Canadian Public Safety Minister Marco Mendicino said Saturday that at least 76 bank accounts, or about $3.2 million, were frozen in connection with the ongoing demonstrations against COVID-19 vaccine mandates and health restrictions.

This cited article below caught my attention in that for prosecutors to fight to keep evidence out of a trial that could exonerate the accused, seems totally unjust. I have not before heard of this. Whether one is in Canada or the U.S. prosecutors are obliged to turn over all material relevant evidence including exculpatory evidence they have uncovered, to the accused’s lawyers.
In this case it relates to a California criminal case brought against David Daleiden, who I expect you will remember, was criminally charged for recording conversations with Planned Parenthood employees about baby body part trafficking. He could be imprisoned if found guilty.

Some see in Special Prosecutor John Durham’s February 11th filing in the case of former Perkins Coie lawyer Michael Sussman, the beginnings of a case which will take down the “seditious criminal enterprise”—inclusive of U.S. intelligence community and Obama White House actors, and private contractors who conspired against Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign and then engaged in a continuous soft coup to take out the 45th president of the United States.
Kash Patel, the lead investigator for the House Intelligence Committee when it examined Russiagate and the conspiracy against Trump, has that assessment. And the howls coming now from the media, Hillary Clinton, and Sussman’s lawyers, who have asked the court to strike portions of Durham’s February 11th filing and to dismiss his indictment, seem to indicate that Durham is, indeed, over extremely high value targets.

Police are quickly escalating the situation in Ottawa as Trudeau’s crackdown on the trucker convoy continues.
What was once an overwhelmingly peaceful protest, chalked with street hockey and bouncy castles, has become a horror show of tyranny, with police mercilessly beating people and dragging them away for refusing to leave the area.
Several crowd control measures have been employed already, including snipers on rooftops, pepper spray, and batons to try and crush the grassroots uprising that has gridlocked the city for three weeks.
Police have been making arrests and towing vehicles all day.
