Aerial photos show the extent of the flooding in some of California’s most inundated towns, including Pajaro, where about 1,700 residents were awoken from their sleep in order to evacuate immediately after a levee failed around midnight on Saturday.

The Associated Press reported that at least 50 people were rescued in the Pajaro area as floodwaters rose.
Central California is seeing major flooding after an atmospheric river dumped up to a foot of rain in coastal areas and the Sierra Nevada foothills. Relentless winter storms have created several feet of snowpack in mountainous regions of the state, and runoff from the snow has worsened the flooding. Another atmospheric river is headed to the state this week, bringing more flood threats.
About 8,500 people throughout California were evacuated from their homes over the weekend, many fleeing to shelters that have opened in the wake of the emergency.

President Biden signed an emergency declaration for the state on Friday and ordered federal assistance for California.

March 11, 2023 – Climate engineering researcher Dane Wigington says the extreme drought conditions that have plagued the Western U.S. are being turned around by more climate engineering. California has been in the bullseye. It’s not good news because it’s from one destructive extreme to another. Wigington explains, “We know the technology exists and is being used to steer upper-level wind currents and, thus, steer moisture currents, and they are directing moisture into where they have engineered back-to-back snow storms. There is no question that it is being engineered. . . . People act like this is some sort of fringe theory, and it’s hard science. We can test the snow and find the same things in climate engineering patents. We find aluminum, barium, manganese, polymer fibers, graphene and surfactants as well. All of these are found in our snow. . . . The directing of this moisture flow without chemical nucleation on top of this chemically frozen nucleated material is creating flooding right now as we speak. This is not debatable. . . . Whatever a person’s perspective is, can there be any legitimate discussion about the climate without addressing climate engineering first and foremost? The answer is patently NO.”

The climate engineers are chemically cooling the continental US wherever and whenever they have enough atmospheric moisture available. Endothermic reacting elements are seeded into cloud canopies to initiate manufactured winter weather operations, flash surface cool-downs are the result. Patented processes of chemical ice nucleation cloud seeding are creating “snowstorms” of frozen material at lower elevations that would otherwise have received only rain.
