Executive summary
The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) hasn’t investigated any link between the COVID vaccines and death. That’s a violation of California law to look the other way.
Peter Baldridge, former Assistant Chief Counsel of the CDPH, expressly brought this violation to the attention of the head of the department. As you might expect, the CDPH ignored him and did absolutely nothing.
We have proof of this.
Since the California government is not doing it’s job in following the law, I will be filing a writ of mandamus to compel the CDPH to do their job. The California court should also award me attorney fees.
In addition, Mr. Baldridge and I have both made a FOIA request to see the death-vax records; something that no state or world government has ever produced.
One way or another, the truth will be exposed soon for all to see.
CDC Director Rochelle Walensky Resigns By JOHN LEAKE
Petition filed at US Attorney’s Office court alleges that Walensky was never lawfully sworn into office to begin with.
MAY 5, 2023 = AP is reporting that Director Rochelle Walensky just resigned from her office as CDC Director. For many readers of this Substack, Walensky is perhaps best remembered for her August 5, 2021 admission that the so-called COVID-19 “vaccines” do not prevent infection or transmission of SARS-CoV-2.
Given that the RNA virus initially replicates in the nose, it was already evident to many when the new shots were rolled out that these products—designed to induce the production of antibodies in the blood— would NOT prevent infection and transmission. This is because antibodies in the blood have limited interaction with a pathogen replicating in the nose.
For some reason it seems the CDC was slow to recognize this. After Walensky entered office in early 2021, she assured the public that the new vaccines did indeed prevent infection and transmission.
According to the AP report, Walensky did not, in her resignation letter, explain why she was stepping down, though she apparently referenced today’s WHO declaration that the COVID-19 state of emergency is no longer in effect. This comes just six days prior to the pre-announced expiration of the HHS declared state of COVID-19 emergency.
To be sure, many Americans have not perceived COVID-19 to be a public emergency for some time. However, as readers of this Substack are aware, the PREP Act provides innumerable benefits to those engaged in the great business of “Emergency Countermeasures.” As one might say here in my great state of Texas, the Countermeasures bidness been damn good to a lot of folks where were positioned to benefit from the emergency.
Walensky’s resignation comes just three weeks after an intriguing petition was submitted to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of Columbia, pointing out that she did not—as required by 5 U.S. Code § 3332—adhere to the following requirement:
An officer, within 30 days after the effective date of his appointment, shall file with the oath of office required by section 3331 of this title an affidavit that neither he nor anyone acting in his behalf has given, transferred, promised, or paid any consideration for or in the expectation or hope of receiving assistance in securing the appointment.
Top Officials Who Pushed Aggressive COVID-19 Policies Now Try To Rewrite History
May 6, 2023 – Anthony Fauci, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, and many other top officials who pushed aggressive COVID-19 policies now try to rewrite history.
Some of the people most strongly associated with promoting lockdown measures during the COVID-19 pandemic have recently sought to recast their positions. Examples include Anthony Fauci, former leader of the federal COVID-19 response, teachers’ union head Randi Weingarten, and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
Fauci seemed eager to shirk responsibility for the lockdowns when talking to The New York Times last week.
“Show me a school that I shut down and show me a factory that I shut down. Never. I never did,” he said.
It was the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that produced the lockdown recommendations, he emphasized.
“I gave a public-health recommendation that echoed the CDC’s recommendation, and people made a decision based on that,” he said, noting that he “happened to be perceived as the personification of the recommendations.”
That perception wasn’t mere happenstance though. Fauci hardly missed an opportunity for a media spotlight, accepting accolades for supposedly leading the country through the crisis.
Fauci boasted in October of 2020 that, early in the pandemic, it was he who recommended that President Donald Trump “shut the country down.”
“This was way before” the major outbreak in the New York City area at the onset of the pandemic, he said.
Moreover, Fauci now argues he was appreciative of those who had their reasons for not following the advice of federal public health agencies.
“I never criticized the people who had to make the decisions one way or the other,” he said.
That doesn’t appear to be accurate.
Fauci was repeatedly cited by the media as criticizing states that diverged from federal guidance.
Doctor Launches New Class Action Lawsuit Against Australian Government Over Vaccine Injuries By Jim Hoft
May. 4, 2023 – The Australian government and the pharmaceuticals agency are being sued in a landmark class action lawsuit over injuries sustained from receiving the experimental Covid-19 shot.
The lawsuit was filed in the New South Wales Federal Court on behalf of 500 complainants by Dr. Melissa McCann, a general practitioner from Queensland.
“These injured and bereaved have suffered immense loss, pain, and grief. Just as heartbreaking has been the gaslighting and silence, which has left them feeling abandoned. We cannot simply ‘move on’ from COVID and leave them behind,” Dr. McCann tweeted.
Those being sued include the federal government, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Brendan Murphy, and Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) spokesperson Professor John Skerritt, Epoch Times reported.
The plaintiffs allege that they were injured, had to pay for medical bills, and lost money because of the government’s “negligent or wrongful” promotion of the use of COVID-19 vaccines.

“The action will argue that the Therapeutic Goods Administration [TGA] did not fulfil their duty to properly regulate the COVID-19 vaccines, resulting in considerable harm and damage to Australians,” said Natalie Strijland from NR Barbi Solicitor.
“The claim now proceeds upon the basis that the government, in fact, acted negligently in approving the vaccines and also by failing to withdraw them after approval based upon the known evidence,” Strijland said.

MAY 5, 2023 – The National Security Council received a warning about the Wuhan Institute of Virology two years before the deadly coronavirus pandemic, according to an email obtained by U.S. Right to Know.
Concerns about China’s first maximum security lab and bat coronaviruses had reached the highest levels of the U.S. national security apparatus by December 2017 — two years before COVID-19 first emerged in Wuhan.
Two State Department cables described a shortage of safety training at the Wuhan Institute of Virology and the danger posed by novel coronaviruses in 2018.
The cables outlined details about the shortage of adequately trained staff, Wuhan Institute of Virology senior scientist Zhengli Shi’s rejected request to study coronaviruses at the highest biocontainment level, and the discovery of novel SARS-like bat coronaviruses that bind to human receptors.
The cables generated a public outcry after the Washington Post reported them in April 2020.
They also generated quiet astonishment within the State Department, according to emails obtained through the Freedom of Information Act. The emails also show the apparent indignation of the official who authored the cables.
According to that official, whose name is redacted, the information had been communicated to the “NSC.”
“Too bad I couldn’t get anyone to listen even with front channel cables and letters from the Ambassador to the NSC,” the official wrote.
“NSC” refers to the White House’s National Security Council.

Walensky’s departure was announced by President Biden, according to several news reports.
Walensky has led the agency for roughly two-and-a-half years and has led the country through a series of major health matters including the COVID-19 pandemic. The administration is set to end the public health emergency on the pandemic next week.
