MAY 25, 2023 – Henry Kissinger, one of the most controversial political figures of the 20th and 21st centuries, turns 100 on May 27, 2023. As the former US Secretary of State and National Security Advisor, Kissinger’s policies shaped US foreign relations during the Cold War era. While some saw him as a master diplomat, others regarded him as another ruthless warmonger responsible for the deaths of millions. Here at the Soapbox, you may not be surprised that we regard him as a ruthless, calculating, soul-less, warmonger.
Kissinger rose to political fame during the Nixon administration, where he played a pivotal role in the US opening to China and the détente with the Soviet Union. He was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize (the resistance in Vietnam should have been awarded the NPP) in 1973 for his efforts in bringing about “peace” in Vietnam, but his legacy in that country remains tarnished with Agent Orange, landmines, and epic devastation. Kissinger was responsible for the secret bombing of Cambodia, which claimed the lives of tens of thousands of Cambodians. In Vietnam, his policies resulted in the deaths of as many as 2,000,000 civilians on both sides and some 1,100,000 North Vietnamese and Viet Cong fighters (plus, tens of thousands of US troops). The U.S. military has estimated that between 200,000 and 250,000 South Vietnamese soldiers died.

May 25, 2023 – Not so long ago, America had a great economy, the lowest unemployment ever for a range of demographic groups, energy independence, an increasingly secure southern border, a strong international profile, and no new wars. It had freedom. It had national pride. And all because it had a highly skilled president of unabashed patriotism who was devoted to the best interests of his people.
Now we’re being readied to eat bugs while our overlords dine on steaks. To live in “fifteen-minute cities” while they fly to conferences in Fiji. To tighten our belts to prevent rising sea levels while they luxuriate in sea-level mansions in Malibu and Martha’s Vineyard. In a direct challenge to parental authority, common-sense values, and sensible pedagogical priorities, government schools indoctrinate children in Critical Race Theory and transgender ideology. To shatter our sense of security and restrict our freedom of movement, Soros prosecutors turn major cities over to violent felons. Patriots rot in jail for meandering around the Congress for a couple of hours two years ago while young people are encouraged by their teachers to celebrate Antifa and BLM thugs who have burned houses down. Blacks who love liberty are smeared as “white supremacists” while Muslims who love jihad are depicted as virtuous victims.
Then there’s what happened during the pandemic. Churchgoing was banned, violent street protests permitted. Small businesses were forced to close and went bankrupt; giant chain stores stayed open and reaped record profits. Americans, but not illegal immigrants, were ordered to mask and vaccinate. Gavin Newsom and Nancy Pelosi, with imperial condescension, violated their own lockdowns.
In this new world order, “our democracy” means the tyranny of the unelected (including the FBI, CIA, DHS, and DoJ), propped up by a Pravda-like corporate media. Their message? If we want to be known as supporters of equality, models of compassion, and friends of the planet, we’ll knuckle under, obey them, and parrot their progressive creed — as spelled out in that chilling Independence Hall speech in which Joe Biden, against a Bismarckian blood-red backdrop, demonized MAGA voters as enemies of freedom.
Of course, this dystopia in the making didn’t begin with Biden. And “It is clear that the establishment Jewish organizations —the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), the American Jewish Committee, the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, regional Federations, Jewish Community Relations Councils across the country, Union for Reform Judaism, the Jewish Council for Public Affairs, and most rabbis—have failed to respond effectively to these mounting assaults.”

May 13, 2023 – Oh no, not another column about our border, or about Biden. Really, it is actually about how bad the lies are regarding them both, or better said, about ones lies concerning the other. As is my wont to do, I shall begin with a quick story to give some reference; a quick wire frame to give this clay sculpture some kind of basic form you might say.
For over forty years now I have used a system to rid the yard of ants that works out wonderfully and is very simple and is pet safe as well. I don’t remember where I first heard of it but may have been on the radio or in some gardening book or the like. We usually get a number of breeds of ants, with the small black ones and even smaller sugar ants, the large black ones and large red ones and a mid size red and black type as well. Nothing out of the ordinary I assume, and often three or four types around the yard on occasion, and it works well on all of those types with perhaps the best results when red ones are involved. The system works on the basis that ants are colonies led by one Queen and do not like competition for resources. To find a way to eliminate those colonies is easy; just follow human history and instigate a war between them and watch them kill each other off. Easy!
Take one shovel full of anthill from one colony and deposit it on another. Repeat as many times as needed to make sure a shovel full of a competing colony is dumped on each anthill. Then watch as the soldiers march off to war and attack the source of the invasion. Ants work by chemical tracers and they seem to recognize the enemy trails and know where to go to work the magic. The wars get very ferocious and bits and pieces of slaughtered enemy ants will be evident all over the place, covering the mounds of dumped dirt as well as the enemy’s hill. After a couple or three days the war is over as all of the anthills have depopulated the enemy’s fortifications. No chemicals, no poisons, no deep digging with just a simple shovel of loose dirt from one hill to the next. Keep that analogy in mind as we continue.

May 18, 2023 – There’s no question there’s a lot to be concerned about in our world today, as we descend deeper and deeper into darkness and depravity. Near, or at, the top of that list is the sexual deviancy, hedonism and depravity that seems to be everywhere we turn now, as the LGBTQP+ mob celebrates the conquering of more and more hearts, minds and souls every day.
What was once considered hard core pornography is now being welcomed into our public schools. Even some of our so-called “Christian” schools, under the banner of “diversity, equity and inclusion.” Like our education system, our public library system is also beyond saving now, having gone “woke” under the leadership of a lesbian activist president of the American Library Association. Her perverted sexualization of, especially young childrens’ reading materials, has gone nationwide now.
In 1963, 45 Communist goals to take over America were read into the Congressional record. Just sixty years later, I dare say they’ve accomplished just about all of them. The plan was to: capture one or both of the political parties; get control of the schools and teachers’ associations; infiltrate the press; gain control of key positions in radio, TV and movies; eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them “censorship” and a violation of free speech and press; break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in the media; present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural and healthy;” infiltrate the churches; infiltrate and gain control of big business and unions; discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce; emphasize the need to raise children away from the “negative” influence of parents.
These are just a few of the 45 Communist Goals to take over America. Their plan was well thought out and expertly executed. It happened so incrementally, at first, we never saw it coming until it was too late. Now, in our supposed “Representative Republic” we, the people, have no representation at all. You can write your congressman every day for the rest of your life and I guarantee it will change nothing. They’re laughing at you, friends. We are their fools and they continue to fool us every election cycle.
Is there anything we can do to push back against the ugliness and the filth, and the demonic forces that have a stranglehold on our land?
