Oct. 12, 2023 10:16 pm – The Israeli Ministry of Defense and the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have issued an urgent warning to the United Nations, Axios reported.
Just before midnight, the UN was notified to evacuate its staff and inform Palestinians living north of Wadi Gaza to move to the southern part of the Gaza Strip within the next 24 hours. The message was confirmed by UN spokesperson Stéphane Dujarric and another source with direct knowledge of the situation.
More than 1 million Palestinians reside in the area north of Wadi Gaza. The sudden warning from the Israeli authorities could be a precursor to an imminent ground operation by the IDF.
According to sources who spoke to Axios, the IDF’s rationale behind the urgent notification is to minimize civilian casualties during their military operations.

Oct. 11, 2023 5:00 pm – An Israeli-American teen saw his parents murdered by the savage Hamas terrorists while playing dead to save his life. Rotem Mathias, 16, was at home with his parents when Hamas invaded their kibbutz in Be’er Sheva. The family attempted to block the doors with furniture but could not hold back the terror group from breaking in.
Hamas opened fire and as bullets were rapidly going through the windows, Rotem watched as his parents were murdered in cold blood. He said: “The terrorists shot open the door.” After throwing explosives, his dad lost his arm and his mom died on top of him. Rotem quietly laid down and played dead under a bloody cloth.

An anonymous Egyptian intelligence official told The Associated Press that Israel had been warned multiple times about “something big” being planned by the Gaza-based terror group, Hamas.
The official claimed that Egypt, which often acts as a mediator between Israel and Hamas, had been in frequent contact with Israeli officials about the looming threat.
“We have warned them an explosion of the situation is coming, and very soon, and it would be big. But they underestimated such warnings,” an Egyptian official told AP who spoke on condition of anonymity.
The official went on to say that Israeli authorities were disproportionately focused on the West Bank, thereby downplaying the threat emanating from Gaza. The Netanyahu government, which has a strong base of support among West Bank settlers, has been pushing for increased security measures in the West Bank due to a surge in violence over the past 18 months, according to the Times of Israel.
According to the Ynet News, an Egyptian intelligence source claimed that Abbas Kamel, the head of Egypt’s General Intelligence Directorate, personally contacted Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ten days before the massive attack to warn him of an impending “severe event originating from Gaza.”
The Egyptian insider claimed Netanyahu appeared unconcerned, stating that the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) were already “overwhelmed” with tackling terrorism in the West Bank.
The Prime Minister’s Office has issued a strong statement denying the claims that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ignored advance warnings from Egypt about a significant Hamas operation.

DEVELOPING: IDF Bombs Lebanon After Terrorist Infiltration; Six Israelis Injured

Backed by the largest activation of reservists in its history, Israel on Monday battled to regain control of areas invaded by Hamas terrorists over the weekend while ordering a complete siege of the Palestinian-held Gaza territory.
“There will be no electricity, no food, no fuel, everything is closed,” Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant told a news conference.
“We are fighting human animals and we act accordingly,” he added.
Israel conducted an aerial bombardment of Gaza Sunday night, leveling buildings and forcing Palestinian residents to flee. More than 300,000 reservists were ordered to active duty, the largest such activation in Israel’s history.
The military said it had regained control of many areas invaded by Hamas but the process was going slower than it anticipated.
“We are still fighting,” Israeli Defense Forces Lt. Col. Richard Hecht told a briefing Monday morning. “We thought by this morning we’d be in a better place.”
The effort is being complicated by the fact that Hamas militants captured Israeli civilians, Americans and other foreigners in an effort to use them as shields from the counterattack.
Meanwhile, the horror of the initial Hamas attacks Saturday became more clear: at least 260 concert goers were mowed down by guns in one venue, and there were reports of women being raped and soldiers being tortured.

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant instructed the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) to begin preparations for evacuating the north, as a state of war was officially passed by the government cabinet.
The IDF were earlier instructed to evacuate residents living in the south, within two and a half miles from the Gaza Strip, following the war that erupted on Saturday when the Hamas terrorist group attacked, but had to halt the efforts on Sunday.
As such, Gallant instructed the IDF to start arming residents in the area with weapons and ammunition. After Hamas committed the worst attack on the Jewish state in fifty years, Israel’s cabinet officially declared war on the terrorist organization by invoking Article 40 Aleph.
Since the start of the conflict, with the death toll anticipated to grow after Hamas terrorists fired hundreds of missiles and dispatched dozens of militants into Israeli communities, at least 700 Israelis have died, around 2,150 have been injured, and 100 have been verified as being held hostage by the Islamic terrorist organization.

“This morning, on Shabbat and a holiday, Hamas invaded Israeli territory and murdered innocent citizens including children and the elderly. Hamas has started a brutal and evil war,” said Netanyahu.
“We will be victorious in this war despite an unbearable price. This is a very difficult day for all of us,” he continued.
The Prime Minister emphasized that the scale and brutality of the attack were “unprecedented in Israel,” and pledged to ensure that such an event “does not happen again.”
“Hamas wants to murder us all. This is an enemy that murders children and mothers in their homes, in their beds, an enemy that abducts the elderly, children, and young women, that slaughters and massacres our citizens, including children, who simply went out to enjoy the holiday,” Netanyahu said.
Netanyahu assured the Israeli public that the “entire government is behind this decision,” signaling a unified stance among Israel’s political leadership. He also indicated that the IDF would “immediately use all its strength to destroy Hamas’s capabilities.”
“We will destroy them and will forcefully avenge this dark day that they have forced on Israel and its citizens,” he declared.
Quoting the famous Hebrew poet Hayim Nahman Bialik, Netanyahu said, “‘Revenge for the blood of a little child has yet been devised by Satan.’ All of the places which Hamas is deployed, hiding and operating in, that wicked city, we will turn them into rubble.”
In a direct message to the residents of Gaza, the Prime Minister said, “Leave now because we will operate forcefully everywhere.” He revealed that the IDF is already “clearing the terrorists out of the last communities,” going “community by community, house by house,” to restore Israeli control.
“We are all praying for the well-being of the wounded and all those who are being held hostage,” he said, before issuing a final warning to Hamas: “You are responsible for their well-being. Israel will settle accounts with anyone who harms one hair on their heads.”

More than 300 Israelis have lost their lives in a surprise large-scale attack by the Palestinian terror group Hamas on Saturday. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded to the attack by vowing to reduce the group’s Gaza hideouts to “rubble.”
Over 1,600 people were reported wounded as a result of Hamas’s massive rocket barrage, ground, air, and sea offensive, marking one of the bloodiest escalations of the conflict in decades.

OCT 7, 2023 7:00 PM – How did Hamas, the bloodthirsty jihad terror group in Gaza, perpetrate mayhem and destruction inside Israel on a scale never before seen?
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced Saturday that “since this morning, the State of Israel is at war.” This was as Hamas fired over two thousand rockets into Israel, and over a hundred Israelis were murdered as jihad terrorists entered Israel and began killing people indiscriminately.
There has never been a Hamas jihad offensive from Gaza of this magnitude. In fact, throughout the history of modern Israel, there has never been anything like this, even when the Jewish state faced jihad coalitions of the neighboring Arab states in major wars in 1948, 1967, and 1973. So how was Hamas able to do it?
For one thing, it was Shabbat in Israel, and the Jewish holiday of Simchat Torah. In that, this latest jihad resembles the 1973 war, which was launched on Yom Kippur. The idea in both cases was to catch the Israelis napping and at minimal preparedness, with large numbers of military personnel off for the holiday.
But that was by no means all. There were widespread reports that as Hamas’ relentless rocket barrage began, Israel’s vaunted Iron Dome missile defense system was down. Reports on this so far are sketchy, but if the Islamic Republic of Iran, which as the chief financier of Hamas is clearly behind these attacks, has managed to breach Israeli security and interfere with the functioning of the Iron Dome, the ominous implications cannot be overstated. If Israel cannot manage to get the Iron Dome up and running on a secure basis, the Hamas attacks on Saturday could turn into a larger war that engulfs the entire region, as the Islamic Republic of Iran finally attempts to make good on decades of genocidal rhetoric directed at Israel.
Hamas also took advantage of vulnerabilities in Israel’s defenses. As jihadis screamed “Allahu akbar,” a bulldozer destroyed Israel’s fence at the Gaza border, allowing jihadis to pour into Israel in large numbers. Hamas’ military wing, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, issued a triumphant communique on Telegram:

The statement outlines the Taliban’s stance on the issue and calls upon Islamic countries and international organizations to take action against Israel.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (MoFA) is the cabinet ministry responsible for managing Afghanistan’s foreign relations. The current acting foreign minister is Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi. Muttaqi is a prominent Afghan politician and a leading member of the Taliban Islamic Movement.

October 7, 2023 – Hamas and Islamic Jihad surprised Israel on Shabbat and the holiday of Simchat Torah with a barrage of 2,000 missiles. From within the cover of the missile attack, Hamas terrorists invaded Israel proper – entering more than 20 communities where they killed 100s of people as well as kidnaping more than 100 civilians – bringing them back to Gaza.
This attack is now being called Yom Kippur 2.0 for its intelligence failure, but more than that it involves the inability for the IDF and IAF to respond in time.
