Yeshiva University launches its own LGBTQ group amid lawsuit
The new university-approved club will provide a space for LGBTQ students at the Jewish university to support one another “within the Torah framework.”
Yeshiva University on Monday announced the creation of a new LGBTQ student group amid its legal battle over its refusal to recognize the YU Pride Alliance.
The new university-approved club, the Kol Yisrael Areivim Club, will provide a space for LGBTQ students at the Jewish university to support one another “within the Torah framework,” Eric Baxter, vice president and senior counsel at the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, told reporters, as quoted by The Hill.
Baxter, who is representing Yeshiva University in a case brought against the school by the YU Pride Alliance, stressed that the formation of the Kol Yisrael Areivim Club will not resolve the parties’ legal woes, and the lawsuit will continue.

The pain of that is so great that there are not words to describe it.

The lowest level in Gehnom is known as Abadon. Some souls are sent there for destruction ……
Beyond Gehnom there is a more severe / painful area of tikkun / fixing known as Kaf HaKela. There are angels there whose job it is to hurl souls sentenced there across the heavens, similar to the game of Jai-Alai.
There is no time off there for Shabbat or haggim. Their sentence there is in the thousands of years.
The pain of that is far greater than Gehnom.
Then there is yet another more painful, more difficult place, its truly terrible beyond imagination.
Its a place of total darkness, without end ( except if there is mercy from Hashem ).
The souls there are totally alone, in total darkness, in perpetuity.
It would be a great thing if they were allowed to go insane so as to perhaps dull or obscure the pain of their existence, but that isn’t possible there, as to Isaiah Tishbi:

Court Orders Israeli Authorities to Provide Vaccination Status of People Who Died During Pandemic
Following a Freedom of Information (FOI) request from an Israeli citizen, the Jerusalem District Court has ordered the Ministry of Health to provide information on the vaccination status of deceased people and other information.
The Ministry of Health (MoH) has until mid-November to provide: total mortality, for any reason, including COVID-19, noting the vaccination status of the deceased, the vaccine doses and recoveries; data about child mortality from COVID-19, noting whether the deceased did or did not have comorbidities; and COVID-19 mortality with the data segmented by comorbidities and according to vaccination status.
The order came after David Shuldman, a systems analyst and an economist, filed an FOI request in 2021 for mortality data broken down by vaccination status. He also asked that deaths among people who recovered from COVID-19 be noted. Shuldman told The Epoch Times that he hoped the MoH would publish the data but since they didn’t, he decided to try to get it and publish it himself.

A grieving mother from Texas is searching for answers and justice following the sudden death of her 18-year-old daughter who died in her sleep.
On September 8, 18-year-old Kayla Rose Lumpkins went to sleep and never woke up. Her mother, Renee Greer, went to wake her up the next day and discovered she had already passed away.
“She just started college. She was so happy. She went to bed on September 8th. I found her passed away in her bed the next morning. She had been sleeping in the same position she always did,” Renee wrote in a Facebook group.
“I am in complete shock. She was not sick. She acted like her normal self. We are devastated. As most of you know, I lost my Mother December of 2021. I’m still trying to heal from that, but an 18-year-old?!! I feel like my life is over,” Renee wrote in September.
According to Renee, her daughter was physically healthy until she received her booster shot.
“She had two [vaccines]. Then she had a third one for good measure 7 months before [September 8th]. I’m telling you all, she was healthy. With her crazy schedule; choir, theater, drill team, morning practices, rehearsals, football game halftime performances, plays, concerts, excelling in her honor dual credit classes, and everything else she did there was no way she was sick. If she was, she wouldn’t have been able to do that. Still waiting to find out something,” she said.
“There was an autopsy done. We are waiting to find out something. It takes up to 90 days. We’re halfway there,” Renee added.

Pennsylvania Democrat officials sent out 240,000 255,000 ballots to people they could not verify either by their Social Security or Driver’s License numbers.
The ballots should NEVER have been sent out to these voters.
Fifteen Republican State Representatives sent a letter to Acting Secretary of the Commonwealth Leigh Chapman after they discovered that over 240,000 illicit ballots were sent out in the state prior to the 2022 midterm elections.
Deputy Secretary Jonathan Marks testified in September before the Pennsylvania House that counties are responsible to verify the voter ID when a completed ballot arrive to the county. The counties argued that this was nonsense. The ID must be verified before a ballot is even sent out.
According to Pennsylvania law, these ballots must now be set aside. They can’t be counted in the November 8th election until the voter produces an identification.
You can bet that very few of these counties will set these ballots aside. This is how Democrats cheat.

On Tuesday, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced that the Clorox Company has recalled certain Pine-Sol cleaning products in connection to a bacteria exposure risk.
Safety regulators said consumers should “immediately stop” using certain Pine-Sol cleaning products due to the possibility of them containing bacteria, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which can cause sickness and disease in humans and animals. They advise consumers to take pictures of the barcodes, UPCs and date codes before they discard them.

Exposure to the bacteria for people who have weakened immune systems or use external medical devices carries a “risk of serious infection that may require medical treatment,” according to the CPSC.

State Department says ‘the program’s goal is to promote tolerance’
The State Department is defending a $20,600 grant for a cultural center in Ecuador to host “drag theater performances,” saying it gives LGBTQ people an outlet “to express themselves freely and safely” in the South American country.
Fox News Digital first reported on Wednesday that the State Department awarded a $20,600 grant on Sept. 23 to the Centro Ecuatoriano Norteamericano Abraham Lincoln (CENA) in Cuenca, Ecuador, a non-profit organization supported by the U.S. Embassy and Consulate in Ecuador, to “promote diversity and inclusion” in the region.
The project at CENA, which started Sept. 30 and runs until Aug. 31, 2023, will include “3 workshops,” “12 drag theater performances,” and a “2-minute documentary,” according to the State Department’s grant listed on the USASpending.gov website.
A State Department spokesperson told Fox News Digital in a statement that the grant is part of “a wide range of strategic programs in Ecuador that incorporate concepts from diversity, inclusion, and representation to equity and accessibility.”

Russia to Call for UN Investigation of US Biolabs in Ukraine
Russia will call for an investigation of US biological labs in Ukraine at the meeting of the UN Security council tomorrow, October 27, TASS reports.
According a draft proposal obtained by TASS, Russia will urge the UN Security Council to “set up a commission consisting of all members of the Security Council to investigate into the claims against the US and Ukraine contained in the complaint of the Russian Federation regarding the compliance with obligations under the [Biological Weapons] Convention in the context of the activities biological laboratories in the territory of Ukraine,” and present a report by 30 November 2022.
In June, the Pentagon acknowledged the US supported “46 civilian laboratories and health care centers in Ukraine over the past 20 years as part of peaceful programs” in a “Fact Sheet on WMD Threat Reduction Efforts with Ukraine, Russia and Other Former Soviet Union Countries.“
“Ukraine has no biological, nuclear or chemical weapons programs,” the Pentagon stated.

Poll Shows Most Americans, Including Even Some Democrats, Think Trans Madness Has Gone Too Far By Atlas Shrugs
Here yet again we see how far the insane far-left agenda of the Democrats really is from the genuine concerns and actual perspective of the American people. The American people, or at least the ones who still have a healthy sense of reality, are thoroughly sickened by what leftists are pushing on children with their trans madness. Even many Democrats, as you can see from the results of this poll, have had enough. The Democrats and the left have failed the American people in every possible way. Adults are moving back in with their parents despite having kids of their own amid a ‘roommate boom’ due to record-high rent triggered by inflation By VANESSA SERNA
- Record high rent is forcing adults with kids to move back in with their parents as US rent increased by 7.8 percent last month
- Shonda Austin and her three kids moved out of their Las Vegas home and into her mother’s Michigan house after rent increased by 24 percent in Nevada
- Like others, Austin is saving until she can move into another home that is more affordable and is looking into moving toward Southern US
- US rent has remained up by 25 percent since before the pandemic
Some adults are moving back in with their parents amid record-high rent triggered by inflation.
US rents rose by an average of 7.8 percent in September and remained 25 percent up since before the pandemic, according to Redfin. Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, New York, Nashville and Portland are a few US cities where rent has significantly increased.
A Lending Tree survey conducted in August with more than 1,300 adults also found that about 32% moved back home during the pandemic to save money and pay off debt.
But with living wages not keeping up with rising costs has also led to more adults moving back home.
