1. The Left judges previous generations by their current moral vision. As a historian, I find this to be particularly repulsive. I believe there do exist moral absolutes by which people of all generations can be assessed; some things are wrong, always have been wrong everywhere, and always will be wrong. But culture, tradition, and societal immaturity dictate behavior, too. History has shown what works and what doesn’t. But that isn’t the Left’s standard. Their moral values alter, repeatedly and constantly, and everybody alive today or dead for 1,000 years is judged by those subjective, constantly shifting criteria.
The Left is changing history and re-writing it to fit their norms simply because thousands of years of experience, wisdom, tradition, and truth disprove everything they hold dear. “Christopher Columbus was a mass murderer!” There is no attempt to understand the culture, history, and background of Renaissance Europe. He is just damned. Period. And this mindset justifies the Left’s total rejection of freedom and Western Civilization, to bring in socialism and godless totalitarianism. But that’s the point of all of it anyway. Destroy Western values to introduce those the Left wants to, subjectively, replace them with.

CDC did not put the COVID vaccines on the childhood schedule today Meryl Nass
What happens tomorrow? My liveblog with some useful additions
CDC did something strange today: they added COVID to the Vaccines for Children program, which is a federal entitlement program that pays for vaccines for kids who don’t have other insurance. But it was not necessary to do this yet, as CDC cannot buy EUA vaccines. The COVID vaccines (as well as monoclonal antibodies, some other drugs, PCR and rapid tests) are unlicensed experimental products. EUA vaccines cannot be sold. The government buys them and your taxes pay for them.
CDC spends about 5 billion dollars a year to buy vaccines on the childhood schedule for kids on medicaid or without insurance. So the vote today meant that once the COVID vaccines are sold commercially, they will be included in the (donated) Vaccines for Children program. There was no clear explanation why this was conducted today, when CDC is jumping the gun. Did the CDC switch out a vote on adding COVID vaccines to the childhood schedule for a different vote at the last minute? It’s possible.
The CDC briefer, Jeanne Santoli, who explained why the members were voting on this, gave a short and nonsensical talk.

So today, the ACIP panel voted unanimously 15-0 for the CDC to recommend that children get the COVID-19 “vaccines and boosters.”
The actual vote to add this experimental COVID-19 mRNA injection to the childhood vaccination schedule is tomorrow.
Important to recognize that this is a work-around because Congress is not funding more jabs into arms. If this product is put on the childhood schedule, Congress does not have a say in the funding. Furthermore, if the EUA vanishes, they the liability of the companies continues under the childhood schedule. This is corruption.
I honestly didn’t think the ACIP would “go there.” For one, this is still an unlicensed product. I am still not sure a EUA vaccine product can be added to the schedule. I don’t believe it has ever been done before.
It is now predicted that CDC is now almost certain to add the COVID-19 shots to its ‘Childhood Vaccines Schedule’ tomorrow. This means that public schools, who all use this schedule, will now be able to mandate ‘vaccines’ in order for children to attend public school.

After Supreme Court ruling, GOP sues Pennsylvania over counting of undated mail-in ballots
Undated ballots “should not be counted,” plaintiffs claim.
Acoalition of Republicans this week has brought a lawsuit against the state of Pennsylvania seeking to force the government there to follow state law and toss out mail-in ballots that lack a required date.
Last week the U.S. Supreme Court sided with another Republican politician in the state and invalidated hundreds of mail-in ballots that the state had previously counted even though they lacked a date along with the voter signature.
In a lawsuit filed late on Monday, the Republican National Committee, along with the National Republican Congressional Committee as well as the Pennsylvania state GOP, sued the state government for “planning to illegally accept undated mail-in ballots” in spite of the Supreme Court’s ruling.

Last month, on Sept. 16, Mahsa Amini, a 22-year-old woman living in Iran, died in a hospital three days after being arrested in Tehran by the state’s morality police known as “Guidance Patrols.” Her “crime”? She showed too much hair underneath her hijab, or headscarf.
The New York Times reported: “The police did not offer an explanation for why Ms. Amini was detained, other than that it involved the hijab rule. Her mother said in an interview with Iranian news media that her daughter was observing the rules and wearing a long, loose robe. She said Ms. Amini was arrested as she exited the subway with her brother, and that his pleas that they were visitors to the city were ignored.”
According to the BBC: “Eyewitnesses said Mahsa Amini was beaten while inside a police van when she was picked up in Tehran on Tuesday. Police have denied the allegations, saying Ms Amini had ‘suddenly suffered a heart problem.’” However, at least one Iranian judicial official, according to state media, said the woman suffered “multiple fractures … in the pelvis, head, upper and lower limbs, arms and legs, which indicate that the person was thrown from a height.”

Lapid: We won’t allow Jewish prayer on the Temple Mount
PM makes appeal to Israeli Arab sector to vote for Yesh Atid in the upcoming elections.
Prime Minister Yair Lapid addressed the Arab public and asked that they vote for his Yesh Atid party in the upcoming Knesset elections, citing his government’s support for Muslim rights on the Temple Mount and policy prohibiting Jews from praying at the site.
In an interview with two Israeli Arab channels, Lapid stated that his government has done a lot in the fight against crime in the Arab sector, but qualified by saying: “It is not enough. There is improvement, but the improvement is too small. It is a process, and we need to make sure that this process continues and is strengthened.”
According to Lapid, “Women should not be murdered. Children should not be murdered. We need to deal with the criminal organizations. The plan we built in the end pushed out (the criminals), some of the leaders of the criminal organizations have already fled to Turkey and other places. We hit their money.”
Lapid blamed the previous Israeli governments for the problem of crime in Arab society. “There was neglect here that lasted for 12, 15 years in a row. The curve of violence went up and up. It’s not just the murders, it’s also the protectionism, also the rampage on the roads in the south… The government’s neglect was complete, and when these things were neglected for so many years, it takes time to fix.”

Defense Minister rules out arms deals with Ukraine
Seeking middle ground on aid to Ukraine, Gantz comes out against weapons sales, but says Israel may offer early warning system.
Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz on Wednesday ruled out arms transfers to Ukraine, telling a delegation of ambassadors from European Union member states that Israel’s position on weapons sales to Kyiv has not changed.
Gantz was invited by EU Ambassador to Israel Dimiter Tzantchev to meet with ambassadors in Israel representing multiple EU member-states, as the EU continues to press Israel to expand its aid to Ukraine from humanitarian equipment to arms.
Seeking a middle ground and emphasizing Jerusalem’s support for the Ukrainian government, Gantz touted Israeli aid to Ukraine and promised a new aid package, while refusing to back arms transfers.
“Israel supports and stands with Ukraine, NATO and the West – this is something we have said in the past and repeat today. Israel has a policy of supporting Ukraine via humanitarian aid, and the delivery of life-saving defensive equipment.”

Family of George Floyd joins legal fray against embattled rapper.
Former President Donald Trump praised Kanye West as the rapper remains embattled in an antisemitic controversy.
In an interview with right-wing news host Larry O’Connor on Tuesday, Trump said of West, “He was really nice to me. Beyond anybody, he was. He was great to me.”
Trump added, “He was great, really, to MAGA, to the MAGA movement, which was very impressive. I’ve always gotten along with him. He was really high on a guy named Donald Trump.”
Trump and West reportedly spoke on the telephone after the rapper announced plans to buy Parler, a social network platform billed as an alternative to Facebook and Twitter for conservatives.
West is under fire for antisemitic comments he made in an interview with Fox News personality Tucker Carlson and afterwards on social media and podcasts.
The rapper, who formally changed his name to Ye, told Carlson that Jared Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law, brokered the Abraham accords “to make money.”
He also implied that that Blacks are the real Jews when he said “When I say Jew, I mean the 12 lost tribes of Judah, the blood of Christ, who the people known as the race Black really are. This is who our people are.”

Australia reverses recognition of West Jerusalem as Israel’s capital
Australia’s announcement comes exactly two weeks before Israel is set to hold elections.
Australia’s Foreign Ministry announced Tuesday it is reversing the policy of the country’s former conservative prime minister by no longer recognizing West Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
“Jerusalem is a final status issue that should be resolved as part of any peace negotiations between Israel and the Palestinian people,” Foreign Minister Penny Wong said. “Australia’s embassy has always been, and remains, in Tel Aviv.”
Australia recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel under conservative Prime Minister Scott Morrison in 2018, just months after former U.S. President Donald Trump relocated the U.S. Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

Putin said martial law will ensure safety and maintain public order, as well as ensure “anti-terrorist protection of critical facilities.”
Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday declared martial law in the four regions of Ukraine that Moscow annexed last month.
The regions – Donetsk People’s Republic, Luhansk People’s Republic, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson – will come under martial law Thursday, the Kremlin announced in a translated decree.
Martial law is essential defined as putting government-run operations under direct military control.
Putin said the change will ensure safety and maintain public order, as well as ensure “anti-terrorist protection of critical facilities.”

According to Brik:

Arecord number of nearly 130,000 unaccompanied migrant children reportedly have entered the Department of Health and Human Services’ shelter system in fiscal 2022.
Internal federal numbers obtained by CBS on Friday show that the number of minor arrivals at the southern border has surpassed the 122,000 number for fiscal 2021.
The country’s fiscal year ends Sept. 30.
Health and Human Services’ Refugee Resettlement Office, which is in charge of housing unaccompanied minors who enter the United States, has not publicly published overall data on the program since releasing April’s numbers.
Most of the migrant minors are male. And historically, the majority of those in agency custody are teenagers who crossed the border without legal guardians. The federal refugee office maintains custody of the minors until they turn 18 or can be released to a sponsor, typically a guardian living in the U.S.
