Feb. 15, 2024 3:40 pm – The Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic convened on Thursday to commence the first part of its hearing series titled “Assessing America’s Vaccine Safety Systems, Part One.” Chaired by Rep. Brad Wenstrup (R-Ohio), the hearing aimed to dissect the effectiveness of vaccine safety reporting, injury response, and compensation mechanisms post the contentious COVID-19 vaccine distribution.
The federal government’s surveillance system, designed to monitor injuries from vaccinations, has come under criticism for failing to adequately inform the public about vaccine injury reports.
This failure has contributed to eroding trust in vaccine safety, according to some experts. The compensation process for those adversely affected by the COVID-19 vaccine also faced scrutiny for apparent inefficiencies in handling the surge of claims related to the novel vaccine.
Chairman Wenstrup criticized the Biden regime for the coercion of healthy Americans into compliance with “unscientific vaccine mandates” without a robust system in place for protecting and compensating individuals who suffered harm due to vaccination.
“This hearing is an important step to increase vaccine transparency and to ensure that victims of future vaccine injuries are properly compensated,” said Chairman Wenstrup.
The Gateway Pundit reported in 2022 that while the United States does have a vaccine injury compensation program, many Americans who have filed claims after being injured by the experimental COVID vaccines have not received compensation and many were denied for not meeting the standard of proof.
The CICP’s data for Fiscal Years 2010 through 2024, current as of January 1, 2024, shows a total of 13,406 claims filed, out of which 12,854 are related to COVID-19 injuries.
“Of the 12,854 COVID-19 countermeasure claims, 9,682 allege injuries/deaths from COVID-19 vaccines and 3,172 allege injuries/deaths from other COVID-19 countermeasures. This 3,172 claims include those where it is unclear upon initial submission of the claim whether the injury/death is alleged from a vaccine or a non-vaccine COVID-19 countermeasure,” Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) wrote on its website.
All of this happened after the release of the COVID-19 vaccination. To date, only 11 of these have received compensation. This figure represents a rise of three since November 1, 2023, and an increase of eight since October 1, 2022.

The hearing, overseen by Chairman Rep. Brad Wenstrup (R-Ohio), probed the effectiveness of the vaccine safety reporting system, as well as the compensation process for vaccine-related injuries.

While the report has yet to confirm any criminal wrongdoing by these organizations, it suggests that many of the criticisms concerning non-pharmaceutical interventions during the pandemic may hold weight.
“On December 13, 2022, the Governor of the State of Florida issued a Petition for Order to Impanel the Twenty-Second Statewide Grand Jury,” the report reads.
“In its 19 pages, the Petition described a litany of statements by pharmaceutical executives, state and federal government officials, doctors, scientists, reporters and other individuals regarding the safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines, ultimately deeming it “to be in the public interest to impanel a statewide grand jury to investigate criminal or wrongful activity in Florida relating to the development, promotion and distribution” of these vaccines.”
“On December 22, 2022, the Florida Supreme Court responded to the Petition by issuing an Order Directing Impanelment of a Statewide Grand Jury and tasking what would eventually become this body to determine whether “pharmaceutical manufacturers (and their executive officers) and other medical associations or organizations” engaged in “criminal activity or wrongdoing” with respect to their involvement in the development, approval or marketing of COVID-19 vaccines.”
The Grand Jury, selected through a random process akin to that of any legal jury, outlined its investigative approach, expressing a diligence that seemingly surpasses that of the FDA’s during the health crisis.

The Corona Committee received a lot of donations which they believed were not safe due to the recent history of bank accounts being seized by complicit governments. One million Euros in gold was purchased and put in holding. To fund operations, both Reiner Fuëllmich and Viviane Fischer took out secured loans. Reiner’s loan was for seven-hundred-thousand euros and was to be repaid with the proceeds from selling his home. All documented and agreed upon by the committee.
Members of the Corona Committee met with a law firm in August of 2022, and filed criminal charges against Fuëllmich. Committee members, Justus Hoffmann, Marcel Templin and Antonia Fischer, claimed that Füllmich embezzled seven-hundred-thousand euros, the loan that he officially took out. They claimed he was a violent anti-Semite and that if he were given the opportunity to comment before criminal proceedings began, they would not file the complaint.
Two warrants were issued for his arrest, from Germany and from the E.U., without Reiner’s knowledge. Without an international arrest warrant, German and Mexican authorities illegally abducted Füllmich at the German embassy in Mexico. He was then flown to the Frankfurt Airport where he was arrested and put in jail. International law experts are calling his arrest an illegal kidnapping.

Major Trey Dawson (a pseudonym), who has served in the U.S. military for over 15 years and is currently assigned to an Army aviation brigade, was one of the survey’s 229 participants. When the COVID-19 shot rolled out, he was pressured to take the jab. According to the survey, almost 73 percent of the participants said they were also coerced into receiving the shot.
“You need to get vaccinated. This is non-negotiable for leaders because we set the example, and you’re a bad leader if you don’t get vaccinated.” These statements embodied the sentiment of Maj. Dawson’s brigade commander and brigade sergeant major.
According to the survey, only two of the 30 individuals who admitted taking the shot wanted to be vaccinated. Maj. Dawson was one of the 30 who felt obligated to get the injection even though he has been opposed to vaccines for years. “Even my kids are not vaccinated,” he shared.
“I expected the anti-vax movement to get crushed, and I felt like my livelihood was at stake, so that led me to get the vaccine,” Maj. Dawson explained. “And while I thought that would be the end of my troubles over the shot, as an executive officer, it becomes my job to hunt people down to tell them to get vaccinated,” he said. “I had to find opportunities to voice my concern to them privately.”
Approximately 95 percent of the survey’s participants faced reprisal for not receiving the COVID-19 injection, including verbal threats of punitive legal action, loss of promotion, and exclusion from career-enhancing schools.
Unwanted Injury
Maj. Dawson received the COVID-19 injection at an off-post pharmacy in May 2021. There was “absolutely no discussion” about the risks associated with the vaccine, and the package insert accompanying the shot was blank, he said. Only seven of the survey’s 229 participants were informed by qualified medical personnel of known risks, like myocarditis and more, associated with the injection.
Maj. Dawson was told “all the usual lies like it’s safe and effective,” and that by taking the jab, he could stop the spread of the virus and protect “vulnerable family members.”
After the injection, “I’ve had unexplained chest pain and other issues,” he said. “I’m still waiting to be officially diagnosed with something, as I’ve been bounced around hematology [for clotting], rheumatology, cardiology, and pulmonology,” without a single mention that the COVID-19 injection could be causing my problems.
Ninety-three percent of the survey’s 229 participants said they know service members who were injured by the COVID-19 injection. Twenty of the 30 participants who admitted being “vaccinated” also revealed they were injured by the shot.

The mandate to get the injection was unlawful because the military failed to provide FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccines, as listed in the Pentagon’s 2021 vaccine mandate. Rather, only shots issued under emergency use authorization (EUA) were offered to service members. And for this reason, thousands objected.
