Here’s Why I Am Glad Joe Biden Pardoned Hunter   [2:54]   Dinesh D’Souza

The List: Here’s Who the Biden WH Is Eyeing for More Shocking Pardons as Jan 20 and Justice Draw Near   By C. Douglas Golden

December 5, 2024 at 6:20am  The Western Journal – It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas … if, that is, you’re a Democrat.

Oh, sure, the lead-up to Thanksgiving was pretty lousy, what with losing the White House and both chambers of Congress. But now that outgoing President Joe Biden gave a blanket pardon to his son so expansive that it even exceeded the breadth of the one Gerald Ford gave to Richard Nixon, the folks at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. seem to be stealing a page from well-remunerated Kamala Harris ally Oprah Winfrey: You get a pardon! And you get a pardon! And you get a pardon! And you…

According to a report by Politico on Wednesday, the Biden administration “is discussing preemptive pardons for those in Trump’s crosshairs.” This includes, according to the report, “the extraordinary step of handing out blanket pardons to those who’ve committed no crimes.” (That Politico is willing to acknowledge, anyway.)

The reason, officially, is because Trump’s nominee for FBI director, Kash Patel, once made a comment about pursuing those on Capitol Hill who had made a sport out of pursing Trump, telling Steve Bannon on his podcast that, were he in charge of the Department of Justice, his DOJ “will go out and find the conspirators, not just in government but in the media … who lied about American citizens, who helped Joe Biden rig presidential elections.”

“Biden’s aides are deeply concerned about a range of current and former officials who could find themselves facing inquiries and even indictments, a sense of alarm which has only accelerated since Trump last weekend announced the appointment of Kash Patel to lead the FBI. Patel has publicly vowed to pursue Trump’s critics,” Politico’s Jonathan Martin wrote.

This includes Sen.-elect Adam Schiff of California — who, as head of the House Intelligence Committee, peddled the Russiagate hoax despite knowing the Steele dossier that it was based off of was worse fiction than most Robert Ludlum novels — and former Rep. Liz Cheney of Wyoming, one of the two Republicans on the Democrats’ kangaroo Jan. 6 committee.

“Also mentioned by Biden’s aides for a pardon is Anthony Fauci, the former head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases who became a lightning rod for criticism from the right during the Covid-19 pandemic,” Martin noted. (Martin neglected to note Fauci’s verbal prestidigitations regarding whether the National Institutes of Health funded gain of function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in testimony given under oath — but details, details.)

Biden’s Preemptive Pardons: A Shield That Could Become a Sword   @AMUSE

DEC 05, 2024

President Biden’s reported consideration of preemptive pardons could reshape the accountability landscape dramatically, potentially exposing him to greater legal jeopardy rather than providing the insulation he might expect. If he proceeds to issue sweeping pardons to everyone involved in his alleged influence-peddling—including his brother Jim Biden and figures tied to his various international dealings during his time as vice president—alongside key players in the lawfare targeting Donald Trump, such as Attorney General Merrick Garland, Special Counsel Jack Smith, NYC DA Alvin Bragg, acting Justice Merchan, and Fani Willis, Biden’s decision could trigger unintended and disastrous consequences. The strategy may provide temporary relief, but it ultimately risks dismantling the very network of protection he has established, potentially turning once-loyal allies into significant liabilities.

Biden’s Influence and Its Tangled Web

The allegations against Biden have persisted for years, pointing to his suspected entanglements with Ukraine, China, and other foreign actors, which have led to widespread concern and criticism. Evidence ranging from emails and financial documents to call logs paints a compelling picture of questionable influence-peddling. Hunter Biden’s high-paying role with Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company, stands as the most well-known example. His lack of experience in the energy field raised questions, even within the Obama administration, as to what exactly was being bought with such lucrative payments. Allegedly, President Biden extended a preemptive pardon covering Hunter’s tenure at Burisma—a measure that coincided with diplomatic dealings that Biden himself spearheaded in Ukraine. Similarly, Biden’s connections to Chinese firms, with mentions of the “10% for the big guy” in leaked emails, hint at a widespread system of potential corruption far beyond just Ukrainian interests. By issuing blanket pardons to those entangled in these dealings—including Jim Biden, whose own activities have faced scrutiny—Biden risks escalating the scandal rather than extinguishing it.

Coordinated Lawfare: The Anti-Trump Strategy

In recent years, political lawfare has been weaponized as a potent instrument against former President Donald Trump. Various prosecutors—from Jack Smith to Fani Willis and Alvin Bragg—have sought ways to block Trump’s re-election bid through an intricate web of legal cases. For many observers, this represents a profound abuse of prosecutorial discretion, a weaponization of the justice system to eliminate political threats. Matthew Colangelo, previously the number three official in the U.S. Attorney General’s office, made an unprecedented move by stepping down to become a line prosecutor at the NYC DA’s office specifically to handle Trump’s prosecution—a glaring example of the lengths to which the anti-Trump machine will go. Such calculated lawfare, notably, cannot be undone by a presidential pardon, adding another layer of difficulty in combatting its effects. Furthermore, revelations have surfaced that both Fani Willis and Nathan Wade, of the Fulton County DA’s office, met with White House lawyers on multiple occasions to strategize about the Georgia RICO cases against Trump. Compounding these concerns, credible reports of prosecutorial misconduct within Jack Smith’s team have surfaced but were dismissed without investigation by the DOJ’s Office of the Inspector General. Biden may believe that issuing preemptive pardons to these individuals will shield them from reprisal, but such a move would strip away one critical shield they currently enjoy: the Fifth Amendment.

Pardons and the Fifth Amendment: Removing the Shield

The paradox in Biden’s potential move lies in the Fifth Amendment protections of his allies. The Supreme Court case Burdick v. United States (1915) establishes that once an individual is pardoned, they can no longer invoke their Fifth Amendment right to avoid self-incrimination, as they no longer face criminal jeopardy for the pardoned offense. Therefore, preemptive pardons would effectively compel those individuals to testify if called upon. For example, someone like Merrick Garland could be subpoenaed and forced to testify under oath about the motivations behind the lawfare against Trump. Refusal to testify or false testimony would expose them to charges of perjury or obstruction. Thus, what Biden hopes to use as a shield to protect his circle could inadvertently rip away the legal protections they currently enjoy, making them dangerous liabilities.

Furthermore, even a pardoned individual remains vulnerable if they lie under oath or refuse to cooperate, as immunity does not grant them impunity. This scenario—in which individuals are forced to testify without the option of invoking the Fifth Amendment—could prove to be a nightmare for Biden, unraveling the very fabric of loyalty that has kept his network intact.

The Dilemma of a Self-Pardon

All of this raises the critical question: would President Biden ultimately need to pardon himself? The concept of a presidential self-pardon is fraught with legal ambiguities and remains untested in the courts. Some constitutional scholars argue that self-pardons are not permissible since they would make the president both judge and defendant, while others point to the broad clemency powers granted to the presidency without explicit prohibition. Attempting a self-pardon would likely ignite a constitutional crisis, with a protracted battle ultimately landing in the Supreme Court. The spectacle alone could undermine Biden’s legitimacy, regardless of the outcome.

Yet there remains a more subtle, and arguably more cunning, approach. During his previous medical procedure, President Biden transferred power to Vice President Kamala Harris temporarily under Section 3 of the 25th Amendment, which allows a president to declare themselves unable to discharge the powers and duties of their office, thereby temporarily transferring authority to the vice president. Imagine a scenario where Biden undergoes another routine medical procedure, invokes the 25th Amendment, and Harris assumes the presidency for just a few hours—long enough to issue a pardon for Biden himself. This approach would be constitutional, clever, and would provide Biden with plausible deniability. There are even historical precedents: President Ronald Reagan transferred power to Vice President George H.W. Bush during surgery in 1985, and Vice President Dick Cheney twice assumed the role of Acting President while George W. Bush underwent medical procedures. Vice President Harris has herself already assumed temporary presidential powers during one of Biden’s previous medical procedures.

Conclusion

The prospect of President Biden issuing sweeping preemptive pardons to safeguard his allies and himself may ultimately backfire. The move could dismantle the very framework of legal defenses that these individuals rely on, compelling them to testify truthfully under penalty of perjury. Far from providing protection, such pardons could transform them into liabilities who might expose Biden’s own alleged misconduct. In a desperate attempt to shield himself, Biden might even contemplate a self-pardon, an act riddled with constitutional uncertainties. Alternatively, he might orchestrate a temporary transfer of power to Vice President Harris to ensure his own pardon. These scenarios underscore the dangerous and uncharted territory Biden may be entering—a gamble that could leave him more vulnerable rather than protected.

Is The Next Attorney General Anti-2A?!? Watch this important video.   [16:53]   Doris Wise

December 5, 2024   Jews Can Shoot

URGENT MESSAGE FROM JEWS CAN SHOOT

We recognize the significance of the election of President Trump. However, the truth is that President Trump has been squishy on the Second Amendment. Recall the “bump stock ban” and his support for Red Flag laws. The appointment of a staunchly pro-Second Amendment Attorney General is essential to safeguard our freedoms. I have included a revealing video of Pam Bondi explaining to President Trump the “Take the guns first and due process after” position.

The insanity of Red Flag Laws, or Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPOs), is evident; they allow the courts to strip individuals of their firearms based on mere allegations of potential danger without due process allowing this alleged individual to be a danger with other tools. How does this make sense other than the point being to confiscate firearms?

This is not just a violation of our Second Amendment rights, but an infringement on multiple Constitutional protections. We must stand united and vigilant against such encroachments, for the safety and empowerment of our community depend on our unwavering commitment to defend our rights.

The current political landscape, particularly under the leadership of figures like Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, signals a potential shift towards significant reforms, including the abolition of the ATF and other critical cuts. However, the process of implementing these changes will take time, making the appointment of the ATF director an urgent matter. This position must be filled by a strong advocate for the Second Amendment and due process.

Therefore, I urge all supporters of Second Amendment rights to take immediate action by contacting their Senators to express opposition to the confirmation of Pam Bondi as United States Attorney General. We are fortunate to have numerous qualified candidates for this vital role as the chief law enforcement officer of the federal government, and it is essential that we advocate for a leader who will uphold our constitutional rights and foster an environment of safety and justice for all.

Call your Senator and tell them why they should not vote for Pam Bondi for Attorney General. US Capitol Switchboard: 202-224-3121

The Most Prolific Serial Killer In History: Why a Blanket Pardon for Dr. Fauci Could Be Challenged in the Supreme Court   2ND SMARTEST GUY IN THE WORLD

DEC 05, 2024

What happens when a nation’s highest office attempts to shield one of its officials from accountability for actions of global consequence?

Rumors of President Biden considering a blanket pardon for Dr. Anthony Fauci have sparked a wave of outrage and concern. The allegations against Fauci—including collaboration with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in the creation of SARS-CoV-2, suppression of dissenting scientists, and complicity in crimes against humanity—are of such gravity that they demand full scrutiny.

Can a blanket pardon preemptively absolve someone of such unprecedented accusations? Constitutional law, historical precedent, and the nature of the allegations suggest otherwise. This article delves into why such a pardon might not withstand judicial scrutiny, and why it’s imperative for justice to take its course.

The Legal Limits of Presidential Pardons

The U.S. Constitution grants the President the authority to issue pardons for “Offenses against the United States,” but this power is neither absolute nor unlimited. Several legal arguments highlight why a blanket, preemptive pardon for Dr. Fauci could fall outside the scope of constitutional authority:

1. Specificity Requirement

Presidential pardons traditionally specify the offenses for which an individual is granted clemency. While there have been broad pardons in history, the notion of pardoning someone for unspecified future or past crimes—especially on a global scale—has never been explicitly upheld by the courts. The principle of specificity ensures accountability and prevents misuse of the pardon power. A blanket pardon for Fauci, without delineating the precise offenses, could violate this principle.

2. Scope of Federal Offenses

The President’s pardon power applies only to federal offenses. Crimes against humanity and global genocide, as alleged against Dr. Fauci, may involve violations of international law that fall outside the scope of federal jurisdiction. This raises a critical question: Can the President pardon actions that extend beyond U.S. borders and potentially violate international legal norms?

3. Constitutional Constraints

The President is bound by an oath to “faithfully execute the laws.” Granting a pardon that undermines this duty—particularly for alleged crimes of such severity—may conflict with this constitutional obligation. The Supreme Court has never ruled on the limits of the pardon power in cases involving global atrocities, leaving open the possibility for judicial intervention.

4. Admission of Guilt

Accepting a pardon is traditionally viewed as an implicit admission of guilt. A blanket pardon for Fauci could inadvertently affirm public perceptions of culpability, undermining his defense in both the court of law and public opinion. This dynamic could serve as a basis for challenging the pardon’s legitimacy, as it might not align with the intent of justice.

Historical Precedents and Legal Ambiguities

To understand the limitations of the presidential pardon power, it’s vital to examine historical precedents and the unresolved legal ambiguities surrounding blanket pardons.

Prosecute them anyway   [40:04]   Dinesh @DineshDSouza

December 5, 2024  If Biden issues preemptive pardons, I say: prosecute them anyway! Put them through the ordeal of a trial. Ruin them financially. The pardon erases the sentence; it does not prevent the process of getting to a conviction. Moreover trials are a showcase for exposing crimes!

Freeing the Israeli HOSTAGES in Gaza   [26:03]

December 4, 2024  IDSF Daily War Briefing – Israel’s Defense and Security Forum

In today’s briefing, Israeli military and foreign affairs expert Martin Sherman discusses what Israel is doing to free the hostages being held by Hamas in Gaza.  He reviews what works and what does not work and then talks about Gazan society at large and the relationship between the Gazan people and Hamas.  Martin argues that the Gazan people are not the victims of Hamas leadership but rather the crucible through which Hamas was created.  He then goes on to discuss day-after scenarios for Gaza, the role of Egypt and the state of international diplomacy.

[Peloni:  Must see video.  As usual, Martin Sherman eliminates routine delusions as he discusses reality on a range of topics.  He insists that Egypt must allow the Gazans refuge from the war, and if needed Israel should focus relentless pressure upon Egypt to allow the Gazans enter Egypt of secure lives elsewhere, and that Israel should extend sovereignty over Gaza entirely..  He explains that the incoming Trump gov’t. is far more hawkish than the Israeli gov’t. and that Netanyahu should harness this reality in dealing with the intolerable situation of the Gazans who are collectively culpable for the horrors of October 7.  Much more discussed as well.]

Another Deep State hit job  [many photos]  TIERNEY’S REAL NEWS

DEC 04, 2024

The CEO of United Healthcare was executed in cold blood by a professional hit man this morning, with a silencer, outside a hotel in Manhattan.

The fake news is already trying to muddy the waters and blame this on a disgruntled patient or some such nonsense.

NOPE – this was a professional hit job and smacks of Deep State. I have no doubt that the same people who took him out – also tried to take out President Trump.

Here is what I know so far – so when you follow this story on the news today – hopefully these details will help put together the rest of the puzzle. I am on my way out the door but wanted to get this to you now.

Brian Thompson, 50, the CEO of United Healthcare, was fatally shot outside a hotel in Manhattan at 7am Wednesday morning, December 4, 2024.

There is video of the shooting and the shooter. The shooter used a silencer on a handgun, fired initially into his back, and then finished him off with 3+ bullets at close range. He was headed to their annual investor conference and was supposed to speak this morning. He was shot as he walked from his hotel.

A livery driver was able to get these pictures of the gunman. He is wearing a light jacket and black mask. He fled on foot and then hopped on a bicycle.

It looks like the hit man waited for Thompson in the lobby of the Hilton Midtown and shot him, then fled. Thompson is struck in the back by the initial shot, causing him to stagger and collapse onto the sidewalk. He attempts to crawl away, but the shooter keeps firing. He is described as a white male wearing a cream-colored jacket, black face mask, and black and white sneakers, and carrying a gray backpack.

There are LOTS of reasons for the hit and it appears that BlackRock, Soros & the Obama-Biden-Harris DOJ are involved. This wasn’t some guy on a bike or a disgruntled patient.

UnitedHealth is the largest health insurance company in the United States. They basically were hired by the US Government to run America’s healthcare, Medicare and Medicaid programs. THEY ARE TOTALLY INTERTWINED WITH THE OBAMA-BIDEN-HARRIS ADMINISTRATION.

I know one of the senior people from Minnesota who worked for UHC and she admitted this to me. She is an avowed SOCIALIST.

I Beg Your Pardon   JENNA MCCARTHY

What does the First Son’s sweeping get-out-of-jail card mean for the next administration?

DEC 04, 2024

If the Framers of the Constitution had had the ability to send out a group text to future Americans, I’m pretty sure it would have read, “Hey, just a reminder. We’ve seen what happens when you give elected officials too much freedom and control. You might want to keep an eye on that.” After all, escaping tyranny was essentially the point of declaring independence from Great Britain in the first place. Our wise Designing Dads knew first-hand that ‘the essence of government is power; and power, lodged as it must be in human hands, will ever be liable to abuse.’ – James Madison, aka the ‘Father of the Constitution’

They did a bang-up job with the Bill of Rights, and with the limits on congressional power, and with the whole checks and balances thing. But one has to wonder why they’d go muck it all up with the now-infamous Pardon Clause, which basically grants the president the ability to absolve pretty much anyone of pretty much anything without so much as a single second opinion or legislative thumbs-up.

Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of the US Constitution specifically states, “[The President] shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.”

Founding Father 1: “These great and sovereign United States of America shall be designed so that no one person, agency, or entity has absolute, unchecked power!”
Founding Father 2: “Aye-aye!”
Founding Father 3: “I mean… sure… except maybe the President? Can we throw that guy some sort of crumpet? He’s the one they’re going to try to assassinate and everything.”
Founding Fathers 1 & 2: “Seems fair.”

Ostensibly the idea behind the presidential pardon was to “balance justice with mercy,” and the FFs must have believed the potential benefits of this particular power outweighed the (fairly obvious) risks. In their collective retrospective defense, one can likely and safely assume they never dreamed their magical offense-erasing wand would be waved to absolve a crack-smoking, sex-addicted, status-abusing, tax-evading, influence-peddling, illegal gun-slinging SOP [son-of-a-president] who was stupid enough to painstakingly document his every dirty, depraved, criminal, crack-fueled deed.

Shit Hits Fan When Trump Takes Office – Larry Klayman  [VIDEO  49:10   By Greg Hunter

Join Greg Hunter as he goes One-on-One with renowned lawyer and government corruption fighter, Larry Klayman, founder of FreedomWatchUSA.org as he updates us on the Hunter Biden pardon, the panicked criminals on the Left and RINO’s that are planning to thwart Trump and America.

December 3, 2024  USAWatchdog.com Renowned Attorney Larry Klayman, founder of Judicial Watch and later Freedom Watch, is back with an update on the crime and violence cooking with the commie Dems, RINO’s and Deep State.  First, the crime coverup is the pardon of Hunter Biden that spans 10 years of alleged crime.  First Lady Jill Biden is elated about the pardon for son Hunter.  Klayman says, “The fact that Jill Biden is so happy about this is because she is one of the actors and conspirators in the bribery, which took place with regard to communist China, Ukraine and Russia.  She benefitted by it.  Who was the money launderer?  Her son, Hunter Biden.  She could have been indicted along with Hunter as well as brother James of the Biden crime family for the bribery and money laundering. . . . I think his brother James will get a pardon because he’s dead to rights with what has been uncovered.  I think more pardons are coming.  Joe Biden does not care at this point.  The guy has no legitimate reputation.”

Klayman predicted just about three weeks ago, “The communists, the atheists, the radicals and the Left . . . are going to get violent, and we better be prepared for that.”

What happened recently is there have been multiple death threats against Donald Trump’s cabinet picks.  Klayman says, “The same is true with Kash Patel.  The fact they want to take his head off means he is perceived to be a threat.  It’s the same thing in regard to Pete Hegseth.  It’s the same thing in regard to Tulsi Gabbard.  They don’t like these people because they cannot be controlled.  They don’t like Musk and, God forbid, I hope it does not happen, but I think the Left is going to try to kill Musk along with Trump again.  I have had death threats myself recently, and this is where we are.  You got to do what you got to do.  The Founding Fathers did not worry about it.  They did it under the Grace of God.  Divine Providence is what they talk about in the Declaration of Independence.”

This is just the opening act from the Left.   Klayman says “They are the disciples of Karl Marx, which are disciples of the devil. . . . As I predicted in our last podcast, the violence is just beginning once Trump takes office and starts implementing what he says he is going to do with regard to the border, the criminal justice system, with regard to the Middle East and many other things. . . .Trump just threatened Iran if the hostages are not released.  You are going to get all these radical terrorist sympathizers that will come out of the woodwork on that.  Already, Iran has sent hit squads to try to kill Trump.  This has not come to fruition yet . . .but once he becomes President, all hell is going to break loose.  You can bet that is going to happen. . . . Trump is up against a number of individuals in the House and in the Senate that will do whatever they can to block Trump.  So, whenever he actually takes executive action and pushes things through, excuse the French, the shit is going to hit the fan.  You are going to see them in the streets, as we saw in the last few weeks, with the reported attempts to kill the Trump nominees.  It’s there.”

There is more in the 49-minute interview.

Why Joe Biden’s PARDON of Hunter is NOT the end  [15:13]   Glenn Beck

Dec 2, 2024 – President Biden has issued a pardon for his son Hunter that covers any crimes committed over the past 10 years. That would include any possible fraudulent dealings with the Ukrainian energy company Burisma or the Chinese Communist Party. So, is Biden just trying to protect himself? Glenn breaks it all down and also explains how Donald Trump can still bring criminals to justice: Biden only pardoned Hunter and, by extension, himself. But anyone else who was involved in the Biden family’s shady business dealings is still fair game, especially if Trump’s pick for FBI Director, Kash Patel, declassifies everything …

Watch: Town Council Kicks Man Out of Meeting After He Waves American Flag   By C. Douglas Golden

December 3, 2024 at 6:53am – Well, you certainly can’t blame the fine folks on the city council of Edison, New Jersey, for lack of effort in trying to make the national news. If only that were a good thing.

In a viral video of comments made before the council, Edison resident Joel Bassoff, a lawyer, was kicked out of a meeting for using the U.S. Constitution and an American flag as “props” to make a point, according to MyCentralJersey.com.

Council President Nishith Patel threw him out of the meeting — which, not coincidentally, was in part to curb the use of “props” in remarks before the council.

Residents were none too pleased with the proposal.

“To consider the American flag and the Constitution a prop when someone raises it is an insult to what the flag is, what the flag stands for and what this country is,” Maryann Hennessey said in her remarks.

“For you to consider the use of the American flag a prop is disgusting.”

Of note, MyCentralJersey reported that the council of the Middlesex County town, a suburb of New York City, was looking to curb what it called “often-raucous meetings” of the council by reducing speaking time and eliminating props.

Bassoff, however, said in his remarks during the five-hour Nov. 25 meeting that “the council wants to slash the public’s speaking time because the comments often focus on a concern or complaint about wasteful spending, quality-of-life issues or a public safety issue the mayor and his administration have failed to address.

“Bassoff said he objected to the council’s attempt to ‘gag’ the public and tore up a copy of the ordinance and argued the U.S. Constitution gives the public the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances and every member of the council took an oath to uphold the Constitution.”

Council president Nishith Patelk then said that the prop was in violation of council rules and that he was forfeiting his time.

“He is in violation, he can be removed,” Patel said.

Bassoff had also held up an American flag, noting that by stopping residents from such displays, the council risked legal action.

“I’m holding up an American flag to represent the constitutional values,” he said.

“It’s my constitutional right to do this,” Bassoff continued. “If you get sued, you will lose. My suggestion to you is that you get a second opinion from competent counsel because you are wrong.”

As residents clapped, Patel instructed officers to have the man “removed.”

“I’m ready to sit here quietly, and I will not interfere with your decorum – so I have a right to be here,” Bassoff said.

Fox News reported the meeting was then put into a five-minute recess so that Bassoff could be ejected.

WATCH

The prop ordinance doesn’t specifically mention either the Constitution or the U.S. flag, but Patel said that “any props will be considered not conducive to good order and as the president, I am making that call.”

Bassoff wasn’t the only person unhappy with the council’s decisions.

“One woman said it was unfair that while council members can speak as long as they want, residents are limited in their time to speak,” MyCentralJersey reported.

“Resident Sue Malone-Barber said she’s upset with the council’s attempt to control the public, when the disruptions are only caused by some people coming to the meetings. She said the council meetings have become ‘a three-ring circus.’

“She said the council and mayor are ‘hellbent’ on controlling the public which is ‘ludicrous, rude and juvenile’ and will only make meetings worse.”

“Residents won’t forget how they were made to feel and how things were handled,” she said. “Flags, really a prop, you going to throw me out?”

Pretty much! As we’ve seen in meetings like this across the country, elected officials don’t want to be answerable to the public just so long as they get the votes necessary to retain their position. Anything more and they’d just rather not be bothered.

Are there cranks and curmudgeons who show up to these meetings? All the time! Welcome to America! I don’t know whether John Bassoff is one of them, although I do know that he seems to be making a relative amount of sense here by reminding the council citizens have the opportunity to “petition the Government for a redress of grievances,” as stated in the First Amendment.

Did anyone involved in throwing this guy out think they were making a good career or electoral move? Did they think that, in the digital age, this wasn’t going to be a viral thing? Well, now it is, with the Constitution video alone on the @EndWokeness X account garnering over 432,000 views in less than 24 hours after it was published on Monday.

And yes, Edison meetings have gotten weird in the past; as WKXW-FM reported after the November meeting that an Oct. 9 gathering saw “at least two men [who] wore Guy Fawkes or ‘Anonymous’ style face masks, while a third often wore a full wrestler’s mask.

“A fourth man was dressed as a giant cannabis bong, cradling a baby doll dressed in a similar costume.”

However, one resident reportedly said this was the doing of “a handful of disruptive individuals,” as per the station. So where they decided to really draw the line was … the lawyer with the Constitution and American flag “props.”

I’m sure this will end well for them.

We Have Been Blessed With An Opportunity   General Mike Flynn  @GenFlynn

A brief moment in time to guide the future of our nation.

December 2, 2024

“Our generation has produced few serious political leaders. That is our fault. We all own that.”

A harsh critic observed that We – Who grew up in the era of John F. Kennedy, have given way to a generation obsessed with finding the right school to raise our youth, paying off the mortgage, having two holidays a year and dinner parties. With sounding clever when slurping a glass of overpriced wine in a cheap restaurant.

It is said that we value consumption over sacrifice or service; feelings over substance; individual rights over responsibilities. That when we die, we will look back and realize we created nothing. Stood for nothing. Pushed back against nothing. Took no risk. That the institutions we joined and loved rotted from below while we walked on the sunny upper decks enjoying our temporary self-importance.

As a result of this need to climb the consumption ladder, we select leaders that make us feel good rather than those that can actually lead. Where are the leaders who take risks in difficult times, keeping in mind the betterment of their community over their concerns of reelection? For far too long our “leaders” have lacked the ability to inspire through confidence, courage and endurance, leaving us wanting and on a circular path of diminishing progress.

We carry on about “democracy” yet do nothing with it. We no longer find true fellowship and camaraderie within our churches, nor read the bible to our children. We obsess about insignificant issues such as social media and the appearance of perfection.

We gorge on sentimentality – sharing quotes of our founding fathers and others throughout history who left their imprints, while craving true words of wisdom and direction in these turbulent times. Yet, we are left with redundant messages of hope and change manufactured by speech writers.

As for the U.S. Government as a whole: I am not suited to what it has become. With the exception of a few, it is a cesspool of those who have made compromises for campaign financing and won on the basis of theatrics as opposed to merit, determination and moral strength.

My views are no longer relevant to an Army that seeks to be something other than what it needs to be. The mission of fighting and winning our nation’s wars has been overshadowed by a bureaucratic system that’s lost hope of just how precious a human life is and favors an unceasing wealth forging war machine.

I don’t know what the answer is to all this, or whether President Trump can turn the tides in four years. But what I do feel is that our generation is to blame. We haven’t fought hard enough, haven’t participated enough, haven’t done enough…and that applies to me as well.

The world is enamored by President Trump and the opportunity for a genuine leader to be placed into a position of epic power, as this has not happened in decades. He offers a vision of greatness built on hard work and endurance. Where success is only worth something because it isn’t guaranteed. He truly loves America, but he cannot restore American values on his own. As a free people, we must weigh in together alongside him and do our part.

We have been blessed with an opportunity. A brief moment in time to guide the future of our nation and we must seize this gift which has been given.

Our children must be taught how to think, not what to think. Our priorities need examination and renovation. This is the time to reinforce what it means to be the leader of the free world, and what we would risk to maintain this biblical position on the world’s stage.

Everything Leads Back to Ukraine 2014   CLANDESTINE

DEC 02, 2024 – In 2014, Obama’s CIA/State Dept destabilized Ukraine, took over via color revolution, installed a puppet regime, and turned Ukraine into an offshore playground for criminal racketeering and money laundering.

And they spent the last 10 years covering it up by any means necessary.

This is the reason the last 10 years have been so crazy. This is why they accused Trump of being a Russian asset and tried to prevent him from talking to Putin.

This is why they impeached Trump over a phone call to Ukraine.

This is why they are so desperate to arm, fund, and defend Ukraine.

This is why they are willing to start nuclear war over Ukraine.

All the insanity the Swamp have unleashed over the last decade, is because they are terrified that their crimes will be exposed. And their most heinous crimes, were carried out in the lawless war-ravaged land of Ukraine, with protection from their puppet government, and outside the scope of US oversight.

Everything leads back to Ukraine in 2014.

CNN Humiliates Joe Biden by Rolling the Tape on 7 Damaging Clips Regarding Hunter’s Pardon   [VIDEO  10:09]   By Michael Schwarz

December 2, 2024 – The establishment media gave up on President Joe Biden a long time ago.

Somehow, though, it remains surprising when establishment media figures hold the president accountable after spending years protecting him from meaningful scrutiny.

For instance, Monday on “CNN This Morning,” host Kasie Hunt showed seven different clips of Biden and White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre pledging that what happened on Sunday — namely, the president pardoning his son, Hunter Biden — would never happen.

“The Biden Justice Department has been politicized,” Hunt said at the beginning of the segment.

Then, whether or not she intended to do so, the host effectively vindicated President-elect Donald Trump.

“That’s the message this morning from, no, not just Donald Trump, but from President Joe Biden himself,” she added.

Hunt then noted that the president had given his son a “full and unconditional pardon” despite “repeatedly insisting in public that he wouldn’t do it.”

Hunter Biden, convicted on three felony gun charges in Delaware, faced up to 25 years in prison. The president’s son also pleaded guilty in a tax case.

The real news, however, involved the nature of the pardon, which covered any and all potential crimes dating to 2014. That date, of course, carries special significance in the shady career of Hunter Biden, for it marked the year in which the then-vice president’s son joined the board of the Ukrainian gas company Burisma Holdings.

Hunt called the president’s act “an extraordinarily sweeping pardon” that used “broad language, unlike any in recent history.”

The host then showed clips of the president and Jean-Pierre repeatedly denying that any such pardon would happen.

The earliest of these clips dated to July 2023, when Jean-Pierre answered “no” in response to a question about the possibility of Biden pardoning his son.

Two more similar clips of the press secretary followed before the president himself offered similar denials.

“Have you ruled out a pardon for your son?” David Muir of ABC News asked on June 6.

“Yes,” Biden replied.

Speaking to reporters one week later, the president again pledged to “abide by the jury decision” and “not pardon him.”

Jean-Pierre again affirmed that position on Aug. 15.

Finally, as recently as Nov. 7 — two days after Election Day — the press secretary repeated the president’s oft-stated intent.

“We’ve been asked that question multiple times. Our answer stands, which is ‘no,’” she said.

Readers may view the remarkable segment in the YouTube video below. The sequence of devastating clips began around the 1:55 mark.

More than five months have passed since the establishment media turned on the president following his catastrophic debate performance against Trump on June 27.

Then, it took less than a month for Democratic Party elites to jettison Biden and replace him with Vice President Kamala Harris atop the party’s presidential ticket.

Thus, it makes sense that the establishment in general now regards Biden as useful only for escalating pointless wars. Otherwise, outlets like CNN finally have license to tell the truth about the president’s dishonesty.

That kind of relationship, however, works both ways. After all, the jilted and embittered Biden no longer has any reason to show loyalty to his erstwhile establishment allies. If the optics of the pardon look bad for Democrats, why should the president care?

Moreover, Biden had at least one good reason to pardon his son when he did.

On Saturday, Trump nominated Kash Patel, an enemy of the deep state, to serve as FBI director.  If Biden did not already know that Trump was serious about cleaning out the corruption in Washington, D.C. this time, then the Patel nomination had to have made the president-elect’s intentions crystal clear.

In sum, it should come as no surprise that the establishment media told the truth about Biden’s dishonesty. Nor should it come as a surprise that Biden looked out for his family at the expense of his party.

The Deep State are Panicking About Ukraine   [VIDEO 1:07]   CLANDESTINE

DEC 02, 2024

⚠️FLASHBACK⚠️

Nov. 16, 2016, just two weeks after Trump was elected, Biden calls then Ukrainian President, Poroshenko.

Biden was extremely nervous about Trump becoming “sophisticated enough” to understand where the money was going in Ukraine.

Biden then threatened Poroshenko by saying that his “economic and physical security” depended on pushing the Privat Bank loan forward, confirming that Poroshenko was subservient to the Obama administration. Biden tasked Poroshenko with covering up these tracks, and preventing Trump from understanding where US taxpayer funds were ending up in Ukraine.

The Dems then lost their minds and impeached Trump, when he called Ukraine asking questions about this exact scheme. It had nothing to do with Trump’s crimes. It was about preventing Trump from looking into their crimes.

Hunter’s recent pardon, is also about covering up this exact scheme, hence why Joe began the pardon starting in 2014, exactly when Hunter began securing US funding in Ukraine.

The Deep State REALLY do not want Trump to find out about where the money is going in Ukraine. Why? Because they have something to hide, and it’s a lot more than just money laundering.

Joe Biden’s Next Set of Pardons Will Leave You Speechless  [1:04:15]     Grant Stinchfield

December 2, 2024 – Joe Biden’s pardon of his son Hunter is not surprising. Joe lying about not pardoning him is not surprising. I am not even angry about the pardon or the lies. What I am angry about are the crimes, the big crimes. Not the penny ante gun charge, not even the income tax evasion charges, what I am upset about is Joe Biden escaping any accountability for acting like a crime boss.

The blanket pardon of Hunter Biden is about protecting the Biden Crime Family from prosecution. Which is why I expect more pardons to come. In this podcast I lay out who’s next in line for Joe Biden pardons and why. The list will leave you steaming mad.

Also we lay out the path to confirmation for President Trumps FBI Director pick, Kash Patel. His confirmation will not be easy, but if Senate Republicans do their job he can be pushed through. This is a road map to how that happens.

The Bell Finally Tolls for the FBI    MATT TAIBBI

The reported nomination of Kash Patel means chickens are coming home to roost for the FBI, which needs to be destroyed as a political entity

DEC 02, 2024 – From CNN’s “Trump announces he intends to replace current FBI director with loyalist Kash Patel”:

Even among Trump loyalists, Patel is widely viewed as a controversial figure and relentless self-promoter whose value to the president-elect largely derives from a shared disdain for the so-called deep state… Patel rose to prominence within Trump’s orbit in 2018, when he served as an aide to Rep. Devin Nunes, the top Republican on the House Intelligence Committee… Patel played a key role in Nunes’ efforts to discredit the FBI’s Russia investigation into the Trump campaign, including a controversial classified memo that alleged FBI abuses of Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrants on Trump advisers.

What’s a “loyalist”? How many presidents nominate “disloyalists” to fill senior positions? Why do sites like Axios continue to complain that Donald Trump has picked “yet another hardline MAGA ally” to occupy a key spot? Who the hell else is he supposed to pick?

After everything that’s taken place, it’s unsafe for Trump to do anything but bonfire the whole FBI leadership structure, including probably the entire National Security and Counterintelligence Divisions, for starters. Control over the FBI is the critical test of how real any coming changes will be. In the last eight-plus years, the Bureau went beyond the excesses of the J. Edgar Hoover era, attempting to install itself as a KGB-like domestic intelligence service with gatekeeping power over everything from the White House to the speech landscape. Forget Trump: we are not safe unless its bureaucracy is fully dismantled.

As for CNN: for the network to shudder about what a “frightening” choice Patel is without mentioning its own role in his story ought to be a shock, but it’s sadly par for the course. Coverage of the “controversial classified memo” Patel helped author may be exhibit A in the case against the “dishonest fake news media,” a description CNN’s gesticulator-in-chief Jim Acosta denounced as “out of control” and part of Trump’s “assaults on the truth.” The network spent more than a year attacking this “Nunes memo,” through reports that were themselves frequently proven wrong, with a few venturing into the realm of outright hoaxes. Industry coverage of the episode collectively represents perhaps the most egregious still-unacknowledged error of the Trump years, a story botched in quantity. No one performed worse than Acosta’s CNN:

I defy anyone from CNN to defend its pile of misses on this subject, which collectively read not as journalism but free advertising for Democrats and the FBI. This episode was so shameful, it blurred the lines between the press and a corrupt federal police force. At minimum, the smug mass errors by stations like CNN were Trump’s best campaign ads. Anderson Cooper, can you defend it? Wolf Blitzer? Brian Stelter? Chris Cillizza, who wrote some of CNN’s copy on this? Anyone? Could even recently departed Chris Wallace justify unacknowledged “mistakes” on this scale? To recap:

Note on the FBI MATT TAIBBI

Kash Patel will be the focus of scrutiny now, but the Bureau needs to look in the mirror. How J. Edgar Hoover’s legacy was revived in the Trump years

DEC 02, 2024

When I heard Kash Patel had been tabbed by Donald Trump to run the FBI, I could already imagine the pushback and moved immediately to start the just-published article “The Bell Finally Tolls for the FBI” piece. The thought was that the role Patel played in preparing the “Nunes memo” was both the clearest example of media corruption from Trump’s first term and also the most easily demonstrated episode of FBI malfeasance. Since I had to spend an unnatural amount of time on the topic over the years (it even intersected with the Twitter Files and Hamilton 68) I quickly found myself in the weeds of the “memo” tale, when there’s a larger argument about why the FBI needs a major reorganization that someone needs to make amid what’s already an ugly fight about Patel’s nomination:

The transformation of the FBI back into a J. Edgar Hoover-style domestic spy service with sweeping political ambition has been a long-developing story, obscured by a political anomaly. In the first phase of this nightmare, between 2001 and 2016, the post-9/11 Bureau used the pretext of an enhanced counterintelligence mandate to throw off some mild restraints that had been placed on it the last time it had to be slapped down, i.e. after the Church Committee hearings in the 1970s. The second phase of its transformation took place after the election of Donald Trump, when the Bureau remade itself on the fly as a kind of government-in-exile, empowered by an outpouring of public and media support to view itself as a counterweight to the Trump government.

This dichotomy has probably helped prevent a full portrait of the FBI’s makeover from appearing. The more troubling aspects to phase one were mostly found in reports by a then-adversarial ACLU or in testimonials of agents and investigators who spoke out in places like Democracy Now! or the Southern Poverty Law Center, with examples being people like Colleen Rowley and Mike German. The post-Trump exposes of FBI excess meanwhile often appeared in places like Mollie Hemingway’s The Federalist or broadcasts by the likes of Tucker Carlson or even sites like The Conservative Treehouse, and the signature FBI whistleblowers of this period were agents like Steve FriendGarrett O’Boyle and Marcus Allen, testifying in front of Republican elected officials like Jim Jordan.

They were all really talking about the same subject, but their complaints were broadcast to different audiences at different stages of the Bureau’s evolution. With the exception of the audiences of people like podcaster and Provoked author Scott Horton, who kept eyes on the subject through both eras, few in the public saw the FBI story as one unbroken progression toward a fully politicized police force. I tried to do it here a little bit, making Racket home to multiple stories about the FBI’s transformation and interviewing current and former agents from both eras (Walter Kirn and I have also devoted a fair amount of time to FBI shenanigans on America This Week). Though I tried to present these stories in a way that had a chance of reaching those old Southern Poverty Law Center/ACLU audiences, I doubt they reached those ears, especially after the FBI denounced the Twitter Files as the work of “conspiracy theorists” whose “sole purpose” was “attempting to discredit the agency.”

Jewish resistance in Polish ghettos: A desperate cry for future generations   Dr. Alex Grobman

Ben Shapiro’s musical ‘We Will Rise’ on the Warsaw Ghetto and October 7th is set to open in Israel this week. A historian’s prelude, below, shows Jewish resistance in WWII in tragic perspective. Never again.  Op-ed.

Dec 1, 2024, 7:13 AM (GMT+2)  Israel National News – Before 1942, the Jewish underground in German-occupied Eastern Europe did not view armed resistance as an option according to historian Yisrael Gutman, who was a member of the Jewish Underground in the Warsaw ghetto and participated with the Jewish resistance in Auschwitz. The Nazis were viewed as a transitory evil. Until they were defeated, Jews in the Polish ghettos had to “play for time,” in order to maintain their community and ensure minimal harm.

The possibility of mass murder had not even occurred to the Polish Jews prior to or even during the initial stages of the German occupation. “It was not possible, therefore,“ Gutman concludes, “for the Jews to prepare themselves for actual events.” The systematic mass murder of the Jews began on June 22, 1941, when the Germans invaded the Soviet Union.

The absence of information and a thorough understanding of the German’s ultimate objectives were not the sole reason for the Jews “passivity and confusion,” Gutman adds. Some members of the Judenräte (the Jewish Councils), established by the Germans to execute their orders, subscribed to the belief that productive work in the ghettos would protect the Jews, or at least a majority of them, from deportation and extermination. They perceived this as the only possible option available to them. Not everyone agreed that the “work will save life” approach was a viable solution.

Armed Resistance

Armed resistance would not have helped them in their immediate need to survive, opines Bauer. He asserted that attacks against the German army would not have undermined the military. Instead, they would have provoked severe mass reprisals resulting in the murder of most, if not all of the Jewish residents, and confiscation of Jewish homes by the local population.

The Germans permitted the local inhabitants, who were either unmoved by the plight of the Jews, generally hostile, or expressed open animosity, to seize Jewish possessions.

This secured Polish collaboration in the murder of the Jews, encouraged them to thwart the survivors from escaping, and guaranteed that there would not be any remaining witnesses to expose the crimes that had been committed.

Emanuel Ringelblum , who founded the Oneg Shabbat Archive in the Warsaw Ghetto, described this enmity when he asked, If it was “inevitable” that while Jews were being transported to Treblinka and other extermination camps from all over the country, their last glimpse of the outside world should be to witness [the] “indifference or even joy on the faces of their neighbors?”

He wrote in the summer of 1942, “when carts packed with captive Jewish men, women and children moved through the streets of the capital, did there really need to be laughter from the wild mobs resounding from the other side of the ghetto walls, did there really have to prevail such blank indifference in the face of the greatest tragedy of all time?”

Since resistance would result in collective punishment, Abba Kovner, a young poet and a partisan commander in the Vilna Ghetto, asked whether by procuring and smuggling weapons to ghetto fighters they were “entitled to endanger the lives of the last few thousands of Jews in case arms were discovered in our possession.”

Kovner’s response to inevitable German retaliation, especially since Jews were “exposed to all kinds of betrayal,” was unequivocal: “With full consciousness of the responsibility we were undertaking, our reply was: Yes. We can. We must.”

Bauer explains that Jewish armed resistance in Poland and elsewhere depended on two factors: the availability of arms , and the aid of the local population, who were able and willing to support the underground fighters.

Neither prerequisites existed for the Jews Bauer notes. They could not retrieve weapons hidden by the Polish army after the Germans invaded Poland in September 1939. Very few Jews were officers, especially high ranking ones. Merely one general in fact. Only right wing officers knew where the arms were buried, and they did not share this information with the Jews.

Rebellions in the General gouvernement– Warsaw, Kraków, Radom and Lublin

As long as the Jews hoped they would survive, there were no rebellions in the ghettos Bauer said. “Only when all hope for survival was abandoned,” Gutman added, “ did armed resistance enjoy widespread support.” In other words, “Hopelessness was a prerequisite for resistance.”

In the Generalgouvernement there were about 5,000 fighters; 1,000 of whom fought in the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, which began on April 19, 1943; 1,000 in the Warsaw Polish insurrection which lasted from August to October 1944. In 1939, there were about 1.5 million Jews in the area, which meant a ratio of 0.33 of those who resisted—a negligible number at most.

There were three armed rebellions in the Generalgouvernement, in Warsaw, Czestochowa, and Tarnów. Attempted rebellions occurred in Kielce, Opatów, Pilica and Tomaszów Lubelski. There were 17 places where armed groups escaped to the forests.

The Warsaw Ghetto Uprising

The uprising, which began on April 19, 1943, on the eve of first night of Passover, to oppose the Nazis’ final effort to transport the remaining 55,000-60,000 Jews in the ghetto to extermination camps. By the middle of-May, 1943, the revolt had been quelled.

Most of the people remaining in the ghetto were workers and generally only one person was left from their entire family. They lived “in pain and isolation,” with no illusion that before long that they too would be deported, Gutman said. “Most of the population supports opposition…., “ Ringelblum wrote. “The public wants the enemy to pay heavily for life…. No longer will they allow themselves to be expelled by means of siege…”

The Establishment of the Jewish Fighting Organization

Faced with no alternative but to resist after major deportations had begun, Jews in the Warsaw ghetto created the Jewish Fighting Organization (Żydowska Organizacja Bojowa, ZOB), a Jewish self-defense organization on July 28, 1942.

Before an effective organization could be established, Gutman said “deep political divisions had to be overcome, and alliances had to be forged among Jewish fighting factions torn by deep ideological rifts. Zionists of the right and left, religious non-Zionists, socialists, Bundists, and Communists were at odds with each other, divided over what tactics and strategies to employ, when to strike, whom to trust, what contacts to make. Revisionist Zionists established their own fighting unit, with only marginal contacts, with the major resistance organization.”

Ultimately, Gutman said, a degree of solidarity was achieved among various political and ideological groups who had been unable to work together during the interwar period. “Still,” he lamented, “political and religious differences prevented a wall-to-wall coalition of Jewish factions. Even when faced with a Nazi enemy who did not distinguish among them, the Jews could not come together.”

The Germans Paid a Heavy Price

The Germans paid dearly in terms of loss of prestige, resources, and casualties Gutman said. Warsaw was the first uprising in any German-occupied city in Europe. The revolt tied down a considerable number of enemy forces for a longer period of time than did many other countries under German control.

The rebellion demonstrated that even a limited number of people, with a minimal quantity of arms, could exact considerable damage to the Germans, who were forced to fight in an urban setting. They had not anticipated the Jewish resistance, which is why they were surprised by the intensity of Jewish opposition .

A rebellion of this nature does not offer any immediate relief from suffering or provide any optimism for the future. The leaders of the revolt refused every possibility for rescue and survival.

The Most Significant Rebellion —”A Desperate Cry For Future Generations”

Bauer asserts that the rebellion was unique in “that it had no pragmatic goal. The military effect of such an uprising was obviously minimal. It was basically a rebellion of people who had been condemned to die, in order to mark their presence in history. It was a matter of revenge, it was a matter of Jewish honor, it was a matter of a simple statement of opposition to the policy of the Nazis, and the only way that the world would understand. If people had not rebelled, then the whole destruction of the Jewish people would have passed by, so to speak, without any kind of reaction; the rebellion made a statement.”

Not All Pardons Are Alike   ATTORNEY BOBBIE ANNE COX

DEC 01, 2024

Well, well, well. Very interesting happening today. Half the country right now is likely saying, “I knew it!” because the news of the day is that Joe Biden has pardoned his son, Hunter! That’s right folks. A Presidential pardon for Hunter Biden, with just a few weeks left in Biden’s miserable term. If you’re like most Americans, this news will shock you for a moment, but then will probably be followed by a surge of anger, because Americans are big on accountability (especially after the past four years that we’ve suffered through). So many of us are upset that Hunter Biden is being pardoned, while J6’ers are still rotting in prison. I understand the frustration, but there’s also some confusion about this pardon that I’d like to clear up. For example, you have the unreliable New York Times declaring that Biden gave his son a “Full and Unconditional Pardon.” They are mimicking some of the language in the pardon, but they don’t know what they are saying (not surprisingly). They’re calling it a full and unconditional pardon, however, that’s not exactly true. You see, not all pardons are alike, and the one that Hunter Biden just got, though broad, is not all encompassing. I explain.

The powers of the President of the United States are laid out in Article II of our US Constitution. That’s where you would go to look and see what exactly a President can do, how long their term is, how they get elected, how they can get removed, etc. Joe Biden issued a pardon to his son pursuant to Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of our US Constitution. It reads as follows:

Hunter’s Pardon is About Ukraine!   CLANDESTINE

DEC 01, 2024

⚠️HOLY SHIT⚠️

Joe Pardoned Hunter for all crimes he might be involved in starting on Jan 1, 2014.

Why did he pick that date?

Because 2014 is when the CIA/State Dept took over Ukraine. 2014 is when Hunter’s biolab company, Metabiota, began looking for coronaviruses in Ukraine.

Joe is not just covering the drug and gun possession charges. Joe is running cover for all of Hunter’s criminality in Ukraine, which is really Joe’s criminality in Ukraine.

This is not just a pardon for Hunter. This is a pardon for JOE!

Obama’s Middle East Destabilization   JEFF CARLSON & HANS MAHNCKE

Part 4 of our series on how Barack Obama undermined U.S. democracy

DEC 01, 2024 – We’ve long maintained that the Biden Administration is little more than an extension of the Obama administration – in effect, the manifestation of Obama’s third term as president (or fourth depending how one counts). And one of the more obvious examples of this lies in the Biden Administration’s approach to Iran.

Many are aware of the unconscionable actions from Biden’s State Department in late 2023 – which issued waivers allowing Iran to receive $6 billion in frozen funds that had been held by South Korean banks. Under the plan, the Biden administration and Iran agreed to a prisoner swap – trading Iranian nationals convicted of illegally exporting controlled technology to Iran for five American citizens wrongfully imprisoned by the Iranian regime.

The pivotable part of Biden’s Iran deal provided for U.S. waivers to South Korea – enabling the transfer of $6 billion in funds that had been frozen by the U.S. under Trump. The funds, which originated from oil purchases, were transferred to an account overseen by Qatar.

Biden’s State Department went to great lengths to assure us that there would be significant restrictions on the use of funds, which would ostensibly be limited to food, medicine, and medical equipment. We were also assured that Washington would have “full visibility” over the Iranian’s use of the funds.

Of course, this is a laughable position to take – for a variety of reasons. Qatar is not only a long-time promoter of radical Islamic groups, it is the long-standing home to the political leadership of Hamas. Qatar serves as the primary financial hub for most Islamic terrorist networks, and is sympathetic and supportive of Iran.

Biden’s choice of Qatar as the supposed “overseer of the funds” was extremely telling. If they wanted to, Qatar could have simply kept the escrowed funds and paid Iran out of another account. But there’s a more direct issue as well. Cash, unlike specific goods, is fungible. Even if Iran was to use the $6 billion as designated, these new funds from Biden freed up other funds that would have been spent on the same items.

The reality of Biden’s plan was to effectively increase Iran’s budget by $6 billion. A huge amount relative to the size of their economy. $6 billion that had been allocated elsewhere within their budget was just freed up for Iran’s ongoing funding of terrorist activities. And Iran made no secret of their intent. Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi said that his government would decide how it will spend the $6 billion in previously frozen funds, telling NBC News’ Lester Holt that the money will be spent “wherever we need it.”

The Biden administration knew full well that any funds transferred to Iran would be used in their ongoing sponsorship of terrorism. In the initial aftermath of Hamas’s attacks on Israel, Biden’s Secretary of State Antony Blinken effectively admitted on Meet the Press that they knew in advance what Iran would do with the newly-released funds, stating that “Iran has unfortunately always used and focused its funds on supporting terrorism”.

But the situation was actually even worse than it appeared on the surface. The United States had also facilitated another, earlier waiver, this time involving Iraq, that effectively freed up $10 billion, in addition to the more recent $6 billion.

Iraq announced in July 2023 that it would repay billions of dollars in natural gas debts owed to Iran using Iraqi oil instead of cash – a move that was a violation of U.S. sanctions absent authorization and waivers from Washington.

That transaction didn’t happen in a vacuum. It followed weeks of reporting related to a U.S. offer to free up cash for Iran so long as Tehran agreed that it wouldn’t produce weapons-grade uranium.

There’s also another, less-reported path that was allowing Iran to bring in huge amounts of cash: the export of oil to China. Despite ongoing sanctions, China has been a huge buyer of oil from Iran with the Biden administration willfully looking the other way. In total, Iran has been exporting as much as 2 million barrels per day – all allowed by the U.S. government.

This intentional funding of Iran by the Biden regime – an almost inexplicable willingness to capitulate to an outright sponsor of terror at every opportunity – only makes sense when it’s viewed as a continuation of Obama’s approach to Iran.

An approach that was highlighted during the concessions Obama orchestrated throughout the Iranian Nuclear Deal saga. A deal so favorable to Iran that the former president of Iran claimed that “The most important job of our foreign minister is first to stand behind the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action” – or JCPOA as the Iran Nuclear Deal was formally known.

When Obama decided to assume personal leadership of the Iran nuclear negotiations, the Iranian economy was straining under a decades old series of economic sanctions. Rather than support Congressional wishes to further tighten sanctions, thereby maintaining financial pressure on the ruling Mullahs, Obama chose to loosen economic restrictions as a prelude to his negotiations.

The Iranian economy began growing again in 2014 – and so did Iran’s negotiating power. Obama signed a deal with Iran that allowed the Iranians to hide much of their nuclear activities, lacked any real semblance of enforcement or penalty, ended all economic sanctions, ended embargoes on ballistic missiles and, perhaps most importantly, began to expire in ten years.

Obama himself admitted that Iran would have full nuclear capability almost immediately after the deal expired. In exchange for this most favorable of agreements, we gave the Iranians access to more than $120 billion in funds held abroad and plane’s loaded with pallets of cash. And just like Biden, Obama orchestrated the release of seven Iranian men as part of the deal.

At the time of the deal, Obama characterized them as “civilians, businessmen, awaiting trial for mere sanctions-related offenses and violations of the trade embargo”. In reality, these men stood accused by the DOJ as posing a National Security threat.

It’s worth reiterating that Obama effectively gave away our negotiating strength before real discussions even began.

When Obama decided to get personally involved in Iran, the country was buckling under the pressure of sanctions from international sanctions. Iran’s GDP shrank by 9% between March 2012 and March 2014 and was later estimated to be 15-20 percent smaller than it would have been without the sanctions.

The U.S. Treasury stated that sanctions cost Iran $160 billion between 2012-2015. More than $120 billion of Iranian reserves held in banks abroad were inaccessible. As a result, Iran’s currency, the rial, utterly collapsed.

In the first ten months of 2012, the Iranian currency lost more than 80% of its exchange value. In a single day, on October 1, 2012, it dropped by 15%. The collapse of the rial caused inflation to spike from an already uncomfortable 20.6% in 2011 to 27.4% in 2012. Inflation in Iran would peak at 39.3% in 2013. Iran was under enormous economic pressure.

But things began to change for Iran when Hassan Rouhani, a former nuclear negotiator, was elected president of Iran in 2013. Three days after his inauguration, Rouhani called for the resumption of negotiations with China, France, Germany, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States on Iran’s nuclear program.

On September 27, 2013, Obama personally called Rouhani – marking the highest level contact between the U.S. and Iran since 1979. Talks began in October 2013 in Geneva. On November 23rd, Obama announced the first round of sanction relief for Iran. Congress, meanwhile, had been pushing for further tightening of sanctions in front of negotiations.

Obama’s sanction relief was significant. It included $3 billion in cash, plus another $16-17 billion in gold, petrochemical and automotive sanction relief. A $20 billion package that gave a staggering 25 percent boost to Iran’s total foreign exchange reserves.

The announcement by Obama translated to a flood of Trade Delegations visiting Iran – including ten delegations just in the first two weeks of January 2014. Iran’s economy began to recover almost immediately. Iran’s GDP grew 3% in 2014. Inflation fell from 39% to 17%.

As the Iranian economy began growing, so did Iran’s negotiating power. On July 14, 2015, the United States, along with Russia, China, the United Kingdom, France and Germany reached an agreement with Iran. The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action lifted all economic sanctions and allowed Iran to access $120 billion in reserves held in banks abroad.

The JCPOA also contained a fatal flaw – Sunset Clauses: The sunset clauses allowed for critical nuclear, arms, and ballistic missile restrictions to disappear over a five- to 15-year period. All Tehran had to do was simply abide by the agreement to emerge as a threshold nuclear power with an industrial-size enrichment program.

That same agreement would also allow Iran to begin spreading weapons throughout the middle east. Because of the Sunset Clauses inserted by Obama, the international arms embargo imposed on Iran expired on October 18, 2020.

This meant that the supply, sale, or transfer of “any battle tanks, armored combat vehicles, large caliber artillery systems, combat aircraft, attack helicopters, warships, missiles, or missile systems to Iran would no longer require U.N. Security Council approval.” U.N. member-states would also no longer be obligated to prevent the supply, sale, or transfer of arms or related material from Iran.

As predicted in a 2019 report, “the expiration of this arms embargo would have immediate destabilizing consequences for Yemen, Bahrain, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, and Israel. Terror organizations like the Islamic Revolutionary Guard, Hezbollah, and Hamas would become the likely beneficiaries of this sunset provision.” We now know with certainty that this prediction was entirely valid.

There was another major problem with the agreement as well. The JCPOA’s Key Requirements stated that for eight years ballistic missile restrictions would remain in place. This assertion was repeatedly put forth by the Obama Administration. But Obama had quietly made several notable changes to the language on ballistic missiles.

Buried deep within the JCPOA, on page 99 in Annex B, item 3 resides the actual language: “Iran is called upon not to undertake any activity related to ballistic missiles designed to be capable of delivering nuclear weapons, including launches using such ballistic missile technology.”

Called upon. Designed to be capable. These were incredibly crucial differences versus the original language contained within the earlier UN Resolution, which stated that “Iran shall not undertake any activity related to ballistic missiles capable of delivering nuclear weapons, including launches using ballistic missile technology.” Those changes were not made by accident.

Iran began building missile complexes in Syria and Lebanon. On August 15, 2017, The Times of Israel reported Iran’s construction of a missile production facility in Syria near the coastal city of Baniyas, north of Tartus.

Then, on August 22, 2017, Iran’s atomic chief shocked the International Community by stating that Iran needed only five days to ramp its uranium enrichment back up to 20 percent – the level at which the uranium could quickly be further enriched for use in a nuclear weapon.

Obama’s Iranian Nuclear Deal was less than toothless. It effectively solved all of Iran’s problems. Iran, by their own admission, managed to retain full capability to resume 20 percent uranium enrichment almost instantaneously.

The JCPOA preserved Iran’s nuclear capability. It was not materially reversed, merely suspended. International pressure abated. The Iranian economy immediately rebounded with the lifting of sanctions and foreign investment flooded back in.

The JCPOA materially also loosened restrictions on Iran’s ballistic missile advancement, and as a result, Iran’s ballistic missile program is far more advanced today. And finally, Iran was allowed access to over $120 billion in cash.

At the time of JCPOA, the New York Times summed up the situation perfectly: The Obama administration “described an Iranian capability that had been neutralized; the Iranians described a nuclear capability that had been preserved.”

Iran negotiated with a willing counterpart in the Obama Administration and emerged with its Nuclear Program slowed – but essentially intact. In return, Iran was given access to a huge pool of overseas cash and a flood of foreign investment. Iran could rebuild its economy and resume its nuclear program. It could also begin to spread armaments and terror throughout the middle east.

The horror we witnessed in Israel and the resulting spread of war, destabilization and conflict throughout the Middle East falls not only at the feet of Biden but with the originator of all of this. Barack Hussein Obama.

What Will It Take to Stop the Avalanche of Jew Hate? | Caroline Glick In-Focus   [53:15]

December 1, 2024  JNS TV – Not a day passes without another incident in the global war against the Jewish people.

Not only is antisemitism in vogue on college campuses and in think tanks, but even in the highest echelons of government.

In this episode of “In-Focus,” JNS senior contributing editor Caroline Glick draws a picture of where things are headed if the good people of the world, specifically Jews, don’t stand up quickly.

Saving America: Part Six (End DeBanking)  TIERNEY’S REAL NEWS

DEC 01, 2024

This is Part 6 of my series on Saving America. It’s about how the NWO-controlled Obama-Biden-Harris Administration has been quietly debanking and deplatforming many people simply because they post things they disagree with, buy crypto or want to use AI for good. This is a whole side of the election equation that nobody in the media has really talked about in-depth until now – except me.

As I suggested in Part One of my series last August – this is the reason many Big Tech leaders (Team of Rivals) have decided to join with Trump to fight the NWO puppet masters.

Mark Andreessen was the co-creator of Mosaic, the first widely used web browser, the co-founder of Netscape and the co-founder of the Silicon Valley venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz. He is one of the most outspoken voices on the future of technology, including his most recent article, Why AI Will Save the World.

Andreessen gave a 3-hour interview to Joe Rogan and covered many topics. I transcribed and pulled out his most important points (30 minutes read time) about what has REALLY BEEN GOING ON behind the scenes the last 4 years. THIS IS REALLY WORTH YOUR TIME.

In order to understand that – Andreessen started by giving us a simple explanation of what Artificial Intelligence (AI) really is. What is AI in layman’s terms?

ANDREESSEN: The internet itself incorporates television and radio and books and essays and every other form of media. [It is basically a compilation of all human thought and activity.]

AI is basically the next step in the internet – the internet provides the content for AI and then AI would manipulate that content however you want.

[Remember that last sentence. Humans create AI to manipulate content. AI does not manipulate content by itself – it is NOT some sentient being. There are many people out there who want to convince you that’s not true. They want you to think that AI is the next evolution of humanity and has a mind of it’s own.]

AI is simply converting the content of the internet into something that’s interpretable by, and usable by, machine. You don’t need to rewrite the content of the internet to make it interpretable by a machine – the machine can compute the meaning if you give it instructions.

Basically, AI is doing a sophisticated form of search. You can ask the same question multiple times or you can ask slightly different order of questions and AI will search down different paths to give you different answers to different questions.

Who gets to tell you what AI can and can’t do? That’s the big question.

You can tell AI to produce tension between users or become hostile toward each other or not trust each other. It can do that. You can steer it and teach it to lie about another. Or you can steer it to be honest and create unity. Whoever programs the AI controls the outcome. The underlying data is all the same.

You can even steer AI to be sentimental and emotional and hallucinate. Meaning, to come up with things that are totally not true but sound true.

Suppose you had AI in the 1600s and Galileo came up for trial. If you asked AI, is Galileo right? Does the earth revolve around the sun? What would AI answer as it works today? AI would have answered NO back then because ALL human thought up to that point believed that he was wrong. The data that AI drew from was collective human thought and it was ALL WRONG.

AI also draws from collective human thought today and whoever controls that input and the manipulation of that input – would also control the output.

The future of AI is impossible to forecast. The wild west is still out there. People got the internet wrong too. [As I said in Part One – BlackRock originally thought that AI would be lower functioning so they BET ON CHINA TO WIN the AI race – and against Trump. They were wrong. That’s why they are backtracking.]

When Trump got shot, that was the inflection point – the moment where the world could have headed in two totally different directions. It could have gone horrifically badly for the entire world if he had died – a totalitarian dystopian nightmare. A bad place. A crazy world.

Trump survived and now we have the real potential here for a new Golden Age.

The way the Trump administration is going to approach the economy, they want less regulation. They want tariffs and less regulation. And they want more reliance on U.S. energy. They want to drill more, more natural gas, more fracking, more drilling for oil, and then allow companies to work without regulations inhibiting their performance. This will boost the economy. You’ll have more productivity. You will have more American manufacturing.

Trump knows that we need faster growth. Because if you grow faster, then your economy can catch up to the debt, and you can pay down the debt as you grow. And so they want to go for a higher rate of growth.

The other thing that Trump wants is for America to win. America has to win in business and in technology and in industry, globally. US companies should be the ones that win these broad, global markets and set the global standard. How can anybody be against that? I happen to think that makes a lot of sense.

By the way, if you are in favor of a high level of social support, if you want there to be lots of welfare programs and food assistance programs, I would argue you also want that because it’s the growth that will pay for all the social programs. That’s how you square the circle. That’s how you actually have your cake and eat it too. Set up all the programs you want, all the safety nets you want. As long as it’s easy to pay for because you’re growing so fast, then everybody wins.

This was one of the big fears that people had about letting illegal immigrants into the country and moving them to swing states, which clearly happened, and also giving them a bunch of benefits, which clearly happened. Money, food stamps, housing, all that happened. Stuff that wasn’t available to veterans, stuff that wasn’t available to homeless people, wasn’t available to the very poor of this country. All of a sudden people who came here illegally got those things.

Look, if I was living in a third world country with a family and I knew that I could come to America and I could get a job, an actual job and make money and my family’s going to definitely eat, I’ll vote for whoever the fuck you want me to vote for. I don’t care. My life is infinitely better than it was in this totalitarian shithole that I was in until I walked here. I’ll do whatever you want. I just want my family to survive and I think everything’s going to… It’s so much better than where I was if I’m in some war torn part of the world.

Democrats gave me an EBT card and I’m staying at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York City and I get a flight somewhere else if I want to go there Oh, this is wonderful, right?

So that’s how it starts and there is a lot of that going on but I will say what’s one of the things that’s interesting is it doesn’t necessarily stick that way. And the sort of evidence for that is the sort of dramatic ramp up in the Hispanic vote for Trump. They get it.

Well, Hispanic people generally are very hard workers. So I’ll just tell you a quick story on this. So after the night after the 2016 election, literally everybody I knew was just completely traumatized. We were all just completely freaked out. Everybody was shocked. You were freaked out too? Yeah all just like completely freaked out. Everybody was shocked. You were freaked out too?

The Three Amigos of Government Demolition – Trump 47 Style    CAPT. SETH KESHEL

Topic: Perspective

DEC 01, 2024

recently outlined some of my favorite picks for President Trump’s administration, and in doing so, did what I could to try and manage the extremely lofty expectations of many who may not be considering that any selection requiring Senate confirmation needs 51 votes to get through the process. Unfortunately, we must deal with political and bureaucratic realities when it comes to navigating this chapter of seeking to undo decades of ignorance, neglect, and political malpractice.

Pete Hegseth for Secretary of Defense and Tulsi Gabbard for Director of National Intelligence are two of the picks I focused on, and I believe both are excellent picks in line with Trump’s agenda who also stand as a confirmation that Trump does indeed remember his pledge to do things differently. Skeptics will point out the selection of career politicians for certain posts, or perhaps even under-qualified or seemingly poor choices for positions like Surgeon General, but I remain convinced that some positions are of greater use to the Trump 47 administration than others are. To use a sports analogy, this would be like keeping a sub-par punter on the roster when your game plan is to go for every fourth down you face all season long.

Last night, President Trump announced his intent to have Kash Patel serve as director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Current Director Chris Wray will need to step down from that position or be shit-canned by Trump as soon as he takes office, but either way, Wray is near the end of the line, and that is long overdue. Patel will need to be confirmed by the Senate, and I expect any day now we will find strategically planted media outlining specifically how “Republican” Senators Lisa Murkowski and/or Susan Collins are offended by the selection, and while they have no issue confirming radical left-wing Biden judges at the eleventh hour, the easily offended people they represent simply will not allow for them to confirm someone who appears solely focused on going on offense against the thieving, corrupt bureaucrats that have brought America to the brink of extinction (sarcasm intended).

My article today summarizes precisely why I’m so frustrated with people who do nothing but find things to be upset about, when the most important tenets of the Trump agenda are brilliantly staffed and planned for. You have Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., leading the charge to reduce the land=whale population and rid us of dependency on vaccines and big pharma, Tom Homan in a position that doesn’t require Senate confirmation leading the world’s biggest catapult manufacturing rush because he can’t wait to start un-assing squatters from America, and other high-quality picks for positions you didn’t think we had. Sure, there are some B and C choices in the Cabinet – but you must decide how many months out of a 48-month presidency you want Trump to spend trying to get his team in place and work from there.

Intelligence (not the type between your ears, but the military and/or strategic type) is a topic I’ve always found fascinating. Many who read this column are probably on heightened alert when they hear the term intelbecause they’ve been conditioned to believe that all intelligence professionals are deep staters who spy on the public and report back to their masters who must control them through coercion or blackmail; however, military intelligence has been a thing since men first threw sticks and stones at one another in anger. Wars and conflicts are won or lost based upon the quality of the intelligence by which mission plans are created, and all three of Hegseth, Gabbard, and Patel, if confirmed, will be deeply immersed within the intelligence picture and play a key role in crafting it for good, and turning it away from being weaponized against American citizens. Most specifically, two of these choices (Gabbard and Patel) will play a key role in shaking things up in such a way that Americans will be able to spend much less time worrying about domestic spying, surveillance, and foul play than they do today.

These are the key roles I expect each to play in their new positions with regard to what Americans need most:

Charging Netanyahu with War Crimes Shows the ICC Is Illegitimate and Not Fit for Purpose   by Con Coughlin
December 1, 2024 at 5:00 am

  • [T]he International Criminal Court (ICC)… should be defunded, dismantled, or both.
  • [By] law, the ICC is precluded from prosecuting any country that already has a valid judiciary system. This stipulation is the based on the treaty upon which the ICC was founded.
  • Another option that should be considered is for the incoming Trump administration’s new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), to establish whether maintaining US funding for bodies such as the United Nations and its affiliates, the ICC and ICJ, all of which display a strong anti-Israeli bias, is in Washington’s best interests. Certainly, without the lavish funding these bodies receive from Western governments, their ability to pursue their own twisted agenda will at least be severely curtailed.

The decision by the International Criminal Court (ICC) to issue arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defence Minister Yoav Gallant on unsubstantiated war crimes charges, shows that the body is unfit for purpose, and should be defunded, dismantled, or both.

First, by law, the ICC is precluded from prosecuting any country that already has a valid judiciary system. This stipulation is the based on the treaty upon which the ICC was founded.

US defence attorney Alan Dershowitz is assembling a “legal dream team” to contest the charges. He emphasized that it would base its argument on the ICC’s lack of jurisdiction.

How Pam Bondi Can Atone for the Framing of George Zimmerman   by JACK CASHILL

As a first step to atonement, she can apologize.

November 29, 2024   The American Spectator

I am sure Trump’s attorney general pick Pam Bondi has many a career highlight, but one of them was not her role in the framing of George Zimmerman for the 2012 shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

I use the word “framing” with precision. I know the case as well as anyone other than Zimmerman and his attorneys. I wrote the definitive book on the subject, If I Had a Son, and consulted extensively with Joel Gilbert on his brilliantly researched film and companion book, The Trayvon Hoax. Over the years, I have become good friends with George and see him often. I have witnessed up close the toll the injustice he suffered has taken on his life.

There is no doubt that Zimmerman, 28 years old at the time, shot and killed the 17-year-old Martin. But there is also no doubt that Zimmerman was framed for Martin’s murder. He should never have been arrested, and should never have had to stand trial. He was saved from a life in prison by a six-woman jury too naive to anticipate the public shaming that awaited them when they voted to acquit.

Within weeks of the Feb. 26, 2012, shooting it was clear to anyone paying attention — shout out here to Sundance and the “Treepers” at the Conservative Tree House — that Zimmerman was the victim of a vicious, unprovoked assault by an aspiring MMA fighter nearly half-a-foot taller. Had Zimmerman not shot Martin he very likely would have been beaten to death.

On March 23, 2012, then-President Barack Obama yielded to the pressure from a leftist mob hopped up on four weeks of disinformation and addressed the shooting. By this time, the White House had access to all of the information the Sanford Police Department did. The courageous step for Obama would have been to defend the Sanford Police and to demand an end to the media lynching of Zimmerman — a Hispanic Obama supporter and civil rights activist.

As an African-American, Obama had more latitude to speak out than a white politician would have. He chose not to. Concluded Obama after some meaningless temporizing: “But my main message is to the parents of Trayvon — If I had a son, he would look like Trayvon.”

The State of Florida’s Republican leadership showed no more courage than Obama. After consulting with then-Attorney General Bondi, Gov. Rick Scott appointed Angela Corey as special prosecutor and washed his hands of the mess on his doorstep.

A week after Obama threw in with Martin’s family, Bondi did as well. She called his negligent parents “amazing people” and described the family attorneys as “friends of mine.” Ever judicious, Bondi added, “You never want to make an arrest too soon. We need justice, but you never want to make an arrest without having all the answers.” That said, she too backed away from the case — well, almost backed away.

Those “friends of mine,” most notably Martin attorney Benjamin Crump, were in the process of making Bondi’s life more difficult. Crump was badgering “Diamond,” the girl who was on the phone with Martin in the moments before his death, to tell the state attorneys a story Crump had concocted. ABC’s Matt Gutman might as well have been Crump’s press agent,  headlining his article, “Trayvon Martin’s Last Phone Call Triggers Demand for Arrest Right Now.”

On April 2, 2012, State Attorney Bernie de la Rionda showed up in Miami expecting to depose Martin’s girlfriend, but the 16-year-old Diamond refused to perjure herself. The girl de la Rionda met instead was the 19-year-old, mentally challenged, morbidly obese Rachel Jeantel. Crump and Martin’s mother, Sybrina Fulton, insisted that Jeantel was Martin’s girlfriend, the “phone witness” who would testify that it was Zimmerman who provoked Martin. This interview led promptly to Zimmerman’s arrest.

Fearful of backlash from the Left, the state attorneys allowed the charade to proceed. For months, they did their best to hide Jeantel not only from the public but also from Zimmerman’s attorneys. Sensing something amiss, the defense attorneys asked to depose Crump. After a judge ruled against them, they appealed. In April 2013, Bondi put her thumb on the scale of justice and left fingerprints. She wrote a 41-page document arguing against the defense team’s request. Their request was denied.

The case proceeded to trial. In June 2013, Jeantel took the stand and tried to relate the story that Crump had fed her. For those who cared to see, her testimony confirmed what a sham the whole proceeding had been, but few bothered looking. The media had convinced them to reject the evidence of their eyes and ears.

When Zimmerman was acquitted in July, the left erupted in outrage. Said Crump, “Trayvon Martin will forever remain in the annals of history next to Medgar Evers and Emmett Till, as symbols for the fight for equal justice for all.” Al Sharpton called the verdict an “atrocity.” In sympathy, three Marxist females coined the phrase “black lives matter.”

The useful idiots in the entertainment world joined the mindless rush to pile on. In Ireland, Bruce Springsteen sang a song in Trayvon’s honor. Justin Timberlake dedicated a song to Trayvon in Yankee Stadium. Stevie Wonder promised to boycott Florida unless the state repealed its Stand Your Ground law, which had nothing to do with the trial. Beyoncé sang “I will always love you” to Trayvon in Nashville then joined billionaire multimedia mogul Jay-Z for a vigil in New York.

Although legally and rightfully cleared of a crime, Zimmerman has ever since been forced to live in the shadows. In 2015, he survived an assassination attempt by inches. In 2018, Jay-Z inserted a fatwa of sorts into a rap song, “I got your president tweeting / I won’t even met with him / Y’all killed X and let Zimmerman live / Streets is done.” For George, death threats are still routine. He cannot use his own name to apply to school or look for a job.

Cowed into silence, the establishment right has done nothing to set the record straight. Angela Corey called Zimmerman a “murderer” after he was acquitted. If Bondi said anything about the verdict, I have not seen it.

As Bondi proceeds to confirmation, the Democrats will leave this story alone. A verdict prompted by the most flagrant judicial fraud in anyone’s memory led directly to the formation of BLM. Twelve years of leftist history would have to be rewritten if the truth were known.

The burden to reveal the truth falls to Pam Bondi. As a first step to atonement, she can apologize to George Zimmerman. As a second step, once confirmed as attorney general, she can address a federal case that remains unaddressed, let alone unresolved — the shooting death of Ashli Babbitt. If she promises to do both, she’s got my vote.

Jack Cashill’s latest book, Ashli: The Untold Story of the Women of January 6 is available in all formats.
