The White House just released “LAB LEAK: The True Origins of COVID.” It appears that the Trump administration wants to tell us what the demons behind COVID really did. This looks like the first step, and I’m all for it.

THE ORIGIN
“The Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2” publication — which was used repeatedly by public health officials and the media to discredit the lab leak theory — was prompted by Dr. Fauci to push the preferred narrative that COVID-19 originated naturally.
1. The virus possesses a biological characteristic that is not found in nature.
2. Data shows that all COVID-19 cases stem from a single introduction into humans. This runs contrary to previous pandemics where there were multiple spillover events.
3. Wuhan is home to China’s foremost SARS research lab, which has a history of conducting gain-of-function research (gene altering and organism supercharging) at inadequate biosafety levels.
4. Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) researchers were sick with COVID-like symptoms in the fall of 2019, months before COVID-19 was discovered at the wet market.
5. By nearly all measures of science, if there was evidence of a natural origin it would have already surfaced. But it hasn’t.
PROXIMAL ORIGIN PUBLICATION:

GAIN-OF-FUNCTION RESEARCH:
A lab-related incident involving gain-of-function research is the most likely the origin of COVID-19. Current government mechanisms for overseeing this dangerous gain-of-function research are incomplete, severely convoluted, and lack global applicability.
ECOHEALTH ALLIANCE INC. (ECOHEALTH):
EcoHealth — under the leadership of Dr. Peter Daszak — used U.S. taxpayer dollars to facilitate dangerous gain-of-function research in Wuhan, China. After the Select Subcommittee released evidence of EcoHealth violating the terms of its National Institutes of Health (NIH) grant, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) commenced official debarment proceedings and suspended all funding to EcoHealth.
New evidence also shows that the Department of Justice (DOJ) has opened an investigation into EcoHealth’s pandemic-era activities.
NIH FAILURES:
NIH’s procedures for funding and overseeing potentially dangerous research are deficient, unreliable, and pose a serious threat to both public health and national security. Further, NIH fostered an environment that promoted evading federal record keeping laws — as seen through the actions of Dr. David Morens and “FOIA Lady” Marge Moore.
Fauci’s pardon goes all the way back to 2014 when COVID bioweapon research was moved to the Wuhan lab from America – to avoid scrutiny.
HHS OBSTRUCTION:
The Biden Administration’s HHS engaged in a multi-year campaign of delay, confusion, and non-responsiveness in an attempt to obstruct the Select Subcommittee’s investigation and hide evidence that could incriminate or embarrass senior public health officials. It appears that HHS even intentionally under-resourced its component that responds to legislative oversight requests.
ECOHEALTH OBSTRUCTION:
EcoHealth President Dr. Peter Daszak obstructed the Select Subcommittee’s investigation by providing publicly available information, instructing his staff to reduce the scope and pace of productions, and doctoring documents before releasing them to the public. Further, Dr. Daszak provided false statements to Congress.
DR. DAVID MORENS:
Dr. Fauci’s Senior Advisor, Dr. David Morens, deliberately obstructed the Select Subcommittee’s investigation, likely lied to Congress on multiple occasions, unlawfully deleted federal COVID-19 records, and shared nonpublic information about NIH grant processes with EcoHealth President Dr. Peter Daszak.
NEW YORK OBSTRUCTION:
New York’s Executive Chamber — led presently by Governor Kathy Hochul — redacted documents, offered numerous illegitimate privilege claims, and withheld thousands of documents without an apparent legal basis to obstruct the Select Subcommittee’s investigation into former Governor Cuomo’s pandemic-era failures.
WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION (WHO):
The WHO’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic was an abject failure because it caved to pressure from the Chinese Communist Party and placed China’s political interests ahead of its international duties. Further, the WHO’s newest effort to solve the problems exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic — via a “Pandemic Treaty” — may harm the United States.
SOCIAL DISTANCING:
The “6 feet apart” social distancing recommendation — which shut down schools and small business across the country — was arbitrary and not based on science. During closed door testimony, Dr. Fauci testified that the guidance “sort of just appeared.”
MASK MANDATES:
There was no conclusive evidence that masks effectively protected Americans from COVID-19. Public health officials flipped-flopped on the efficacy of masks without providing Americans scientific data — causing a massive uptick in public distrust.
LOCKDOWNS:
Prolonged lockdowns caused immeasurable harm to not only the American economy, but also to the mental and physical health of Americans, with a particularly negative effect on younger citizens. Rather than prioritizing the protection of the most vulnerable populations, federal and state government policies forced millions of Americans to forgo crucial elements of a healthy and financially sound life.
NEW YORK PANDEMIC FAILURES:
Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s March 25 Order — which forced nursing homes to accept COVID-19 positive patients — “was medical malpractice.” Evidence shows that Mr. Cuomo and his Administration worked to cover up the tragic aftermath of their policy decisions in an apparent effort to shield themselves from accountability.
[IMHO – not only did they send sick patients to nursing homes to infect others and die – they LOCKED THE DOORS and then used them to VOTE absentee!] [Emphasis added]
COVID-19 MISINFORMATION:
Public health officials often mislead the American people through conflicting messaging, knee-jerk reactions, and a lack of transparency. Most egregiously, the federal government demonized alternative treatments and disfavored narratives, such as the lab leak theory, in a shameful effort to coerce and control the American people’s health decisions.
When those efforts failed, the Biden Administration resorted to “outright censorship—coercing and colluding with the world’s largest social media companies to censor all COVID-19-related dissent.”
The 520-page report also criticized the World Health Organization, saying it placed the political interests of the Chinese Communist Party, who were not transparent, over the rest of the world. It also blamed Fauci and the Biden administration for censorship, for medical malpractice, over-selling vaccines as a total cure, pushing ineffective masks & social distancing and engaging in a coordinated effort to ignore natural immunity and suppress dissenting opinions. After this report was released, Joe Biden gave Fauci a pre-emptive pardon. IMHO, Fauci MUST be CIA. There’s no other reasonable explanation.
I’m pretty sure this latest release from the White House is timed to coincide with Trump’s tariff plan to “uncouple” our reliance on trade with Communist China and the need to restore our ability to produce our own medicines & essential goods right here at home. We can’t rely on our adversaries for what we need to survive. America FIRST.

Even as Israel remains locked in a struggle with Iran and its proxies, a more dangerous adversary could be emerging on its doorstep

Even as Israel still remains locked in a struggle with Iran and its Shiite proxy network, another –potentially more dangerous – adversary is emerging: could Turkey replace Tehran’s “Axis of Resistance” with its own Sunni ring of fire encircling the Jewish state?
Tensions between the two most powerful military players in the Middle East – Israel and Turkey –are escalating in Syria. Ironically, both played a role in bringing down Assad. By degrading the regime’s main allies – Hezbollah and their patron, Iran – Israel cleared the way for Turkish-backed jihadists to advance.
Now the law of unintended consequences is dragging Israeli and Turkish forces into each other’s crosshairs. As Turkish-backed jihadists advanced, Israel launched precision strikes to stop Syrian assets from falling into Islamist hands. Two weeks ago, Israeli jets hit the T4 airbase in Homs – not to preempt Sunni militants this time, but their backers in Ankara. Turkish forces were reportedly eyeing the base for its drones and air-defence systems.
That was a red line. Such a move would have threatened Israel’s freedom of action in Syrian skies – vital for striking hostile targets in the past and, if needed, for reaching Iran’s nuclear facilities. The stakes are existential. The message got through. Turkey’s foreign minister responded by saying the country wasn’t seeking conflict. Azerbaijan, close to both sides, stepped in to mediate. Turkish and Israeli officials reportedly met in Baku to discuss deconfliction. Most significantly, President Trump offered to de-escalate during Netanyahu’s recent White House visit. US engagement is essential – only Washington has the trust and muscle to prevent direct confrontation.
However, let’s be clear about what’s really driving this conflict. This isn’t about “spheres of influence”. There’s no shared border, no territorial dispute, no buried historical grievance. As with Iran, this isn’t mutual animosity – it’s unilateral hostility. The source of aggression is Ankara and Ankara alone. Under President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s Islamist, neo-Ottoman vision, Turkey has become an active patron of Israel’s enemies. At a Ramadan service last month, Erdoğan offered this prayer: “May Allah… destroy and devastate Zionist Israel.”
We can’t simply dismiss such statements as empty rhetoric. October 7 proved, again, that antisemitic incitement leads to real-world bloodshed. Moreover, Erdoğan’s words are backed by policy. Turkey shelters key Hamas leaders, including Zaher Jabarin – considered to be the group’s West Bank operations chief and successor to Saleh al-Arouri, who was eliminated by Israel in Beirut. Just last month, Israel dismantled a Hamas cell in Nablus that had received $40,000 and attack instructions from handlers in Turkey.
Ankara’s support for the Muslim Brotherhood is a broader regional threat – especially to Jordan. As Kobi Michael argues opposite, a Brotherhood-led overthrow of the Hashemite monarchy would tighten the encirclement of Israel by Turkey-aligned Islamists.
None of this is to deny Turkey’s real security concerns. The refugee crisis is real. The Kurdish threat is real. Its desire to stabilise Syria is legitimate, and could be accommodated even under its stewardship – if Turkey were a normal state. But it’s not.
A state that shelters terrorists and calls for Israel’s destruction cannot be treated as just another partner with “complicated views”. It will be difficult for Israel to accept that such a country entrenches itself militarily at its northern border while controlling and arming the allegedly post-jihadist regime in Damascus.
This is why “neutral” US mediation won’t cut it. The Trump administration, which has made a point of confronting antisemitism at home, cannot turn a blind eye to state-sponsored incitement from a Nato partner. And after October 7 – and given America’s own painful history with Islamist terrorism – Washington cannot afford to ignore Turkey’s role in harbouring Hamas leaders.
Thankfully, the US has leverage. Turkey wants back into the F-35 programme. It wants American and Gulf support for Syria’s reconstruction, which could pour billions into Turkey’s construction sector. Erdoğan knows the price of global isolation. He just hopes Washington doesn’t make him pay it.
Any US-brokered deal must therefore not only respect Israel’s military red lines but address the root cause of the conflict. Trump must resist the temptation to trade long-term security for short-term quiet. If Erdoğan wants F-35s and Western investment, the price must be real. Expel Hamas. Cut ties with terror groups. End incitement that also endangers Turkey’s own Jewish community. Because words have consequences – and after October 7, we know exactly what that looks like.

As explained in Part 1 and Part 2, leftists have adopted the Arab Narrative as against the Israeli Narrative because, ostensibly, they consider that adopting the Arab Narrative better fits the one-sentence meaning goal of the left:
- ‘We have defended victims against oppression.’
It is important, for this move, to label the Arab Palestinians as the ancestral natives of ‘Palestine’ and the Israeli Jews as the imperialist colonizers, because the minute these labels are affixed, the Arab Palestinians become the ‘victims’ and the Israeli Jews their ‘oppressors.’
How is this discursively done?
Leftist supporters of the Arab Narrative observe—and this is true—that, before the War of 1948, the Zionist Jews came mostly from Europe and, after 1920, while that territory was governed by Great Britain, a European imperialist and colonialist power that obtained suzerainty over the Palestine Mandate by promising the League of Nations to create a Jewish homeland there. From this observation, the following leftist argument is constructed:
- ‘the Zionist Jews are an extension of European imperialists and colonizers who came to dispossess the ancestral natives of ‘Palestine’ because—by definition—that is what imperialists and colonizers do. And who are the dispossessed ancestral natives of ‘Palestine’? The Arab Palestinians, because still today they struggle to acquire a State of their own.’
This leftist interpretation is employed to justify the social, political, and diplomatic pressure exerted on the State of Israel to make concessions in favor of the Arab Palestinians—or, speaking more precisely, in favor of the groups that claim to represent them.
But is this interpretation reasonable? I am making the following claim: even staying strictly within the confines of leftist grammar, the leftist adoption of the Arab Narrative makes zero sense, and it produces a collapse—a self-destruction—of the moral logic of the political left.

President Obama’s outrageous pardon and protection of Holy Land Foundation criminals—convicted Hamas financiers—shielded a Muslim Brotherhood network, with CAIR and ISNA as its pillars, still masquerading as civil rights heroes while advancing stealth jihad to conquer North America today.
My blood still boils at the injustice of President Obama’s betrayal, pardoning and protecting Holy Land Foundation (HLF) criminals who funneled millions to Hamas terrorists, as revealed in the 2007-2008 Dallas trials. These wolves, cloaked as charity workers, were indicted for heinous crimes, yet Obama halted justice, letting them slink back into our midst. Worse, unindicted co-conspirators CAIR and ISNA—Muslim Brotherhood’s twin pillars—prop up this network, posing as anti-Islamophobia defenders while driving their 100-year plan to subjugate America, and it’s up to us to rip away their masks and keep up the fight!
The Holy Land Foundation, based in Richardson, Texas, with offices in Illinois, New Jersey, and California, was America’s largest Muslim charity until 2001, when it was shut down for funding terrorism. The 2008 trial convicted five ringleaders: Shukri Abu Baker (CEO), Ghassan Elashi (chairman), Mohammad El-Mezain (endowments director), Mufid Abdulqader (fundraiser), and Abdulrahman Odeh (organizer). They faced 108 counts, including conspiracy to provide material support to Hamas—a designated terrorist group since 1995—money laundering, and tax fraud. They raised over $12 million for Hamas, funding suicide bombings and rewarding martyrs’ families, per court evidence. Their crimes weren’t petty—they fueled slaughter, targeting Israeli civilians and destabilizing peace.
As arrest warrants loomed for unindicted co-conspirators in Dallas, Chicago, and Washington, D.C., Obama and AG Eric Holder intervened, quashing further indictments in 2010, per reports from former FBI sources. Why? To push “Muslim outreach” and dodge political heat, shielding allies like CAIR and ISNA, despite “ample evidence” of their Hamas ties, as courts ruled, unleashing criminals to continue their mission.
Where are these fiends now? Ghassan Elashi, sentenced to 65 years, remains jailed, but others, like Mohammad El-Mezain, deported after a reduced sentence, evade full accountability. Unindicted figures tied to HLF still lurk in Islamic organizations. Nihad Awad, CAIR’s director, and Omar Ahmad, CAIR’s founder, were linked to HLF’s Hamas-support network via a 1993 Philadelphia meeting, per FBI intercepts. Both lead CAIR from Washington, D.C., unpunished. Ingrid Mattson, former ISNA president, certified military chaplains while cozying up to Brotherhood agendas in Indiana. These aren’t reformed souls—they’re operatives, steering CAIR and ISNA’s “civil rights” facade.
Unindicted co-conspirators serving in leadership and support roles are the same militants that supported HLF’s funding model involving zakat committees, paying stipends to families of suicide bombers, incentivizing such acts. Attorney General Ashcroft’s 2004 remarks noted Hamas’s use of suicide bombings, funded by HLF’s millions, suggesting indirect links to the broader wave of attacks, with casualties in the hundreds.
Specific Incidents and Casualties:
- 1996 David Boim Killing: HLF was held liable in a civil case for Hamas’s murder of 17-year-old David Boim.
- On September 4, 1997, a Hamas suicide bombing killed 4—Smadar Elhanan, Michal Raziel, Yocheved Shoshan, and Yael Botach—and injured 176, per historical records and trial context, with HLF’s assets used for a $214.5 million judgment (USA v. Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development – Charity & Security Network).
- 2000-2001 Hamas Attacks: Between October 1, 2000, and September 10, 2001, Hamas claimed 20 bombings, causing at least 77 deaths and 547 injuries, including Americans, with HLF’s $12.4 million likely contributing.
HLF’s crimes didn’t stop at Hamas. They facilitated foreign donations from Saudi Wahhabi sources and Brotherhood affiliates, laundering funds through mosques controlled by the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT), per trial exhibits. Unindicted co-conspirators—CAIR, ISNA, NAIT, and the Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP), CAIR’s parent—formed a web to bankroll terror, propaganda, and recruitment. The 1991 Brotherhood memo, penned by Mohamed Akram, named them as arms of a “civilizational-jihadist process” to “destroy the West from within”. From Texas to New York, their tentacles spread, exploiting America’s openness.
CAIR and ISNA are the Brotherhood’s unyielding US pillars, headquartered in D.C. and Indiana, masquerading as interfaith liaisons while executing stealth jihad. CAIR, born from IAP’s Hamas roots, fights “Islamophobia” to silence critics, like when Mustafaa Carroll claimed, “We’re Texans building homes” (CBS Texas, 2025), masking expansionist aims. ISNA, overseeing 300 mosques via NAIT, trains imams to spread Brotherhood ideology, not unity. Both cheered Hamas’s October 7, 2023, massacre indirectly through allies like the USCMO, per analysts, proving their loyalty lies with jihad, not justice.
In only a decade, Texas cities will fall to radical Islamic Mayors, council members, and other seats like Dearborn, Michigan, and some cities could fall in the next election cycle.
Texas and other states are reeling because Obama’s Justice Department betrayed us, slamming the brakes on a second wave of Holy Land Foundation investigations that could have crushed this Muslim Brotherhood menace! Those probes would’ve nailed unindicted co-conspirators—CAIR and ISNA’s puppet masters—cut off their dirty money to Hamas, and locked up the ringleaders, sending a clear message: no one escapes justice! The presidential election of 2024 ended with clarity. Donald J. Trump won the popular vote, the electoral college, the certification, and the inauguration. The American people rendered their verdict. Yet less than three months into his administration, a movement emerges not to oppose him within the mechanisms of constitutional government, but to mirror him outside of them. The Democratic Party, through what it calls “The People’s Cabinet,” has constructed a shadow government, announced formally on April 4, 2025, but with roots extending to the aftermath of the November election. What precisely is this “shadow cabinet,” and why is its creation both anti-American and anti-democratic?
To understand this, we must begin with a crucial distinction. The American system of government is not parliamentary. The president is not drawn from Congress, does not rely on a majority coalition for survival, and does not fall with the loss of legislative confidence. The president is a distinct and co-equal head of the executive branch, elected by the people through the Electoral College. No political party, whether in power or out of it, has authority to install a second executive team in exile.
And yet this is what the Democrats have done. The shadow cabinet, born of an idea credited to North Carolina Representative Wiley Nickel, comprises a network of former officials, partisan experts, and political figures, including Martin O’Malley, Robert Reich, Julie Su, Heidi Heitkamp, and Mandela Barnes. These figures do not speak for a branch of government. They hold no authority vested by the Constitution. Their claim to public attention rests on their previous titles and present alignment with the Democratic Party.
The problem is not that they speak. All Americans retain the right to assemble and express their views. The problem is in the performative mimicry of government, the deliberate replication of the executive structure with the aim of creating a second, unofficial voice for the nation. In doing so, the Democratic Party implicitly questions the legitimacy of the president chosen by the voters. It suggests, subtly but deliberately, that there are two governments: one formal, one moral.
It is not novel to critique those in power. But our system already provides for that. The opposition may legislate, litigate, investigate, and broadcast its dissent. These avenues, well-trodden and time-honored, form the backbone of democratic accountability. A shadow cabinet, however, does something different. It purports to govern in effigy. It occupies not the opposition’s seat in the arena, but the victor’s box at the coliseum.
Consider the British model to which this idea alludes. In Westminster-style governments, a shadow cabinet exists because the governing party rules only so long as it holds a majority in Parliament. The prime minister can be unseated by a vote of no confidence. Shadow ministers are the recognized alternates, ready to assume power immediately upon that party’s collapse. The system expects and requires their preparation.
But America is not Britain. The Constitution anticipates only one executive at a time, and it vests the entirety of executive power in a single individual: the president. Cabinet secretaries, appointed by the president and confirmed by the Senate, serve at his pleasure. They are not co-presidents or administrators of their own ideological fiefdoms. They do not compete with others outside the system who claim similar titles.
Thus, when the Democrats convene a parallel structure with their own secretaries of education, labor, justice, and state, they engage not merely in political commentary but in executive pantomime. The aim is not to advise the president, but to replace him in the public imagination. Their performances are not testimony, they are auditions.
Why is this dangerous? Because the unity of the executive is essential to constitutional order. James Madison, in Federalist No. 70, warned that a plural executive would lead to conflict, faction, and paralysis. The energy of the executive, he argued, derives from its unity. If the public is invited to divide its loyalty between a constitutional president and a partisan facsimile, the stability of governance erodes.
Some may argue that “The People’s Cabinet” is harmless. After all, it has no legal power. But politics operates as much through perception as through law. When a major political party organizes weekly press briefings, town halls, and media appearances in the name of an alternative administration, it creates a kind of constitutional counter-narrative. It tells the public, implicitly, that the real administration is somewhere else, waiting, watching, ready to reclaim what it sees as improperly lost.
This was evident in 2022 when Speaker Pelosi was given the honorary title of “Speaker Emerita” despite no longer holding power. That symbolic title complicated the role of her successor, Hakeem Jeffries, and muddied the party’s internal leadership. Symbols matter. They signal authority, and when deployed improperly, they dilute it. A nation cannot have two speakers any more than it can have two presidents.
Moreover, the problem extends beyond symbolism. Reports have surfaced that Democrats in Congress are coordinating with progressive state attorneys general to pursue legal action against President Trump. Representative Laura Friedman has admitted that House Democrats meet weekly with these AGs to strategize legal resistance. In effect, they are constructing a shadow Department of Justice to supplement their shadow cabinet. Here the mimicry grows even more alarming, for it moves beyond messaging into what may amount to legal sabotage.
The Constitution provides mechanisms to challenge executive action. It permits lawsuits, subpoenas, oversight, and elections. But it does not contemplate a scenario in which a political party, having lost the executive, constructs an alternative version to operate parallel to it. That is not loyal opposition. It is constitutional cosplay, cloaked in the rhetoric of public service.
What precedent does this set? If every losing party now fashions its own cabinet-in-waiting, with weekly briefings, policy pronouncements, and coordinated litigation, the presidency becomes a provisional role. The president would no longer be the sole voice of the executive branch but merely the louder of two contestants in an ongoing pageant.
To guard against this erosion, we must be clear: there is no such thing as a shadow president in the American system. There is no room for a second cabinet, no matter how cleverly disguised. Those who were not chosen to govern may speak, lobby, and campaign. But they may not pretend to rule.
In Federalist No. 68, Alexander Hamilton emphasized the need for a process that would ensure the president was chosen by men capable of analyzing the qualities necessary for the office. The Electoral College, though imperfect in modern eyes, remains the system by which the people act collectively. To second-guess that choice through a media-friendly shadow cabinet is not just presumptuous, it is subversive.
What is to be done? Nothing legislative, perhaps. The right to assemble and to speak, even foolishly or arrogantly, remains protected. But political norms matter. The public must be discerning. Journalists, academics, and citizens must resist the temptation to treat the shadow cabinet as anything more than performance. There is one government at a time. Those who wish to serve in the next one must earn it through votes, not vaudeville.
The presidency is not a costume to be tried on while the public awaits its next fitting. It is a constitutional office, bestowed by the people, bounded by law, and inhabited by one person at a time. America does not share power with pantomimes.
To pretend otherwise is not progress. It is regression, not to monarchy or to tyranny, but to make-believe. And the Republic deserves better than that.

Anti-Israel hate at Tufts: A case study Moshe Phillips
Why hasn’t the university taken action against those issuing blatant calls for illegal violence?
April 15, 2025 Jewish News Service – The late March detention of doctoral student Rumeysa Ozturk at Tufts University has generated a great deal of attention, but most reports have missed a critical point: It highlights the rise of extremist anti-Israel rhetoric on campuses, particularly at Tufts. Ozturk’s case is not just about one student’s detention; it underscores a broader issue that must be addressed. Hate groups on campus are dangerous.
Matt Bai, a writer for The Washington Post, is like many other critics of Israel in mainstream media who rush to defend those opposing Israel, even when their rhetoric is extreme. Bai wrote: “As near as anyone can tell, Ozturk’s offense was co-signing an op-ed in the Tufts Daily student newspaper that accused Israel of genocide.”
Here’s the thing: We have no way of knowing what Ozturk may have done because the government has provided no specifics.
The op-ed Bai refers to was published in March 2024. It was part of a larger, coordinated effort on campus to demonize Israel and call for its destruction.
The first article in this hate campaign appeared in The Tufts Daily on Oct. 24, 2023, authored by the “Tufts Revolutionary Marxist Students” (RMS). This was the first op-ed by RMS featured on the newspaper website.
One Tufts alumnus responded to the RMS op-ed, writing: “Just a bunch of students exercising their right to free expression, right? Never mind the countless factual misstatements, disparaging characterizations, and outright bigotry in their op-ed. Everyone has a right to express their views, right? Not entirely. Tufts maintains a policy on ‘Freedom of Expression,’ published in 2009. It’s broad, as one might expect, but it is not unqualified. The statement says: ‘Freedom of expression and inquiry are not absolute. The law, for example, provides that freedom of expression does not include the right to slander the reputation of another, to engage in specified forms of harassment, to threaten or obstruct a speaker who advances unwelcome ideas, or to incite another person to violence.’”
That’s the question: Why hasn’t Tufts taken action against those issuing blatant calls for illegal violence?
A key line in the RMS op-ed read, “We therefore support the Palestinian mass-led overthrow of the colonial Zionist Israeli apartheid state.” Can that sentence be construed in any way other than a call for the elimination of Israel and Israelis?
The next month, the hate campaign by RMS and its allies made headlines again for violating campus policies during a protest. The Tufts Daily reported that protesters were chanting, “Free, free Palestine” and “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.”
The slogan “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free” is a blatant call for the destruction of Israel.
A pro-Israel activist at Tufts shared their experience: “When I hear ‘Free Palestine from the river to the sea,’ and when I see posters that say ‘Glory to our martyrs,’ it’s hard not to feel intimidated, disrespected, and to feel that there’s some sort of hatred directed at my perspective.”
It’s important to note that antisemitic acts on Tufts’ campus have been a recurring issue for over a decade. In both 2019 and 2021, there were reports of swastika vandalism on campus, and similar incidents made news in 2014 and 2015.
What actions have the Tufts staff taken? According to an April 2 article in The Tufts Daily, a “group of Jewish professors, lecturers and staff members sent a letter” to university officials asking them to support Ozturk’s rights, while launching an ad hominem attack on the Anti-Defamation League. Yet nowhere in this letter did they call for an investigation into the harassment of Jewish students on campus.
Tufts Students for Israel wrote an op-ed in The Tufts Daily saying, “The detainment of Rumeysa Ozturk is plain wrong. And we stand firmly against it.”
Evelyn Beatrice Hall, a British writer, once said, “I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.”
While this might have been an acceptable sentiment for a woman of letters in Edwardian England, Jews living in a post-Oct. 7 world should know better.
Members of Tufts Students for Israel should also recognize that if they find themselves aligned with J Street, it’s time for a reevaluation.
J Street U’s director, Erin Beiner, rushed to defend Ozturk in a March 28 email, writing: “We were absolutely shocked by scenes earlier this week of a young graduate student at Tufts University, Rumeysa Ozturk, being ambushed on the street in front of her home and pressed into a car by masked agents. These are images straight out of playbooks run by authoritarian regimes that Jews spent generations fleeing.”
The decision by J Street to continually compare Israel’s enemies to victimized Jews is reprehensible.
There is more to consider. A March 31 editorial in The Free Press pointed out: “It may turn out that Ozturk and Mahmoud Khalil have coordinated their activism with Hamas, or encouraged or participated in riots or other activities that are more than sufficient grounds to expel them from the country.”
Whether or not they did is beside the point. It is not in the best interest of the Jewish community to join in common cause with those who would see an end to the Jewish state. Our community should be wiser than to stand with those who seek to delegitimize Israel.

I’ve often thought that the UK hasn’t had any good leaders since Lord Salisbury, the last prime minister of Queen Victoria’s reign, who died in 1902.
Lord Salisbury (Robert Arthur Talbot Gascoyne-Cecil) was a prudent and sensible man who understood that most ambitious schemes undertaken by people in government are likely to be ruinous. Recognizing the folly of getting into alliances with Europe’s Continental powers, he maintained the policy of “splendid isolation.” His pessimistic view of government scheming was encapsulated in the credo:
Whatever happens will be for the worse, and therefore it is in our interest that as little should happen as possible.
I am certain that Lord Salisbury would have been appalled by pretty much every major decision made by the British government since his death, especially its gross mismanagement of affairs on the European continent in the first decade of the 20th century. The British government’s unnecessary alliances with France and Russia and its needlessly unfriendly posture towards Germany were, it seems to me, foolish at best, and more likely bloody-minded, especially when one considers that the British Royal family was from Germany. Kaiser Wilhelm II was Victoria’s grandson.
The British government’s treatment of its young men during World War I—herding millions of them into cold, muddy, water-filled, rat infested trenches, where they were subjected to round-the-clock artillery barrages—strikes me as one of the most outrageous abuses of human beings ever perpetrated.
While Churchill is often idolized as Britain’s great 20th century leader because of his rousing speeches during World War II, it’s not clear to me that any of his decisions arose out of any sort of special prescience or judgement. After Neville Chamberlain declared war on Nazi Germany on Sept. 3, 1939, Churchill became First Lord of the Admiralty—a position he was holding when the Royal Navy attempted to defend Norway from the German navy. This operation ended in disaster on June 8, 1940, when the German battle-cruisers Scharnhost and Gneisenau caught the British aircraft carrier HMS Glorious and her two escorting destroyers Acasta and Ardent in the Norwegian Sea, sinking all three ships, with the loss of 1,519 British sailors. Even though Churchill was head of the Navy, it was Prime Minister Chamberlain who took the flak for the incident and resigned, leaving his office open to Churchill.
Chamberlain declared war on Germany because it invaded Poland, which it intended to use as a staging ground for its invasion of the Soviet Union. The paradox of this decision was that Britain’s ally, the Soviet Union, invaded Poland sixteen days after the German invasion. At the Yalta Conference in Feb. 1945, Churchill agreed to leave Poland and the rest of Eastern Europe under the de facto control of Joseph Stalin.
It seems to me that Britain’s awful leadership reached a new summit with Tony Blair and has become steadily more dreadful ever since. It may have reached its Grotesque Globalist Apotheosis with Rishi Sunak. After working at Goldman Sachs, Sunak co-founded a hedge fund registered in the Cayman Islands (to avoid paying taxes) called Theleme Partners.
He and his French co-founder, Patrick Degorce, apparently named the fund after the Abbey of Thélème—a fictional institution featured in the books of the 16th century monk François Rabelais. The inhabitants of the Abbey follow the motto “Do what thou wilt.” This motto was adopted the 20th century English occultist Aleister Crowley, who called his philosophical system Thelema.
Theleme Partners was one of the earliest investors in the pharmaceutical company Moderna (when it only had ten employees). One wonders if Degorce received the investment tip from his fellow Frenchman, Moderna CEO Stephane Bancel.
When Sunak left Theleme Partners in 2013 to go into politics, his interest in the fund was placed in a blind trust, but it’s hard to believe he didn’t know that the fund retained its huge ($500 million) position in Moderna.
While he was serving as Chancellor of the Exchequer, his government signed a deal for 5 million doses of Moderna’s vaccine. Shortly after Sunak became Prime Minister in 2022, his government signed a 10-year-investment partnership with Moderna “to build a state-of-the-art vaccine manufacturing centre with the ability to produce up to 250 million vaccines a year.”
In other words, Sunak is the poster boy for the sort of “young globalist leader” who benefits from “public-private partnerships” between guys who control the public purse strings and their financial-pharmaceutical industry cronies.
Between 2020-2022, mRNA vaccines were all the rage in British government circles. Now it’s sending billions to Ukraine’s unelected oligarchy that has a well-documented history of money-laundering and other gangster racketeering.
A decisive factor in making this kind of chicanery possible is the conspicuous dumbing down of the British public, which may now be even more ignorant and brainwashed than the American public. The results in London are plain to see. Guys like Rishi Sunak and his globalist cronies make millions doing dodgy deals with Moderna, the beneficiaries of Britain’s “Net Zero” policy, and Ukrainian oligarchs. They live in the posh parts of town, dine in the fabulous restaurants, and visit the splendid shops of Mayfair.
Most taxpaying Londoners—people who don’t have hedge funds domiciled in the Cayman Islands— struggle to pay for their housing in neighborhoods that are dreary and dystopian.
Fast-Growing Jewish Population May Hold Off Israel’s “Demographic Time Bomb

“Israel’s Jewish women are unusual among industrialized nations for their high birth rate, while modernizing Arab women have fewer babies than in the past.
Israelis have wondered at times whether they would be outnumbered by Palestinians and become a minority in the world’s only Jewish homeland.
The fear of a “demographic time bomb” has often been cited by those who support the two-state solution, in which Palestinians would get an independent state alongside the Jewish state. An independent Palestinian state, they say, is the only way for Israel to remain majority Jewish.
The fear may be unwarranted. A 2025 demographic study by an Israeli-American group shows the Jewish population growing more rapidly than the Arab Muslim population, particularly in Judea and Samaria—Israel’s historical names for what other nations refer to as the West Bank.
The study, which has traced the population question for two decades, found that the number of annual Jewish births increased by 73 percent from 1995 to 2024, while those among Arabs in Israel increased by only 18 percent.
Jewish births in 2024, about 139,000, were 76 percent of about 182,000 total births, compared with 69 percent of total births in 1995, according to the study, titled “2025 Israel’s Demographic Update Defies Conventional Wisdom.”
Study co-leader Yoram Ettinger, a retired ambassador who published the study in his online “The Ettinger Report,” told The Epoch Times that his group does not accept the statements of either the Israeli government or the Palestinian Authority at face value. It takes hard looks at as many figures as possible to audit the official numbers, he said.
Ettinger acknowledged that his group’s work lessens the impetus for Israelis to agree to a two-state solution that few of them still favor after the Hamas terrorist group’s attack on Israel on Oct. 7, 2023, and the ensuing war.
Its principal intent, he said, is about “pessimism and optimism [for Jewish Israelis].”
“If you think you’re going to become a minority, pessimism overtakes you,” he said. “The study suggests the demographic scene is very optimistic.
“A byproduct of the study is the realization that annexation of the mountain ridges of Judea and Samaria is sustainable demographically.”
Moshe Elad, professor and former military officer, has extensive experience in Judea and Samaria. He has served in the Israel Defense Forces as military governor of both the Jenin and Bethlehem districts and as head of security coordination with the Palestinian Authority in the West Bank. He has 40 years of experience in affairs there.
He said he is familiar with Ettinger’s work and does not think that it supports a case for Israel annexing Judea and Samaria.
“That’s an aspiration of [some] rightists,” Elad said. “Most Israelis don’t want to see it.” About a quarter of Israel’s population is presently non-Jewish, he said, and most Israeli Jews think that that is enough.
“I know this area,” he said. “I ruled it. It’s a hole in the head. We don’t need it.”
Not only is the Jewish birth rate keeping pace, but also, there is evidence that Arab population numbers are significantly inflated.
The Arab population in Judea and Samaria, stated by the Palestinian Authority as 3.25 million, is closer to 1.5 million, Ettinger told The Epoch Times. His group determined that by digging into what went into the original number.
According to the study, the Palestinian Authority’s figure included 500,000 people who had been away from the region for more than a year.
It included 428,000 people whose emigration the authority did not recognize. It included 380,000 East Jerusalem Arabs that Israel counts as Israelis, a double count. It also double-counted 200,000 Arabs from Judea and Samaria who are married to Israeli Arabs, which means they have permanent resident or citizen status in Israel and are counted in Israel.
Additionally, Ettinger said, the World Bank documented a 32 percent artificial inflation in the Palestinian Authority’s birth numbers.
His group of three Americans and six Israelis does its work, he said, by looking at the numbers behind the numbers.
A 2006 World Bank study examined the number of 6-year-olds registering for first grade in Judea and Samaria. That number was 32 percent lower than the number of babies the Palestinian Authority had listed as being born six years earlier, he said.
Elad said he had seen evidence of Palestinian population inflation at the time of the first Persian Gulf War, when Iraq under Saddam Hussein launched missile strikes against Israel. Elad said he was responsible for distributing gas masks to Arabs in Judea and Samaria.
They had a complete list of the population, he said, and for obvious reasons, everyone wanted the gas masks, and no one declined to pick them up.
“An average of a third of the population was missing,” he said.
Ettinger’s lead U.S. collaborator, Bennett Zimmerman of Los Angeles, comes from investment banking, where he did due diligence studies of companies requesting investment from his employer. Zimmerman suggested to Ettinger that they audit demographic data just as he had audited financial data for years, Ettinger said.
Ettinger focuses on the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics’ responsibility for questionable numbers. He said its data was impeached by the raw data from other Palestinian ministries, such as the ministries of health, education, and the interior.
“We don’t just echo data issued by any government,” he said.
Much of the study’s significance comes not from revealing dodgy numbers, but from examining real ones: Arab birth rates have declined because of urbanization, education, and other modernization factors, while Jewish ones have risen.
That is unique among Western societies, Ettinger said, in which birth rates have generally plummeted.
“The bottom line is not only is there no demographic Arab time bomb, but in fact, [there is] unprecedented demographic momentum on the part of the Jewish community in Israel,” he said.
He noted that this momentum “is not limited to religious Jews,” whose high birth rates are well-known, but is also present “among secular Jews.”
According to the study, the Jewish fertility rate of three births per woman is not only higher than the Muslim fertility rate of 2.86, but is also higher than the fertility rates in all Muslim countries except Iraq and Muslim countries in sub-Saharan Africa.
In 1969, two years after Israel took Judea and Samaria from Jordan during the Six-Day War, Arabs both there and in Israel proper had a fertility rate six births higher per woman than the Jewish fertility rate.
By 2015, both groups had a rate of 3.13 births per woman. The study suggests that this reflects the dramatic Westernization of Arab demography: Urbanization, enhanced social status for women, expanded participation by women in higher education and the job market, older marriage ages, shorter reproductive periods, and increased use of contraceptives have all combined to drive down Arab birth rates.
Ettinger said rural people need more hands to do farm work, but people moving to urban areas do not. Meanwhile, living space becomes more cramped when a family moves from a rural house to a small urban apartment.
The average age for marriage among Arab women in Israel, Judea, and Samaria rose from 15 in the 1960s to 24 now, and it is still rising, according to the study. The reproductive period for women has accordingly diminished.
Israel’s growing Jewish birth rate, meanwhile, is mainly caused by a rise in fertility among secular Jews. The ultra-Orthodox, with the highest birth rate, have seen a moderate decline, while the modern Orthodox birth rate has remained the same.
“Israeli Jewish women are unique in experiencing a direct correlation between a rise of fertility rate on the one hand, and a rise in urbanization, education, and level of income, on the other hand,” the study reads.
Ettinger said those factors in Western societies have depressed birth rates.
Israel’s fertility rate is almost twice as high as that of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the study states.
Ettinger said he attributes Israel’s unique position to “a relatively high level of optimism, patriotism, attachment to roots, and communal responsibility, which has characterized Israel from day one.”

In 2005, Congress passed an unconstitutional law requiring all American citizens to be issued a “National Identification card” (U.S. Senator Lamar Alexander’s words on the Senate floor) – a REAL ID. Interesting how 2005 was the year of passing unconstitutional laws in the US, including the infamous PREP Act. In 2008, the Department of Homeland Security issued a rule requiring all states to conform to the unconstitutional federal law and issue REAL IDs for driver’s licenses and identification cards.
More than half of the states REFUSED this usurpation of states’ rights—25 states passed laws prohibiting compliance and 12 states passed resolutions opposing REAL ID. Federal deadline after deadline passed with little state compliance. In 2016, President Obama issued the “You can’t fly” lie. In 2017, U.S. Senator Rand Paul sponsored a bill to repeal REAL ID, but it did not advance (Senator Paul is now the chair of the U.S. Senate’s Homeland Security committee).

Toward the end of 2021, in finishing COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We Are the Prey, we predicted how the Western Global Empire—then called the Western global predators—would inevitably end up in a losing war with the Chinese Communist Empire.
Now it turns out that a much smaller but very determined group of America Firsters and Donald Trump are taking over the battle. They—we—are now fighting a war on two fronts, against both the Western Global Empire and Eastern Communist Chinese Global Empire. We are a tiny minority taking on the world. In this update on the empires, we look at how we will have another bigger fight on our hands when we look like we are winning the war against the Chinese Communists. We will find ourselves fighting “against ourselves.”
Confronting the Chinese Communists
President Donald Trump is backing the Communists into an economic and political corner by raising tariffs on their exports to us, while negotiating better deals with their competitors, like Taiwan, Japan, India, Vietnam and other nations in their region and worldwide. Unfortunately, this battle is on two fronts, fighting both the Chinese Communists and the declining Western empire in which we are physically located in our United States. In effect, we are also “at war with ourselves” because our nation has lost its sovereignty and acts at the command of the Western global predators who are answerable not to American citizens but to their masters in the Western Global Empire.
Thus far, the fight against America First and President Trump has not resulted in his assassination and the globalists are no longer able to bring impeachment proceedings because they have lost control of the House of Representatives. They continue to fight Trump and America First through the media, the Deep State, the unrepentant billionaires like Bill Gates and Michael Bloomberg, the global banking system represented by the Fed, and, as always, the predatory progressives and predatory capitalists in both the Democratic and Republican Parties.
Outside of the U.S., the anti-Trump, anti-America sovereignty globalists of the West include Canada, the European Union, NATO, Great Britian, the UN, the World Bank, the Central Banks, the World Trade Association, and innumerable other manifestations of the Western Global Empire.
The Current Dominant Threat
Because of Trump’s insistence on confronting the Chinese Communists on behalf of America First and indirectly for all sovereign republics first, the war with the Chinese Communists has taken front and center in both our focus and our legitimate fears. And it is a catastrophically unpredictable war because, as we have previously described, people who fight their way to the top of the giant human pyramids we are calling empires are driven by a special madness—the compulsive desire to dominant, exploit, enslave, and mass murder as many human beings as possible.
As we see in dictators or emperors like Hitler, Stalin, Mao, and now Xi Jinping—and in the past by Caesar, Alexander “the Great,” and innumerable other mass murderers—they seize more and more power and enslave and slaughter more and more people in a madness that typically only ends with their own deaths.
The Greatest Threat to America First
The greatest threat to the emerging and growing America First movement under President Donald Trump will remain the threat at home as we have described in our book, COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We Are the Prey and very recently in “Patriots in the belly of the beast—America First against four empires.”[1] This formerly sovereign nation of ours remains very much under threat from the Western Global Empire which exerts considerable control through its bureaucracy, its Deep State, its Military Industrial Complex, its lawfare against Trump’s new policies carried out in the circuit courts, and other sabotage. But I strongly suspect that fight has barely begun to heat up. Maybe the Western predators are sitting back waiting to see the outcome of our battle with the Chinese Communists.
Maybe the Western Global Empire will openly back the Chinese Communists to rescue them from a victory by America First and Donald Trump! That’s the coming war we must prepare for and face!
The Western Global Empire Is Already Backing China in Its Conflict with America First
Make no mistake about this—the Western Global Empire is backing China in its conflict with America First because they have invested their hopes for never-ending wealth and power to their collaborations with the Chinese Communists. When Joe Biden took office, temporarily setting back Trump and America First, I warned in COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We are the Prey that the Western globalists—now called the Western Global Empire—were joyfully celebrating the end of Trump’s decoupling from China and clearly determined not to ever let it happen again.

China expert Gordon Chang has warned:[2]
“Xi Jinping … is floating these ideas that China has the mandate of heaven over all under heaven, and China actually acts like emperors of old, who believe they’re the only sovereigns in the world, which means essentially that Americans are just subservient—we don’t have a country, we don’t have sovereignty,” he said.
During November 16-19, 2020, a mere two weeks after the election results in favor of Joe Biden, Michael Bloomberg and his New Economy Forum celebrated their recoupling with China.
Another six weeks later, Bloomberg was now sure he and fellow globalists and China had actually won, and America and the poor of the world have lost! On January 2 of the New Year 2021, he published a report titled “Bloomberg New Economy: How the Pandemic Shoved Us into the Future.” Through an essay by his editor, Bloomberg celebrated what he believes to be the final victory for China and against President Trump and America:[3]
By one estimate, the pandemic has given China a five-year jump on its goal to overtake the U.S. as the world’s largest economy, the Chinese leadership’s reward for locking down hard and early while the Trump Administration fumbled its response—and then exacerbated it with mixed messaging, like holding super-spreader events in the White House.
The Newsletter of the former Mayor of New York is celebrating China overtaking the U.S. economy, making the American billionaires even richer! This epitomized the evil twist that turns the minds of global predators into pure evil:
U.S. billionaires added almost $1 trillion to their fortunes during COVID-19, even as the new laboring underclasses face economic hardship and hunger.
Yes, Bloomberg is celebrating that the billionaires have grown enormously richer at the expense of most of the rest of the world, including the poor and middle economic classes, and it is true:[4]
According to Americans for Tax Fairness and the Institute for Policy Studies, the 651 U.S. billionaires have seen their collective wealth grow by more than $1 trillion over the past nine months, while the less fortunate struggle to keep their jobs and put food on the table.
Under the brand-new Biden Administration, life was already picking up for the global predators:
The idea of any country signing up for a program of “decoupling” from the soon-to-be-biggest global economy is dead. …
“COVID has acted like a time machine: it brought 2030 to 2020,” Loren Padelford, vice president at Shopify Inc., told The Wall Street Journal.
But the globalists, like most people living on the exploitation of others, always feel vulnerable, and after President Biden had been in office only a month, they again felt the jagged edge of terror through their souls.
Bloomberg: An “Unthinkable” Disaster Looming for the U.S. and China
On February 27, 2021, the Bloomberg newsletter displayed a huge, dark, black and ominous headline: Bloomberg New Economy: For the U.S. and China, the Unthinkable May Be Inevitable. Something more terrible than a new pandemic or a faster rate of global warming? No, nothing like that. The “Unthinkable” catastrophe is the U.S. failing to recouple with China:
[A] full U.S.-China “decoupling”—a scenario under which trade and investment plummet to zero—is unthinkable. But the unthinkable is indeed being contemplated. Indeed, the U.S. Chamber warns that “if the current trajectory of U.S. decoupling policies continues, a complete rupture would in fact be the most likely outcome.”
This is the heart of the insanity of the global predators [the Western Global Empire]. Their greatest fear is not for the complete destruction of freedom under a worldwide Chinese Communist Party Empire. It is not the worsening of worldwide suffering and poverty, the next pandemic, or global warming. It is not even a global war between the U.S. and China. Their unthinkable eventuality—the source of their most abject terror—is being cut off from making money with the Chinese Communist Party.

Future Alternatives
If Communist China’s totalitarian ambitions should prevail in the current contest, it will be an enormous blow to the Western Global Empire. Terrified of the spread of freedom around the world, the empire will mount a final ferocious attack on America. Waiting in the wings will be the Russian Federation Empire and the Muslim Califate Empire as they anticipate filling the void of a broken China. Again, we will win against these older resurging empires—or civilization will go through an endless Dark Age.
Freedom Always Fights at a Disadvantage
Freedom always fights at a disadvantage against oppression, exactly as goodness always fights at a disadvantage against evil. Evil always has more people on its side, more overwhelming motivation, and the advantage of feeling no ethical restraints.
So how can we survive and even triumph over all these empires? With our own dedication to freedom and to truth—and with God on our side. Freedom, truth, and God are the mainstays of human spiritual life. God bless us all!
