‘Meet the new pope, same as the old pope…’ Will we get fooled again?    LEO HOHMANN

And what’s really going on that they don’t want us to know about?

Famed constitutional attorney and civil liberties advocate John Whitehead sounds off on Trump’s bizarre executive order signed April 28th

MAY 08, 2025

The big news today is that Donald Trump has signed a trade deal with the United Kingdom.

Can you believe it? That was Trump’s “big announcement?” A trade deal with America’s ninth largest trading partner? Whoopee. I personally have never bought anything in any store that said “made in the UK” that I can remember.

Spare me. This is not news.

Those in the news business (they’re really professional propagandists) are also wanting us to have our eyes on the Vatican and who the next pope will be. Wow, an American liberal from Obama’s Chicago stomping grounds.

Here’s all you need to know about the new pope, Cardinal Robert Prevost, now Pope Leo XIV, from The Hill:

“The new pope is considered an ally of Francis, who made him the cardinal in charge of selecting and managing bishops around the world… Francis named Prevost in 2023 to be prefect of the Dicastery for Bishops and president of the Pontifical Commission for Latin America. The role involves recommending candidates for bishops to the pope and overseeing the commission that studies the Catholic church in Latin America, according to the Catholic News Service.”

This confirms that the new pope will be as liberal and antagonistic to biblical truth as the previous pope. End of story. It reminds me of the 1971 song by The Who, “Won’t Get Fooled Again”

The entire lyrics, written by Pete Townsend, are prophetic for our times, concluding with “Meet the new boss…Same as the old boss”

So, if it’s not the pope, what is the really big story we should be focused on this week? The one almost nobody is looking at?

Keep the lyrics in the song above in mind as we pivot from the pope to the president.

I’m looking at what the Trump administration is doing behind the scenes, behind all of the daily tweets, pressers and Truth Social posts, beyond all the comments about annexing Greenland and making Canada the 51st state, re-opening Alcatraz or jokes about him becoming the next pope. While taking up a copious amount of time and space on news outlets of the left and right, this frivolous chatter is carefully designed to keep us entertained and distracted.

Here’s what they don’t want you to know.

Last week, on April 28, President Trump signed a disturbing executive order which you can read at WhiteHouse.gov titled “Strengthening and Unleashing Law Enforcement to Pursue Criminals and Protect Innocent Citizens.”

When I read it, my first thought was: I wonder what John Whitehead thinks of this document?

Over the last 45 years, there has been nobody as consistently in the government’s face, holding it accountable for violating Americans’ civil liberties than John Whitehead. He has litigated countless important cases, some of them all the way to the Supreme Court, and he’s also a prolific author, having written books such as Battlefield AmericaThe Eric Blair Diaries, and A Government of Wolves.

So I called him and the legendary constitutional expert and founder of the Rutherford Institute granted me a 20-minute interview.

The rest of this article will be focused on what Whitehead told me.

When I asked him to share his initial thoughts as he had read Trump’s executive order, here’s what he said:

“The first thing that hit me was George Washington’s statement, do not have a large standing army on American soil. It began with Obama and some of the other presidents. We began arming of the Department of Homeland Security, and all of their agents with all their military equipment, the MRAP (armored vehicles), the grenade launchers and all the various things they have. The final stage would have to be blending the local police into that process and connecting them (with the feds). And that’s exactly what this order does.”

If it gets implemented, this executive order “is basically martial law to enforce the president’s so-called priorities,” Whitehead said.

The Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 prevents presidents from using the American military for a domestic police force, and Whitehead believes that’s exactly where our country is heading with this executive order, combined with previous executive orders by past presidents.

The groundwork has already been laid and the Hegelian Dialectic set.

First, we had Joe Biden who opened up the borders, invited every type of violent criminal imaginable into the country, while collaborating with liberal prosecutors funded by George Soros.

Naturally, crime has spiked dramatically in and around major U.S. cities over the last five years.

Americans are begging for relief.

Along comes the next president, Trump, and he brings an answer to the problem that is as extreme as the original, opposite action by Biden.

Biden basically wanted no police. Trump wants to expand law enforcement and empower police in ways never seen previously in America. His executive order calls for investing in new prisons, and minimizing due process rights. Trump said in an interview with Kristen Welker of NBC News this past Sunday that he does not know who in America is eligible for the due process rights written in the 5th and 14th Amendments.

In his rhetoric, Trump routinely heroizes and idolizes tough militarized police tactics.

“We’ve done so many cases over the years on how to hold police accountable for their crimes. Under this executive order, it would be very difficult to hold anyone accountable in a police uniform …so this (executive order) will allow police to do anything they want to do basically if the community allows it to happen.”

What if you disagree with a police officer who gives an unreasonable and unconstitutional order? Can you question him?

Well, the new executive order indicates you had better not risk it. Those who do can be slapped with “enhanced sentences” for committing “crimes against law enforcement officers.” Such crimes are left undefined.

“Originally, police were there to protect the people against criminals but also against invasions from federal authorities, but basically that’s all gone now,” Whitehead said.

He sees an ongoing “blending” of federal law enforcement with the state and local police forces, a concept heavily fortified by Trump’s April 28 executive order.

“It’s been moving in that direction but this thing finalizes it. I’ve talked with plenty of police chiefs over the years and they’ve been working really closely with the FBI, having them occupy spaces in their offices and stuff. There’s this idea that they have to get ready for an immediate crackdown,” he said. “Homeland Security is working with the local police and instructing them. Again, it’s a form of martial law.”

Whitehead points to a 5-minute video put out by the U.S. Department of Defense in 2016 titled “Megacities: Urban Future, the Emerging Complexities.”

The video has been used for training at the Pentagon’s Joint Special Operations University. It predicts that by 2030 the population is not going to be able to sustain itself economically and everything is going to implode.

All that stands between the coming criminal chaos and the good people in major U.S. cities, the video suggests, is the U.S. Army.

Whitehead said it’s to the point where the American citizenry “has a very short window to push back on this. And the 10th amendment allows for this.”

The problem he sees, however, is how easily people are indoctrinated by President Trump.

“He starts off by saying how great and heroic the police are. I understand that and I’ve worked with (good cops) so much over the years, but there are also some with mental health problems and some are on drugs…. He refers to the police as the greatest of heroes. The actual heroes are the American people who pay the bills and often end up on the wrong side of these kind of operations.”

The EO also allows for more surveillance. Advanced AI-powered technology will allow cops to “predict” where the next crime will be committed and by whom. Throw in the Real ID, a biometric national ID card that Trump’s administration is pushing every state to comply with, and you have the makings for a future dictatorship already in place.

“Basically, it will all be algorithms and they can swoop in, knock your door down, and arrest you based on what they think you might do. It’s basically martial law implemented from Washington, DC. And the Trump administration is acting like the police are going to be the saviors.”

Trump has previously stated that he wants to give immunity to police and this executive order appears to do exactly that, stating in Section 3 that it will: “Strengthen and expand legal protections for law enforcement officers.”

Police already enjoy what’s called “qualified immunity” so exactly what Trump is offering them in expanded protections is unclear.

“The point is, he’s saying basically the police are going to be the gods ruling over us now. And they have an amazing amount of equipment and technology to do it,” Whitehead said. “The Democrats and Republicans both are deeply committed to this type of thing. They’re afraid to push back.”

“If you read over the founding fathers, they were very clear,” he added. “What kinds of rights do we have? When police come in what are they able to do to you?

“I’ve had an opportunity to know a number of really good police who’ve had training in the academy. They say it’s so militarized now. We’re dealing with a military police. It was never supposed to be like that in America. This is not Russia or China. They’re not supposed to be able to drag us off the streets and stuff like that. That’s definitely in our future. They may think you’re mentally insane, and now that may be just because you went on the internet and said something like ‘cops stink’ or ‘cops are stupid.’ And then they put you in a mental institution and you can’t contact anyone. We’ve had some of those cases. It’s very difficult what we’re seeing.

“Once people get used to seeing this, which they tend to do, the tanks coming down the street. At that point, there isn’t any hope, in my opinion.”

He said the bottom line for Americans can be boiled down to one question:

“Do we have rights or do we have privileges? That’s the important point.”

He believes that until we the people start to honestly look into that question, the tide will not turn in favor of freedom.

“I’ve argued for several decades now that before any public official takes office, they should have to take a test on the Constitution. And Trump, when he was talking about the Declaration of Independence, he made no sense. I was like, where in the world did he get that information from?”

Whitehead said the Declaration of Independence clearly states that we, the people, have sovereign rights, granted by our Creator.

“You can’t take them away, they’re there. He actually says (in this executive order) that the only people who have rights are in the government, and they’re able to dictate and tell us what to do. We’re supposed to say heil Hitler and move on.”

Whitehead, who has practiced law and fought for liberty for more than 45 years, isn’t ready to move on, or give up.

“I’m telling you it’s one of the most dangerous periods I’ve ever seen in this country. I’ve tried to warn people—the police community have the equipment to blast some communities away,” he said.

“I think his administration is going to move forward on it. And the police chiefs are, when you see them…there’s this idea that they’re a special class. They are supposed to be our servants. We the people are the government…They put out these executive orders and it’s the type of thing you would see in another country, not in America.”

The order talks about “protecting innocent citizens,” but who is that?

“It’s going to be the people with money, the people in government, the people who line up” and do what they’re told, Whitehead said.

So then, what is the answer?

“I encourage local communities to get together and start to say we’re not going to put up with this,” he said. But don’t count on your local politicians to help organize the pushback.

“I see so many local politicians who are ready to go along with whatever the federal government says and especially what this president says,” he said. “These types of executive orders make the Constitution look like a worthless piece of paper. And why is that? Because the American people, I talk to a lot of people, school kids, average adults, even lawyers, and they aren’t educated about our Constitution.”

“If he (Trump) was a good president, he would make sure the public schools are teaching the Constitution. Because countries that have done these sorts of things in the past, as you know, have headed into doom.”

In his final analysis about Trump’s April 28 executive order, Whitehead said:

“There are some people who are not going to like this when it gets implemented and they’re going to be in trouble. This is going to be overwhelming when AI and all this technology is given to police; the Department of Homeland Security has already done threat assessments on homes across America, so they’re already doing that creepy stuff that George Orwell warned about in 1984.”

Trump’s Blunders Put Israel at Risk   By Amit Segal

He backs off the Houthis and considers giving Iran a better deal than Obama did.

May 7, 2025 3:44 pm ET  WSJ – Trump’s Blunders Put Israel at Risk

He backs off the Houthis and considers giving Iran a better deal than Obama did.

JerusalemWhat does Donald Trump’s Middle East report card look like? When it comes to rhetoric, he gets an A-plus. His support for Israel is unequivocal. His threats against Iran are unambiguous. His messages are more hawkish than ever. Based solely on his words, the Houthis will be dismantled, Iran will abandon its nuclear ambitions, Gazans will emigrate, and Gaza will become the Riviera of the Middle East.In terms of action, the picture is far less rosy. Mr. Trump released critical munitions for Israel that Joe Biden had frozen. His threats helped secure the return of 38 hostages from Gaza. He launched airstrikes against the Houthis and deployed military forces to the region. But Mr. Trump has caused serious damage to the basis of regional stability and deterrence of radical Islam: the absence of “daylight” between Israel and the U.S.

The gap between Mr. Biden’s America and Benjamin Netanyahu’s Israel encouraged Hamas to launch its October 2023 attack. The Biden administration’s de facto boycott of Mr. Netanyahu’s government in 2023 and the 2024 arms embargo gave Iran reason to believe it could arm terrorist groups across the region and race toward nuclear capability.

The U.S.-Israel division persists under Mr. Trump. While issuing threats against Iran, he conducted negotiations that might allow Iran to maintain a civilian nuclear program. His envoy Steve Witkoff lacks command of the details and has publicly contradicted himself on whether Iran will be permitted to enrich uranium. Mr. Witkoff faces a team from a country that takes pride in its millennia-old bargaining tradition. Mr. Trump said on Sunday that “total disarmament” is “all I’d accept,” and Israelis can only hope that he sticks to that. This week, more daylight spilled into the Middle East. Mr. Trump said he would halt attacks on the Houthis after they agreed to stop targeting American ships heading toward the Suez Canal. In plain terms, the U.S. effectively acquiesced to continued Houthi ballistic-missile attacks on Israel. One missile that wasn’t intercepted on Sunday tore a crater in a parking lot near Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion Airport.

Days earlier, a ground offensive into Houthi territory was being organized by a coalition of Saudi Arabia, Yemen and other forces to eliminate the terrorist group. But in exchange for the resumption of shipping on an important global trade route, Mr. Trump handed the Houthis salvation.

If Mr. Trump follows this model, a nuclear deal with Iran would likely end the same way: furthering a fleeting American interest while ignoring Israel’s existential concerns and the panic of Sunni states in the Middle East.

What’s happening is that Iran is drawing great encouragement from Mr. Trump’s conduct. The shaken regime—whose proxies have been hammered by Israel and whose air defense systems have been destroyed by advanced weaponry it can’t even identify—may be about to receive a deal similar to the one Barack Obama pursued. That would be more favorable to Tehran, since in the decade since Mr. Obama’s deal, the Iranian nuclear program has only surged ahead.

If this were President Biden, the Israeli right, led by Mr. Netanyahu, would be accusing the American leader of throwing Israel under the bus. The prime minister would fly to Washington to address Congress and rally senators to petition against the president. But who is Mr. Netanyahu going to persuade now—Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez?

It isn’t too late for Mr. Trump to change course. The Iranians are on their knees. He shouldn’t offer them a hand in exchange for a dubious short-term gain that endangers the entire Middle East.

Mr. Segal is chief political commentator on Israel’s Channel 12 News and author of “A Call at 4 AM,” soon in English.

The Ayatollah Regime – a Clear and Present Threat to the US   Ambassador (ret.) Yoram Ettinger, “Second Thought: a US-Israel Initiative”

Is the Ayatollah regime a threat to the US?

May 7, 2025 – *It has been claimed that Iran’s Ayatollah regime does not pose a threat to the US, nor would a nuclear Iran. Moreover, it has been suggested that just like a nuclear India, Pakistan and North Korea, a nuclear Iran may be a regional threat (e.g., North Korea), but not a global threat to the US.

*However, unlike India, Pakistan, North Korea, Russia and China, a nuclear Ayatollah regime would be the first ever apocalyptically megalomaniacal regime.

Unlike the other nuclear powers, the Ayatollah regime is fully committed to a 1,400-year-old vision, which transcends financial and diplomatic considerations, and is underscored in Iran’s school curriculum, mosque sermons and official media, mandating the regime to topple all “apostate” Sunni regimes and bring the Western “infidel” to submission, especially “The Great American Satan.”

Furthermore, dissimilar to the other nuclear powers, the Ayatollah regime is the leading epicenter of global anti-US terrorism, drug trafficking, money laundering and the proliferation of advanced military systems. Currently, the operational footprint of this apocalyptic regime extends from the Persian Gulf and the Middle East through East, North and West Africa to Latin America (the US’ soft underbelly), the US-Mexico border and the US homeland.

Regime-change pro and con

*The attainment of the noble goal of ending wars and terrorism is preconditioned upon eliminating the world’s leading epicenter of wars and terrorism, which is the (currently) non-nuclear Iran’s Ayatollah regime. Refraining from regime-change in Iran, on the one hand, and pursuing the prevention, minimization and ending wars and terrorism, on the other hand, constitutes a self-destructive oxymoron.

*Would a US-induced regime change in Iran alienate the Iranian population and the Muslim World?  Such an assertion ignores the yearning of most Iranians to be liberated from the despotic and ruthless Ayatollah regime, and their deep despair when left – by the US – hanging high and dry in 2009 and 2022. It also overlooks the fact that all Sunni Arab regimes – and especially the pro-US Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Jordan – are eagerly awaiting the US to remove the Ayatollah machete from their throats. It, also, takes lightly the 1,400-year-old divide between Sunni and Shiite Islam, which has been severely fueled by the Ayatollah regime.

*The attempt to compare a potential regime-change in Iran to the failed regime-change attempts in Iraq and Afghanistan disregards the vast differences between their history, culture, education, social cohesion and the degree of contempt for the central regime. Thus, the population of Iran – contrary to the population of Iraq and Afghanistan – is much more equipped to offer a constructive alternative to the Ayatollah regime.

*The reluctance to flex the regime-change muscle has eroded the US posture of deterrence, frustrating allies and boosting the daring of rogue entities, such as Iran and its proxies and allies in the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. It has also brought Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Egypt closer to China and Russia.

Iran’s Ayatollah regime targets US soil

According to the US Homeland Security Threat Assessment2025: “The PRC, Russia, and Iran will remain the most pressing foreign threats to our critical infrastructure…. Among state actors, we expect Iran to remain the primary sponsor of terrorism and continue its efforts to advance plots against individuals – including current and former US officials – in the United States…. Iran maintains its intent to kill US government officials it deems responsible for the 2020 death of its Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) – Quds Force Commander and designated foreign terrorist Qassem Soleimani…. Specifically, China, Iran, and Russia will use a blend of subversive, undeclared, criminal, and coercive tactics to seek new opportunities to undermine confidence in US democratic institutions and domestic social cohesion…. Iran almost certainly will continue to target US-based Iranian dissidents. In the past several years, Iran has used US persons, Iranian diaspora members, and third-country nationals to surveil, harass, and intimidate regime dissidents….”

This assessment by the Homeland Security Department has been echoed by the FBI and the March 2025 Annual Threat Assessment by the Director of National Intelligence.

Secretary of State, Marco Rubio stated during his January, 2025 Senate confirmation hearing: “[Iranian proxies] have long planned contingencies for attacks [on US soil]…. The Islamic Republic’s roving extraterritorial gangs undoubtedly threaten the security of US nationals or US national security…. Their ability to penetrate U.S. soil also positions them as a risk to American national security, as successive Worldwide Threat Assessments produced by the US intelligence community have highlighted, Iran’s commitment to its decade-long effort to develop [violent] surrogate networks inside the United States….”

Iran’s Ayatollah regime undermines the US’ soft underbelly

The Madrid-based Atalayar reports: “Latin America is the backyard of the United States, and the Iranian presence is a challenge to the Monroe Doctrine…. An enemy power on the doorstep of major US cities. The Iranian threat to US national security, using Latin America as a platform, is not just theoretical.  The Iranian threat to the United States has been demonstrated over the years….  Iran’s interest in Latin America dates back to the early 1980s.  However, over the last two decades, this presence [in collaboration with drug cartels, terror organizations and anti-US governments] has intensified…. Shortly after coming to power [in February 1979], Khomeini began to explicitly state his intentions to expand the Islamic Revolution beyond Iran’s borders…. From the mid-1980s onwards, Iran’s presence [in Latin America] has become more evident. It is during this time that Iran began to promote the expansion of its proxy, Hezbollah, in Latin America. Hezbollah’s initial forays into Latin America took place in the area known as the ‘Tri-Frontier’ between Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil.  This is part of a systematic and long-term strategy to fight against its enemies, namely the United States and Israel. Ultimately, Iran’s goal is to expand its influence and capabilities throughout the Western hemisphere…. Iran has directly targeted US citizens, such as former National Security Advisor John Bolton, Iranian opponents, dissidents and exiles with the intention of threatening, intimidating, kidnapping, attacking or assassinating them on US soil….”

The bottom line: the Ayatollah leopard does not change ideological stripes, only negotiation tactics.

Elon Musk now admits: AI will replace bloated, inefficient federal government   LEO HOHMANN

Large swaths of federal workers being terminated does not mean the end of government involvement in our lives. It just means you’ll no longer have humans making decisions that affect your life.

MAY 06, 2025

Many of us voiced concerns when Elon Musk said he was going to eliminate large numbers of federal workers.

Not that we were feeling sorry for the federal workers, who have for years had cushy jobs with nice benefits and wages that have outstripped those in the private sector.

No, we were concerned by what President Trump and his superstar DOGE aide Musk might want to replace those workers with.

Musk gave us the answer on Sunday and it’s right in line with the predictions of myself, Patrick Wood and others who are concerned about the rising tide of techno-tyranny in this country.

Musk attended a closed-door meeting with financial elites at the Milken Institute Global Conference, where he provided further details on “eliminating government inefficiencies” and replacing government workers with artificial intelligence.

Many Trump supporters are giddy at the though of government bureaucrats being out of a job, and I get that. But few are talking about what government by AI will look like moving into the future.

At the prestigious $25,000-per ticket Milken conference held at the posh Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles, Musk laid out his technocratic vision for financier Michael Milken and others, including US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, Nvidia’s Jensen Huang, Citigroup’s Jane Fraser, and Citadel’s Ken Griffin.

DOGE and the Trump administration believe that AI can replace a sizeable portion of the government workforce in administrative, data processing, and customer service roles, dramatically reducing federal payroll costs, eliminating inefficiencies, and modernizing public services.

Last week, the latest data from global outplacement and executive coaching firm Challenger, Gray & Christmas showed the government had led all sectors in job cuts this year, with 281,452 of those cuts attributed to DOGE-related cost-cutting.

Technocracy expert Patrick Wood and a handful of others are saying hold on, not so fast with the jubilation. He’s warning that DOGE could facilitate a scenario in which government policy and execution of those policies gets handed over to AI, leading to the eventual end of representative government and our republic.

Here’s the rub: They can brag about eliminating inefficiencies all they want, but our constitutional republic was not designed for artificial intelligence, which can easily be weaponized against the civil rights and civil liberties of individuals. While the cost-cutting recommendations of DOGE are commendable, that’s where its role should end.

Upgrade to paid

AI should never be empowered to make decisions that impact citizens’ lives. That’s best left to Congress, the chief executive and courts staffed with real human judges. While far from perfect, at least we have accountability when our government is run by human beings and not machines fed with algorithims.

President Trump, appearing on NBC this Sunday in an interview with Kristen Welker, was asked if he thought everyone, citizens or non-citizens, was entitled to due process of law under the 5th and 14th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution. Trump said he did not know the answer to this question. He needed his lawyers to tell him the answer to that.

Trump in his first term needed Dr. Anthony Fauci to tell him what to do about the Covid situation. He ended up locking the country down and rolling out untested and unproven “vaccines.”

This is the same mentality in a president that could one day, likely sooner than we think, turn his decision-making authority over to AI. The table is being set for that right now by DOGE and Dark MAGA.

Wood writes:

“When arch-Technocrat Elon ‘Dark Gothic MAGA’ Musk was given the singular mandate to ‘reorganize’ the federal government, what did you expect? Technocracy is falling, pouncing on America. Was it because Trump said, ‘I love Elon Musk. He’s a brilliant guy?’ Was Trump delusional? This is nothing less than a Technocratic coup, and nobody is paying attention!”

Wood further notes that as massive troves of government data are fed into the cloud to be managed with AI, the data pumps will operate in the future on a 24/7 basis.

“Further, all that data is being fused between agencies to arrive at Skynet-like control over the whole country. Worse, Musk is pledged to ‘Dark MAGA,’ AKA Dark Enlightenment, which pointedly states that Democracy and the Constitutional Republic must be destroyed (and replaced with a techno-monarchy).

“Oh, you foolish, foolish political leaders for destroying our country. Oh, you foolish, foolish citizens for letting them get away with it right under your nose. You should be screaming this from your rooftops.”

[Ed.:  If AI replaces humans and run the government, and AI fucks up, who is AI accountable to?  Here is what one robot in China did today with his artificial intelligence:

The Crimes of Anthony Fauci   ROBERT W MALONE MD, MS

Is incarceration is just a matter of time?

MAY 06, 2025

Never forget the evil done to the United States when Biden pardoned an accomplice to mass murder deeply involved in both the creation of the COVID-19 virus and bio-weapons development. Speculations surround his most likely profiteering from the various “pandemics” over the years, and the sudden jump in his family net worth after leaving Federal employment.

To quote:

“A pardon for ANY OFFENSES AGAINST THE UNITED STATES.”

Think about that. The actual text of the pardon reads:

I, JOSEPH R. BIDEN, JR., PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, …

HAVE GRANTED UNTO DR. ANTHONY S. FAUCI A FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL PARDON FOR ANY OFFENSES against the United States which he may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 1, 2014, through the date of this pardon arising from or in any manner related to his service as Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, as a member of the White House Coronavirus Task Force or the White House COVID-19 Response Team, or as Chief Medical Advisor to the President.”

Although many scholars believe that President Biden’s autopen signature and lack of cognitive function make the document invalid and that President Trump could invalidate the pardon with an executive order, I am not so sure that it would stand up in a court of law. Presidents signing with autopens or delegating the signing to subordinates has long been an accepted practice since Thomas Jefferson.

Biden was never declared unfit for office while serving, so this is also unlikely to withstand judicial scrutiny. It’s worth a try, though, I suppose.

The big legal issue with this pardon is that it is for crimes not named.

The Constitution addresses presidential pardons in Article II, Section 2, Clause 1, known as the Pardon Clause. The exact wording is:

Article II, Section 2, Clause 1:

“The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.”

Does the wording above mean that a president can give a blanket pardon for any offenses against the United States, or do the offenses have to be named?

The most notable example of a blanket pardon is President Gerald Ford’s 1974 pardon of Richard Nixon. Ford granted Nixon “a full, free and absolute pardon… for all offenses against the United States which he… has committed or may have committed or taken part in” during his presidency. This pardon did not enumerate particular offenses. This blanket pardon was never challenged in a court of law. Therefore, a precedent was not set by the courts.

Some like to point to President Jimmy Carter’s blanket pardon for Vietnam-era draft evaders as a precedent. However, that pardon specified a category of offense and was not a blanket pardon for crimes not enumerated. That said, this pardon was also never challenged in a court of law.

As neither case was challenged in a court of law, many legal scholars still debate whether a pardon must specify offenses in detail. It seems to me that now is the time to question whether a blanket pardon for all crimes not enumerated reflects the framers’ intent when they wrote the Constitution. Of course, another, more straightforward solution would be for Congress to pass a law articulating what that phrase actually means. However, it is still up to the Supreme Court to determine the literal meaning of the Constitution.

This principle was solidified in Marbury v. Madison (1803), which affirmed that “it is the province and duty of the judicial department to say what the law is”. While Congress’s interpretations can shape constitutional discussions and legislative actions, when the Constitution lacks clarity, the courts—particularly the Supreme Court—ultimately determine the meaning of constitutional phrases.

That said, there may be an easier route to prosecute Anthony Fauci.
The DOJ can work with state prosecutors to uncover crimes. If the DOJ, during a joint investigation, finds evidence of a crime that has been pardoned federally, that evidence can still be shared with state prosecutors. State authorities may use that evidence to pursue state charges, as the presidential pardon does not extend to state offenses.

So, even if a presidential pardon blocks federal prosecution for the pardoned acts but does not shield the person from state prosecution, the DOJ can share evidence with state prosecutors if the conduct violates state law.

The DOJ can investigate and acquire federal documents related to monetary misconduct, ethical breaches, and even manslaughter, which can then be shared with state attorneys general and prosecutors.

Furthermore, that evidence could be shared with other governments.

A final note: the COVIDcrisis made many people rich; they used psychological bioterrorism to scare government officials into reacting in ways that benefited those parties significantly.

Yes, there is no debate that the COVID-19 crisis triggered what many analysts and organizations describe as the largest upward transfer of wealth in modern history.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the United States saw a dramatic upward transfer of wealth, primarily benefiting billionaires and the wealthiest households:

  • Billionaire Wealth Surge: U.S. billionaires’ combined wealth jumped from $2.9 trillion in March 2020 to $4.7 trillion by July 2021-a gain of $1.8 trillion, or about 62% 123. By early 2023, this growth reached $1.7 trillion, with the nation’s roughly 700 billionaires holding more wealth than the bottom half of all Americans combined 4.
  • New Billionaires: The number of U.S. billionaires increased, with dozens joining the ranks during the pandemic 5.
  • Wealth Gap: While the typical American household’s net worth increased (partly due to stimulus payments and higher home values), richer households gained far more-adding about $172,000 to their net worth from 2019 to 2021, compared to just $500 for poorer households 6. The richest 25% of households still held over 80% of the nation’s wealth 6.
  • Inequality Worsened: The share of national wealth owned by the top 1% continued to rise, reaching around 45%, while the bottom 50% received just 10% of total income 7.

In summary:
The pandemic accelerated and magnified existing inequalities, with America’s wealthiest corporations, individuals, and households capturing a disproportionate share of the economic gains while millions faced job losses and hardship. This dramatic shift was driven by rising asset prices, stock market gains, and policy responses that disproportionately benefited those who already held significant wealth, deepening the divide between the richest Americans and everyone else.

Conclusion:
The pandemic increased billionaire and millionaire wealth at unprecedented rates and deepened inequality in the United States, marking it as a period of historic upward wealth transfer.

Fauci is the figurehead; he must be brought to justice, as must the other public officials, scientists, and physicians who profited enormously from the lies and half-truths.

But in the end – many people and institutions need to be brought to justice for the damages done to the American people. It is the job of the FBI and the DOJ to determine how this upward money transfer happened in the United States during the COVID crisis and who benefited via illegal means. This includes government officials, politicians, scientists, big pharma, and hospital systems that have profited enormously. Which government officials wrote the policies that aided and abetted this upward transfer of wealth and why?

This can not be swept under the rug as just another F/U by big government.

We, the people, deserve answers.

Ukraine Biolabs Update   ROBERT W MALONE MD, MS

The Biolabs existed. The Russian Federation saw them as a threat, and the USG engaged in an active propaganda campaign to deny the obvious evidence. One report indicates US bombing of these.

MAY 05, 2025

On March 09 and 10, 2022, Malone.news published two primary source articles focused on the Ukraine Biolabs. These articles provided direct evidence that the United States Government was funding biological research laboratories in Ukraine. The first of these articles raised the question of whether military action by the Russian Federation to destroy these facilities would be justified, with an analogy drawn to the question of what would be the likely actions of the US Military if it were determined that analogous biological infectious disease research laboratories funded by a global competitor (such as China) were to be discovered in Northern Mexico.

After these articles were published, I was contacted by an active Air Force LTC-rank officer who had direct visibility/intelligence on the early events of the Ukraine conflict that the bombing and destruction via air of those laboratories, attributed by US Corporate media to Russian air force action, was performed by the US Air Force. The implication is that the USG either actively destroyed evidence or acted to prevent the armed forces of the Russian Federation from acquiring information and resources (potentially including biological specimens) from those laboratories.

There is no denying that an active PsyWar propaganda campaign has been deployed to obscure the early events associated with the Ukraine war intentionally. The focus of this propaganda has been to delegitimize the justifications for the invasion of Ukraine offered by the Russian Federation. Any and all in NATO countries who questioned that propaganda campaign were labeled as Russian agents and actively targeted for delegitimization and censorship.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., while a Democratic candidate for the 2024 presidential election, commented on the existence of U.S. biolabs in Ukraine and their connection to biological weapons research. He stated that these biolabs are developing bioweapons using advanced genetic engineering techniques like CRISPR, which were not available to previous generations.

Kennedy also mentioned that the U.S. has been making bioweapons at places like Wuhan, China, and Ukraine, and that some of the research was moved to the Wuhan laboratory, which is suspected to be the origin point for the COVID-19 pandemic.

The U.S. has long dismissed claims about the biological research laboratories in Ukraine as “Russian propaganda,” until senior State Department official Victoria Nuland unexpectedly confirmed their existence at a 2022 Senate hearing under questioning by Senator Marco Rubio. However, the Pentagon continues to insist that the research is neither illegal nor intended for military purposes.

WATCH  [1:23]

Following is a comment from a scientist that is deeply embedded in DoD “Biological Countermeasures” planning and operations. The Trump Administration recently appointed this person to a Special Government Employee position, where he will apparently be supporting the White House Office of Pandemic Preparedness, and is rumored to be posted to BARDA (Biodefense Advanced Research and Development Administration). Original publication of this comment was in the March 10, 2022 Malone.News article “Ukraine Biolab Watchtower”.

“As for the Ukranian labs, you should look at the actual DoD agreement and other associated open source materials. The Ukranian labs put out published reports on a variety of public health and agricultural threats, including Swine Fever from China and Congo Crimean Hemorrhagic Fever (CCHF) are some of the more recent ones, as well as public health messaging on topical items that you can watch on youtube. Unannounced inspections of these laboratories by DoD personnel are allowed.

These labs fulfill a vital mission in global surveillance of emerging infectious diseases. Similar to US APHIS program, State public health labs, etc. Most work is low biosafety (BSL 2) although some places have Class III cabinets for things like CCHF. I think one place has a small hood line.

There are no micronizers, spray dryers, aerosol test chambers, particle size counters, etc. needed for biowarfare research and aerosol stabilization testing.

All the mainstream media pundits that suddenly became overnight COVID experts have now suddenly become overnight national foreign policy experts. It is aggravating to watch them cloud the issue and add fuel to the current Russian Chinese propaganda. Plus, it’s a huge waste of everyone’s time having to correct their BS.

Outside of some small seed stock cultures in liquid nitrogen or held in -70 cryofreezers, the Ukranians have nothing in these public health or agriculture labs that the Russians do not already have in their own still very active and sophisticated BW program that nobody talks about.”

In recent comments by Tulsi Gabbard, current US Director of National Intelligence, she cites the PsyWar attacks she received consequent to merely speaking the verifiable truths which Malone.news documented on March 09 and 10, 2022. In light of these comments by DNI Gabbard, it is worth reviewing sections of those prior reports.

Woke No More: Trump’s Cultural Counterrevolution    @AMUSE

MAY 04, 2025

In the brief but consequential span of his first one hundred days back in office, President Donald J. Trump has accomplished what few political prognosticators dared predict: he has effectively uprooted the ideological weeds of Wokism and salted the cultural soil in which they grew. No more euphemisms, no more seminars on microaggressions, no more bureaucratic caste systems in which one’s skin tone or pronouns dictate one’s place in the pecking order. Instead, what has returned, quietly, but powerfully, is a principle that once animated the founding of the republic: merit.

This is not a claim made lightly. Nor is it an attempt to engage in rhetorical hyperbole. It is, quite simply, an empirical observation. What David Sacks aptly termed a “vibe shift” in the cultural wind is more accurately understood as a sea change. And it is not merely cultural. It is also legal, institutional, and political. Trump did not simply declaim against Wokism, as many conservatives have for the past decade. He has begun to dismantle it root and branch, issuing executive orders with the precision of a surgeon removing a metastasized growth from a once-healthy body politic.

Let us begin with the most consequential policy maneuver: the elimination of “disparate impact” as a basis for federal action. Disparate impact theory, for those blessedly unfamiliar with its doctrinal arcana, held that even facially neutral policies could be deemed discriminatory if they produced uneven outcomes across racial or gender groups. That is, a colorblind policy could still be racist, if the results did not match the demographic ratios preferred by federal ideologues. This was never law in the constitutional sense. It was an ideological invention smuggled in through bureaucratic fiat and judicial activism.

By issuing an executive order that nullifies disparate impact as a criterion for federal enforcement, Trump has done more than overturn a policy. He has delegitimized a worldview. He has said, with characteristic bluntness, that equality of opportunity is the American standard, not equality of result. He has realigned government with reality.

To see the magnitude of this change, one need only recall the fever pitch of 2020, when every Fortune 500 company was scrambling to hire DEI consultants, every federal agency was appointing equity czars, and every university seemed to be competing in a tragicomic race to see who could confess their systemic sins with the most performative piety. These rituals of ideological abasement have now vanished from the halls of government. The “equity” offices? Defunded. The unconscious bias trainings? Canceled. The bureaucratic appendages of progressive moralism? Amputated.

Of course, critics will protest that these changes are cosmetic or symbolic. But that misses the point entirely. Culture is upstream of policy, but policy can redirect the flow. When the federal government, the largest employer in the United States and the most powerful patron of the credentialed class, disavows Wokism, the reverberations are not trivial. They are tectonic.

Consider the reaction of private industry. Many once-ardent apostles of DEI are now quietly shuttering their diversity offices and pivoting, with awkward abruptness, back to concepts like “performance,” “excellence,” and “productivity.” These words were never outlawed, of course, but they had become suspect, relics of a pre-reckoning America. Now, they are resurgent. Merit, once slandered as a fig leaf for privilege, has been restored to its rightful place as the lodestar of excellence.

And what of the academy? Here, the battle is not yet won, but the siege has begun in earnest. Harvard University, that citadel of elite progressive thought, now finds itself under federal scrutiny for racial discrimination. The irony would be delicious if it were not so overdue. After years of engineering admissions to fulfill ideological quotas, Harvard now faces the question it once asked so cavalierly of its applicants: why should we let you in? If the answer is no longer race, what remains is merit.

Some will recoil at this restoration, mistaking it for regression. But this misapprehension rests on a failure to grasp what Trump has done. He has not reinstated some bygone order of exclusion. He has struck down the pretense that identity should be the measure of justice. The civil rights movement marched under the banner of colorblindness. It was the DEI movement that declared this principle naive or even dangerous. Trump has simply reclaimed the original moral grammar.

This, then, is the essence of the collapse we are witnessing. Wokism, like all ideological projects untethered from reality, has imploded under the weight of its own contradictions. A theory that treated unequal outcomes as evidence of discrimination, but that celebrated racial preferences when they favored the right groups, could never endure. A worldview that exalted victimhood as virtue and taught citizens to see oppression in every interaction was destined to fail.

But to fail on its own timetable might have taken decades. Trump accelerated the collapse by refusing to dignify its tenets. He did not debate on their terms. He declared them illegitimate. And by wielding the powers of the executive branch to undo their institutional scaffolding, he made their retreat visible and undeniable.

Perhaps most importantly, he gave ordinary Americans permission to say what they knew in their hearts: that fairness is not racism, that excellence is not oppression, and that truth cannot be subordinated to ideology. For too long, dissent from Woke orthodoxy was treated as moral treason. Now, it is once again the hallmark of courage.

Some may ask: is Wokism truly dead? Or merely sleeping? Might it return, hydra-like, in new guises? These are fair questions. Ideologies rarely vanish entirely. They morph, rebrand, and seek new hosts. But the defeat of Wokism in the first 100 days of the Trump administration has not been merely symbolic. It has been systemic. The tools of enforcement have been dismantled. The bureaucracies have been defunded. The language of law and policy has been clarified.

And in their place, the classical virtues have returned. Liberty. Equality before the law. The dignity of the individual. The presumption of innocence. The primacy of achievement over ancestry.

In the final accounting, Wokism was not merely a political project. It was a metaphysical one. It sought to reorder reality around a vision of endless grievance, perpetual guilt, and permanent revolution. Trump, for all his populist bravado, has responded with something more radical still: a return to sanity.

One hundred days in, and already the fog is lifting. America is not yet cured of its delusions, but it is recovering its sight. The regime of DEI is not just in retreat. It is in ruins. And in the rubble, something older and better is being rebuilt: a republic where merit matters, truth is not negotiable, and no citizen is required to apologize for existing.

That, in the end, may be the greatest achievement of all.

Building Walls Behind Which to Sin   MORDECHAI SONES

A Prophetic Warning for Israel’s Independence Day

MAY 01, 2025

Zionism, as a political ideology, fundamentally remains unchanged. Its core practice involves sacrificing the well-being of the general populace for the benefit of elites and foreign powers, a pattern evident in the events leading up to and following October 7th, where soldiers are sent into danger gratuitously, in conflicts serving external geopolitical interests, such as those of the United States and Saudi Arabia.

All these are manifestations of this unchanging modus operandi where the leadership shows little genuine concern for the people themselves.

Our contemporary situation echoes warnings embedded within Tanach itself. As the prophet Ezekiel was instructed (Ezekiel 6:2-5), divine judgment can fall upon the inhabitants of the Land of Israel for unchecked moral and spiritual failings: “Son of man, direct your face toward the mountains of Israel and prophesy to them… Behold I bring upon you the sword, and I shall destroy your high places… And I shall lay the corpses of the children of Israel before their idols, and I shall scatter your bones around your altars.” This prophetic warning underscores that inhabiting the land carries responsibilities and consequences.

Therefore, just as ancient Israel faced divine retribution for straying from the path of life and embracing idol worship, the modern Zionist state’s focus on political power, nationalism, and military might—all forms of modern idolatry—invites peril and suffering upon the Jewish people. The sacrifices demanded by the state echo the ancient warnings, suggesting that true safety and adherence to Jewish values lie not in political Zionism, but in faithfulness to divine will, which Zionism is keen to disregard.

One may have the most advanced technology, but without moral force behind it, it will only provide false security. One cannot set up fancy walls to sin behind, in hopes that the walls will somehow provide protection.

Therefore, reliance on technological superiority or formidable defenses offers merely an illusion of safety when not backed by moral public policy. One cannot transgress Torah principles and expect physical barriers to provide security.

The core issue is that without moral force, even the most advanced material power ultimately fails. True security and adherence to Jewish values cannot be achieved through an ideology as exploitative and morally compromised as modern Zionism, as this has already been repeatedly demonstrated to invoke the very consequences warned against by the Creator.

The War Room: Steve Bannon’s Powerful Interview with Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò

Vatican coup?   Peggy Tierney

MAY 03, 2025  TIERNEY’S REAL NEWS – A group of American Catholics asked President Trump again, a few months ago, to investigate whether the US Government under Obama-Biden was involved in the sequence of events that led to the resignation of Pope Benedict XVI and the subsequent conclave that elected Pope Francis in 2013.

Pope Francis was elected on March 13, 2013. He was chosen by a papal conclave to succeed Pope Benedict XVI, who had resigned on February 28, 2013. Prior to that, no Pope had resigned from the Catholic Church in over 600 years.

Shortly after the first inauguration of President Trump in 2017 an open letter was published in The Remnant Newspaper requesting an investigation into potential involvement by the Obama-Biden Administration in the affairs of the Catholic Church.

Specifically, the authors questioned whether the US Government was involved in the sequence of events that resulted in the resignation of Pope Benedict XVI on February 11, 2013 and the Conclave that elected Pope Francis I on March 13, 2013. This open letter was widely circulated throughout the world in 2017.

No investigation was conducted back then and the questions that were raised remain unanswered:

– To what end was the National Security Agency monitoring the conclave that elected Pope Francis?

– What other covert operations were carried out by US government operatives concerning the resignation of Pope Benedict or the conclave that elected Pope Francis?

– Did US government operatives have contact with the “Cardinal Danneels* Mafia”?

[*Cardinal Godefroy Danneels, along with others, was associated with the informal group known as the St. Gallen Group or the “St. Gallen Mafia.” The group was allegedly a clandestine circle of high-ranking liberal/reformist churchmen who opposed Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger (later Pope Benedict XVI) and plotted for reform. The group’s alleged goals included influencing conclaves, potentially supporting Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio (later Pope Francis), and working towards a “new Francis,” as stated in a book about the St. Gallen Mafia. Some speculate they may have influenced Benedict XVI‘s resignation in 2011, according to a book on Amazon.]

– International monetary transactions with the Vatican were suspended during the last few days prior to the resignation of Pope Benedict. Were any U.S. Government agencies involved in this?

– Why were international monetary transactions resumed on February 12, 2013, the day after Benedict XVI announced his resignation? Was this pure coincidence?

– What actions, if any, were actually taken by John Podesta, Hillary Clinton, and others tied to the Obama administration who were involved in the discussion proposing the fomenting of a “Catholic Spring**”?

[**The “Catholic Spring” referred to plans to sow revolution within the Catholic Church, similar to the Arab Spring protests. According to leaked emails from John Podesta, Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager, Podesta and his allies had created organizations like Catholics in Alliance for the Common Good and Catholics United to organize for a moment like the “Catholic Spring” to promote dissent within Christianity on sexual morality, especially LGBT issues and contraception coverage.]

– What was the purpose and nature of the secret meeting between Vice President Joseph Biden and Pope Benedict XVI at the Vatican on or about June 3, 2011?

– What roles were played by George Soros and other international financiers who may be currently residing in United States territory?

They are not asking for an investigation of the Church, even though Pope Francis seemed to align the Vatican’s agenda with that of Klaus Schwab, George Soros, and the liberal pro-abortion, pro-immigration US Democrat Party.

The letter continues…

We are asking for an investigation into the affairs of our own US government. It is not unprecedented for a corrupt government to attempt to insert itself into the life of the Church. There are numerous cases of this throughout history.

It is certain that a government in which 51 intelligence officials would lie to the American people to steer an election is not above attempting to steer a conclave.

Several news outlets reported that various Vatican offices were electronically surveilled by the U.S. intelligence agencies, both before and during the 2013 conclave. If these allegations are true, the consequences of monitoring the conclave are significant.

We believe it to be the responsibility of loyal and informed United States Catholics to petition our government to authorize an investigation into these critical questions. Catholics throughout the world expect this of us.

It must be restated that we are not requesting an investigation into the Catholic Church; rather, we are simply asking for an investigation into activities of a previous Obama-Biden administration, one that fomented various coups and color revolutions to overthrow governments around the world. Did the same administration force the resignation of a pope so that a prelate favorable to their agenda could be installed as pontiff? Thank you again, and be assured of our most sincere prayers.

Respectfully,

David L. Sonnier, LTC US ARMY (Retired)

To that end – after the death of Pope Francis and the pending conclave to elect his replacement – Steve Bannon interviewed Archbishop Vigano and asked him directly.

The conclave to elect the new pope will begin on May 7, 2025, following the death of Pope Francis on April 21, 2025. The conclave will be the largest in the history of the Catholic Church, with 133 cardinal electors expected to gather in the Sistine Chapel.

Steve Bannon: Recently, a group of American Catholics asked President Trump to investigate whether the US Government was involved in the sequence of events that resulted in the resignation of Pope Benedict XVI on February 11, 2013, and the subsequent conclave that elected Francis on March 13, 2013. You recently called for the Trump Administration to “investigate the Deep State Plan to eliminate Benedict XVI.” Do you believe that the Obama/Biden Administration meddled in the abdication of Pope Benedict XVI and the election of Jorge Bergoglio? If so, why?

Archbishop Viganò: If we were not talking about the Church – or, to be more precise, the Vatican – but rather about any sovereign nation, the evidence of a coup d’état would not be questioned by anyone. On the other hand, we know that the deep state has interfered several times in the government of many different nations, and that it continues to do so through its emissaries. Just in the past few days, Cardinal Burke has denounced the attempt of “President” Macron to put pressure on the college of cardinals to prevent the election of a conservative pope who would question the policies of the European Union.

From John Podesta’s emails released by Wikileaks we know that the scheme adopted in the civil sphere to foment “color revolutions” was slavishly replicated in the ecclesiastical sphere as well.

The modus operandi is the same: the deep state finances ideological movements and social pressure groups through USAID and other government agencies to simulate dissent against the Magisterium of the Catholic Church and thus be able to put pressure on the hierarchy to adopt reforms, always in a “progressive” sense. At the same time, the part of the hierarchy that is complicit in this subversive operation uses this “virtual” dissent to legitimize reforms that no one is asking for: female priesthood, legitimization of sodomy, apparent democratization of authority through the “synodalization” of the monarchical papacy, etc.

Everything is therefore based on the false premise that there is a problem (one that is artificially created and is absolutely not perceived by the Christian people), which can be remedied with the solution offered (which in ordinary conditions could not even be taken into consideration).

Such interference in the government of the Catholic Church reached the point of theorizing the need to replace the then-reigning Pontiff, Benedict XVI, with an emissary of the deep state who would carry out its subversive plan. And that is exactly what actually happened shortly thereafter: Benedict XVI was forced to resign; Jorge Mario Bergoglio was elected at the 2013 “conclave”; and this Argentine Jesuit actually carried out the orders he had received. I also note, en passant, that in the background of this disturbing scenario, there is a consistent element: all of the protagonists of the coup belonged to the pedophile elite: from Obama to McCarrick, Hillary Clinton, John Podesta, and the Bidens…

It is therefore absolutely essential for the new US Administration – in which Vice President JD Vance is a practicing Catholic – to investigate these aspects and brings to light how the previous Administrations were involved. We know they were accomplices and promoters not only of the Vatican coup, but also of other similar foreign and internal operations – I am thinking first of all of the electoral fraud of 2020.

Once the evidence and the names of the guilty parties are available, the Catholic Hierarchy will not be able to ignore facts of political relevance by using the excuse that these are “merely canonical issues.”

Steve Bannon: Who do you think played a critical role in that coup? How would evidence of foreign interference in a papal election affect the Catholic Church practically and canonically?

Archbishop Viganò: This coup is part of a wider global coup organized by the subversive lobby of the woke left (on the ideological front) and the World Economic Forum (on the financial front). Its aim is the destruction of every form of resistance against the establishment of the New World Order, the establishment of governments totally controlled by an elite of technocrats, and the establishment of a new Religion of Humanity that gives doctrinal and moral foundations to the globalist dystopia.

In the minds of these criminals devoted to the Antichrist – because it is the kingdom of the Antichrist that we are talking about – Bergoglio was to be the first “pope” of the new ecumenical and synodal church prepared since Vatican II. And it is precisely because of this total heterogeneity even with respect to his immediate predecessors (and even with respect to the most progressive of these) that Bergoglio cannot be considered to have been pope of the Catholic Church.

It is clear that, if this interference in the 2013 conclave could be demonstrated, it would entail the nullity of the election and the illegitimacy of Bergoglio’s papacy. This would be in effect a great reset, because it would annul all of Bergoglio’s acts of magisterium and government, from his heretical “encyclicals” to his appointments of bishops and cardinals.

Before the upcoming conclave begins, it is essential to verify that the members of the College of Cardinals are actually legitimate, because anyone claiming to be elected pope by the conclave will otherwise see their legitimacy compromised.

Steve Bannon: On July 1, 2025, the Archdiocese of Detroit will close down 28 thriving Latin Mass parishes by order of the newly appointed Archbishop Edward Weisenburger. What advice do you have for Traditional Catholics who attend those masses? With the widespread suppression of thriving Latin Masses in the United States and around the world, how are Catholics to respond? Should they resist?

Archbishop Viganò: Hatred for the traditional Mass is one of the hallmarks of the enemies of Christ. This hatred is certainly motivated by the fact that the Latin Mass leaves no room for errors and heresies that oppose the truths of Catholic Dogma.

It is significant that it is precisely bishops and cardinals obsessively fixated on “synodality” who trample on the will of millions of Catholics who ask only to be able to have access to the Mass of all time. This exposes the deception of those who fill their mouths with high-sounding slogans about the active participation of the faithful (“actuosa participatio”) and about the role of the laity in the Church – so much proclaimed by the Council – with the sole purpose of taking away authority from the good Pastors and transferring it to new tyrants.

The Catholic faithful – and along with them priests, bishops, and religious – have the right not to be defrauded of the Apostolic Mass, which Our Lord entrusted to the Church to be safeguarded and transmitted without arbitrary changes. This right existed before the imposition of the Novus Ordo by Paul VI, and was reaffirmed by Benedict XVI’s Motu Proprio Summorum Pontificum, which not by chance Bergoglio practically suppressed with Traditionis Custodes.

I remind Catholics that one of the most effective tools to coerce their Pastors consists in allocating their financial offerings only to those Dioceses and communities in which they are truly given the possibility of remaining Catholic. When Their Excellencies find themselves without the money of the faithful on the one hand and without government funding from USAID on the other, they will be forced to choose to do anyway what should have been their duty right from the beginning.

Steve Bannon: In 2023, the Biden Administration, through the FBI, launched a campaign against traditional Catholics who attend the Latin Mass, labeling them “racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists (RMVEs) among radical-traditionalist Catholics (RTC), an ideology that almost certainly presents opportunities for threat mitigation through the exploration of new avenues for tripwire and source development,” In your opinion, why would federal law enforcement target peaceful traditional Catholics as violent extremists? What could possibly be the motivation of law enforcement motivation to systemically target Latin Mass attendees? Could this harassment stem from Bergoglio’s decree Traditionis Custodes and his suppression of the Latin Mass? Is there a connection?

Archbishop Viganò: Saint Pius X said that true Catholics are those faithful to Tradition, and he was absolutely right; so much so that they are also the only ones who are not liked by the enemies of the Church, while the self-styled “adult Catholics,” – so-called progressives, “liberal Catholics,” “woke Catholics” – are highly appreciated. If Bergoglio managed to obtain so much admiration from those who detest the Catholic Church and the papacy, it is because the elite considered him “one of their own,” equally revolutionary, equally imbued with Masonic philanthropism, equally ecumenical, syncretistic, inclusive, green, and woke.

We have reached the zenith of a paradox in which the civil power usurped by traitors of the deep state is allied with the religious power usurped by traitors of the deep church. It is therefore not surprising that the “secular arm” has come to the aid of the Bergoglian church, targeting Bergoglio’s enemies – that is, true Catholics – because it also considers them enemies of woke society and the globalist elite.

Now, however, with the election of Donald Trump in the United States of America, the infernal machine of the New World Order has somehow jammed, putting into crisis a system of corruption, conflicts of interest, and blackmail that seemed to work perfectly. At a time when the deep state is losing power in civil society, the deep church is also retreating within the Catholic Church, because they are two sides of the same coin. It is up to citizens and believers to support good rulers and good Pastors, so that they can finally bring justice to this global coup that threatens all of humanity.

Steve Bannon: What has been the impact on (formerly) Catholic nations like Ireland of mass invasion of Islamic immigrants? Is this influx of uncontrolled migration part of a strategic globalist plan to eradicate Christianity? Is this the result of a loss of faith? Has Vatican II had an impact on the de-Christianization of Europe? Why would Bergoglio support the destruction of the Christian culture in Europe and elsewhere with open borders?

Archbishop Viganò: There is an epochal struggle underway between Good and Evil, between God and Satan, between those who recognize Christ as King and those who instead work for the establishment of the kingdom of the Antichrist. This struggle is reaching its final stage, but it has been prepared for some time, especially since the enemies of Christ organized themselves into an anti-church, namely Freemasonry, which is intrinsically anti-Catholic, because it is anti-Christian and devoted to Satan. The purpose of Freemasonry – and therefore of the New World Order – is the cancellation of Christ through the cancellation of Christian society, Christian culture, Christian civilization and, obviously, the Catholic religion.

Satan does not accept the defeat inflicted on him by Our Lord on Golgotha and, unable to defeat the One who has already defeated him forever, he takes revenge on men, trying to drag as many as possible to Hell.

In order to erase the presence of Christ from the life of each of us, Satan must act on multiple fronts: the public and the private, that of the family and that of education, that of culture and entertainment, of science and finance. He therefore desires that all our actions – which in a Christian society are oriented towards the Good – must be corrupted to the point of making it almost impossible for anyone to do good deeds, to follow the Gospel, to obey the Commandments, and to transmit the principles of our Faith and our Morality. It is not just a matter of making us accept as “legitimate” the fact that others can “legitimately” do evil – for example with abortion – but of making each of us feel guilty because we persist in not wanting to do evil, in not wanting to consider it a “human right” to tear an innocent child to pieces in the mother’s womb or to mutilate an adolescent by means of gender transition. It is the mentality of “Who am I to judge?” that Bergoglio translated into a moral principle right from the beginning of his “pontificate.”

In order to achieve his goal of the destruction of every religious principle, however, Satan needed to have the leaders of the Catholic Hierarchy on his side, so that the Church of Rome – notoriously anti-revolutionary, anti-liberal and anti-Masonic – would become an ally and accomplice of those who until yesterday She considered Her most fearsome enemies. Without the condemnations formerly made by the popes of Freemasonry, liberalism, atheistic materialism, and modernism, the Church could and would become – in Freemasonry’s plan – no longer the guardian of the Truth against error, but the very propagator of error against the Truth, hijacking ecclesiastical spiritual authority to make it work for the loss of souls. The Second Vatican Council served exactly this purpose: undermining traditional principles and insinuating into the Catholic Church the revolutionary principles against which the Church had always strenuously fought. The ecumenism of Vatican II laid the doctrinal foundations for immigrationism, because this was the necessary premise to legitimize the uncontrolled invasion of Europe by hordes of Muslims without provoking any reaction from the invaded peoples.

Our leaders – both civil and religious – have betrayed us, ordering us to welcome those who will soon represent the majority of the population of military age and who, due to wretched laws, are even enlisting in our armed forces. We are faced with an ethnic substitution imposed by the subversive elite of the UN and the European Union: a forced Islamization in which some governments go so far as to imprison their own citizens because they complain about the degradation and criminality imported by the new barbarians, systematically absolving any immigrant, regardless of the gravity of his crimes. It is clear that in this plan of social destruction the complicity of the Bergoglian church has been decisive, and Bergoglio will have to answer for this before God and the tribunal of history.

But this is not all. Muslims who come to Europe believing they can subject it to Sharia law ignore that there is a third protagonist – whom we know well – who intentionally provokes an ethnic and religious clash between Christianity and Islam, because a civil and religious war in Western countries would legitimize further restrictions of fundamental freedoms and allow for the prohibition of any form of external worship, in the name of “mutual respect.”

Steven Bannon: In your long career as a Vatican diplomat, have you ever seen a pope publicly disparage a political leader the way Bergoglio did when he called Trump “unchristian” in the middle of a political campaign? Do you believe that statement was part of a globalist strategy to undermine Trump’s election or simply Bergoglio’s personal opinion?

Archbishop Viganò: Bergoglio demonstrated his total extraneity from the Roman papacy not only in doctrinal, moral, and liturgical aspects, but also in more banal ways, from the way he dressed to the language he used. In the Vatican he was known for his furious tantrums and the scurrilous expressions he resorted to. Every gesture of Bergoglio was designed to cause embarrassment and scandal, to break protocol, and to create a precedent for new and more serious violations of ceremonial norms. His seemingly spontaneous comments served to remove formality – and therefore authority – from “the pope’s” statements and attribute them to himself, so that it was not “the pope” who spoke, but he.

At the same time, the enormities and nonsense we heard him utter – not least the attacks on President Trump that he did not even bother to disguise – always had the “excuse” of not being an official part of the papal documents, so as to get the message across without having to assume full responsibility for it. Such double talk was repugnant to any true Catholic, demonstrating once again that Bergoglio considered his “papacy” as a piece of property that he believed himself authorized to use against the Catholic papacy.

Bergoglio was imposed on us as the pope of the elite, as the head of the globalist anti-church, and as such he has always demanded obedience and submission. He was the preacher of religious indifferentism, of moral relativism, of the pauperist claims of the “Amazonian church,” and of the LGBTQ lobby. When Bergoglio opened his mouth, he spoke like the ventriloquist of Davos. His condemnations were not Catholic condemnations, just as his endorsements of dictators, criminals, abortionists, and perverts of all kinds did not represent a Catholic approval. Being the target of Bergoglio’s invectives is therefore a source of pride, and American Catholics understood this very well, voting for Trump despite the propaganda of the Jesuits, the USCCB, and self-styled “Catholic” NGOs.

Steven Bannon: What is the best way to handle the current crisis in the Catholic Church created by the tumultuous twelve-year regime of Jorge Bergoglio? Given the upcoming papal conclave, what actions should the cardinal-electors take to avoid repeating the Bergoglio regime? Do you have any concern that the Saint Gallen Mafia 2.0 will manipulate the conclave in order to elect a candidate who will continue the radical synodal destruction of the Catholic Church?

Archbishop Viganò: What Bergoglio and his accomplices have managed to do in the last twelve years constitutes a disaster of immense proportions, even if the destruction of the Catholic edifice began well before. Bergoglio has taken the principles of Vatican II to their extreme consequences: his “synodality” is the updated version of the subversive principle of “episcopal collegiality” of Vatican II’s Lumen Gentium. For this reason, Bergoglio has always proudly considered himself a faithful executor of the Council, since it too – like Bergoglio – managed to impose itself “through pastoral means,” that is, precisely at the moment in which it declared itself not dogmatically binding for the Catholic faithful.

The greatest damage Bergoglio did was through the appointments he made: the entire Roman Curia and the Episcopal Conferences are now infested with his courtiers, protected by the McCarrick clique and the Jesuits. This subversive lobby has thrown off its mask, and this has opened the eyes of many people who are no longer willing to ratify the decisions of an authority that answers neither to God nor to the ecclesial body.

To resolve the current crisis, it is first necessary to investigate the interference that occurred in the 2013 Conclave, to ascertain whether Bergoglio’s election was manipulated by the American deep state and the Saint Gallen Mafia. If this in fact happened, then Bergoglio was never validly elected as pope, and therefore the current number of 136 cardinal-electors (a number which is higher than the rules governing the conclave allow) would drop to 28, that is, only those cardinals created by John Paul II and Benedict XVI. If the conclave could rediscover its canonical legitimacy in this way, it would give greater authority to the man it elects as pope, who would no longer be burdened by doubts about his nomination. Until the shadows cast over Bergoglio’s legitimacy are dispelled, the conclave will see its authority compromised.

Steve Bannon: In your opinion, what is the greatest threat that the United States is facing today?

Archbishop Viganò: The most serious threat that looms over the United States of America is the danger of not learning from what has happened thus far: that citizens do not realize the danger they have escaped by electing Donald Trump instead of Kamala Harris, and that the government is allowing itself to be intimidated by international lobbies and softening the reforms that are essential, starting with reining in the excessive power of multinational corporations, especially with respect to citizens.

It is not enough to fight the most extreme manifestations of woke ideology. We need to rebuild, starting from the foundation of family, from the bedrock of morality, Religion, and culture. We need to restart a social model on a human scale, in accordance with God’s plan and the Law of the Gospel. And we need to teach our children to fight and die for the rights of God rather than the alleged “rights of man.” We must learn that it is crazy for man to try and make himself into god, when God has already become man and offered himself for us. Only a nation that recognizes itself under God can hope to prosper, because everything it needs comes from God, and the Lord always blesses those who fear Him and serve Him.

Shortly after death of Pope Francis, President Trump was asked who should be the next Pope – he jokingly said: “I’d like to be pope. That would be my number one choice.”

Then, he added that he did not really have a preference for who should be the new pope and mentioned that there was a cardinal from New York who was “very good,” likely referring to Cardinal Timothy Dolan. Timothy Michael Dolan has served as Archbishop of New York since 2009 and as a cardinal since 2012.

Yesterday – President Trump posted this AI-created photo of himself on Truth Social with a warning finger. The finger wag is primarily used to express disapproval or warning. It’s a non-verbal way of saying, “Be careful,” “Stop that,” or “Don’t do that.”

What does this tell me? IMHO, this means that, YES, the US Government under Obama-Biden DID interfere at the Vatican and influenced the resignation of Pope Benedict and his replacement, Pope Francis. This is Trump’s way of telling us that. He’s saying it was a rigged election and it’s time to remedy that.
