Pathological Syncytia Formation with mRNA Vaccines Peter A. McCullough, MD, MPH
One of the curious findings from the original randomized trials of mRNA vaccines was an explosive rate of early infection after the first injection as compared with placebo. In a recent paper from Sfera et al, the description of pathological syncytia or fusion between immune cells is described: “The LNP technology, to put it simply, mimics viral envelopes with externalized phosphatidylserine (ePS), a universal “eat me” signal, that directs immune cells to engulf the particle.
However, as ePS is also a potential “fuse me” signal, LNP may inadvertently facilitate the formation of pathological syncytia. Moreover, ePS may activate a disintegrin and metalloprotease 10 and 17 (ADAM10) (ADAM 17), master regulators of syncytia formation, contributing further to the unintended consequence of cell-cell fusion…As mRNA vaccines are based on pre-fusion epitopes, the fusion pathology may be undeterred, allowing viral infection by syncytia formation to continue unabated. This is significant, as it could account for the reoccurrence of COVID-19 symptoms in fully vaccinated individuals.” The authors point out that SARS-CoV-2 utilizes more than just the ACE2 receptor to gain entry into the fused cells and by overlooking this possibility, vaccine developers have made a blunder. This is further complicated by the choice of lipid nanoparticles and polyethylene glycol which facilitate entry into organs were syncytia as well as Spike protein will incite inflammation and immune system regulation. Sfera also considers pregnancy: “Several studies demonstrated that SARS-CoV-2 can activate HERV-W, an ancestral gene that encodes for the physiological placental fusogen syncytin-1 responsible for the merger of trophoblasts during the early pregnancy. This suggests that the reproductive post-vaccine events may be triggered by the furin cleavage site pathology.” Such processes could occur in the gravid uterus and compound the bleeding and clotting risks of ill-advised vaccination is this special population. In summary Sfera et al point out the following blind spots of well-funded DARPA consultants, BARDA funded academic researchers, and later by Pfizer and Moderna in mRNA vaccine development: 1) pathologic syncytia formation, 2) use of lipid nanoparticles with PEG, 3) failure to consider SARS-CoV-2 could use alternative points of cell entry other than ACE2 (metalloprotease pathway, antibody dependent enhancement, cell penetrating peptides, viroporins). With billions of people rushed into indiscriminate mRNA vaccination, virologists and immunologists will be picking up the pieces of a failed vaccine campaign that has left so many at risk for more SARS-CoV-2 infections and progressive complications over the months and years to come.
No Vax? No Transplant. Teen Needing a Kidney Is Turned Away
If a 14-year-old girl who hasn’t taken the COVID shot doesn’t get it, she won’t be getting a life-saving kidney transplant, Duke University Hospital in North Carolina has ruled.
The girl came from Ukraine two years ago when her American parents adopted her. She has a rare degenerative kidney condition known as Senior Loken Syndrome, which requires a transplant.
Ironically, the child has already had, and recovered from, the COVID virus. Yet, when speaking with the press, Duke officials’ response was simply that they try to get transplants to, “as many eligible patients as possible.”
Other hospitals have similar COVID vaccine rules, including Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the University of Maryland Medical Center, require a range of vaccines prior to a transplant, as well as the COVID shots.

Multiple polls conclude that over 70% of Americans think our elections are filled with fraud. But we’re learning it’s deeper and more organized than just a few thousand mules dropping fake ballots into election boxes.
The corruption involves both political parties. Big Tech manipulates search engine results, and takes down “dangerous” websites. With the Elon Musk revelations, we now see that our own FBI is working actively with Twitter to censor conservatives and silence dissenting speech. It’s next to certain that Twitter wasn’t the only Social Media Giant the FBI was giving orders to. And the mainstream media is all-in on ridiculing, dismissing or attacking people willing to speak out.
Anyone who floats the idea that the Republican red wave disappeared because of poor GOP tactics, or inadequate candidates is either stupid or part of this conspiracy. In fact, it’s an excellent “RINO detector!”
Absentee ballots are the currency of election fraud
Any “conservative” news organization that is not focusing 100% on the corruption that has been unearthed in Maricopa County is complicit.
The Left and their RINO allies, along with who-knows-how-many other corporate and foreign actors, have set up the most complicated electoral fraud system in history. EVERY step of the voting process—from who is allowed to vote, how they vote, how the votes are tallied, to how the results are reported, is compromised. They are so far into their corruption that being exposed is not an option. They will do literally anything to avoid being caught.
A good place to start is with the voter rolls.
They are so rife with inaccuracies, full of outdated and blatantly false information, that no election can be considered safe. The data is completely unsecured and can be manipulated at will. And most efforts to clean up the rolls are either ignored, or done so slowly or incompletely as to be useless.
One county in Arizona noted “42,000 changes to the election rolls within weeks of the election—most were illegal. 21,000 new voters added to the election rolls, within 29 days of the election—almost every one is illegal. 8,000 voters appear to live in a business—each one would be illegal. 1,951 people received ballots at one address, and then voted from a different address—every one is illegal. The Republican candidate—with an 11-point lead in the polls—lost by around 21,000 votes to a woman who was afraid to debate her!”
Absentee ballots are the currency of election fraud.
The vote counting process is completely insecure
When you can manipulate the voting rolls, you can easily create “floating ballots” in states where absentee ballots are mailed out to every voter. Just change a digit in the zip code and a corrupt postal worker can easily gather up those ballots when they return as undeliverable. All you have to do is line up a buddy at the post office and send incorrectly addressed ballots to his zip code.
Another method is to change or delete box numbers for apartment buildings or college campuses. Again, when they come back as undeliverable, they can be snapped up to be saved up for election day. If it looks like your candidate is losing by 2,000 votes, just fill in 2,500 and voila, victory!
The addresses in the voter rolls need only be changed for a single day so the ballots can go to the wrong addresses and the data is changed back. “In a real-life example, this month, we found a county that changed 31,500 zip codes, yet the voter remained at the same address.”
There’s no way to know this is happening unless someone happens to download the manipulated data at the right time. An almost undetectable crime. Another type of phantom voter is someone on the rolls who hasn’t voted in the last two or three elections. Send an absentee ballot for them at a wrong address and vote for them. Heard cases where in-person voters are told on Election Day that they’ve already voted? Their absentee ballot was voted by someone else first.

28 Iranians Sentenced to Death For Participating in Anti-Regime Protests [4:55]
Iranian News Wire shared the details of 28 Iranians sentenced to death for participation in anti-regime protests following the murder of 22-year-old Iranian woman Mahsa Amini from injuries sustained at the hands of regime thugs.
Amini was arrested for the “improper” wearing of a hijab. Since her murder, Iran has been engulfed in massive protests against the government.
Last week, Mohsen Shekari was the first person to be executed in connection with the anti-regime protests.
The execution of Iranian protester Mohsen Shekari on the morning of December 8, following three days of general strike, drew public attention to the country’s political prisoners who have been sentenced to death. Many have interpreted Shekari’s sudden execution as a threat staged by the judiciary.
Since the very beginning of the nationwide protests in the middle of September, it has been clear that the repressive clerical regime would apply inhumane practices inside the prisons as its security forces kill, inflict injuries and detain protesters in the streets.
According to information gathered by IranWire, a total of 28 protesters have been handed capital punishment after the eruption of the nationwide protest movement that followed the murder of Mahsa Amini in the custody of morality police.
In this report, we remember the names, the faces and conditions of those who were caught into the nets of a judicial system which, according to Navid Afkari — a protester who was executed a few years ago — is looking for necks for its ropes to impose silence to an inflamed society.
“Waging war against God”, “enmity against the Islamic rule” and “spreading corruption on earth” are the three main charges issued against the participants, or alleged participants, in this year’s widespread protests.
Some of them are accused of destroying property; others are blamed for attacking police officers during protests. Another group of suspects are the alleged accomplices in the cases related to the deaths of members of the paramilitary Basij force.
Judges in these cases refer to videos of protests published on social networks or obtained from the defendants’ mobile phones. Some suspects have denied the charges against them in front of court cameras, but the Islamic Republic has not granted them any rights. The defendants were deprived of a lawyer of their choice and were kept in solitary confinement; some of them claim they were subjected to both mental and physical torture.
It is necessary to remember that the principles of adherence to transparency and proper reporting of judicial processes are the responsibility of the judiciary and the media, which are in the hands of the oppressive regime.

Iran executed a second prisoner on Monday convicted over crimes committed during the nationwide protests challenging the country’s theocracy, publicly hanging him from a construction crane as a gruesome warning to others.
The execution of Majidreza Rahnavard came less than a month after he allegedly fatally stabbed two members of a paramilitary force after purportedly becoming angry about security forces killing of protesters.
The development underscores the speed at which Iran now carries out death sentences handed down for those detained in the demonstrations that the government hopes to put down.
Activists warn that at least a dozen people already have been sentenced to death in closed-door hearings.
At least 488 people have been killed since the demonstrations began in mid-September, according to Human Rights Activists in Iran, a group that’s been monitoring the protests. Another 18,200 people have been detained by authorities.

Beit Hillel was deserving of having the law decided as their scholars opined, they were popular and “won mandates”, not because they compromised or retreated from their opinions, but because they listened, learned and respected those who disagreed with them, while adhering steadfastly to their beliefs and opinions.

AIPAC praises Biden administration for opposing UN blacklist of companies operating in Judea and Samaria.
AIPAC, the pro-Israel Jewish lobby in the United States, on Monday praised the Biden administration for its opposition to a UN blacklist of companies operating in Judea and Samaria.
“AIPAC applauds the Biden admin’s principled opposition to the UNHRC updating its discriminatory blacklist against Israel,” the organization tweeted.
“The blacklist is yet another UN-backed attack on the Jewish state and is clearly designed to target US and Israeli companies for boycotts & punitive actions,” it added.
The United States last week expressed opposition to the UN blacklist. The State Department confirmed that it had approached the UN human rights office with concerns about the list, which was first published in 2020.

National Security Minister-designate Itamar Ben-Gvir issued an ultimatum that the government would not be formed unless he is given the position of deputy head of the Ministerial Committee for Legislation.
Speaking at the weekly Otzma Yehudit faction meeting Monday, Ben-Gvir said: “As long as MKs in the Likud prevent me from assuming the position of deputy head of the Ministerial Committee for Legislation, we will not be able to form a government. This is an ideological demand.”
He added: “The insistence of all kinds of elements in Likud makes us realize that maybe someone doesn’t really want to deliver what we were promised and what we spoke og”
Ben-Gvir also referred to his regular ascents to the Temple Mount and said that he would not stop them. “I will go up to the Temple Mount soon. I will also act against the racism on the Temple Mount where a Jew cannot drink from the tap. This is racism.”

Bankman-Fried on Tuesday told the magistrate he couldn’t go to jail because he’s a vegan and depressed.
The judge denied his bail and he was taken to the overcrowded jail.

Brazilian President-Select Lula has nominated the head of the Open Society Foundations Latin America as part of his transition team. George Soros has been heavily invested in Brazil ever since buying into criminally corrupt state-owned oil giant Petrobras in 2008, which was subsequently involved in the biggest corruption scandal in Brazilian history.
On November 16, purported Vice-President Gerald Alckimin announced that Pedro Abramovay would be a member of purported President-elect Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva’s transition team. Abramovay has been executive director of the Open Society Foundations in Latin America and the Caribbean since 2013. During Lula’s first reign 2003 to 2011, Abramovay was an adviser to Minister of Justice Márcio Thomaz Bastos, who served 2003 to 2007 and died 2014
As Minister of Justice, Thomaz Bastos helped Lula pack the Supreme Court with many of the far-left Justices that today stand accused of state capture and whitewashing election fraud. As a lawyer, he defended several companies involved in Brazil’s massive corruption scandal known as “Car Wash” (Lava Jato) and is accused of money laundering going back before 2007, Antagonista reported 2018. Thomaz Bastos died with a fortune estimated at R$393 million (US $73 million), not bad for a lawyer.
In August 2008, George Soros’ Quantum Fund invested $811 million in Petroleo Brasileiro (PetroBras), “making the Brazilian state-controlled oil company his investment fund’s largest holding” at 22% of Quantum’s holdings at the time, Bloomberg reported.
By a lucky coincidence, the Obama administration soon thereafter began funding offshore drilling in Brazil. In August 2009, the U.S. Export-Import Bank announced it was loaning PetroBras $2 billion “to finance exploration of the huge offshore discovery in Brazil’s Tupi oil field in the Santos Basin near Rio de Janeiro”, the Wall Street Journal reported.
Soon after, President Barack Obama announced a ban on offshore drilling in the USA in December of 2010 and ended oil tax breaks for US companies in January 2011. Obama “was declared in contempt of court for defying a federal judge who ordered the moratoriums reversed. Some wondered if the president wasn’t intentionally acting against U.S. interests,” Business Daily wrote.
The massive influx of cash allowed PetrobBras to sell $70 billion in new stock, the largest stock issue in history, for what Reuters called “the world’s biggest oil exploration program” for the Tupi oil field, discovered in 2007, which was renamed “Lula” (squid).
In 2014, a massive government scheme to defraud Petrobras was revealed, the largest corruption scandal in Brazilian history, “Car Wash”. “By March 2015 federal prosecutors had formally accused 110 people of corruption, money laundering, and other financial crimes. In April Petrobras … announced that the company had lost $17 billion to mismanagement and graft”, according to Encyclopedia Britannica.

SEC charges FTX’s Sam Bankman-Fried with defrauding investors By Madeleine Hubbard
The charges come one day after he was arrested in the Bahamas.
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday charged the founder and former CEO of the defunct cryptocurrency firm FTX, Sam Bankman-Fried, with defrauding investors.
The SEC complaint states that Bankman-Fried raised more than $1.8 billion from investors since May 2019, but he secretly diverted the funds to his private crypto group, The Associated Press reported.
The charges come one day after he was arrested in the Bahamas.

In the press release AG Pinder was quoted saying “On December 12, 2022, the Office of the Attorney General of the Bahamas is announcing the arrest by the Royal Bahamas Police Force of Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) former CEO of FTX.”
The statement would go on to say charges were filed against him in the United States and SBF will likely be extradited back to the US to face those charges.
