“The ruling today in the High Court is contrary to the wording of the law and constitutes a precedent that will endanger the tens of thousands of property owners in the country,” said Jerusalem deputy mayor.
Israel’s Supreme Court effectively banned the eviction of four Arab families found to be living in houses that were built on land originally owned by Jews in the Shimon HaTzadik (Sheikh Jarrah) neighborhood in eastern Jerusalem on Tuesday, ruling that they could not be evicted until the completion of the legal process and an additional Justice Ministry investigation into ownership of the properties.
The Court did not give a specific time frame through which the eviction freeze would be valid, but judging by previous cases, the families likely have gained several years before needing to return to court or face a potential eviction.
The families were ordered to pay a symbolic amount of rent, equivalent to less than $500, to be deposited into a trust, as the legal proceedings continue.

Yes, distractions that take the mind off other, especially more serious affairs, away from the things that we need to and must be working on. Things that are within our purview, like unelected bodies of regionalism. We can’t do hands-on work with a possible war in Ukraine or discover where Ghislaine Maxwell’s papers are, but we certainly can let our local politicians know what they are looking at and why we are set against it.
Here in Tennessee – along with Arkansas and Mississippi, a bill is up to be heard by the Tennessee House Commerce Committee, responsible for “legislation concerning commerce, insurance, and agriculture. The committee also has jurisdiction over legislation concerning banking and lending institutions; communications; regulation and licensing of occupations; protections of trade and commerce against unlawful restraints and monopolies; corporations; labor and industrial corporations; consumer affairs and consumer protection; and unemployment compensation.” That is a lot of control in many areas by one agency.
But, right now, we are looking at just one area. Of course, Regionalism isn’t listed on their curriculum vitae, but it is designed to put all these areas under unelected boards to control those and many more aspects of our lives. Using SWIFT ensures that transactions happen in seconds in a secure way. Around 1% of those messages involve Russian payments, according to the BBC.

Yoav Bistritzky, the deputy Israeli ambassador to Ukraine, told Kan Tuesday morning that the Ministry has made contact with the group of refugees which had included Roman Brodsky, the 37-year-old Israeli Jew who was shot and killed Monday evening after Ukrainian forces opened fire on the group.

The latest data published by the UK Health Security Agency confirms deaths are rising dramatically among the triple vaccinated population whilst declining steadily among the not-vaccinated population in England.

Inmates who are qualified will be released from custody, equipped with military kits, and deployed to the “hottest spots” where the fighting is most intense to help with the “struggle for our state,” Zelensky explained in his early-morning public announcement.
As long as they have previous fighting experience, anyone and everyone in custody is being considered for deployment. There are even some criminals who were classified as terrorists by the country’s Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) that will be armed and sent off to battle.
