September 10, 2024 World Israel News – Gal Hirsch, Israel’s chief negotiator for hostages and missing persons, is reportedly offering safe passage to Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar in exchange for the remaining 101 hostages.
In an interview with Bloomberg, Hirsch said, “I’m ready to provide safe passage to Sinwar, his family, whoever wants to join him. We want the hostages back. We want demilitarization, de-radicalization of course — a new system that will manage Gaza,” he stated.
According to the report, the proposal has been under consideration for several days.
“In parallel, I must work on plans B, C, and D because I must bring the hostages back home. The clock is ticking; the hostages do not have time,” Hirsch added.
In a Telegram post, the spokesperson for Hamas’ armed wing, the al-Qassam Brigades, Abu Obaida wrote, “Netanyahu’s insistence on liberating the prisoners through military pressure instead of concluding a deal will mean that they will return to their families inside coffins and their families will have to choose whether they are dead or alive.”
Referring to the IDF rescue of four hostages in Nuseirat in June, he added, “Let it be clear to everyone that, following the incident in Nuseirat, new instructions have been issued to the Mujahideen tasked with guarding the prisoners.”
An IDF investigation into the killing of six captives whose remains were recovered from Gaza ten days ago has shed light on the conditions the six hostages faced before their captors murdered them.
New evidence shows that the hostages were likely murdered hours before the IDF found them in the tunnel, and there is also some indication that they fought back against their captors.
The tunnel was so narrow they could barely stand up, and no more than two could lie down at a time.
There was also very little air, and the ventilation was so poor that many of the hostages likely had trouble breathing.
The tunnel had no toilets or showers, and the hostages had to use bottles of water to bathe themselves, which were also used for drinking.
New details on the murder of the six hostages
The IDF will reveal the video showing the inhuman conditions in which the six hostages were held before they were cold-bloodedly murdered after surviving more than 10 months in captivity.
Sep 10, 2024, 6:40 PM (GMT+3) Israel National News – IDF Spokesperson Brigadier General Daniel Hagari is scheduled to publish harrowing footage from the tunnel where the six hostages were murdered this evening.
The footage was shown this week to cabinet members, who according to those present at the time were shocked. Additionally, the footage was shown to the families of the six hostages who were murdered in the tunnel.
The murdered hostages were found with gunshot wounds to the head.
The IDF revealed this evening the investigation into the murder of hostages in Rafah. The initial investigation found that the forces who drilled into the shaft through which they reached the hostages did so a day after the hostages had already been murdered.
The tunnel, approximately 120-130 meters long, was located about 700 meters from the tunnel where Farhan Qadi was rescued three days earlier. The hostages were starved and lived under a lack of basic hygiene. It is estimated that they were held there for about two or three weeks.
Two terrorists who emerged from a nearby shaft were eliminated, and the IDF is investigating whether the two murdered the hostages. The entrance to the tunnel was blocked by an iron blast door, which was likely closed by the escaping terrorists.
Earlier, the families of the six hostages met in Tel Aviv. The families stated that they are “united in love for the six beautiful ones who were murdered together – and united in bringing home all the hostages.”
The Hostages’ Families Headquarters responded to the decision to publish the footage: “The footage from the tunnel of horrors to be presented this evening leaves no choice; it’s mandatory to take to the streets!”

MK Zvi Sukkot sends letter to General of the Central Command, demanding that he stop forcing Judea and Samaria residents to permit Palestinians to work in their communities.
Sep 9, 2024, 5:34 PM (GMT+3) INN – MK Zvi Sukkot (Religious Zionism) sent a letter to the Central Command General, Avi Bluth and demanded that he stop forcing communities in Judea and Samaria to allow Palestinian workers into their territory.
After the October 7th massacre, and in light of the immediate danger to Jewish lives, the Security Cabinet decided to prohibit the entry of Palestinian workers into the State of Israel.
However, this decision does not apply to communities and industrial zones in Judea and Samaria, where tens of thousands of Palestinian Arabs enter the communities every day and work near kindergartens, schools and homes of families, whose husbands are serving on the front line.
MK Sukkot sent a letter to the General of the Central Command stating that, “Not only does this critical decision not apply to the communities in Judea and Samaria but, on the contrary, the communities must enable the entry of Palestinian Arab workers even if they express explicit opposition to their entry. In other words, while Palestinian Arab workers are prohibited from working within the Green Line, due to the security danger, in Judea and Samaria communities have to let them in, even if they object to it.”
Sukkot emphasizes that “Recently, the Karnei Shomron Local Council expressed its opposition to enabling Palestinian Arab workers into its territory for significant security reasons. Among others, the area where they work is within the community, in the heart of an industrial center visited by hundreds of residents every day, without any way to properly isolate the area. In this situation, the local council cannot provide optimal security and protection for its residents. It should be emphasized that the council is solely responsible for providing security in connection with the Palestinian Arab workers.”
“Despite the council’s explicit objection to this decision, the army rejected its request and forced it to enable the entry of Palestinian Arab workers, while putting the council in charge of security, despite its inability to do so and the lack of resources required for that purpose.”
“This state of affairs, in which not only are residents of Judea and Samaria discriminated against in comparison to the rest of the country, but they are also forced to bring in Palestinian Arab workers, without being able to provide proper security. This is an unacceptable situation and I would like you to deal with this matter as soon as possible. I would also like to mention that in the near future I intend to hold a discussion on this subject in the sub-committee for Judea and Samaria affairs, which I chair,” he concluded.
