November 20, 2024 – The Patriarch Abraham had the right idea in purchasing the Machpelah Cave and not accepting it as a gift. This is an important lesson for the State of Israel to relearn today.
Strategic alliances with other countries are an important component of any nation’s overall national security. They are very necessary especially in today’s era of globalization, with the frequent formation and collapse of international coalitions, and when even distant enemies must be faced and dealt with.
In the current war, Israel’s alliances have certainly proved themselves. Our friendship with the United States saved us from the mistakes we made in allowing our supplies of armaments, weapons and combat equipment to dwindle. We were also helped by quiet arrangements with our neighbors, such as Jordan, to intercept the ballistic missiles and UAV aircraft/drones fired at Israel from Iran.
On the other hand, as is known, the U.S. embrace of Israel was actually a type of bear hug. It created a measure of Israeli dependency on the U.S. that actually left us vulnerable to demands that we not fulfill our military and strategic objectives along the way to defeating Hamas and returning our hostages.
There is a well-known principle that “countries don’t have friends, only interests.” Of late, there was most definitely a conflict of some of these interests between Israel and the U.S., particularly the then-upcoming elections. As a result, America threatened, more than once, to withhold arms shipments to Israel critical for the continuation of its campaign [to destroy, or at least subdue, terrorism in the Middle East]. This was a repeat of what happened 50 years earlier during the Yom Kippur War, when the Americans prevented us from preemptively attacking the Syrians and Egyptians; the ensuing war ultimately cost us over 2,650 soldiers’ lives.
We must always remember the great difference between an alliance of friendship and goodwill, on the one hand, and a relationship that leads to one party’s dependence on the other, rendering it a type of protectorate. For Israel, this is of course undesirable and undermines our sovereignty.
One of the fundamental principles in the security philosophy outlined by Ben-Gurion in the early days of the State was that Israel must always retain its independence in everything having to do with military strategy and armaments. “It is incumbent upon us to know and recognize,” he said in 1951, “that when it comes to our security, we must always rely only on ourselves.” We must ensure that given the tremendous threats upon us, we will always have the wherewithal to respond effectively and sufficiently without the need to resort to others’ help.
We must always be able to make sure that the IDF has the weapons it needs, with production lines that can increase their output in times of emergency. The IDF must always have sufficient manpower for a number of highly-trained and battle-ready attack-force divisions that are prepared for every eventuality. It must also maintain supplies and spare parts that will last it for the duration of whatever battles are on the horizon, and beyond.
To our great sorrow, this was not at all the picture when the current war started. For many years, we enabled ourselves to develop a dependency on American defense aid money [which must, by the terms of the agreement with the Americans, be spent in the U.S.], leading to a degeneration of some of our own local defense industries. This of course creates the harmful dependency of which we are speaking. According to various reports, we permitted ourselves to reduce our supplies of equipment essential for an extended war, relying on our American friends to supply us when needed, as indeed they finally did – almost too late – in the Yom Kippur War.
Reports are that immediate steps are being taken to change our thinking in this regard and ensure that we will not be caught short-handed again. Still and all, if we ever again need weapons and armaments, we must know that it is better to purchase them than to receive them as “gifts.”
It has been reported that on Trump’s “Day One,” right after his inauguration on Jan. 20, he has promised to remove all restrictions on the supply of military equipment and ammunition to Israel. This is certainly good news, but it must not cause us to revert to our dependency on the United States in areas of military goals and weapons. The Trump Administration will be a good test case to see if we have truly internalized the lessons of the current war in terms of relying on the goodwill of others.
Let us note that our Patriarch Abraham was a great strategist, with long-term vision. He forged a strategic alliance in Be’er Sheva with King Avimelekh for generations to come (see Genesis 21, 22-31), with the goal of ensuring their secure and lasting stronghold in the Land of Israel.
It was for this reason that Abraham, as we read in this week’s Torah portion, refused to accept the Machpelah Cave and the field of Hebron as a gift from Ephron the Hittite. He insisted on paying full price, for various reasons according to the Medrash – and one of them was that when one receives a favor or gift from another, the former becomes a form of debtor to his benefactor.
“How much more so is this true,” explained a venerable sage of the previous generation known as the Steipler Rov, “that one must not allow himself to enter into an unlimited agreement of subservience… and especially if the other is a wicked person…”
King Solomon writes in Proverbs, “One who hates gifts will live” (15,27). This is because he has not allowed himself to develop a dependency upon others. “There are no free lunches,” the popular saying goes.
Hebron and the Machpelah Cave were Avraham’s first acquisitions in the Land to which G-d instructed him to go. Thus, these places ,are strategically critical for Jewish sovereignty here forever. Not for naught did all three Patriarchs – Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob – establish their residence in Hebron, which was also the first destination of the Twelve Spies dispatched by Moses to the Land. It was also in Hebron that King David founded the Dynasty of Israel. All of this explains why Abraham made sure to buy it and not receive it as a gift. Only in this way would it belong exclusively to the People of Israel, with no chance for the Hittites, or anyone else, to retain any claims to it in the future.

Biden Regime Amps Up Attacks on Israel BY DANIEL GREENFIELD
NOV 19, 2024 5:00 PM – The current debate within the Biden-Harris administration is not whether to go after Israel, but how far to go. The administration has escalated its governmental BDS policy by imposing sanctions on Israeli construction companies building houses in parts of Israel claimed by Islamic terrorists.
Meanwhile, White House staffers anonymously signed a letter demanding an arms embargo.
Congressional letters in favor of an arms embargo and sanctions on members of the Israeli government have been signed by a number of Democrats.
The Biden-Harris administration had threatened an arms embargo using false claims of hunger in Gaza as a pretext, but the timing may be bad after Hamas was just caught raiding food shipments. The existing silent arms embargo may still transition into an open one. And likewise the sanctions on Israeli government officials may still kick in, but after the election, those tactics appear impotent.
Trump has already announced a pro-Israel team and that means much of what the Biden-Harris admin does is likely to get shut down. It also means that their activities can be described as…
1. Creating precedents regardless of whether they are later canceled
2. Modeling and promoting actions within an international context
The Trudeau regime in Canada in particular has coordinated its campaigns against Israel with this administration.
The larger question though is what will the Biden administration do at the UN on its way out the door? Everything else is building up to that.
Only an Antisemite Could Accuse Israel of ‘Genocide’ BY HUGH FITZGERALD
NOV 19, 2024 10:00 AM – Elder of Ziyon examines those who charge that Israel is committing “genocide” in Gaza. He has a. word for them — “antisemites.” More on his investigation of their spurious and sinister claims can be found here: “Why accusing Israel of “genocide” is inherently and purely antisemitic,” Elder of Ziyon, November 17, 2024:
“The Genocide Convention defines genocide as “intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group.”
“Intent” is a high bar. No one can read minds; unless the accused party specifically says that they intend to wipe out another people, all we have are actions that must be interpreted.
The only way for anyone to determine that Israel’s intent in the current war is genocidal is if they already hate Jews.
By definition, if there are a preponderance of actions and statements that contradict the thesis that Israel intends to destroy all Palestinians or all Gazans, then the charge of genocide is false.
I will not get into all the counter-evidence – anyone can research that Israeli leaders have consistently said that their targets are Hamas and not Gaza civilians, that Israel has facilitated tens of thousands of truckloads of aid, that Israel has been careful to avoid civilian casualties, that Hamas deliberately places its military targets within and underneath apartments, schools, mosques and hospitals making avoiding all civilian casualties literally impossible and that many military experts have praised Israel for its efforts to avoid civilian casualties despite the unique challenges of fighting an enemy that depends on civilians to limit attacks.
However, the people tossing the word “genocide” around discount and ignore all the counterevidence that refutes the charge. They grab onto isolated, out of context statements and incidents and try to build them into an edifice of proof.
I’ll give just one example.
A recently released UN report accuses Israel of using methods “consistent with genocide.” The very first quote they use from an Israeli official as evidence is:
On 9 October, the Minister of Defence of Israel announced a “complete siege” of the Strip with no electricity, no food, no fuel and removed every restriction on Israeli forces so they could “eliminate everything.”
The implication is that Gallant ordered troops to eliminate everything in Gaza and starvation was one of the methods.
These were two different statements.
Israel has been facilitating aid into Gaza since October 21, 2023 – the entire war except for two weeks. Statements made within hours or days after the horrific attacks on October 7 demanding a siege were never meant to be long term policy, and those who pretend that they are are knowingly lying.
The second statement to “eliminate everything” refers only to Hamas and other terrorists. It comes from a YouTube video of Yoav Gallant speaking to troops on October 9. His full statement is,
Take off the gloves kill everyone who fights us, even if it is one terrorist. From the air from the land, with tanks and bulldozers all means. There are no compromises. It won’t be the same again. And Hamas will not be. Eliminate everything, it will take time, it won’t take a day, it won’t take a week, it will take weeks and maybe months.
Gallant is specifically talking about terrorists, not Gaza….
If the IDF is hellbent on committing “genocide” in Gaza, why has it gone to so much trouble to save the lives of Gazan civilians by warning them about sites about to be targeted by the IDF? Why did the IDF drop nine million leaflets, send fifteen million text messages, and make sixteen million robocalls, just in the first six months of the war, to warn Gazan civilians away from danger? Why has Israel facilitated the entry of tens of thousands of trucks full of humanitarian aid into Gaza, if it is determined to commit “genocide”? If Israel is intent on committing a “genocide” of Palestinian Arabs, then what explains the fact that when Israel took over Gaza in 1967, its Arab population was 400,000, and when Israel pulled out in 2005, that population had risen to 1.3 million, that is, more than tripled? And why, when Israel took over the West Bank (Judea and Samaria) in 1967, its population was 900,000, and now three million Arabs live there, would anyone call that “genocide”? Finally, in 1949 the Arab population of Israel was 160,000, and today is two million. Does that qualify as “genocide”?
And what about that key metric for judging wars, the civilian-to-combatant ratio? The UN has said that in all the wars fought since 1945, the average ration was 9:1, or nine civilians killed for every combatant. In Afghanistan, the Americans did much better, attaining a 4:1 ratio, and in Iraq better still, with a 3:1 ratio. In Gaza, according to Hamas, 43,000 people have died. Of that number, the IDF estimates that 19,000 were Hamas operatives. In Gaza before the war, an average of 800 people died each month from diseases and accidents. Assuming that number has held steady in the 13 months of war, 9,600 people in Gaza died for non-combat related reasons. Therefore, we can calculate that 13,400 civilians — the figure arrived at by subtracting 19,000 and 9600 from 43,000 in Gaza — were killed in the war. The civilian-to-combat ratio for the Gaza war is thus 13,400:19,000, which is far less than 1:1. No other army in the world has ever achieved such a result. No wonder British Colonel Richard Kemp, who fought in a half-dozen wars and commanded the British forces in Afghanistan, has said that the IDF is “the most moral army in the world.” And West Point Professor John Spencer has written that “Israel has implemented more precautions to prevent civilian harm than any military in history.” Yet, we are told, despite all of the measures the IDF takes to warn people away from places about to be targeted, despite the fact that Israeli pilots abort half of their missions, whenever they detect too many civilians near the target, we are still told that Israel is committing “genocide.”
Given all that evidence to the contrary, who in his right mind would accuse Israel of “genocide”? No one. But are antisemites in their right minds? You know the answer to that.
Is the Stupid Party Finally Smartening Up? BY ROBERT SPENCER
NOV 19, 2024 6:00 AM – For years now, we have had two dominant political parties in the U.S.: the Stupid Party and the Evil Party. The Evil Party sets the agenda and the direction for the country, and the Stupid Party makes a show of objecting but ultimately gives in to what the Evil Party wants while making a few minor quibbles about how some money could be saved here or there or about how the whole thing could be done more efficiently.
The Stupid Party does not, as a rule, set the agenda either in the cultural or the political sphere; that’s the job of the Evil Party. Even when the Stupid Party gains a majority, it behaves as if it were in the minority. Now, however, the Stupid Party is showing signs of getting a clue.
The Republicans, that is, the party of John McCain, Mitt Romney, Mitch McConnell, Paul Ryan, and so many others like them, is, of course, the Stupid Party. The Democrats, the party of abortion on demand until the moment of birth, men who claim they’re women dominating women’s sports, and class and gender warfare, is the Evil Party.
Ever since Dwight D. Eisenhower made it clear when he became president in 1953, after the Republicans had been out of power for two decades, that his administration would not attempt to roll back FDR’s New Deal programs, the Republican Party has been the junior partner in the U.S. government, following the left’s increasingly insane lead in everything. In the wake of Donald Trump’s victory and impending return to the White House, however, it is showing signs of getting tired of being the picked-on little brother. The GOP’s new spine is showing in its refusal to take the theft of a Pennsylvania Senate seat lying down.
Fox News reported Monday that “the Republican Party blasted Democrats on Monday for their refusal to concede the U.S. Senate race in Pennsylvania, taking aim at three-term incumbent Democratic Sen. Bob Casey for moving ahead with a costly recount effort, one they argue is a ‘blatant’ violation of state law.” That it is. As Peter Schweizer explained, Casey “got a judge to allow over a thousand ballots that had previously been discarded because they had some associated with felons.” And as Matt Margolis noted, “the way he does it is by getting judges to allow illegal votes to be counted — which is exactly what is happening.”
The old gatekeepers of the Stupid Party would likely have let the theft happen and welcomed Casey back into the Senate. But some of Trump’s fighting spirit seems to have rubbed off on others in the party. A recount is going on in Pennsylvania, but Republican officials “have argued that the results have been decisive and that Casey lacks any achievable path to victory in the recount.” That does indeed seem to be the case. As of Monday afternoon, Casey trailed by 17,500 votes, which is a lot to make up in a recount. Republicans are presumably watching to make sure that Democrats don’t “find” previously uncounted boxes of ballots that are all, mirabile dictu, marked for Casey.

Israel-Basher picked to speak on Israel and Zionism Moshe Phillips
How does hosting Israel-bashers constitute a contribution to meaningful public discussion of antisemitism? Opinion.
Nov 18, 2024, 5:07 PM (GMT+2) Israel National News – A prominent institute for the study of antisemitism has once again chosen a professor who is hostile to Israel and Zionists to deliver a lecture about Israel and Zionists.
The Birkbeck Institute for the Study of Antisemitism, based at the University of London, has announced a December 3 online program about “Aliya, Antisemitism, and U.S. Zionism in the World,” featuring Doug Rossinow, a professor in Minnesota who has been harshly attacking Israel for more than twenty years.
In July 2002, Palestinian Arab terrorists massacred nine Israeli civilians on a bus near the town of Immanuel. Days later, Rossinow and fellow-extremists signed a large advertisement in the New York Times declaring that “both the Israeli and Palestinian peoples have suffered great wrongs at the hands of the other.”
Rossinow and his friends demanded in their advertisement that Israel return to the indefensible, nine-miles-wide pre-1967 lines, and they called for the mass “evacuation” (expulsion) of all Jews from the areas beyond those lines—meaning Judea, Samaria, the Old City of Jerusalem, and the Golan Heights.
Rossinow’s group also urged the U.S. government to use “massive economic and military support” as “leverage” to force Israel to agree to those demands. They even asserted that “foreign troops may well be required to enforce [the terms], and they must be prepared to accept casualties.”
Demanding that American and other soldiers give their lives in order to force Israel to its knees is a remarkable position to take, to put it mildly.
Over the years, Rossinow has participated in a number of public attacks on Israel.
In 2014, when Israel struck back at Hamas terrorists in Gaza, Rossinow joined an open letter denouncing Israel for “the ongoing carnage in Gaza” and “killing and wounding so many Palestinian children.” Rossinow and company also called for halting U.S. military aid to Israel.
In 2016, Rossinow signed a petition to the American Historical Association, falsely accusing Israel of “impeding instruction at Palestinian institutions of higher learning.” (They were referring to the fact that Israel has security checkpoints through which potential suicide bombers have to pass on their way to campus. So inconvenient!)
Rossinow seems to have some kind of obsession with AIPAC, which is noteworthy since his talk for the Birkbeck Institute on December 3 will be dealing with American Zionists.
In two articles that he authored in 2018, Rossinow denigrated the “swaggering” AIPAC, declaring it was “born of violence and conflict” and “born in awful knowledge.” He wrote that AIPAC was “formed to spin positive PR after Israeli atrocities” and “to deny, obscure, or downplay the piercing impact” of Israeli actions. And he added this vicious comment: “Violence by the Israeli state against Palestinians…lies like a hard stone gnarled in the roots of the Israel lobby.”
Rossinow’s upcoming talk isn’t the first time that the Birkbeck Institute has turned to a harsh critic of Israel to lecture about Israel. Last June, it organized a seminar by Harvard professor Derek Penslar, who has publicly accused Israel of “ethnic cleansing,” “apartheid,” and “Jewish supremacism.” Penslar was the person Birkbeck decided would be most qualified to lecture on Israel’s 1948 War of Independence.
The Birkbeck Institute’s mission statement says that its work “contributes to public debate on antisemitism” and provides “expertise and advice to a wide range of institutions.”
I don’t see how hosting Israel-bashers constitutes a contribution to meaningful public discussion of antisemitism. And I can’t imagine how what Rossinow has to say can be regarded as “expertise” on the subject of Israel or Zionism. Having a radical opinion, and expressing it in extreme language again and again, does not make one an “expert.”
Whenever anybody criticizes Israel-bashing academics, inevitably he or she is accused of “censorship.” So let me be very clear: I am not proposing that Doug Rossinow or other attackers of Israel be censored. I am saying that institutions which sponsor such individuals to speak about Israel or Zionism should be honest about whom they are inviting. It’s the old principle of truth in advertising.
The leaders of the Birkbeck Institute should not pretend that someone who regularly denounces Israel, such as Rossinow, is an objective scholar who can speak about Israel or Zionism in a non-partisan way. Rossinow’s record shows that he is an extreme partisan, with deeply-held views that are consistently unfriendly toward Israel.

When Pearson asked what she had said that deserved the police attention, the officer said he was not allowed to reveal it. The officer also refused to reveal the name of her accuser. “It’s not the accuser,” the officer said, looking down at his notes. “They are called victims.”

“This is appalling,” said Boris Johnson. “How can Starmer’s Britain lecture other countries about free speech when an innocent journalist is knocked on the door for a tweet? Our police are forced to behave like a woke Securitate – and this must stop.” The Securitate was the secret police of Ceausescu’s Romania.

Pearson risks a trial like Christoph Biró, editor-in-chief of the best-selling Austrian daily, the Kronen Zeitung, who wrote an article accusing “young Syrian men with a high level of testosterone, who carried out very aggressive sexual assaults” (even before the sexual assaults on New Year’s Eve in Cologne, Hamburg and other cities). The Graz prosecutor’s office has charged Biró with “incitement to hatred.”

In Spain, a priest who criticized Islam was investigated for “hate crimes.”
German Islam critic Michael Stürzenberger was sentenced to six months in prison for “incitement to hatred.” He criticized political Islam and its “atrocities.” Then an Islamist tried to kill him in a Mannheim square.
Dutch cartoonist Gregorius Nekschot spent a night in jail. The police confiscated his computer and summoned him to the prosecutors. Investigated for “incitement to hatred.” Because in his drawings he mocked Islam.
The late philosopher Roger Scruton was fired by a government committee before he died for saying that the word “Islamophobia” was invented by the Muslim Brotherhood.
Even the winner of the English Booker Prize, Shehan Karunatilaka, has censored himself on Islam. “I had written a story about a radicalized teenager for a collection I was preparing and my wife suggested I delete it. It only takes one person to be offended and suddenly you’re an Islamophobic writer.” And when he heard about the attack in New York against Rushdie, he had no doubts: “My wife said, ‘You have two small children, take that story out.’”

NOV 17, 2024 – Several mainstream news outlets including the New York Times, Washington Post and Reuters, reported Sunday that Joe Biden’s administration has lifted restrictions that had blocked Ukraine from using U.S.-provided long-range missiles to strike deep into Russian territory.
The report originated in typical fashion, leaked to the New York Times by three unnamed deep-state sources.
This development marks “a significant change to U.S. policy in the Ukraine-Russia conflict,” Reuters reports, when in fact the U.S. policy was always to escalate the war, with this latest move no doubt planned months ago to be lowered like a hammer on Russia right before Trump takes office.
It’s no surprise. We knew it was coming. We predicted many times that the U.S. government would give the greenlight to such attacks, because we know that the U.S. deep state wants the war to escalate further before Donald Trump takes over the White House. Their hope is that the stampede toward World War III will become so intense by January 20th that Trump will be unable to stop it.
Ukraine plans to conduct its first long-range attacks in the coming days, the sources said, without revealing details due to operational security concerns.
The move by the United States, which comes just over two months before President-elect Donald Trump takes office on January 20, comes after months of requests by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy to allow Ukraine’s military to use U.S. weapons to hit Russian military targets far from its border.

Islamic scholar: ‘If preserving life had the priority, there would be no jihad’ By Robert Spencer
November 16, 2024 – One of the least-noted defining moments of the early twenty-first century came in the wake of the 9/11 jihad attacks, when President George W. Bush insisted that the Islamic world held the same values that the West held, and so if a few political adjustments were made, the problem of Islamic jihad terrorism would disappear, and the world would enter a new period of harmony and peace. The only problem with this vision was that the basic premise was false: the prevailing values in much of the Islamic world are quite different from those of Westerners, as a prominent Muslim cleric once again recently demonstrated.
Bush made one of many optimistic, irenic and completely fictional assertions about Islam on June 24, 2002 in the Rose Garden, when he envisioned a Palestinian Authority that was a beacon of freedom in the Middle East: “If liberty can blossom in the rocky soil of the West Bank and Gaza,” he asserted, “it will inspire millions of men and women around the globe who are equally weary of poverty and oppression, equally entitled to the benefits of democratic government.”
After that dubious claim, Bush went on to express his fantasies about Islam in general: “I have a hope for the people of Muslim countries. Your commitments to morality, and learning, and tolerance led to great historical achievements. And those values are alive in the Islamic world today. You have a rich culture, and you share the aspirations of men and women in every culture. Prosperity and freedom and dignity are not just American hopes, or Western hopes. They are universal, human hopes.”
Bush is unlikely ever to have heard of Tareq al-Suwaidan, an Islamic scholar and Muslim Brotherhood leader from Kuwait, but he would have done well to ponder what Brotherhood and other Muslim leaders were actually saying about their values. And they’re still saying it: MEMRI recently reported that al-Suwaidan, who spent several years in Tulsa, Oklahoma, offered a vision of Islamic “morality” and “tolerance” that differed sharply from Bush’s bland and naïve assumptions.
“By Allah,” al-Suwaidan said, “what happened during the Al-Aqsa Flood should be taught in the most prestigious colleges. The planning was unbelievable. People who are experts in planning know that what happened could only succeed with divine intervention, and profound and extraordinary planning.”
The Al-Aqsa Flood is the name that Hamas gave to its bloody and brutal massacre of 1,200 Israelis on Oct. 7, 2023. Rather than expressing revulsion at this horrific demonstration of immorality and intolerance, al-Suwaidan was saying that it should be taught as an example of skillful strategic planning, as well as actual divine intervention. The idea that he or other Muslims “share the aspirations of men and women in every culture,” as Bush claimed, doesn’t seem to have occurred to al-Suwaidan.
Al-Suwaidan continued: “Can you see how many young men and women in our Arab world – forget the Arab world, in the West – consider [Hamas’s Al-Qassam Brigades spokesman] Abu Obeida a role model?…The Al-Aqsa Flood is the best leadership training course in the world.”
In the West? Why, of course. Al-Suwaidan, like everyone else, could see thoroughly indoctrinated and propagandized college and university students all over the U.S. praise Hamas and celebrate the Oct. 7 attacks. Nevertheless, he was troubled that Allah had not yet granted the Muslims total victory: “Blood is flowing in Gaza like rivers. Where is the victory that we were promised? Why is there no divine intervention to stop the bloodshed of children, women, the elderly, and to stop the hunger in Gaza?” In referring to the “victory that we were promised,” al-Suwaidan is likely referring to the fact that the Qur’an promises success to the believers in this world as well as the next: “Allah gave them the reward of this world and the good reward of the hereafter. Allah loves those who do good deeds.” (3:148).
That victory has so far eluded the Muslims in Gaza, and for al-Suwaidan, that only meant that they should dedicate themselves all the more wholeheartedly to jihad for the sake of Allah, even if it would mean that they would die in the process: “Man, I do not cry for them. I am crying for myself for not being among them. This is how a believer should aspire for martyrdom.”
Al-Suwaidan then offered a succinct and telling enunciation of Islamic values: “Preserving life is not the only objective of the shari’a – these include the preserving of religion, life, lineage, intellect, and property. These are the main objectives of the shari’a. Which one of these objectives has higher priority? It is preserving religion, not preserving life. This is why there is a thing called ‘Jihad.’ If preserving life had the priority, there would be no Jihad – we would abolish it. Preserving religion takes priority over preserving life.”
“Preserving religion takes priority over preserving life.” Thus peace is not the ultimate goal; Islamization is. Will anyone in the State Department, as they continue to press Israel for ceasefires that would let Hizballah and Hamas survive to murder more Israelis, take note of this statement and ponder its implications? Of course not.

Congressman Wiley Nickel, Democrat of North Carolina, is urging his party to “appoint a shadow cabinet to fight back against the worst excesses of a second Trump administration.” He’s borrowing the idea from the Britain’s parliamentary system, but it would be a poor fit for our republic, eroding the will of the people which invests executive power in only one president at a time.
“Across the Atlantic,” Mr. Nickel wrote in a Washington Post op-ed on Monday, “the British have something we don’t: a team from the opposition that mirrors the government’s cabinet members. They watch the cabinet closely, publicly challenging, scrutinizing, and offering new ideas.” That these ideas were rejected in the election escapes mention.
A prime minister isn’t chosen in a nationwide vote, and parliamentary systems have multiple parties rather than America’s two. The U.K. prime ministers sometimes form governments — including a cabinet — in coalition with smaller parties and serve only so long as they have support. In 2022, Prime Minister Truss stepped down after just fifty days. It was the shortest tenure in British history.
The American system is different by design. Presidents are elected to four-year terms, exercising co-equal power with the legislative and judicial branches. Their cabinets, while not laid out in the Constitution, perform a function it authorizes while a shadow cabinet would be created out of whole cloth to undermine the president, who is the sole individual vested with the executive power.
To ensure the nation spoke with a unified voice abroad, the Constitutional Convention empowered the Senate to offer “advice and consent” on foreign policy and appointments but didn’t lay out a mechanism for doing so. The job of putting this concept into action, as with so many things, fell to President Washington.
On August 22, 1789, four months after taking the oath of office, Washington met with senators in person, asking for their input on treaties with the Creek and Cherokee nations. The author of “The Cabinet: George Washington and the Creation of an American Institution,” Lindsay Chervinsky, laid out the difficulty that led the first president to create the cabinet.
Washington, seeking the Senate’s input, “carefully crafted” a statement of his aims in his proposed negotiations. When his vice president, John Adams, read it to the senators, Ms. Chervinsky writes that he was met with “awkward silence.” Senator William Maclay recorded that “his colleagues were so intimidated by” the great general “that they cowered in shameful silence.”
Maclay suggested that committees break off to discuss Washington’s remarks. The president, feeling he’d wasted his time, “lost his temper, stood up, and shouted, ‘This defeats every purpose of my coming here!’” Heading to his carriage, he “muttered under his breath that he would never return for advice.” He did go back two days later, having promised to do so, but never again.
All American presidents since have followed this precedent in letting their cabinet secretaries — based on Washington’s counsels of war during the Revolution — fulfill the Senate’s role. The first cabinet had four secretaries: State, Treasury, War, and Attorney General. The number has since grown to fifteen.
Cabinet secretaries are nominated by the president and confirmed by the Senate. The shadow body Mr. Nickel proposes wouldn’t face such scrutiny. Its members would be partisan appointees tasked with siphoning off the power the president has earned. Much like Democrats giving Speaker Pelosi the title of “speaker emerita” in 2022, a shadow cabinet would claim an unearned mandate.
In Ms. Pelosi’s case, her invented title doesn’t just infringe on the power of Speaker Johnson, chosen to lead by the House majority. It also undermines her own party’s minority leader, Congressman Hakeem Jeffries. His predecessor remaining in office even after losing the majority makes it difficult for him to chart a new direction for the Democratic caucus as he is no longer its sole voice.
“We can’t let,” Mr. Nickel wrote, “Donald Trump’s radical agenda go unanswered or unopposed.” Of course, no losing party is expected to end their opposition or silence their voices. The American people, though, saw Trump’s plans and judged them preferable to the Democratic alternative. The existing mechanisms for resisting them work just as well now as they have since Washington’s day.

November 16, 2024 American Thinker – The fascist far left has always been on the wrong side of history, and now that it’s ideologically dying, it’s time to keep up the trend.
Considering the various electoral events of the last few years, I see a long losing streak.
Despite the denials and the linguistic lies, the left has been trying to force its sick form of collectivism on the country. Call it whatever you want, socialism, communism, fascism, statism, Maoism, the names have been changed to protect the guilty, but the deaths and disastrous results are always the same.
To say they are on the wrong side of history would be a severe understatement.
Recent electoral results are making it obvious that the 2020 election victory was a mirage, produced by COVID-19, effectively the same as a once-in-a-100-years flu epidemic, that the left exploited for all its worth to win.
They loved the power that it gave them, packaged as ‘science.’ But it wasn’t science. We know now that masks are useless, but great for concealing the identities of rioters during the fiery ‘mostly peaceful protests’ that burned down whole city blocks and saw numerous deaths at the tail end of that pandemic.
We know now that the six-foot ‘standard’ of ‘social distancing’ was made up. Yet it justified all matters of malfeasance in the 2020 election, with mail-in voting, ballot harvesting, and the inexplicable Zuckerberg drop-boxes for ballots when mailboxes easily fulfilled the role.
The problem for the left is that while they spent four long years denouncing election deniers (whatever that means), the fact is that without all that 2020 funny business, the vote counts for 2024 seem to trend right in line with years other than 2020.
And let’s be realistic about this, had the roles been reversed, the nation’s socialists would have started with their first steps of silencing our voices – because they already called for this to be done. And they would have deprived us of our common-sense human right of armed self-defense – because they also already called for this to be done.
So, we see now that the left is in full retreat. To continue with military parlance, this could be called the pursuit phase of the battle.
First, their ratings plummeted and now their high-priced propaganda personalities are being pushed out.
Second, they’re in denial about it. In some ways, the lefties are doing all they can to avoid any recovery. They’re deluding themselves that the media favored the pro-freedom side.
They’re blaming everyone but themselves for their problem. They need the Michael Jordan PSA: Stop It, Get Some Help. That’s turned into a meme, but they’re likely too arrogant to listen.
The propaganda press is still lying along as they’ve always done, forgetting that they lost their credibility years ago. And they won’t get it back until they start to tell the truth – but the problem for them is that this will condemn their ideology to the dustbin of history. They can’t keep up the same old gaslighting routines, because no one believes them anymore. They can’t project their issues on the pro-freedom side because enough people see through the scam.
So, what can we do to keep them on their losing streak?
The first thing we need to do is acknowledge what has happened. In April 2022, Elon Musk tweeted out a cartoon made by U.S. evolutionary biologist Colin Wright that showed most of the country has moved towards the pro-freedom side of the political spectrum, while the left went off the deep end into insanity land.
This means that we’re a major part of the political majority of a center-right country, with the true liberals next to us as part of the moderate middle. While the lefties are way off in the distance. We need to assert that fact.
As for the left, they are a small, fringe extremist segment of the political spectrum instead of a non-existent left-to-moderate cabal. We call them the fascist far-left because the party of projection will never admit to the fact that fascism is socialism with a capitalist veneer. And that they are at the far-left and authoritarian end of the linear political spectrum.
This isn’t ‘name-calling’ by any means, it’s just a statement of ideological fact. Fascism is just another of the myriad forms of collectivism – as in communism, leftism, and socialism. Lefties love to use positive-sounding but almost meaningless words to describe themselves. Think of applying fascist far-left to them as truth in advertising.
Next, we need to build up a media system that can balance out the propaganda press. They’ve severely damaged themselves by going all in for collectivism and Team Kamala, but they aren’t going away completely. Like cockroaches after a major disaster, they’ll reappear out of the woodwork, ready to spew conspiracy theories in the fine blueanon fashion. One-sided media coverage means that the left can lie with impunity and rarely face a ‘fact check.’
Balanced media means they won’t be able to get away with that, and it will be glorious.
Anti-liberty lefties also love to use language to lie about who they are and confuse the people about the structure of the political spectrum. We need to (rhetorically) destroy them with their own tactics. This means we use words and language to shape the debate the way the left has done for the past 30 years. This not only sets the terms in the battlefield of ideas, but it also serves to separate the fascist far-left from the true liberals and non-collectivists who sometimes feel homeless in the way things are set up.
Lefties will always keep on losing if they insist on the same old lies and ideology, and we have to stop praising them with positive labels and indulging them in their Utopian fantasies. It’s time that they acknowledge that collectivism cannot work and that fomenting lies to that effect only destroys their credibility even further. Pro-freedom patriots – conservatives, libertarians, and true liberals are the new centrist majority, so we have to focus on that while asserting that collectivism is a tired relic of the past – the polar opposite of ‘progress.’
The left has had 400 long years to get its ideological act together and somehow get collectivism to work as advertised, and it always ends up in NKVD, Gestapo, Stasi, Gulags, concentration camps, and millions deliberately murdered on an industrial scale.
It’s time to say enough with the left’s unworkable Utopian fantasies and make ‘progress’ (to coin a phrase) beyond them. It’s time to demolish the leftist lie that collectivism has never been tried before and put an end to that insanity.

Scientists discover what caused the Roman Empire to collapse 1,500 years ago By NIKKI MAIN
16 November 2024 DAILYMAIL.COM – Scientists have uncovered an unlikely event that led to the eastern Roman Empire’s collapse 1,500 years ago.
They discovered that the Romans miscalculated their Persian-Sassanian opponents which caused their downward spiral, leaving them weak and allowing Islam to rise in a manner that essentially wiped out the once-powerful civilization.
The two groups were at war from 54 BC to 628 for control of territories, but the Persians and Sassanians took over Roman trade routes that were critical to their victory.
Without access to trade, the economy quickly collapsed and forced people in the Roman Empire to flee to other regions like Constantinople, the researchers said.
The team analyzed shipwrecks throughout the Mediterranean from multiple sites, such as Marseille, Naples, Carthage, eastern Spain and Alexandria, to better understand what caused the fall.
They identified a timeline for when Roman ships, which lined the shores by the hundreds at their peak, began to disappear and dwindled down to just dozens by the second half of the 7th century.
Roman goods were also analyzed fromfrom tens of thousands of sites between numerous regions: Israel, Tunisia, Jordan, Cyprus, Turkey, Egypt, and Greece.
Researchers said that rather than a decline, there was an increase in prosperity and demography in the second half of the 6th century CE.
The information ‘led us to conclude that the eastern Roman Empire started to decline … after a [disruption in trade] and military failures,’ authors Lev Cosijns from the University of Oxford and Haggai Olshanetsky told DailyMail.com.
Previous research had suggested that a plague decimated the Roman Empire in 543 AD or climate change was to blame.
But the new study found the civilization was at the height of its power, economic output and population.
Researchers looked at the number of shipwrecks in the Mediterranean Sea and pottery uncovered at archaeology sites.
They discovered more than 16,000 pieces of pottery uncovered in Nessana – a city located in the southwest Negev desert in Israel, close to the Egyptian border.
The shards were determined to have been traded by the Roman Empire during the late 6th and early 7th centuries, which confirmed that the civilization was still thriving.
The team also investigated shipwreck data from Roman ships during the 2nd century through the 7th century to determine when the sea trade ended.
Dr Olshanetsky and Dr Cosijns said during the 2nd century AD, the number of Roman shipwrecks stayed consistent with between 200 and 300 occurring every 50 years.
But that number drastically dropped to 100 by 551 AD and dropped to just 67 by the second half of the 7th century, signifying that their trade routes were cut off.
The Roman and Persian Empires fought to control territories to expand their influence throughout Armenia, Mesopotamia and northern Syria.
These territories were strategically important because they offered more border protection and access to vital trade routes.
The Roman Empire won the war under the leadership of Emperor Heraclius who launched a counterattack deep into Persian territory, catching the army off guard and forcing them into a decisive battle near the ruins of Nineveh.
But the disrupted trade route slowly weakened the Roman Empire, leading to their demise.

This time around, Trump no longer has the Mueller investigation lingering over him, he is now the single most vetted man in world history, and they found nothing on him. Also, now that the corporate media have also lost all credibility and lost control of public perception, their cries of “dictator” will fall on deaf ears. They’ve cried wolf too many times.
In addition, with Trump’s convincing and historic victory, he has the mandate of The People to implement the MAGA agenda, and he has a better much better cast of people around him. And thanks to Elon purchasing X, The People are far more awake now. They see what’s going on.
My point is, that Trump’s position this time around is EXPONENTIALLY better than last time. The environment is more suitable for him to actually do what needs to be done, without the threat of the public being riled into a violent frenzy by the Dems and their corporate media lapdogs.
Now that the MSM is dead and their mind-control no longer works, Trump can comfortably carry out his term without having to walk on eggshells or worry about backlash.
The stars have aligned. Trump has control of all 3 branches, the optics, the political ammunition, the precedent, public approval, everything. It’s now or never.

WHAT DID RED GAIN?
- The White House — Oval Office.
- The U.S. Senate.
- The U.S. House of Representatives.
- The Electoral College.
- The popular vote.
- All seven swing states.
- State governor majority.
- State Legislature majority.
- The stock market hit record highs.
- Trump and Elon Musk told Zelenskyy that the war is over, to prepare for negotiations, no additional funds or weapons will be sent to Ukraine.
- Hamas called for an immediate end to the war.
- Trump Gave Hamas until Inauguration Day to return the hostages.
- The Houthis surrendered just hours after Trump won the Presidency.
- The EU said it will buy its oil from America not Russia.
- Qatar told all Hamas officials in the country to leave immediately.
- Iran’s currency crashed.
Additionally:
The Fed cut interest rates a quarter of a point after Trump’s election victory.
China’s President Xi Jinping congratulated Donald Trump on his U.S. presidential win and urged both nations to find the “right way to get along,” as looming U.S. tariffs threatened to return, as they did years ago.
Following Trump’s victory, NYC’s mayor announced he’s ending food vouchers for illegals.
And let me not omit that even before he takes the oath on January 20, 2025, President Trump is already supporting the military that he loves and respects — a great thing, given the 249th anniversary of the U.S. Marine Corps.
WHAT DID BLUE GAIN?
The blue gains were all acquired before November 5, 2024, with Democrats — speaking in one voice — saying that their goal was to defeat Donald Trump in order to “save Democracy.”
To the eternal condemnation of the teachers’ unions in our country, all of these Democrats — no doubt “educated” in America’s leftist school systems — were ignorant of the fact that we do not live in a democracy. We live in a republic. Republics are run on law and order.
Democracies, on the other hand, are run by mob rule. That is why, during the two-plus years of the thugs and criminals from Antifa and Black Lives Matter rampaging through our country, smashing windows, lighting cars on fire, destroying businesses, putting dozens of people into intensive care units, and racking up a death toll into the dozens, there was not a word of condemnation from any Democrat.
And when countless thieves, rapists, even murderers were caught and brought to police precincts, they walked! No charges, no bail, no indictments. No condemnation from any Democrat.
Why? Because the democracy they were so interested in saving was run by, yep, mob rule! In fact, it was revealed by Jim Hoft at Gateway Pundit that just the other day, the mob-rule Biden-Harris regime met with Pentagon brass to discuss and plan how to override President Trump’s 47 orders.
“This smells like treason,” Hoft wrote, while citing a CNN report that stated, “The military-industrial complex is infuriated that the first president in 40 years who did not start a war while in office has returned to power.”

November 12, 2024 – At least ten Israeli soccer fans were injured when a mob of rioters shouting “Free Palestine” attacked them in Amsterdam last Wednesday night, prompting authorities to advise Israelis in the Dutch capital not to leave their hotels.
Israel dispatched two planes to the Netherlands to evacuate its citizens. Around 3,000 Israelis traveled to Amsterdam to attend a match between Maccabi Tel Aviv and Ajax. The Israeli army deployed a rescue mission including rescue and medical teams to Amsterdam in coordination with the Dutch government.

N.Y. Times Changes “Occupation” Language After AFSI Protests
November 12, 2024 – The New York Times has quietly corrected a false statement about “Israeli occupation” that it used repeatedly earlier this year. The change follows a protest by Americans For A Safe Israel (AFSI).
The controversy began this past summer, when multiple Times reporters began using a new, identical phrase when referring to the Judea-Samaria territories, claiming that “three million Palestinians live under Israeli military occupation” there.
The same phrase appeared in no less than six news articles in eight days in August and September.
In early September, AFSI published a report exposing the truth: that 98% of those Arabs actually live under the rule of the Palestinian Authority, not Israel; and that the Times was falsely inflating the Arab population from 2.7-million—which the Times itself had previously reported—to 3 million.
In the weeks since AFSI’s report, the Times has reversed course. Between September 13 and November 5, the Times published five news articles and one video report about those territories. Not one of those reports claimed that “three million Palestinians live under Israeli military occupation.” In addition, the video report revised the Arab population downward to th e original figure of 2.7-million.
AFSI national chairman Moshe Phillips said:
“It seems clear that editors at the Times last summer instructed their reporters to make a false statement about Israel—but once they were exposed, the editors quietly stopped using that falsehood. The fight against anti-Israel media bias may be long and difficult, but this episode demonstrates that persistence can force biased editors and reporters to correct their misstatements.”

*Bolstering the US’ posture of deterrence is the most critical prerequisite for stopping/minimizing wars and terrorism. The US’ posture of deterrence is reflected by the size and structure of the US’ defense budget, avoiding appeasement of rogue entities, and dwelling on reality (as frustrating as it is) rather than alternate reality.
*The US’ posture of deterrence has been undermined by the State Department, which was evicted from the center stage of foreign policy formulations during President Trump’s first term. Trump opposes Foggy Bottom’s multilateral/cosmopolitan state of mind, which prefers a coordinated policy with the UN, international organizations and Europe, rather than a unilateral, independent US national security and foreign policy. The State Department has also subordinated Middle East reality to its own alternate reality, which has led to its systematic failure in the Middle East (e.g., the 1978-9 stabbing the Shah in the back, and facilitating the Ayatollahs’ rise to power; the embrace of Saddam Hussein until his 1990 invasion of Kuwait; the 1993 cuddling of Arafat and ushering him to the Nobel Peace Prize; the 2009 betrayal of the pro-US Mubarak and the courting of the anti-US Moslem Brotherhood; the 2010 reference to the Arab Tsunami on the Arab Street, as if it were an Arab Spring and Facebook Revolution; the 2011 military offensive on Qadhafi, which transformed Libya into a major arena of anti-US Islamic terrorism; and pressuring Israel to conclude a series of accords with – and refrain from demolishing – Hamas, which bolstered Hamas’ terrorism and led to the October 7 atrocities).
*The US’ posture of deterrence has been severely undermined by the State Department’s policy toward Iran’s Ayatollahs regime, which has been transformed – since the February 1979 toppling of the Shah – from “the American Policeman of the Gulf” to an arch anti-US venomous octopus, stretching its tentacles from the Persian Gulf through the Middle East and Africa into Latin America and the US soil. The Ayatollahs have become the major global epicenter of anti-US wars, terrorism and drug trafficking, threatening the US homeland and the survival of all pro-US Arab regimes, especially the Arab oil producers. The Ayatollahs aspire to control 48% of global oil reserves and key routes of global trade, which would deal a major blow to Western economy.
*The US’ posture of deterrence has been severely undermined by the delusion that the diplomatic option/negotiation, supplemented with mega-billion-dollar-gestures could induce the Ayatollahs to abandon their 1,400-year-old fanatical vision, conduct good faith negotiations and accept peaceful coexistence. The architects of the diplomatic option have ignored the fact that rogue regimes bite the hands that feed them, as documented by the Ayatollahs, who took over the US Embassy – a few months following the US support in toppling the Shah – held 50 American hostages for 444 days, and emerged as a leading threat to the US, globally and domestically.
*Thus, the 45-year-old diplomatic option has dramatically bolstered the capabilities of Iran’s Ayatollahs as the chief epicenter of global anti-US terrorism, drug trafficking, proliferation of advance military systems and mega-billion-dollars of money laundering. Just like the Moslem Brotherhood, Hezbollah, Hamas and the PLO/PA, Iran’s Ayatollahs have been driven by a fanatical vision, which transcends monetary considerations. Moreover, this vision has been codified by their Constitution, education system and mosque sermons.
*The Ayatollahs’ fanatical vision mandates the elimination of enemies, such as the “apostate” Sunni regimes, the “infidel” West, the “Great American Satan,” and the “illegitimate” Zionist entity, which they view as the US’ vanguard in the Middle East.
*The Ayatollahs consider negotiation as a means to advance their anti-US vision, and not as a means to advance reconciliation with the US.
*Therefore, the Ayatollahs should not be partners to negotiation, but a target for regime-change. The potential cost of regime-change would be dwarfed by the cost of facing a nuclear Iran.
*At the same time, a series of peace accords ended the state of war between Israel and Egypt, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Morocco and South Sudan, because – unlike the Ayatollahs, Hamas, the PLO/PA and Hezbollah – the national vision/aspiration of each Arab country does not mandate the elimination of Israel. In fact, the Saudi “Vision 2030” considers Israel as a partner, militarily, technologically and agriculturally.
*President Trump’s first term featured “maximum pressure” economic sanctions, which crippled the Ayatollahs’ economy, and constrained their capability to bolster terrorism and wars. However, as demonstrated by the 2021 suspension and softening of the sanctions, economic sanctions are reversible by a succeeding President. They reduce/delay the wrath of war and terrorism, but do not eliminate the threat.
*On the other hand, regime-change is irreversible, eliminates the threat, and cannot be restored by a succeeding President. Furthermore, it would significantly bolster the US’ strategic stature (including in Latin America, the US’ soft underbelly), by removing the Ayatollahs’ machete from the throats of all pro-US Arab regimes, eliminate the chief supporter of global Islamic terrorism, and induce Saudi Arabia and Oman (and possibly Kuwait, Indonesia and additional Moslem countries) to join the Abraham Accords.
*The Abraham Accords were conceived by ignoring the State Department’s preoccupation with the Palestinian issueand focussing on the national interests of the individual Arab country, as was done with Israel’s prior peace treaties with Egypt and Jordan. Contrary to the State Department’s conventional wisdom – which produced a litany of peace proposals that failed to produce peace – the Abraham Accords came to fruition, because they bypassed the Palestinian issue, denying the Palestinians a veto power over the peace process. The Abraham Accords validate that the State Department has been wrong to assume that the Palestinian issue is the crux of the Arab-Israeli conflict, the crown-jewel of the Arabs and a root cause of Middle East turmoil.
*While the State Department has been obsessed with a proposed Palestinian state, all pro-US Arab countries have limited their support of the proposed Palestinian state to talk, while their walk has been indifferent-to-negative. Arab leaders pay more attention to the Palestinian rogue walk than to the Palestinian moderate talk. Therefore, they consider the Palestinians as a role model of intra-Arab subversion, terrorism and treachery, due to Palestinian terrorism against their hosts in Egypt (1950s), Syria (1960s), Jordan (1968-70), Lebanon (1970-82) and Kuwait (1990). In addition, they are aware of the Palestinian collaboration with Nazi Germany, the Soviet Bloc, Ayatollah Khomeini, international terror organizations, Moslem Brotherhood terrorists, North Korea, Venezuela, Cuba, Russia and China. Therefore, they have concluded that a Palestinian state west of the Jordan River would add fuel to the Middle East fire, toppling the pro-US Hashemite regime east of the River, transforming Jordan into an arena of anti-US Islamic terrorism, triggering rogue ripple effects in the Arabian Peninsula (as well as in the US), threatening every oil-producing Arab regime and Egypt. This would be a bonanza for the Ayatollahs, Russia and China and a blow to the US economy and homeland security.
*On the other hand, Israel has emerged as a unique force and dollar multiplier for the US, and a leading innovation center for the US commercial and defense high-tech sectors (e.g., 250 US high tech giants operate research and development centers in Israel). Israel is the “Triple-A-Store” of the US defense and aerospace industries (increasing US export), and the leading battle-tested laboratory of the US defense industries (saving many years of research and development), Armed Forces (enhancing battle tactics), the intelligence community, counter-terrorism agencies and the FBI. Israel has been the largest US aircraft carrier (as stated by General Alexander Haig, a former NATO Supreme Commander and Admiral Elmo Zumwalt, a former Chief of Naval Operations), which does not require Americans on board, deployed in a critical area between the Mediterranean, the Red Sea, the Arabian Sea, the Indian Ocean and the Persian Gulf, sparing the US the need to manufacture and deploy (to the Middle East) a few more real aircraft carriers along with a few ground divisions, which would cost the US taxpayer $15-$20BN annually.

Here are the origins of the “climate change” story and why it is wrong. The first part is an excerpt from Jacob Nordangård’s 2024 book, Rockefeller: Controlling the Game (recently featured by Unbekoming). In the second, Dr. Moore proves that climate change is unrelated to humans.
Part 1: The Rockefellers concocted climate change
They fueled the story with nine hundred ninety (990) nonprofit organizations. Every time you hear a “climate change” scare story, that person is a Rockefeller stooge who is being paid. He may not know it, but his profession has been entirely corrupted. The following italicized excerpt is from Jacob Nordangård’s Rockefeller: Controlling the Game (2024).
The whole thing was their idea; they took a silly but interesting theory and amplified it with hundreds of millions of dollars. They founded institutions and linked their survival to promoting climate change and population reduction. They adopted one likely politician after another.
The Rockefellers have created 990 climate change activist organizations. They give them directions and financing and launch them into the world. The Rockefellers started, financed, organized, and militarized the Green Movement. By the late 40’s, the family was all in, on the same page. In the 50s they began to stand up countless institutions, committees, university departments, university institutes, foundations, and policy shops gathered around this one idea:
Man is now degrading his environment at a terrifying rate. The cumulative effects of advancing technology, massive industrialization, urban concentration, and population growth have all combined… not only to create imminent danger to the quality of human life, but even to pose threats to life itself. —Rockefeller Foundation, 1969 Annual Report

By 1998, the Rockefeller family had swept the table clean of any opposition to this one idea. Any scientist not on board with the agenda was imperiled. Any university department not working towards this one artificial goal was in danger of being marginalized. Infiltration had begun into every media organization, every major corporation’s entertainment division. This, as stated below, would be a generational goal. For everyone. Or get off the bus.
What is evidentiary, what can be proved in a court of law rather than opinion, however, is that the Fabians started the idea of this whole one-world, no nation-state. It is clear, too, that after the First World War, the Fabians roped in the second generation of Rockefellers. It was a major catch. It meant they had America. And it was spiritual. It was meant to change mankind, to kill off Homo Sapiens and turn us into Homo Universalis.
The New Man would be non-Christian, quietist, and self-obsessed. The economy would trend towards zero growth, if not de-growth. There is a preponderance of data, many publications that laid out their plans. They twisted education away from practical science, engineering, and building things toward social movements, the humanities, the arts, and pleasure. With Laurance Rockefeller’s money and organizational skills, they devised and invented the discipline of cybernetics, from which the internet flows.
The first Rockefeller, as almost everyone knows, was John D., by all accounts, a deeply unpleasant individual who, after his private army killed protestors, was advised to go into charity in a big way to rescue his reputation. Which he did, and managed to dodge the trustbusters and Teddy Roosevelt, and build his empire over the corpses of his competitors. And then, as advised, he began to buy the media. The Luce empire of Time-Life fell into step. From the 60’s on Time-Life stood astride the media world, attracting the best, the authority on every subject. I was trained there and trained well, but all the writing was done back in New York, in the Time-Life building in Rockefeller Center. It was massaged to fit the message. I wanted to write and left.
By the second generation, the family had found its purpose, the meaning for all the wealth, the path forward. John D., according to Sir Stephen Wilkinson, who has studied him all his life, believed to his core that God had favored him with so much wealth because he was good; his Baptist faith, coupled with titanic wealth, made him a modern priest. His family and his heirs would be a Royal Priesthood leading mankind to a new paradise. How the family must have fallen upon the Fabians, with their starry titled members, Bertrand Russell, all the Huxleys, H.G. Wells, Emmeline Pankhurst. How seductive socialism is to the intellectual class. It gives them the right, being so smart, to order humanity. To choose for the rest of us. Few of them could run a corner store.
The seduction of great wealth is pretty much irresistible. Everyone falls. The last time I was “in society” was at a wedding hosted by the Bostonian Cabots – so ancient they arrived in the New World in 1498. Famously, “The Lodges only talk to the Cabots, and the Cabots only talk to God.” That’s how grand they are. Their wealth spread out that weekend was like entering heaven; everything was so beautiful and absolutely perfect in every detail. It was a lush sinking feeling, utterly seductive to the ego. Any Clinton, Gore, Obama, Kerry, Bush, any impoverished scientist, any ambitious university administrator, every fundraiser, every marginalized military man, would just fall over like an ambitious 20 year old faced with her first billionaire. Take me; I’m yours.
And that’s what happened. That’s how they did it: by inviting likely servants to their houses and hunting lodges, donating buildings, buying the land for the U.N., funding organizations, appealing to vanity and greed, and above all, the human desperate need for significance. They created a super-class unmoored to reality and entirely 100% destructive of human life. It was systematic, a fierce, unstoppable, detailed two-hundred-year plan. Each generation would make its contribution.
It started with the felt need to reduce population and turn man into something other. To stress, environmentalism, neo-Malthusianism, and the ‘saving of the planet’ were the motivators for each of the following actions. If you accepted Rockefeller funding, you toed the line. There were too many people, the carrying capacity of the earth was breeched, the planet was dying, and we need a new form of human. These ideas all came out of the Fabian stable and metastasized through the culture like the most delicious poison. Every intellectual, all the universities started to promote this idea. It was heady, exciting. It celebrated Man, not some faceless distant Deity. Fabians hated Christianity and wanted, above everything, to replace it. But first, they had to command every institution of civil society.
The following is a partial list of the institutions by which the Rockefeller family built the modern world in every aspect of the culture. It was masterful. Ancient Kings and Emperors would have marveled.
In 1920, John D. Rockefeller, a major donor, co-founded the League of Nations. However, it failed because the U.S. refused to sign on. The Rockefeller family began running for office to manipulate the levers of power behind the scenes. Today, there is pretty much always a Rockefeller in power at each level of government.
In 1921, they founded the Council of Foreign Relations (CFR). David built and donated CFR’s headquarters. CFR is closely allied to the Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA) in London, Chatham House, itself closely allied with the British Round Table and the Fabians. When people talk about the 13 Families theory, the Round Table and RIIA feature big-time.
In 1944, they co-founded the World Bank, its ideals and purpose devised by the Council of Foreign Relations’ War and Peace Studies Committee.
In 1945, they co-founded the United Nations with the CFR and RIIA. David Rockefeller wrote the preamble to the UN Charter. John D. Jr. bought the 17 acres for the UN building. Nelson chose Philip Johnson as the architect, thereby introducing the International Style. The family funded the UN building.
In 1948 came their statement of purpose:
If the world government cause is to triumph it will need more than sympathetic endorsement by the majority. People must be made to feel that their own security, freedom, and prosperity, yes, their own survival, depend on the creation in our time, of a world rule of law. They must be made to believe that the establishment of a World Government is more urgent than the maintenance of a high domestic standard and as, if not more, practical than the pursuity of a deceptive security by full military preparedness. – Atomic physicist, Edwin Rabinowitch, a Rockefeller client/servant, 1948
In 1948, in league with Julian Huxley, Mr. Population, a leading member of the British Eugenics Society and the British Humanist Society, they formed the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN). The stated goal: better distribution of the world’s population (which is behind the migrant crisis) and fertility control. The IUCN has systematically cleared tens of millions of traditional and indigenous peoples from their lands in Africa and the East.
In 1948, they founded the Conservation Foundation. In 1953, they funded it with $53 million, the equivalent of $650 million today.
In 1954, they founded, with Bernhard of the Netherlands (thought to be the apex child predator), the Bilderberg group.
In 1955, they cofounded the International Meteorological Institute (IMI)
The first publication of the Rockefeller Institute Press, published in 1959, included a section on “Changes in the Carbon Dioxide Content of the Atmosphere and Sea due to Fossil Fuel Combustion”…

Deporting illegal immigrants will begin on Day One of the Trump administration, according to top Trump aides.
Karoline Leavitt, Trump’s national campaign press secretary, has said that President-elect Donald Trump’s blowout victory is an endorsement by voters of policies Trump championed on the campaign trail.
“The American people delivered a resounding victory for President Trump, and it gives him a mandate to govern as he campaigned, to deliver on the promises that he made,” Leavitt said, according to Newsweek.
“Which include, on Day One, launching the largest mass deportation operation of illegal immigrants that Kamala Harris has allowed into this country. It includes drill, baby drill, and expediting permits for nuclear, for fossil fuels, for an above-all energy approach that’s going to bring down the cost of living in this country,” she said.

November 9, 2024 at 9:36am – There are plenty of liberals who are fond of telling you just how “not OK” they are after the American people returned former President Donald Trump to the White House.
Most of these are just social media annoyances. Unfortunately, there are more than a few in the media, as well — including Sunny Hostin of “The View,” who’s become so insufferable even her own co-panelists, no covert MAGA types themselves, think it’s a bit much.
On Friday’s show, Hostin had a meltdown over the 72 million voters and counting who had cast a ballot for Donald Trump, saying that the problem wasn’t his opposition but rather the American people.
“I’d like to reframe the conversation. I think Bernie Sanders is wrong,” she said, referencing the fact the independent Vermont socialist senator had laid the blame at the feet of the Democratic Party’s abandonment of the blue-collar vote.
“I think the more relevant question actually is: What is wrong with America?” said Hostin, beside herself.
“I think, ‘What is wrong with our country that the Republican Party would choose as a candidate and support a candidate who is an insurrectionist, who is an election denier, who is someone who is twice impeached, 34-time convicted felon, someone who has been accused of alleged sexual misconduct by 26 women, found liable for sexual abuse?’” she continued.
“What is wrong with this country that they would choose a message of divisiveness of xenophobia, of racism, of misogyny over a message of inclusiveness, a message for the people, by the people, of the people?
“That’s what the problem is, it’s the Republican Party!” she added.
“It’s not just Republicans. He won the popular vote,” co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin corrected her.
“Well, then, what’s wrong with America?” Hostin shot back.
Another lefty co-panelist, the insufferable Joy Behar, tried to make the point that the Democrats were “the party that cares for the blue-collar voter.”
“Well, clearly they didn’t convince the voters of that,” Griffin responded, leading Behar to say that the problem was “the messaging.”
“Exactly. And the Republicans don’t care about it! The economy is going to crash under Trump,” Hostin interjected.
Sara Haines, meanwhile, said that the left was being “condescending” to voters who didn’t have a college degree.
“You mean the message of joy and inclusiveness?” Hostin said.
“No, the message of not being educated and being dumb and ‘what’s wrong with America?’” she said.
Behar asked who said that: “Sunny just did!” Haines responded.
Which she freely admitted: “What is wrong with America?”

Ruy Teixeira and others of the far left have been trying to figure out what went horribly wrong in their electoral defeat, but they’re starting from the wrong premise: that this is about the “Shattering of the Democratic Coalition.”
Their problem is at a far more fundamental level.
The rest of the leftists are refusing to look inward. Instead, they’re blaming others and doubling down on what defeated them in the first place. But it’s time to consider the cost of lives and misery of the people in entertaining the Utopian fantasies of a small cadre of collectivists and refusing to indulge them any longer. It’s time to reject the ideologies of collectivism, no matter how they’ve been repackaged and renamed over the years to dupe another set of devotees into their cult. It’s been 400 years of mass murder and misery on a global scale. When you consider the historical evidence, it should be easy to say no to a small and spoiled socialist segment that wants to pursue this insanity.
In many ways, the far-left ruling class should be like an alcoholic who has hit rock bottom before he can recover. These leftists are collectively out of touch and ideologically bankrupt. They are still invested in the absolute lie that communism (or one of the other labels) has never been tried before, so it can’t be that. But anyone with common sense should know that leftists are like a used car salesman who has to keep changing names after he’s caught cheating customers.
Collectivism — or its many variants — has been inflicted on mankind for centuries, and lies and language legerdemain are the only way to get a new generation to fall for the trap. The problem for the left is that people have been catching on to this colossal con, realizing that it’s likely others might have tried this before — and failed.
Despite the incessant denials, Kamala was going full commie in her seemingly vague policy proposals that were nothing but the usual collectivist con game of buying votes with other people’s money, taken at gunpoint.
Leftists supposedly care about the “downtrodden,” but in reality, it’s a ruse to attain power and enrich themselves. The proof is simply the results of their policies — reality, not words. They supposedly care about the planet, but they’re willing to risk WWIII to attain some unknown goals. We’re all supposed to recycle and drive coal-powered E.V.s and ignore the deleterious effects of radioactive fallout and nuclear winter.
So we ask the question: is the left worth saving?
Some represent a vast range of the political spectrum, from the fascist far left to what they call the “vital center.” But in reality, the recent election and a poll we’ve referenced frequently place them as a small percentage of the population at the collectivist far left end of the political spectrum.
DNC party apparatchiks need to stop the fraud — a party of an ultra-wealthy, falsely self-important class of people who value virtue signals over substance. Who has the entirely misguided idea that because of virtue signals that bounce around their echo sphere, they have some sort of birthright to rule over everyone else, as though they harken from some sort of leftist royalty?
And finally, the left has to realize that this isn’t 1917, when the Russians were having all the fun remaking the world. It’s been 400 years of abject failure of a set of ideas that can never stand logical scrutiny. They will be on the road to recovery the minute they drop those ridiculous ideological demands, but they will no longer be on the collectivist — and authoritarian — far left. That will be good news for everyone around the world.

FEMA Official Issued Sick Directive During Hurricane Relief: ‘Avoid Homes Advertising Trump’ By Jared Harris
November 9, 2024 at 12:48pm – The Federal Emergency Management Agency has responded to a disturbing action taken by one of its officials, but is the “punishment” enough?
The FEMA official, first reported Friday to be Marn’i Washington by The Daily Wire, was removed from her supervisory role at the agency after telling her subordinates to ignore the homes of Trump supporters while surveying the damage in Florida from Hurricane Milton.
Washington’s directive to workers was to “avoid homes advertising Trump” while they were assessing the Lake Placid area.
At least 20 homes belonging to apparent Trump supporters were skipped under the instructions, according to the workers.
Without being assessed for damage, these houses were not able to qualify for FEMA assistance.
The Daily Wire reports messages such as, “Trump sign no entry per leadership,” were recorded by workers in government log systems.
The employees on the ground were part of the Department of Homeland Security surge capacity force team, volunteering to help an overstretched FEMA address emergencies.
“I know they’re short-staffed, I thought we could go help and make a difference,” one employee told The Daily Wire.
“When we got there we were told to discriminate against people. It’s almost unbelievable to think that somebody in the federal government would think that’s okay.”
The employee said he “volunteered to help disaster victims, not discriminate against them.”
FEMA responded quickly to the discovery of the directive, removing Washington from her role and vowing to investigate the disgusting directive.
“While we believe this is an isolated incident, we have taken measures to remove the employee from their role and are investigating the matter to prevent this from happening ever again,” a FEMA spokesperson told The Daily Wire.
“The employee who issued this guidance had no authority and was given no direction to tell teams to avoid these homes and we are reaching out to the people who may have not been reached as a result of this incident.”
FEMA asserts that it has taken “extreme actions” to correct the situation, and later clarified that Washington is no longer with the agency. Not everyone is convinced this response goes far enough to rectify the situation.
