Biden’s economy is a nightmare for all Americans, including the tech billionaires.
The markets have taken a beating in 2022. This is currently one of the worst years for the stock market in US history. The markets are currently down more than 4,000 points this year. Only 2008 has seen a worse drop than in 2022 and the year isn’t over yet.

Amazon’s value has dropped below $1trillion for the first time since April 2020 amid a sharp decline in the value of the world’s biggest tech firms.
The e-commerce giant becomes the third tech behemoth to drop out of the trillion-dollar club, with its market cap down more than 44% since last November’s peak. On Tuesday, shares plunged 5.9% to $96.79 billion.
In total, the six largest tech companies have lost a staggering $4.35 trillion in value compared with their respective peaks.
Apple, Microsoft and Alphabet still boast values greater than $1T – but these companies have not been immune to huge declines in their stock prices.
Tesla dipped below $1T last November, just weeks after it reached the milestone.
Not only have the tech giants been devastated over this past year but the the tech billionaires have been destroyed as well.

Suffer the Children! Scottish Government Wants to Make Trans Mutilation of Minors Legal Cullen Linebarger
Western nations around the world have fallen prey to the gender identity craze that is harming the lives of children. Perhaps no other country exemplifies this madness more than Scotland.
The ruling Scottish National Party has proposed a piece of legislation called the Gender Recognition Reform Bill. The proposed law would remove this requirement and allow people to change their gender by self-declaration. The bill also seeks to reduce the age at which someone can apply for a Gender Recognition Certificate from 18 to 16 years. Current Scottish law requires individuals to be diagnosed with gender dysphoria before obtaining a gender recognition certificate.
The Gender Recognition Reform Bill passed the first stage by a vote of 88-33 with four abstentions last week and will now proceed to the amendment process. Dr. Calum MacKellar, the director of research for the Scottish Council on Human Bioethics, aptly articulated the dangers the legislation poses for young people.

“The proposals in the Bill are unreasonable since the latest and most comprehensive studies to date show that a high prevalence of mental disorders, such as autism spectrum traits, often exist in persons with gender dysphoria/incongruence. If the Scottish Parliament accepts this Bill from the Government and removes the protection provided by a medical opinion before gender transitioning takes place, this will inevitably lead to some young Scottish persons being harmed.”
Unfortunately, many young Scots have already suffered life-altering damage in the name of gender identity and the number has skyrocketed in recent years. According to the Scottish Daily Express, there was a staggering 1,411% increase in the number of children under 18 referred to Sandyford, Scotland’s gender identity clinic, from 2013 to 2019. This clinic has also cut corners to reach underage children.

Going into Tuesday’s midterm elections, the economy is at top of mind. The last time we had an election that was so focused on reversing our fiscal misfortunes was 1980. That was a presidential election during a very different era, so even though we have a wider array of issues on the ballot today, it’s conspicuous that the economy has been so dominant in polls. But here’s the thing. No matter how much an average American believes the economy is the biggest thing on the ballot, it’s actually much bigger than that. It’s everything.
This election isn’t just about fixing the economy, lowering inflation, preventing recession, or improving the job market. This election is about preserving the status of the U.S. Dollar itself. If Democrats are able to maintain control of the House and Senate, I’d make the not-so-bold prediction that they will continue to bring us closer to full-blown economic collapse. The name Joseph Goebbels immediately evokes a number of responses including politician, propagandist and Reich Minister for Propaganda and Public Enlightenment. On March 19, 1944, he presciently proclaimed, “We have placed our stamp on this century, which will come to bear our name in the annals of history.”
Nazi ascent to power is frequently viewed as a “classic example” of the success of propaganda, which was attributed to Goebbels, explains historian David Welch. Welch adds that Goebbels believed unrelenting propaganda would be indispensable in order to marshal mass support for the new German state, and to sustain an increased degree of identification, enthusiasm and dedication to its “revolutionary” goals.
The notion of propaganda as the “art of persuasion,” calculated only to transform attitudes and ideas, captures one of its objectives, but frequently a partial and secondary one, as Welch claims. He said, “More often, propaganda is concerned with reinforcing existing trends and beliefs, to sharpen and focus them.” Another fundamental misunderstanding is the belief that propaganda is based primarily on lies and fabrications. In reality, it functions on a variety of “kinds of truth—the outright lie, the half-truth, the truth out of context.” To a certain extent, some view “propaganda as essentially appeasing the irrational instincts of man,” and they are correct. Yet since choices are at least partially the result of one’s “rational decisions, propaganda must appeal to the rational elements in human nature as well.” Thus, propaganda “is ethically neutral—it may be good or bad,” Welch concludes.
Responsibilities of Reich Minister for Propaganda and Public Enlightenment
On January 30, 1933, Hitler decreed the Reich Ministry of Propaganda and Public Enlightenment would include “all those tasks which have to do with intellectual and spiritual persuasion of the nation; with publicity of the state, about culture, and about the economy; with the instruction of foreign and domestic publics about these things; and with the administration of all those institutions which serve such ends.” Welch said this included radio, national and foreign press, propaganda, film, music, theater, fine arts, politics; official ceremonies and demonstrations; national emblems; racial questions; Treaty of Versailles; opposing ideologies; youth organizations; public health and sport; eastern and border questions; national travel committee and popular education and culture. The Nazi party, he pointed out, was the first to control the “entire cultural life of a nation.”
Goebbels, he added, understood that “a government that wishes to conduct propaganda must gather round it the most able brains in mass public influence and resort to the most modern methods to achieve this mass influence .” German historian Helmut Heiber said that soon after assuming his position, Goebbels wanted, in addition to surrounding himself with the “best brains in the field of mass manipulation,” to foster the ability of “crystallizing confused, complex and structurally involved ideas into a single expressive slogan which the division would then get across to the entire people.” In frustration with his inability to find the appropriate people to implement his vision, he was alleged to have said he could have used “a dozen Jews,” who would know “how to do the thing with the right nuances.”
In 1933, Reich Ministry for Propaganda and Public Enlightenment started with 350 employees according to Heiber. In its prime, the ministry had a staff of approximately 1,000 housed in a palace, and in a five-story building with 500 rooms. Other offices operated in various parts of Berlin from 22 of the ministry’s own buildings and 32 they rented.

There is such a vibrant disconnect between the liberal American Jewish community, and Israelis. The state of Israel continues to experience growth, is one of the happiest places in the world for people to live, and has a rapidly growing Jewish population.
In Israel, elections were on November 1. There’s no peace partner with the Palestinian Arabs (who can’t even make peace between themselves), across the political spectrum it’s agreed they won’t allow Iran to obtain nuclear weapons, and domestic concerns are of primary concern for most Israelis I speak to (Inflation, Traffic, Education, etc.). Internal security is another big issue and the Right wing bloc is unequivocal about that.
Meanwhile, American Jews and Jewish organizations rant on about things that have very little to do with keeping people Jewish, or excited about Judaism or Zionism. These “leaders” are completely out of touch with the reality of Jewish life and the schism is likely to continue.
Even the most liberal of all Israelis today is unlikely to see non-Orthodox American Jewry as vibrant or something they can identify with. College campuses – full of Anti-Semitism – have Hillel organizations which seem to care more about “social justice” or other liberal minded issues which have zero to do with keeping kids Jewish, married to Jews or strongly connected to Israel.
Michael Steinhardt, the great Jewish philanthropist recently wrote a book Jewish Pride which rightfully notes that Jewish institutions in the US aren’t doing enough to make Jews Jewish. And the truth is, besides Chabad, that’s absolutely true. Steinhardt rightfully has said that Israel is … “…a country with vigor, courage, creativity, and boundless self-confidence. And yes, it is still heroic to build a proud, sovereign Jewish community with a world-class military, a vital culture, and a myriad of cutting-edge technological exports. American Jews have a great deal to learn from the Israeli example.”
Yet, the liberal American Jewish community is too busy dealing with issues which have zero reality for the things that are important for Israeli Jews.

The reason people die seemingly inexplicably in their sleep, Dr. McCullough explained, is sometimes because of a surge in catecholamines during the end of the sleep cycle. This natural biochemical change is the body’s signal to wake up.
Catecholamines are hormones that are made by the adrenal glands. They are released into the body in response to physical exertion or emotional stress. But they are also released during sleep, just before waking, as a signal to the body and the brain that it is time to get up.
These catecholamines can increase our heart rate, blood pressure, and breathing rate, among other things.
In the body there are three catecholamines: dopamine, epinephrine, and norepinephrine. A surge in catecholamines, whether it happens during sleep or during exercise, can stress the heart and cause it to beat arrhythmically, Dr. McCullough said.

Israeli PM Lapid concedes defeat to Netanyahu
Netanyahu and his allies have won enough seats to have a majority government in the Israel parliament.
Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid on Thursday said he congratulated Benjamin Netanyahu on his coalition’s victory in the Knesset elections on Tuesday.
“The State of Israel wishes Netanyahu success,” Lapid tweeted, as translated. His liberal Yesh Atid party came in second to Netanyahu’s conservative Likud party at 17.79% to 23.41%, according to official results.
In Israel’s parliamentary system, coalitions of parties join together to create a majority coalition of at least 61 seats in the 120-member Knesset. Netanyahu’s conservative coalition, composed of three Jewish Orthodox parties and the secular Likud, has won 64 seats, while the opposition will have 56 seats.

An incredibly massive crowd of Brazilians has gathered in front of the Brazilian Army’s Eastern Command in Rio de Janeiro demanding the military intervene and overturn what they believe are dubious results for the country’s recent presidential election.

After the results were released, Bolsonaro refused to concede to his far-left competitor Lula da Silva. Lula beat Bolsonaro after results came in from the country’s most corrupt and destitute regions. According to the official results as they currently stand, Lula received 50.9 percent of the vote while Bolsonaro received 49.1 percent of the vote.
“I have always been labeled as anti-democratic and, unlike my accusers, I have always played within the four lines of the constitution,” Bolsonaro said.

Al-Shabaab, or “the Youth,” is al-Qaeda’s formal affiliate in East Africa. Established in the late 1990s, the Somali-based terror group seeks to establish a fundamentalist Islamic state in the country that it hopes will ultimately expand to encompass the whole Horn of Africa. Al-Shabaab controls much of the southern Somalia region and small pockets in Kenya and Ethiopia along the Somali border. In areas under the group’s control, al-Shabaab imposes its strict version of sharia (Islamic law), prohibiting activities like listening to music or shaving one’s beard. The group predominately conducts attacks targeting the Somali government and the African Union Mission to Somalia (AMISOM). On March 31, 2022, the U.N. Security Council voted unanimously to endorse the African Union’s new transitional mission in Somalia. The new mission, African Union Transition Mission in Somalia (ATMIS), will replace AMISOM, which has been in operation in the country for 15 years.

Report: Netanyahu to form government within two weeks
Opposition Leader Benjamin Netanyahu’s move reflects his confidence that he will easily form a government.
Opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu will attempt to form a governing coalition in just two weeks, by Nov. 15, the date of the swearing-in of the new Knesset, Israeli media reported on Wednesday.
Netanyahu’s move reflects his confidence that he will easily form a government, as he would normally be given 28 days to build a coalition with the possibility of a 14-day extension. He will assign loyalists to key positions, Channel 11 reported.
Names that have been floated are Ron Dermer, Israel’s former ambassador to the U.S., as the new head of Israel’s National Security Council, as well as former Cabinet Secretary Tzachi Braverman and campaign manager Yossi Sheli for unspecified senior positions in the Prime Minister’s Office.
Aryeh Deri of the Shas Party, as the longest-running Netanyahu ally, is expected to play an important role in the new government, Channel 11 reported. While members of Netanyahu’s burgeoning coalition are calling for substantive reforms to the justice system, Deri will act as a “balancing factor” regarding those expected changes, the news outlet said.
Itamar Ben-Gvir, leader of the Otzma Yehudit Party, which partnered with the Religious Zionism Party to run on a single slate, will reportedly receive the Ministry of Public Security, a post he demanded three days prior to the election in a press conference.

As special ballots were counted, far-left Meretz party did not meet the electoral thresh for the first time since its formation 30 years ago, and a right-wing, Likud-led government will likely be formed.
The far-left Meretz party continued to poll under the minimum threshold, as Israeli election officials counted special ballots from the country’s general election, held on Tuesday.
To secure Knesset representation, a party list must receive at least 3.25% of all valid ballots.
This development marks the first time since the party’s formation in 1992 that it has failed to win any representation in the Knesset.
MKs from Meretz, a part of the so-called change bloc headed led by Prime Minister Yair Lapid and his predecessor, Naftali Bennet, sparked controversy in the last year due to a number of public comments.
MK Yair Golan referred to settlers as “subhuman” and compared them to Nazis. He also publicly berated a high school student who suggested that Israel’s anti-terror policies are too lax, calling him “a threat to society.”
Arab-Israeli MK Ghaida Rinawie Zoabi, whose resignation from the government brought down the Bennett-Lapid coalition, made multiple comments to the media suggesting that she does not identify with the State of Israel, including that she does not know the words to Israel’s national anthem.

Terror attack at Temple Mount gate By World Israel News Staff
Three people wounded in stabbing attack at entrance to the Temple Mount, terrorist eliminated.
At least three police officers were wounded in a terrorist stabbing attack at an entrance to the Temple Mount Thursday morning.
The attack occurred adjacent to the Iron Gate, near the Muslim Quarter on the western side of the holy site.
According to initial reports, an Israeli police officer, roughly 40 years of age, was wounded in the attack. He is currently listed in light-to-moderate condition.
Two more officers, approximately 30 and 25 years of age respectively, were also wounded in the attack. Both are reportedly in light-to-moderate condition as well.
Police officers at the scene shot and eliminated the terrorist.
Authorities have identified the terrorist as a 20-year-old Arab resident of the Beit Hanina neighborhood in northeastern Jerusalem.
MDA and United Hatzalah emergency first responders were called to the scene, treating the victim before evacuating him to Shaare Zedek Medical Center in the capital.
“I provided assistance to two lightly wounded people who were fully conscious,” said Yechiel Stern, a paramedic from United Hatzalah.
“After that, they were directed to continue receiving medical treatment at the hospital.”
Following the attack, police evacuated Jewish visitors from the Temple Mount.

A J6 political hostage who was denied mental health treatment and a therapist while on suicide prevention warns Americans detained in the Washington, DC jail for protesting the stolen election at the US Capitol are being “institutionalized and indoctrinated” to “BECOME violent, hateful and depressed” and tortured in the facility he compares to “the pit of hell.”
Marshal Neefe, a 25-year-old Pennsylvania man, has been incarcerated for over a year since his arrest on September 13, 2021.
In Facebook messages prior to January 6, Neefe and his acquaintance Charles Smith discussed plans of attending the rally on January 6 to protect the city.
Neefe and Smith are seen in surveillance footage inside the US Capitol building on January 6, where he allegedly “helped others in the crowd push a sign toward police,” American Gulag reports.

Neefe and Smith traveled to Washington, D.C. together. On Jan. 6, both illegally entered the Capitol grounds. Neefe carried the wooden club and participated in hoisting and pushing a large metal sign frame – at least eight feet tall and 10 feet wide — into a defensive line of officers attempting to prevent the crowd from further advancing on the west front plaza of the Capitol. Neefe later entered the Capitol building, including the Rotunda, disregarding commands to leave.

Former CIA director and ex-Secretary of State Mike Pompeo was just served with a lawsuit that claims Pompeo spied on WikiLeaks Founder Julian Assange while he took refuge inside the Ecuadorian Embassy in London.
Per IT Wire, the lawsuit claims Pompeo along with his co-defendants the CIA, and security Firm UC global “provided oversight for a criminal conspiracy to violate Fourth Amendment rights of American lawyers and journalists inside of the Ecuadorian Embassy.”
Pompeo was served in Ohio while attending the John Ashbrook Memorial Dinner.

Truth Cops – Leaked Documents Expose DHS Plan To Police Disinformation
The US government has tried to sway online conversation behind closed doors and through pressure on commercial sites. Leaked documents exposed a DHS plan to police disinformation.
The Department of Homeland Security is covertly expanding its efforts to stifle speech that it deems threatening, according to a report by The Intercept. Years’ worth of internal DHS memos, emails, and documents that have been made public as well as those that have been obtained through leaks and current litigation show the agency’s extensive efforts to influence tech platforms.
Most of the work, much of which is still unknown to the American public, became apparent earlier this year when DHS announced a new “Disinformation Governance Board”: a panel intended to police misinformation (false information spread inadvertantly), disinformation (false information spread intentionally), and malinformation (factual information shared, usually out of context, with harmful intent) that supposedly jeopardizes U.S. interests. Although the board was widely mocked, promptly scaled back, and afterwards forced to close within a few months, new initiatives are ongoing as the DHS shifts its focus to social media surveillance now that its initial goal – the war on terror — has been completed.

When A Story Breaks, Always Ask, “Why Now?” Larry Johnson
Regardless of the issue, the title of this piece is a good rule of thumb to apply when you are reading “breaking news.” I am not talking about your conventional “car runs over pedestrian” or whatever. I am talking about reports like today’s news that there are US boots on the ground in Ukraine:
American military personnel are now in Ukraine to help keep track of the billions of dollars’ worth of weapons and equipment the United States has sent since the start of the Russian invasion, a senior U.S. defense official and senior U.S. military official said.
Led by Brig. Gen. Garrick Harmon, the U.S. defense attaché to Ukraine, the inspections have already begun with the help of the Office of Defense Cooperation personnel who have returned to the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine, the officials said.
Yes, why now? This story is curious not only for its content but its timing. Let me start with content. Concerns were raised starting last April about the corrupt diversion of U.S. military supplies to criminal organizations inside Ukraine. That is why CBS produced a 60 Minutes piece that aired in August with the inconvenient claim that a good portion of U.S. weapons never made it to the front. Within days of this story’s publication, CBS News deletes tweet claiming only ‘like 30%’ of US military aid for Ukraine ever reaches the front lines. (You can read my original piece here.)
If the U.S. was serious about ensuring the weapons paid for by U.S. taxpayers actually wound up in the hands of Ukrainian soldiers, it would have been very easy to put in an audit system and verify periodically that there was no chicanery going on. How should you do this? Here is one possibility–When every plane touches down and cargo is off-loaded the Ukrainians should have been required to identify and record in a joint database where those items would be stored and who would be receiving them ultimately. You demand that records be kept detailing when, where and to whom those weapons/supplies are delivered. Then you conduct periodic audits (one every three weeks) verifying those facts. Apparently, no one on the U.S. side felt the need to do this and the crooked Ukrainians did what they do best–they looted the stockpiles, at least initially.

Three women were arrested Wednesday after disrupting Supreme Court arguments by heckling the justices in protest of the Dobbs decision on abortion while lawyers were arguing a banking case. A few seconds of the heckling was captured on the court’s audio feed of the proceedings.

…Court spokeswoman Patricia McCabe said three women — Emily Paterson, Rolande Baker and Nicole Enfield — were arrested and have been charged with violating two federal laws related to disrupting Supreme Court proceedings and interfering with the administration of justice.
An unnamed group that said it was behind the protest issued a statement saying the women were “denouncing the Dobbs decision and calling on the women of America to vote to restore abortion rights nationwide.”
Kai Newkirk, who said he was one of the organizers, pleaded guilty in 2014 to disrupting a Supreme Court argument that year.

In a bellicose speech on Wednesday, President Joe Biden warned Americans that “democracy is on the ballot” ahead of the November midterm elections, attempting to present the electoral contest as a choice between a Trump-led autocracy and a Democratic-led republic.
Biden filled the speech with vitriolic rhetoric against “extreme MAGA Republicans” and derided the “election deniers” who questioned the legitimacy of the 2020 presidential election.
“We the people must decide whether we’ll have free and fair elections. Every vote counts,” he said. “We the people must decide whether the rule of law will prevail or whether we’ll allow the dark forces” to triumph.
