Global activism against the World Health Organization’s (WHO) proposed pandemic treaty and amendments to its International Health Regulations (IHR) is intensifying ahead of the Dec. 1 deadline to reject the proposed 2022 IHR amendments. Critics say the proposals boost WHO’s authority, erode national sovereignty and threaten health freedom
World Health Organization (WHO) member states have until Dec. 1 to reject proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005) (IHR) that critics warn will grant the WHO more power.
Critics argue that failure to reject the 2022 IHR amendments — which were approved last year, by the Seventy-fifth World Health Assembly — will increase the likelihood that future proposals, such as the currently pending 2023 IHR amendments and the “WHO Pandemic Agreement,” sometimes called a “pandemic treaty,” will also pass.
This is because the 2022 IHR amendments would reduce the amount of time available to governments to reject the 2023 IHR amendments and the pandemic agreement, if either or both are approved at the next World Health Assembly meeting, in May 2024.
Some critics also argue the proposed 2022 and 2023 amendments and pandemic agreement represent a fundamental threat to national, medical and bodily sovereignty. But others argue that, at root, the negotiations over these proposals represent a trade dispute and power struggle between stronger and weaker countries.

Proposed amendments to the IHR
The proposed changes to the International Heath Regulations (IHR), to be considered by the World Health Assembly in May 2024, would see Australia obliged to follow the WHO’s lead in:
- Declaring an emergency;
- Mandating public health measures; and
- Gagging public and scientific debate.
This is, of course, ridiculous. Australia, and not the WHO, should make its own public health decisions. And robust political and scientific debate is critical, even more so (not less so!) in an emergency. (The WHO have tried to turn “managing misinformation” – a.k.a. censorship – into a virtue. It isn’t. Suppressing political debate is anti-democratic, and questioning is fundamental to the scientific method. We know this, and we must remember it.)
Government assurances
The government’s reassurances that parliament will consider the proposed changes to the International Health Regulations (IHR) – and that only Australian parliaments can change Australian laws – are disingenuous.
If we don’t actively reject the IHR amendments, we will become legally obliged to follow the WHO’s diktats, without parliament having to decide anything. Under international law, our parliaments will be obliged to implement what the WHO requires. (And what’s worse, seem keen to do so!) Here’s how it works.

Several DNA and RNA vaccines have been already approved for market:
- 2005, APEX-IHN (Novartis/Elanco) for Atlantic salmon against Infectious Hematopoietic Necrosis Virus (IHNV), British Colombia.
- West Nile Innovator – DNA (Fort Dodge Animal Health/Pfizer) for West Nile virus in condors and horses.
- Oncept (Merial) against dog melanoma.
- In 2017, CLYNAV (Elanco), a polyprotein-encoding DNA vaccine against Salmon Pancreas Disease Virus (SPDV) infection in Atlantic salmon was authorized by the European Medicines Agency (EMA).
- Sequivity (Merck) in swine (2017) – Emergency use in Canada, fully licensed in US (USDA, 2021). “Platform” for making farm-specific injections based on RNA-particle technology. This one is particularly problematic, has horrific “safety” profile (not safe at all), and I have discussed it in detail in Part 1.
Most of the “older” genetic vaccines in fish are based on injections of DNA plasmids – circular DNA code, grown externally in e.coli cells, then purified (or so it is claimed). The code in plasmids includes genes for antibiotic resistance (so that they can be “found” after e.coli cells are killed with antibiotics), and can include genetic code for all sorts of other things. It is useful to read these papers to understand just how screwed up this whole approach is! They write more truthfully about what is going on in these papers because you see, we are talking about fish in 2011. We are not talking about you or your child being forced to inject DNA plasmids with SV40 and other undeclared components under pretenses of “FDA-approved mRNA vaccines” to save grandma, or to have a job, or to go to school in 2023. No, no, in 2011 talking about this would be considered a totally crazy conspiracy fabricated by anti-vaxxers!

NOV 26, 2023 – On Tuesday, 11 November 2023, the ProMED mail (Program for Monitoring Emerging Diseases) international early warning system, hosted and maintained by the International Society for Infectious Diseases, posted a machine translated report from FTV News (China) of an undiagnosed respiratory illness in several areas in China in the general regions of Beijing and Liaoning. As these two cities are almost 800 km apart, this information implies a widespread outbreak.
The ProMED report reads as follows:
With the outbreak of pneumonia in China, children’s hospitals in Beijing, Liaoning and other places were overwhelmed with sick children, and schools and classes were on the verge of suspension. Parents questioned whether the authorities were covering up the epidemic.
In the early morning, Beijing Children’s Hospital was still overcrowded with parents and children whose children had pneumonia and came to seek treatment. People with protection against COVID-19 following recovery from the illness were better protected than those who received a COVID-19 vaccine, according to a new study.

People who received a vaccine were nearly five times as likely as the naturally immune to test positive for COVID-19 during the Delta era and 1.1 times as likely to test positive for COVID-19 during the Omicron era, researchers in Estonia found.
The vaccinated were also seven times as likely to be admitted to a hospital for COVID-19 amid the spread of the Delta variant and two times as likely to be admitted to a hospital during the Omicron period, when compared with the naturally immune, the researchers found.
“Our study showed that natural immunity offers stronger and longer-lasting protection against infection, symptoms, and hospitalization compared to vaccine-induced immunity,” [Emphasis added] Dr. Anneli Uusküla, with the Department of Family Medicine and Public Health at the University of Tartu, and her co-authors wrote.
Previous studies have also found that post-infection immunity is superior to or similar to the protection bestowed by vaccines.
Dr. Uusküla and her colleagues said they felt there were gaps in the literature on the subject, prompting them to work on the study.
They drew from a pool of 329,496 adults and matched many of the adults in three cohorts. One compared people with natural immunity to those who received a vaccine; one compared the naturally immune to people who did not have documented prior infection or vaccination; and one compared the naturally immune to people with hybrid immunity, or both prior infection and vaccination.
People were defined as vaccinated if they had received a full primary series of a COVID-19 vaccine and did not have a documented infection.

How Many Deaths From COVID Jabs Are Hidden or Deleted?
Publicly available data from VAERS clearly reveal that these shots are the most dangerous ‘vaccines’ ever created; they account for more injuries and deaths than all previous vaccines from the last three decades combined. Evidence also shows reports have been deleted.

- The Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) does not meet its own standards, and safety signals are not being addressed
- Before the COVID pandemic, VAERS received an average of 60,000 adverse event reports after vaccination each year. In the first year of the rollout of the experimental gene therapies against COVID (2021), reports skyrocketed to 1 million. By the end of October 2023, the number of reports associated with the COVID shots was 1,605,764, and nearly 1 in 5 of those reports involves a “serious” adverse event
- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which share responsibility for VAERS, insist these data in no way reflect a potential problem with the COVID shots
- Filing a VAERS report is a time-consuming process. It can take several hours for a trained medical professional to fill out a single report, and this is time that cannot be billed to anyone. As a result, side effects, including deaths, are massively underreported
- VAERS has a public front end and a private back end that public users aren’t allowed to see. The public database only contains the initial reports. Corrections and updates on outcomes go into the private-facing end. As a result, we have no idea how many of the injuries have resulted in death after an initial report was filed. The death count we see when we look at VAERS is the number of reports filed where death was the reason for filing the report in the first place. This “dual system” can leave the public with the false impression that deaths are less common than they are.
