In the following lines, I will not claim that either opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu or Prime Minister Naftali Bennett is a disaster. I will not demonstrate just how terrible Netanyahu is or prove that Bennett is some kind of prophet.
With your permission, I would like to begin with a few facts. With Bennett now one year in office, it is clear that the government policies of Bennett and Foreign Minister Yair Lapid are not that different from those of Netanyahu.
Netanyahu was never particularly right-wing: He maintained the justice system, failed to enforce Israeli law when it came to the Bedouin and the Arabs, at one time supported the establishment of a Palestinian state, and made construction in Judea and Samaria and Jerusalem difficult.
Bennett and Lapid are not particularly left-wing: Bennett has refused to say the words “Palestinian state,” has blocked the opening of a Palestinian consulate in Jerusalem, authorized some construction in Judea and Samaria and begun to enforce Israeli law in Arab communities.

(Atmospheric carbon dioxide was 370 ppm in 2003 and is 421 ppm now.)

I got a text today from my friend Paul Romero (he runs a great gym in Maui called Makena Crossfit) who alerted me to the death of 25-year-old Caleb Swanigan from “natural causes.”
Paul pointed out that Caleb went from being homeless to about to be an NBA top pick. And now he’s dead, right before the big payoff that he worked so hard to achieve.
So I call Paul on the phone and we talked about how we never used to see stories like this in the past, but now they seem to be happening at least once a week with a prominent person all with the same pattern: Sudden death. Unexpected. Vaccinated. Cause of death covered up.

Suggesting Covid-19 vaccination may have had a negative effect on the immune systems of the teenage boys, or deaths may have been misattributed as Covid-19 deaths, as has been so easily done since March 2020, to cover up the fact that the Covid-19 injections may have played a roll in the deaths.

The metric used then, and still being used now, is any death occurring within 28 days of a positive test for SARS-CoV-2 is counted as a Covid-19 death.
This questionable method of counting Covid-19 deaths led to dozens of Freedom of Information requests being made to various Government institutions requesting to know the number of people who had died within 28 days of Covid-19 vaccination.
If the method’s good enough for counting Covid-19 deaths to justify ruining children’s education, decimating the economy, and destroying lives, then it’s good enough for counting Covid-19 vaccination deaths, right?

Given that, Bennett and Lapid took to two podiums to announce the breakup of the 24th Knesset, handing Yair Lapid the role of caretaker Prime Minister until new elections.
This move gives Lapid, an ardent secularist, what he has always sought – control of Israel – albeit with limited powers and only until a new government is formed. Still, with elections in September, the damage a Lapid government can do, especially in partnership with Arab parties, may be irreversible.
