Gen Z, loosely defined as Americans born between 1997 and 2012, is the first generation to grow up with full access to the Internet from pre-school onward. They are America’s digital natives and use the Internet constantly and consistently to interact socially. The seeming anonymity of the Internet has created a medium of over-sharing private information on social media, where young people’s emotional vulnerabilities are exploited by avaricious online sexual predators. The connections between social media, pornography, pedophilia, and societal collapse are positively chilling.
Jaco Booyens, founder of the anti-human trafficking organization, Jaco Booyens Ministries, is committed to protecting American children from predatory exploitation. In his explosive hour-long, July 24, 2025, interview with Epoch Times journalist Jan Jekielek, “How Traffickers Prey on America’s Youth,” Booyens exposes the form and content of America’s child sex trafficking industry. Today I am focusing on his stunning revelations about the cunning and horrifyingly successful mechanisms of child sex trafficking in America, including profiles of buyers, sellers, and victims.
Sexual predators feed on the basic human longing for love and belonging in a $52 billion supply and demand industry. Booyens explains that the average predator in America invests nine months online with a potential victim before he strikes, asking a potential victim to self-expose or physically meet in person.
[21:40] Nine months. The average predator at any given time profiles and engages with 32 potential victims at the same time. One predator, 32 potential victims at the same time. At any given moment in America, there are three quarters of a million, 750,000 active predators online right now as we speak, times 32.
You’re talking about millions; millions of American children being profiled as we speak in everyday life. And they don’t know what the wolf looks like. They don’t know how the wolf talks, where he would show up. They’re told that it looks like kidnapping, or you would self-evidently see it when it happens.
They don’t know the wolf is in their DMs [direct message, a private communication between social media users]. He’s the one sending them emojis. He’s a coach, a pastor perhaps, an elected official, a maintenance man. The average buyer of sex with children in America is a father of two, married, earning north of $100,000 a year. That profile is a staggering profile.
Yes, a staggering, stunning, and shocking profile considering the years of societal focus on stranger danger! Booyens quotes a 2024 study of 2,000 cases in law enforcement of human trafficking of children. The studies proved that 22% to 47% of all domestic trafficking cases are perpetrated by the caregiver! This means that Gen Z children are being stalked by familiar, familial, and unknown predators, all of whom are exploiting the child’s evident vulnerabilities. Booyens describes the catastrophic results with these words:
If you take a snapshot of American Gen Z, arguably, they’re the most identity-less members of our society. They are very wide in surface level information. There are evident vulnerabilities displayed online. The predators have their pick.
From an organizational perspective, the child sex industry has expanded from a small familiar, familial, and individual online sexual predator to networks of trafficking that have territories which eventually involve established drug cartels with existing pipelines that have added sex with children to their product line. Children in the desensitized, digitized 21st-century are seen as commodities to be bought and sold, not as precious human beings needing adult protection. Booyens explains the infrastructure of child sex trafficking in America:
[24:00] I’d say the lowest common denominator that people could probably relate to would be a father that engages in sexual abuse with one of his own children and then introduces a third figure where that child is then forced to perform for food, for belonging, for love, shelter, whatever, protection. The buyer of that child or adult woman, man or boy, and boys are on the rise, the numbers are staggering, could be a janitor that has the affordability to do that once a quarter.
Or it could be a highly affluent member of their community that could engage in that kind of activity multiple times a week. Or as a high-profile case in the U.S., we know that that individual engaged every two hours in the exploitation of children. So, it’s disposable income on the side of the buyer. It’s their own addiction and level of addiction. Because remember, this is progressive. You build up a tolerance, so they have to consume more, like pornography. …
You’re just now trafficking a product that you can sell over and over. Sell a pound of cocaine one time, sell a child 10, 12, 15 times a day. So now you’re getting into pre-existing organized crime that has transcended from one product to another product. That type of trafficking is interstate. It is cross-jurisdiction. Very difficult for police to fight because it is ever moving. Then you get to national syndicates where sex trafficking of children is a means to an end for power. …
The trafficking of persons, of children at that level, for what we would call the elites or what you would see in the high-profile cases in our country, is literally children are a means to an end for them to gain power, to either coerce or corrupt an individual, compromise an individual, supply to a demand of mindset. It’s a different human behavioral science at that level because now it is intentional. It is intentionally profiling not just a child to traffic but profiling a particular target to compromise and then putting those two together, either by force, by fraud, or by coercion. …
Ultimately, every pedophile that I’ve ever interviewed, talked to, apprehended, or helped law enforcement apprehend, has told me a couple of things. They’re addicted to pornography, and none of them started with children.
Booyens focuses on the connections between social media, pornography, and pedophilia in the astronomically profitable $52 billion-dollar American child sex industry. Prices of commodities bought and sold in the supply and demand model of business are determined by the ratio of demand to supply. When the demand is high and the supply is low, the price increases. When the demand is low and the supply is high, the price drops. But what about the psychodynamics of the demand side that allows the child sex industry to exist at all?
What could possibly motivate an adult male (or female) to desire sex with a child? Writer/philosopher Ayn Rand provides the answer in her famous quote:
A man’s sexual choice is the result and the sum of his fundamental convictions. Tell me what a man finds sexually attractive, and I will tell you his entire philosophy of life. Show me the woman he sleeps with, and I will tell you his valuation of himself. (Ayn Rand, Atlas Shrugged pp 489-490, Dutton 35th anniversary edition)
This extraordinary quotation is the key to understanding that power and control constitute the core dynamic of adult-child sexual relations. Men who find children sexually attractive are driven by their psychological need for power and control, which is assured in the asymmetric power balance in sex with children.
The globalist social engineers exploit the pedophile’s pathological need for power and control by supporting efforts to legalize pedophilia. Pedophilia is a nuclear weapon of mass psychological destruction and an essential element in the efforts to groom today’s children for life in tomorrow’s planetary Unistate. The political purpose of legalizing pedophilia is totalitarian control of society.
A lack of a strong developed identity makes any child far more vulnerable psychologically to being exploited by predators, but Gen Z, America’s digital natives, are also the first generation to be indoctrinated with radical transgender ideology and its accompanying genital mutilations which leave children sterile and disconnected from their biological sexual identity. The medical pathway not only destroys your child’s mind and body, it is designed to shatter your family bonds as well. The gender indoctrination pits child against parent and offers the troubled child affirmationand affirming care from trusted teachers, counselors, and physicians. The child withdraws from the parents and finds comfort in his new family of choice at school and online.
The catastrophic effects on families are intentional, strategic, and part of the tactical War on America. The enemy understands that the Judeo-Christian nuclear family is the infrastructure supporting American life. Non-woke parents are considered ideological enemies of the state, obstacles who must be either removed or neutralized. (p. 234)
Gen Z is being assaulted sexually, psychologically, neurologically, medically, surgically and informationally. Even though all fifty states have laws against human trafficking, the statistics clearly indicate human trafficking is increasing, and prosecutions and convictions are decreasing.
Booyens explains:
And predators are absolutely emboldened with a lack of prosecution because there’s no deterrent. They don’t lose their lifestyle. They don’t lose their livelihoods. Their name, fame, and reputation stay intact. They blend into society. The recidivism rate is north of 80%.
Someone that has perpetrated against a child before will do it again, even after short-term incarceration,18 months of probation, ankle bracelet, whatever that is. So, it’s completely emboldened. And the victims know this. We have traffickers read the law, literally read the statutes of the state that they’re trafficking in to the victim and say, they don’t prosecute this. I’m not going to jail.
Is there anything that can be done to rescue Gen Z and oppose the horrors of child sex trafficking in America? Can anything provide justice for victims? Jaco Booyens says there is, and offers some very hopeful, creative, and realistic suggestions. First and foremost is the establishment of human trafficking special courts:
[34:25] We are proposing, and for the last two years, we’ve been working on what we call human trafficking special courts. There will be an Article 3 congressional court that goes through Congress, where if it’s a human trafficking case, it has to go, it goes to that court, administered kind of like circuit courts in the state, in the county, with a judge being nominated and confirmed as a human trafficking judge across the jurisdiction.
We’re not growing government, the funding is already there, but we’re funneling, channeling human trafficking cases to a judge that’s proficient, to a judge that gets educated, to a prosecutorial class that gets educated, down to the bailiff and the court clerk. Start to get a lot of repetitions on human trafficking, understanding the vernacular, the methods, the ways, and the means.
On average, a judge in the county may see one human trafficking case brought to his court in five years. And they go, you don’t even know how to deal with a witness that’s still in trauma. How do we take testimony? How do you build this case? And I would argue the two high-profile cases that were recently displayed publicly in the U.S. were built very poorly by the prosecution. They’re built on straw. These are straw houses that will fall.
And so when we have a designated human trafficking court system, federally, but at the state level, it doesn’t take the power from the states, it doesn’t take cases from the states, but it gives the state another arrow in the quiver to say, we don’t have a judge in our county that has any proficiency in human trafficking. Give us jurisdiction. We want to go try this case in front of the human trafficking judge. I believe what you’re going to find is you’re going to find that those cases are all going to go to human trafficking.
There’s precedent for this. In 1978, the U.S. was grappling with business law bankruptcy. So, if you think of specialty bankruptcy court, the courts, the judiciary said we’re having a problem. The judges don’t know finance to the degree where there are M&A [Merger & Acquisition] deals with tag-along, drag-along clauses and shares and it took 27 months for reorganization. They bring in specialty courts on bankruptcy, and the cases increased with 100% proficiency. The timeline for reorganization went from 27 months to 21 months.
Why? Because the judges became experts in the field that they were adjudicating, which means they’re more efficient; they go faster. On average, a human trafficking case in America, if it’s tried as a human trafficking case, takes 19 months. Any other case of felony takes nine months to prosecute. So, in that proficiency, that is the lack of information. If the DEA [Drug Enforcement Administration] is taking a drug trafficker to court, one of the members of our legal team said heroin doesn’t need a defense. You’re prosecuting on a substance that doesn’t need a defense.
With human trafficking, the victim needs a defense. There’s a human being there with an emotional condition, a trauma profile, and no two are alike. So, in reality, it is unthinkable to think that our judges that get cases on a lottery system should just somehow become experts in human trafficking. And we believe that this is going to have arguably one of the most significant impacts, getting phenomenal support in the U.S. Senate, and in the House, in the judiciary, on this matter because it makes sense.
[38:37] There is precedent for this kind of a court––not for human trafficking––we’ll be the first in the world, the U.S., if we do this. Well, what would that do for the survivors? The second survivors of human trafficking see accurate prosecution and justice; they’re willing to talk. They’re willing to come forward. They’re willing to share information. Hope rises. Nothing is more demoralizing than to see a bill pass on human trafficking and there’s no enforcement. …
We’re not creating another bureaucracy because these cases are already in the courts. They’re just in the courts in front of judges that don’t have skill. So, all we’re saying is we’re not adding judges. These judges are already there. You’re tapping a judge saying, we have witnessed that you have a higher proficiency in some of these cases. You have an aptitude for this. This is a heart’s desire for you. You get designated as the human trafficking judge, and we are going to pour resources into this judge saying, let’s educate you, funneling cases. By default, when you start funneling, channeling more cases to that judge, he becomes wiser. …
One thing I think to highlight is that instituting these human trafficking courts through Article III and through Congress produces zero financial gain for any NGO. There’s no financial attachment for non-profit organizations in the fight. The gain is a victory in prosecution. The gain is hope rising in your staff, in the survivor group, saying, it’s working. Perhaps if there was justice for her, there’s justice for me.
I have presented the reader with highlights of Jaco Booyens interview because the transfer of this crucial information is vital. Without knowing and understanding the depth and breadth of child sex trafficking in America, it is impossible to effectively defeat it. Jaco Booyens initiative for establishing human trafficking specialty courts is the infrastructure for effectively prosecuting and convicting child sex traffickers in America. It is the essential beginning.
While it is impossible to reverse time or erase the horrific experience of being sex trafficked, healing and justice for the survivors is still possible. But this can only happen if we the people unite in common cause to eliminate the scourge of child sex trafficking. We can never allow ourselves to ignore or become inured to the horrors of child sex trafficking, and we can never allow pedophilia to become legalized in America––not ever!

Let’s be clear about the term non-governmental organization. According to Wikipedia:
A non-governmental organization (NGO) is a typically nonprofit organization that operates partially independent of government control, though an NGO may get a significant percentage, or even all of its funding from government sources. NGOs often focus on humanitarian or social issues but can also include clubs and associations offering services to members. Some NGOs, like the World Economic Forum, may also act as lobby groups for corporations. Unlike international organizations (IOs), which directly interact with sovereign states and governments, NGOs are independent from them.
The term as it is used today was first introduced in Article 71 of the newly formed United Nations Charter in 1945. While there is no fixed or formal definition for what NGOs are, they are generally defined as nonprofit entities that are independent of government management or direction—although they may receive government funding.
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) was established in 1961 by executive order of President John F. Kennedy. Its mission was defined as a global program of technical and financial development assistance to low-income countries to be administered under the direction of the Secretary of State. Between 1961 and 2025, USAID morphed into a political arm of the increasingly radical leftist Democrat party that funded anti-American policies and programs both internationally and domestically.
USAID was involved in the funding and fomenting of anti-American policies through educational indoctrination and the culturally abhorrent practice of intentionally sexualizing children to destroy families and collapse America from within. But there is more. USAID was also actively involved in child sex trafficking and exploitation through its payments to NGOs.
On April 26, 2023, Health and Human Services (HHS) whistleblower Tara Lee Rodas testified before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement. The hearing titled, “‘The Biden Border Crisis: Exploitation of Unaccompanied Alien Children’ will examine the unprecedented surge of unaccompanied alien children at the southwest border and how open-border policies enable the exploitation of children.” Excerpts from Tara Lee Rodas’ chilling testimony:
Today, children will work overnight shifts at slaughterhouses, factories, restaurants to pay their debts to smugglers and traffickers. Today, children will be sold for sex. Today, children will call a hotline to report the[y] are being abused, neglected, and trafficked. For nearly a decade, unaccompanied children have been suffering in the shadows.
I must confess; I knew nothing about their suffering until 2021 when I volunteered to help the Biden Administration with the crisis at the Southern Border. As part of Operation Artemis, I was deployed to the Pomona Fairplex Emergency Intake Site in California to help the HHS Office of Refugee Resettlement [ORR] reunite children with sponsors in the US.
I thought I was going to help place children in loving homes. Instead, I discovered that children are being trafficked through a sophisticated network that begins with being recruited in home country, smuggled to the US border, and ends when ORR delivers a child to a sponsor – some sponsors are criminals and traffickers and members of Transnational Criminal Organizations. Some sponsors view children as commodities and assets to be used for earning income – this is why we are witnessing an explosion of labor trafficking.
Whether intentional or not, it can be argued that the US Government has become the middleman in a large scale, multi-billion-dollar, child trafficking operation run by bad actors seeking to profit off the lives of children. …
Realizing that we were not offering children the American dream but instead putting them into modern-day slavery with wicked overlords was a terrible revelation. These children are a captive victim population, with no access to law enforcement or knowledge of their rights. They are extorted, exploited, abused, neglected, and trafficked. This is why I blew the whistle.
Over a year later, on November 19, 2024, Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA) lead a stunning House Homeland Security Committee hearing, “Trafficked, Exploited, and Missing: Migrant Children Victims of the Biden-Harris Administration.” The stupefying testimony of Retired Border Patrol agent J.J. Carrel is archived in an Economic Times YouTube video titled “‘Child Traffickers use NGOs and sponsors…’: Witnesses make sensational claim at US Congress hearing.” The entire transcript is available on the Homeland Security website.
It is very difficult for the civilized mind to process the malevolence of the Biden-Harris facilitation of child sex trafficking through its policies for unaccompanied migrant children, but incredulity cannot stop the abuse. Prosecution of the perpetrators can.
During his testimony J.J. Carrell explains that the year 2021, Joe Biden’s first year in office, was Carrell’s last year in the U.S. Border Patrol, a federal law enforcement agency under the United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP):
On his [Biden’s] first day in office, I watched in disbelief as 94 executive orders cascaded down from Washington DC obliterating every immigration policy that had been provided, the most secure border in America’s history. Border patrol agents were forced to carry out unconstitutional orders that violated every law in the Immigration Nationality Act. President Biden, through Department of Homeland Security secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, created policy out of thin air, ignored Federal immigration law and facilitated the largest mass Invasion into America that the world has ever seen. The United States of America will have spent hundreds of billions of dollars in four years to fund the needs of over 50 million illegal aliens that populate our nation. Between 1 and 6 and 1 in 7 residents in America is an illegal alien. America has suffered the greatest demographic shift in modern history. …
After serving in the United States Border Patrol for 24 years, spending a year researching and writing a bestselling book entitled Invaded: The Intentional Destruction of American Immigration System, and filming two documentaries, I state with complete certainty that Biden, Harris, and Mayorkas intentionally, strategically, and purposely, weaponized illegal immigration and used it as a tool to fundamentally transform America. Inside this invasion the unspoken evil of child trafficking, and more specifically child sex trafficking, has flourished. At the end of this current [Biden] Administration the number of children trafficked will have grown to over 550,000 unaccompanied alien children, children known as UACs. This horrific number of children will have been arrested, released into America, and then lost. …
Unaccompanied alien children were being handed off to total strangers. Then they disappeared into the darkness of labor and sex trafficking. …
In August of 2024 the Inspector General with oversight over DHS issued a report stating that the number of lost UCAs was not 85,000 [as previously reported] it was over 320,000. …
The evil of child sex trafficking is difficult to digest and understand. However, after conducting numerous interviews with officers, agents, and whistleblowers from every alphabet agency and department, it was made clear to us that the federal government knowingly and actively facilitated these criminal acts. After several exhaustive months of filming, interviewing, and then editing this documentary, I state without reservation that the United States federal government is the world’s largest child sex trafficking organization in modern history.
Readers will wonder about the Biden-Harris administration’s specific culpability in the unspeakable horror of its child sex trafficking industry. Chairman Higgins provides the answer:
Historically the cartels would bring their product, human beings and drugs, to the southern border. It’d be some level of interaction by CBP by federal law enforcement, state or local law enforcement, and then unaccompanied children would be processed through HHS and turned over to non-government organizations, where they would be turned over to family sponsors, either family or non-family, but sponsors that were vetted in some manner.
This is a memorandum of understanding that operated for a long time. It was quite significant between the Office of Refugee Resettlement [ORR] and the United States Department of Health and Human Services [HHS]. The beginning process by which unaccompanied children were delivered to sponsors that were vetted. Because of the volume of children that would be coming across in the last four years, and a part of that the HHS and DHS joint statement of termination of this agreement in this is from March of 2021.
My brothers and sisters this was a policy decision to step away from the strict means by which the children were monitored and controlled. And what we were what it was replaced with was this “Sponsor Care Agreement.” There’s nothing to this. It’s three and a half pages, two pages of nothing that that the criminal networks can easily take advantage of. So, we have now delivered hundreds of thousands of unaccompanied children to unvetted sponsors that have enslaved them across our country.
Readers will also wonder how the child sex trafficking industry was funded. It is a stupefying realization that American taxpayers were funding child sex trafficking through USAID payments to non-governmental organizations both here and abroad. [J.J. Carrell] Catholic Charities, Lutheran Family Services, Jewish Family Services. I spoke to a gentleman that works in DHS. He actually sends the electronic fund transfers, and I asked him, “Sir, tell me who you work, who do you send, who are you responsible for? And how much is the largest check you cut?” He said, “I’m over at Jewish Family Services and I cut a check for $600 million.” And I said is that for like three years, and he told me, “J.J. get in the game, that’s two or three months, and it’s renewable.” That’s one NGO and I say well Catholic Charities is bigger than Jewish Family Services. Yes, they get the same, they get the same or more. You’re talking about billions upon billions of dollars given to NGOs to further the trafficking of all of everyone crossing the border to include children.
Incoming President Donald Trump’s response was immediate. On January 24, 2025, President Trump’s fourth day in his second term, he froze almost all foreign aid, and on January 27, 2025, USAID’s government website was shut down. On February 3, 2025, Elon Musk, in his capacity as head of President Trump’s new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), explained that he and President Trump were shutting down USAID because it had become a “criminal organization” and was “beyond repair.” Reporter Sarah Fortinsky quotes Elon Musk in The Hill, February 3, 2025, “Musk: Trump ‘agreed’ USAID should be shut down“:
If you’ve got an apple that’s got a worm in it, maybe you can take the worm out, but if you’ve got actually just a ball of worms, it’s hopeless. And USAID is a ball of worms. There is no apple. And when there is no apple, you’ve just got to basically get rid of the whole thing,” Musk said.
“That is why it’s got to go,” he added. “It’s beyond repair.” … “USAID is a criminal organization. Time for it to die.”
In a live-streamed cabinet meeting on April 30, 2025, Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. agreed saying:
We have ended HHS as the role, as the vector — the principal vector in this country for child trafficking. During the Biden administration, HHS became a collaborator in child trafficking and for sex and for slavery. And, we have ended that, and we are very aggressively going out and trying to find these children — the 300,000 children that were lost by the Biden administration. …
As of July 15, 2025, the DOGE website reports that DOGE has saved American taxpayers $190 billion, approximately $1,180 per taxpayer. It has choked off the money supply to USAID and interfered with its depraved and degenerate child sex trafficking industry. The Trump administration is dedicated to ending the scourge of the Biden-Harris child sex trafficking industry. In a pre-election Truth Social post on July 21, 2023, President Donald Trump vowed to pass legislation to institute the death penalty for human traffickers who carry women and children across the border. 10 Lev Tahor Families Have Returned To Israel

The Knesset’s Immigration, Absorption, and Diaspora Committee on Sunday held another follow-up discussion on the government’s involvement in rescuing children from the Lev Tahor cult in Guatemala.
In recent months, Israel has been working with authorities in Guatemala to dismantle the sect. Many families from the sect have left for the United States and Canada. Today, it has become clear that many have also arrived in Israel.
During the discussion, information was presented indicating that there are approximately 10 Lev Tahor families with approximately 20 children under the age of 18 who have returned to Israel. All the children who have returned to Israel are in the care of at least one of their biological parents.
There is one family that is not cooperating with the government but is in contact with the municipal authorities in its city of residence.
Dr. Tamar Rozmarin Ze’ev from the Prime Minister’s Office said in the discussion, “We are working with all government bodies on two levels: efforts to return the minors and support for those who are already in Israel and their families. An agreement will be signed between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the agency for returning the children from the cult to Israel. The Ministry of Welfare is responsible for overseeing the absorption of survivors in Israel.”
Ilan Avitan, the director of the Child Victims of the Lev Tahor Sect Department at the Ministry of Welfare, said: “We have made very good progress. We have a working group with representatives from all relevant ministries. Every issue we deal with requires appropriate preparation. As of today, we have closed the loop and are in contact with all representatives of the families in Israel. There is one family that is not very cooperative with us, but they are in contact with the local authority where they reside. We are honing in on the smallest details of each family’s needs to find the appropriate framework for every survivor who comes to Israel.”
Tira Galinoyar from the Ministry of Education said, “We are familiar with all the children who have arrived in Israel. We do not yet know the nature of the harm to each child. We are in contact with the educational psychological services in every municipality and are preparing to absorb all the children into the various educational institutions in September, with the start of the school year. We ask to integrate the children into recognized and organized educational institutions, but some families asked to integrate the returning children into Chareidi educational institutions that we do not have full supervision over.”
Dr. Yuval Rava from the Ministry of Health said, “The families have a distrust of the establishment. We have built a supportive framework for the families. We are in contact with the Kupot Cholim and are transferring relevant information to them about the returning children. We are in contact with four hospitals that are ready, if necessary, for acute admission. In the meantime, the children are receiving supportive health treatments such as dental treatments, but the families still refuse to provide the children with psychological treatment.”
Orit Cohen Amir, a representative of the families, said in the discussion, “The Israeli government has not yet issued organized documents to those families who are still in Guatemala. The assistance that the state will provide to them as soon as they arrive in Israel needs to be marketed to the children and families in Guatemala. There are struggles by groups to bring them to other countries,” she warned.
Odia Rubin Ben Zaken from the Ministry of National Security added, “There was an unprecedented extradition process of one of the cult leaders while the skies were closed during Operation Rising Lion. It is important to give credit to the Israel Police who made the efforts to bring about this important extradition to the State of Israel.”

‘Doctors, educators, police officers, and past and present members of the Knesset were involved in these abuses,’ survivor says.
JUNE 3, 2025 The Jerusalem Post – Several women on Tuesday testified in the Knesset about sexual abuse they suffered as minors as part of religious ritual ceremonies.
The testimonies came during a joint meeting of the Knesset’s Committee on the Status of Women and Gender Equality, chaired by MK Pnina Tameno-Shete (National Unity), and the Special Committee on Young Israelis, chaired by MK Naama Lazimi (The Democrats).
The joint meeting was organized in the wake of an investigative report published on April 2 by Israel Hayom journalist Noam Barkan.
Yael Ariel, one of the abuse survivors, shared: “I experienced ritual abuse over many years until my late teens and was forced to harm other children. I chose to speak out and make my voice heard. I received threats after revealing my story. From age five to age 20, I was harmed in these ceremonies.”
According to Ariel, she received testimonies from several women who claimed that doctors, educators, police officers, and past and present members of the Knesset were involved in these abuses.
“I filed a complaint with the police that was closed after a few months, and I know of other cases that were closed. Speaking out today in the Knesset is a historic moment,” she said.
Another survivor, Yael Shitrit, testified: “You have no idea what ritual abuse is. The human brain cannot comprehend it. You can’t imagine what it means to program a three-year-old girl through rape and sadism so they can do whatever they want without anyone knowing.
“Their trafficking of me happened all over the country. They moved me from ceremony to ceremony. Naked men stood in a circle. My therapist, her husband, and her son harmed me, and there were dozens of other girls and boys who harmed me.
“There were ceremonies and rituals meant to make me forget,” Shitrit continued. “The police have known about this for a year, but they don’t have the tools to deal with it.
The people who will fall are very, very senior figures. These people run communities and government agencies. They threaten us. I have children I need to protect. Something needs to be set up that can deal with this.
They tried to make us like them – the people who caused us endless pain,” Shitrit said. “Your role is to make this stop in Safed, Jerusalem, Jaljulya, or anywhere else,” she declared.
DR. NAAMA GOLDBERG, head of an NGO called Lo Omdot MeNegged (Hebrew for “Not Standing Idly By”), which assists prostitution survivors, explained that the depictions are sometimes so gruesome that they are hard to believe, but this incredulity serves the abusers, who convince victims not to complain by arguing that they will not be believed.
“Several years ago, I received descriptions of sadistic abuse of children,” Goldberg said. “The accounts sounded absurd. [But] the testimonies kept coming and would not let up. They described gang rape by men, and sometimes by women. The abuse was filmed, and drugs were used. There were ritual practices and symbolism.
“I presented the police with written testimonies from five women. To this day, no one has contacted me. Since the report, additional testimonies have surfaced,” Goldberg said.
A representative of the Israel Police, Ch.-Supt. Anat Yakir, said that there was a national unit reviewing all cases and that the complaints were “a top priority in the intelligence division.”
These testimonies are a ‘watershed moment’
MKs who attended the meeting were visibly shaken by some of the testimonies, with one calling it a “watershed moment” and another calling the revelations “titanic.”
Tameno-Shete said, “Reality shows us that the police are not strong in handling sexual offenses. No one wants to talk about brutal rape and children being raped. There are unimaginable cases of monstrosity here.”
Lazimi added, “I couldn’t breathe when I heard about a network of ritual abuse against girls and the fact that there is an organized and dangerous mechanism and nothing is being done to stop it. In this place, we will discuss and try to expose it to bring about change.”
Two other survivors spoke at the meeting on condition of anonymity.
One testified that a cousin trafficked her beginning at age 11. “At 14, he took me to sadistic clubs. I endured torture and starvation at the hands of well-known and prominent individuals. I suffered harm in endless ways.
“There were public events, and there were internal ceremonies where I was tied to a tall post with handcuffs. Around me, there were other handcuffed victims with rituals of drinking menstrual blood and the slaughter of cats and other animals. They told me no one would believe me if I spoke out.”
She continued that she filed a complaint with the police five years ago. “The prosecution closed the case due to lack of evidence, so I appealed, and it was accepted. I came to testify while on pregnancy bed rest, but the case was closed again due to lack of evidence.
“They said I was imagining things. I presented a recorded testimony from someone who admitted to harming me, but she was never summoned for questioning. Treat this as terrorism.”
MS-13 Gangbanger Kilmar Abrego Garcia Returned to U.S. to Face Human-Trafficking Charges

MS-13 gangbanger Kilmar Abrego Garcia is back on U.S. soil from El Salvador to face human-trafficking charges — a “full-time job” that he held for nearly a decade, Attorney General Pam Bondi announced Friday.
“Abrego Garcia has landed in the United States to face justice. He will face very serious charges. Upon completion of his sentence, we anticipate he will be returned to his home country of El Salvador. He was a smuggler of humans and children and women,” Bondi said during a press conference. “Including members of the murderous prison gang he belonged to. One hundred trips, the grand jury found, of smuggling people throughout our country.”
Contrary to sympathetic media narratives that described him as a victim of mistaken deportation, federal authorities say Abrego Garcia is a hardened criminal who built his life in the U.S. on the back of a sprawling human smuggling operation. The charges against him include conspiracy to transport illegal aliens for profit and unlawful transportation of illegal aliens — both serious federal offenses.
Abrego Garcia’s arrest follows a 2022 traffic stop in Tennessee, where troopers pulled him over and discovered nine undocumented migrants crammed in his vehicle. None had ID or luggage, and all listed his Maryland address as their intended destination. Several were later found to be connected to MS-13.
The grand jury indictment paints a damning picture of a man who orchestrated dozens of illegal transport missions from the southern border to the interior U.S., profiting off human suffering and feeding criminal elements into American communities.
Earlier this year, Abrego Garcia was deported to El Salvador — but under pressure from immigration activists and legal groups, the Biden administration brought him back, citing “due process” concerns. But Bondi was clear: this was not a clerical error. “He’s not a victim — he’s a predator,” she said.
Now in federal custody, Abrego Garcia faces a lengthy prison sentence. If convicted, he will be deported again — this time, permanently.
Critics say the case highlights glaring flaws in the current immigration system and the dangerous consequences of leniency toward criminal aliens.
“Every time this man crossed the border, he wasn’t looking for asylum,” one law enforcement official said. “He was importing danger into this country — and getting paid for it.”

During the meeting, the committee requested to receive an official document detailing the preparations of welfare authorities for the absorption of Lev Tahor cult survivors in Israel.
Orit Cohen Amir, a representative of the families of Lev Tahor victims, said: “You can see that things are moving in the Guatemalan government and judicial system. I feel that there is more hope today for the children and their family members. However, many children and survivors have nowhere to go in Israel. Every cult survivor needs to know that they have a home to live in. It is very important to bring the survivors to Israel, but it is even more important to ensure their rehabilitation when they arrive in the country.”
Attorney Meirav Marx from the Foreign Ministry said, “We are in the final stretch of signing an agreement with the Jewish Agency. We are making great efforts to recruit suitable people for the dedicated positions to manage the project of returning the cult survivors to Israel.”

This is our second one-hour interview in two weeks with Juliette Engel, MD, a heroic woman who has survived the worst the CIA and its torture center MKUltra could throw at her, starting at age six. For the survival of her soul, she later pushed her heart-wrenching past deep out of her consciousness and went on to put herself through medical school and into a successful career as a radiologist. That eventually led her to a second career helping reform the entire birthing system of Russia as the USSR fell in the early 1990s.
As if under a Guidance much greater than herself, her Russian journey led her to become deeply involved in fighting against the trafficking of children from orphanages and institutions in Russia, with trails that led around the world and back into America itself. This helped Dr. Engel to recall her own experiences of abuse by her parents, who had close ties to the CIA and sold their own daughter to the agency to be groomed for a future career with them.

I was able to draw from my own experience as a therapist with adults who, as children, were exposed to ritual child abuse in America. I believe that the soul cannot be destroyed, but most people who go through very severe child abuse at the hands of their family and multiple others seem to “lose their souls.” They can no longer find and express their unique selves with the gift of reason and love for others. Many of them die mysteriously or kill themselves. Those who do survive and go on to live moral, productive lives are most unusual and are exemplars for all of us to learn from. Dr. Engel’s life story, my own experience as a therapist, and Ginger’s self-understanding come together in what is a truly moving and mutually enlightening hour.

May 8, 2025 The Western Journal – Federal officials have arrested 205 suspected child sex abuse offenders in a nationwide operation, the Department of Justice announced Wednesday.
The program, dubbed “Operation Restore Justice,” was carried out over the space of five days with the combined efforts from each of the 55 FBI field offices and the DOJ’s Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section, according to a news release from the FBI national press office.
The operation also resulted in the rescue of 115 children, according to the FBI.
The suspects are accused of a range of crimes against children, from sex trafficking kids to possessing, producing, and distributing child sex abuse material.
Those arrested in the operation included a Minnesota state trooper who is also an Army reservist. Officials said he is accused of “producing child sexual abuse material while wearing his uniforms.”
“In Norfolk, Virginia, an illegal alien from Mexico is accused of transporting a minor across state lines for sex,” the FBI report added.
And in a case from Washington, D.C., a former Metropolitan Police Department officer was arrested on charges of trafficking minor victims.
In another case, according to the FBI statement, “a California man was arrested about eight hours after a young victim bravely came forward and disclosed their abuse to FBI agents after an online safety presentation at a school near Albany, New York.”

“We’re sending a clear message: there is no place to hide for those who prey on children,” FBI Director Kash Patel said in the news release.
“No predator is out of reach, and no child will be forgotten.”
Attorney General Pam Bondi added, “We will not rest until we hunt down, arrest, and prosecute every child predator who preys on the most vulnerable among us.”
Bondi stressed the importance of parents monitoring their children’s online activity, according to a Fox News report.
“An online predator can find them, I always say it’s from instant message to instant nightmare,” Bondi said.
“They pose as children. They get them sometimes to post explicit pictures of themselves after they talk to them and then in some cases, they even try to blackmail the children.”
There have been so many cases like that, it has led to an increase in the suicide rate among kids 14 to 17, she said.
The FBI news release added a reminder that an indictment “is merely an allegation,” while the “defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.”
The agency asked the public to report suspected exploitation of a child on the FBI’s tipline at 1-800-CALL-FBI (225-5324), tips.fbi.gov, or by calling a local FBI field office.
Tips about possible child sexual exploitation can also be given through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children through its 24/7 hotline at 1-800-THE-LOST and on missingkids.org.

Arrests Mark Significant Takedown Within Violent Online Network
April 30, 2025 DoJ – WASHINGTON – Leonidas Varagiannis, also known as “War,” 21, a citizen of the United States residing in Thessaloniki, Greece, and Prasan Nepal, also known as “Trippy,” 20, of North Carolina, were arrested and charged for operating an international child exploitation enterprise known as “764,” a nihilistic violent extremist (NVE) network. Varagiannis was arrested yesterday in Greece; Nepal was arrested on April 22, 2025, in North Carolina and had a court appearance. Court hearings in Washington, D.C. are pending for both defendants.
The charges were announced by U.S. Attorney Edward R. Martin Jr., U.S. Attorney General Pamela Bondi, FBI Assistant Director in Charge Steven J. Jensen of the Washington Field Office, and FBI Assistant Director in Charge Christopher G. Raia of the New York Field Office.
According to the affidavit in the District of Columbia, 764 is a network of nihilistic violent extremists who engage in criminal conduct in the United States and abroad, seeking to destroy civilized society through the corruption and exploitation of vulnerable populations, which often include minors. The 764 network’s accelerationist goals include social unrest and the downfall of the current world order, including the United States Government.
As alleged, the defendants engaged in a coordinated criminal enterprise and led a core subgroup within 764 known as 764 Inferno, operated through encrypted messaging applications. As alleged, they directed, participated in, and otherwise caused the production and distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and the defendants facilitated the grooming, manipulation, and extortion of minors. Veragiannis and Nepal allegedly ordered their victims to commit acts of self-harm and engaged in psychological torment and extreme violence against minors. The affidavit alleges that the group targeted vulnerable children online, coercing them into producing degrading and explicit content under threat and manipulation. This content includes “cut signs” and “blood signs” through which young girls would cut symbols into their bodies.
The defendants and their co-conspirators around the world used the CSAM and other gore and violent material to create digital “Lorebooks,” which NVEs used as digital currency within the 764 network — traded, archived in encrypted “vaults,” and used as a means to recruit new members or maintain status within the network. The affidavit also details how the defendants instructed others members in grooming tactics and set content production expectations for new recruits. In multiple instances, defendants threatened and caused their victims to engage in self-mutilation, online and in-person sexual acts, harm to animals, sexual exploitation of siblings and others, acts of violence, threats of violence, suicide, and murder.
Also according to the complaint affidavit, the defendants exploited at least eight minor victims across multiple jurisdictions, with some content traced back to children as young as 13 years old. The network’s activities spanned from late 2020 through early 2025, with core leadership roles attributed to both defendants throughout the period.
“The allegations in this case are not only disturbing, they are also every parent’s nightmare” said U.S. Attorney Martin. “The number of victims allegedly exploited by these defendants, and the depths of depravity are staggering. Justice demands that our response be swift in order to ensure public safety, hold the wrongdoers accountable, and bring the victims some sense of closure so they can heal.”
“These defendants are accused of orchestrating one of the most heinous online child exploitation enterprises we have ever encountered – a network built on terror, abuse, and the deliberate targeting of children,” said Attorney General Bondi. “We will find those who exploit and abuse children, prosecute them, and dismantle every part of their operation.”
“The charges against these subjects represent our resolve to dismantle violent networks that seek to destroy civilized society,” said Assistant Director in Charge Jensen of the FBI Washington Field Office. “Our work is not done until justice is restored for all impacted victims.”
“Prasan Nepal, a leader of 764, allegedly instructed other members of the network to use explicit material to induce and extort victims into producing child exploitative content,” said Assistant Director in Charge Raia of the FBI New York Field Office. “Manipulating the most vulnerable members of society—our children—to produce sexually harmful material to further their depraved goals is unconscionable. The FBI is determined to do whatever necessary to stop the heinous actions of 764 members and hold them accountable in the justice system.”
“These arrests expose one of the most disturbing online child exploitation networks we’ve ever encountered,” said NYPD Commissioner Jessica S. Tisch. “A group that glorified violence, weaponized abuse, and targeted children to advance a deeply depraved ideology. Through the Joint Terrorism Task Force, the NYPD is proud to have partnered with federal and international authorities to dismantle this horrific operation and protect the most vulnerable among us.”
If convicted, the defendants face a maximum penalty of life in prison.
This case is being investigated by FBI’s Washington Field Office and New York Field Office with assistance from the FBI Charlotte Field Office, the FBI Athens (Greece) Legal Attaché Office and the Hellenic National Police (HNP) .
It is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Alexandra Hughes, Karen Ditzler Shinskie, and Jack Korba for the District of Columbia and Trial Attorneys Justin Sher and James Donnelly of the National Security Division’s Counterterrorism Section. It sounds to me like this group could be one source that the swamp uses to groom and recruit teenage patsies for mass shootings, violent protests, assassination attempts and other false flags. A precursor to total brainwashing by MK ULTRA. Just saying…follow along with me as I explore that theory.
Leonidas Varagiannis, also known as “War,” 21, a citizen of the United States residing in Thessaloniki, Greece, and Prasan Nepal, also known as “Trippy,” 20, of North Carolina, were arrested and charged for operating an international child exploitation enterprise known as “764,” a nihilistic violent extremist (NVE) network. Varagiannis was arrested yesterday in Greece; Nepal was arrested on April 22, 2025, in North Carolina and had a court appearance. Court hearings in Washington, D.C. are pending for both defendants.
Leonidas Varagiannis, 21, and Prasan Nepal, 20, of North Carolina, face charges for orchestrating a heinous enterprise that targeted vulnerable children as young as 13. The group operated globally, including in Washington, D.C., using encrypted messaging platforms to coordinate their activities.
Nepal, a resident of High Point, North Carolina, has been involved with 764 since its inception around 2020 or 2021, emerging as a leader after the arrest of the group’s founder in August 2021.
The charges against them were announced by U.S. Attorney Edward R. Martin Jr., U.S. Attorney General Pamela Bondi, FBI Assistant Director in Charge Steven J. Jensen of the Washington Field Office, and FBI Assistant Director in Charge Christopher G. Raia of the New York Field Office.
The numbers 7-6-4 represent the zip code of the original creator of the group, Bradley Cadenhead, who was from Texas. In 2023, he was found guilty of possessing child pornography and sentenced to 80 years in prison. Many other groups have formed from 764. 764 is a decentralized and transnational sextortion network that is reportedly adjacent to the Order of Nine Angles, a far-right Satanic terrorist network.
The network is most present on Discord, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, Roblox and Minecraft and usually targets children aged 8 to 17. Victims are often forced to commit recorded acts of self-harm and animal cruelty to disseminate internally or share on social media platforms and asked to carve names on their skin as “cutsigns” – a form of branding to show their subjugation by the group – and told their end goal is to commit suicide. 764 networks use threats, blackmail, and manipulation to coerce or extort victims into producing, sharing, or live-streaming acts of self-harm, animal cruelty, sexually explicit acts, and/or suicide.
The footage is then circulated among members of the network to continue to extort victims and exert control over them. They also employ cybercriminal techniques such as SIM swapping, IP grabbing, and social engineering to identify, target, and extort victims. The group’s ultimate goal is to groom children for acts of terroristic violence and then induce suicide.
Images and material that is distributed or used for the sexual exploitation of children is called CSAM – Child sexual abuse material.
764 is a significant threat globally – with arrests and charges made in multiple countries, including the United States, Ukraine, Russia, Canada, Great Britain, Germany, Romania, and Brazil.

The abuse perpetrated by members of CSAM groups is extreme. They have coerced children into sexual abuse or self-harm, causing them to deeply lacerate their bodies to carve “cutsigns” of an abuser’s online alias into their skin. Victims have flushed their heads in toilets, attacked their siblings, killed their pets, and committed suicide. Others sell the explicit content produced by extortion on the dark web.
Anna, a victim of 764 said:
“Their main aim is to traumatize you. They want to make you suffer. And for you to take your own life. They really are very sadistic people.”
764 is tied to the Order of Nine Angles, a once-obscure Satanist cult from Great Britain that has become ever-present online. The practice of urging victims to injure themselves with “cutsigns” also bears a striking resemblance to O9A rituals.
According to interviews with victims, law enforcement sources, and court records, 764 began with Bradley Cadenhead, a teenager from the Dallas exurb of Stephenville, Texas. Cadenhead’s problematic behavior started early, from watching online porn at age 8 to developing a fascination with “violent torture pictures and video, as well as gore,” according to court records.
Cadenhead was placed on juvenile probation for discussing shooting up a middle school when he was 13. The next year, he was briefly sent to a juvenile detention facility for violating terms of his parole, and routinely watched ultra-violent “gore” content online. Why would they let him do that in detention? Sounds like grooming to me.
On probation, Cadenhead repeatedly left home without permission, assaulted his mother, and ingested dangerous amounts of Tylenol and cough syrup, requiring him to be briefly hospitalized.
While playing Minecraft, he met another user who deepened his interest in “gore” and he learned to groom children on a sextortion server called “CVLT.” Cadenhead then started a Discord server called “764,” after the first three digits of Stephenville’s zip code.
“This wasn’t run-of-the-mill child porn, this was a lot darker. There was one video of a woman being held down and stabbed. This case was awful. It was the worst stuff I’ve ever seen.”
Cadenhead and other members of his server would lure young women into video chats and extort them into cutting themselves, performing live sexual acts, or harming themselves.
“What 764 would do is they would go in and drop videos in these groups and try to start pulling kids out of that to their server. They would show false shows of affection and convince girls to send them nude photographs.”
In one case, a young girl named Eve was groomed and recruited.
Once they established a degree of trust with Eve, Cadenhead and the extorters threatened to harm Eve’s elementary-school-aged brother or release her explicit photographs. On video calls, they would urge her to kill herself and convince her to carve their usernames into her skin. They pressured her to strangle her cat, and even to behead her pet hamster on camera.
“Bite the head off, or I’ll fuck your whole life up.”
Eve did all this in her bedroom closet. Things took a turn for the worse when Eve deeply cut herself one night in the bath, to “turn the water red” like one of her extorters had requested. They also swatted the family’s house and began calling her school and telling her principal she’d tried to murder animals, prompting school officials to file a report with local police.
The FBI’s interest in 764 appears to have begun with a core member of Cadenhead’s server who went by “Duck” or “Gorebutcher.” Victims described him as aggressive, sadistic, and cliquish, refusing to interact with underage girls he deemed unattractive and running an invite-only chat dedicated to the Order of Nine Angles.
Gorebutcher allegedly is Angel Luis Almeida, a high school dropout from Ocala, Florida, with a violent past and a long rap sheet. By 19, Almeida had racked up several arrests in the central Florida town, accused of car theft, domestic assault, vehicle burglaries, and armed robberies. He served time in 2019 for stealing several cars.
The Feds allege that, using Facebook and Instagram, Almeida groomed underage girls in 2021. Was the FBI interested in taking down the network or exploiting it for their own use?
Amid the investigations against Cadenhead and Almeida, a new era of 764 began to emerge. After Cadenhead’s arrest, according to victims and court documents, the group was run by a Romanian national who went by the handle “Riley,” whose true name is Francesco. One particularly violent member of 764’s “New Generation” was “Tobbz,” a young German based in Romania, who joined 764 when Cadenhead still ran the server.
“He’s a little psychopath. He used to take dogs from the pound and beat them to death.”
Tobbz also developed an intense interest in the Order of Nine Angles, downloading O9A propaganda and tattooing himself with the Satanist cult’s septagram symbol.
By 2022, the FBI’s investigation into 764 had significantly widened from Angel Almeida’s original case to suspects in the United States and beyond.
I find it most interesting that this is the first time I’ve heard about this group and what they do to groom children for terrorist acts. The only reason I did hear about it was because the DOJ & FBI, under Bondi & Patel, arrested two leaders and wrote a press release about it. Instead, the FBI has spent the last 8 years going after President Trump and censoring law-abiding MAGA on social media for allegedly violating “community standards.” That tells me that the “old FBI” must have been somehow using these teenage recruits for their own nefarious purposes. I can’t prove that – but that’s what my gut says.
