I have been a fan of Tucker for many years. He often shared a collage of main stream media bites that were exactly the same; as if someone had sent out a news release earlier in the day with “what to say.” He was the go-to-guy for the other side; sharing missing facts. But you asked me to judge without telling me the interview was edited to make Kanye look good. Carlson says that the media isn’t in the business of ignoring remarkable things. Yet, that is exactly what he did. It has been proven that Tucker committed the sin he always said he fought – the sin of omission in order to promote a narrative. He edited out portions of the interview that portrayed Kanye in a negative way. Tucker Carlson removed all of Kanye’s nasty Jew hating comments and tropes. He also removed responses that shone a dark light on Kanye’s mental state despite the fact that West “has spoken frequently about living with bipolar disorder and experiencing manic episodes. In 2019, he discussed how he experiences these with David Letterman, telling him:

But as months turned into a year, we saw more and more calls from the right to “move on” and focus on 2022. This was a disastrous choice that far too many made. It was obviously disastrous to many of us who realized that a stolen election that goes unpunished and unresolved will lead to more stolen elections. That’s exactly what happened in 2022. My hope was that perhaps NOW more patriots would wake up to the reality that this is going to be the permanent state of affairs in most states and thereby the nation if we don’t fight it now ceaselessly until it’s fixed.

During an interview at ‘Let Freedom Reign Tour,’ Physician and Cancer Researcher Dr. William Makis claimed that the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario sent out a note to doctors implying that their unvaccinated patients may be suffering from a mental illness and should be prescribed psychiatric medicine.
“So this has come out recently out of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. The college sent out a letter or a memo to all the doctors in Ontario suggesting to them now, so far, they’re not mandating it, they’re just suggesting it, that any of their unvaccinated patients, that they should consider that they have a mental problem and that they should be put on psychiatric medication. January 6th defendants are getting some much-needed help.
A federal prosecutor defending January 6th clients is planning on bringing more federal prosecutors on board.
He said he will bring on “new experienced” defense attorneys to help defend Jan 6th clients who lack the resources to defend themselves.
Departing Saturday for my two month trip to DC for the second Oath Keeper trial. My client is Roberto Minuta, second generation Italian-American originally from upstate NY but now living in Texas.
Jury selection starts Dec. 5.
We have pretrial proceedings next week, then a short trip to see family on the mainland for Thanksgiving, then back to start the trial. Will have a 9-10 day break during the holidays, but back in Court on 1/3 until we are done. HOPEFULLY that will be January.
Case 1 finished all the evidence today–the 8th week. Case 2 should be shorter, but if we go 8 weeks it will be mid-Feb. OMG what a disaster that would be.
I’ve had some generous support over several weeks trying to meet the costs for trying this case, as well as work on others.
Last year when I started this work there were some funding sources promised to me that never materialized. I didn’t expect to have to do this way to the extent that I have. But some generous contributors that have made it possible for me to not drop J6 clients who lack resources.
I’m in the process of drawing in some new EXPERIENCED federal criminal defense attorneys who are former colleagues of mine. They are conservatives and feel like I do that not enough former AUSAs are taking these cases to make sure adequate defenses are made. But it will take $.

WHAT’S GOING ON? FTX Debtors File Motion to Hide the Names of FTX Creditors By Joe Hoft
FTX, which is now in bankruptcy has numerous questionable entries in its financials. Now the company is requesting that its list of creditors be kept hidden.
This past week TGP reported that FTX’s balance sheet included an investment labeled “Trump Lose”.
Zerohedge reported on the financials that FTX maintained which were a travesty. The financials of FTX included the following:
According to Ray, he has located “only a fraction” of the digital assets of the FTX Group that they hope recover during the Chapter 11 bankruptcy. They’ve so far secured about $740 million of cryptocurrency in offline cold wallets, a storage method designed to prevent hacks. This is just a fraction of the $10-$50 billion in liabilities the company disclosed in its bankruptcy filing.
How do we know it’s a fraud: as Ray writes on page 24, although the investigation has only begun and must run its course, it is my view based on the information obtained to date, “that many of the employees of the FTX Group, including some of its senior executives, were not aware of the shortfalls or potential commingling of digital assets.” Many maybe not, but some – and certainly SBF himself – did.
It gets better: Ray said that company’s audited financial statements should not be trusted, Ray said, adding that liquidators are working to rebuild balance sheets for FTX entities from the bottom up.
FTX “did not maintain centralized control of its cash” and failed to keep an accurate list of bank accounts and account signatories, or pay sufficient attention to the creditworthiness of banking partners, according to Ray. Advisers don’t yet know how much cash FTX Group had when it filed for bankruptcy, but has found about $560 million attributable to various FTX entities so far.
Although restructuring advisers have been in control of FTX for less than a week, they’ve seen enough to depict the crypto company as a deeply flawed enterprise. Lasting records of decision making are hard to come by: Bankman-Fried often communicated through applications that auto-deleted in short order and asked employees to do the same, according to Ray.

Sam Bankman-Fried and executives at his cryptocurrency firm contributed hundreds of thousands of dollars to members of the House committee that will hold hearings next month on the company’s collapse.
Bankman-Fried and his co-founders at FTX contributed $300,351 to nine members of the House Financial Services Committee, according to Federal Election Commission records. Some of the largest contributions were to Democrats on the committee’s Digital Assets Working Group, which worked on regulation of the crypto industry.
Rep. Maxine Waters (D., Calif.), who chairs the committee, announced a probe this week into FTX’s collapse after the company declared bankruptcy, wiping out billions of dollars in customers’ portfolios. The Justice Department and Securities Exchange Commission are reportedly investigating Bankman-Fried for potential misuse of customer funds.

The G20 is made up of 19 countries and the European Union. The 19 countries are Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Germany, France, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Mexico, the Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, the UK, and the US.
Both Bill Gates, a business mogul and philanthropist, and World Economic Forum (WEF) founder and executive chairman Klaus Schwab were present at this year’s summit.
