Wow. What a whirlwind of a week. Still trying to catch my breath, never did make it over to my personal physician for an ECG and prescription to get my tachycardia under control. Delivered a talk/wake up/shock on the fifth gen warfare deployed on all of us over the last three years to 1,300 paying European attendees at a Stockholm conference exactly one week ago. Delayed getting back from Stockholm (via Frankfurt) due to Lufthansa’s ongoing slow decay and inability to adhere to their own flight schedules. Got Tuesday’s essay written on the plane, posted it from the airport on landing, and finally made it back to the farm by about 11:00 EST. Wednesday I drag my sorry rear end out of bed, get the obligate three cups downed and begin the day with an out-of-the-blue call from a mainstream New York investigative reporter that you would recognize seeking background information on what the heck is going on with the Florida Grand Jury investigations (which I know very little about – they are running a tight ship!). Of course I have to make a few calls to prepare for that before the 10:00 AM “on background only” discussion. Scheduled long format “Gray Matter” podcast recording at noon, requiring some background reading prior. And then, out of an otherwise cloudless blue sky, a lightning strike.

January 26, 2023 at 3:05pm – The federal government and mainstream press have no interest in finding out what really happened to Jeffrey Epstein.
Tucker Carlson did a segment on his show blasting the investigation by Attorney General William Barr and pointed out the multiple holes in the official story.
Tucker pointed out that only two people have been charged surrounding the death of Jeffrey Epstein.
They were prison guards that pleaded guilty to falsifying records – they had the charges against them dropped by an Obama-appointed judge last year.

The Covid Narrative Tide is Turning Sheryl Collmer
As more information about the Covid vaccines and other media narratives are released, those of us who’ve been consigned to the Conspiracy Theory bin for the last few years are being sadly vindicated.
High tide at Galveston Island occurred at 12:16 a.m. today. Aside from consulting a tide table, you would only know that if you were walking on the beach and saw the waves receding farther down the shore. The turning of the tide is something you only observe in hindsight, just as the moon can only be known to have reached its fullest once it begins to wane.
Are we watching the turning of the tide in our failing country?

Both the FDA and CDC are violating my free speech rights so I’m going to sue them Steve Kirsch
The US government cannot silence people who disagree with them in America unless they amend the US Constitution first. That hasn’t happened the last time I checked.
Executive summary
The US government has set up the rules so that when they violate your free speech rights, it is uneconomical to sue them. So they always get away with it.
The CDC and FDA block every one of my emails at the server level. So I can’t sign up to speak at their public forums where the public is allowed to speak. This is how they rig the comments.
I am looking for a lawyer who will represent me against the government on a contingency basis. I’m willing to backstop a portion of the costs if you lose. According to Yale Professor Jed Rubenfeld, I have an excellent case.
We cannot let these government agencies get away with violating the US Constitution.
When they cannot win arguments based on data, they simply violate the US Constitution to silence you. Not a single member of the mainstream medical community is going to support my free speech rights because that’s how science works today.
Introduction
Both the FDA and CDC are blocking all my emails at the server level. They delete my emails and don’t even send me a bounce.
That’s why when I apply to speak at their public meetings, I never get a response.
This is unconstitutional. You cannot violate the free speech rights of American citizens like this.
They are doing this because if I was allowed to speak freely, the American public would learn the truth about how corrupt their government is.
The very fact that they are censoring my speech is a tacit admission on their part that people will believe me if I am allowed to be heard.
