How Aluminum Damages Your Brain Analysis by Dr. Joseph Mercola
This ‘Salt’ Can Trigger Alzheimer’s
Levels of this were compared to controls with no neurological disease diagnosis. They found striking differences between the two groups, uncovering those with Alzheimer’s had universally high levels – yet this substance has never been tested for safety.
STORY AT-A-GLANCE
- Research has found a strong link between aluminum exposure and Alzheimer’s disease. Patients with a genetic mutation that predisposes them to early onset of Alzheimer’s and more aggressive disease have universally high aluminum content in their brains
- According to a British researcher, without aluminum in the brain, Alzheimer’s does not develop
- When aluminum was first approved for use in vaccines, it was approved based on its efficacy. It was never actually tested for safety. It was simply assumed to be safe
- Aluminum has been shown to cause mitochondrial dysfunction and depletion of adenine-triphosphate (ATP), which sets the stage for virtually any chronic disease. Aluminum salts can increase levels of glial activation, inflammatory cytokines and amyloid precursor protein within the brain
- Recent research found the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s vaccine schedule — when adjusted for bodyweight — exposes children to a level of aluminum that is 15.9 times higher than the recommended “safe” level
If You Don’t Know CPR, You Will After Watching This [3:53] Analysis by Dr. Joseph Mercola
Immediate cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) doubles or triples the chance of survival during cardiac arrest. Nearly everyone can perform it by simply making hard, fast compressions on the center of the chest.
STORY AT-A-GLANCE
- By increasing blood flow to the organs, CPR provides a life-saving, temporary treatment for cardiac arrest
- If someone near you experiences cardiac arrest, you should first call 911, then immediately begin CPR
- For the general public, hands-only CPR, or compression-only CPR, is recommended and highly effective
- Perform chest compressions at a rate of 100 to 120 per minute; this is about the same beat as the song “Stayin’ Alive”
- If you have access to an automated external defibrillator (AED), which are required in many public spaces, follow its simple instructions to deliver a shock to the heart

4 Studies Add to Evidence of Wireless Technology-Related Electromagnetic Radiation in Humans By Suzanne Burdick, Ph.D.
Four new studies shed light on human exposure to electromagnetic radiation from wireless technologies, but the authors of one study alleged industry tried to censor their research, and in another case, critics accused researchers of having conflicts of interest with the telecom industry.
New studies from Sweden, China, Australia and the U.K. shed light on human exposure to electromagnetic radiation from wireless technologies, but the authors of one study alleged industry tried to censor their research, and in another case, critics accused researchers of having conflicts of interest with the telecom industry.
In the first example, an international peer-reviewed journal — Annals of Case Reports — on Jan. 10 published a Swedish case report showing 5G radiation causes symptoms indicative of “microwave syndrome.”
The telecom industry initially attempted to censor the article, the study authors said.

Men Live Longer (Happier?) Lives Taking ‘Little Blue Pill’; New Study Finds BY TYLER DURDEN
FRIDAY, JAN 20, 2023 – 05:45 AM – The second study in two years shows Viagra might reduce the risk of heart disease in men.
Researchers from the University of Southern California (USC) found that men who took the little blue pill experienced a 39% reduction in heart disease.
USC researchers gathered data from 70,000 men with an average age of 52 who were diagnosed with erectile dysfunction within the last decade. They believe Viagra increases blood flow and oxygen into the heart and throughout the body.

Eating one wild fish same as month of drinking tainted water: study by Daniel Lawler
JANUARY 17, 2023 – Locally caught fish in rivers and lakes could be a major source of exposure to “forever chemicals” PFAS, new research has warned.
Eating one freshwater fish caught in a river or lake in the United States is the equivalent of drinking a month’s worth of water contaminated with toxic “forever chemicals”, new research said on Tuesday.
The invisible chemicals called PFAS were first developed in the 1940s to resist water and heat, and are now used in items such as non-stick pans, textiles, fire suppression foams and food packaging.
But the indestructibility of PFAS, per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, means the pollutants have built up over time in the air, soil, lakes, rivers, food, drinking water and even our bodies.
There have been growing calls for stricter regulation for PFAS, which have been linked to a range of serious health issues including liver damage, high cholesterol, reduced immune responses and several kinds of cancer.
To find out PFAS contamination in locally caught fish, a team of researchers analyzed more than 500 samples from rivers and lakes across the United States between 2013 and 2015.
