The order of 500,000 smallpox vaccines placed by Canada just weeks before the monkeypox outbreak began, despite the disease being declared eradicated in 1972, has forced many people to doubt the mainstream narrative.
Weeks before the first cases were reported, Public Services and Procurement Canada issued a tender for 500,000 smallpox vaccine doses that can be used against monkeypox.
500,000 doses of Imvamune, a “third generation” smallpox vaccine, were ordered “on behalf of the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC)” on April 21, according to a report from Public Services and Procurement Canada, weeks before the first cases of monkeypox were reported to the World Health Organization on May 13.
“Although smallpox disease is currently considered to be eradicated, PHAC is procuring a stockpile of the vaccine to immunize Canadians against smallpox disease should a risk ever arise where smallpox is intentionally or unintentionally released,” the April 21 tender reads.
The contract’s “Evaluation Criteria” state that “prior to contract award, the vaccine must have Health Canada regulatory approval for active immunization against smallpox, monkeypox and related orthopoxvirus infection and disease in adults 18 years of age and older determined to be at high risk for exposure.”

For those like my wife Karen who in horror and with tears flowing watched the news of the murder spree of 19 children and 2 teachers in the elementary public school in Uvalde Texas, this story will shock and trouble you all the more.
It has been reported that police on the scene waited about 40 minutes before entering the school to engage the shooter, in spite of many by standers pleading with police for them to storm the school.
Police waited to enter Texas school as shooter went on killing spree.
So far the reporting on this travesty has been focused on repeating the sorrowful details and investigations into the shooter’s background that might give some indication as to what drove him to carry out such a heinous murderous act on innocent children and teachers.
I expect however, if more news in the coming days turns attention to whether police acted properly in delaying their storming the school or not and especially if the above noted report is verified as correct, there is going to be much fallout and that fallout is going to fall heavily on the Uvalde police department.
You might recall in 2018 there was a murderous attack at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Police and paramedics were told not to enter during deadly mass shooting, reports claim.
You would have thought from the concerns raised in the aftermath of that bloodbath, police forces across the nation would be instructed in such circumstances to not hesitate to respond to an active shooter be they in a school or place where people are gathered while of course taking whatever precautions one can in the circumstances to protect oneself.
