Since late last year, messenger RNA for Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccines, including its recently reformulated Omicron booster, has been exclusively manufactured by a little known company with significant ties to US intelligence.
Earlier this week, the United Kingdom became the first country to approve Moderna’s reformulated version of its COVID-19 vaccine, which claims to provide protection against both the original form of the virus and the significantly less lethal but more transmissible Omicron variant. The product was approved by the UK’s Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) with the support of the UK government’s Commission on Human Medicines.
Described by UK officials as a “sharpened tool” in the nation’s continued vaccination campaign, the reformulated vaccine combines the previously approved COVID-19 vaccine with a “vaccine candidate” targeting the Omicron variant BA.1. That vaccine candidate has never been previously approved and has not been the subject of independent study. The MHRA approved the vaccine based on a single, incomplete human trial currently being conducted by Moderna. The company promoted incomplete data from that trial in company press releases in June and July. The study has yet to be published in a medical journal or peer reviewed. No concerns have been raised by any regulatory agency, including the MHRA, regarding Moderna’s past history of engaging in suspect and likely illegal activity in past product trials, including for its original COVID-19 vaccine.
The approval comes shortly before several Western countries, including the UK, plan to conduct a massive COVID-19 booster vaccination campaign this fall. Moderna has also noted that approval for its Omicron booster vaccine are pending in the US, EU, Australia and Canada – all of which are also planning fall vaccination campaigns focused on COVID-19. The company’s CEO, Stéphane Bancel, has called the reformulated vaccine “our lead candidate for a Fall 2022 booster.”
However, unlike the company’s original COVID-19 vaccine, the genetic material, or messenger RNA (mRNA), for this new vaccine, including the newly formulated genetic material meant to provide protection against the Omicron variant, is being manufactured, not by Moderna, but by a relatively new company that has received hardly any media attention, despite its overt links to US intelligence. Last September, it was quietly announced that a company called National Resilience (often referred to simply as Resilience) would begin manufacturing the mRNA for Moderna COVID-19 vaccine products. Under the terms of the multi-year agreement, “Resilience will produce mRNA for the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine at its facility in Mississauga, Ontario, for distribution worldwide.”

A subgrant from the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) to the Chinese laboratory where the first COVID-19 instances were found in 2019 has come to a close.
EcoHealth Alliance, based in the United States, was awarded $3.7 million in 2014 to research bat-related coronaviruses. It transferred some of the funds to the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in China.
The fund was renewed in 2019, but stopped in 2020 due to concerns that recipients were unable to meet the terms of the money.
The NIH’s examination of the issues has finished, according to Dr. Michael Lauer, an NIH deputy director, in a letter dated Aug. 19. It was found that all of the issues could not be resolved.

Dutch Farmers: Political Pressure Grows on Govt to Back Down on EU-Driven Green Agenda
THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) – Dutch lawmakers broke into their summer vacations Tuesday to debate the government’s contentious plans to slash nitrogen emissions that have sparked angry protests by farmers.
The debate was called after Foreign Minister Wopke Hoekstra said in a newspaper interview that the goal of reducing emissions by 50% by 2030 was not set in stone. Hoekstra’s Christian Democrats party, which traditionally wins votes among farmers and in rural communities, has been losing support in polls since the government published its nitrogen targets.
Hoekstra’s comments caused friction in Prime Minister Mark Rutte’s four-party ruling Cabinet and led to lawmakers backing a call for a debate that will be the first major test of unity since the coalition took office in January after the country’s longest ever government formation negotiations.

Travelers returning from abroad can be tested for COVID at the government’s expense. Testing is voluntary, for now.
Starting on Wednesday, Aug. 24, Ben-Gurion International Airport will reinstate a service that most travelers probably didn’t miss – PCR testing for people entering Israel.
The tests are being funded by the government and are voluntary, at least for now. The purpose of the program is to make PCR testing easily accessible for people entering the country ahead of winter, when COVID numbers are projected to spike.
In the first phase of the new rollout, testing will be carried out from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Later, testing will be available around the clock. Travelers who want to be tested can avail themselves of the service in the G zone of the arrivals hall after collecting their baggage.
Once incoming flights land, passengers will receive text messages from the Health Ministry encouraging them to be tested before leaving the airport.

Those students will find a vastly changed curriculum being instituted by Education Minister Yifat Shasha Biton. Biton is a member of the New Hope Party whose secular humanitarian agenda aligns with that of PM Lapid, “Defense” Minister Gantz, and Finance Minister Avigdor Liberman.
The curriculum will eliminate all study of Kings David and Solomon, the First Temple, the Babylonian exile, the return of Jews to Jerusalem, the building of our Second Temple, the Hasmoneans and Maccabees, King Herod, the three Jewish wars against the Romans, and the destruction of the Second Temple among other critical moments in Jewish history in our country.
A generation of students will be taught that we have no connection to the Temple Mount in Jerusalem or the Cave of the Patriarchs in Hevron, and that we only came to Israel in 1948.
No longer will there be matriculation exams in history, literature, Bible, and citizenship. Instead, students will receive final yearly grades based on such things as written assignments and creative podcasts.

“Even if we do get to see the affidavit, it’s just one side of the argument. It’s the government’s side. The target of the search doesn’t get to appear in front of a judge, and he doesn’t get to argue against the search or the affidavit,” Gowdy explained.
“The information has not been cross-examined. And the rules of evidence, which do apply in court, don’t apply to search warrants,” he pointed out.
Just as important, Gowdy, who is a former federal prosecutor, noted the burden of proof to obtain a search warrant is just probable cause, whereas a criminal conviction requires beyond a reasonable doubt, a much higher standard.

FBI field offices in Miami, Salt Lake City, Buffalo and Newark face accusations that their upper management coerced agents to sign false affidavits, inflated terrorism caseloads to improve their apparent performance, engaged in illicit sexual activities, or concealed those of others, according to the Washington Times.
“The FBI is completely out of control and its culture and structure needs to change. Not only is the political bias completely out of control and disgustingly obvious, the FBI knows they will not be held accountable for their illegal behavior and misconduct,” said one Whistleblower in a letter to Rep. Louis Gohmert (R-Tx) of the House Judiciary Committee. This whistleblower alleged that FBI Director Christopher Wray ignored her allegations of sexual misconduct.

In a filing Monday morning, Reinhart, who originally approved the warrant, said he rejects “the government’s argument that the present record justifies keeping the entire affidavit under seal,” Fox News reported.

President Joe Biden’s Pentagon has again rejected a request from Washington, DC, Mayor Muriel Bowser (D) to activate the National Guard to help with an influx of illegal immigration.
In a request earlier this month, Bowser asked Biden’s Department of Defense to deploy the D.C. National Guard after her last request was rejected by the administration. The request comes as Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) has carried out his plan that buses border crossers and illegal aliens to the nation’s most dangerous sanctuary cities.
Biden’s Pentagon has again rejected the request, the Associated Press reports:
According to a copy of a letter to the city reviewed by The Associated Press, the Defense Department said use of the D.C. National Guard would be inappropriate and would hurt the overall readiness of the troops, forcing some to cancel or disrupt military training. [Emphasis added]
