Sen. Rick Scott Demands Answers About Biden Admin Giving Taxpayer-Funded Intellectual Property to Communist China Cassandra Fairbanks
Senator Rick Scott is demanding answers about reports that the Department of Energy allowed an innovative battery technology, developed using millions of American taxpayer dollars, to be transferred to a Chinese company.
Sen. Scott noted that the issue is even more troubling because the “DOE reportedly allowed this license transfer to a Communist Chinese company while several American companies have been unable to receive authorization from the agency to manufacture the batteries domestically.”
The Republican sent letters addressed to U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Science Director Asmeret Asefaw Berhe and Under Secretary for Science and Innovation Geraldine Richmond.
“After millions of our federal dollars were spent to support the work of U.S. scientists, researchers, and engineers in developing the vanadium redox flow battery, your agency permitted the sub-licensure and subsequent license transfer of that technology to a Chinese company based in Dalian, China,” the senator said in the letter.

Superficially, most Chinese real estate agents operate in a normal fashion, but can also act as facilitators for Chinese intelligence agents embedded in the real estate agency itself or in the local community.
Offshore corporations and often complicated and convoluted connections between appearing and disappearing Chinese-owned companies obscure financial and property transactions involving people with no obvious reason to participate in those transactions.
It provides a perfect cover and an operational supply chain for non-official cover (NOC) Chinese intelligence agents, without diplomatic immunity, who are usually “sanitized” at intermediate locations outside or inside the U.S. before arriving at their target area of operation in the United States.

It is common knowledge that COVID-19 poses no threat to young children, that mRNA vaccinations against the virus are not effective or safe, and that some people have even died after receiving a COVID vaccine. The CDC and its advisory council continue to push for mandatory childhood vaccinations despite all these facts.
The CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) unanimously agreed on Thursday to propose adding COVID-19 to the recommended childhood immunization schedule for 2023 in 15-0 votes.
ACIP recommends the use of COVID-19 vaccines for everyone ages 6 months to adolescents and adult immunization schedules.
The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) provides advice and guidance to the Director of the CDC regarding use of vaccines and related agents for the control of vaccine-preventable diseases in the civilian population of the United States. Recommendations made by the ACIP are reviewed by the CDC Director and, if adopted, are published as official CDC/HHS recommendations in the Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR).

Dr. Aseem Malhotra is a British cardiologist with numerous publications and books to his credit. When the pandemic was in full swing, he was one of the first to line up for the mRNA gene therapy shots and to push for others to get theirs too.
But now, after studying available safety and efficacy data closely, he is calling for the shots to be stopped until all the data have been released.
And he’s speaking from the heart, literally: In July 2021 his own father, who he said, “was very fit and active and well … suffered an unexplained sudden cardiac arrest.” After his father’s death, Malhotra started seeing evidence that mRNA shots not only accelerate cardiac disease, but that their efficacy is, “actually very, very poor.” In fact, he added, the original data he’s seen, “suggested … it was likely to cause more harm than good in most people.”
“That’s a smoking gun,” he said. “The conclusions are very clear, overwhelming, unequivocal evidence that these vaccines need to be suspended, paused pending an inquiry,” on them, he said. He’s especially concerned about the rates of myocarditis in children and youths after they get an mRNA shot.
It’s Done. CDC Puts COVID Shots on Child Immunization Schedule
Those who watch the CDC’s maneuvers predicted it would happen, and now it has: The experimental mRNA gene therapy shots are now on the U.S. child vaccination schedule for children ages 6 months and up. The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) voted 15-0 to add them to the schedule.
As Steve Kirsch, executive director of the Vaccine Safety Research Foundation, noted, this means several things:
- The “emergency” can now end. They needed the emergency to be able to create EUA approval which gave them liability protection as long as the emergency existed. The emergency is no longer needed.
- The vaccine makers can now manufacture fully “approved” vaccines and have complete liability protection forever.
- The ACIP vote is just a recommendation. The CDC must add it to the schedule, but that’s a slam dunk.

Peter Schwartz, age 47 and a Kentucky welder who has served in the Army Reserve, was indicted after he was accused of pepper-spraying officers during the Jan. 6 protest. He was arrested on Feb. 2nd in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. According to his letter, he was with his wife when 30 agents assaulted him with flashbang grenades, armored vehicles, and more than 10 assault rifles aimed at his chest.
“At no point did either my wife or I resist but we were both roughly handled and forced/dragged up the stairs after being shackled and handcuffed as we were shoved around,” Schwartz said.
“Today is Nov. 8, 2021. I was arrested on Feb, 2nd 2021. The only portion of my discovery, (the evidence against me), that I’ve seen, is a warrant that was publicly published by Forbes Magazine. After this much time of being incarcerated, I don’t know what evidence is being used against me, nor do I even know what specifically I’m being charged with,” Schwartz added.

Rolling Stone reports that it was a response to a former CIA agent’s post. “Meek has been charged with no crime,” Rolling Stone said. “But independent observers believe the raid is among the first — and quite possibly, the first — to be carried out on a journalist by the Biden administration.”

Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett on Thursday declined to hear a challenge to Joe Biden’s unconstitutional student loan forgiveness program.
Joe Biden unilaterally announced a massive forgiveness of student loans in August.
Biden canceled up to $10,000 in student debt for borrowers who earn $125,000 a year or less and up to $20,000 for recipients of Pell Grants, NBC News reported.
The Brown County Taxpayers Association filed an emergency appeal with the Supreme Court to block Biden’s student loan forgiveness program shortly after the Biden Regime began accepting applications from borrowers.
Justice Amy Coney Barrett declined the emergency application from the Wisconsin-based organization without comment.
