44. We’re Beyond the Point of No Return on Food Shortages JD Rucker
Usually I try to rally the people to work together to solve our problems. Today, I’m telling people to do what’s best for themselves and their families in hopes we can regroup later.
At this point, only God can prevent massive food shortages from hitting the United States in the near future. We knew things were bad when even Joe Biden’s handlers instructed him to warn the world last month that we would all be experiencing food shortages soon. Now, it seems to be a foregone conclusion.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but we’re in the middle of a perfect storm of events that will lead to even higher prices and extreme food scarcity. The stage was set by Pandemic Panic Theater. The Ukraine-Russia war made things much worse as fertilizer and grain exports from the region have dried up. Add in the bird flu, the Biden regime’s destructive economic policies, supply chain issues that existed long before the Russian invasion, drought across farmland on the west coast, and fewer workers engaged in producing food in America and all of a sudden it seems as if widespread food shortages could come as soon as later this year.
On the latest episode of The Midnight Sentinel with JD Rucker, I dove into this notion as both a warning as well as a call to action. In nearly every situation, I call on people to work together to fix the problems we face. Protests, pressuring politicians for legislation, lawsuits, and even civil disobedience when appropriate are all in our Fix-This-Nation Toolbox. Unfortunately, nothing in our toolbox can fix the economic turmoil we’re facing. We can make improvements, but these will be incremental and futile.

43. 23 Migrants on Terrorist Watch List Arrested — ‘What Happened to Them?’ Asks Fmr. Border Chief
Border Patrol agents arrested 23 migrants who illegally crossed from Mexico in 2021 and subsequently were identified as being on the Terrorist Watch List. The former head of U.S. Customs and Border Protection wonders what happened to those 23 migrants.
Fox News reports from a Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) obtained under a Freedom of Information Act request that Border Patrol agents apprehended 23 migrants whose names matched the list. The apprehensions occurred between January 20 and December 27, 2021.
Former U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner and Chief of the Border Patrol, Mark Morgan, told Breitbart News that the report from Fox News raises serious questions.
“The real question we need to be asking this administration is, what did you do with the 23 people from the Terrorism Screening Database you took custody of?” Morgan said during an interview. “Their arrest would have triggered further investigation by the FBI and other law enforcement entities.”
“Did you release some or all? he asked. “Did you remove some or all?”

Biden’s plans to campaign for a second term confirm his previous statements. If Biden does run, he will be in his early 80s, an old age for a tough presidential campaign.
“I believe he thinks he’s the only one who can beat Trump. I don’t think he thinks there’s anyone in the Democratic party who can beat Trump and that’s the biggest factor,” a source familiar with the Biden and Obama conversation said.

Abbott said, “Texas is taking unprecedented action. As we’re speaking right now, Sean, the seventh bus is en route from Texas to Washington, D.C. This busing process is going to continue. I want you and the audience to know exactly why we’re doing what we’re doing. The Biden administration, they were dropping off illegal immigrants just [into] small towns on the border. And I said, we’re not going to allow that to happen. The people in local communities were overrun by the people they had dumped off in these local communities and they were grappling with how to deal with it, and I said, well, we’re just going to bus them to Washington, D.C.”

Republicans will dominate the midterms elections in November, reclaiming the House and Senate, Politico predicted Tuesday.
While it is less of a surprise that Republicans are predicted to reclaim the House, it is more surprising the Senate is projected to “lean” Republican. If both forecasts come true, the Republicans will have an opportunity to conduct oversight and investigate the origins of the pandemic, Dr. Anthony Fauci, the invasion at the southern border, and whether or not President Biden should be impeached.
Politico predicts the House will “likely” flip to Republicans. The projections contend that 21 contested seats lean blue, while 16 seats lean Republican. The forecast includes 24 toss-up seats that do not favor any party.

On Sunday, Abu Omar al-Muhajir, the spokesman for the Islamic State, announced that the terror group would be seeking revenge for the death of its former leader Abu Ibrahim al-Hachimi al-Qurashi, who died after blowing himself up during a united states special forces operation in Syria in February.
“We are announcing, relying on God, a blessed campaign to take revenge,” al-Muhajir said and called don Islamic State followers and members to engage in attacks using the “opportunity” of the “crusader fight”, a term used previously by the group to describe the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, Le Figaro reports.

The school reportedly told Silva that a complaint will be filed against her parents to the Guardianship Council, and she would be removed from them if she won’t take the vaccine.
Izabella took the vaccine on April 4. She began to experience severe headaches a few days later and died on April 8.

Governor of State of Indiana, 916 N.E.2d 678 (App. 2009) control resolution of the issue are – respectfully – wrong, as discussed here.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday rejected to review a case filed by a St. Louis-based natural gas company concerning a lower court’s decision that could shut down a pipeline that runs about 65 miles from Scott County, Illinois, to St. Louis, Missouri.
Spire STL Pipeline LLC and Spire Missouri Inc. filed an appeal to the Supreme Court last year after Chief Justice John Roberts rejected Spire’s stay request.
“The first is a petition to overturn the U.S. Court of Appeals decision to say Spire should have never been operating in the first place. The second filing is a request to grant Spire with a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Certificate. The certificate gives Spire the ability to operate its pipeline fully,” KSDK reported.
Today, the SCOTUS rejected Spire Pipeline’s appeal without comment.
