It should be noted that an extra-budgetary fund is not a common tool used by the government and that creating and managing one requires special approval from the Finance Ministry’s Accountant General.
Although aid agreements between Israel and the PA are supposedly strictly economic in nature, the state insists on not revealing them to the public. The chairman of World Likud and former Israeli ambassador to the UN, Danny Danon, revealed on Sunday evening that Prime Minister Yair Lapid plans to meet with Palestinian Authority chairman Mahmoud Abbas before the election.
The meeting, Danon claimed, is the reason behind Israel’s recent series of gestures toward the Palestinian Arabs.
“According to information I received from the United States, Lapid is seeking a meeting with Abbas. He is willing to pay in other gestures to get this photo opportunity. He wants to show that he is a ‘super statesman’ – even though he is a failed statesman. He has no mandate to do so,” he said.

Next week: COVID vaccines to be available for youngest children
Parents will be able to choose between Pfizer and Moderna vaccines for children ages 0-5.
Israel’s four HMOs are preparing to begin a coronavirus vaccination campaign for infants and children ages six months to five years – next week.
According to Israel Hayom, the Health Ministry and HMOs do not expect that parents will be lining up to vaccinate their youngest children, since just a quarter of children ages 5-11 have been vaccinated, and children ages 0-5 do not usually present with severe cases of coronavirus.
There is, however, a growing body of evidence linking the new “mysterious” hepatitis affecting young children with the Omicron variant of COVID-19.
Meanwhile, the Israel Pediatric Association, led by Dr. Michal Stein, has published a list of conditions which place young children in a high-risk category. It is recommended that these children especially receive the vaccine, since they are at increased risk of hospitalization and complications.
Among the high-risk group are infants younger than one year of age, those born prematurely, infants and young children suffering from diabetes, obesity (over the 95th percentile), congenital or acquired immunosuppression, chronic lung disease (including congenital defects and a need for oxygen on a regular basis), chronic heart disease, neurological issues (including seizures), chronic kidney disease, and infants and those who are fed through a feeding tube.

Lack of Resources Predicted to Spark Rolling Blackouts Across US This Summer By Andrew Jose
The western United States is at heightened risk of suffering from power blackouts because of rising temperatures and insufficient power production to meet demand.
The North American Energy Reliability Corporation said in its 2022 Summer Reliability Assessment that five utility companies in seven regions face high risks of ending up with “insufficient operating reserves,” Fox News reported Friday.
“It basically says that there’s a high risk of lack of sufficient resources, particularly in the Midwest, in Texas and in California or out in the Far West,” Electrical Power Research Institute Vice President Daniel Brooks told Fox News.
“When you have that climate impacts that are driving higher demand that also are impacting the ability of the resources to produce at the same time that you really get risk,” Brooks said of the report.
Specific reasons the NERC mentioned in the report for the “insufficient operating reserves” were low power output from dams due to drought, weather-related damage to power transmission infrastructure, closures of coal and other fossil-fuel plants, and issues in the supply chain, according to Fox News.

The problem with my list is that it shouldn’t be coming from an engineer in California. Why isn’t the medical community itself realizing how broken the system is and making a list of needed reforms?
The answer is simple: the system is now too corrupt to correct itself. It must be reformed by listening to people from outside the medical community.

We have to get just three things right. We need to decide who we are trying to persuade, who the best messenger(s) are, and what message(s) will resonate.
I’m over a year into this journey of trying to expose the “safe and effective” narrative and here are the key learnings:
- People only trust their doctors for medical advice
- Doctors trust the FDA, CDC, Fauci, and the summaries on papers published in the peer-reviewed literature. They have no time to look at studies directly. They trust the government and the abstracts.
- The mainstream media only trusts Fauci, the CDC, FDA, medical journal articles that support the narrative, and doctors who support the narrative
- Members of Congress trust Fauci, the FDA, CDC, doctors, and the mainstream media
- The CDC, FDA, and NIH take their marching orders from the White House. Their job is to achieve the vaccination goal, not to protect the public.
- If you work at the CDC, FDA, NIH and speak out, you’ll be fired.
- Doctors who realize what is going on and try to speak out risk losing their license to practice medicine, their hospital privileges, and their job.
- Hospital CEOs will not speak out because they will be fired or their hospital will be punished (by the community, local press, and by the US government).
See the problem? It’s a Catch-22. Nobody who is trusted to speak out will speak out because they’ll lose their livelihood. So only a few people risk it and those people can be marginalized.

The widow of a police officer who was killed by a Palestinian car thief lambasted Israel’s rules of engagement on Sunday, interrupting the Israeli police minister’s eulogy by lamenting, “You don’t give them permission to shoot. They are like sitting ducks.”
Barak Meshulam was the victim of a hit and run when a 17-year-old Palestinian from Ramallah rammed into a checkpoint to avoid being caught, and in doing so, he ran over the 29-year-old father of two.
Meshulam was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Kfar Saba on Sunday evening.
Public Security Minister Omer Barlev, whose ministry is in charge of the police, eulogized Meshulam to hundreds of mourners: “Tonight, Barak met the cruelest of murderers. The punishment needs to fit the crime,” he said.
He added that in the circumstances surrounding Meshulam’s death and “in any other life-threatening situation, the police officer is allowed to neutralize the potential suspect.”
Nevertheless, Meshulam’s widow Ariella began yelling at Barlev through tears about the force’s restrictive open fire policy. “Why don’t you give them permission to shoot? You do not protect them. The wives of the policemen standing here, friends of my husband, do not know if they will knock on their door tomorrow.”

Emails Show NIH Officials Repeatedly Warned EcoHealth About Gain-Of-Function Research Violations

According to previously released emails, representatives from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) frequently cautioned the nonprofit EcoHealth Alliance that their research breached a “funding pause” on gain-of-function (GOF) research imposed by the American government.
NIH official Carine Normil got an email from EcoHealth Alliance chief of staff Alexa Chmura in May 2016 saying, “We received a warning that one of the publications [redacted] listed from the past year is non-compliant.” Chmura was referring to EcoHealth’s financing of the Wuhan Institute of Virology’s GOF study on the bat-based virus, which is currently quite contentious.
According (read below) to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), GOF research aims to render viruses more harmful or contagious in order to “enable assessment of the pandemic potential of emerging infectious agents.”
According to reports, Chmura’s email was a “separate reply” to Normil’s letter from NIAID employee Erik Stemmy, in which he mentioned EcoHealth Alliance’s research project and wrote, “They have proposed work for the next year of the award that may be subject to the gain-of-function funding pause.”
Additionally, the emails reveal that the FBI had started looking into the GOF study connected to the Wuhan Institute of Virology. “The disclosure of an FBI inquiry shows that Fauci/others involved in this scandal were being dishonest in dismissing the seriousness of questions about their cover-up of their funding of dangerous gain-of-function research in China,” Judicial Watch stated in a tweet publicising their receipt of the emails.

Shivah Asar B’Tammuz (17th of Tammuz) is the beginning of the annual 3-week mourning period for the Jewish People. The fast that begins the Three Weeks commemorates no less than 5 major tragedies in our Jewish history: Moshe’s destruction of the two tablets due to Israel’s idol worship, the inability of Jews to offer animal sacrifices during the Babylonian siege of Jerusalem, idols in our holy Temple, burnings of our holy Torah, and the breaching of the walls of Jerusalem by the Romans, ultimately resulting in the destruction of the two holy Jewish Temples.
The fast day is a day to repent, get close to HaShem, and admit our wrongdoing as a people, asking for forgiveness and acknowledging the actions that have led our people astray and thus contributed to calamity for the Jewish People over the years. I am certainly not blaming all tragedy of the Jewish People on the Jewish People, but, as we know, we play a part in our downfall as a nation. When we behave destructively, we certainly hasten destruction upon ourselves.
I would like to add another tragedy to the abovementioned list. The modern tragedy of Israel/Zionism being separated from Judaism. Israel is a fundamental, foundational, integral part of the Jewish Nation and religion, and is thus inalienable. However, in the post-modern world we live in, history revisionism is pervasive and has thus allowed Jews to do the unthinkable – separate Israel from Judaism itself.
In today’s world, progressive thought seems to allow anyone to identify with/as anything, based on the whims of the day. This has caused a truly astounding and horrifying phenomenon: Jews who identify as “Jewish, but not Zionist”. Let’s blow past the concept of self-identification right now, as that is an entirely separate issue of existentialist reality (can someone simply identify as something that they are not, and make it so? I assert not, but that is altogether a topic for another time).
Let’s focus on Jews separating themselves from basic Judaism, i.e., the fundament of the Land of Israel. We are dealing with an insidious beast today, one that guises itself as “Anti-Zionism” when in fact it is age-old Antisemitism, and sadly we the Jews are contributing to its metastasis.
In the days of old, during biblical times, during the destruction of our Temples, during our exiles, the thought of separating ourselves, our existence, our nation, or our religion from basic Jewishness was unheard of. If you had told a Jew in Babylon to stop lamenting Jerusalem and to stop pining to return to Israel because “you can be Jewish without being pro-Israel” the Jew would have simply ignored you and thought, you’re a fool to the highest degree.
During Jewish history, there was never a question as to the connection of Jews to Israel, or a question of the import of the Land itself. Though the issues of when we would return, how might we return, or if it is a good idea to return in such a time and manner were relevant, there was never the slightest concept of a Jew without Israel. They were obviously one and the same and thus even writing this piece feels ridiculous to some degree. It is as if I am writing an article about people who identify as parents only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. For the rest of the week, this sect of people do not identify as parents, and thus completely ignore their children. Whether you identify or not, whether you think it popular or not, whatever the conceivable reasons for this train of thought… if you have children, you are a parent every single day. There are no two ways about it. Furthermore, being a parent is not in name only. Parenthood comes with behavioral, emotional, financial, and logical responsibilities. All of this is besides the basic fact that one cannot “identify” or “not identify” as a parent. Once something exists (in this case, children) there is no choice of identification. If one has brought children into the world… they have thus become a parent.
So too, we cannot identify as pro-Israel or Zionists or whatever, as being a separate entity from Judaism itself. We are Jews every day of the week and that means something. The Jewish Nation, Am Yisrael, exists outside of our feelings and reveries. Jews, the Nation of Israel, is a fact. Zionism is a foundational part of said existence and thus any notion of removing Israel from our Judaism (from our very selves) is not only absurdly impossible, but it is also incoherent.
This Three Weeks I mourn the fact that this is even an issue in our world today. I mourn the fact that Jews themselves are creating an unfathomable fracture in our nation. I mourn the fact that today Jews are identifying as “culturally Jewish, but not pro-Israel” and the like. I mourn all of that and more.
Let’s thus use this time period for serious reflection and as impetus for change. Let’s rid ourselves of delusion, incoherence, and self-destructive behaviors. Let’s stop destroying our own Temple. Let’s get back to basics and acknowledge reality as reality. We are Israel and Israel is us, so let’s ensure that the next Jewish generation knows and acts like it.

If nobody dies from COVID anymore and any informed person has access to a treatment protocol that reliably turns COVID into a mild cold, the pandemic mandates, restrictions, and other mitigation policies should all come to an end.
So suppose Elon Musk (or some other high profile individual or institution like Harvard) offers an X-Prize for:
- the best early treatment protocol ($1M reward)
- the best in-patient (hospital) treatment protocol ($10M reward)
The protocol with the best stats in real-life treatment of COVID patients wins. There would be two winners: one for the early treatment protocol, the other for the in-patient protocol.
Then you find a country, state, or county willing to deploy these best practices in their area somewhere in the world.
So when someone comes down with COVID, they can get a free “early treatment kit” from their doctor’s office.
And if they don’t get the kit and end up in the hospital, they get a treatment protocol that will save at least 95% or more of them. This in-patient protocol would be very different from what we do today since we already know that protocol is a huge failure.
People then see it is working in that county, state, or country, and then it gets picked up by other areas.

More than a quarter of Americans believe they’ll need to take up arms against the U.S. government, according to a new poll.
A poll from the University of Chicago’s Institute of Politics found that 28% of U.S. voters – including 37% who own guns – believe “it may be necessary at some point soon for citizens to take up arms against the government.”
Along party lines, 45% of voters identified as “strong Republicans” said it may be necessary to take up arms against the government. Meanwhile, 21% of strong Democrats and 35% of independent voters believe they may need to take up arms against the government.
The survey of 1,000 U.S. voters discovered that a majority of Americans feel as though the government is “corrupt and rigged against everyday people like me” – including 73% of voters who describe themselves as a “strong Republican” and 68% of rural voters.
There were 69% of strong Republicans who said “more and more feel like a stranger in my own country,” while 38% of Democrats agreed.

This is why the protocol never changes over time.
People die, the hospitals are rewarded for each death, and the government protects them from liability. That’s just the way medicine works today.
