As noted by some of these articles, CNN’s documentary on antisemitism relied much on the views of Jonathan Greenblatt, CEO of the ADL. It is important therefore to know who Greenblatt is and what biases has instructed his views.
Greenblatt is a Democrat supporter, former adviser to Obama, a Trump hater and politically left wing. Greenblatt’s political biases have directed his views on antisemitism and his ADL leadership .
In that regard, Greenblatt who in 2014 became ADL’s CEO has since led the ADL to actively push the view that antisemitism in America is mostly coming from the far right, such as Nazis and white supremacists, while actively deflecting attention away from antisemitism coming from factions on the left, from Blacks, Muslims and members of the Democrat party he supports.
While antisemitism obviously does come from certain factions on the far right, it is important to note that those antisemitic far right factions such as white supremacists, Nazis and their ilk have no socio-political power whatsoever, are universally seen as pariahs and are fringe groups at most.
Antisemitism however, coming from many factions on the left on and off campuses, in some American socio-political-educational institutions as well as from factions in the Black and Muslim communities is mainstream. Even more significant is that those factions that have an antisemitic bent to their views, do have significant socio-political influence and power in America.
Ruthie Blum offers some insight into just how left wing politically biased Greenblatt has been when it comes to his leadership of the ADL. These so-called “progressives” are as opposed to freedom of speech and due process for thee, as are the extremists on the hard right. And it is the special obligation of liberals – like Biden and me – to focus at least as much attention on the dangers emanating from the hard left as those from the hard right.
- Indeed, in some ways the totalitarian mindsets of many on the hard left are more dangerous than those of the hard right. The reason is that the hard left today is extremely influential on college and university campuses. Many hard left faculty members propagandize their students as to what to think instead of teaching them how to think for themselves.
- These current students include our future leaders. In ten years, some will be in Congress, on editorial boards of major newspapers, in investment banks, and in other areas of enormous influence. In 20 years, one of them may be U.S. president or another world leader, which is what the extremist leaders are counting on to achieve their goals.
- We must be prepared for a future that is less tolerant of dissenting views and due process and more demanding that their “noble” ends justify ignoble means — a future with less free speech, presumption of innocence, due process and respect for constitutional norms. To prevent that “brave new world,” we must take action now to protect our heritage of civil liberties from those who regard them as patriarchal, white supremacist or “unwoke.”
- So the next time Biden decides to condemn what he calls semi-fascists of the hard right, he should spend at least as much time calling out the intolerant mindset of many of his own voters.

The Left’s Endgame Is Not Chaos. It’s Worse. By Robert Vincent
On an episode of The Candace Owens Show that aired this past May, Owens had as her guest Dennis Prager. While I agreed with most of the points made by both Ms. Owens and Mr. Prager, one item struck me as an example of superficial analysis. They declared that the primary objective of the Left is “chaos.” In an immediate sense, this seems true; the so-called “progressive left” does appear to be deliberately sowing chaos in America today.
However, I submit that the Left’s “chaos” is an intermediate objective, the means to an end. They have a well defined endgame. The Communist Bloc countries were a lot of things, but they were generally not chaotic. They were highly regimented societies, and while they did not have the material standard of living or political freedoms enjoyed in the West, there were some agreeable aspects, as related by the wife of one Carlo Alcos in an online feature story on the Matador Network about her early childhood experiences growing up in East Germany:
It wasn’t all trying, though. Everyone had a job, school lunches were free, after-school care was free, people were generally happy, necessities were extremely cheap, and there was more community spirit than there is nowadays. In those times, there were no Joneses to keep up with.
Rigidly communist East Germany hardly sounded like “chaos.” So what is the progressive left’s game in the Era of Trump?

5,000 Former Israeli Security Experts Send Letter to Biden Against Reviving Iran Nuclear Deal
In Israel, over 5,000 retired top-level Israeli military officers and former security officials have signed an open letter to President Joe Biden, urging him and his officials not to agree to the revived nuclear agreement with Iran. The latest effort comes as reports indicate that Tehran and American officials are agreeing to a bevy of measures that would allow for economic sanctions relief for the Islamic Republic and generate revenue for the regime and its terrorist proxies in the Middle East.
According to the text of the letter, the officials argue that the current proposed deal is “catastrophic for American, Israeli and global peace and security for a broad range of reasons.” The letter’s signatories come from Israel’s Defense and Security Forum, containing senior officers from all branches of Israel’s armed forces, security and law enforcement agencies, academics, and many others. Officials like Israeli Defense Force (IDF) Generals Gershon Hacohen, Yossi Bachar, Amir Avivi, and others argue that the revived deal allows Iran a “clear legal pathway” to obtain a nuclear weapon in the near future without any preventative measures.
The Israeli officials also argue that the new deal will “unleash a regional nuclear arms race, in which countries such as Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and other Sunni states will either be forced to develop or acquire nuclear weapons to mitigate the Iranian threat.”

Kremlin Seeks ‘Limited’ Ukraine Annexation Vote – Reports
The Kremlin is planning to hold referendums on joining Russia next month in just two regions of Ukraine amid continuing heavy fighting, independent Russian media outlets reported Friday.
Moscow is “impatient” and would like to “pull off” referendums in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions as fast as possible amid stalemate on the battlefield, said the Vyorstka news website citing unidentified government sources.
At the same time, the Kremlin is putting off similar referendums in the occupied Ukrainian regions of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia, which it hopes can be staged at a later date, according to Vyorstka.
Putin launched the invasion of Ukraine on Feb. 24 days after recognizing the separatist Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR) and the Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR) as independent states.
The current plan, according to Vyorstka, is for votes to be held in the DNR and LNR on Sept. 14 — three days after local elections are scheduled to take place in Russia.
“These territories are Russian regions,” Andrei Turchak, senior Russian lawmaker and leader of the pro-Kremlin United Russia party, said Thursday at a party meeting.
