This is an update on my earlier post about the flooding in Texas – updated with new information. This is one of my most read posts of all time. Please read and share.

Right after the flood, General Flynn posted an inquiry about a geo-engineering company from Delaware called RAINMAKER – the leading cloud seeding company in America – that seeds clouds for weather modification in Texas, and elsewhere, and asked them to respond if they were in the area and had any impact on the flooding.

Augustus Doricko started RAINMAKER in 2023, a cloud seeding geoengineering startup, that aims to create water abundance in the United States. Cloud seeding was actually invented in Schenectady, New York in 1946, and that group of inventors included atmospheric scientist Bernard Vonnegut, the brother of novelist Kurt Vonnegut. And, from 1962 to 1983, the U.S. government’s Project Stormfury sought to weaken cyclones by flying airplanes dispensing silver iodide into them.

I’ve written several articles about geo-engineering and weather manipulation – including the latest cloud seeding that happened right before the Texas floods – as well as arson and weather manipulation in California, Hawaii, North Carolina and Florida before major storms and wildfires.

I reported a few weeks ago that I thought a pot farm or drug mill run by the cartels and illegal aliens was what was behind the false flag “mass shooting” and wildfire in Idaho. Criminals will burn down illegal marijuana grows or blow up drug mills if they are afraid to get caught – and then local officials cover that up, point fingers at a patsy and blame “climate change” for the fires.

Well, TODAY, the Feds just took down an illegal migrant pot farm in California in a major way. It was headline news on Fox. That’s rare. These illegal drug operations are all over the country. This is one of the biggest unreported nightmares we have in America right now – and one of the reasons we have so many wildfires. The cartels are invading the woods all around our small towns. They are funded by the CCP. Time to wake up. They test these schemes in California and then roll them out all over the country, just like election fraud. What’s going on in the woods near your house?

I have hope however – because it appears the administration is doing something about all this. That’s very encouraging. Also, people are openly talking about “weather warfare” – when in the past it was all called a conspiracy theory.

Lee Zeldin – the Director chosen to head President Trump’s U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) – just sent out a press release about the new resources they developed to address public questions and concerns about two topics: geoengineering and contrails. So, obviously, the administration thinks these are important issues that aren’t going away.

I wrote about cloud seeding and possible weather manipulation in Texas in my newsletter a few days ago. It looks like they are listening – the fake news is finally reporting on it. Meanwhile the cloud seeders are all over social media trying to deflect blame. That’s a sure sign they are contributing to the flooding and are afraid:

ZELDIN: “Americans have legitimate questions about contrails and geoengineering, and they deserve straight answers. The EPA shares the significant reservations many Americans have when it comes to geoengineering activities. We’re publishing everything EPA knows about these topics on these websites.”

EPA also created a new online resource focused specifically on solar geoengineering activities, which involve cooling the Earth by reflecting sunlight back to space, usually through injecting gases, like sulfur dioxide, into the upper atmosphere where they form reflective particles.

EPA’s new resource also details what EPA has done to identify and track private actors potentially engaged in such activities. Additionally, the online resource discusses weather modification and cloud seeding, and related federal and state government actions.

Marjorie Taylor Greene also announced a bill over the weekend to ban cloud seeding and weather modification.

After Lee Zeldin and MTG announced those actions, Nicole Shanahan posted a long summary about geoengineering based on her recent conversations with a whistleblower. I think that’s worth sharing.

Geoengineering: Who’s Behind It and How We Stop It

Over the past month, I’ve been in contact with a government whistleblower—an individual who has held high-level security clearances and has spent over a decade consulting directly with major federal agencies. Their experience spans the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy, NOAA, and the Intelligence Community. With their permission, I’ve agreed to share the information they provided to me, as they—and I—believe it raises serious concerns.

While the whistleblower did not disclose any classified information, what they did provide was a roadmap to navigate the tangled mess that is our government’s geoengineering programs. They told me that despite President Trump’s 2020 directive to halt taxpayer-funded climate change initiatives, federal grants for solar radiation management (SRM), stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI), and other geoengineering technologies are still being issued. The programs haven’t stopped—they’ve just been rebranded.

Geoengineering is now commonly called “climate intervention.” SRM is now referred to as “solar radiation modification.” SAI is now “stratospheric aerosol intervention.” These semantic shifts aren’t scientific; they’re strategic. They’re designed to obfuscate the truth and shield these programs from Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, media scrutiny, and public opposition.

The whistleblower provided me with federal grant data showing millions of taxpayer dollars flowing to universities under these new labels. One organization stood out: the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR). This nonprofit consortium of 130 colleges and universities manages the National Center for Atmospheric Research on behalf of the National Science Foundation. UCAR has received more than $230 million in direct federal awards. Yet much of the documentation about their work is inaccessible without an internal login. Even so, their public-facing pages and scientific papers reveal clear participation in stratospheric aerosol assessments and other geoengineering research. The university-to-geoengineering pipeline is a real problem, and one that I discussed with Dane Wigington on Back to the People a few weeks ago.

According to the whistleblower, this network of programs is far more advanced and coordinated than the public has been led to believe.

In addition to internal files and historical documentation, they directed me to the Biden-Harris administration’s mandated 2023 SRM Report, which outlines the federal agencies currently involved in geoengineering, climate intervention, solar radiation management (SRM), and stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI). These include NOAA, NASA, the National Science Foundation (NSF), the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), and the Department of Energy (DOE).

NOAA was emphasized as a critical place to start digging, an agency that has taken deliberate steps to discourage public inquiry into its own archives. One document that was highlighted, titled Weather Modification, published in 1979, describes nearly 100 geoengineering projects. These included hurricane manipulation, radioactive and electromagnetically enhanced fog dispersal, microwave chaff deployment, supersonic ice nucleation, and conventional cloud seeding operations. That report was released nearly 50 years ago. Since then, both the funding and the technology have expanded significantly.

Today, NOAA insists it does not fund geoengineering; however, it is currently allocating an estimated $1.2 million to solar radiation research, with up to four projects each receiving $300,000. NOAA disclosed this funding in a webinar last year.

NASA also plays a critical logistical role. With a fleet of high-altitude, long-range aircraft and a global network of satellites, the agency is uniquely positioned to support large-scale deployment and monitoring of SRM technologies. The SRM Report even references a National Academies publication describing NASA’s involvement in climate-related flight operations and airborne labs.

None of this is speculation. It is documented, federally coordinated, and strategically concealed behind euphemistic labels. These programs haven’t been discontinued. They’ve been renamed and reframed.

The History of Weather Warfare

What many Americans don’t realize is that none of this is new.

Our government has been investing in weather modification for over half a century, quietly and expansively, with almost no public oversight. A 1964 congressional hearing by the Senate Subcommittee on Irrigation and Reclamation revealed astonishing testimony about the scale and ambition of federal efforts, even at that time.

During that hearing, the National Science Foundation (NSF) was officially designated as the lead federal agency responsible for weather modification research. This helps explain why so many of today’s geoengineering grants are routed through NSF, rather than more obvious environmental or energy-related agencies. As early as 1959, the NSF was funding large-scale cloud seeding programs, awarding millions to universities for experiments involving the dispersal of silver iodide, hail suppression, and the manipulation of tropical storms and hurricanes.

These programs were already accelerating in the early 1960s. By 1962, NSF had more than doubled its weather modification funding compared to 1961. In its annual report, the agency stated plainly: “The promise of useful weather modification techniques is sufficiently great that research into its full potential should be pushed urgently.” It even went so far as to claim that large-scale weather control might “equal or surpass atomic energy” in its potential to solve global problems such as the “population explosion.”

At the same hearing, Senator Clinton Anderson of New Mexico recalled a chilling warning from Dr. John von Neumann, a member of the Atomic Energy Commission and a pioneer in modern computing. According to Anderson, von Neumann had warned that “weather manipulation, not the ICBM, would be the ultimate weapon for the protection of the free world.”

Other expert witnesses echoed the concern. Dr. Irving Langmuir, a Nobel Prize-winning chemist and early cloud seeding researcher, was quoted as saying that the real long-term threat wasn’t from missiles but from weather control. In his own words, one could “control the march of armies and everything” using weather modification.

Geophysical warfare —a term The New York Times used way back in 1972—has in fact been utilized by militaries for millennia. Geophysical warfare has been around for a long time, and what has evolved from it has fundamentally altered everything we thought we knew about weather. For starters, geoengineering is no longer strictly reserved for the battlefield.

Despite the extraordinary claims made during the hearing, legal and ethical concerns were largely brushed aside. Senators acknowledged that liability could become a problem if weather modification went wrong. However, they repeatedly suggested that legal issues could be addressed later and should not hinder rapid experimentation. At no point did they consider public input, environmental safety, or the long-term impacts of aerosolized metals used in these operations.

The obsession with weather control was, and arguably still is, driven by a militarized, industrial mindset. Nature is treated not as something to preserve, but as a system to be engineered. The Colorado River offers a prime example: The federal government has been trying to induce rainfall there since at least the 1940s using various artificial techniques. And yet, despite nearly a century of experimentation, the river is still in decline. The results have not lived up to the promises. The funding, however, hasn’t slowed. One of the most shocking pieces of information the whistleblower provided was testimony from a 1974 hearing before the U.S. Senate Subcommittee on Oceans and the International Environment, where lawmakers addressed the pressing need for an international treaty to ban the use of environmental and geophysical modification as “weapons of war.”

While Congress expressed strong support for a ban, the Executive Branch at the time was unwilling to take initiative. Testimony revealed that the Department of Defense held primary authority over weather warfare programs, all of which required at least Top Secret clearance. Furthermore, it was disclosed that the DoD requested the inclusion of vague or flexible language in any treaty—such as “where feasible” or “to the greatest extent possible”—to avoid binding prohibitions. Testimony also revealed that weather modification experiments had been conducted domestically since the 1960s, including in various regions across the United States.

Perhaps the most provocative testimony came from Dr. Gordon MacDonald who discussed the use of electromagnetic frequencies to influence human brain activity. He described the potential for global-scale manipulation of neurological states, provoking erratic behavior, disrupting cognition, and generating widespread adverse psychological effects. His testimony suggested that these emerging technologies could one day be used not only for environmental warfare but also as tools of psychological manipulation.

Our government is also not the exclusive source of funding for these programs. The fossil fuel industry has also taken a seat at the geoengineering table and they have all lobbied for solar radiation modification. In addition, elite private foundations like the Bill Gates’ Fund for Innovative Climate and Energy Research (FICER) are all actively funding projects. They funnel millions into academic institutions, where the work proceeds without public engagement or informed consent.

Bill Gates’ FICER is particularly alarming. The person in charge of disbursing funds there is David Keith, one of geoengineering’s most vocal champions. Keith has appeared on national TV and publicly acknowledged that these activities could result in the premature deaths of at least 10,000 people annually. Still, he continues to advocate for expanding these technologies.

Officials Neglect Public Health Risks

Sadly, those deaths may not be purely speculative. Independent medical research (see a couple of examples here and here) has raised serious concerns about human exposure to the fine particulates used in stratospheric aerosol injection, particularly aluminum, barium, and strontium compounds. These substances, when inhaled, ingested, or absorbed, have been linked to a range of neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular conditions.

A 2020 review in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease found that chronic aluminum exposure correlates with Alzheimer’s-type dementia, pointing out risks of atmospheric dispersants leaching into the human body. Other peer-reviewed research has associated aerosol pollution with rising asthma rates, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and even endocrine disruption. [Will we find out that cloud seeding and weather manipulation are contributing to autism? I have no doubt.]

Yet, these risks go largely unaddressed. The EPA, in the past, has not conducted any long-term toxicological studies on atmospheric dispersants used in climate intervention. Neither have state health departments. Because if you acknowledge the risk, you must also accept liability.

The whistleblower informed me that they had previously sent evidence to [Biden’s] EPA, which dismissed it as nothing more than “persistent contrails.” They filed formal requests with the Department of Energy; no response. They testified before state legislatures in support of bills to ban geoengineering, only to see most quietly get held up or killed in committee. The reason is that many lawmakers are funded by utilities and water authorities—organizations that stand to benefit from cloud seeding and other types of weather modification.

The approval process for these operations is just as reckless. NOAA requires only a single-page form for anyone to begin modifying the atmosphere. No long-term environmental impact studies, no chemical safety requirements, no business license, no public comment. The form reads like something from a bygone era: simple, outdated, and completely inadequate given the scale of what’s being proposed. And yet, that’s the only thing standing between a private operator and the right to manipulate our weather.

In the Southwest, where the whistleblower now resides, the process is equally lax. Their state’s Water Resources Department manages applications for weather modification and even assists applicants in filling out the paperwork. When the whistleblower submitted a FOIA request asking for all applications related to geoengineering, the department claimed they had none, even though public records show such programs do exist.

This entire ecosystem (federal agencies, university labs, private foundations, and fossil fuel lobbyists) operates in coordinated silence. They push weather modification as a public good while refusing to publicly disclose all of what they’re doing, where they’re doing it, or what the consequences might be.

Why isn’t Congress talking about this? Why are most media outlets labeling it a conspiracy theory? Why do federal and state regulators continue to deny the undeniable? We know that these programs exist. We can trace the money. We can read the grant descriptions. We can see the evidence in the sky.

Why the silence?

The answer, I believe, is fear: fear of the backlash that would follow public acknowledgment, fear of legal liability, and fear of losing control over one of the most powerful tools of environmental and geophysical manipulation in history—the ability to geoengineer our weather.

Changing the Climate on Geoengineering

The American people deserve better. We deserve informed consent, complete transparency, and, above all, a say in whether our skies, soil, water, and air are being altered without our permission.

That’s why I’m calling for action.

• We need an Executive Order from President Trump that immediately bans all forms of geoengineering until an independent and publicly accountable review is conducted.
• We need a Congressional inquiry into every agency and institution—whether public, private, or academic—that currently participates in or funds these programs.
• And, we need a new Constitutional amendment guaranteeing the right to unaltered weather in America.

If you care about your health, your children’s health, or just the integrity of the natural world, now is the time to act. This isn’t about politics. This is about basic human rights.

Geoengineering isn’t the future. It’s the present. And it’s time we make it the past.

 

EPA Director Lee Zeldin Announces He Will Release Everything the EPA Knows About Geoengineering After It Was Revealed Cloud Seeding Occured Two Days Before Texas Floods

After an exhaustive investigation published on EPA websites, Director Lee Zeldin says Americans now know everything he knows about those mysterious ‘streaks in the sky’, which apparently isn’t much!

There have long been claims about the exhaust trails from commercial and military jets traveling over the United States.

You’ve all seen them. The cris-crossing across the sky of large plumes of exhaust that gradually spread out. Some days they don’t appear at all. Other days, under the same weather conditions, they are extremely heavy and mesmerizing.

Take a look at the picture below, which I shot on April 24, 2024, of the sky above my house in Georgia. I call it the Zebra Sky.

Some have suggested that these jets may be spraying a chemical cocktail included in the jet fuel of certain flights and not included in others. That might explain why the white emissions are present on some days, while on other days the sky appears pure blue even though there are just as many jets passing over our property, which is very close to the world’s busiest commercial airport, Atlanta Hartsfield International.

Now Lee Zeldin, the chief of the Environmental Protection Agency in the administration of President Donald Trump, has announced he has the answers. He says he’s investigated the claims and can clear everything up for us.

His conclusion? He’s debunking the idea that there’s anything abnormal about these “contrails.” There is absolutely no connection to geoengineering, the Trump EPA has assured us. Nor anything else sinister.

As for that other word. Um, Chemtrails? What chemtrails. The word is never even uttered by Zeldin, and the mainstream media is having a ball with this story as they’re now able to cite the Trump administration to debunk what they’ve always called conspiracy theories.

As Salon reports, “In the wake of deadly flooding in Texas, the Environmental Protection Agency has created two websites to combat conspiracy theories around weather manipulation.”

Here’s Zeldin patting himself on the back for doing such a great job of exposing truth for an administration that’s into “total transparency.”

WATCH the EPA gaslight us to our faces [2:50]  

Total transparency? I guess it’s the same kind of transparency that led to Attorney General Pam Bondi refusing to turn over the Epstein client list. After previously admitting they were on her desk, she now says they don’t exist. The government has lost whatever small amount of credibility it had when it said Epstein had no secret client list and never blackmailed anybody.

Sorry, Mr. Zeldin, but our trust in this administration’s word has been seriously breached.

First it released JFK assassination files that we were told were going to blow our minds, only to find out that there was nothing shocking or even mildly different in what was released from the same old same old.

Then came the Epstein debacle with Pam Bondi trying to redefine what she meant when she said the client list was on her desk waiting to be reviewed. It wasn’t really a client list, she now says, she was just referring to the files in general. Oh, he was a nasty pervert, a pedophile, Bondi said of Epstein, but he had no involvement in setting up politicians or other important people and making sure they were compromised. That was something we all imagined. Another conspiracy theory.

Now we’re told the chemtrails are no different. It’s all a figment of our wild imaginations to notice that they’re there on some days and absent on others. If it was just normal condensation, wouldn’t they be visible every single day that there’s a clear sky and normal air traffic? Apparently not.

So there’s nothing to see here. Move along. Just like there was nothing odd about the official JFK assassination story we received from the Warren Commission so many years ago. It was a single crazed gunman, Lee Harvey Oswald, shooting from a window in the Dallas book depository, who killed President Kennedy. End of story.

Nor was there anything out of the ordinary about Epstein. He was just a common pedophile, with no sinister attachments to the CIA, FBI, Mossad or any other agency of any government…wink, wink.

This is why no one trusts the government. It doesn’t matter who gets elected, the same old lies continue to be told, and the same old secrets continue to be covered up.

Zeldin’s first pathetic attempt to pretend he and the US government were going to address the constant geoengineering jet spraying assault in our skies was to scapegoat two IT publicity stunt actors from Silicon Valley that started a facade geoengineering startup company called ” Make Sunsets”. What exactly did the “Make Sunsets” PR actors do? They launched a few balloons in Baja California and Nevada, balloons with a few grams of SO2 tied to the bottom (virtually meaningless). Now Zeldin is reading his carefully crafted script claiming he is going to provide “total transparency” in regard to the our governments knowledge of geoengineering. Really Mr. Zeldin? Should we consider the Epstein files as an example of your definition of “total transparency”? The curtain is coming down on the criminal cabal that has long since been masquerading as the US government, political parties are irrelevant in this equation. Climate engineering / weather warfare geoengineering must be fully exposed and halted, time is not on our side.]

Wigington says the people in power are not going to stop man-made weather modification that has been covertly going on for decades.  Wigington says, “We definitely have people behind the curtain who want this issue exposed.  For those in power and those defense contractors such as Raytheon and Lockheed Martin, they are too committed to turn back.  They will only continue to double down.  Climate engineering, we are told, is a last-ditch effort to try to slow down the warming of the planet.  It is actually worsening the warming of the planet and very significantly.  These particles they are spraying that they are trying to use to deflect the sun’s energy are trapping more energy than they deflect.  They are destroying the protective layers of the atmosphere.  They are killing forests. . .. There has been 15,000 square miles of forests in Canada that have been burned up so far this year.  With these particles, you get less rain, more dry lightening and more dry fire starts.  These forests have been prepared to burn with ferocity.  Those in power actually believe there is a benefit for incinerating northern latitude forests to put enough smoke in the air to provide temporary cooling at the cost of ensuring no one gets out of this alive.  Are they that crazy?  In the last two weeks, you can search ‘wildfire smoke cools the planet’ and they will find acknowledgement of what I just stated.”

Wigington contends the environment is collapsing, and man-made weather modification is turbocharging the implosion.  Wigington says, “It’s way worse than anything we are being old.  Why would they push agendas that push climate change but mask how severe it is?  They have objectives they want to carry out, but they don’t want to panic the herd either.  They especially do not want the herd waking up to the fact that these covert operations of climate engineering have been going on for 80 years and have made a bad situation unthinkably worse.  These operations are pounding nails into our collective coffins.  This is being used for biological warfare too.”

Wigington says 40 million to 60 million tons a year are being sprayed into the atmosphere.  They can loot, plunder and pillage the planet forever, and they can just cool down the planet with these toxic light scattering particles.  How’s that working out so far as we are circling the  drain?  Insects are collapsing, fisheries are collapsing, crops are collapsing and we have all these health issues.  Every other commercial on TV is a Big Pharma commercial.”

In closing, Wigington says, “We have circles in Washington right now stating and have  stated  that they see a benefit in a limited nuclear exchange to provide temporary cooling of the planet.  Is that not total insanity? . .. If that happens, it will strip away any remaining ozone layer and it’s game over.  We are done.”

Something is deeply wrong in Texas. Officials won’t tell you how bad it really is.

We spoke to the rescue pilot who watched families beg for help.

What he revealed will leave you outraged.

Over the 4th of July weekend, Central Texas was hit with catastrophic flash floods—the worst of it being in Kerrville.

First, we want to offer our heartfelt condolences to everyone who lost loved ones. Our prayers are with the families, emergency services, volunteers, and everyone involved in the recovery efforts across this battered region.
There have also been questions about weather modification operations in the area, which we’ll be discussing later in the broadcast.

Joining us first is private helicopter pilot Gary Heavin, who has been on the ground helping with the response. He’ll share what he’s seen firsthand and explain how it compares to the prior tragedy in North Carolina, which he also assisted in.

The conversation began with Heavin sharing a haunting story about piloting a search and rescue mission with a grieving father as they combed the riverbank for the body of his 17-year-old daughter.

“To see this man’s courage… was just a terrible thing,” he said, his voice breaking. “It was tough for me to hold it together,” he added. Just an hour before the interview, he received the devastating news that they had finally found her body.

The exchange was raw and deeply emotional, laying bare the unimaginable pain these families are enduring.

It was a stark reminder of the devastating human toll these deadly floods have left behind.

When the topic turned to “weather wars,” Heavin didn’t hold back, saying he and Maria both believe it’s very real.

He described flying over hurricane-ravaged North Carolina and seeing entire forests of massive trees snapped in ways that didn’t match the storm’s weakened winds.

“You look at means, motive and opportunity,” he said of the Texas floods, suggesting someone might have had both the means and opportunity to weaponize the weather. But he admitted the motive was much harder to see.

Even though he conceded it could be a “natural weather event,” his tone left no doubt he wasn’t convinced.

The conversation left viewers wondering if these so-called “freak” floods were truly acts of nature—or something far more unsettling.

While Heavin praised the Trump administration for handling the disaster better than the previous one, he didn’t shy away from criticizing the bureaucratic roadblocks.

He was furious that private helicopters were blocked from helping while bodies remained in the river and people could still be “sitting in trees” waiting for rescue.

“So I’ve been pushing the federal government, the state government to let us in there now so that we can find people. […] We did it just fine in North Carolina,” he said.

Heavin described the 55-mile disaster zone as impossible to cover with only 11 government helicopters. “We could do this ten times faster,” he insisted, if not for bureaucrats telling them no.
His anger underscored the urgency of the crisis, capturing the frustration of watching red tape stand in the way of saving lives.

Heavin issued a rallying cry to Texans, urging them to pressure their state officials to “get the bureaucrats out of the way” and let private helicopters join the rescue efforts.
He made it clear his group, Operation Helo, has a proven track record of working seamlessly with government forces while keeping communication organized and effective.

Heavin insisted there was simply no justification for blocking experienced private pilots when every minute could mean saving a life.
His plea was both a practical solution and a fierce condemnation of the red tape slowing efforts in the middle of a crisis.

Maria delivered a fiery close to the episode with an impassioned condemnation of weather modification, calling it “immoral” and demanding it be banned outright.
She laid out claims of cloud seeding gone wrong in Texas, highlighted corporate denials, and even pointed to Peter Thiel’s investment in Rainmaker Technologies.

Her final remarks were packed with evidence, including NOAA forms, radar loops, CEO statements, and historical flood comparisons. She didn’t hesitate to name names, drawing attention to unregulated private experiments funded by billionaire money.
“The only way to put these conspiracy theories to rest,” she stressed, “is to ban weather manipulation in its entirety.”
It was a forceful call for criminal penalties and total transparency, bringing the episode’s themes of elite corruption, media dishonesty, and bureaucratic failure to an unforgettable close.

I’m going to cover some facts about the horrific flooding in Texas that I have NOT seen mentioned on TV by the fake news. I haven’t spent much time vetting the downpour and flooding – but here’s what I know so far to help your research.

General Flynn posted an inquiry about a geo-engineering company from Delaware called RAINMAKER – the leading cloud seeding company in America – that seeds clouds for weather modification in Texas, and elsewhere, and asked them to respond if they were in the area and had any impact on the flooding.

Augustus Doricko started RAINMAKER in 2023, a cloud seeding geoengineering startup, that aims to create water abundance in the United States. Cloud seeding was actually invented in Schenectady, New York in 1946, and that group of inventors included atmospheric scientist Bernard Vonnegut, the brother of novelist Kurt Vonnegut. And, from 1962 to 1983, the U.S. government’s Project Stormfury sought to weaken cyclones by flying airplanes dispensing silver iodide into them.

Doricko said it only takes 12 to 45 minutes to get a cloud to produce rain after seeding. He also said the results can be UNPREDICTABLE in watersheds – he admitted that.

I just read Augustus’ reply to General Flynn and RAINMAKER said, INDEED, they WERE CLOUD SEEDING in Texas in that area up until July 2nd but they stopped suddenly because there was too much moisture in the air. WTH?

24 hours later the system stalled and the “historic” downpour happened. Augustus said one had nothing to do with the other. I disagree. There’s no doubt in my mind now that cloud seeding likely contributed to the avalanche of water. IT CERTAINLY DIDN’T HELP – IT ALL WORKS TOGETHER. Common sense.

They are trying to make it sound like because they stopped seeding the DAY BEFORE THE FLOOD OCCURRED – they couldn’t have had anything to do with the overload of water downriver. We’re not stupid – moisture doesn’t leave the atmosphere that quickly when there’s that much of it!

RAINMAKER: “A senior meteorologist observed an unusually high moisture content …. so we suspended operations on July 2nd, a day before the NWS issued any flood warning.” THAT’S AN ADMISSION AND PRETTY CLEAR! It doesn’t matter if the motives are pure – the consequences can be unpredictable and devastating.

Texas is running 7 massive cloud seeding programs: all state-authorized under the Weather Modification Act of 1967. Planes. Chemicals. Skies sprayed to “enhance rainfall” across millions of acres. These aren’t rumors. They’re licensed weather manipulation operations spanning millions of acres.

“Blue rain” was reported in May. They say it’s to “enhance rainfall.” Great – but there could be unforeseen consequences. Entire towns are underwater. A river rose 30 feet in 45 minutes. An entire road was washed out in 4 minutes due to the wall of water that was unleashed. Hundreds of people are dead.

I’ve written about weather modification many times, using DEWs or lasers or cloud seeding, to create pressure systems, engineer rain or wildfires or hurricanes – in Maui, Los Angeles, Florida and North Carolina. It’s obvious what they are doing now. They can use a variety of methods now to manipulate the weather, for a variety of reasons, good and bad, but the end result has unforeseen complications.

How do we know that RAINMAKER cloud seeding wasn’t one of the reasons (coupled with previous underwater volcanic eruptions) there was a high moisture content there from the beginning? Cloud seeding introduces particles into clouds that act as condensation nuclei, encouraging water vapor to condense into droplets. COMMON SENSE.

Here’s Augustus with Bill Clinton. Why?

Even people in Congress are waking up and finally saying maybe weather modification programs aren’t such a good idea after all.

The flooding in Kerr County, Texas has caused catastrophic damage, with the Guadalupe River reaching its second-highest height on record. The last record was set 40 years ago in the flood of 1987.

The Guadalupe river is considered one of the top three most dangerous rivers in Texas due to its tendency to overflow its banks during heavy rainfall events. So sadly, this is nothing new. Didn’t the cloud seeders know this?

The Guadalupe River has a long history of flooding, with numerous major floods recorded over the years. Intense downpours in that area, sometimes exceeding 10 inches in a short period, have historically overwhelmed the Guadalupe River basin and its tributaries.

Kerr County is part of “Flash Flood Alley,” a region susceptible to sudden and severe flooding.

The cloud seeders were operating on July 2, 2025. The National Weather Service (NWS) issued a flood watch for Kerr County at 1:18 pm Central Time on Thursday, July 3, 2025. This initial alert warned residents to be weather-aware, anticipating 5 to 7 inches of rain.

The National Weather Service issued the first flash flood warning for Kerr County at approximately 1:14 am Central Time on Friday, July 4, 2025 when everyone was sleeping.

The storm system STALLED over Kerr County and it received such concentrated and intense rainfall overnight (12-15 inches) that the Guadalupe River rose 26 feet in just 45 minutes between 2am and 4am.

A flash flood emergency was issued at 4:03 a.m. CT. By then, it was too late.

The Guadalupe river has been responsible for significant destruction in the past 200 years – where it has flooded multiple times, including in 1838, 1848, 1868, 1913, 1921 and more recently in 1972, 1987, 1998 and 2002 – and several times between 2015 and 2021.

In July 1987, a flash flood caused a devastating surge along the Guadalupe River near Comfort, resulting in the tragic loss of ten teenagers from a Christian summer camp when their bus and van were swept away. This flood was considered the worst Guadalupe River flooding in 55 years at the time. The 2025 flood will exceed that.

The Guadalupe River at Hunt reached its second-highest level on record in July 2025, surpassing the 1987 flood in that location. Numerous campers at Camp Mystic, a girls’ summer camp situated along the river, have disappeared. The rapid rise of the river, up to 26 feet in 45 minutes, contributed to the destructive nature of this flood.

The area’s popularity as a summer camp destination means these facilities are particularly vulnerable to flood events. Pray for the missing girls, the people in harm’s way and their families. Dozens have already been found dead.

Given the fact that this river and area has experienced catastrophic flooding multiple times in the past 200 years, perhaps there’s a lesson to be learned? Maybe more research needs to be done before we condone weather manipulation over areas like this?

Meteorologists and atmospheric chemists have noted the following about the eruption.

Unprecedented amount of water vapor: The eruption injected an unprecedented amount of water vapor into the stratosphere, a layer of the atmosphere between 15 and 40 kilometers above the surface.

Greenhouse gas effect: Water vapor is a potent greenhouse gas, and this increase in stratospheric water vapor is expected to have a warming effect on the troposphere.

Ozone layer impact: The excess water vapor can also influence chemical reactions in the stratosphere, potentially affecting the ozone layer.

Long-lasting impact: This large amount of water vapor is expected to persist in the stratosphere for several years, potentially impacting weather patterns and climate.”

IN OTHER WORDS – ADDING MORE RAIN TO THE AREA THROUGH CLOUD SEEDING IS A RECIPE FOR DISASTER GIVEN THE EXISTING MOISTURE ALREADY THERE. EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT. IT PROBABLY MADE A BAD SITUATION EVEN WORSE.

Sadly, the Demon party is celebrating the deaths of these children in Texas and saying the floods wouldn’t have happened if only Kerr County MAGA funded climate change and Trump weren’t President. These are sick, sick people.

Dick Eastland, the director of Camp Mystic, was among the dead from the Guadalupe River flood.

Eastland, who had been involved with the private all-girls Christian camp since purchasing it in 1974 and served as its director, died trying to save his kids from the devastating flash flooding.

Operations of the 99-year-old camp have been passed down through four generations of the Eastland family. It’s currently owned by the sons and daughter-in-laws of Dick and his wife, Tweety Eastland. She was found safe in her home.

Eastland taught fishing to the younger campers, and former participants described him as a caring, grandfatherly figure. The couple were revered by campers, and often seen teaching or roaming the camp grounds.

On Friday, the camp office sent a desperate message to families saying they sustained “catastrophic floods” and were working with rescuers. All power, wifi and water had been shut off at the facilities.

Camp Mystic, which offers two 4-week terms and one 2-week term over the summer, has been the go-to summer camp for daughters of Texans for nearly a century. There were over 700 girls there this year. So far, some 850 people have been rescued in the area from the floods.

The flooding is similar to a flood back in 1987 when campers at a nearby Pot O’ Gold Ranch were swept away by rushing flood waters and 10 of the teenagers tragically drowned.

Toll Climbs To More Than 50 In Texas Flooding   [VIDEO 1:09]

Heavy rain and catastrophic river flooding swept away homes and vehicles and summer camps.

The catastrophic flooding came in the middle of the night, rushing into cabins and dragging mattresses off beds at Camp Mystic, a private Christian summer camp near Texas’ Guadalupe River.

On Saturday, rescuers searched for more than two dozen children from the camp.

The early Friday morning flooding also washed away homes, RVs and vehicles in the Texas Hill Country, northwest of San Antonio. The death toll had climbed to at least 52 people late Saturday with an unknown number of people still unaccounted for.

As of Saturday evening, 43 people had died in the storm, Kerr County Sheriff Larry Leitha said in a news conference. Twenty-eight were adults and 15 were children.

The New York Times, citing Hector Nieto, a county spokesman, reported that the death toll in Travis County rose to four. In Burnet County, three people died and two were reported missing, according to county Emergency Management Coordinator Derek Marchio. Another person reportedly died in Kendall County, Emergency Management Coordinator Brady Constantinent said in a news release. One death was also reported in Tom Green County, according to a news release from the city of San Angelo.

Authorities said about 850 people had been rescued.

The Guadalupe River, fed by torrential rain, rose 26 feet in 45 minutes.

The Weather Channel digital meteorologist Sara Tonks said, “The soil and the river were unable to keep up with the rain as over 7 inches of rain fell in only 4 and a half hours from 1 to 5:30 am.”

The Guadalupe River hit its second-highest height ever on record, reaching 29.45 feet, but Bob Fogarty, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service’s Austin/San Antonio office believes it could be even higher. He told the Associated Press the gauge failed after recording a level of 29 and half feet, “The gauge is completely underwater.”

Flooding also inundated neighborhoods further north in San Angelo. Some areas got more than a foot of rain, trapping people inside their homes. The National Weather Service in San Angelo said it received multiple reports of flooded roads and homes across Tom Green County, calling the conditions life-threatening.

Back in Kerr County, Erin Burgess woke to thunder and rain at her home in Ingram. Just 20 minutes later, she told the Associated Press, water was pouring into her home. She described an agonizing hour clinging to a tree with her teenage son.

“My son and I floated to a tree where we hung onto it, and my boyfriend and my dog floated away. He was lost for a while, but we found them,” Burgess said.

Barry Adelman said water pushed everyone in his three-story house into the attic, including his 94-year-old grandmother and 9-year-old grandson.

“I was having to look at my grandson in the face and tell him everything was going to be OK, but inside I was scared to death,” Adelman told AP.

Nim Kidd, chief of the Texas Department of Emergency Management, said at a news conference Saturday afternoon, “The entire river is being searched from the northernmost impact all the way as we run down. You have assets in the air that are still doing searches. You have boats that are in the water doing searches. And you have ground crews doing searches.

“That process is going to keep going. We are not stopping until we find everyone that’s missing.”

At Camp Mystic on Saturday, helicopters flew overhead as people walked among the destruction.

“The camp was completely destroyed,” said Elinor Lester, 13, one of hundreds of campers. “A helicopter landed and started taking people away. It was really scary.”

The history of Texans using cloud seeding to lessen the impact of periodic, often severe, droughts is lengthy and fascinating. Numerous “rainmaking” efforts sprouted during the epic drought of the 1950s, and some continued into the 1960s, giving impetus to the Texas Legislature to adopt a law, in 1967, governing the use of weather modification technologies. In ensuing years, both the State and federal governments provided funds for both cloud seeding research and assessing the impact of commercial weather modification projects.

With more substantive evidence that cloud seeding could invigorate convective clouds—promoting their growth and capacity to produce rainwater—a coordinated, State-funded program began in earnest in the latter half of the 1990s. Today, with drought a pending, if not ever-present, threat to the economy and well-being of Texans, rain enhancement projects flourish within large areas of Northwest, West, and South Texas. In fact, the seven cloud seeding projects today cover about 31 million acres (or about one-sixth of the land area of the state). When a severe drought was a greater threat at the end of the previous century, as many as 51 million acres were included in cloud seeding “target” areas in the state.

Texas’ present-day cloud seeding efforts are much more than well-considered responses to drought, however. They are also concerted efforts, using the latest technological tools and understanding, to replenish fresh-water supplies in aquifers and reservoirs as well as to help meet the growing needs of agriculture, industry, and municipalities for fresh water. Political subdivisions like water conservation districts and county commissions have embraced the technology of rain enhancement as one element of a long-term, water-management strategy designed to ensure a growing population has enough water to meet its future needs.

Each of the cloud seeding projects uses specially-equipped aircraft designed to place seeding materials (in the form of pyrotechnic devices, or flares, containing silver iodide and other compounds) into convective towers (turrets of growing thunderstorms) to induce them to expand and process more atmospheric water. The seeding is achieved by burning flares either mounted on the wings of single and twin-engine aircraft or held in racks, and dropped (ejected), from the underside of the aircraft fuselage. Pilots in the aircraft are directed to convective clouds believed by the meteorologist to be treatable with the seeding agent. Timing and targeting are the two critical factors in successful seeding of young thunderstorms. The concerted efforts of both pilot(s) and meteorologist are designed to give the growing cloud a “nudge” to enable it to be more efficient in the way it uses available cloud droplets to grow raindrops.

As each of the rain enhancement projects became established in recent years, State matching funds were allocated to the sponsoring groups to enable them to procure needed hardware such as specially-equipped aircraft and ground-based radar systems. Each project initially constructed its program, either leasing or purchasing aircraft, at a cost of 8 to 9 cents per acre, with the State assuming up to 4.5 cents of that cost. Eventually, the State share of the cost declined, such that today no residual State funds are used to sustain these programs. From the time the State began paying in part for the programs (1997) until State funds were exhausted (2004), the State contributed about $11.7 million. An additional $1.5 million in State funds was spent during that time to assess the projects’ performance.

No State funds are available for the current biennium (which began on September 1, 2022) for any cloud seeding operations in Texas. Rain enhancement projects this year are being funded exclusively by underground water conservation districts and other local political subdivisions like county commissions and aquifer authorities.

Each year an independent analyst at Texas Tech University uses Doppler weather radar data from the National Weather Service network to assess the impact of these rain-enhancement projects on seasonal rainfall within the projects’ target areas. The analysis of cloud-seeding operations conducted by these projects in 2019 showed that, on average, individual seeded thunderstorms lived 22 minutes longer (or 41 percent) than untreated storms in the vicinity and covered some 44 percent more area than the unseeded ones. Rain output from seeded storms, on average, was 24 percent more than that from nearby untreated storms. The total number (101 in all) of single, isolated thunderstorms that were seeded produced an estimated 101,031 acre-feet above and beyond what could have been expected without intervention. More complex thunderstorm clusters that were seeded were observed, by radar, to have yielded an estimated 956,657 additional acre-feet of rainwater. The cost to produce this additional rainwater was estimated at less than $11 an acre-foot.

The following is a description, by project, of rain enhancement operations being conducted during 2022 in Texas.

West Texas Weather Modification Association (WTWMA)

This project, based in San Angelo, is now in its 27th consecutive year of operation. Its target is the third largest in the state—some 6.4 million acres in west central Texas between Midland and San Angelo. The WTWMA employs a full-time meteorologist and pilots using Doppler weather radar data produced by the National Weather Service. The meteorologist is based at Mathis Field, while aircraft are located at the San Angelo airport as well as several other locations within the target area.

The project has a dual purpose: Permits are held by the WTWMA for both rain enhancement and hail suppression operations. The way in which the Association obtained its aircraft and radar, and hired its permanent staff, in 1997-98, to become self-contained as a project served as a prototype for other rain enhancement programs that materialized in Texas in subsequent years. South Texas Weather Modification Association (STWMA)

The project with its base of operations in Pleasanton (south of San Antonio) is also in its 25th consecutive year of operation, having been established in 1997 to seed clouds over a target area extending from the base of the Edwards Plateau to near the coastal bend area of Texas. The STWMA is an alliance of two water districts (Evergreen Underground Water Conservation District and the Live Oak Underground Water Conservation District) and a county commission. Seeding activities are directed by a staff meteorologist working with National Weather Service Doppler weather radar data from the airport in Pleasanton. Because the STWMA has ownership of all of the resources (technical and human) needed to perform rain enhancement operations at any time, the weather modification project runs on a year-round basis.

In 2002 the STWMA expanded its target area to absorb three of the counties previously in the cloud seeding target area of the rain enhancement program of the Edwards Aquifer Authority (EAA). The EAA reduced the size of its target area (now the primary drainage area for the Edwards Aquifer) and enlisted existing rain enhancement projects based in Pleasanton to provide aerial and technical coverage for its newly-redefined target. As a result, the target area of the STWMA expanded by some 2.2 million acres, to nearly 6 million, making it the state’s second largest weather modification target. The EAA contracts with the STWMA for cloud seeding services in Bandera, Bexar, and Medina counties. Panhandle Groundwater Conservation District (PGWCD)

One of the largest water conservation districts in Texas also conducts cloud seeding operations to enhance rainfall and, thus, augment groundwater recharge over the Ogallala Aquifer in the state’s northern extremity. This project of the PGWCD, after being served in its initial year by a contractor, followed the path taken by earlier projects in Texas and in 2001 procured its own aircraft, radar, office facility, and support personnel. The PGWCD project has access to cloud systems moving out of Oklahoma into its target area, which currently consists of nearly 4.1 million acres in the eastern sector of the Texas Panhandle. Trans Pecos Weather Modification Association (TPWMA)

Cloud-seeding has been underway west of the Pecos River since May 2003. The TPWMA consists of the Ward County Irrigation District and other political subdivisions within Culberson, Loving, Pecos, Reeves, and Ward counties. Its target area in that part of Texas along and west of the Pecos River consists of 5.1 million acres. TPWMA aircraft are based at the airport in Pecos, Fort Stockton, or in Alpine, and seeding missions are directed by a meteorologist based in San Angelo. Rolling Plains Water Enhancement Project

As many as a half-dozen counties are sponsoring cloud seeding in a Rolling Plains target from near Abilene north and eastward toward the Red River valley. Originally, in 2015, the counties constituted a “target area” of 3.487 million acres, and three additional counties have since been added to the west and southwest to allow for an adequate “buffer” in which aircraft could operate to seed storms moving northeastward into the target. The counties contract with a Texas-based company, licensed and permitted by TDLR, for the cloud-seeding services. The seeding aircraft operate from within the multi-county target area.

Each of the projects described above is permitted by TDLR, with each permit covering a period that can range up to four years in duration. The project sponsor, or contractor, is also required to keep current a Texas weather modification license, which is renewable annually.

In case you haven’t heard, the UK has been working on geo-engineering experiments as part of a £50 million programme funded by the government. They have been talking about spraying chemicals into the atmosphere to BLOCK the sun.

For decades, Israel was a pioneer in cloud seeding, a localized form of weather modification designed to enhance precipitation. The technique involves introducing particles like silver iodide into clouds to encourage rainfall. Israel’s journey began in 1961, driven by the hypothesis that cold winter clouds common in the region would respond to these artificial ice nuclei.

Early experiments, Israel I and Israel II, were initially deemed successful, fostering optimism for the technology. However, over time, more rigorous studies began to challenge these initial perceptions. By the mid-1990s, research suggested that Israeli clouds naturally contained high concentrations of ice crystals, potentially limiting the impact of additional seeding. A 1995 analysis estimated only a modest 6% increase in precipitation in the Galilee Mountains.

These outcomes led the Israel Water Authority to make a significant decision: to indefinitely discontinue its long-standing operational cloud seeding program. This decision by a nation with decades of experience in cloud seeding carries substantial implications, prompting a re-evaluation of its practical utility and cost-effectiveness for other countries facing water scarcity.

From Rainmaking to Sun-Blocking: A New Hubris in the Sky

While traditional cloud seeding programs in Israel have concluded, a new, more ambitious form of weather modification is emerging within the country’s technological landscape: solar geoengineering. At the forefront is Stardust Solutions, a US-Israeli startup founded in 2023. Based in Israel, the company aims to “stop global warming in the short term” by blocking solar radiation from reaching Earth.

Stardust Solutions proposes Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI), a method involving injecting reflective particles into the upper atmosphere to scatter sunlight back into space. They claim their proprietary, non-sulfate aerosols offer advantages over traditional sulfates. The company has announced plans for “contained, non-dispersive” outdoor tests in Israel and has already conducted “outdoor aerial checks” of their dispersal system, though actual aerosol scattering has reportedly not yet occurred.

Financially backed by AWZ, an Israeli-Canadian venture capital firm with a partnership with the Israeli Ministry of Defense’s Directorate of Defence Research and Development (DDR&D), Stardust Solutions’ activities raise complex questions. While there is no public evidence of the Defense Ministry conducting geoengineering research, the financial link suggests interest in technologies with significant strategic implications.

This shift from state-led cloud seeding to privately-driven, climate-focused geoengineering sparks considerable debate. Critics, including the Center for International Environmental Law (CIEL), view Stardust’s commercialization plans as a “reckless gamble” and a likely violation of the de facto moratorium on geoengineering established by the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), to which Israel is a party. CIEL emphasizes that solar geoengineering is “inherently unpredictable” and risks “breaking further an already broken climate system”. Concerns also exist about the potential for “deliberately polluting the atmosphere over hundreds of years,” imposing an “unacceptable burden on future generations,” and the risk of control by a few major powers and corporations. The history of weather modification also includes a complex past of military interest and covert operations, which have significantly shaped public perception and distrust.

Key Declassified Projects:

• Project Cirrus (US, 1947-1952): Early efforts to modify weather, including seeding hurricanes. A public claim of success by the project head fueled public mistrust.
• Operation Popeye (US, 1967-1972): A highly classified US military program to prolong the monsoon season in Southeast Asia to disrupt enemy logistics along the Ho Chi Minh Trail. US officials initially denied the program, contributing to public suspicion before its declassification in 1974.
• Project Stormfury (US, 1962-1983): Aimed to weaken tropical cyclones by seeding the eyewall with silver iodide, undertaken with greater discretion after the Cirrus controversy.

Israel at a Totalitarian Crossroads

Experimentation in weather modification and geoengineering necessitates a rigorous examination of their potential public health and ethical implications. Large-scale solar geoengineering, such as SAI, carries significant potential risks.

Direct human health impacts could include increased mortality from air pollution and ozone loss, potentially leading to higher rates of skin cancers, with continuous, prolonged exposure likely resulting in chronic health effects. Indirect impacts could include accelerated ecosystem collapse, species extinction, and disruption of vital ecosystem functions.

Even with cloud seeding, despite decades of use, there remains limited knowledge on the overall human health impacts, with concerns about the long-term environmental and human health effects of continuous silver iodide exposure remaining uncertain. The imperative for transparency, public participation, and Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC) is paramount.

Existing international legal frameworks, such as the Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD) of 1977, prohibit hostile use of environmental modification techniques with “widespread, long-lasting or severe effects”. However, the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) issued a de facto moratorium on geoengineering in 2010, reaffirmed in 2023, due to its potential implications for biodiversity, rooted in the precautionary principle.

The emergence of private entities like Stardust Solutions, pursuing planetary-scale interventions with commercial aims, exposes a critical flaw in global environmental ideology. Wisdom, Not Technological Placebos for the Atmosphere

However, Israel’s own experience with cloud seeding, culminating in the discontinuation of a long-standing program due to negligible impact, offers a profound lesson. This sobering conclusion, echoed by the broader scientific community’s caution regarding large-scale climate interventions, calls into question the very premise of relying on technological placebos for the atmosphere.

In the face of these reckless and often unproven endeavors, perhaps a different path, rooted in wisdom, offers a more sustainable solution. As Deuteronomy 11:13-14 promises, “If you hearken diligently to My commandments which I command you this day, to love the L-rd your G-d, and to serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul, then I will give the rain of your land in its season, the early rain and the latter rain, that you may gather in your grain, and your wine, and your oil.” This timeless verse suggests that true abundance and environmental harmony may not lie in human innovation to manipulate the skies, but rather in a deeper reverence for the Creator and adherence to His ways, recognizing His personal dominion over the heavens and the bounty they bestow.

 

Louisiana Joins Nationwide Push to Ban Chemtrails as House Passes Landmark Bill   Baxter Dmitry

June 3, 2025  The People’s Voice – A bill to ban chemtrails in Louisiana advanced out of the state House of Representatives on May 29, despite a mainstream media campaign to vilify the legislation and defeat the vote.

State Rep. Kimberly Landry Coates (R-Ponchatoula) defended SB46 on the House floor, saying she is concerned about aircraft leaving white streaks across the sky, which she explained are creating clouds and affecting weather patterns and damaging the health of citizens.

“This bill is to prevent any chemicals above us in the air, specifically to modify the weather,” Coates said.

The landmark bill passed in Louisiana follows similar legislation recently enacted in Florida, which has taken its crackdown a step further by launching a dedicated Chemtrails Hotline for citizens to report suspected atmospheric spraying. Offenders could face up to five years in prison under the new law.

As part of the new legislation, lawmakers approved an amendment requiring the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality to document all reported chemtrails sightings and citizen complaints.

This data will then be forwarded to the Louisiana Air National Guard for further investigation and potential action.

During questioning on the House floor, State Rep. Candace Newell (D-New Orleans) asked about the chemicals involved in the covert spraying operations.

“Other than the nanoparticles of aluminum, what else have you found?” Newell said.

“Barium. There is a few, some with long words that I can’t pronounce,” Coates said.

Coates also claimed the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) sends chemicals into clouds to reflect sunlight and cool the Earth’s surface. However, NOAA says it does not conduct weather modification experiments and has no plans to do so.

Coates further suggested that multiple agencies are involved in what she believes is a chemtrail conspiracy in Louisiana.

“Who is doing this?” asked State Rep. Matthew Willard (D-New Orleans).

“There are multiple people. Multiple groups, contractors,” Coates said.

“Who are the contracts with?” Willard asked.

“I’ve seen the documents with at least nine federal agencies,” Coates said.

“(Do you see them) once a week?” asked State Rep. C. Denise Marcelle (D-Baton Rouge).

“At least, yes—from my house all the way to the Capitol. So when you look up in the air, you look, watch for the big white lines across the sky,” Coates said.

“So once a week you see people releasing stuff in the air on the way to the Capitol? So I just need to look up? I probably haven’t been looking up,” Marcelle said.

The bill passed the House in a landslide by a vote of 58-32.

Another amendment removed any penalties for violators. Coates said she wants state agencies to understand chemtrails better before enforcement measures are considered.

“A year ago, as recently as a year ago, you could Google DARPA DoD DARPA Adept, A-D-E-P-T and then P3. It would take you straight to the DARPA’s web page, where in 2012 or 2014, they specifically stated what you just said; We are developing mRNA technology to address future bioweapons.

“Now, you know, they want to paint that as, ‘Well, that’s a really good thing for, you know, for you, Todd, and for the American public, because we’re being proactive. We’re, developing this technology. And, by the way, we’re also, you know, funding all the bio research labs. Gain of functions. And that’s for your protection too, Todd, and the American people, because we want to get those virulent deadly organisms before our enemy does, so we can protect you from them. That’s the concept of dual purpose. And that’s exactly how they sold this.

“You know, by the way, Tom Renz an attorney, he testified in the Ohio state legislator. He has a soldier, you probably saw it from… where is it from? Is that from Fort Riley, Kansas, that received the COVID-19 vaccine in 2015? On the army medical records right off the clinic, he showed it, as you know. So this, what you’re saying, is absolutely correct.

“Listen, all the Pfizers, and [the other pharma companies] they were just paid whores. They were just paid prostitutes. Same thing with the medical organizations. These weren’t evil Satanists… The majority of my colleagues weren’t evil Satanists that were in on this plan to wipe out, to destroy a large proportion of humanity and to cull the population. No, no, no. They’re just whores. Most of my physician partners are just whores. They got threatened, and they did what they were told to do. May 13, 2025  USA Watchdog – Renowned climate engineering researcher Dane Wigington is finally waking up the public to the profound damage being done to them while collapsing the environment.  Florida’s Governor DeSantis has signed a law making geoengineering (aka chemtrails) illegal in his state.  New HHS Secretary Bobby Kennedy Jr. has recently admitted geoengineering is real and DARPA, a secretive government agency, is doing it.  Dark government forces are spraying toxic chemicals such as aluminum, radioactive coal ash, mercury, graphene, polymer fibers and nano particles.  All are deadly poison over the skies in America.  Many in the Trump Administration know this destructive policy is going on but are doing nothing to stop it.  Wigington says, “The bees are dying of symptoms resembling Alzheimer’s and dementia because they are packed full of aluminum.  They can’t even find their way back to the hive.  It’s happening to us, all of us, as well.  It’s not normal or natural to assume you are going to get Alzheimer’s or dementia when you get up in your years.  We are being trained, taught and programmed to think this is normal.  It’s not normal. . . . This whole MAHA (Make America Healthy Again) movement, I want people to stop and consider that MAHA anything means absolutely nothing, zero, if we don’t stop the contaminants raining down from our skies.  40 to 60 million tons annually are contaminating everything.  Focusing on food dyes while this is going on is absolutely ludicrous.  That’s way worse than polishing the rails on the Titanic as it sinks.  How is this not a real right now fight-for-life?”

The weird weather you are seeing with high winds, hail and wild temperature swings are not normal and do not come from nature.  Much of it is caused by geoengineering.  Wigington says, “They are all using terms like ‘weather whiplash’ all the time as if this is normal.  They use the term ‘Mother Nature’ to try to associate those two, and they have nothing to do with each other.  These radical swings in weather are absolutely engineered. . . . We have record high temperatures.  We just had that happen in Minnesota and Montana.  One location in Montana has a record high and broke the record by 14 degrees.  That’s almost 40 degrees above normal.   Then, it snows two days later.  Seriously?  People think that is normal or natural?”
