ISRAEL  (IINO)

TERRORISTS GET THIS PENALTY FROM NOW ON   by Micha Gefen

February 16, 2023 – In a game changing law, Israel now has its first tools to deal with terrorists that are Israeli citizens or residents.

The Knesset passed a law that strips Israelis that commit terror of their citizenship and deports them to Gaza or other Arab areas. For far too long, Israeli (arab) terrorists get stipends and live it up in Israeli jails while their families receive national benefits – no more.

If an Israeli (arab) commits a terror offense they not only get their citizenship rescinded, but are deported out of Israel. Their family sees their social security benefits dry up.

Will this end terrorism? No, but it goes a long way to causing potential terrorists to think twice before committing acts of terror.

[Ed.:  If we keep this up, they won’t be able to refer to us as ‘IINO’ anymore!]

Evangelicals and religious Jews differ on end of days, but are still political allies, says head of Republicans Overseas Israel     ADAM ELIYAHU BERKOWITZ

As iron sharpens iron So a man sharpens the wit of his friend.” – PROVERBS 27:17 (THE ISRAEL BIBLE)

FEBRUARY 16, 2023 – In his efforts to get Donald Trump elected in 2016, Marc Zell found himself dialoguing with religious Jews and evangelical Christians. While the two groups appeared at first glance to be incredibly divergent, common interests including a love for Israel made for a powerful alliance that helped the Republican candidate win an upset victory.

Zell is an American-Israeli lawyer who moved to Israel in 1988. A lifelong conservative, he became the chairman of Republicans Overseas Israel. Zell worked tirelessly campaigning for Donald Trump in 2016. To do this, Zell, an Orthodox Jew, had to ally with Trump’s evangelical supporters.

“I have had a very meaningful connection with the evangelicals since 2016,” Zell told Israel365 News. “And I’ve maintained that connection ever since. I believe that the evangelical community in the United States is an important constituency for Israel. As a rule, the American evangelicals are very pro-Israel and I look at them as real allies in a world where we don’t have many allies.”

The connection between evangelicals and Jewish Israelis is based on mutual political interests. 81% of evangelicals voted for Trump in 2016. While campaigning for a US candidate in a foreign country may sound pointless, a survey showed that there were an estimated 150,000 US citizens currently living in Israel who were eligible to vote in the US elections. This is now believed to be closer to 200,000. Of those, 80,000 exercised that right. 85% of them voted for the Republican candidate.

This makes the Christian evangelicals a close political ally for the Israeli Americans.  In comparison, an estimated 80% of secular US Jews voted Democrat.

“The evangelicals and the Orthodox Jews both have a commonality in our espousal of faith, albeit with significant differences,” Zell said. “And that is not a given universal concept, unfortunately, in today’s world. So we have that point of shared social values that are being expressed in the political arena.”.

Zell noted that this alliance that seems so organic now was not always so.

“Traditionally, the Jewish community in the United States was very reluctant to join hands with evangelical Christians,” Zell noted. “This was due to the explicitly Messianic agenda that is essentially anti-Jewish.”

Netanyahu to Transfer Full Power over Civil Administration to Smotrich   By Jewish News Syndicate (JNS)

25 Shevat 5783 – February 15, 2023 – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu promised Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich on Wednesday to immediately transfer to him power over the Defense Ministry’s Civil Administration, in accordance with their parties’ coalition agreement.

Netanyahu phoned Smotrich after the latter slammed the Civil Administration for ordering the razing earlier Wednesday of a Jewish-owned olive grove and orchard in Samaria.

WHY NO MASSIVE PROTESTS AGAINST THE SPILLING OF JEWISH BLOOD?   by Shmuel Sackett

February 14, 2023 – Tens of thousands of leftist Israelis have taken to the streets to protest against the judicial reforms of the Netanyahu government. They have held massive rallies, blocked roads and caused disruptions within the building of the Knesset. Many of my friends have bitterly complained against these people, and their actions, but I strongly disagree. Part of the democratic process is the right to protest, and they have every right to do so. As far as I’m concerned, they can gather every night, make as many speeches as they want and even use civil disobedience as a tactic in their protest movement. I would like, however, to ask these protestors just one simple question.

20 years ago, when busses were blowing up in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv… when people were massacred while celebrating a Pesach seder in Netanya… when bombs were exploding in coffee shops in Haifa and Afula… did they also protest?

When 20,000 rockets were shot into Israeli cities from Gaza and the former Gush Katif area and millions of Jews were forced into bomb shelters in Sderot, Ashkelon, Herziliya, Rishon LeTzion and even Tel Aviv… did they also protest?

Lately, when Jews were axed to death in Elad, murdered in Bnei Brak, stabbed in Jerusalem, shot in Neve Yaakov and when children (brothers, actually – aged 6 and 8) were rammed to death while waiting for a bus… did they also protest… or are they only concerned about the way judges will be selected?

[Ed.: Jewish blood is cheapest in IINO.  At least up till now, when the erev rav controlled the government and the (not-so) ‘Supreme Court.  Now they can wear their pussy hats and eat crow!  There is nothing so sweet as the sound of devildemocommiecrats crying in the morning!]

WATCH: ‘They choose to burn the State of Israel because they lost the elections’  [4:37]

February 14, 2023 – Regarding the judicial reform controversy, MK Simcha Rothman, chair of the Constitution, Law and Justice Committee, tells i24News, “We are willing to negotiate, why isn’t the opposition?”

‘Shameful, anti-Zionist’: 100s of police with bulldozers forcibly level Samaria orchard, against Smotrich’s orders   By Batya Jerenberg, World Israel News

February 15, 2023 – The minister said the coalition is in danger if he doesn’t immediately receive the authority he was promised over the Civil Administration, which carried out the destruction.

Large Border Police and Civil Administration forces forcibly evacuated and destroyed an orchard in the Shilo area of Samaria Wednesday morning despite the opposition of Finance Minister and Minister in the Defense Ministry Bezalel Smotrich, possibly sparking a coalition crisis.

Smotrich wrote an urgent letter to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu demanding that he freeze the eviction, which he blamed on the “delay in implementing the coalition agreement” between the Likud and his Religious Zionism party. According to the agreement, Smotrich would receive authority over the Defense Ministry’s Civil Administration that is in charge of civilian matters in Judea and Samaria.

The minister wrote that based on this authority, he had ordered the cancellation of a “scandalous disruptive-use order” directed against the Ben Eliyahu family orchard; to his “shock,” Defense Minister Yoav Gallant “grossly violated the coalition agreement and reversed [the] decision.”

It’s not about “judicial reform,” stupid   Jack Engelhard

Hell hath no fury as leftists scorned.  Op-ed.

Feb 15, 2023, 2:42 PM (GMT+2) – It’s about bringing down the Netanyahu government. Judicial reform is just a pretext, a red herring.

Right now, I’m reading that former prime minister Ehud Olmert is calling for something more than demonstrations. He wants “real war.”

Others want “civil war.”

What’s it really about?

It’s about Netanyahu, period.

They want him out, and any excuse will do. Judicial reform is just the thing.

Beware the Deep State (as here in America) when it becomes aroused, and it became aroused the minute someone not like them, Netanyahu, won the high office.

This, to them, was intolerable, and unforgivable, and it hurled them into disbelief, that an outsider beat them at their own game.

We, they figured…we own the media, we own the judicial system…so how did this happen? That it happened infuriates them.
