JUN 28, 2024 THE CANADIAN INDEPENDENT – Gloriane Blais, a former Quebec lawyer with more than 20 years of experience and expertise in civil liability and medical malpractice, holds a graduate degree specializing in health law and policies from Sherbrooke University. She was disbarred after speaking out about the COVID-19 vaccines and advocating for her clients.
In a phone interview with The Canadian Independent, Blais said she began expressing concerns on social media in the spring of 2021 about the safety and effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccines.
In October 2021, Blais says she took on an appeal case for a father who opposed his ex-wife vaccinating their children with the COVID-19 vaccine, a decision that was ultimately ruled in favour of the mother in the lower courts. Blais claims the appeals court refused to hear the case, and shortly after, she was disbarred.
Blais alleges that her outspokenness on social media and her involvement in the father’s appeal case is what ultimately led to her disbarment.
She say’s that on January 31, 2022, the Bar of Quebec ordered her to undergo a psychiatric evaluation without a hearing, and because she refused, they disbarred her on March 10, 2022.
Despite having her lawyer’s license revoked, Blais continues what she describes as “important work” and declares that she is “not crazy.”
On March 27, 2024, Blais filed an application for authorization to launch a class action lawsuit against dozens of current and former politicians and ministers in their private capacities over their messaging about the COVID-19 vaccines being “safe and effective.”
The defendants in their private capacities include Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, former Liberal Ministers of Health Jean-Yves Duclos and Patty Hajdu, current Liberal Minister of Health Mark Holland, Ontario Premier Doug Ford, former Ontario Deputy Premier and Minister of Health Christine Elliott, Premier of Saskatchewan Scott Moe, Premier of Newfoundland Andrew Furey, former Premier of Alberta Jason Kenney, Premier of New Brunswick Blaine Higgs, Premier of Nova Scotia Tim Houston, and dozens of others.
Blais explained that she is suing politicians and ministers in their private capacities to ensure that Canadian taxpayers are not financially burdened and that the politicians and ministers would have to pay out of their own pocket so that past and present elected representatives of the people are held accountable for their “lies.”

JUN 27, 2024 – Even though my career as an academic medical educator ended in early Covid when I resigned from the University of Wisconsin, I am proud to say that I have not wavered from what I believe is my calling. It’s just that now, instead of teaching medical students, residents, and fellows at the bedside of sick patients (think Dr. House), I devote most of my time disseminating my knowledge and insights (largely on Covid) to the general public via this Substack and the now almost two dozen Op-Ed’s I have published in major corporate media outlets .
Studying Covid has given me the newfound and profoundly disturbing knowledge of the extent to which our government, media, and medical system has been irredeemably captured and corrupted by industry. That reality has led to hundreds of thousands of lives being lost unnecessarily, the health of millions permanently damaged, and excess mortality continuing to rage across the world’s most vaccinated countries.
Although the U.S has other immense problems (i.e. wars driven by the military industrial complex), this aftermath of the two candidates Covid policies must be addressed at the upcoming debate. To this end, I, along with the investigative journalist Mary Beth Pfeiffer, published an Op-Ed calling for those questions to be asked. In the run-up to the presidential election, Misters Biden and Trump are disturbingly reticent about America’s once-in-100-year plague — and averse, even, to criticize each other’s performance.
This is not a case of left-right harmony. Rather, the candidates fear an issue that might expose flaws in—or voter disagreement with — their COVID-19 response.
In a matchup unique in history, the receding pandemic straddled two presidencies, giving each leader a singular moment to show presidential mettle. But it also killed 1.1 million Americans (the highest rate among wealthy countries); introduced a vaccine that worked poorly and harmed some, and left a legacy of sickness, suicide, overdose and government distrust.
If the presumptive candidates believe they have earned another chance to govern, they should answer for what they did, for better or worse, to tame the SARS-CoV-2 virus. There must be an accounting, including hard questions in the first debate on June 27.

June 27, 2024 – That Anthony Fauci became the face of COVID-19 is a testament to how bureaucrats, especially liberal ones, fail up. Not that being the face of a pandemic is a good thing, but that he became “THE expert” on a virus he likely helped create after only being known for his work on an HIV vaccine shows how there is no room in government for success.
If you’re saying to yourself, “Hey, there is an HIV vaccine,” you would be right. The only thing Anthony Fauci was known for before COVID was failing miserably in his biggest assignment. He wanted a vaccine (it’s like a fetish with him) and we ended up with a drug treatment that works pretty well. When COVID struck, Fauci snapped into the same old mode – develop a vaccine and any and all costs, nothing else matters.
How’d that work out again?
To hear him tell it, great.
His whole career has been great, and he saved the world from the coronavirus. Just ask him.
At least, that’s the point of his new book.
It’s not often someone fails miserably to write a book that is anything other than a cautionary tale, but Tony hopes to write the first draft of history and cement his name on top of the hero column. This would be impossible under every single other circumstance than one where the alternative is Donald Trump. In that equation, anyone across from him wins.
Because of Trump, MSNBC, The View, CNN, you name it, will hoist this hypocritical dwarf on their heads and pretend he was the only thing standing between civilization and destruction.
The truth about this man, as is often the case with garbage people, is the opposite of what he portrays.
On The View this week, Fauci listened intently as racist co-host Sonny Hostin blamed Donald Trump for the death of her mother- and father-in-law from COVID. She told Fauci, “We remember those pandemic briefings. I remember the injection of bleach, perhaps, the hydroxychloroquine, dangerous recommendations. You were particularly disturbed, I read, by [Trump’s] refusal to wear a mask. What was this time like for you, having to contradict the President of the United States? And what should everyone know about how he handled the crisis because I blame him for my in-laws’ death.”
To this, Fauci only replied, “Yeah,” then moved on to talk about other things.
Fauci knows Trump isn’t responsible for their deaths. Sonny knows he’s not.
Maybe they listened to Fauci and wore masks, thinking they’d been made safe by them and made stupid moves that put them at risk? Or maybe they just got it because there wasn’t really any way to avoid getting it?
Whatever the case, it wasn’t Trump’s fault.
As for the, “I remember the injection of bleach, perhaps, the Hydroxychloroquine, dangerous recommendations,” bit, where were her in-laws morons? I have to ask because no one suggested injecting bleach except liberals trying to mock Trump. Did they die that way?
Or did they take Hydroxychloroquine or Ivermectin? These are the favorite boogeymen of the left. “He took horse paste!” They scream like teenage girls at a Beatles concert in 1964. They never mention how those medicines have been around for decades without killing people and, most importantly, they don’t talk about how the alternative to trying those drugs was nothing.
There was nothing else at the time. Doctors told people to take a pain reliever and hope symptoms don’t get any worse, but if they do and they can’t breathe, go to the hospital and get on a ventilator while they get their affairs in order and prepare to die. It was Hydroxychloroquine, Ivermectin, or nothing. Since people don’t die from taking those drugs for other things, it’s unlikely they harmed Sonny’s family.
Fauci knows this. Fauci said nothing.
Only a garbage person would sit silently as someone smeared the President with an allegation they know is untrue; while a panel of people smeared the President with lies.

Evidence of Massive Editorial Bias for Failed Contagion Control and Vaccines
JUN 27, 2024 – Why are doctors some of the most fearful, mask-wearing, vaccine accepting individuals on earth? A recent analysis from Dr. John Ioannidis and colleagues from Stanford of the British Medical Journal has concluded there was intentional “editorial nepotism” or favoritism for the same group of frequent editorialist who espoused “COVID-19 zero” policies.
COVID-19 zero was the fantasy that one could mask, social distance, lock-down, and take vaccines every six months and avoid contracting SARS-CoV-2. This was a ridiculous notion once it became clear we were all going to become ill with the virus no matter what we did in our lives. In fact, the vaccines created the resistant Omicron strain which has dominated the pandemic for over two years allowing us to become ill with COVID-19 over and over again regardless of how many vaccines were taken.
You can see from the figure, that the BMJ had intentionally biased their array of articles and was very different from the literature at large. The blue parts of the pie were authors pushing “aggressive measures” including the failed lockdowns, masks, and vaccines. What was in the minds of BMJ editors and the publisher? Did they think the world would not discover this obvious bias? I would conjecture that Lancet, New England Journal of Medicine, and the other high impact journals were very similar in this systematic publication bias. Now it is up to investigative reporters to find out if and how the Bio-Pharmaceutical Complex was pulling the strings.

German journalists fought very hard to have this documents released
German journalists sued the German government for access to internal communication by the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), which is the German equivalent of the CDC. The court case was required since the journalists’ FOIA request was not honored. When the documents finally became available after the court order, most of it was redacted. After further pressure, it has now been unredacted.
Aaron Siri is very familiar with this with the CDC in the US. Same modus operandi.

- The experts knew as early as January 2021 of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis as a life-threatening complication of the AstraZeneca clot shot. They ‘forgot’ to inform the public about this fact.
- The experts realized that there was no evidence whatsoever that the jabs reduced disease transmission, but they neglected to inform the public. Instead, they weaponized compassion and spread official disinformation that everyone should get jabbed “to protect grandma” and reach herd immunity through vaccination, even though both are impossible if the jabs don’t even reduce transmission.

They also knew only old and sick people were at increased risk, yet they made it seem that even young, healthy people had severe health risks. The average age of death of ‘COVID’ patients was 83 years, which happens to be ABOVE the average life expectancy of 81.26 years in 2019.
- The government ordered the experts to ‘recommend’ what the government wanted. So the government did not “follow the science” as was claimed ad nauseam, but “The Science™” followed government orders. The RKI was ordered to keep risk levels high even though clearly nothing out of the ordinary was going on. The RKI was nothing more than the government press office, tasked with selling political decisions as scientific, while in reality nothing could be further from the truth.
- Why did RKI follow government orders? Because they feared being bypassed and becoming irrelevant. Their behavior proves clearly that they thought this worse than misleading the public.
Summary
The German health officials knew that the flu was worse than COVID, they knew masks didn’t work, they knew the AstraZeneca vaccine was deadly, they knew lockdowns weren’t recommended, and they knew the jabs didn’t reduce transmission, but they kept all of this from the public so they could tell a fairy tale story about how if we all did our part and got vaccinated, we could stop the spread.

Jun. 24, 2024 6:20 pm – Four additional states will follow Kansas’s lead by filing large-scale lawsuits against pharmaceutical giant Pfizer. These states allege that the company misled the public regarding the safety and efficacy of its COVID-19 vaccine.
Last week, Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach announced that he is suing pharmaceutical giant Pfizer for misleading Kansas residents about the safety and efficacy of its COVID-19 vaccine.
During a press conference in Topeka, alongside Deputy Attorney General Fran Oleen and Assistant Attorneys General Kaley Schrader and Melanie Jack, Kobach detailed the allegations lodged against Pfizer.
“Kansas is filing a civil suit against the Pfizer Corporation under the Kansas Consumer Protection Act, seeking enhanced civil monetary penalties, damages, and injunctive relief for misleading and deceptive statements made in marketing its COVID-19 vaccine. Pfizer also violated previous consent judgments with the state of Kansas, in which Pfizer promised never to use deceptive information to market their products,” said Kobach.
The complaint, lodged today in Thomas County District Court, accuses Pfizer of misleading Kansans about the vaccines’ risks, including potential harm to pregnant women and the risk of myocarditis. The suit further alleges that Pfizer falsely claimed its vaccine was effective against COVID variants, despite evidence to the contrary.
The State of Kansas outlines several specific allegations in its lawsuit:
1. Pfizer misled the public that it had a “safe and effective” COVID-19 vaccine.
2. Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was safe even though it knew its COVID-19 vaccine was connected to serious adverse events, including myocarditis and pericarditis, failed pregnancies, and deaths. Pfizer concealed this critical safety information from the public.
3. Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was effective even though it knew its COVID19 vaccine waned over time and did not protect against COVID-19 variants. Pfizer concealed this critical effectiveness information from the public.
4. Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine would prevent transmission of COVID-19 even though it knew it never studied the effect of its vaccine on transmission of COVID-19.
5. To keep the public from learning the truth, Pfizer worked to censor speech on social media that questioned Pfizer’s claims about its COVID-19 vaccine.
6. Pfizer’s misrepresentations of a “safe and effective” vaccine resulted in record company revenue of approximately $75 billion from COVID-19 vaccine sales in just two years.
7. Pfizer’s actions and statements relating to its COVID-19 vaccine violated previous consent judgments with the State of Kansas.

Dr. Paul Marik Exposes the Truth About Chemotherapy THE VIGILANT FOX

Explosive Study Once Removed by Lancet within 24 Hours, Now Peer-Reviewed and Public: Reveals 74% of Deaths Directly Linked to COVID-19 Shot By Jim Hᴏft
Jun. 23, 2024 7:45 am – A previously censored paper from The Lancet has now undergone peer review and is available online.
The study, titled “A Systematic Review of Autopsy Findings in Deaths After COVID-19 Vaccination,” analyzed 325 autopsy cases and found that a staggering 73.9% of deaths were either directly due to or significantly contributed to by the COVID-19 vaccination.
The paper’s lead author, Dr. Nicolas Hulscher, faced significant opposition in bringing these findings to light. After initially being downloaded over 100,000 times, The Lancet removed the paper within 24 hours, according to Dr. William Makis.
According to The Daily Sceptic, the reason given at the time was, “This preprint has been removed by Preprints with the Lancet because the study’s conclusions are not supported by the study methodology.”

It smacks instead of raw censorship of a paper that failed to toe the official line. Keep in mind that the CDC has not yet acknowledged a single death being caused by the Covid mRNA vaccines. In a post on X Friday, Dr. William Makis shared the exciting news.

Systematic Review Finds Substantial Evidence
JUN 23, 2024 – Serial injections of lipid nanoparticles laced with pseudouridinated mRNA coding for the Spike protein of a coronavirus sounds like a bad idea from the description. Now four years into the mass vaccination debacle, more manuscripts have emerged describing the broad and long-lasting effects of these injections on the human body.
Pallas performed a systematic review focusing on immune system dysregulation or “inflammatory signatures” left by the vaccines in the human body.
“Paradoxically, the results of this study show that COVID-19 vaccines may expose some people to an increased risk of immune dysregulation. This likelihood is confirmed by recent evidence from the published biomedical literature linking immune dysregulation, the spike effect of COVID-19 vaccines, and the temporal occurrence with the adverse effects caused. These findings are testable, not confounded by SARS-CoV-2 infection, concurrent or prior autoimmune diseases, or effects of host genetic background on susceptibility to reactogenicity. However, cases of systemic adverse reactions have been reported in patients with allergic diseases, such as asthma, hay fever, allergic rhinitis, atopic dermatitis, food allergies, and/or intolerances, who are potentially susceptible to COVID-19 and worsening of their chronic diseases after vaccination with BNT162b2, such as intestinal dysbiosis. Some reports posit the onset autoimmune diseases after vaccination ruling out that autoimmune conditions were diagnosed at baseline or recurred after vaccinations, including infections. In post-mortem investigations of post-vaccination deaths, the causal association was established, all sudden deaths should be disclosed and investigated to determine clear evidence about the death following COVID-19 vaccination.”
It should be no surprise that allergic dermatitis, mast cell activation syndrome, asthma, increased frequency of upper respiratory illnesses, and other syndromes consistent with immune system dysregulation occur after COVID-19 vaccination. Most of these syndromes should be expected after mRNA vaccination for influenza and respiratory syncytial virus.

On April 1, 2021, a three-party project was initiated between the United States, the UK, and China that included the USDA, the U.S. National Poultry Research Center, the Southeast Poultry Research Laboratory (SEPRL) in Georgia, the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and the Roslin Institute in the UK.
The USDA is sponsoring a grant of $1 million for this project. The SEPRL and Roslin Institute provide expertise in avian immunology genomics and viral transcriptomics analysis.
The actual experiments are conducted in China’s CAS lab. There might be a specific reason for choosing this location.
The project, as we’ll explain later, is also a gain-of-function (GOF) study.
GOF studies on the bird flu virus have triggered broad criticism by the U.S. scientific community since 2011. Richard Ebright, a molecular biologist and laboratory director at the Waksman Institute of Microbiology, also told Science, “This work should never have been done.” From a biosafety perspective, scientists have expressed concern that a new virus generated through research could escape from the lab or that bioterrorists could leverage the published results into a bioweapon for malignant purposes.
In the United States, gain-of-function experiments involving influenza, Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus, and severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus were banned from October 2014 through December 2017. The moratorium was lifted by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) on Dec. 19, 2017.

A Severe, Rapidly Spreading Virus
Chinese scientists are not opposed to doing risky gain-of-function studies on bird flu viruses.
For example, in a study published in Science in May 2013, scientists led by Chen Hualan at Harbin Veterinary Research Institute in Harbin, China, combined the highly lethal but not easily transmissible H5N1 virus with the highly contagious H1N1 swine flu strain, which infected millions of people in 2009.
At least three aspects of the three-party collaborative project study design strongly indicate its gain-of-function nature. However, these may be difficult to discern without reading between the lines.

“The executive order that gets signed on the day you become president must be the absolute erasure of the pharmaceutical liability shields that are in place for vaccine manufacturers,” he insisted.
“If we want this thing to end, companies will be responsible for the products that they make, period. And then they’ll stop. The minute Pfizer and the minute Moderna have fiscal and civil and criminal liability for the things that they actually are producing … We will not have a pandemic.”

The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit is the federal court of appeals and is headquartered in San Francisco, California. The Ninth Circuit is by far the largest of the 13 U.S. Courts of Appeals, covering a total of nine states and two territories, with 29 active judgeships. They just reversed (misapplied) a precedent set by a old previous case called Jacobson v. Massachusetts, that had to do with smallpox jabs being effective at preventing disease spread. This allowed the medical industrial complex to force-vaccinate Americans based on that theory (without any scientific proof, mind you). Since Covid-19 mRNA “vaccinations” do NOT effectively (or at all) “prevent the spread” of the virus, the court ruled that they cannot be called vaccines anymore.
A vaccine is defined by the CDC themselves as “a product that stimulates a person’s immune system to produce immunity to a specific disease.” The term “vaccination” is defined as “the act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce immunity to a specific disease.” Believe or not, Big Pharma never tested the jab to see if it prevents transmission, yet every medical doctor, scientist, fake news pundit and the fake President himself (hair-sniffin’ Joe) regurgitated repeatedly the phrase about getting the vaccine so you won’t catch (and die) from Covid. Guess what? Vaccines are weapons. Weapons.

This week, Argentina and Uruguay declared national health emergencies following outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza H5N1, a virus that is destroying poultry flocks and wild birds. Ten South American countries are seeing an outbreak of the H5N1 ‘Bird flu’ virus.
Is this something new?
There have been many ‘outbreaks’ of H5N1 and other strains of highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) in the U.S. and various parts of the world over the last 150 years. The previous outbreaks have a striking similarity to the current ramping up of global hysteria. And, like historical outbreaks, reports of human illness and human deaths have been exceedingly rare.
Recycling the “News”
A naturally occurring virus is not a living organism, but it can make copies of itself. The ability to replicate is what gives the impression that a virus is “alive.” There are only five groups of living creatures in which influenza A viruses can replicate: large land mammals, sea mammals, wild birds, domestic birds, and humans. Since 1977, only a few influenza A viruses, specifically H1N1, H1N2, and H3N2, have been associated with human illness.
Just because a ‘viral particle’ can be identified, it doesn’t mean it is the cause of disease. In fact, influenza A viruses are completely benign, silent passengers in the intestinal tracts of all types of waterfowl. During transglobal seasonal migration, thousands of ducks and geese congregate in available lakes and ponds along their journey. An examination of the lake water where flocks have converged would reveal tens of billions of influenza A particles.
Influenza A subtypes have been delineated as either ‘mildly pathogenic,’ meaning they cause minimal or no disease, or ‘highly pathogenic,’ meaning their presence has been associated with widespread death among all types of birds. All outbreaks of “Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza” (HPAI) viruses since the 1980s have been caused by antigen subtypes H5, H7, and H9.
The virus in the current news articles is a highly pathogenic subtype called H5N1. This is the same strain that was circulating in 2005 and came to be referred to as bird flu when I wrote my book, “FOWL! BIRD FLU is Not What You Think.” What is not being said—again—is that outbreaks of highly pathogenic viruses have been causing problems in bird populations for a very long time.

Poultry Vaccine Backfires with High Shedding Rate of Vaccinated Birds
JUN 22, 2024 – Poultry farmers are finding out that culling and vaccination of poultry may be futile as migratory water fowl spread H5N1 from farm to farm.
Kong, et al, from College of Veterinary Medicine, South China Agricultural University, Guangzhou, People’s Republic of China, tested a new poultry vaccine on 10 chickens. While the new product protected the birds from a lethal dose of the virus, the chickens retained it in the nasopharynx and were able to shed the virus theoretically to more animals.
It appears the only method that will remain for farmers is to allow for natural immunity with wave after wave of bird flu expected as mallard ducks and other species spread H5N1 around the globe. Mass vaccination of birds and humans appears ill-advised with current products.
