Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan was an NCAA wrestling champ. Pound for pound he’s one of the toughest guys ever elected into the US House of Representatives. He was revered as one of the strongest conservatives in Congress as well.
Attorney Mike Davis shared on the War Room, the House’s efforts to pass three anti-censorship bills in the House that would have prevented Big Tech from censoring conservatives. After discussing the bills that were presented to the House, Davis shared what happened to the bills in the House.
There’s no reason that House Republicans should have opposed these bills. But only 39 House Republicans joined these bills because Congressman Jim Jordan whipped so hard against these bills and it is baffling to a lot of people that he’s doing this because he pretends like he is this champion against Big Tech when in fact he takes Big Tech money and his staff takes Big Tech trips.
He needs to decide whether he’s going to be a champion for his constituents back in Ohio or if he’s going to continue to be Google ship.
Well, it worked for the National School Board Association. Leading medical organizations the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Children’s Hospital Association released a letter Monday addressed to Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland demanding action to investigate and crack down on reporters who have exposed hospitals across the country for performing gender surgery on children as young as 14 and 15 while also giving puberty blocking chemicals to children.
The letter also demands tech platforms Twitter, TikTok and Meta (owner of Facebook and Instagram) crack down on the reporters’ accounts.
Boston Children’s Hospital received two hoax bomb threats since late August after reports about underage gender surgery and chemical puberty blockers went viral.
LibsofTikTok, who has reported extensively on doctors and hospitals promoting (and recruiting children for) gender surgery and chemical puberty blockers, was recently suspended by Twitter for a week for “hateful conduct”–one of several suspensions this year of that account by Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
Reporter Christopher Rufo posted a copy of the letter (text posted further below), saying, ” The American Medical Association is asking Big Tech and the Department of Justice to censor, deplatform, investigate, and prosecute journalists who question the orthodoxy of radical gender surgeries for minors, arguing that public criticism is “disinformation.”…This is now the Left’s playbook: last year, the National School Board Association, Department of Justice, and F.B.I. worked together to label parents who opposed critical race theory “domestic terrorists.” They want to stifle dissent, suppress speech, and criminalize opposition.”

If we do not see the unifying theme, we are quite literally missing out on the essence of Yom Kippur: we don’t know the first thing about what Jewish prayer is, who we are as a Jewish People, where we come from, and where our destiny lies.Op-ed.
A better understanding of the central, unifying themes of each of the Jewish holidays and their unique, separate liturgies can be like throwing open the doors and windows of a dark and stuffy room – and this is especially true when it comes to Yom Kippur, the holiday that has the most remarkably different prayer service of them all. With this understanding one comes to realize what a jumble of half-digested ideas we normally face when we recite the Amidah / Shemoneh Esrei, the standing, silent devotional that is at the center of every Jewish prayer service, and also the other prayers. We “sort of” understand davening / tefilot, though we secretly think there’s a little more to it than that. Some of us even think there’s some “sort of” connection between what seems to be random ideas in the prayers, the calendar, and Jewish history, but, we fail to hear such thoughts from the vast majority pulpit rabbis and can’t recall learning these things from the teachers we had in our youth.
Keeping the Beit HaMikdash (the ancient Holy Temple constructed in Jerusalem by King Solomon, son of King David) at the center of our consciousness during prayer brings a flood of light and a breath of fresh air to Yom Kippur and shows us that there is a dazzling clarity to the structure of the liturgy that the ancient rabbis developed—it is breathtaking when we suddenly see it. Imagine if DeSantis from Florida (or any governor) were to catch the FBI and/or the Department of Justice in their illegal activities in Florida (or any state) and call up the National Guard. Then arrest the leaders and incarcerate them, and kick out the rest of them from Florida. Then call for a Constitutional Conference to replace the Federal Government. Remember the Federal Government is a fiction of the imagination of the States that created it. Maybe it’s time to ‘clean house’ and make a new start. That would really ruffle the feathers of those who pull the strings of the Biden regime!

Australian Bureau of Statistics Reports Increase in Excess Deaths in 2022 Which is Above Historical Average Jim Hoft
According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS), the number of excess deaths in 2022 has already increased which is more than the average for previous years.
The number of deaths that occurred by June 30 and were reported by August 31 in 2022 was 92,699. This was an increase of 13,524 (17.1%) over the historical average.
For the month of June, 16,749 deaths were reported. There were 2,410 more deaths than usual, for a 16.8% increase.
Of the 16,749 deaths in June 2022, 14,910 confirmed deaths were medically verified by doctors, and 1,839 deaths were referred to the coroner.

On Sunday night, October 2, 2022, Iranian security forces brutally suppressed peaceful protests by hundreds of students at the prestigious Sharif University of Technology in Tehran, beating, shooting with pellets, tear gassing, and arresting large numbers of students, according to the Center for Human Rights in Iran.
The crackdown came after 15 days of nationwide protests in Iran following the death in state custody of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini for not wearing her headscarf correctly. Iran Human Rights puts the death toll at 133, with hundreds more arrested.

The demonstrations in Iran have now entered a third week. How worried are the Iranian authorities? How is this wave of protests different from those in the past? And what needs to happen for the demonstrations to become a revolution and overthrow the regime?
In this week’s “Middle East News Hour,” I discussed these issues with Ahmad Obali, founder and director of Gunaz TV, a U.S.-based Azerbaijani satellite television channel that broadcasts into Iran, Europe and the Middle East.
An ethnic Azerbaijani, Obali is originally from northern Iran, one of the hubs of the current protests. He fled Iran as a young man after the regime arrested him.
According to Obali, it is important that the West express its support for the demonstrators.
“Moral support and giving people the opportunity to express their voice is the best thing that Western governments can do,” he said. Guaranteeing access to the internet is also crucial, he added.

Lapid and Gantz are bragging about signing a protection deal with the Iranian terror proxy.
It is almost impossible to grasp the danger of Israel’s present moment. A month before the Knesset elections, the caretaker government led by Prime Minister Yair Lapid and Defense Minister Benny Gantz is moving full speed ahead with a maritime agreement with an enemy state that it insists will obligate Israel in perpetuity. The Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) agreement Israel is concluding with Hezbollah-controlled Lebanon will fundamentally alter Israel’s maritime borders, deny the Jewish state tens of billions of dollars, which will go instead to a government controlled by Iran’s Lebanese foreign legion, Hezbollah, and transform Hezbollah and Iran into actors in the eastern Mediterranean.
The deal in question has been under negotiation for more than a decade. In 2010, as the natural gas deposits in the eastern Mediterranean were being rapidly explored and developed by Israel, Cyprus, Greece and Egypt, Israel signed agreements with its neighbors to delineate the boundaries of each state’s EEZ. Since Israel and Lebanon are enemy states, Israel did not negotiate an agreement with Lebanon. Lebanon did however negotiate an agreement with Cyprus, as part of which it drew a line delineating the southern boundary of its maritime waters. Israel accepted the Lebanese line and submitted its maritime economic zone borders to the United Nations on the basis of the Lebanese/Cypriot agreement and the bilateral agreement it had concluded with Cyprus.
Given that Hezbollah rejects Israel’s right to exist, Hezbollah-controlled Lebanon surprised no one when it immediately objected to Israel’s map, even though it was based on Lebanon’s own demarcation.

Victoria White from Rochester, Minnesota attended the Stop the Steal rally in Washington DC on January 6th. Like many Americans that day it was her first time she ever visited Washington DC. She was excited to attend the rally and stand with President Trump at the Ellipse.
What started as a wonderful trip with family and friends turned into a bloody nightmare. Victoria White was nearly killed by DC police officers during the rally. The police officers beat her in the face and shoulders nearly 40 times with sticks and their fists. Then they dragged her through the US Capitol shoeless and forced her to wait outside without a phone, a coat, or a ride after they released her hours later.
This was after Victoria broke up Antifa activists breaking windows at the US Capitol.
To add insult to injury, the FBI later raided her home and arrested her in Minnesota.
Victoria White was brutally beaten near death by the US Capitol Police.

She is hit approximately thirty- five times over the course of 4 minutes and 30 seconds, while appearing to be begging for mercy the entire time. She is hit with the baton while facing away. She is hit with the baton while facing forward. She is speared and poked with the baton about the face so as to inflict maximum pain. She collapses more than once and is stood up by the officers only to be maced and beaten again. At some point, White-shirt puts away his baton, not because he is showing mercy because he has a clear avenue to her face. As such, he unloads on the defenseless woman punching her five times in five seconds, directly in the face, with all of his might.

As much as I admire the great patriots who fought so hard to wrench our nation out of the hands of the usurpers, patriots such as General Michael Flynn, brilliant attorney Sidney Powell, My Pillow mega-mogul Mike Lindell, and more recently, famous filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza whose documentary 2,000 Mules presents indisputable evidence of vote fraud in the swing states that illegally tipped the scales in Beijing Biden’s favor, I can’t help feeling that many of us remain in denial about our current situation, including former President Trump. And in what world does our own FBI get to raid President Trump’s luxurious home, ransacking every room, pawing through Melania’s lingerie, taking Trump’s passports, spending nine hours combing every inch of Mar-a-lago, and quite possibly planting “evidence” and/or surveillance bugs along the way?
But the shocks keep coming—one of the latest being the witch-hunt targeting some forty “Trump associates” who’ve been subpoenaed and/or had their cell phones confiscated.
Fox News host Tucker Carlson viewed a subpoena and was stunned by its unlawfulness. In his words:
What it [the subpoena] demands is both unlawful and without precedent in American history. …Now keep in mind, that any claim you make as an American citizen about electors—any claim you make about American politics period—is protected explicitly under the First Amendment. That’s our core freedom…[Emphasis mine]
In fact, all of the above assaults on our rights are unprecedented and despicable, but not, as some may think, merely a matter of political revenge.
A SHATTERINGLY INCONVENIENT TRUTH
The painful truth is that there is nothing out of the ordinary about these abuses, including the January 6th political prisoners being detained without due process—without being charged, and without being granted their right to a speedy trial. Driving the news: Trump’s legal team in the Tuesday filing said the 11th Circuit lacked the judicial authority to stay the special master order “authorizing the review of seized documents bearing classification markings.”

Three deep-water explosions destroyed the Nord Stream pipelines under the Baltic Sea last week on Monday.
Swedish seismologists reported that one of the three explosions measures 2.3 on the Richter Scale of earthquake intensity, but this was no earthquake. It was explosion—like a gigantic undersea mine.
The explosions guarantee Germany and the EU won’t go wobbly with regard to sanctions against Russian energy imports. The damage to pipelines will take months repair, and repairs are unlikely to begin until next summer. Even if Germany were to cry “uncle” as civil unrest intensifies over lack of heat and energy, even if Russia decided to turn the power back on, the conduit for Russian gas to Europe is broken.
No country has yet taken responsibility for the blasts that took out the Nord Stream pipelines to Europe. Only one country benefits. We wrote aobut this extensively at The Gateway Pundit last week.
Europe now faces an uncertain future as winter approaches.
In a bold statement this weekend, Secretary of State Tony Blinken cheered the news of the explosions as “a tremendous opportunity” for Europe “to remove dependence on Russian energy.”
On Monday night Tucker Carlson told his audience Tony Blinken’s comments were admission of US responsibility behind the bombings of the Nord Stream pipelines.

Americans Suffer from Natural and Government-Created Disasters By Ron Paul
Last week Congress passed a continuing resolution and then adjourned until after the election. When Congress reconvenes, it will almost certainly pass a multi-billion dollars aid package for those impacted by Hurricane Ian. This spending will likely be labeled “emergency,” so Congress members will not even have to pretend they are offsetting the new spending with cuts in other, lower priority programs.
The failure of Congress to offset spending on disaster relief with cuts in other programs is one reason why I always voted against disaster aid when I was in Congress, even when the spending was for disasters that occurred in my district. Of course, I also opposed these bills because disaster relief is unconstitutional and immoral as are all other income redistribution programs.
When I voted against disaster relief, my office would receive angry calls from constituents. However, within several months many of those constituents would call back to say that after dealing with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) they realized that disaster victims would be better off without federal “help.”
Federally managed disaster relief is neither efficient nor compassionate. My office often heard from frustrated individuals whose plans to rebuild were put on hold because of delays in getting federal assistance.
My staff and I heard many horror stories of FEMA mistreating disaster victims. For example, FEMA was supposed to put a tarp on a house whose roof was destroyed in Hurricane Ike, but it put the tarp on the house next door, even though that house’s roof was fine. When the owner of the house that needed a tarp called FEMA, he was told it would be several weeks before FEMA could send someone out to correct FEMA’s mistake. The homeowner told FEMA that he would move the tarp himself with assistance of his neighbors. FEMA told him that anyone who touched the tarp without FEMA’s approval would be fined and maybe thrown in jail.
