ed.:  We need Musloid terrorists inside of Eretz Yisrael like we need another hole in our heads!  They should not be here! “THEY MUST GO!” ]

Israeli man wounded in second Huwara shooting

The victim, David Stern, who served in the U.S. Marine Corps, was driving with his wife on Route 60

The terrorist was arrested.

(March 19, 2023 / JNS) A terrorist opened fire at a car on Route 60 in the Arab village of Huwara, just outside Nablus, on Sunday, seriously injuring a 41-year-old man.

The victim has been identified as David Stern, a dual Israel-U.S. citizen from Itamar and a trainer of fast-response defense units made up of Jewish residents in Samaria. He served in the U.S. Marines Corps and is a martial arts expert, having trained in Japan.

Stern is in stable condition at Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva. “He hit the terrorist. He shot him. The pictures of the bullets you see are bullets he fired, not the terrorist,” said a source at the hospital.

[Ed.:  The terrorist was arrested”?  WTF!  The terrorist was an enemy combatant, not a civil criminal.  That he was not eliminated on sight is proof that Jewish blood is cheapest in IINO!]

Israeli, Palestinian officials hold security summit in Sharm el-Sheikh

March 19, 2023 – The meeting comes nearly a month after the two sides agreed on the need for a “de-escalation” at the Aqaba talks.

Israeli and Palestinian officials were scheduled to meet in the Egyptian Red Sea resort town of Sharm el-Sheikh on Sunday, amid escalating tensions in the region in the run-up to Ramadan.

Jordan, Egypt and the United States were also to participate in the security summit, which comes nearly a month after a similar summit took place in the Jordanian Red Sea port city of Aqaba.

Nearly three in four Palestinians favor Huwara terror attack

For the first time since the establishment of the P.A., a majority (52%) of Palestinians now support its dissolution, according to the Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research.

(March 19, 2023 / JNS) Seventy-one percent of Palestinians support the terrorist murder of two Israeli Jews in Huwara, Samaria, on Feb. 26, according to a public opinion poll conducted earlier this month. Only 21% of those surveyed were against the attack and similar armed attacks.

Brothers Hallel  Yaniv, 21, and Yagel Yaniv, 19, were shot by a Palestinian terrorist as they sat in traffic in the Arab village.

The poll, conducted by The Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research in partnership with the Ramallah office of the German think tank Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, shows a general hardening of attitudes in the Palestinian population, with growing support for a more militant approach to the conflict with Israel.

For the first time since the establishment of the Palestinian Authority, a majority (52%) now support its dissolution, while just 42% say the continuation of the PA is in the interest of the Palestinian people.

[Ed.: Israel’s ‘peace partners’ need to be expelled from the land altogether. Enough fucking around with them for decades, no? This is allegedly a “Jewish Homeland”, not a Jew-killer homeland!  Expel them, every one of them.  We cannot coexist with people who kill us all day, every day! ENOUGH. Time to wrap their dead bodies in pig skin.]

Israel’s Supreme Court bars Ben-Gvir from instructing police at protests

“The minister must refrain from giving operative instructions to the police, either directly or indirectly,” the ruling states.

(March 19, 2023 / JNS) –  Israel’s Supreme Court ruled on Sunday that National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir cannot instruct police on how to respond to mass demonstrations against the government’s proposed judicial reforms.

“The minister is not allowed to give operational instructions regarding the implementation of policy, the manner in which force is used, the means of dispersing demonstrations, and conditions regarding the time, place and manner of the event,” the ruling states.

“The minister must refrain from giving operative instructions to the police, either directly or indirectly, and this is especially true regarding protests and demonstrations against the government,” the ruling continued.

[Ed.:  Lemme get this straight:  the National Security Minister, Itamar Ben-Gvir, cannot direct/instruct/order the police?  Is this governmental structure some kind of surrealist movie/joke/farce? What do we do now, build a sea-worthy ark?]

Israel’s Targeted Counter-Terror Raids Contrasted by Wanton Palestinian Attacks   by Steven Emerson
March 19, 2023 – Israeli forces again entered the West Bank terrorist hotbed Jenin Thursday, reportedly killing four people, including two senior members of Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

The raid comes less than a week after three Israelis were shot in Tel Aviv, two critically, in a terrorist attack claimed by Hamas.

Terrorism originating from the West Bank soared last year, a comprehensive data analysis released in January of 2022 attacks by the Meir Amit Intelligence and Terrorism Information Center shows. The center provides the best open source intelligence and analysis in the world, not only about terrorist groups on Israel’s borders but also about all jihadi groups and their worldwide operations as well as Iran and its numerous hit squads, and generates unique reports such as the recent one about how Palestinian children have become latest recruits in the terrorist war against Israel.

‘No surprise, no secret’ – Galilee residents say they repeatedly warned IDF about porous border fence

By Lauren Marcus, World Israel News

March 16, 2023 – After terrorist infiltration and bombings, local politician warns of vulnerabilities to Israel’s security fence on Lebanon border.

Residents of northern Israeli communities adjacent to the border with Lebanon said that they’ve repeatedly warned the military and government about the ease with which infiltrators can cross into Israel.

They told Hebrew language outlet Walla News that they were “not surprised” by a recent terror bombing committed by a Lebanese national who slipped into Israel territory undetected.

“The fact that the border has been breached is old news as far as we are concerned, we have been warning about this danger for years, [informing] both the security authorities and the public,” Moshe Davidovitch, a local politician, told Walla News.

The porous northern border “is not a secret. On the contrary, it has already become a well-known fact as far as we are concerned,” Davidovitch added. “We feel it every day that we live here.”

Davidovitch stressed that residents of northern communities have “warned time and time again that our localities are vulnerable to infiltration.”

He said that in recent years, “migrant workers easily entered [Israel from Lebanon] and roamed, unhindered, throughout the area until soldiers or civilians caught them.”
