April 8, 2023 – An expert in public finance and policy evaluation at Michigan State University, Economics Professor Mark Skidmore revealed in a recent study that the CV19 bioweapon vax was debilitating and deadly from the very beginning. His troubles began when the study he conducted showed nearly 300,000 CV19 vax deaths in just the first year of injections. The report went viral, and it was a top trending study on social media that 17 million people read. Dr. Skidmore has published dozens of peer-reviewed scientific papers, but this peer-reviewed study is now being retracted by a top scientific publication. On top of that, Dr. Skidmore is being investigated academically for essentially telling the truth about the deadly CV19 vax. Dr. Skidmore says, “I have never had anything happen like this in my career. I have published more than 80 peer-reviewed papers and never had a retraction or anything like this. Peer review is rigorous. An editor (at BMC Infectious Diseases) made a decision to publish, and she was courageous. She had to have known this had potential to cause controversy, and it has. That’s okay. There are people attacking me personally, and attacking the integrity of the process and my integrity. They are challenging the methods. . . . I asked about Covid illness issues, and there was not one inquiry about that. But, if I asked about Covid vaccine issues, it’s just the questions about that, and was it legitimate?”

SUMMARY: This post will show that both flu and Covid vaccines are utterly useless at preventing hospitalization for Covid AND flu. This conclusion is based on a recent large study of US veterans. Their health data is available to researchers from the Veterans Administration medical database.
The same VA study also shows that repeat COVID infections are not milder in hospitalized veterans.

Executive summary
The medical journals need to be held accountable for their retractions of valid scientific papers that don’t fit the narrative.
The Skidmore paper is a clear cut case.
This paper was the #1 most popular paper in the history of the journal.
But now, after publishing it, they have decided that they don’t like it because it shows that hundreds of thousands of people have been killed by the vaccine. They said that the survey wasn’t representative, but NOBODY asked to see the survey data!! So how could they know? We’ll find out in court when we depose each and every member of their editorial board.
I’m prepared to fund all the legal costs to do this.

April 9, 2023 – On Friday I was having lunch with a relative.
She’s a nice woman, smart. We’re not especially close – we didn’t grow up near one another and we don’t live near each other now – but we’re blood, and in no way unfriendly.
One more thing: she’s an academic. You can guess her politics.
Just after we sat, we talked a bit about Covid. She said she’d been only vaguely aware of my views or how controversial I’d become – surprising but not entirely, she’s had plenty else to worry about of late. She’d googled me and come across “The Pandemic’s Wrongest Man,” though. Of course.
We ordered, ate, caught up, gossiped about family. The usual.
And then she said something along the lines of, Well. I would like to hear about your journey, how you developed these views.
Journey. Uh-oh.
Sure, I said.
One question I’d ask, one way to look at it – do you generally believe in the scientific method?
I think she said “scientific method,” not “science.” But she meant “science.”
She meant, Do you believe in science?
There is only one answer to this question, if someone is foolish and/or rude enough to say it out loud to you, the mRNA skeptic. I don’t care who that someone is: a relative, a friend, a frenemy, a television interviewer, a total stranger.
Yes, this question has only one answer.

April 9, 2023 – My testimony to the New Hampshire legislature in 2021 includes many links regarding vaccine efficacy, including an August 5, 2021 interview of Rochelle Walensky by Wolf Blitzer and a similar pronouncement at the same time by UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson. Yet the shots continued to be pushed. It didn’t make sense.
The narrative then became that the shots would prevent more severe illness. This assertion was evidence-free but has continued to circulate.

This is the proof that a bait and switch took place: FDA improperly issued a COVID vax license in order to impose mandates. This needs to be part of the litigation
April 9, 2023 – Commissioner and Peter Marks MD, PhD (Director of FDA’s vaccine center CBER) on July 21, 2021. She was explaining why issuing a license was not possible, no way, in August. But the powers that be wanted August mandates, probably to force them on colleges and the military. She resigned (or was more likely fired) the last week of August 2021, immediately after the license was issued for Comirnaty on August 23, 2021. This is the most critical sentence in what she wrote to acting Commissioner Janet Woodcock, MD and FDA Center for Biologics director Peter Marks:
“You expressed concern about the rising Covid cases in the US and globally, largely caused by the delta variant and stated your opinion that, absent a license, states cannot require mandatory vaccination and that people hesitant to get an EUA authorized vaccine would be more inclined to get immunized when the product is licensed.”

They charged Kirk Moore with a crime. Dr. Moore is allowed discovery to prove his innocence. This means he gets access to Medicare, NDI, and all state death and vaccination records. JACKPOT!
April 9, 2023 – The US Attorney has given Dr. Kirk Moore the right to request the state and federal public health records. Now the truth will finally be exposed. Dr. Moore can single handedly do something nobody else has been able to do: expose the corruption and end the COVID vaccination in the US and worldwide.
Executive summary
The US Attorney in Utah issued a criminal indictment against Dr. Kirk Moore for “running a COVID-19 Vaccine Scheme to Defraud the Government and CDC.”
But what if Dr. Moore was actually saving lives instead and is a hero?
Since this is a criminal proceeding in federal court, Dr. Moore cannot be denied discovery to show that the vaccines are deadly.
This is relevant due to the opportunity for jury nullification where a jury has the right to issue a “not guilty” verdict if they believe the law is unjust.
If the judge denies Moore the discovery, he can appeal because there is no country in the world that has correlated the death-vax data and released the records for public analysis. They all keep it hidden behind closed doors and all attempts to get that data have been rebuffed.
A federal court has jurisdiction over all 50 states and can order the CDC and all states to turn over COVID vaccination records and death records. You know, the records that the states and CDC don’t want to be made public for some reason. Those records.
So Dr. Moore is now empowered to do something that nobody else in the world can do: access the secret public health records of every state in the US that will finally show to the entire world what everyone in power wants to hide from the public: the truth.

$250 million for providers and $100 million for the patients. And it could be added to another CalVaxGrant of up to $55,000 to “help physician practices vaccinate their communities against COVID-19.” Half of the $350 million came from the state’s general fund, half from the feds.
“Funding will incentivize outreach programs and activities by MCPs and their providers, particularly primary care providers and pharmacies, as well as engage with trusted community organizations, such as food banks, advocacy groups, and faith based organizations…”
“After an initial payment for start-up costs, additional MCP payments will be conditional upon meeting specific vaccination goals.”
In other words, we are hiding some of the program’s requirements until later.
