A popular misconception about the 13 trials conducted by the International Military Tribunal in Germany between 1945 and 1949 is that the Holocaust was a primary subject of the prosecution. The Nuremberg Trials were the “first time in history, political and military leaders of a country were tried and indicted for crimes they had committed during wartime,” Israeli historians David Bankier and Dan Michman note. As Lawrence Douglas, an American law professor, points out in this volume, the idea that those who commit mass atrocities must be held accountable in criminal courts—whether domestic, international or in some combination of the two—is now universally accepted.
For the unprecedented events, an international tribunal was convened. The creation of these unique legal proceedings raises a number of questions: What was the background that enabled this development, and what impact did these trials have on the postwar world—on international law, on the prosecution of war crimes, on historiography and collective memory, on coping with the past, on media coverage of the trials, on the cinematic image of World War II and the Holocaust? Significantly, the German attempt to annihilate European Jews was not the central focus of the trials, although the “very facts of the persecution of the Jews and their wholesale murder were explicitly mentioned in several instances and implicitly in many,” Bankier and Michman conclude.
To commemorate the 60th anniversary of the end of the first Nuremberg Trials, the Yad Vashem Institute for Holocaust Research held an international conference focusing on the issues the trials raised and selected a number of papers presented at the conference by scholars from Great Britain, France, Germany, Poland, Belgium, Israel, the U.S. and Canada for this extremely important volume.

Given space limits, I could only address a fraction of the many questions pertaining to his enactment of policies which have caused a humanitarian catastrophe.
As my subscribers know by now, my Substack writing style differs markedly from the tone and language used when I successfully publish Op-Ed’s (shhh, I get professional help for the latter). And that help is invaluable because it allows me and the FLCCC to bring important information about the pandemic to millions of people (Fox News is the third most visited News Site on the internet with almost a billion visits per month).
Now more than ever, that information is absolutely critical to preserve our collective health given that Federal Public Health policies over just the last three years have caused unprecedented mortality and morbidity. I base this statement not only on their tragic suppression of the efficacy of early treatment with widely available repurposed drugs, but given the much weaker variants in circulation now, most of the current illness and death is being driven by the global suppression of data showing the lethality and toxicity of the vaccines while they continue to promote endless boosters. It is still shocking to see how effectively that data is being censored although cracks in the dam are starting to show. My hope is that not for much longer can society ignore truly horrifying data points such as:
- massive rises in life insurance claims for working age Americans which began in 2021 after the vaccine roll-out
- the massive rises in disability claims beginning at the same time
- the unprecedented drops in birth rates across Europe timed 9 months after the jabs were deemed “safe and effective” enough to mass vaccinate pregnant women
Anyway, although I did not address the suppression of the vaccine’s toxicity and lethality in my Op-Ed’s questions to Dr. Fauci, wait for the next one. LEAKED VIDEO: World MISLED by falsified data, says Israeli journalist [9:20] By Avi Yemini
Israeli health reporter reveals a shocking story about the data governments around the world used to justify vaccine mandates
Israel reportedly had no effective monitoring system for adverse reactions to the Covid vaccine in 2021 when the world relied on their data to guide vaccine policy, including mandates.
Israeli health reporter Yaffa Shir-Raz told Rebel News that “Israel was Pfizer’s laboratory” and the FDA’s decision to approve the booster shot was based on Israeli data.
“But what the world did not know is that almost for the entire year in which all the population was vaccinated two, even three doses, Israel did not have any functioning monitoring system,” she said.
Shir-Raz said the Ministry of Health lied, to its own people and to the FDA, when it claimed side effects from the vaccine were minimal and short term. They had no way of knowing, she said.
The journalist claims that it wasn’t until December 2021 that a six month study of reactions to the vaccine was properly conducted, the results of which completely contradicted advice the Ministry of Health had previously given.
“Those results actually contradict the entire narrative that we were told and the narrative was that side effects are mostly mild, if any,” she said.
“They found new side effects not listed by Pfizer, including very serious ones such as neurological ones … and menstrual irregularities.”
Shir-Raz says that when results of the study were presented in May of this year the Israeli Ministry of Health stopped the research.

As Brazil careens toward certification of a rigged election, members of the Brazilian military are growing restless with the lack of action by the Brazilian high command on preventing takeover of the country by a communist regime.
In the early hours of this Monday (28th) to Tuesday (29th), first in military groups and then in the program Pânico , by Jovem Pan, by Paulo Figueiredo, a letter signed by active-duty officers directed to the command of the Brazilian Army, demonstrating dissatisfaction with “legal insecurity and political and social instability in the country”, reported Pleno News in-country.
The military ratify the importance of harmony between the three powers, in addition to pointing out dissatisfaction with the work of the communication vehicles.
– We are concerned about the lack of impartiality in the narrative of the facts and in the dissemination of data, by various communication vehicles – they say.
– Cowardice, injustice and weakness are the most abhorred attributes for a soldier. Our nation, the one that delivers the highest levels of trust to the Armed Forces, knows that its military will not abandon it – they complete.
It remains to be seen how this evil drama will play out in the weeks to come.

Since the end of the presidential election in Brazil, which resulted in the victory of socialist Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, voters of conservative president Jair Bolsonaro have been protesting against the election results.
The Brazilian electoral process happens in a completely electronic and unverifiable manner, like the system used by the Dominion. Brazilian voters distrust the fairness of this year’s elections.
The Superior Electoral Court, responsible for conducting the elections in Brazil, is accused of having adopted a biased posture during the dispute.
On many occasions, the Court prevented President Jair Bolsonaro’s campaign from disclosing negative facts about Lula da Silva and other information against leftists. Even videos of da Silva defending abortion were prevented from being aired critically by Bolsonaro’s campaign.
Minister Alexandre de Moraes, president of the Superior Electoral Court, is publicly known as a Jair Bolsonaro opponent. During the election, de Moraes issued several measures against the president’s campaign, including acts of censorship – which is absolutely forbidden by the Brazilian Federal Constitution.
After the elections were over, a huge portion of Brazilians began to distrust the transparency of the electronic voting process. The population’s distrust increased even more after the release of an inspection report conducted by the Armed Forces.
The Armed Forces were invited to participate in the inspection of the electronic ballot boxes. At the end of the dispute, the military published a report on the inspection.
In the document released by the Armed Forces, the military argued that they were prevented from fully inspecting the voting system and presented some points that indicate serious vulnerabilities in the electronic ballot boxes.

The DC Kangaroo Court today found Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes guilty of seditious conspiracy.
Several other Oath Keepers members were also found guilty today in the DC court.
Rhodes will now serve many years in prison for being found guilty of trumped-up charges.
Steve Baker listed out the Oath Keepers members and the verdicts against them.
As you read the verdicts below, please understand that these men and woman did nothing wrong. They committed no violence. They planned no violence. They were unarmed. Rhodes did not ever enter the US Capitol. The members who did enter the capitol committed no violence.
On Thursday, President Donald Trump delivered a special message to the January 6th defendants following the verdict on Wednesday.

The former head of bankrupt FTX admitted on video what the company did with the money people gave to the company to invest in cryptocurrencies like bitcoin.
We reported on the bankruptcy of FTX weeks ago. The firm suddenly crashed and along with it the second-largest donor to the Democrat Party was finished.
Billions of dollars were shared with FTX with the belief that FTX was in turn investing the money in cryptocurrencies requested by the purchaser.
However, SBF shared what we now all know already. FTX didn’t take customers’ money and invest in Bitcoin, it just took the money.

The U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) has mandated that all fully vaccinated DoD workers to wear masks again, allegedly due to the high COVID-19 transmission rate on Thanksgiving.
It can be recalled that the US government agencies, including U.S. Defense and Justice departments, lifted their mask policy earlier this year.
But beginning on Wednesday, November 30th, all Department of Defense personnel, service members, DOD civilians, contractors, military trainees, family members, and visitors to the installation will be required to wear a mask again when in any building on the installation.
“So I’m stationed on Davis, Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, and I was notified that we will be expected to wear masks on base effective tomorrow,” according to our source, who does not wish to reveal his identity. “Fort Huachuca army base implemented mask mandates yesterday.”
BREAKING: Court Throws Out Special Master For Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Documents Case By Cristina Laila
A federal appeals court on Thursday halted Judge Aileen Cannon’s special master review in Trump’s Mar-a-Lago documents case.
In September, Judge Cannon appointed a special master to review the documents seized at Mar-a-Lago.
Biden’s corrupt Justice Department argued that a special master didn’t have a right to filter out the seized documents.
The court blasted Judge Aileen Cannon, a Trump appointee, and said she erred in appointing Raymond Dearie as a special master to review documents seized from Mar-a-Lago.
“The law is clear,” the judges wrote. “We cannot write a rule that allows any subject of a search warrant to block government investigations after the execution of the warrant. Nor can we write a rule that allows only former presidents to do so.”
Two of the three judges on a panel of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals were nominated by Trump.

New Zealand’s health service has made a court application over the guardianship of a four-month-old baby whose parents are refusing to allow his life-saving heart surgery to go ahead unless non-vaccinated blood is used.
The parents of the baby discussed their son’s health situation and their medical preferences in an interview with an anti-vaccination campaigner.
In the interview the parents say their baby has severe pulmonary valve stenosis, and that he needs surgery “almost immediately”, but that they are “extremely concerned with the blood [the doctors] are going to use”.
