February 21, 2025 Yeshiva World News – In a revelation that should shock the conscience of humanity, Israeli authorities have confirmed that Kfir and Ariel Bibas—just 10 months and 4 years old—were choked to death with the bare hands of Hamas terrorists.
IDF Spokesperson Daniel Hagari made the grim announcement: “Kfir and Ariel Bibas were brutally murdered by the terrorists. They murdered them with their bare hands. We collected forensic findings and intelligence information.”
“Contrary to Hamas’ lies, they were not killed in an airstrike. Kfir the infant and Ariel the four-year-old were murdered in cold blood. The terrorists did not murder them by shooting them, they murdered them with their hands. Afterwards, they committed terrible acts in order to try to cover up the atrocities,” he says.

Summary of the Terror Incident in Bat Yam and Holon – Four Explosive Devices Planted on Buses

At approximately 20:15 today, a report was received about an explosion on a bus at a bus depot in Bat Yam. Shortly after, additional reports came in regarding another bus explosion at the same location.
Large police forces arrived at the scene, secured the area, and began searching for suspects.
Further reports were received about another explosion on a bus in Holon, along with an additional explosive device found there. Several other suspicious objects were examined by bomb disposal units and were determined not to be threats.
Police forces and emergency response teams are deployed across Bat Yam and Holon. Bomb disposal experts are handling the detected explosives, and all buses are being thoroughly inspected to rule out any additional threats.
The Police Commissioner and the Tel Aviv District Commander conducted a situational assessment at the scene. The district commander has instructed security forces to increase their presence in crowded areas.
The public is urged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious objects to the police emergency line at 100.

Who Were the Victims?
The Bibas Family: Shiri Bibas was a 32-year-old Israeli mother, kidnapped along with her two young sons, Ariel (4) and Kfir (9 months at the time) from Kibbutz Nir Oz during the October 7th massacre.
Oded Lifshitz: A 83 year-old Israeli peace activist, Lifshitz was also kidnapped from Kibbutz Nir Oz on October 7. He was a longtime advocate for coexistence and peace between Israelis and Palestinians, believing that dialogue was the key to a better future. His wife, Yocheved Lifshitz (82), was kidnapped alongside him but later released in a hostage deal. She described brutal treatment at the hands of Hamas. Oded’s death in captivity marks yet another tragic irony: a man who dedicated his life to peace was murdered by the very group he sought dialogue with.

Mass murderers who were released from an Israeli prison over the past month as part of the hostage release deal participated in the barbaric ceremony in Khan Younis on Thursday morning.
Kan News reported that one of them was identified as arch-terrorist Mohammed Abu Warda, who was responsible for murdering 44 people in two bus bombings on Line 18 in Jerusalem, as well as another attack at an Ashkelon hitchhiking post that same year. He was sentenced to 48 life terms.
According to the conditions of the deal, terrorists who murdered Israelis had to be deported abroad. So why was Abu Warda seen at the ceremony in Gaza wearing a Hamas scarf?
According to media reports, Abu Warda was sent to Gaza along with 19 other released terrorists after Egypt refused to accept them.
The agreement stipulated that Egypt would serve as a way-station for released terrorists. However, Egypt is now refusing to accept new terrorists until some of the terrorists it already received are deported to third countries.
According to the Kan report, Hamas stated that preliminary agreements have been reached with Algeria, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Qatar to accept released terrorists. However, two weeks after the statement, these deals have not yet materialized.
Another released terrorist who was supposed to be deported but is currently in Gaza is Islamic Jihad terrorist Sami Jaradat, one of the planners of the terror attack at the Maxim restaurant in Haifa in 2003, in which 21 people were murdered.

The youngest hostages kidnapped by Hamas – Kfir and Ariel Bibas – and their mother have died and their bodies will be returned to Israel this week, Hamas said in an announcement.
“This is the horrific news we have been dreading since the very first hours of this trauma; this abomination, more than 16 months ago,” Mr Kenny said.

Though deeply conflicted about the release, Eitan has found some solace knowing it would help save the hostages’ lives.
“When I received this news and passed it to my parents, my father told me, ‘It is not just our family’s murderer, but a more general event, and if this is what the State of Israel decided, whether I agree with the decision or not, then we will accept the decision,” he says.
Of the 602 Arab terrorists slated for release, 157 of them were sentenced to life for the most heinous of murders. Among them is Bilal Abu Ghanem, who killed three Israelis during a shooting and stabbing rampage on a Jerusalem bus in October 2015. His Israeli victims were Haim Haviv, 78, Alon Govberg, 51, and Richard Lakin, 76.
The list also includes notorious terrorist Na’el al-Barghouti, who spent 45 years behind bars for the 1978 murder of bus driver Mordechai Yakuel. Previously released in the 2011 Gilad Shalit deal only to be re-arrested, al-Barghouti will likely be deported to a third country

Hamas Parades Dead Hostages in Depraved Propaganda Spectacle
February 20, 2025 Jewish Breaking News – While Israel waited in anguish Thursday, Hamas turned the release of four Oct. 7 hostage bodies into a propaganda ceremony complete with posters in Arabic, Hebrew, and English blaming Israel for the deaths.
Inside the caskets, Hamas claims the bodies of Shiri Bibas, her sons Ariel and Kfir, and 83-year-old Oded Lifshitz lie, each labeled with photos of the victims. As with other handover ceremonies, Red Cross representatives signed “official release” documents surrounded by hundreds of Arabs who gathered to watch the spectacle in Khan Younis.
For the Bibas family, it comes just weeks after father Yarden’s release after 484 days in captivity. Upon his freedom, he had pleaded: “My family hasn’t returned to me yet. They are still there. My light is still there, and as long as they’re there, everything here is dark.”
Nine-month-old Kfir Bibas had become the face of the Oct. 7 massacre, having been the youngest victim. His photo – showing a toothless smile and pink elephant toy – appeared everywhere from Times Square billboards to protest signs worldwide. His brother Ariel, just 4, was often pictured wrapped in a hairdresser’s cape, his red hair freshly cut. Their mother Shiri, 32, was last seen alive in haunting security camera footage clutching her children under a blanket as terrorists dragged them away.
Hamas had claimed in November 2023 that Shiri and her sons died in an Israeli airstrike, offering no evidence. Israel never confirmed their deaths. Now, the bodies will undergo forensic examination at Tel Aviv’s Abu Kabir Institute – a process that could take up to 48 hours before families receive final confirmation.
The Bibas family issued a statement through their forum asking the public not to “eulogize our loved ones until there is confirmation after final identification.”
For the Lifshitz family, the return brings its own cruel finality. Oded’s wife Yocheved had been released in October 2023, giving them hope he might follow. “These are not easy times,” the family said in a statement, “after we were informed that our beloved Oded is on the list of hostages who will return to Israel tomorrow, after being kidnapped alive from his home in Kibbutz Nir Oz.”

ABC Slammed for ‘Disgusting and Vile’ Coverage of Murdered Israeli Hostages
The body of 84-year-old hostage Oded Lifshitz will be returned to Israel tomorrow, alongside Shiri, Ariel, and Kfir Bibas.
A journalist and peace activist, Oded was one of the founders of Kibbutz Nir Oz. He dedicated his life to helping others, including transporting sick Gazans to Israeli hospitals for treatment.
His wife, Yocheved Lifshitz, 82, was also kidnapped by Hamas on October 7 but was later released. Heartbroken by his death, she expressed her deep sense of betrayal:
“Oded was a huge fighter for peace [between Israel and the Palestinians.] He had very good relationships with the Palestinians, and one of the things that hurts me most is that they betrayed him. They took him to hell, even after he fought for them his entire life.”

5 IDF Reservists Indicted For Abusing Nukhba Terrorist While Main Charge Is Dropped
February 19, 2025 Yeshiva World News – The Military Advocate General’s Office filed an indictment on Wednesday against five IDF reservists for the assault and aggravated abuse of a Nukhba terrorist at the Sdei Teiman detention facility.
It should be noted that the indictment makes no mention of the main complaint against them (sodomy), which was proven to be a false allegation, and did not address the source of the leak of a doctored video from Sdei Teiman, which caused serious harm to Israel’s security. Meanwhile, the Military Advocate General’s Office has yet to indict even one terrorist involved in the October 7 massacre.
The reservists served in Force 100, a prison riot control unit of the Military Police. The incident in question occurred on July 5, 2024, at the Sdei Teiman detention facility, when the reservists were instructed to conduct a search on the terrorist, who was considered especially troublesome.
The reservists led the terrorist to the search area while he was handcuffed and shackled and blindfolded. The indictment states that for 15 minutes, the defendants kicked the terrorist, stomped on him, stood on his body, hit and pushed him with their entire bodies, including with a metal baton, dragged his body on the floor, and used a Taser gun on his body, including on his head. One of the defendants then stabbed the terrorist with an object, leading to internal bleeding.
The acts of violence caused the terrorist severe injuries, including broken ribs, a punctured lung, and internal tearing of the rectum.
Attorneys Kedar, Polsky, and Rom, who represented some of the defendants, responded to the indictment by stating: “This indictment is a new low for the Military Advocate General’s Office and is a disgrace to Israel’s legal system. After a thorough hearing, we successfully proved that the allegations of sexual crimes were baseless, and the final indictment is a far cry from the original accusations that damaged our clients’ names. Nonetheless, we maintain that this indictment should never have been submitted. The investigation was biased, tainted by leaks, and at its worst, even encouraged a heinous terrorist to file a complaint against our heroic soldiers.”
Attorneys Avi Amiram and Lior Porat, who represented the team leader of Force 100, stated: “The blood libel against the soldiers attributed to them during the investigation has evaporated into thin air [sodomy]. This accusation, alongside a series of malicious and biased leaks, including a forged video, has caused enormous damage to our client, as well as to all IDF soldiers and the security of the state in general, not to mention the irresponsible harm to our hostages by the Hamas monsters.”
“As for the allegations attributed to the soldiers – we presented a series of substantial arguments during the hearing that refuted the charges against them, and we have no doubt that when the facts are clarified, the remaining charges will also be removed.”
“The indictment was filed in haste, just a day after we requested from the Military Advocate General’s Office to suspend the proceedings until the end of the investigation into the severe leaks, on the grounds that this could significantly affect the investigation and the identity of the individuals who will make decisions in the case with a clean conscience and without conflicts of interest, in light of the suspicions against those involved in the leaks.”
Attorney Efraim Damari, who represented some of the defendants, responded to the indictment by stating: “This is not a case of the mountain giving birth to a mouse, nor a little mouse. The indictment process demands the immediate establishment of an external inquiry committee to examine all the factors involved in this case. Who will compensate the State of Israel, the IDF, our brave soldiers, and the defendants for the injustice and the irreparable damage caused to them? Who will repair the damage caused to the security of the state due to the publication of the affair as a rape committed by our brave soldiers?”
Otzma Yehudit chairman Itamar Ben Gvir responded to the indictment by saying: “Instead of providing support to IDF soldiers, who risk their lives and protect us from the scum of humanity who slaughtered our brothers and sisters — the Military Advocate General’s Office files an indictment while not accusing them regarding the main claim made against them. I don’t believe even what has been claimed in the indictment. The obsession of the Military Advocate General—there is no lower point than this, there is no disgrace greater than this.”
Noam party chairman Avi Maoz, stated: “When will an indictment be filed against the Military Advocate General and her office for the abuse of the State of Israel and IDF soldiers due to the creation and leaking of the fabricated video? We’re waiting for an announcement.”
Following the reservists’ arrest at Sdei Teiman in July 2024, hundreds of protesters broke into the base and expressed support for the suspected soldiers. The protesters, who came from all over the country, blocked the exit from the camp and even broke into the gate of the base. They then began to march around the base while soldiers attempted to push them back.

ATTORNEY GENERAL REBUKED – Confrontation in the cabinet: During yesterday’s cabinet discussion, Attorney General Gali Bahar Meyara demanded that the ministers consult her regarding the legality of Trump’s Gaza deportation plan. Justice Minister Gideon Sa’ar attacked her in response: “Trump did not consult with legal advisors before coming up with the plan.” Sa’ar added: “Honorable advisor, you are not political echelon, we are the political echelon and we make the decisions. We will decide what and you tell us how.”
.. Communications Minister Dr. Shlomo Kari: “Do you understand? The “advisor” now wants to put a damper on the deportation plan for Gaza residents who are terrorists and hate Israel. Unimaginable. The political echelon was elected to lead, not to take orders from officials. It’s time to return governance to the government – and send those who don’t understand this home with dignity.”
EGYPT – ANALYSIS – Egyptian President Sisi is in a trap: he has not met with President Trump, unlike the Jordanian dictator and the Israeli prime minister. He is isolated with a broken and dependent country. If Sisi starts a war against Israel, modern Egypt will fall apart. If Sisi meekly accepts the Trump plan, Islamist Egypt will fall apart. Israel is in a tricky situation as actions taken in Gaza are impacting Egypt, and Egypt is now threatening due to actions in Gaza.
GAZA RECONSTRUCTION AID – Egyptian TV channel reporter reports that “equipment for the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip” has begun entering the Gaza Strip through the Rafah Crossing. This remains unconfirmed and there were several previous reports of this that were false. However it is also possible this is the ‘price’ for the return of hostage bodies and 6 hostages on Shabbat.

♦️GAZA – During the day (Tuesday), the IDF fired shots to repel a number of suspects who approached forces operating in various areas in the Gaza Strip and posed a threat to them.
In the southern Gaza Strip, IDF fighters earlier today identified a suspect moving near them and fired at him to drive him away. When the suspect continued to advance towards the force and posed an immediate threat, additional shots were fired at him to eliminate the threat.
In addition, an Air Force aircraft fired to repel a suspicious vehicle that was moving north from the center of the Strip on a route that is not approved for vehicle traffic, without passing through the inspection route.

A recruit to the military police, previously in excellent health, contracted Guillain-Barre syndrome, an autoimmune disease, as a result of a triple vaccination (flu, meningitis, and tetanus) he received from the IDF on the day of his recruitment.
His health immediately deteriorated. Despite his complaints, his commanders initially asked him to wait and continue training, hoping his health problems would just go away. Another intelligence failure.
His health quickly worsened and he experienced severe weakness and other symptoms, requiring a wheelchair, as the disease quickly spread. A few days later he was hospitalized for more than a month in intensive care while sedated and ventilated.
Today he is more than 40% disabled, and suffers from partial paralysis of the limbs and face.
He sued the Ministry of Defense.
Against all odds, a medical expert acknowledged that there was a direct link between the injections and the disease. (Apparently Asher Weiss was not available to cynically argue that maybe his condition was caused by a visit to the mikveh.)
The Ministry of Defense agreed to compensate him as a disabled IDF soldier, awarding him more than one million shekels and a monthly allowance for the rest of his life. This will come from your tax money, not their pensions.
Needless to say, there will be no change in policy regarding vaccination of IDF recruits, vaccination in general, marketing of vaccines, compensation for the hordes of people injured by vaccines, or the regime’s attitude toward “anti-vaxxers”. If anything, the unnamed medical expert is probably a marked man.
The video embedded at the very top of the article — an article about someone getting maimed by vaccines — shows doctors/stooges from all the major health clinics in Israel cheerfully urging people to take the flu vaccine.
You cannot make this up.
Meanwhile, the 2025 brochures in Meuhedet clinics pushing the flu vaccines still claim that after 50 years of flu shots being administered all over the world, not a single severe side effect has EVER been reported. Not one! Ever! Not even the case just reported!

ISRAEL CONFIRMS: Deal Reached For Release Of 6 Live Hostages This Shabbos, 4 Bodies On Thursday
February 18, 2025 Yeshiva World News – The Prime Minister’s officr onfirmed on Tuesday afternoon that Israel and Hamas reached a deal to free six live hostages this Shabbos, including Israeli civilians Avera Mengistu and Hisham al-Sayed who have been held in Gaza for over a decade.
Hamas announced that it will release four bodies on Thursday, including the two Bibas children. [Emphasis added]
Earlier on Tuesday, a senior Israeli official stated that Israel is preparing to begin allowing the entry of hundreds of trailers and heavy equipment into the Gaza Strip in exchange for the release of six live hostages on Shabbos.
Hamas wants is releasing the six live hostages on Shabbos to ensure the release of the 47 terrorists who were released in the Shalit deal and were re-arrested.
As part of the agreement, Israel committed to allowing trailers and heavy construction equipment into the Gaza Strip after rigorous checks. As part of the negotiations, and subject to Hamas’s adherence to the agreement, Israel will begin allowing this in a controlled and gradual manner.”
According to the agreement in place, Hamas is scheduled to release four bodies on Thursday and three live hostages on Shabbos. However, Israel had been making much efforts to increase the number of live hostages released in the current phase of the deal in the wake of harrowing reports of the inhumane conditions and abuse the male hostages are enduring in Gaza.
In exchange, Israel plans to allow the entry of hundreds of trailers into the Strip, intended to serve as mobile homes for the Gazan residents whose homes were destroyed, along with heavy machinery, intended to clear the rubble in the Strip and open roads.

FEBRUARY 18, 2025 Yeshiva World News – Monday marked the 500th day since the Hamas massacre of Israelis on Oct. 7, 2023. The IDF and the Defense Ministry’s Rehabilitation Department released data showing the devastating toll the war against Hamas and the other Iranian proxies in the region has taken on Israel.
Approximately 1,200 Israelis were murdered by Hamas terrorists and Gaza civilians on Oct.7. 251 hostages were taken into Gaza by Hamas. Seventy-three hostages remain in Gaza, including three taken before Oct. 7. 36 hostages are believed to be dead, including one from before Oct. 7.
Israel has been coping with Hamas attacks from Gaza, Hezbollah attacks from Lebanon, Houthi attacks from Yemen, as well as attacks by Iran. Israeli security forces are also fighting terrorists in Judea and Samaria, as well as other areas inside Israel. The IDF has also taken up positions inside Syria to counter developing threats.
Over 10,000 rockets have been fired at Israel from Gaza since Oct. 7. Hezbollah began firing rockets at Israel at the same time. In April 2024, Iran sent around 170 drones, over 30 cruise missiles, and more than 120 ballistic missiles at Israel. Again, in October 2024, Iran fired about 200 ballistic missiles at Israel.
894 members of the security forces, including soldiers, police officers, and members of intelligence agencies, have been killed in combat since Oct. 7th.
Approximately 15,000 have been wounded, with that number including both those physically injured and those suffering from debilitating mental issues.
According to the report, some 8,600 were wounded physically, and 7,600 are facing psychological challenges, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and depression.
The statistics indicated that there is a significant number of security forces who sustained both physical and mental injuries simultaneously.
Notably, 66 percent of those wounded in combat are reserve soldiers, compared to 17 percent being combat soldiers performing their mandatory service.

4 Families Have Left The Lev Tahor Cult; Child Placed In Custody Of Her Israeli Family
February 18, 2025 Yeshiva World News – Efforts by Rabbanim and askanim alongside authorities in Guatemala to break apart the Lev Tahor cult have produced results in recent weeks and after extensive intervention with local authorities, four families have left the cult, and a six-year-old girl was placed in the custody of her extended family in Israel.
The departure of the fourth family to leave the cult, parents and their six children, is currently being finalized, after which the family will leave for the US or Canada. Meanwhile, the family remains in Guatemala, while the authorities finalize the process of transferring the children to their parents’ authority. The father is the son of one of the cult leaders and is the second son to escape from his father in recent weeks.
Last week, the first son and his wife, who were forcibly married at age 15, left the cult and left Guatemala for the US or Canada with their two small children.
Two weeks ago, a Chassidic family that was trapped in the cult managed to leave and travel to the US. The parents were awarded custody of their children by a Guatemalan court after the intervention of askanim, Rabbanim and cult survivors.
Askanim will provide the families with housing and support in Chassidish or Chareidi communities until they acclimate to their new surroundings.
About three weeks ago, the first family left the cult but is still in Guatemala as the parents have not yet decided where they want to move. Meanwhile, the family is receiving support from askanim and the local Jewish community.
Additionally, a 6-year-old girl was extricated from the cult after her extended family traveled from Israel to Guatemala to work toward her release. The girl was placed in the custody of her grandmother who is providing her with a new home in Israel.
The Office of the Attorney General in Guatemala stated at the time: “A six-year-old girl from the Lev Tahor cult was transferred to her extended family, who came from Israel to take her in accordance with the law. The transfer was carried out after a thorough background check of the family by the Guatemalan authorities, who confirmed that the family is suitable to take her. This is the third reunion in recent weeks of children from the cult with their parents or with their extended family.”

Feb 17, 2025, 2:13 PM (GMT+2) Israel National News – Israeli President Isaac Herzog on Monday, marking 500 days since the October 7 massacre, met with released hostage Ohad Ben-Ami, who was kidnapped during the massacre and released from Hamas captivity after 491 days.
Ohad is remembered as the first hostage taken during the brutal October 7 terrorist attack. His wife, Raz, was also abducted and later freed in the first hostage deal.
Their daughters became symbols of determination and hope. From the very beginning, they tirelessly fought for their parents’ return. Now that their parents are finally home, they continue their struggle — for all those still in captivity, vowing not to rest until the last hostage returns.
President Herzog embraced Ohad and said: “Today marks the 500th day since the outbreak of this terrible war and Hamas’ barbaric attack on October 7. We have brothers and sisters still there in Gaza, and we want every last one of them home as soon as possible. I am expressing here the deepest sentiments of the people of Israel — to bring them home as quickly as possible and complete the deal. We know that our brothers and sisters, crying out to us from beneath the ground, must be back home in safety and peace.”
The President expressed his thanks to the IDF soldiers: “For 500 days, countless Israeli citizens have been in uniform, serving in reserve duty, risking their lives alongside our courageous regular soldiers and commanders. When they went into battle, they carried pictures of you and the other hostages in their vests. They did everything they could. We have lost many brave sons and daughters who fought with heroism, incredible families. Michal and I have met over a thousand bereaved families this year—both soldiers and civilians — amazing people. And all of them went into battle to bring the hostages home.”
“We have displaced residents in the north and south who need to return home as soon as possible,” he added. “We must rebuild the Gaza border communities, restore the northern border, and take pride in our people, who fought this war and achieved remarkable successes. This is a massive regional change. But in the end, everyone in this nation carries deep scars, and all of us want to see the hostages home.”
“I do not take this lightly — not the cost of the deal, nor the risks it entails. I fully understand these pains, and as a security and governmental system, we will have to address all these challenges. But ultimately, we know that our brothers and sisters in Gaza are calling out to us from the depths. We want them home.”
The President concluded his remarks to Ohad, saying: “When I look at you, I think of the saying, ‘Whoever saves one life, it is as if he saved an entire world.’ Truly, one life was saved — by the people of Israel, by the government’s decision, by the negotiations, by the deal. And we want to see them all come home. On this 500th day, we must remember and remind the world every single second of the unimaginable suffering of our brothers and sisters in Gaza. We want them all back — some for rehabilitation, others to be laid to rest in dignity.”
Ohad responded: “All I care about, all I want, is for my friends to return. There were six of us living in unbearable conditions, in a six-square-meter space. I got out, but they are still there. We cannot rest for even a moment. I appeal to the Government of Israel and to the dear and beloved people of Israel — today is the 500th day. Keep going, go out, fight! No one can just sit at home in front of the TV and hope someone else will do the job. We all need to take action. Our victory will be when the deal moves to the next stage, then the next, until everyone comes home safely. Until then, we will not be silent, and we will not rest. Everyone must be home with their families. Every day they remain there, every minute, they are counting the seconds, the minutes — not the days.”
“Every day begins, and it barely ends. You just find yourself living through another day and another, under unbearable conditions. But the moment we knew that people were fighting for us and wanted us back, it gave us strength and kept us going. And when our national consciousness, as a united, Israeli, Jewish people, remains strong — that is what truly matters.”
Ohad also sent a message to IDF soldiers, saying: “This is my chance to truly send a message to all IDF soldiers: Know that we were there, underground, 30 meters beneath the surface, and we always knew that you were up above, searching for us, doing everything to find us — with a deep sense of mission.”
“It’s not easy. Families have lost their loved ones — both regular and reserve soldiers. We were aware of the numbers, and it pained us deeply. I want to express my deepest gratitude, with all the sorrow and pain, to every IDF soldier and security force member.”

Feb 17, 2025, 11:04 AM (GMT+2) Israel National News – Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu arrived at the Tel Aviv courthouse this morning (Monday), where he began his tenth day of testimony in the court cases against him, with the main focus being on Case 4000 (the Bezeq-Walla case).
During the hearing, Judge Rivka Friedman-Feldman commented that Netanyahu’s testimony was repetitive and noted: “We feel that there should be a change in the main testimony. You are repeating yourselves.”
Netanyahu’s attorney, Adv. Amit Hadad, responded firmly: “How can you say such a thing? If I don’t go over all details, I won’t be doing my job properly. I am not enjoying this, but there’s nothing we can do about it.”
Judge Shaham added that, “We are talking about the issue of the items. We understood the direction. There is marginal benefit in going over each and every one of them. Everything is a matter of measure.”
At one point, Netanyahu tried to comment, but Judge Friedman-Feldman firmly stopped him: “No, Sir. We are talking with the lawyers. If you have something to say, tell your lawyer.”
Netanyahu tried again to speak, but the judge repeated: “Mr. Netanyahu, I am not prepared for this. You have a lawyer, tell him what you want.”
The Prime Minister responded to her by saying: “I am shocked,” apparently surprised by the judge’s decision not to allow him to participate directly in the hearing.
Netanyahu’s defense attorney surprised the judges when he revealed the number of hearings he wants to conduct on Case 4000. According to him, there are twenty-four more sessions left for the main investigation alone, twelve-fourteen more sessions in Case 4,000, and ten more sessions on Case 1,000 and 2,000. “A change needs to be made,” the judge stated.
Netanyahu’s attorney claims interrogations should last 3-4 more days.

Explosive Recordings Reveal Hamas Hoarding Aid While Gazans Starve
February 17, 2025 Jewish Breaking News – Damning evidence of Hamas hijacking humanitarian aid continues to pour in.
On Monday, the IDF handed over recordings to the US revealing that food and supplies meant for struggling Gazans were being diverted to Hamas leaders. In the recordings obtained by Channel 12 news, lower-level Hamas operatives could be heard complaining that the aid was not reaching them. Their anger intensified when they spoke of attacks on their families in Rafah, where women were assaulted inside a mosque.
“Aamer, spare me these stories that the leadership wasn’t following,” one operative can be heard saying. “I swear to you, we will tear you apart. Tell the leadership in Khan Yunis as well. You only care about yourselves. There is no leadership.”
“All the leadership in Khan Yunis should cover their heads because they are not men. They enter the women’s rooms and beat them inside the room. Everyone needs to understand that our honor is more precious than our lives.”
“Our blood is worthless when it comes to our honor. Despite everything we are going through, this is what burned us from within,” another Hamas terrorist could be heard saying. “The war is one thing, the war and the rockets and nothing else scares us. Until this issue. This is what killed us. Our honor.”
According to the report, Israel presented the recordings to then President Joe Biden, who was nevertheless insistent that 250 trucks of aid enter Gaza on a daily basis.
Meanwhile, while Hamas leaders were diverting aid supplies, evidence was also building of their extensive ties to United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) operations.
“At the moment, monitoring is underway, and we will receive updates. There are definitely injured among them. Some of them are UNRWA employees. Two of them are police officers,” a terrorist said in the recording.
The Knesset passed a law in January banning UNRWA operations because of its ties to terror organizations. Just prior to signing a ceasefire deal in Gaza, the IDF discovered a Hamas tunnel network beneath UNRWA’s Gaza headquarters. In October, Hamas converted an UNRWA clinic in Jabaliya into a weapons storage facility and base of operations.
Israeli intelligence has identified at least 12 UNRWA employees as participants in the October 7 massacre, with an estimated 1,200 employees having ties to Hamas or Palestinian Islamic Jihad. A New York Times report revealed that 24 UNRWA teachers were confirmed terrorists. Half of these educators had documented access to weapons and explosives, yet they remained employed even after Israel warned UNRWA about their affiliations.

ALIYAH CHANGE – licensed professionals (such as doctors) who are interested in immigrating will be able to begin the licensing process even before arriving in Israel. This is in contrast to the current situation, in which immigrants first moved to Israel and only here began a long process of adapting their work permits in their countries of origin to Israeli standards.
Engineers, surveyors, doctors and veterinarians, accountants, insurance agents, financial advisors, social workers, and more – will be able to submit the documents remotely and receive a temporary permit, even before immigrating to Israel.

DEAL CONFUSION, FAKE ISSUE OF THE DAY

DEAL? After days of Arab media reports of caravans entering Gaza (they haven’t) and heavy equipment entering (unclear), today we have: Al-Arabiya network reports this morning that Israel is not complying with the agreements, and that so far no basic equipment has entered the Strip, in addition to heavy equipment and caravans. They further added that Israel’s failure to comply with the terms of the agreement places the mediators in an embarrassing position.
Literally yesterday they were embarrassing the Israeli govt. with all the proscribed items entering, and today complaining the detail is failing because they aren’t entering.
Commentary – Yossi Eliezer: On the one hand, left-wing modernism in the current context promotes the idea of ending the war in favor of releasing all the hostages, as if this were really an option. On the other hand, right-wing modernism in the current context seeks to realize the spirit of Trump and the ultimatum they gave to Hamas in order to win the war and erase the disgrace of the images of Hamas militants at the hostage release ceremonies, with their polished uniforms and drawn weapons.
The issue is to return as many hostages as possible and not cause the deal to implode, or at least phase one of Biden’s path, which is truly terrible, but the government will not be forgiven if it does not exhaust it to the fullest, at least not in the public aspect. 80-Year-Old Hostage Survived Hamas Hell With Math, Walking, and Defiance
February 14, 2025 Jewish Breaking News – In a tiny room in Gaza, 80-year-old Gadi Moses walked. Seven kilometers each day, back and forth across the same few feet of floor, counting his steps and solving complex mathematics in his head.
For 483 days, this was how he survived.
“At some point, he realized he had to stop expecting immediate rescue and shift his focus to surviving each day,” his nephew Shai tells Walla News. “He taught himself to think differently, to keep pushing forward, and to avoid the crushing disappointment of not being freed the next morning.”
Though Mozes wasn’t held in Gaza’s underground tunnels like other Oct. 7 hostages, isolation became its own form of torture. The room was dark and unsanitary. Food was scarce. To fill the endless hours, he created a world within his mind, holding imaginary conversations with those he loved. Although not knowing that one of them, his long-term partner Efrat Katz, had been murdered on October 7.
But Moses was not a man to be broken. An agronomist and potato expert by trade, he engaged with his captors, even negotiating access to a television. Through it, he watched as his country protested for the hostages’ release, drawing strength from the knowledge that Israel was fighting for their return.
He spoke to his captors of the future. If peace came, he told them, he would teach them to farm. When they taunted him, demanding he “Go back where your parents came from!” he stood his ground. “What are you talking about?” he challenged them. “Our people lived in these places 3,000 years ago!”
For nearly sixteen months, Moses saw no other Israelis. That changed only in his final moments of captivity, when he was escorted through hostile crowds on Jan. 30 alongside fellow hostage Arbel Yehoud, 29, toward freedom. It was only then that Moses learned his daughter Moran had survived the Hamas massacre.
He had kept walking, kept thinking, kept talking, kept hoping. In the end, it had been enough. [Emphasis added]
