Brazil is Our Future Unless US Wakes Up by [pseudonym] Dick Borden
July 18, 2023 – It has been tragic to watch Brazil spiral down into soft, and not so soft, tyranny.
The year prior to the stolen presidential election in 2022 was the worst. Congressmen and journalists were fined for free speech and some even rounded up, detained, and imprisoned.
The elites’ hatred of President Jair Bolsanaro was so great that extreme measures were tolerated, even encouraged, by the gate-keepers of political discourse, media hits, and good taste.
The first indication was when Bolsanaro’s common sense executive order, calling for printed ballot proof at the voting booth (since 1996, Brazil moved from paper to electronic voting), was blocked by the leftist Supreme Court (in order to secure the steal) and then couldn’t get a supermajority in Congress in 2021.
That same Supreme Court, including the Electoral Court just beneath it, brooked no criticism of their Highnesses or of the electoral system, raining down fines, judgements, and sentences on such unruly citizens.
After last October election steal, the reigning leftist tyrants – taking a page from the Pelosi playbook – orchestrated an ambush of election-steal protestors, hauling 1,200 of them off like cattle to an open-air detention center – where up to four died due to the inhumane conditions.
President Bolsanaro felt compelled to flee the country (to Florida) during the transition of power, but bravely returned in March.
Why brave?
[Ed.:“Unless we wake up”? This implies that we slept through the theft of our last election! WE DID NOT. 95% of the Brazilian population were wide awake while their election was stolen (with US help) and the fascist dictator Lula took over the country. No one was asleep. Waking up therefore, is not a solution.]

JUL 19, 2023 – RealClear poll shows Americans overwhelmingly back NATO, and majority support adding Ukraine to the alliance.
By a 4-1 margin, Americans view NATO favorably, according to the RealClear Opinion Research poll. Asked whether NATO remains essential to U.S. national security, 77% answered yes, with 23% saying it is no longer needed.
Created in 1949 to counter Soviet expansionism, NATO has expanded since the end of the Cold War, a move President Vladimir Putin has cited as a pretext for Russia’s invasion. Americans are unpersuaded by such claims. A majority (54%) support adding Ukraine to the Western alliance, despite the apocalyptic threats emanating from the Kremlin. Only 24% of voters think it’s a bad idea, with 22% unsure or expressing no opinion.
[Ed.: The only logical explanation for this is that most people believe whatever the mainstream media tells them. They’re not listening to Scott Ritter or Col. McGregor every day! (After all, they’re not reading the Daily Shmutz!)

Beer drinking out of a can, at a ball game or rodeo, was for good ol’ boys, and so they dumped the brew when suddenly it was advertised as a beer for sissies.
Sales plummeted.
Years ago, Corporate Wimp Advocates gave us “Pajama Boy” as a replacement for the rugged individualist. Nice try, but it failed.
Americans, back then, preferred and admired the He-Man…men like Clint Eastwood, Harrison Ford, and before that, Clark Gable.
The 98-pound weakling, particularly in movies and comic books, and even in advertising, was a source of humor.
Rather, raise your boys to be cowboys.
Those were the days when Americans were proud of themselves and their country. PRIDE had a whole different meaning, like Sinatra’s “The House I live In,” and Irving Berlin’s “God Bless America,” penned in gratitude by Russian/Jewish immigrant, Israel Beilin. Patriotism was good, and there was no confusion between men and women.
Obviously, the culture has changed…to, raise your boys to be girls. Or, raise them to be transgender, or gay.

“Ethnic homogenization is intended to avoid creating “Cleft nations” which are inherently unstable. “
“A cleft nation is one in which the major ethnic groups are so clearly separate from one another in terms of values that it is difficult to form a national culture. These groups tend to be insulated from one another, particularly if they do not share the same or similar religions and value systems.”
I continued:
“The only way to bring stability to Israel is to remove the cleft and enable ethnic homogenization as far as it is possible.”
But even if we share the same religion, we don’t necessarily, share the same values. Such differences can lead to civil war and secession. The American Civil War is one such example.

July 16th, 2023 – What qualifies Islam as a religion? What are the criteria for deciding if an ideology is a religion? An illiterate Arab, some 1500 years ago, claimed Allah commissioned him as his emissary. What’s the proof for his claim? The Quran, the book that took him 20 years to put together and bill as the word-for-word utterances of the creator of the universe, Allah? It just so happened that he came up with a tremendously attractive proposition to the forever fighting-plundering Arabs: join me, war with me, and your winning is guaranteed: you kill our adversary, you get to keep 80% of his possessions, including his women and children. You get killed, and your destination is Allah’s glorious sensual paradise, where you will reside forever.
The offer caught like wildfire and, over time, engulfed the world.
There is no proof that Muhammad was indeed chosen and commissioned by the author of the universe for this mission called Islam. So, Islam is a religion because it has a prophet? Why not Nazism? Oh, because Adolf Hitler did not claim so? What about Marx and, Engels, Mao? No, they did not claim to be emissaries of supernatural beings.
Most religions are indeed intended to attenuate human fears. They are based on natural worries, many of which are irrational…but natural nonetheless. For example, many pagan religious practices were focused on the seasonal cycles related to the harvest. Why? Because if the harvest was poor, their entire civilization could perish or be weakened to the point where a neighboring tribe would kill them.
While they misunderstood the scientific basis for whether they created natural (yet irrational) religious beliefs about whether and harvest, in this sense, religions were psychologically helpful and inevitable in addressing natural conditions. But some religions establish for themselves fears of things that do not exist…which the religion itself invented to create and perpetuate fear, and then artificially addressed it to establish a political regime.
The political nature of Islam transcends personal spiritualism and becomes a cult of oppression. This is fraud. This is evil. This is Islam.
