However, Jovan Pulitzer has come out and lodged a public assault on Professor Dave Clements and Dr. Frank(2),(3) regarding culpability for the lawsuits not being pursued by the AGs. This feeds into the civil war between Lin Wood/Clements etc. and Byrne/Flynn etc. Per Pulitzer’s lawsuit, the AGs were considering the lawsuit, and 5 were very ready to sign, but became enamored with a no risk alternative to the suit. Pulitzer continues that Clements etc put forward the option to pursue a Canvass rather than a full audit as it is cheaper and quicker to complete.
Given the fact that the audit would require political consent by the AGs and other politicians, all of who would really prefer it handled without their involvement, they found the Canvassing choice very appealing, and immediately waffled on their commitments to sign the Lindell suit. The Canvass, however, also does not prove culpability because it exposes a problem without any actual forensic evidence implicating those involved in the fraud which is completely contained within the ballots, the machines, etc…the non-Canvass part of any audit. Note that the ballots will be destroyed, legally, in 9 months and 4 days from today.

- The question is will she be indicted for perjury and enticing a minor, or will she get a pass because she may once have been victimized by Epstein? Does her alleged victimization excuse her for victimizing others? She has already been well compensated for any victimization. Estimates range between 6-10 million dollars she and her lawyers have received. Nor have those underaged girls who she helped victimize been compensated by her.
- The testimony by Carolyn regarding Giuffre’s sordid role in victimizing very young girls cannot be ignored, especially since the government elicited it from their own witness in the Maxwell case. Nor can her rampant perjury, which can be proved through her own words. So, stay tuned. The truth will come out. And it may surprise you.

Thank you for informing us about Stanford’s decision to delay in-person instruction and giving us time to process this information. I have become extremely cynical about most institutional decision-making in America over the last two years, but I am not cynical about your leadership. On the issues of greatest importance to me, you have consistently demonstrated appreciation of a broad range of concerns from a broad range of voices. For that I remain grateful.
For my part, I am now planning, if personal circumstances and University policy allow it, to avoid Stanford in January and live my life in ways that are more personally fulfilling to me than moping around in a dorm room. I hope to travel somewhere warm, spend time with my aging parents, and live a lifestyle unencumbered by COVID restrictions to the fullest extent allowed under the law of whatever jurisdiction I decide to travel to. This plan is based on my strong view that we are extremely unlikely to return to in-person instruction on the timeline the University has laid out and that any return will involve restrictions on daily life that make it less worth living. Life is too short to be miserable.

To most people, forensics has to do with crime, autopsies, and the like. But, like Yahoo, Google, and other Internet search engines, forensic science mostly has to do with finding links. The basic principle of forensic science, as stated by Dr. Edmond Locard, one of the greatest experts in forensic science, is very simple: every contact leaves a trace. Finding these traces at the scene of a crime and, through them, establishing the links to the criminal is what forensic science is all about.

IDF cancels weapons permits for soldiers
The IDF has rolled out a strategy against theft of weapons from soldiers – soldiers will no longer be permitted to take weapons off base.
The IDF General Staff Operations Department has issued an urgent warning to all IDF units, including “immediate instructions to IDF units regarding the security of firearms in soldier’s homes in light of warnings that soldiers may be targeted for burglary” and that “criminal elements intend to break into homes throughout Israel to steal firearms.”

On Monday, President Joe Biden signed the 2022 National Defense Authorization Act, which included a 2.7 percent pay raise for the troops.
There’s only one problem.
In light of raging inflation and the skyrocketing cost of living, this amounts to a pay cut for members of the U.S. military.
Fox Business reported that the 2.7 percent wage increase comes as the consumer price index has risen to 6.8 percent over the last 12 months. In other words, this pay bump simply isn’t going to cut it for our troops as food prices have climbed 6.1 percent and gas a whopping 58 percent.
What’s more, roughly 48,000 troops stationed in the continental U.S. are set to lose a cost-of-living allowance meant to help offset prices in expensive locations.
“The news also comes after the Social Security Administration announced a 5.9% increase in payments next year due to the increased cost of living for recipients, over 3 percentage points larger than the increase for service members,” Fox noted.
The investigation into Wisconsin’s elections is still ongoing as special counsel Michael Gableman continues looking into how voting in the state was carried out in the 2020 general election.
Gableman is now issuing about 70 subpoenas to state entities and employees, special interest groups, private companies, mayoral staffers and IT departments, throughout Wisconsin to obtain records, depositions and more information on the election process and organizations that seem to have had a hand in the administration of elections.
Gableman, who was previously a Wisconsin Supreme Court justice, was asked by Speaker of the Wisconsin state Assembly Robin Vos to lead an investigation into the 2020 election in the state. Gableman agreed and was appointed as special counsel.
The investigation is looking into several components of what went on during the election. Gableman is looking into how Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and the money he donated to the Center for Tech and Civic Life influenced the election, what the Wisconsin Election Commission was doing, the conduct of the mayors and the municipal clerks, the operation of the voting machines and other factors which might have influenced the election.
Wisconsin elections are not administered by the secretary of state, like in other states. Instead, Wisconsin’s Government Accountability Board works in collaboration with 1,853 municipal clerks, 72 county clerks and numerous election inspectors during election season.
