India inks 10-year deal to operate Iran’s Chabahar port
May 13, 2024 Reuters – NEW DELHI, May 13 (Reuters) – India signed a 10-year contract with Iran on Monday to develop and operate the Iranian port of Chabahar, the Narendra Modi-led government said, strengthening relations with a strategic Middle Eastern nation.
India has been developing the port in Chabahar on Iran’s south-eastern coast along the Gulf of Oman as a way to transport goods to Iran, Afghanistan and central Asian countries, bypassing the port of Karachi and Gwadar in its rival Pakistan.
U.S. sanctions on Iran, however, slowed the port’s development.
“Chabahar Port’s significance transcends its role as a mere conduit between India and Iran; it serves as a vital trade artery connecting India with Afghanistan and Central Asian Countries,” India’s Shipping Minister Sarbananda Sonowal said in Tehran, after the signing of the agreement.
“This linkage has unlocked new avenues for trade and fortified supply chain resilience across the region.”
U.S. State Department deputy spokesperson Vedant Patel, asked about the deal, told reporters that U.S. sanctions on Iran remain in place and warned that Washington will continue to enforce them.
“Any entity, anyone considering business deals with Iran – they need to be aware of the potential risks that they are opening themselves up to and the potential risk of sanctions,” Patel told reporters.
The long-term deal was signed between Indian Ports Global Limited (IPGL) and the Port & Maritime Organisation of Iran, authorities in both countries said.
Under the agreement, IPGL will invest about $120 million while there will be an additional $250 million in financing, bringing the contract’s value to $370 million, said Iranian Minister of Roads and Urban Development Mehrdad Bazrpash.
IPGL first took over operations of the port at the end of 2018 and has since handled container traffic of more than 90,000 TEUs and bulk and general cargo of more than 8.4 million tonnes, an Indian government official said.
A total of 2.5 million tonnes of wheat and 2,000 tonnes of pulses have been shipped from India to Afghanistan through Chabahar Port, the official added.
“It will clear the pathway for bigger investments to be made in the port,” Indian Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar told reporters in Mumbai on Monday.

- Lax Registration Laws enable noncitizens to register and vote in federal elections. Campaign finance loopholes allow noncitizens to fund U.S. election activities, impacting election outcomes.
- A 2014 study analyzing the 2008 and 2010 elections found that noncitizens not only voted illegally but also likely determined the outcome in certain races.
- In states like Massachusetts, Ohio, and Virginia, noncitizens have been removed from voting rolls, with many having voted.
- The Arizona Secretary of State’s website falsely claims individuals who fail to present proof of citizenship when registering will “be eligible to vote in federal elections.”
The threat to election integrity stems from poorly designed provisions of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA), enacted in 1993. The NVRA does not require states to ask for proof of citizenship when registering individuals to vote in federal elections; instead, it relies on the honor system. In 44 states, if an individual completes and signs the universal NVRA form, the state must register that person to vote.
This loophole, combined with the Biden Administration’s lenient immigration policies, which have increased the U.S. foreign-born population by 5.1 million in the last two years, could lead to millions of noncitizens registering to vote.
Democrats and the media have downplayed this threat, falsely asserting that strict requirements are already in place when using the NVRA Form, claiming that anyone registering provides their Social Security number, driver’s license, or state ID, proving citizenship, which is patently false.
Under the NVRA, states must provide voter registration materials to anyone at a DMV office, public assistance office, or by mail. The state chief elections officer must register an individual if they complete, sign, and return the NVRA voter registration form without requiring proof of identity or citizenship.
Additionally, the Welfare Reform Act of 1996 allows aliens to qualify for federally funded public benefits in 63% or more cases. Asylees and aliens paroled into the U.S. for over a year are eligible for welfare benefits. DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has paroled an estimated 1.5 million aliens into the U.S., making them eligible for welfare benefits and, thereby, access to voter registration.
President Biden has referred to the influx of aliens as “voters,” and Democratic officials are promoting the idea that individuals are eligible to vote in federal elections even if they are not citizens, which is illegal under federal law. Their intentions are clear.
Asylees and aliens paroled into the U.S. apply for Employment Authorization Documents (EAD), which allow aliens to obtain SSNs without engaging with state authorities.
Work VISA holders receive SSNs when they come to the U.S. with millions of illegals reportedly possessing SSNs in 2021, and over 850K aliens with SSNs overstayed their visas in 2022.

Haines also said that while the “freedom to express diverse views, when done peacefully, is essential to our democracy,” it is also “important to warn of foreign actors who seek to exploit our debate for their own purposes.”
In addition, Haines said some Americans “who are being targeted by this Iranian campaign may not be aware that they are interacting with or receiving support from a foreign government.”

In the meantime, law enforcement officials and residents confirm that young men are pouring in through the region in what appears to be an organized movement operated by Mexican cartels. “They are unemployed, the majority are fighting age males and there is a strong possibility some have undergone some level of insurgency training,” according to a law enforcement source familiar with the situation. The groups of men are usually dressed in “camouflage military uniforms, indicating a robust and well-funded supply network to ensure everyone is outfitted the same,” said an intelligence officer with extensive U.S. military training who provided Judicial Watch with pictures and graphs of recent crossings. The uniformed men also carry camouflaged backpacks and wear carpet booties to hide footprint tracks. Large piles of the disposed carpet booties litter ranches on the U.S. side, creating a hazard for cattle that consume the trash.
Britain’s Newly Elected Prime Minister Abandons Support for Israel
July 9, 2024 JBN News – Britain’s newly elected Prime Minister Keir Starmer appears to be faltering in his commitment to stand with the Jewish state.
According to the Guardian, Starmer’s Labour government is expected to abandon its bid to delay the International Criminal Court (ICC) from issuing an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over alleged war crimes in Gaza.
The previous British government under Rishi Sunak filed a challenge on June 10, questioning the ICC’s jurisdiction over Israeli nationals. Following Sunak’s petition, the ICC’s pre-trial chamber had given the UK until July 12 to submit its full claim, but now under Starmer that challenge is being tossed away along with any hope he would side with the Middle East’s lone democracy.
In a conversation with Palestinian Authority leader Mahmoud Abbas on Sunday, the British leader expressed his belief that the Arabs have an “undeniable right” to an independent state. During the call, Starmer also addressed the “ongoing suffering and devastating loss of life” in Gaza, seemingly placing the blame squarely on Israel’s shoulders while ignoring Hamas’ guilt in starting the war following its October 7 massacre.

China’s $18 Trillion Economic COVID Attack on the American Economy By Margaret Flavin
Jul. 9, 2024 10:00 am – A new report from The Heritage Foundation’s Nonpartisan Commission on China and COVID-19, “Holding China Accountable for Its Role in the Most Catastrophic Pandemic of Our Time: COVID-19,” shows the devastating economic impact on the American economy after China unleashed COVID on the world.
The report provides, in extensive detail, “The Seven Weeks that Changed the World,” a time when “Chinese officials could have shown good faith and honored their international commitments to try to prevent a domestic epidemic from becoming a global pandemic. They consistently chose to do otherwise.”
The report also analyzes the impact of COVID on the U.S. economy at a cost of more than $18 trillion.
John Ratcliffe, a former member of Congress and Chairman of the Nonpartisan Commission on China and COVID-19, provided the foreword for the report and shared that the purpose was to “review the facts and circumstances” surrounding the pandemic.
In addition, the report also provides recommendations to U.S. officials for specific ways to hold China accountable.
The Commission’s report does not rule out that many other governments, institutions, and individuals may have played contributing roles in the pandemic, but it finds that China has been in a league uniquely of its own in its active and aggressive opposition to honesty, transparency, and accountability regarding the virus and its spread. This behavior by the Chinese government, more than anything else, was the proximal origin of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In this report, the Commission documents several major facts about the pandemic that contradict the Chinese-propagated narrative. The Commission finds that the balance of available evidence points toward the pandemic’s having resulted from an initial spillover resulting from a research-related incident at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV), an institution known internationally for its coronavirus-related research, rather than emerging from wild animals sold at a market in that city.
The report details the devastating impact on the U.S economy:

- Excess deaths in the U.S. cost $8.6 trillion;
- Lost income cost the economy more than $1.8 trillion;
- Chronic health conditions associated with the virus, like “long COVID,” cost $6 trillion;
- Mental health components added another $1 trillion loss;

The report puts the total loss at over $18 trillion, which is about 13% of the U.S. economy’s total GDP.

Across the world, the COVID-19 pandemic left 28 million persons dead, whole economies shattered, and the vulnerable impoverished—in addition to creating a mental health crisis. A whole generation’s educational experience was disrupted. In the United States alone, the pandemic killed over a million people and is estimated by our calculations to have cost the country $18 trillion in losses. Millions of adults and children still suffer from an often-debilitating illness of long COVID.
The scope and scale of this disaster demand answers about the deadly virus’s origin and the circumstances of its spread. It is with that purpose in mind that the Nonpartisan Commission on China and COVID-19’s investigation finds that the balance of evidence shows that the virus resulted from a research-related incident in Wuhan. The report further meticulously documents how China acted in the early weeks and months of the disease’s outbreak.
The fact of the matter is that the Chinese government did not act responsibly or transparently. They covered up highly pertinent information about COVID-19—even including when and where the disease began—from their own public, the scientific community, and the world. The Chinese government destroyed evidence, actively gagged their own scientists, jailed journalists for the crime of asking questions, and blocked attempts by the international community to investigate the origins of COVID-19. It engaged in these and other acts despite being a signatory to an international agreement that requires them to notify the World Health Organization of such a public health emergency accurately and in a timely manner.

Doctors Muzzled During COVID Get Green Light to Sue Overlords by Bob Unruh
July 8, 1024 – Physicians who were threatened and abused by various tyrannical credentialing boards that sought to suppress anything but the official government story line about COVID-19 have been given the go-ahead by the courts to sue.
The case was brought by the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons Education Foundation against the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American Board of Family Medicine and the secretary of the Department of Homeland Security over various situations in which those organizations threatened or actually acted against doctors because of what they said about COVID.
Their medical opinions essentially contradicted the government’s talking points about taking various experimental shots, which evidence now shows have been extremely damaging to thousands of people.
The challenge focused on the coordinated campaigns to “censor and chill the speech of physicians,” with special targeting of those who criticized the unfounded positions taken by White House adviser Anthony Fauci, lockdowns, masks and more.
A district judge had claimed that the AAPS “lacked standing,” but a decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit has reversed that dismissal.
It’s headed back to the lower courts for discovery, and potentially a full trial.
A report in the Federalist documented the ruling.
“The AAPS Educational Foundation brought the case because of a series of physicians who were being threatened with loss of their board certification because they had made comments that were either critical of the COVID0 vaccines or that advocated for early treatment with repurposed drugs,” explained AAPS chief Jane Orient.
“Particularly bad were the three defendants of the internal board who were also engaged in threatening physicians who supported the overturning of Roe v. Wade or had anything to say about abortion and its side effects.”
The case also cited the egregious censorship schemes that were being developed by Homeland Security’s Disinformation Governance Board which, Orient explained, “was devoted to seeking out and finding ‘disinformation,’ ‘malinformation,’ and, or pressuring people, including those on specialty boards and social media companies, to take action.”
Public outrage that the government would assemble such a force prompted that particular coalition to be disbanded, but that doesn’t mean that scheme has been abandoned.
When physicians made public comments, press comments, testified in hearings – and their statements did not align with the Biden administration’s political agenda – they were threatened with loss of their credentials, which in many cases could mean the loss of their income.
The power structure simply labeled, without evidence, dissenting opinions as “misinformation, disinformation, and malinformation,” the case charged.
One facing punishment was Dr. Peter McCullough, a professor of medicine for decades, who was forced into independent practice over his views after those in “academic practice” refused to allow him free speech.
He questioned, during a state legislative hearing, the experimental shots, and the ABIM later adopted a rule about “misinformation” and retroactively applied it to him, the report said.
McCullough confirmed to The Federalist he provided documentation and evidence regarding his opinions on COVID, but the organization refused to accept it.
The power structure lined up against the dissenting doctors including those credentialing agencies as well as insurance companies that would refuse to provide compensation for treatment if the doctor’s opinion differed from theirs.
Lawyer Andrew Schlafly, litigating for AAPS, said, “Viewpoint-based censorship of freedom of speech is one of the most important issues today, and essential to the future of both our country and the ability of patients to obtain quality medical care. It is vital that we restore freedom of speech and end improper interference with it. Physicians must be able to speak candidly about issues of public concern without fear of retaliation.”

Jul. 8, 2024 1:26 am – The Boeing Company has agreed to plead guilty to charges of criminal fraud conspiracy related to the catastrophic 737 MAX crashes of 2018 and 2019, which tragically claimed the lives of 346 people.
This plea deal allows Boeing to sidestep a potentially explosive criminal trial while agreeing to a fine of only $243.6 million, bringing the total penalty to $487.2 million.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that the Biden Gestapo Department of Justice (DOJ) is reportedly considering letting Boeing off the hook for its alleged criminal violations related to the fatal crashes in 2018 and 2019. This comes despite U.S. prosecutors’ recommendations that criminal charges be brought against the planemaker for violating a settlement agreement.
However, senior department officials appear to have already concluded that prosecuting the company would be too “legally risky.”
“Officials see the appointment of an independent watchdog as a quicker, more efficient way to ensure that the troubled company improves safety, manufacturing and quality control procedures,” the Times reported.
Boeing was previously shielded from a criminal charge of conspiracy to commit fraud arising from the fatal crashes under a 2021 agreement. The agreement stipulated that Boeing had to overhaul its compliance practices and submit regular reports.
In return, the DOJ agreed not to prosecute Boeing over allegations that it defrauded the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
However, this agreement was allegedly breached by Boeing, which failed to “design, implement, and enforce a compliance and ethics program” to prevent violations of U.S. fraud laws. Despite this, the Biden regime’s DOJ is considering offering another deferred prosecution agreement to Boeing.
Boeing reached a new plea deal late Sunday night to settle the US criminal investigation into two fatal 737 MAX crashes, allowing it to avoid a potentially lengthy and costly criminal trial.
“The United States of America (the “Government”) respectfully submits this status report to inform the Court that the Government and The Boeing Company (“Boeing”) have reached an agreement in principle on the terms of a proposed plea agreement,” according to the DOJ filing.
This agreement includes a fine of $243.6 million, which will be credited against a previous payment under a Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA), effectively requiring Boeing to pay an additional $243.6 million.
The crashes of Lion Air Flight 610 in October 2018 and Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302 in March 2019 exposed severe flaws in the design and certification of the 737 MAX’s Maneuvering Characteristics Augmentation System (MCAS).
These flaws were linked to Boeing’s alleged misstatements to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), misleading regulators about the safety of the aircraft, according to the DOJ filing.
As part of the plea agreement, Boeing will be held accountable for its fraudulent activities by agreeing to:
- Guilty Plea: Boeing will plead guilty to conspiracy to defraud the United States.
- Criminal Fine: The company will pay a statutory maximum fine of $243.6 million, double its pecuniary gain from the offense. This fine is in addition to the same amount already paid under the previous DPA, bringing the total penalty to $487.2 million.
- Probation and Compliance Measures: Boeing will be subject to probation, including the appointment of an independent compliance monitor for three years, to ensure adherence to rigorous safety and compliance standards. The company must invest at least $455 million in its compliance and safety programs over this period.
- Restitution: The plea agreement allows the court to determine restitution for the victims’ families at its discretion. However, it does not include restitution for Boeing’s airline customers who purchased the 737 MAX.

Jul. 7, 2024 10:20 am – I got to the border in Jacumba, California, almost 3 weeks ago. I’ve been camping right where the Border Patrol picks up large groups in the early morning hours.
Shortly after I arrived, I had encountered about 5 large groups of illegal aliens.
Like Lukeville, AZ, where I spent 7 weeks camped out from Oct. to Dec. in 2023, this place has people coming in illegally from around the world. In Lukeville, about half of the illegals were from Islamic-majority nations in Africa.
In Jacumba, what I’m seeing is that a large number of the illegals are from China.
But that’s not what this article is about.
Everywhere I go on the border, I find discarded passports, IDs, and driver’s licenses. Other border reporters find them all the time, too.
People crossing illegally dump their IDs for a variety of reasons. One of the main ones is that apparently, if they are caught and sent back into Mexico, Mexico will send them to their home country. If they have no ID, they stay in Mexico. That makes it easier to try to cross the border again.
About a week ago, I was exploring dirt roads and trails in the low mountains on the border near Jacumba.
I decided to climb a small hill, and then some boulders to get a better look at a valley and the trails going through it.
Right under a huge boulder, I spotted a green passport booklet. It was completely out of sight of the dirt road I had driven in on with a colleague (eyeoftheSTORMsd on X).
When I opened the passport, I was surprised to find that it was that of a male illegal alien from the Islamic Republic of Mauritania. He had dumped it on a mountain behind a pile of boulders where no one would look. He hasn’t had his passport stamped since 2020. He didn’t want it known that he was in the country.

When Fractal started publishing videos of the “voters living in places without bedrooms,” we received emails – leading to phone calls, sometimes meetings, several times testimony under oath with one of the field teams.
Those emails were from Postal Service mail carriers.
That is the postman, the person with the large leather bag, filled with junk mail, your dog probably loves.
Several carriers told us they collected undeliverable mail-in ballots, in 2020 and 2022 and returned them to the central office. Carriers were told to put these ballots in a special bin. They testified these were given to Leftist groups.
There were enough emails, from different states, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan come to mind, indicating organization.
We cannot stop Post Office employees giving undeliverable ballots to Leftists. Neither can you.
We can, and will, in 2024, stop many of these undeliverable ballots from going to ineligible addresses – with the Undeliverable Ballot Database, keeping them out of the grasp of the Post Office.
Some election scams are more subtle – and one only discovers them long after the horse departed the barn.
The Wisconsin team interviewed Postal Service workers – as opposed to mail carriers. They met with whistle-blowers who worked in the central sorting facilities. Here’s what they learned.
In 2020 and 2022, particularly in Milwaukee, the Postal Service workers were able to discern electronically if a mail-in ballot came from a Republican or a Democrat. There was, according to this witness, an indicator on the envelope.
Maybe, maybe not.

Republicans have exactly one month to clean the bloated voted rolls that Democrats depend on to steal elections.
The 1993 NVRA law (National Voter Registration Act) bars election officials from removing any voters from the rolls within 90 days of an election (see page 8 below). This is often referred to as the “90 Day Freeze”.
The Democrat-run DOJ Civil Rights Division (CRD) has used this part of the law relentlessly over the years to defend dirty voter rolls and thwart any cleanup prior to elections.
Democrats support this law, knowing it allows fraudulent registrations to stay on the voter rolls.
According to the NVRA, conservatives and Republicans have until Wednesday, August 7, 2024 for election departments to clean their voter rolls using bulk processes or methods.

The bill in question, the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act (SAVE Act), seeks to mandate proof of U.S. citizenship for voting in federal elections.
Stephen Miller, Senior Advisor to President Trump and Founder of America First Legal, expressed his disbelief on X, writing, “Read the below. Then read it again. A major DC establishment publication says that House Democrats are “bringing out the big guns,” to get illegal aliens to vote in 2024. How can any American support a party that wants to flood the ballot box with illegals?”
The SAVE Act is scheduled for a vote next week and if passed, will require “documentary proof of United States citizenship” for voting in federal elections.
Mike Johnson summarized the key features of the SAVE Act:
- It requires state election officials to ask about citizenship before providing voter registration forms.
- It mandates an individual to provide proof of citizenship to register to vote in federal elections.
- It allows state officials to accept a wide variety of documents that will make it easy for citizens to register to vote in federal elections.
- It provides states with access to federal agency databases so they can remove noncitizens from voter rolls and confirm citizenship for individuals lacking proof of citizenship.
- It directs DHS to determine whether to conduct removal proceedings if a noncitizen has been identified as having registered to vote in federal elections.
- It requires DHS to notify a state chief election official whenever an individual has been naturalized.
