8. San Francisco Reparations Committee Mulls Paying $5 Million to Each Black Resident and Granting Total Debt Forgiveness By Cristina Laila
January 16, 2023 at 3:40pm – California was never a slave state, but the San Francisco “Reparations Committee” is proposing to pay each longtime black resident $5 million and grant them total debt forgiveness for suffering decades of “systemic repression.”
“While neither San Francisco, nor California, formally adopted the institution of chattel slavery, the tenets of segregation, white supremacy and systematic repression and exclusion of Black people were codified through legal and extralegal actions, social codes, and judicial enforcement,” the proposed draft says.
“A lump sum payment would compensate the affected population for the decades of harms that they have experienced, and will redress the economic and opportunity losses that Black San Franciscans have endured, collectively, as the result of both intentional decisions and unintended harms perpetuated by City policy,” the draft says.
The committee is also proposing the debt forgiveness plan because “Black households are more likely to hold costlier, riskier debt, and are more likely to have outstanding student loan debt.”

The reparations committee is also planning to supplement lower-income blacks so they can afford housing.
“Racial disparities across all metrics have led to a significant racial wealth gap in the City of San Francisco,” the draft says. “By elevating income to match AMI, Black people can better afford housing and achieve a better quality of life.”

January 13, 2023 – (Natural News) The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has admitted connivance with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and National Security Agency (NSA) to probe the private lives of Americans without a warrant in its updated rulebook, the first version made public since ex-President Barack Obama’s regime.
Revised in 2021 under President Joe Biden’s administration, the 906-page rule book authored during the Trump administration included a decade-old leak showcasing the FBI’s collusion with the CIA and NSA on probes that involved surveillance without court orders against people not accused of any crimes.
The acronyms CIA and NSA are unredacted in section 20.2 of the rewritten rulebook, while the full details of the section remain hidden from public view. Meanwhile, a leaked 2011 copy of the document – without redactions – obtained by news website the Intercept showed that section 20.2 covers name trace requests, which involve formal FBI requests for other agencies to conduct searches of their records regarding subjects of interest.
The FBI assessments are investigations of people and groups that do not require accusations of wrongdoing and need only an “authorized purpose” and a clear objective, according to the 2021 rule book. The investigations are intended to prevent federal crimes, protect against threats to national security or collect foreign intelligence.
“The bureau is continuing to hide the fact that (1) they can and clearly do use informants to penetrate domestic civil society organizations where those informants may, either on their own or at FBI direction, attempt to influence the organization’s actions,” Cato Institute senior fellow Patrick Eddington said in an email. “And (2) they employ searches of CIA and NSA data streams on U.S. persons or civil society organizations absent a criminal predicate via assessments.”

“Like every President in decades of modern history, his personal residence is personal,” the White House Counsel’s Office told Fox News Digital. “But upon taking office, President Biden restored the norm and tradition of keeping White House visitors logs, including publishing them regularly, after the previous administration ended them.”
It was revealed last week that Joe Biden improperly stored stolen classified documents in the garage of his Wilmington, Delaware home.

January 16, 2023 – California Governor Gavin Newsom has implemented a new law that has raised concerns among American citizens. Gavin Newsom is set to allow illegals to police Americans as cops.
A new law in California, which is a sanctuary state, has been initiated by Governor Gavin Newsom, and it enables individuals who recently crossed the border to act as law enforcement officers with local, county, and state agencies.
In the previous year, Governor Newsom signed a bill, S.B. 960, which eliminated the residency requirements for law enforcement officers in California, and only mandates that they possess a work permit to be employed in the United States, instead of being an American citizen or a green card holder who has applied for naturalization.

5. More Classified Documents Found At Biden’s Delaware Home BY TYLER DURDEN
JAN 14, 2023 – 12:25 PM – Another day, another report of President Biden having classified documents scattered all over the place – as opposed to a safe at Mar-a-Lago.
And of course as vice president when he took them, he had no authority to declassify – unlike a president.
In the latest ‘document-gate’ development, the New York Times reports that ‘additional pages of classified information’ were found at President Biden’s Delaware home on Thursday, hours after a White House statement acknowledging that a classified document was found in a storage area ‘adjacent to the garage’ of his Wilmington home, which Biden’s aides reportedly discovered the night before.
The news comes after Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed a special counsel this week to investigate Biden’s handling of classified materials.
The Biden camp has pushed back against accusations that their failure to disclose the document find the day before the 2022 midterms amounts to election interference.
They also defended their decision not to be fully forthcoming about the matter. The White House has been criticized over its public disclosures, including why it did not reveal the discoveries much earlier, and why, when it acknowledged on Monday that some classified files had been found at Mr. Biden’s office on Nov. 2, it had not indicated that more had been found at his house the next month.
Mr. Biden’s lead personal lawyer, Bob Bauer, said in a statement on Saturday that Mr. Biden’s legal team had tried to balance being transparent with “the established norms and limitations necessary to protect the investigation’s integrity.” -NYT
According to Biden’s lead lawyer, DOJ investigators needed ‘time’ to complete their inquiry, and revealing certain details publicly before more information emerged could cause earlier statements to be “incomplete.”

- Let us just briefly look at the steep slope of lying, deceit and corruption that has seeped into the leadership of the U.S. Intelligence Community.
- Having… false information — some of which the FBI actually altered — in the public domain was evidently intended to damage Trump.
- Today we know that the “Russia hoax” was a lie…. the information in the “Steele dossier” was false — and the FBI had known it was from the start.
- For almost two years, the authenticity of the material found on Hunter Biden’s laptop was questioned. Today, its authenticity has been verified; the information is real and damning. As summarized by the New York Post: “Yes that letter from the Dirty 51 had all the classic earmarks of a disinformation operation, all right – one designed to ensure Joe Biden won the presidency. And it was essentially a CIA operation, considering 43 of the 51 signatories were former CIA.”
- One final example of the Intelligence Community involving itself in domestic politics comes from the recent release of the Twitter files…. Tweet #17 states, “executives were also clearly liaising with federal enforcement and intelligence agencies about moderation of election-related content.” Finally, the FBI paid Twitter $3.5 million reportedly to “handle requests from the bureau.”
- The FBI, DHS and the ODNI had literally had set up shop at Twitter.
- Can our government, law enforcement, and the Intelligence Community still be trusted?
- Have those federal government agencies literally weaponized law enforcement and intelligence against political opponents in the U.S.?
- Has more than one solitary person — former FBI attorney Kevin Clinemith, for altering an email — been held accountable for these egregious abuses of power?
- Who authorized the cozy relationship between law enforcement, the intelligence community with twitter?
- Who in these government agencies reviewed and approved of the output and decisions coming from these joint efforts?
- Who has the records, notes and decisions that emanated from these groups
- It is clear that our law enforcement community needs to be investigated, but most importantly we need to investigate how our Intelligence Community has evolved from having literally a non-existent relationship with speech in America to being inside the room determining what speech is allowed.
- There… needs to be a significant investigation by an outside, non-government group to understand how far this massive government overreach into free speech and election manipulation went. Clearly the government has been influencing what we get to see and hear. It needs to stop — now — before our democracy is destroyed.
3. Dozens of Sheriffs in Illinois to Defy State Assault Weapons Ban By Margaret Flavin
January 15, 2023 at 9:15am – On Tuesday, Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker signed the “Protect Illinois Communities Act” banning the sale and manufacture of assault weapons in the state.
The law bans assault weapons, including some semiautomatic firearms, as well as high-capacity magazines and rapid-firing devices.
In a statement, Pritzker said, “For a long time now, I and many other leaders in the Illinois General Assembly have prioritized getting the most dangerous weapons off our state’s streets. Today, honoring the commitment we made, we passed one of the strongest assault weapons bans in the nation, one I will be proud to sign.”
Starting next year, failure to provide state police with the serial numbers for assault-style rifles will be a Class A misdemeanor. The charge is punishable by up to a year in prison.
Dozens of county sheriffs in Illinois, however, suggest they will refuse that provision of the bill.
2. Biden Blocks Mount Rushmore 4th of July Fireworks For Third Year By Margaret Flavin
January 15, 2023 at 10:30am Fox News reports: 2023 marks the third straight year that Noem’s application to host Independence Day fireworks at Mt. Rushmore has been rejected by the National Park Service.
In 2021, the NPS cited reasons relating to the coronavirus, environmental concerns, wildfire risks, and ongoing construction as its reason to deny the permit request to host fireworks at the federal landmark.
The permit request for fireworks was again rejected in 2022, as a letter from the U.S. Department of Interior, Mount Rushmore National Memorial Superintendent Michelle Wheatley stated that wildfire conditions could create a high likelihood of a fire, also citing opposition from Native American tribes.
“There is ample documented opposition for the Tribes to the 2020 event, and we understand from ongoing meetings with the Tribes that these concerns have not diminished,” Wheatley wrote in the letter.
In 2020, President Trump gave an inspiring 4th of July speech at Mount Rushmore.

1. Biden’s ATF Bans MILLIONS OF GUNS With New Rule And Gun Owners Could Face TEN YEARS IN PRISON For Refusing To Comply By Cullen Linebarger
January 15, 2023 at 11:30am – The tyrannical Biden Regime remains determined not to let the U.S. Constitution stop its war on law-abiding gun owners. Not satisfied with last year’s gun control victory, thanks to Republican sell-outs, the Regime’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) unveiled a rule which will criminalize millions of law-abiding gun owners.
The Reload’s Stephen Gutowski reported that the agency plans to reclassify pistol braces, a highly popular gun accessory, in a way which would ban them unless registered with the ATF. Anyone who refuses to comply could face up to ten years in prison.
So a person who wants to keep a gun with a pistol brace will have to participate in a federal gun registry or go to jail. Is there any question the Regime would utilize this registry to harass these gun owners in several ways?
The ATF previously ruled such braces were completely legal. Yet the Regime’s ATF will simply dare the courts to stop their assault on Americans and the Constitution.
