Weather modification patents specifically call for “cross-linked polymers”, a.k.a. microplastics. Patent # US6315213B1 is one example. We are now being told that a “Dangerous Factor X Could Be Lurking In Earth’s Ice” and that “zombie viruses” are “waking up”. Is this narrative just another smoke screen to cover the tracks of biological warfare? How long till we hit the wall at full velocity?

Winter Outlook Update: Warm Conditions Expected In The Northern Tier
November 15, 2023 – Winter in the United States could have the signature of El Niño’s influence, according to an outlook released Thursday by The Weather Company, an IBM Business, and Atmospheric G2.

- El Niño is expected to play a role in influencing winter temperatures.
- That usually means a milder winter in the northern U.S., and colder, wetter conditions in parts of the South.
- But there are some important factors that could change this winter forecast.
Warm conditions expected in parts of the Northern Tier: A strong El Niño is favored this winter, which is typically associated with warmer-than-average conditions in much of the northern U.S. It also means parts of the southern U.S. usually see temperatures somewhat below average in winter.
That temperature pattern is generally the theme of this winter’s outlook in the map below.
