WAR UPDATE   Avi Abelow

November 3, 2025  Pulse of Israel

As we’re being told in the daily news that Trump’s Gaza peace deal will be bringing “peace to the Middle East,” let’s look at what’s actually happening on the ground. You decide…

GAZA:

Hamas refuses to disarm. Their control over Gaza, the land we foolishly handed them, is absolute. None of the Arab Muslim countries want to step in to dismantle their terror infrastructure. No one.

LEBANON:

Hezbollah refuses to disarm as well. Even US Envoy Tom Barak is admitting that he is giving up hope. Instead, Hezbollah’s grip over southern Lebanon is back, growing fast. They’ve rebuilt their arsenal with tens of thousands of rockets and missiles pointed right at Israel. The so-called Lebanese Army cooperates with Hezbollah, and as UNIFIL’s mandate runs out, it’s turning increasingly hostile, literally shooting down an Israeli drone this week. No stoping Hezbollah, but shooting at an Israeli drone.

SYRIA:

Jolani ISIS forces continue to slaughter Christians, Druze, Kurds and Alawites in Southern Syria.

IRAN:

Meanwhile, Iran is charging full speed ahead toward nuclear weapons, refusing all negotiations, inspections, or any limits on uranium enrichment.

It’s time to wake up. There is no peace on the horizon, and no country is willing to fight and defeat these enemies, to protect all us minorities from the Sunni/Shia jihadis except for the Jewish state of Israel.

The threats are real, and the clock is ticking.

We have accomplished so much in this war, and so many miracles have occurred to allow us to be in the winnning situation we are now in, but the war is not won until Israelis are safe with no fear of another Oct. 7th atrocity ever happening again.

The only way to win this war is for Israel’s enemies to understand that they lost, to deter future attacks. And the only way Jihadi Muslims understand that they lost is by them losing land and them no longer living there. Therefore, Israel MUST remain in Gaza, South Lebanon and South Syria forever, and all those who support killing us are elsewhere. That is the only way to end this war. Otherwise, no matter how many terrorists we kill, if they remain alive in control of those areas, they will regroup to attack us again. That is the Muslim way, practiced by Muhammad. That is the only we can protect ourselves and the other persecuted minorities from the jihadi Muslims.

We are winning this war, and we will win it!

Am Yisrael Chai!!!

YES, THE VIDEO WAS FABRICATED!!!   Avi Abelow

November 3, 2025

I see many people questioning whether the Sde Teiman video actually is proof of the alleged abuse. Well, here are the facts that the mainstream Israeli & Jewish media have been refusing to report about the video…

Israel journalist Ayala Hasson proved beyond a shadow of a doubt over a year ago that the video was fabricated.

1. It has two different video segments stitched together

2. The video has a time stamp on it. The Hamas terrorist who gave testimony about the abusive treatment was not in the prison on the day of that video footage (the timestamp makes that day clear!)

3. Act shocked: The Hamas terrorist whose testimony the whole case was based on didn’t complain about any IDF abuse, and didn’t contact anyone with any complaint of abuse. He was convinced to give testimony of abuse by the military attorney general office, even though he didn’t want to.

4. It is not even clear what is going on in the video. The footage proves nothing. The accusations are based on the Hamas terrorists false testimony, not the video.

Now, act even more shocked…

Israeli journalist Ariel Kahana just reported something that should shake every Israeli to the core:

According to veteran journalist Ayala Hasson, the Hamas terrorist at the center of the Sde Teiman “abuse” scandal, yes, the very one whose claims were used to launch a witch hunt against our soldiers, has just been released by the Military Advocate General’s office… back to GAZA!

Let that sink in. The prosecution has “solved” its little problem, by releasing the terrorist who was the key “witness” in the case! The investigation against the holy IDF heroes of Force 100**? It’s now effectively over.

See how this works? They released a Hamas terrorist to prevent him from testifying, to bury the truth before it could ever reach a courtroom.

If this report is accurate, it continues to confirm what many of us have feared: the legal deep state is doing everything possible to cover up this horrific scandal that caused Israel so much damage, literally the most damaging blood libel against Jews in all of history, created by our own senior IDF legal officials! And remember, we’re not talking about some low-level operative. This man was a Hamas Nukhba terrorist, one of those who took part in the Oct. 7 massacre atrocities.

And yet, instead of facing justice for what he did on Oct. 7th, the military advocates office set him free, by the very system that is supposed to protect Israelis and Israeli soldiers.

Those responsible must be held accountable. Jail time for life for all the legal officials involved in this treasonous act and coverup.

This is nothing short of the most corrupt, disgraceful affair in Israel’s history.

I’ll say it again: this is Israel’s Dreyfus Affair, and it’s happening right now.

To make it even more shocking: this terrorist never even claimed he was abused, not sexually, not in any other way. His original story? That he fell in the bathroom and that’s how he got injured.

Then, reportedly under pressure from the military prosecution and the Shin Bet intelligence, his story magically changed.

And now, suddenly, he’s free in Gaza. Why? Maybe because they didn’t want him to “sing” on the witness stand.

Sound familiar? The same kind of manipulation we’ve seen in the Netanyahu investigations, though, of course, the situations are completely different.

Who knows what this terrorist might have revealed if he’d spoken under oath.

But one thing’s for sure: this stinks to high heaven.

Netanyahu backs death penalty for terrorists bill

The legislation is expected to be brought before the Knesset plenum for a preliminary vote this week.

Nov. 3, 2025  JNS

A bill to impose the death penalty on convicted terrorist murderers is expected to advance in the Knesset this week after gaining the backing of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday.

Israel Defense Forces Brig. Gen. (res.) Gal Hirsch, Jerusalem’s coordinator for the captives and missing, told lawmakers on Monday morning that the premier withdrew his opposition to the bill after the last living hostages taken to the Gaza Strip by Hamas terrorists were released.

Hirsch addressed members of the Knesset National Security Committee ahead of an initial vote on the legislation in the parliament’s plenum on Wednesday, public broadcaster Kan Reshet Bet radio reported.

“In the previous discussion, I expressed strong opposition to holding the debate and addressing the issue because of the danger it posed to the lives of the hostages,” Hirsch said. “But today the reality is different, and therefore my opposition on this matter is no longer relevant.

“The prime minister’s position is in favor of the proposed law. I see it as a tool in the toolbox in the fight against terror,” the official continued.

On Sept. 28, the National Security Committee voted to advance the legislation, which was introduced by Otzma Yehudit Party member Limor Son Har-Melech despite warnings that the move could endanger the captives.

National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, who leads the Otzma Yehudit Party, confirmed at the time that Netanyahu’s office had asked him to postpone the vote.

However, he continued, “Before passing the budget, the prime minister pledged his government would support the death penalty for terrorists.” Hamas should know that “if even a single hair on a hostage’s head is harmed … precisely at this time the death penalty is needed.”

On Oct. 13, Hamas released the remaining 20 living captives it took on Oct. 7, 2023, as part of the U.S.-brokered truce deal in the Gaza Strip.

Mandatory death sentence

According to the bill advanced by the Knesset committee, “a terrorist who is convicted of murder out of motives of racism or hostility toward the public, and under circumstances in which the act was carried out with the intention of harming the State of Israel and the rebirth of the Jewish people in its land, shall be sentenced to death.”

The proposed law states that convicted terrorists would face a mandatory death sentence, with no room for judicial discretion.

However, Hirsch requested on Monday that the bill be amended so that the coordinator for the captives and missing would have the right to submit a confidential report to the court before it imposes the death penalty.

Security officials also told the committee they support the legislation in principle, but stressed the need for judicial discretion, Arutz 7 reported.

Ben-Gvir responded, “There will be no discretion in this law; that is my position and my belief. The moment you allow discretion, you weaken the deterrent effect.”

He added, “Every terrorist who goes out to kill must know they will face only one punishment—the death penalty.”

Thanking Netanyahu for his support, Ben-Gvir, in a social media post following the committee meeting, stressed again that in his view, “the court must not have any discretion—every terrorist who goes out to murder must know that only the death penalty will be imposed on him.

“It’s time to do justice!” added the Cabinet minister.

Though Israel does allow for the death penalty for murder committed by the Nazis and their helpers, as well as for treason, it has only been used twice.

IDF officer Meir Tobianski was executed in 1948 on treason charges. He was later exonerated. SS officer and Nazi Party official Adolf Eichmann was executed in Jerusalem in 1962 for his role in the Holocaust.

On Oct. 7, 2023, in the deadliest single-day massacre of Jews since the Holocaust, some 6,000 Gazan terrorists infiltrated the Jewish state, murdering some 1,200 people, wounding thousands and kidnapping 251.

The first brick in Israel’s ‘deep state’ wall has fallen   AVI ABELOW

Maj. Gen. Yifat Tomer-Yerushalmi must be stripped of her rank and face jail time for the damage she did to IDF soldiers and the State of Israel.

Nov. 2, 2025  JNS

In a disturbing revelation this past week, Israel’s Military Advocate General (MAG) Maj. Gen. Yifat Tomer-Yerushalmi admitted to personally authorizing not just the release, but the amplification of a fabricated video accusing IDF soldiers of committing sexual atrocities against Hamas prisoners.

The individual entrusted with defending our military instead became the mouthpiece for a lie so grotesque it painted our defenders as monsters and helped fuel anti-Israel resolutions at the United Nations, branding them as rapists.

In doing so, this senior legal official created the worst blood libel in all of Jewish history, with billions of people around the world seeing that doctored video and believing the outrageous charges.

It only came to light because of an internal Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) report that surfaced, showing that officials admitted the MAG authorized sending the fabricated video to the media. Not because of the attorney general (AG). Not because of the Supreme Court. And certainly not because of the mainstream media.

They all covered up this scandal for a year and a half while some of them screamed for a proper investigation. The explosive piece of intelligence did not emerge by chance. It was escalated thanks to the courage and integrity of the new head of the Shin Bet, David Zini. Remember his name.

When Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu nominated Zini for the Shin Bet position, the legal establishment and its mainstream media allies launched an all-out smear and legal campaign to destroy his appointment. They called him “unqualified,” “dangerous,” and “politicized” because he is a religious man with 11 children!

Now we know why. Zini represents a serious threat to the political Left deep state, not to Israel’s security, but to their deep state’s control of the running of the country. They were right to fear his appointment.

Had someone from the deep state’s approved list been appointed instead of Zini, this whole scandal would have stayed hidden. Their approval always comes with a price, loyalty to their cover-ups.

Zini took office because Netanyahu stood firm through a year of legal warfare and smear campaigns, and the truth finally broke through their wall of silence. The first brick of Israel’s deep state has fallen, and now the decay underneath is being exposed for all to see.

Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara appointed the same MAG who opposed his appointment to investigate the scandal, despite the conflict of interest, since only someone in her office could have escalated the fabricated video.

When that decision was challenged in the Supreme Court, justices sided with her, approving an arrangement that would be laughable if it weren’t so dangerous. It’s like letting the arsonist lead the fire investigation, with one corrupt legal official covering for another.

For years, many of us have warned that senior figures in Israel’s legal system operate as a self-protecting, ideologically driven network. This deep state shields its own and crushes dissent. And every time we spoke out, we were called conspiracy theorists or extremists.

Yet a pattern has emerged:

• The MAG caught approving a fabricated attack on IDF soldiers.

• The AG blocking accountability and covering for her.

• The Supreme Court signing off on the cover-up.

• The mainstream media cheering them on and ignoring any factual investigative reporting on this huge scandal.

Yet despite it all, Zini and the brave people inside the Shin Bet who refused to stay silent changed everything

The political Left, which never stops preaching about “democracy” and “rule of law,” has been defending a system that subverts both, a system that protects corrupt insiders while targeting the patriots who defend this country.

This scandal is a turning point. The mask has fallen. The wall of lies and power that has propped up Israel’s deep state for decades is starting to crack.

Tomer-Yerushalmi must be stripped of her rank and face jail time for what she did to IDF soldiers and for the diplomatic damage she did to the State of Israel.

And that’s only the beginning. We must demand true, comprehensive judicial reform to dismantle the unelected fortress that has hijacked Israel’s democracy, betrayed its soldiers and manipulated the public for years.

Israel belongs to its people, not to the legal elites, not to the mainstream media and not to the deep state. The first brick has fallen. Now it’s time to bring down the entire wall.

The meaning of the Tomer-Yerushalmi affair   FIAMMA NIRENSTEIN

Can Israel remain the strong, proud democracy it must be to survive when the war for its existence is fought not only on the battlefield but inside its own institutions?

Nov. 2, 2025  JNS

Shock and countershock seized Israel on Sunday, as the nation held its breath over the fate of Maj. Gen. Yifat Tomer-Yerushalmi, the newly suspended military advocate general.

A distinguished general, lawyer and one of the most capable women ever to rise within the Israel Defense Forces, she vanished early in the morning and was later found alive after what seemed a desperate attempt to flee the fury of public opinion.

The story of her collapse is more than a personal tragedy. It mirrors the storm that is gripping Israel itself—a country fighting for its life against Hamas while also battling a corrosive internal war over ideology, truth and loyalty.

The scandal began months ago, when a shocking video appeared purporting to show Israeli soldiers abusing a Palestinian prisoner in the Sde Teiman detention facility. The video, which circulated globally before being revealed as fabricated, was enough to tarnish Israel’s reputation and feed the world’s worst anti-Israel fantasies: rape, murder and genocide.

It also served Hamas’s propaganda machine, conveniently turning the tables on accusations of the mass sexual atrocities its terrorists committed on Oct. 7, 2023.

It has since emerged that the video was passed to the media from within the military’s own legal branch, led by Tomer-Yerushalmi. The act—whether one of grave naiveté, hubris or political calculation—destroyed lives.

The soldiers accused have become pariahs and their families hounded. Their commander-in-chief, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, called it the worst assault Israel had ever suffered from within. “This is perhaps the most severe public relations attack that the State of Israel has experienced since its establishment,” he told the Cabinet.

Tomer-Yerushalmi’s defenders describe her as a woman trapped between her conscience and her chain of command, caught in the crossfire of a political war between the attorney general, Gali Baharav-Miara, and the government. It appears there may have been a reciprocal exchange of favors between the two, raising questions about their commitment to the state and the integrity of their offices.

But there is no denying that Tomer-Yerushalmi’s actions, and those of the system that protected her, wounded Israel’s moral shield at a time when it most needed unity.

What happened at Sde Teiman is a parable of our times. Ideological zeal, clothed in the language of justice, becomes a weapon against the nation it claims to defend. It is a kind of self-destruction—the same moral confusion that allows Israel’s enemies to manipulate truth while some of our own elites assist them.

While Tomer-Yerushalmi’s life was saved, the soul of the country stands in question. Can Israel remain the strong, proud democracy it must be to survive when the war for its existence is fought not only on the battlefield but inside its own institutions?

Meanwhile, Hamas continues its cynical games—promising to return three hostages’ bodies while maneuvering for the evacuation of 200 terrorists from Gaza. It flaunts weapons even during supposed humanitarian operations, proving once again that it is clinging to its murderous power.

Perhaps Hamas is beginning to understand that its days are numbered. U.S. President Donald Trump’s plan, or any plan that demands disarmament, is an existential threat to the terror organization.

But as history teaches, it will not give up until it is forced to. And the one to do that, as always, will have to be Israel itself—if only it can stop turning its fury inward and remember what it is fighting for.

Ex-IDF legal chief arrested after disappearance tied to video leak scandal

After a medical check-up, former IDF Military Advocate General Maj. Gen. Yifat Tomer-Yerushalmi was arrested on charges of “leaking and other serious criminal offenses.”

November 3, 2025  JNS

Former Israel Defense Forces Military Advocate General Maj. Gen. Yifat Tomer-Yerushalmi, who resigned last week after admitting to her role in a leak scandal, was arrested on Sunday after going missing for several hours.

Tomer-Yerushalmi was located at a beach in the city of Herzliya on Sunday night after her family reported her missing, prompting an hours-long search involving police officers, soldiers and other forces.

Local media reported that she left notes at home and in her abandoned car, which was found less than a mile south of the beach where she was eventually located. One letter reportedly read, “Children, I love you, be strong,” and some Hebrew outlets characterized it as a suicide note.

The Israel Police announced around 7 p.m. that “following the searches for a missing person in the coastal area of Herzliya, it has now been reported that the missing person has been found safe and sound.”

After a medical check-up, Tomer-Yerushalmi was arrested on charges of “leaking and other serious criminal offenses,” police said. Former IDF Chief Military Prosecutor Col. Matan Solomosh was also detained.

On Friday, Tomer-Yerushalmi admitted she had approved the leak of video footage allegedly showing the mistreatment of terrorist detainees from Gaza, claiming she had done so in an attempt to “fend off false propaganda directed against military law enforcement authorities.”

Her resignation came within 48 hours after she went on leave pending the investigation into her office’s involvement in the leak.

The footage from the Sde Teiman detention center in the Negev Desert allegedly documents an assault on a Hamas terrorist by five IDF reservists. The criminal probe into the incident and the subsequent arrest of nine troops sparked outrage among right-wing Israelis and lawmakers.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday blamed Tomer-Yerushalmi for “perhaps the most severe public relations attack the State of Israel has experienced since its establishment.”

The leaked footage “caused immense damage to the image of the State of Israel and the IDF, to our soldiers,” he said ahead of a Cabinet meeting.

Netanyahu said the public-relations damage Jerusalem suffered due to the leak was more “focused with such intensity” than any previous assault on Israel’s international legitimacy that he could recall.

“This requires an independent, impartial investigation, and I expect such an investigation to take place,” the premier added, speaking several hours before Tomer-Yerushalmi was reported missing.

Depending on the developments, Tomer-Yerushalmi and Solomosh are expected to be brought before the Tel Aviv’s Magistrate’s Court on Monday, where police will request to extend their detention.

On Saturday night, Israeli Justice Minister Yariv Levin ordered outgoing Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara to refrain from investigating the leak, alleging she might have obstructed the probe in recent months, including by making false statements to the High Court of Justice.

Levin pointed specifically to Baharav-Miara’s September statement to the court saying all investigative avenues had been exhausted and the leaker could not be identified—an assertion he suggested had been false.

The investigation into the leak was reopened last week after an officer in the Military Advocate General’s Office revealed her involvement during an interview following a failed routine polygraph test, Ynet reported.

Baharav-Miara on Sunday rejected Levin’s request that she stay out of the investigation, saying the demand lacked “any factual or legal basis.”

The Israeli Cabinet in August unanimously passed a motion to dismiss Baharav-Miara, though the High Court of Justice immediately ordered the decision frozen pending legal proceedings against the move.

Huge Corruption Scandal: Histadrut Chairman Arrested; Over 350 People Under Investigation

[Ed.:  The roots of IINO’s Deep State go wide and deep...]

Iran’s Military Capabilities Restored by No. Korea   Ambassador (ret.) Yoram Ettinger
November 1, 2025 “Second Thought: a US-Israel Initiative”

*The June 13-20, 2025 Israeli Air Force offensive against Iran devastated Iran’s ballistic capabilities, which are Chinese, Russian and North Korean-based. Israel also destroyed much of Iran’s Air Force and neutralized Iran’s Russia and China-based air defenses, paving the road to the June 21 US bombing of Iran’s 3 major nuclear facilities, unimpeded by Iran’s Air Force and air defenses.

*The Israeli offensive, which was carried out with advance US military systems, has had global implications – economically and militarily.  It eroded Russia’s, China’s and North Korea’s posture of deterrence, by exposing the critical vulnerabilities of their military systems, which are deployed throughout the globe. Thus, the Israeli offensive tilted the global balance of power in favor of the US, bolstering the strategic posture of the US, underscoring the superiority of US military systems (e.g., F-15, F-16 and F-35), inducing an increase of US export of defense and aerospace systems, and sharing with the US Armed Forces vital lessons derived from the June offensive, which was the largest and most complexed air force operation since WW2.

*Viewing the Ayatollah regime as a tool to undermine the US’ strategic posture, regionally and globally, China, North Korea and probably Russia are preoccupied 24/7 with reconstituting and upgrading Iran’s ballistic, air defense air force and nuclear capabilities. Iran’s Ayatollah regime has aligned itself, systematically, with adversaries and enemies of “The Great American Satan,” as highlighted by the FBI’s, Department of Homeland Security’s and Director of Intelligence’s Threat Assessment 2026, which underscore Iran’s collaboration with China and Russia in expanding terror sleeper cells on US soil.

*North Korea-Iran military cooperation was initiated during the 1980-88 Iran-Iraq War. Since then, the durable and adaptable cooperation has focused on ballistic technologies and missile components, shifting to a higher gear since the June Israel-US offensive against Iran. Thus, North Korea restores and upgrades Iran’s ballistic capabilities – including missile assembly plants – including design and production. Historically, much of Iran’s ballistic missile program has been a derivative of North Korean designs, involving intense intelligence exchange and technical cooperation in both missile and associated booster technologies, as well as missile reentry and solid-fuel technologies. In fact, Iranian missiles like the Shahab-3, Emad, and Ghadr are direct derivatives of North Korean designs such as the No Dong missile.

*One of the lessons of the June 2025 war – and Israel’s war on the fortified underground terror state of Gaza – has been the Iranian strive for fortified underground ballistic and nuclear complexes, which has been North Korea’s claim to fame, especially in the area of designing and constructing underground deep tunneling systems. Since the 1950-1953 Korean War, North Korea has fortified its own central military facilities in underground bases.

*In addition, North Korea has been heavily involved in Iran’s nuclear endeavors, as it was in the construction of Syria’s nuclear reactor, which was demolished by Israel in 2007. According to the Istanbul-based TRT World Research Center: “North Korea’s nuclear program served as a model for Iran and played an important role in advancing Iran’s nuclear capability through technology transfers…. While North Korean technology transfers have played a critical role in advancing Iran’s nuclear capability, the full extent of this cooperation remains unclear…. Iranian experts are working with North Korea not only in the missile field but also in many other military fields such as nuclear technology and cyber space. Iran is also helping Pyongyang with centrifuges and uranium enrichment facilities that North Korea uses to produce nuclear weapons. In return, North Korean experts provide Iran with their experience in uranium enrichment…. As both countries continue to defy international sanctions, their partnership undermines global non-proliferation efforts and raises the specter of further destabilization….”

*Iran and North Korea are two of the most heavily sanctioned countries in the world, sharing a common interest to undermine the US global posture and to circumvent sanctions.

*North Korean cooperation (through the Islamic Revolutionary Guard) has been crucial to Iran’s reconstituting and safeguarding its ballistic and nuclear capabilities, in particular, and military infrastructure, in general.

*The 47-year-old US’ adherence to the negotiation option – occasionally toughened by economic sanctions, which are reversible and increasingly circumvented – while opposing a regime-change policy toward Iran, has backfired, serving as the major engine behind the transformation of Iran from a 2nd rate power to a global power, and from “The American Policeman of the Gulf” to the leading epicenter of anti-US global terrorism, drug trafficking, money laundering and wars.

*US negotiation with the Ayatollah regime has provided this rogue regime with ample opportunities to restore and upgrade its military capabilities, while rejecting peaceful-coexistence with all pro-US Arab countries, violating agreements, and adhering to its 1,400-year-old fanatical, apocalyptic vision, which transcends dramatic financial inducements. Moreover, the Ayatollah’s vision – which is embedded in Iran’s school curriculum, mosque sermons and official media – mandates the toppling of all pro-US Sunni regimes, and bringing the “Western infidel” to submission, especially “The Great American Satan”. Hence, Iran’s strategic entrenchment in Latin America, which it regards as the US’ soft underbelly, including military cooperation with Venezuela, Cuba and Nicaragua, intensified collaboration with the drug cartels, and the proliferation of Iran-controlled sleeper cells on US soil.

*Refraining from regime-change in Iran has ignored the desire of most Iranians, yielding a robust tailwind to the ruthless anti-US Ayatollah regime, and paving the road to the first ever apocalyptic nuclear power, and its unprecedentedly catastrophic cost to humanity. Comparing regime-change in Iran to regime-change in Iraq and Afghanistan ignores the substantial differences between them, historically, ethnically, tribally, religiously and ideologically.  Furthermore, the societal-cohesion of Iran’s population is much more solid than Iraq and Afghanistan, which bodes well for a post-Ayatollah regime.

MICHELLE BACHMANN GETS IT: TRUMP’S GAZA PLAN IGNORES JIHADIST REALITY  [21:22]   by Avi Abelow

October 26, 2025  Israel Unwired

As the former U.S. congresswoman rightly points out, the entire plan is doomed to fail if it lets jihadi-aligned regimes—especially Qatar—walk away without consequences.

Former U.S. Rep. Michelle Bachmann is the only one brave enough to say what too many so-called “friends of Israel” in President Donald Trump’s camp won’t admit: the Gaza plan spearheaded by Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff isn’t just flawed; it’s dangerously disconnected from reality. It risks halting Israel before it can finish the job and effectively rewards barbarism.

There’s no question that Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu are working on something historic—a transformative vision for the Middle East. A new economic corridor linking the U.S., Israel, Saudi Arabia to India sounds incredible: a global trade realignment that places Israel at the heart of the free world and counters China? That would be amazing.

But as Bachmann, who currently serves as dean of the Robertson School of Government at Regent University, rightly points out, the entire plan is doomed to fail if it lets jihadi-aligned regimes—especially Qatar, which bankrolled Hamas and other Islamist movements—walk away without consequences.

Hamas is only one front. Iran is the ideological engine of global jihad, but Qatar, Turkey, Egypt and Muslim Brotherhood–aligned regimes all fund, arm, inspire, and enable this war of annihilation. Egypt, in fact, has violated its peace treaty with Israel by placing tens of thousands of troops and tanks in Sinai.

On paper, Kushner’s plan looks visionary: normalization, trade routes, prosperity. But no economic deal can erase a 1,400-year-old ideology that glorifies violence, hates non-believers, and plays the long game. Economic incentives won’t extinguish jihad—they’ll give it time to regroup. And that leaves Israel and the free world even more vulnerable.

As Bachmann explains, the fatal flaw is the refusal to acknowledge the totality of the evil we face. Kushner and Witkoff treat this like a business negotiation. They believe that if you dangle enough economic carrots, sign enough agreements, and host enough summits, the jihad will just… go away. It won’t.

You cannot negotiate with a worldview that teaches children to hate Jews and glorify mass murder. You cannot normalize relations with regimes that supported and celebrated the Oct. 7, 2023, atrocities. And you cannot build a supply chain with the support of countries whose religious doctrine calls for your destruction.

The jihadists have waited 1,400 years for their opening. They’ll gladly wait out Trump’s next two years, using every moment to rebuild and rearm. Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, Qatar, Turkey, and Egypt are already preparing for the next war. Trump’s plan gives them exactly what they need: time.

And when that time is up, Israel could face a war even more catastrophic than Oct. 7.

Bachmann understands what too many Western diplomats and Jewish leaders have forgotten: true peace only comes through victory. As she said, “The Arabs have to understand that they lost—and that only happens if they lose land.”

Exactly. That one sentence captures the entire strategic divide. Those who understand the Muslim Middle East know that deterrence comes only through defeat. History proves it. Every war ends when one side decisively wins. Israel has made the mistake of stopping short—always under international pressure—never finishing the job.

Bachmann accurately points out that Israel was just two weeks away from victory in Gaza when Kushner and Witkoff intervened, pressuring a halt. That let Hamas survive. Worse: it let them and their backers believe they’d won. The problem isn’t just Hamas. It’s Qatar, the central financier of jihadist warfare, and the entire ecosystem of regimes that must be held accountable.

Every ceasefire. Every peace process. Every “confidence-building measure.” They’ve all led to more bloodshed.

It’s time to let Israel win fully and finally. That means dismantling Hamas, destroying every tunnel, seizing every weapon, and asserting Israeli sovereignty over Gaza, Judea, and Samaria, only when the enemies of Israel see their investments in terror turn to ash will true deterrence return. Only then will the region understand that Oct. 7 was not a step forward for jihad, but a fatal strategic mistake.

Kushner and Witkoff may be talented businessmen, but this isn’t a real estate deal in Manhattan. It’s a religious war—a civilizational clash—between a culture that values life and one that sanctifies death.

When Saudi leaders grasp that Israel won’t be stopped until total victory is secured, they’ll sign onto the economic pact. It’s simply in their interest.

So yes, President Trump, thank them for their efforts, and move Kushner and Witkoff off the team.

Bring in people who genuinely understand the Middle East. People who understand the ideological and spiritual depth of this conflict. People who know that peace doesn’t come from “integration” with jihadists, but from defeating them.
