Fox News host Jesse Watters reports, “Today in Georgia, a judge ruled that election officials have to certify results even if voter fraud is suspected.”
What’s even more troubling is that Democrats are also “suing to prevent Dropbox surveillance.”
Why are Democrats trying to make elections less secure?
The Department of Justice even went as far as to sue Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin for cleaning up the state’s voter rolls, which has been a standard practice for years. This effort removed more than 6,000 non-citizens from the voter rolls, yet the Biden administration took issue with it.

Why are Democrats doing this? There is only one logical explanation: if you’re working this hard to make elections less secure, you’re planning to steal it. Plain and simple.

Chicago-bound Air India flight diverted to Canada after online threat
October 15, 2024 @ 9:46 pm ET Yeshiva World News – An Air India flight bound for Chicago was forced to make an emergency landing in Canada after the airline received an online threat, officials said on Tuesday.
The Boeing 777-300ER was carrying 211 crew and passengers when it was forced to disembark at Iqaluit International Airport in Iqaluit, Canada, on Tuesday morning.
“The investigation into the emergency landing of Air India flight 127, to Iqaluit, Nunavut is now being handled by the RCMP Federal Policing Northwest Region’s Federal Arctic Unit,” the RCMP said.

OCT 15, 2024 Truth Over News https://truthovernews.org/ – John Ratcliffe, the former Director of National Intelligence recently acknowledged that he had discovered in May 2020 that our intelligence community was aware from the beginning that Covid originated from a laboratory. Ratcliffe’s statement is important because it directly contradicts the intelligence community’s Covid origin statement that was issued (for two very specific reasons) on April 30, 2020.
Ratcliffe’s comments came during a Heritage Presentation on Holding China Accountable for their role in the Covid pandemic. During the presentation Ratcliffe recalled that one week before formally assuming the position of DNI in May 2020, the intelligence community released a statement claiming to back the so-called “scientific consensus” that Covid was naturally occurring.
After Ratcliffe formally assumed the position of DNI he requested to see the underlying intelligence that backed the Intelligence Community’s assessment. However, upon review of the intelligence, Ratcliffe was deeply surprised to discover that “the vast preponderance of [the intelligence] said exactly the opposite…it pointed toward this being a research-related incident, not naturally occurring.”
Ratcliffe told the audience that the CIA has still not acknowledged a Lab Leak origin for Covid and seemed to strongly indicate that none of this was done in error:
“The notion that some four and a half years later, [the CIA] is not capable of making an assessment [on COVID’s origins] with some degree of confidence…reflects that there are political considerations and financial considerations that have prevented that. But that’s not a good reason not to be honest and forthright with the American people and with the rest of the world.”

Ratcliffe is right. We know that the CIA worked to falsely reshape the debate on the origin of Covid to point away from a lab leak and towards a natural origin. A senior-level CIA officer even told Congress that the Chief Operating Officer of the CIA provided financial inducements to six CIA analysts to change their minds on the origin question. Originally, the six analysts had concluded that Covid came out of a lab but they later amended their conclusion to say that the origin could not be determined.
Why did this happen and what was driving the pressure on the analysts to reverse their opinions? Why was it so important for the CIA – and for the wider intelligence community – to cover up the truth about Covid?
Michael Oren Blasts Biden-Harris over Israel Arms Embargo Threat: ‘I Cannot Keep Silent’ by JOEL B. POLLAK
15 Oct 2024 – Former Israeli ambassador to the United States Michael Oren blasted the Biden-Harris administration Tuesday after news emerged that Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin had threatened an arms embargo against Israel over Gaza.
As Breitbart News reported, Austin wrote a letter to his Israeli counterpart that was leaked to the media and which included a threat to cut off weapons to Israel unless the humanitarian situation in Gaza improved substantially.
The letter claimed, without evidence, that Israel has been blocking aid and that the situation had deteriorated. It also effectively demanded that Israel end its fight against Hamas in northern Gaza. (It made no demands of Hamas at all.)
Oren, who was the ambassador during the administration of President Barack Obama, and later accused Obama of creating a gap between the U.S. and Israel, has tried to maintain a bipartisan stance and stay out of U.S. politics.
But in the face of a threatened arms embargo, with Israel still under attack, Oren said he could no longer be silent:
The Biden Administration’s warning to suspend arms to Israel unless the “humanitarian situation” in Gaza improves is deeply disturbing. Israel strongly denies that any crisis exists and works daily to ensure a fully adequate food supply to Gaza. Though I’ve spent my career striving for bipartisanship, at this fateful time, I cannot keep silent. The administration’s willingness to abandon Israel in the middle of a war for our nation’s survival casts doubts on America’s dependability as an ally and its commitment to defend the Free World.
Oren stopped short of suggesting that Americans vote for former President Donald Trump, but Vice President Kamala Harris has suggested an openness to an arms embargo against Israel.

Biden-Harris administration threatens to withhold military aid to Israel if conditions in Gaza don’t improve By Ronny Reyes
Published Oct. 15, 2024, 11:28 a.m. ET – The Biden-Harris administration is giving Israel 30 days to improve humanitarian aid efforts in Gaza or else the US could halt military assistance, according to a letter sent to the Israeli military.
The Oct. 13 letter, penned by US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, threatens to pause the delivery of US weapons and aid to Israel unless the Jewish state provides assurance that humanitarian aid is flowing into Gaza unhindered, according to reports in Israeli media.
The warning comes as President Biden has spent months voicing his growing frustration with the humanitarian situation in Gaza, which has become a major issue among Democratic voters — especially young Democrats — as Election Day looms.
The American officials found that since April, there has been a significant deterioration in the amount of aid entering Gaza despite Israel’s vow to keep food and supplies coming back in March.
“To reverse the downward humanitarian trajectory and consistent with its assurances to us, Israel must — starting now and within 30 days — act on the following concrete measures,” the letter reads.
The US is calling for Israel to focus on three main categories: increasing humanitarian aid supplies by the winter, facilitating a delivery route through Jordan, and ending the state of “isolation” in northern Gaza.
Blinken and Austin added that Israel must allow at least 350 aid trucks daily to the Gaza Strip along all four border crossings, and to create a fifth one.
“Failure to demonstrate a sustained commitment to implementing and maintaining these measures may have implications for U.S. policy under NSM-20 and relevant U.S. law,” the letter states — referring to the policy that requires recipients of foreign aid to comply with international laws of war, and not to prevent humanitarian aid to civilians.
The letter was sent on the same day Vice President Kamala Harris called on Israel to ramp up aid to Gaza following reports from the UN World Food Programme about a significant halt in deliveries to the Palestinian enclave.
“The UN reports that no food has entered northern Gaza in nearly 2 weeks,” Harris wrote on X. “Israel must urgently do more to facilitate the flow of aid to those in need.
“Civilians must be protected and must have access to food, water, and medicine. International humanitarian law must be respected,” she added.
The letter was sent to Israeli Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant, who spoke with Austin on Sunday to reassure his American counterpart that the Jewish state was not implementing a plan to seal off aid to northern Gaza in an attempt to starve Hamas, Axios reports.
Reports of the “siege and starvation” plan raised immediate concerns among humanitarian groups working in Gaza who feared the strategy would punish refugees in the area who have been repeatedly displaced by the fighting between Israel and Hamas.
“A military siege that deprives civilians of essential means of survival is unacceptable,” UN humanitarian coordinator Muhannad Hadi said in a statement.
“Civilians must not be forced to choose between displacement and starvation,” he added.
Northern Gaza continues to see intense fighting as Hamas terrorist continue to reemerge in the area despite heavy losses and more than a year of intense airstrikes.
Israel has implemented wider and wider evacuation calls in the area to try and isolate Hamas in an attempt to clear northern Gaza once and for all, but thousands of civilians remain as they have nowhere else to go in the war-torn territory.
Along with the humanitarian crisis in northern Gaza, US officials are also concerned with the flow of aid arriving at other crossing stations, according to the letter.
Israel has repeatedly denied hindering deliveries, noting that 30 trucks carrying flour and food from the UN had entered Gaza on Sunday.
UN officials have said that the current amount of aid entering Gaza is not enough to help feed the more than 1 million refugees displaced by the fighting.
James Elder, spokesman for the UN children’s agency UNICEF, said the situation has only gotten worse since Israel began restricting aid when the war began.
“We see now what is probably the worst restrictions we’ve seen on humanitarian aid, ever,” Elder said in a statement.
Israel is also facing renewed scrutiny over its military operations in Gaza after an airstrike near a hospital in northern Gaza sparked a fire at a refugee camp that killed four people.
The war has so far claimed the lives of more than 42,000 people in Gaza, according to the Hamas-run ministry of health, which does not differentiate between civilians and terrorists.
The IDF estimates that in a year since the war began, about 17,000 terrorists have been killed in Gaza.

Oct. 15, 2024 10:15 am – A video clip has resurfaced from May of 2019 in which Kamala Harris fantasizes about weaponizing the DOJ against speech the government doesn’t like, and the platforms that allow it.
In the meantime, one month before a tense presidential election, the U.S. Department of Defense has authorized U.S. military “defense intelligence components” to use “lethal force” against American citizens if requested by state or local law enforcement in an emergency situation. More on this in a minute, but first let’s get to the May 2019 video showing Kamala Harris unleashing her inner dictator.
Speaking at the annual NAACP ‘Fight for Freedom Fund’ dinner in Detroit, Harris threatened: “We will put the Department of Justice of the United States back in the business of justice. We will double the civil rights division, and direct Law Enforcement to counter this extremism.”
She went on to say she would “hold Social Media Platforms accountable for the hate infiltrating their platforms, because they have a responsibility to help fight against this threat to our Democracy. If you don’t police your platforms, we are going to hold you accountable…”
What she’s saying is chilling. She’s saying that she, or some entity in her administration, will decide what is appropriate speech and what is not. These are the musings of a dangerous authoritarian. This is the real Kamala Harris. You won’t find her talking smack like this on the campaign trail, where all we get is the warm and fuzzy Kamala who wants to help the middle class.
Holding platforms accountable for every opinion or rant placed on their platform means arrests will be made. It’s already happening in other formerly free countries. In the UK, thousands of British citizens were arrested, tried and convicted within a 72-hour period for posting photos and videos on social media that challenged the government narrative about recent rioting in the country.
In France, the government arrested the owner of Telegram, a popular social-media platform, because he refused to “cooperate” with government authorities seeking backdoor censorship avenues into his system.
This is the wave of the future, and it’s global in scope. Top U.S. Democrats like Hillary Clinton, Antony Blinken and John Kerry have all recently come out and said the First Amendment is a hindrance to establishing their globalist agenda centered on climate-change hysteria, fake elections and toxic mRNA injections for all. If you tell the truth about these issues, they call it disinformation and say it should be banned.
Federal Directive 5240.01 is a treasonous abuse of power
The U.S. Department of Defense issued a federal directive on September 27 that allows U.S. military troops to be used to “assist” state and local law enforcement upon request, with actions up to and including “lethal force.” This is Directive 5240.01. Read it for yourself. The timing of the directive is interesting, one month before an election that is widely expected to generate chaos and civil unrest.

Al Schmidt told the far left Washington Post that it will take days to decide the election in Pennsylvania.
Al Schmidt: “But, unlike most other states red and blue alike, we cannot begin our counties cannot begin processing mail-in ballots before seven AM on election morning. Plenty of other states again Republican states like Florida and others allow this process to begin in advance And what that means is in those states you know the male the male vote by around midnight on election night except for the ones that maybe came in that day or that evening. That’s not the case in Pennsylvania because the process cannot begin until seven AM on election morning. And it is acutely frustrating to have a technical problem with a technical solution that is nonpartisan nonpolitical does not benefit any candidate or any party and have Pennsylvania go through this in twenty twenty and that issue having not been addressed in the last four years by our legislature… Meaning that it can happen again.”

OCT 14, 2024 – An Arkansas father has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder after allegedly shooting and killing a 67-year-old pedophile who was found in a vehicle alone with his missing 14-year-old daughter.
And it gets worse. This same pervert had reportedly already raped the man’s teenage daughter once before!
Fox News reports that Aaron Spencer, 36, reported his daughter missing last Tuesday, and Lonoke County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to his home.
But as deputies were on their way to the home, they learned that Spencer had found his daughter in a vehicle with 67-year-old Michael Fosler. A confrontation ensued between the two men (I bet it did!) before Spencer allegedly shot and killed Fosler.
Deputies arrested Spencer on a preliminary charge of first-degree murder. He was booked into the Lonoke County Detention Center before being released the next day after posting bail, Fox News reports.
Sheriff John Staley said in a video on Facebook that Spencer has not been formally charged yet and that the District Attorney’s Office will decide which charges to file.
The sheriff said: “This is a tragic situation and my thoughts and prayers are with all involved.”
Spencer’s wife, Heather, said on Facebook that the 67-year-old pervert, Mr. Fosler, had a “no contact order” with her daughter for stalking and raping the 14-year-old over the summer and that she and her husband feared he might kill her. She said that she and her husband were unaware Fosler was again in contact with their daughter.
She wrote:
“We absolutely called 911 during the entire event. We had no idea this man was in contact with our child again. He was waiting on 6 to 9 felonies for what he did. He was looking at the rest of his pathetic life in jail, and our daughter was the only witness.”
She added:
“Some things we will never know, but we know that the police department afforded this predator privacy they did not give our family. Including posting our home address. I’m deeply offended by the way this was handled by the county [sheriff’s] office.”
Fosler had been arrested by another law enforcement agency in July and booked for internet stalking of a child and sexual assault, Sheriff Staley told USA Today, adding:
“I absolutely do not support predators. I’m a daddy. I have three daughters. I know she’s hurt right now, but there’s absolutely nobody I would put ahead of our children, their children, my children.”
The sheriff said deputies are looking into what happened leading up to the shooting. He told the news outlet:
“When we get on scene and there’s a homicide, it means one person took the life of another. It’s either justified or not justified. That’s what the fact finding, that’s what the investigation is going to find out.”
These charges need to be dropped or, at the very least, drastically reduced. Mr. Spencer was reacting in the heat of passion to protect his young daughter, who had already been victimized by this scoundrel once before. It’s this kind of twisted justice that has destroyed people’s faith in the system.
If more dads acted like this gentleman did upon finding his daughter in the clutches of this disgusting pedo, maybe we wouldn’t have quite so many disgusting pedos walking around preying on our children? SHOCK VIDEO: Aurora Apartment Worker Beaten Bloody by Venezuelan Tren de Aragua Gang Members [VIDEOS] By Cristina Laila
Oct. 14, 2024 7:40 pm – Violent Venezuelan gang members have only take over a “few apartment complexes” according to Martha Raddatz.
An Aurora, Colorado apartment employee at CBZ Management was beaten bloody by Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang members for confronting them about taking over a vacant unit in an apartment.
“[The worker] had gone to inspect a recently vacated three-bedroom apartment (a rare occurrence for such a large unit) only to find a group of men already inside. When he refused their $500 bribe to overlook the situation, they brutally attacked him,” CBZ Management said.
The employee was brutally beaten and left bloody. Part of the attack was caught on a security video.
After the attack, the apartment worker began receiving threatening text messages doxxing him, calling him a “pussy ass Jew” and warned him, “Better keep a strong eye on ur kids kike.”
The FBI met with team members at CBZ Management but took no action to stop the gang members.
“Finally, the APD, FBI and Homeland Security informed us that those sending the messages and controlling our buildings were part of the notorious Tren De Aragua gang from Venezuela. They also mentioned that our situation was just “a blip on the radar,” as this gang is causing significant problems nationwide,” CBZ Management said.
“Two days after our FBI meeting, the gang confronted our on-site manager, asserting control over all three properties. They offered an ultimatum: share rental income 50/50 or lose the buildings permanently. They also threatened to harm him and his family,” they said.
“For the safety of our management team and their families, we withdrew them from the properties and focused on seeking help from government agencies,” the management team said.
“Once we fully understood what we—and our tenants—were facing, we expected a swift response, with the city offering meaningful resources and police protection—perhaps even from the National Guard—to help us regain control of our properties. That never happened. Instead, we were left helpless, watching as violence, bullets, and destruction overtook our buildings. Many of our legitimate tenants fled out of fear,” the management company said.
“Despite the obvious crisis, several city officials refused to acknowledge the reality. Instead, they blamed us, citing “code violations” as the reason for shutting down our property—violations we couldn’t resolve for tenants who weren’t even ours,” they said.
The Biden-Harris Regime subsidized the Venezuelan gangs that are taking over apartment complexes in Aurora, Colorado, and extorting the tenants for rent payments.
In one instance, Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang members threatened to kill the property managers at the Whispering Pines apartment complex in Aurora, Colorado, according to a lawsuit filed by a law firm that represents the lender on the property.
One tenant at Whispering Pines was stabbed by the gang members for refusing to pay “rent” to them.
The gang members told a housekeeper, “This is our business plan,” and if the property manager doesn’t like it, “we’ll fill him with bullets.”
The property manager told investigators that the TdA gang members host “parties” in the vacant units where they “serve drugs and child prostitution.”
So how did these dangerous Venezuelan gangs get to Aurora, Colorado?
The Biden-Harris Regime, through the “American Rescue Plan,” allocated $3.8 billion to Colorado and in turn, Aurora funneled $5 million to two left-wing NGOs that secured housing for the Venezuelan gangs.
BREAKING: Armed North Carolina Man Arrested After Allegedly Threatening FEMA Workers Assisting Hurricane Helene Victims — Reports of Militia Trucks ‘Hunting FEMA’ Deemed Unfounded By Jim Hᴏft
Oct. 14, 2024 1:00 pm – The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) temporarily halted its operations across sections of North Carolina following alleged threats from armed militias against FEMA workers providing assistance to those impacted by Hurricane Helene.
Sheriff Phil Howell of Ashe County confirmed on Sunday that FEMA personnel stationed in the state’s mountain region were subjected to alarming threats. As a result, FEMA took precautionary measures, pausing relief efforts in several areas to protect the safety of its workers.
Sheriff Howell, in a statement, emphasized that no specific threats were made against Ashe County itself but acknowledged that FEMA’s decision to pull back was necessary as they evaluated the situation.
Sheriff Howell wrote on Facebook:
We wanted to address the current issues being spread about FEMA in Ashe County.
As a response, they have been here to help and assist those in need. Recently in the mountain region, there have been threats made against them. This has not happened in Ashe County or the surrounding counties. Out of an abundance of caution, they have paused their process as they are assessing the threats.
We will notify everyone if and when we are updated.
Stay calm and steady during our recovery, help folks and please don’t stir the pot.
Tensions escalated after reports surfaced that National Guard troops encountered armed militia members in trucks claiming they were “hunting FEMA.”
This disturbing account, detailed in an email from a federal official and reported by The Washington Post, forced FEMA to advise all federal responders in Rutherford County to stand down and evacuate immediately.
“Effective immediately, disaster-wide — cease inspections today and return to your hotels,” an alert from Vanguard Inspection Services read on Saturday, according to KOLD.com. “FEMA received news that the Title 10 (active military unit deployed to NC) came across some trucks of militia units who said they were out hunting FEMA personnel.”
On Monday, Rutherford County authorities reported that a local man, William Jacob Parsons, 44, was arrested on Sunday for reportedly making explicit threats against FEMA personnel responding to the hurricane’s devastation.
According to Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office Captain Jamie Keever, Parsons was armed with a handgun and a rifle and was located after a tip led deputies to his vehicle.
Parsons has since been released on a $10,000 secured bond after being charged with “Going Armed to the Terror of the Public,” a misdemeanor.
The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is also investigating the alleged threats.
“The Polk County Sheriff’s Office was made aware of an alleged threat of violence made against FEMA workers on Saturday October 12, 2024. The reports of a threat in Polk County have all been received from third parties.
One subject who was reported to have made threatening comments about FEMA at a local gas station was later arrested in Rutherford County at a FEMA site.
PCSO Deputies are continuing to investigate these reports and any updates will be given when further information becomes available. Neighboring counties are also continuing to investigate reports of threats to FEMA workers, and PCSO continues to coordinate with all of our law enforcement colleagues in the region.
Prior to the reports of threats, PCSO Deputies were working on-site and in the field with FEMA representatives assisting Polk County residents, and we will continue to provide assistance whenever requested throughout the recovery process.
Polk County authorities continue to work with all of our local, regional, state, and federal partners in disaster response and recovery, and no acts of violence against any responders will be tolerated.”
However, in a statement to CBS, the North Carolina National Guard wrote, “The NCNG has no reports of our soldiers or airmen encountering any armed militia, any threats and any type of combatants. We are continuing to serve all those counties in need of our assistance.”
According to the sheriff’s office, “The initial report stated there was a truck load of militia that was involved. However, after further investigation, it was determined Parsons acted alone and there were no truck loads of militia going to Lake Lure.”
This development follows growing scrutiny of FEMA for allegedly obstructing humanitarian efforts in the aftermath of widespread devastation in North Carolina.
Recall, in a series of explosive posts on X, Elon Musk revealed that his SpaceX engineers, who are on the ground providing vital communications and supplies via Starlink technology, are being blocked by FEMA from delivering lifesaving resources to victims in Asheville and surrounding areas.
In a damning message from one of Musk’s SpaceX engineers, the worker revealed the extent of FEMA’s interference.

Mysterious Drone Fleet Breaches U.S. Military Airspace for 17 CONSECUTIVE DAYS! By Jim Hᴏft
Oct. 14, 2024 7:30 am – For 17 consecutive nights, a squadron of mysterious drones breached the airspace over Langley Air Force Base, home to some of America’s most advanced military assets.
Despite the base’s state-of-the-art defenses, military personnel were left perplexed and concerned, watching each night as the drones crossed Virginia’s restricted airspace without deterrent.
According to a Wall Street Journal report, the bizarre drone activity has left military commanders, including U.S. Air Force General Mark Kelly, scratching their heads. Kelly watched in disbelief as drones zoomed across the night sky at more than 100 miles per hour.
These aircraft flew over restricted zones, even passing near Navy SEAL Team Six’s home base and Naval Station Norfolk, the largest naval port in the world. Yet, despite their frequency and proximity to these high-value targets, no action was taken.
Wall Street Journal reported:
For several nights, military personnel had reported a mysterious breach of restricted airspace over a stretch of land that has one of the largest concentrations of national-security facilities in the U.S. The show usually starts 45 minutes to an hour after sunset, another senior leader told Kelly.
The first drone arrived shortly. Kelly, a career fighter pilot, estimated it was roughly 20 feet long and flying at more than 100 miles an hour, at an altitude of roughly 3,000 to 4,000 feet. Other drones followed, one by one, sounding in the distance like a parade of lawn mowers.
The drones headed south, across Chesapeake Bay, toward Norfolk, Va., and over an area that includes the home base for the Navy’s SEAL Team Six and Naval Station Norfolk, the world’s largest naval port.
Officials didn’t know if the drone fleet, which numbered as many as a dozen or more over the following nights, belonged to clever hobbyists or hostile forces. Some suspected that Russia or China deployed them to test the response of American forces.
Federal law prohibits the military from shooting down drones near military bases in the U.S. unless they pose an imminent threat. Aerial snooping doesn’t qualify, though some lawmakers hope to give the military greater leeway.
The breaches come less than a year after the infamous Chinese spy balloon incident, where Biden’s Pentagon allowed a surveillance balloon to float across the entire continental U.S. before finally shooting it down.
The drone swarm over Langley is yet another embarrassing display of indecision by the Biden-Harris administration.
Instead of a decisive military response, the drones were allowed to carry out their nightly missions unimpeded for 17 days.
Even more concerning, local law enforcement in Hampton, VA, chased the drones on foot, as if this were a low-stakes game rather than a potential national security crisis.
For two nights, starting on Dec. 6, Hampton, Va., officers chased the drones, by patrol car and on foot, relaying momentary sightings along with information from Langley over police radios: One was seen in the area of Marshall Street or Gosnold’s Hope Park.
Three more appeared to land but returned to the air before officers could reach them. Another looked like it landed offshore. Police finally gave up.
Gen. Kelly, now retired, said the Pentagon was stumped, too.
What would the U.S. do, he asked, “if this happens over the National Mall?”
This account is based on interviews with more than two dozen government officials and other people familiar with the events, as well as police records, court documents and photographs of the drones.
It wasn’t until December 23rd, 17 days after the incursions began, that the drone activity stopped—likely only because whoever was behind it gathered all the intelligence they needed.
In January, a Chinese national, Fengyun Shi, was arrested and charged with flying a drone near classified naval installations in Virginia. Yet, the Biden administration and Pentagon officials have remained tight-lipped on whether Shi had any involvement with the Langley drone swarm.
Instead, Shi argued that he was a “ship enthusiast” and hadn’t realized his drone crossed into restricted airspace. The judge handed down a slap-on-the-wrist six-month sentence.
According to Fox News, just two months before the drone fleet appeared in Virginia, five mysterious drones reportedly breached restricted airspace over a government nuclear weapons testing site in Nevada.
Four of the drones were detected by the Energy Department’s Nevada National Security Site, located outside of Las Vegas, while the fifth was spotted by employees on the ground.
Since the breach, the facility has reportedly upgraded its detection systems, but officials still have not identified who was responsible for the incursion.

Many are outraged by the anti-Israel message, particularly given Amazon’s silence regarding the abduction of its employee, Sasha Troponov, on October 7, who is being held captive by Hamas.
In the video, Borno invited viewers to join the tech event set to take place in December in Las Vegas. However, a striking piece of jewelry—a necklace shaped like the map of Israel but displaying the Palestinian flag in place of the Star of David—dominated attention.
The necklace’s message is clear
The necklace’s message is clear: “Palestine from the river to the sea,” a phrase widely considered antisemitic and a call for the destruction of Israel.
Borno’s choice has sparked anger, particularly as it comes in the wake of Troponov’s kidnapping. Troponov, an Israeli hardware engineer at Amazon, was abducted by Hamas and is among 101 hostages still held by the terrorist group.
Amazon has yet to make a public statement on either Troponov’s abduction or Borno’s politically charged accessory.

CRAZY TECH WORLD: Hacked Robot Vacuum Goes Around the House Shouting Expletives and Racial Slurs By Paul Serran
Oct. 13, 2024 7:40 pm – In our technological world, it seems that every scientific advance to facilitate our lives comes attached to inherent dangers to our privacy and even our safety.
This also applies to house appliances that now are integrated to the so-called ‘internet of things’.
It recently arose that robot vacuum cleaners made by Ecovacs have been reported roaming around the home of its owners, shouting expletives at them through the onboard speakers.
This happen because the company’s software was revealed to be highly vulnerable to intrusion.
Recent reports show that there were multiple episodes across the US in which owners of Ecovacs vacuums were surprised by their devices acting unusually.
Gizmodo reported:
“’It sounded like a broken-up radio signal or something’, Daniel Swenson told the outlet. ‘You could hear snippets of maybe a voice’. He opened the vacuum’s app to find a stranger was accessing its live camera feed and remote control feature, but assumed it might be an error. After resetting the password and rebooting the robot, the vacuum quickly started moving again:
This time, there was no ambiguity about what was coming out of the speaker. A voice was yelling racist obscenities, loud and clear, right in front of Mr. Swenson’s son. ‘F*** n*****s’, screamed the voice, over and over again.”
Swenson’s curious conclusion from that situation was that ‘it could have been worse’.
The hacker let them know his vacuum was hacked instead of spying on them indefinitely, as in the 2022 case in which a Roomba took pictures of a woman in the bathroom and posted online (see below).
A ‘smart’ home device’s most common problem is that, if the manufacturer goes under or somehow stops supporting the software to access core functionality of the device, it simply becomes useless.
“The more disturbing issue arises when smart devices can be remotely accessed and the manufacturer never considered (or cared about) the possibility that tricksters might take advantage of this to torment people in their own homes. Remote access is convenient, but every couple of years we hear about something egregious, like intruders accessing a baby monitor and whispering through it at night, or gaining access to a garage door to mess with its owner. A lot of the time the intent of these intruders is just to be punks. But you have to wonder how many times it happens and no one knows about it.”
In most cases, these companies are selling consumer hardware and don’t care much about security.
Most people just want to buy the cheapest vacuum available, which often means a company without basic security measures in place.
“Although Ecovacs accounts are password-protected, and a further four-digit PIN code is required to access the video feed, that PIN code is not validated server-side—meaning anyone with the basic know-how of a tool like Chrome web inspector could bypass it. It’s likely that Swenson was reusing credentials from other services, but the code should have been an extra factor that prevented access anyway. At a bare minimum all Ecovacs really needs to do is some basic ‘if-true’ validation on its servers before opening the video feed.”
Ecovacs says a substantial security update will be released in November.

Arkansas Man Charged With First Degree Murder For Killing 67-Year-Old Man in a Truck With His 14-Year-Old Daughter By Brian Lupo
Oct. 13, 2024 4:20 pm – An Arkansas father and combat veteran is currently facing potential first-degree murder charges in Lonoke County for shooting and killing a 67-year-old man who was found in a vehicle with his missing 14-year-old daughter.
On October 8th, Aaron Spencer called the Lonoke County Sheriff’s Department to report his missing 14-year-old daughter. While deputies were en route to his home, Spencer called back around 1:12 am to inform dispatch that he had found his daughter in a truck with Michael Fosler, a 67-year-old man.
After pursuing Fosler, there was a vehicle crash, at which point an altercation allegedly ensued. Spencer shot Fosler during the altercation.
Fosler had previously been arrested and booked in July by another agency for internet stalking of a child and sexual assault, according to Lonoke County Sheriff John Staley. Spencer’s wife wrote an update on social media, stating, “We absolutely called 911 during the entire event. We had no idea this man was in contact with our child again. He was [a]waiting 6-9 felonies for what he did…He was looking at the rest of his pathetic life in jail, and our daughter was the only witness.”
While Spencer was arrested for the homicide, it is still unclear if he will face first-degree murder charges. Sheriff Staley said, “When we get on scene and there’s a homicide, it means one person took the life of another. It’s either justified or not justified. That’s what the…investigation is going to find out.”

Spencer’s wife, Heather, created a GoFundMe account to collect money for legal fees. However, she posted to Facebook that GoFundMe had taken down her fund and was returning all funds to the donors. The family has since opened up a GiveSendGo to help retain funding for the legal battle that is sure to ensue.
She wrote on the GiveSendGo:
In spring/summer 2024 our then 13 year old child was targeted, groomed and ultimately raped by the boyfriend of a family friend. Our family did not know this monster. He just appeared in a place where our child should have been safe and got access to her phone number. And that’s all it took.
We let the justice system do its job. The monster who hurt our child was charged quickly, but released even faster on a $50k bond. He was awaiting court in December for several felonies in relation to what he did to our child.
In the early morning hours on Tuesday, October 8th, 2024, we awoke to our daughter’s dog barking. This is unusual and caused us to check on her. In that moment we lived every parents biggest fear as we realized our teen child was missing.
We frantically searched our home/property and started calling friends, family, and 911. My husband immediately got into his truck to go blindly searching for our child.
By God’s never failing grace, my husband passed this man driving on our road with our minor child in the vehicle. As soon as the predator knew my husband was behind him, he ran. The chase ended in an accident. Aaron was able to retrieve our child alive, but in the process he was attacked and did what he had to do to protect himself and our minor child. He is now facing an outrageous murder 1 charge.
We were able to bring him home on $150k bond, but now we need to retain a legal team. I’m starting this campaign with a goal of $50k but I understand now it will likely cost much more.
My husband is a combat veteran, who has always protected his country and family. I have no doubt our child would have not come home if my husband hadn’t found her. Please help us keep him home with us where he belongs. Any donation is appreciated, but we will also take all the prayers we can get.
Spencer revealed another shocking detail in an update on social media, stating:
First, just want to thank the community and all the victims who have reached out to us. We have gotten a clear picture of a predator who continuously worked with children and preyed on young girls. This man was Chief of police in Indiana and resource officer, giving us a better idea of why the Lonoke county courts have been protecting him and going after my husband.
We have…received numerous stories of other victims that received no justice after this man attacked them. The system failed over and over to put away a predator. Everywhere this man went he preyed on weak young girls.
Spencer was released on a $150,000 bond. The family hopes to raise at least $50,000 for their legal expenses but acknowledges it will likely cost much more.

Breaking: Armed Man Arrested Outside Trump Coachella Rally With Fake VIP and Press Passes in Likely Third Assassination Attempt: Sheriff By Kristinn Taylor
Oct. 13, 2024 3:07 pm – The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office on California reported an armed man with fake VIP and press passes for President Trump’s rally in Coachella rally was arrested at a security checkpoint near the rally sight around 5 p.m. PDT. Also, a man was reportedly barred from entering the rally after bomb detection police dogs alerted on him.
On Saturday, October 12, 2024, at 4:59 p.m., deputies assigned to former President Donald Trump’s rally in the Coachella Valley contacted the driver of a black SUV at a checkpoint at the intersection of Avenue 52 and Celebration Drive. The male driver, identified as Vem Miller, a 49-year-old resident of Las Vegas, was found to be illegally in possession of a shotgun, a loaded handgun, and a high-capacity magazine. Miller was taken into custody without incident and later booked at the John J. Benoit Detention Center for possession of a loaded firearm and possession of a high-capacity magazine. This incident did not impact the safety of former President Trump or attendees of the event.

The Long beach Press Telegram reported Sunday that Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco said he believed a third assassination attempt against Trump was stopped. (excerpt):
Bianco told the Southern California News Group on Sunday that he believes Miller — who he said is a member of a right–leaning anti-government group [Emphasis added] — planned to kill Trump and that deputies thwarted the plan when Miller presented fake VIP and press passes at a checkpoint.
“They were different enough to cause the deputies alarm,” Bianco said. “We probably stopped another assassination attempt.”
Miller is a registered Republican [Emphasis added] who holds a master’s degree from UCLA, and who ran for state assembly in Nevada in 2022.
Bianco said Miller considers himself a so-called sovereign citizen, a group of people who do not believe they are subject to any government statutes unless they consent to them.
…Bianco also said the FBI is questioning another man after bomb-detecting dogs “repeatedly” identified him as possibly dangerous. That man was not allowed in the rally, Bianco said.
The Press Telegram also reported that Miller was released on $5,000 bail with a court date on January 2, 2025 and that the Secret Service said they are aware of the arrest.

Can Israel Counter Iran’s Missiles? By Antonio Graceffo
Oct. 13, 2024 9:45 am – This year, Iran has launched a number of missile attacks on Israel, the largest of which came on October 1st in retaliation for Israel’s offensive against Hezbollah. Escalating tensions prompts the question of whether Israel can effectively counter a larger, more sustained missile attack from Iran.
Iran’s ballistic missile capabilities, particularly the Emad missiles, have a range of up to 1,800 kilometers, allowing launches from various locations in Iran, including Shiraz, Kermanshah, Khorramshahr, Isfahan, and Tehran. Major Yochanan Ben-Yaakov told Israel’s Security and Defense Forum (ISDF) that most of the recent attacks originated from Shiraz; because it is at a lower elevation, the Iranians believe it is more difficult for Israel to hit in a counterstrike.
Although Emad missiles are designed for long-range capabilities, they are not highly accurate. As a liquid-fueled missile, the Emad is less reliable and more challenging to launch compared to solid-fueled systems. This results in reduced accuracy and reliability, especially when compared to Israel’s more advanced precision-guided missile systems. In the October 1st attack, Iran launched approximately 180 missiles at Israel, the majority of which were intercepted by Israel’s air defenses or by the US Navy.
Major Ben-Yaakov told Israel’s Security and Defense Forum (ISDF) that Israel has the capability to strike Iran’s nuclear facilities, pending government approval. “We have F-35s, F-15s, and, of course, Jericho missiles, which are highly accurate and precise, unlike Iranian missiles…yes, we can {do it}.”
Iran’s Shahed 136 and 238 UAVs are kamikaze drones with a 100 kg payload and a range of up to 4,000 kilometers, designed to crash into targets. These drones lack cameras and cannot transmit intelligence, taking 7-9 hours to reach Israel. Israel uses its advanced Iron Dome defense system to decide whether to intercept them. The Iron Dome, developed to protect civilian areas, tracks and destroys short-range threats like rockets and UAVs using radar-guided missiles, ensuring efficient protection while conserving costly interceptors for real threats.
Systems like Iron Dome are designed to intercept short-range threats, such as UAVs, while David’s Sling handles medium to long-range threats, like cruise missiles. Both use advanced radar detection and guidance to track and neutralize incoming dangers. For ballistic missiles, Israel employs the Patriot and Arrow systems, providing layered protection depending on the threat. Emad missiles, with a range of about 2,000 kilometers, could reach Israel from Iran in 2-3 hours, depending on the launch location, requiring quick defense decisions.
Anti-missile systems are costly, so Israel carefully assesses whether to intercept based on the threat’s trajectory and potential impact. Many Iranian missiles and drones malfunction, crash, or land in areas like Jordan or unpopulated regions of Israel, reducing the need for interception. Major Ben-Yaakov explained that drones or missiles launched from Yemen are even less reliable, with the majority successfully intercepted by Israeli defense systems, further minimizing damage and the need for unnecessary defensive actions.
According to Major Ben-Yaakov, in retaliation, Israel could target Iran’s oil infrastructure, including refineries in Tehran, Abadan, and the Persian Gulf, with Harj Island being particularly crucial as it supplies China with 2 million barrels of discounted oil daily. Other possible targets include the Bandar Abbas terminal, IRGC bases in Kermanshah, and the Natanz a key nuclear site. Tehran, as the seat of government, would also be at risk. Israel can strike these locations with jets or Jericho ballistic missiles, capable of covering nearly every target in Iran.
Amid fears of retaliation from Israel for its recent missile attack, Iran has launched diplomatic efforts in the Middle East, seeking to reduce the scale of Israel’s potential response. Iran is concerned about the possibility of Israeli strikes on its nuclear sites and oil facilities, particularly given that Hezbollah, Iran’s key proxy, has been weakened. The Biden administration is urging Israel for restraint, while Gulf states have communicated their reluctance to be involved. Despite ongoing talks, Iran is unsure of the exact nature of Israel’s impending response.
Republicans are pushing Biden to take a harsher stance against Iran. Many Republicans in Congress urged Israel to retaliate fiercely against Iran, while leading Democrats were more cautious, calling for restraint and patience.
Senator Mitch McConnell, Republican of Kentucky and the minority leader, said in a statement, “It is not enough to intercept missiles and drones moments before they reach civilians in Israel or U.S. personnel in the Red Sea.” McConnell also called for the U.S. to replenish Israel’s munitions, stating, “It is time for the world’s leading architects of terror, and their proxies, to face severe consequences.”

As The Guardian reported, retired Army general Mark Milley, who is infamous for wanting to understand “white rage” and throwing Trump under the bus, told author Bob Woodward that he is afraid Trump will recall him to uniform and court-martial him for his deceitful actions.
Milley allegedly bases his fear on Trump’s own words and those of former Trump White House strategist Steve Bannon. He also does not believe the “guardrails” will exist to stop Trump from fulfilling his promises.

Trump’s wish to recall and court-martial retired senior officers who criticized him in print has been reported before, including by Mark Esper, Trump’s second secretary of defense.
In Woodward’s telling, in a 2020 Oval Office meeting with Milley and Esper, Trump “yelled” and “shouted” about William McRaven, a former admiral who led the 2011 raid in Pakistan in which US special forces killed Osama bin Laden, and Stanley McChrystal, the retired special forces general whose men killed another al-Qaida leader, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, in Iraq in 2006. Milley was able to persuade Trump to back down, Woodward writes, but fears no such guardrails will be in place if Trump is re-elected.
As TGP readers know, Milley did several things that arguably meet the definition of treason. First, Milley made two calls to an official in China’s People’s Liberation Army just months before Trump left office, assuring our most formidable adversary that he would give advance warning if the US were ever going to attack the communist nation.
Milley also made headlines for surrendering Afghanistan and arming the Taliban with $85 billion in US military equipment. Before fleeing Afghanistan in a rush in the fall of 2021, Joe Biden armed the Taliban terrorist organization with approximately $80 billion in US weapons.
The White House and Pentagon have never admitted to how many billion dollars worth of weapons they left behind for the Islamist group.
Moreover, he was a crucial figure in the decision to ignore Trump’s order that either the National Guard or active duty military be on standby to keep the peace on J6. This contributed to the persecution of thousands of innocent protesters, the death of war hero Ashli Babbitt, and Trump’s second unwarranted impeachment.
The only hope America has of draining the swamp and holding figures like Milley accountable is getting Trump back in office. Perhaps no one in America is praying harder than Milley that he fails.

Cyber attack targets Iran’s nuclear infrastructure, communication network: Report
Oct 12, 2024 16:10 IST India Today – There are reports claiming that Iran’s nuclear infrastructure has come under a massive cyber attack amid the ongoing conflict with Israel. The country’s Legislature, Judiciary and the Executive have also been subjected to a cyber attack.
Though there has not been an official confirmation from Iranian agencies. There are speculations that Israel may be behind this attack, but nothing could be said for certain as of now.
Meanwhile, reports say that Iran’s communication system, financial system and military communication have shut down as a result of the cyber attack. India Today’s Gaurav Sawant and Ashutosh Mishra bring you more on this from ground zero.
