Apr. 16, 2024 4:20 pm – Unprecedented rainfall struck the heart of the United Arab Emirates on Tuesday, causing extensive flooding throughout Dubai.
The intense weather event, which delivered a year’s worth of precipitation in just a few hours, resulted in the flood of major highways, residential areas, and even the tarmac of Dubai International Airport, pushing the bustling city-state to its limits.
The torrential downpour also affected neighboring Oman, resulting in 18 deaths, according to AP.
The downpour resulted in over 120 millimeters (4.75 inches) of rain, overwhelming the city’s infrastructure and leading to the abandonment of vehicles on flooded roads.
The heavy rainfall also caused major disruptions, including at Dubai International Airport, the world’s second-busiest airport, which was submerged under water.
Videos circulated online showed large aircraft navigating through flooded runways.
The sudden onslaught of rain has sparked a debate on social media, with many users pointing fingers at the cloud seeding activities in Dubai.
Robby Starbuck, highlighted the hazards of weather manipulation, stating, “I’ve seen some blaming climate change when the cause is actually from the use of weather modification. Cloud seeding where chemicals are sprayed in clouds to create rain caused this. We recently banned this practice in my home state of Tennessee. Anytime you modify the weather you open yourself up to unintended consequences.”
In response to the growing controversy, GRAZIA Middle East reached out to a meteorology expert from the NCM who confirmed that cloud seeding operations had indeed been carried out in the last 24 hours, with six trips executed from Monday to Tuesday afternoon. [Emphasis added]

April 15, 2024 – Tennessee Governor Bill Lee has now signed legislation into law that bans any form of climate engineering operations over the State of Tennessee. Courageous Tennessee lawmakers in the Senate and House had previously passed the legislation which put it on the governor’s desk, it has now been signed into law. Though other states have tried, Tennessee has succeeded due to their solid, straightforward and simple bill. Now other states can follow suit by utilizing the Tennessee legislation as a template for their own. The following is an excerpt from the legislation that is now the law:
“Prohibits the intentional injection, release, or dispersion, by any means, of chemicals, chemical compounds, substances, or apparatus within the borders of this state into the atmosphere with the express purpose of affecting temperature, weather, or the intensity of the sunlight.”
We need every state in America to follow what Tennessee has now successfully accomplished.

APR 12, 2024 – This year, during the period around Easter, I felt particularly off-balance. My ears were buzzing much more than normal and many people told me that they had vertigo or were feeling dizzy as well – it wasn’t just me. So, I decided to investigate what the heck was going on. What I found will surprise you.
I found that the barometric pressure was skyrocketing and falling in a very short period of time. These were unusual fluctuations even for my area. As you know, high and low pressure systems not only cause storms & cloud cover – they create havoc with the human body.

The Marine Cloud Brightening Program‘s Coastal Atmospheric Aerosol Research and Engagement project, led by researchers from the University of Washington, took to the deck of the Hornet Tuesday to launch streams of particles into the sky above the San Francisco Bay. Their ultimate objective is apparently to block and reflect sunlight in hopes of limiting “global warming.”
CAARE researchers behind the geoengineering scheme opted not to announce their experiment, reportedly citing concerns that there might be significant backlash.
After all, the American public — or at the very least, the residents of Alameda — might first want to hear from the hundreds of scientists who have called for a non-use agreement for solar radiation management and stated in an open letter that the “risks of solar geoengineering are poorly understood and can never be fully known. Impacts will vary across regions, and there are uncertainties about the effects on weather patterns, agriculture, and the provision of basic needs of food and water.”

MONDAY, APR 08, 2024 – 05:00 AM – A secretive project conducted from the deck of an aircraft carrier in the San Francisco Bay will shoot trillions of aerosol particles into the sky to increase cloud cover in the name of preventing global warming, and details have been held back to “avoid (a) public backlash.”
The experiment is being dubbed America’s “first outdoor test to limit global warming.”
“The Coastal Atmospheric Aerosol Research and Engagement, or CAARE, project is using specially built sprayers to shoot trillions of sea salt particles into the sky in an effort to increase the density — and reflective capacity — of marine clouds,” reports Scientific American.
“The experiment is taking place, when conditions permit, atop the USS Hornet Sea, Air & Space Museum in Alameda, California, and will run through the end of May, according to a weather modification form the team filed with federal regulators.”
The report notes that there is little data on the potential negative effects of such geoengineering projects and that they “could also harm communities and ecosystems in unexpected ways.”
Shuchi Talati, the executive director of the Alliance for Just Deliberation on Solar Geoengineering, remarked how the test had been “kept under wraps” with little public engagement whatsoever.
A similar experiment that was set to be conducted over Sweden by Harvard University and had previously received funding from Bill Gates was cancelled last month after opposition from campaigners and Indigenous groups.
The Scientific American report warns that artificially creating cloud cover “could alter weather patterns in unclear ways and potentially limit the productivity of fisheries and farms.”
But they’re just going to go ahead and do it anyway.
Participants in the project declined to answer emailed questions or interview requests about the experiment in San Francisco.
According to a report by the New York Times, the secrecy is based on concerns that if the public knew the full scope of what was happening, “critics would try to stop them.”
“History has shown us that when we insert ourselves into modification of nature, there are always very serious unintended consequences,” said Greg Goldsmith, the associate dean for research and development at Chapman University.
Conspiracy theorists have long claimed that such experiments have been taking place for years, even decades, with some even asserting that weather modification has been conducted via “chemtrails” released from military and commercial aircraft.
The chemtrail conspiracy theory, which has been around since the early 90’s at least, is based around claims that contrails released from the jet engines of aircraft linger around in the sky for hours and produce de facto cloud cover to block out the sun.

On March 26, 2024 – Climate engineering researcher Dane Wigington says it looks like the destructive climate engineering operation that has been going on for decades is finally coming to the attention of the public with new legislation happening in states like Tennessee. Terms like “chemtrails” are used to hide the massive harm being done to the climate. Tennessee is taking action because the harm being done to the “public welfare” with everything from heavy metals, aluminum and nanoparticles being sprayed on everyone to manipulate the climate. Of course, there is no public discussion, let alone public approval, of this evil weather warfare that is well established climate Engineering science since just after WWII. With the Tennessee legislation, we may finally be getting enough public awareness to STOP spraying, poisoning and climate damage being done without public knowledge or permission. Is the Tennessee climate engineering “ban” good news? Wigington explains, “This is extremely good news. The key point here is this raising awareness and credibility for this issue. Clearly, whatever one state passes over its airspace is not going to stop the fallout coming from upwind. You would have to ban this over the whole planet to stop theses toxic particulate matter from saturating all of us. That said, this is extremely important in raising awareness. The Senate bill is 2691 and the House bill is 2063, and it’s being voted on tomorrow (Wednesday 3/27/24 in Tennessee) . . . . The interesting thing is all who are voting for this are Republicans, but this should not be a political issue. The reason why the Democrats are not voting for this is they believe anyone trying to bring attention to the climate engineering issue is somehow trying to dodge the fact that the climate is damaged. That is the furthest thing from the truth. What we are saying at GeoEngineeringWatch.org is how can there be any legitimate discussion about climate anything without addressing this issue first and foremost. . . .On the current course, no one gets out alive. Wigington says climate engineering is criminal, and people at the top know what is happening. Wigington says, “These people are like pirates trying to fill their pockets with loot on the deck of a sinking ship.”
On top of that, the Lying Legacy Media (LLM) are out in force trying to minimize what this Tennessee legislation means to exposing these climate engineering destructive policies. One of the latest acts of destruction is baseball size hail that destroyed thousands of acres of solar panels this past weekend in Texas. Wigington says this type of extreme weather is one of many problems caused by climate engineering. You will not hear how dire the situation is because of the propaganda by the LLM that hide the dire situation we face that is made exponentially worse by so-called “Chemtrails.”

The unintended consequences of flying high and how current geoengineering bills are a good beginning, but completely missing the mark.
MAR 26, 2024 – I don’t mean to burst everyone’s bubble, and I know this won’t be popular, but the recent surge in geoengineering legislation, while signaling a growing awareness among lawmakers of its potential health and environmental implications, remains largely ineffective in its current form.
Fortunately, legislators are finally beginning to recognize the dangers of geoengineering, acknowledging its decades-long history of weather modification. However, the positive momentum is undermined by the need for more scientific expertise guiding the drafting of these bills. Without the input of individuals deeply versed in both the science and the” unintended vs. intended” consequences of geoengineering, these legislative efforts fall short of addressing the root of the issue.
The Tennessee, New Hampshire, and other state legislation fail to confront the inadvertent contribution of the commercial airline and shipping industries. These industries, through the emission of heavy metals and other pollutants from jet fuel and its additives, are unintentionally generating cirrus clouds, thereby altering weather patterns and dimming the sun.

Current legislative attempts are narrowly focused on “intentional” geoengineering activities — primarily military and covert, which legislators lack any authority over — therefore overlooking the commercial airline industry’s significant, albeit unintended(?) environmental impacts. This oversight results in legislation that lacks enforcement mechanisms, environmental impact assessments, real-time monitoring, and public transparency about ongoing weather modification programs and the dispersal of pollutants.
Experts like Jim Lee of ClimateViewer.com highlight the distinction between “intentional” and “unintentional” geoengineering is a huge oversight in current legislative efforts as I have reported here and here. The vast quantities of pollutants emitted by the commercial aviation sector, including nano-sized particles of heavy metals, accumulate over time, posing a significant, yet largely unaddressed, growing environmental threat.

Mar. 24, 2024 7:15 am – The World Economic Forum warned us several years ago that its ultimate goal was to destroy the middle class. How else would you explain their slogan: “You will own nothing and learn to like it“?
This mantra is playing out in real time in the state of Oregon, and other states, in various forms which we will get into in this article.
Small farmers are under attack in the Beaver State, which has begun shutting down family farms throughout the state under the guise of water conservation and groundwater protection.
The owner of Yanasa Ama Ranch shared a 20-minute video explaining what is going on in Oregon as bureaucrats erroneously classify small family farms and homesteads as “concentrated animal feeding operations,” or CAFOs, in order to shut them down. Any feeding area that has a concrete, rock or gravel floor falls into this category, which would include most small dairy or egg farms.
If you have two or three milking cows, the rancher explains, you are now targeted by the state for closure.
The rancher further explains in the video:
“The state of Oregon has effectively shut down small farms and market gardens on a large scale, and they’re actually sending out cease-and-desist letters to farms and they’re using satellite technology to find their victims and send them these letters that say you can’t operate.”
The below video is 20 minutes but the most critical information is contained in the first 5 or 6 minutes. Note that he says most of these anti-farming, anti-private property laws start in places like Washington and Oregon but end up spreading to other states over time. That is so true!
Wake up folks. The tyranny is gaining ground. The war on food is heating up and will inevitably cause a major worldwide famine at some point. Remember what I’ve said in previous articles, that depopulation is the ultimate goal of the globalists. There is no other explanation behind their rabid lust for World War III, their relentless pushing of toxic vaccines, harmful chemicals sprayed in the atmosphere and put in our food, their celebration of abortion and all things LGBTQ+, and the list goes on. The more death and sterilizations they can foster, the happier they will be.
There was some good news on the atmospheric spraying this week. The state Senate in Tennessee has passed a bill banning all such spraying within its borders, whether it be for geoengineering or other purposes. (See story here).

“Winter makes a comeback”, a new headline from FOX news. “Winter storm warnings as heavy wet snow falls across New England”, also from FOX news. Are they trying to cover up headlines like this one from just over a week ago “US just had warmest winter in history”, which was also from FOX news. Flora and crops all over the US have bloomed and emerged early, the flash freeze weather whiplash events do great damage. This type of scenario is now becoming the norm.
