‘THERE WAS NO PLAN’: The Government’s Case Against The Proud Boys In Seditious Conspiracy Trial FALLS APART after Key Witness Repeatedly Lies Under Oath, Called Tarrio Slurs Dozens Of Times – By Alicia Powe
Mar. 2, 2023 5:20 pm – The government’s case against the Proud Boys fell apart this week as their star witness repeatedly vowed under oath that there was no conspiracy or plan ever established by the defendants — Enrique Tarrio, Ethan Nordean, Joseph Biggs, Zachary Rehl and Dominic Pezzola — to violently disrupt the election certification that was taking place inside the Capitol on Jan. 6.
The Department of Justice alleges leaders of the Proud Boys conspired to violently overthrow the government during the protest in an effort “to prevent, hinder and delay the certification of the Electoral College vote, and to oppose by force the authority of the government of the United States.”
The group’s former national leaders, Tarrio and Biggs, committed no act of violence on January 6. Tarrio did not go to the rally, nor was he in Washington, DC. Decorated Army veteran Joe Biggs walked into the Capitol building twice for approximately 25 minutes in total, including to use the restroom. The only defendant that was seen acting violently is Pezzolla who is seen in footage exhibited during the trial banging on a window. The government claims Tarrio, Biggs and Nordean orchestrated the J6 “insurrection” while Rehl, Pezolla, and the other Proud Boys members followed orders and executed the mission.
According to the DOJ, the defendants organized an attack against “the heart of our democracy” akin to 9/11 and Pearl Harbor to prevent the lawful transfer of presidential power.
“On Jan. 6, 2021, the defendants directed, mobilized, and led members of the crowd onto the Capitol grounds and into the Capitol, leading to dismantling of metal barricades, destruction of property, breaching of the Capitol building, and assaults on law enforcement. During and after the attack, Tarrio and his co-defendants claimed credit for what had happened on social media and in an encrypted chat room,” according to the Department of Justice.

Jake Lang, joined us live from prison where he has been held for 774 days without trial. He was joined by General Michael Flynn who Jake interviewed for the Gateway Pundit Political Prisoner Podcast.
Jake was nearly killed on January 6th when he was gassed and smothered by a huge pile of people on the steps of the US Capitol. The woman beside him, Rosanne Boyland, was killed that day. She was gassed, crushed and beaten by Capitol Police Officer Lila Morris several dozen times. Capitol Police Officer Lila Morris was filmed beating Rosanne with a stick after she passed out. While Jake was buried under the pile, Capitol police continued to push protesters on top of him. Jake also saw Philip Anderson’s limp body laying next to Rosanne Boyland. Jake was able to pull Anderson to safety and saved his life that day. But Jake was not able to save Rosanne from the police. Rosanne Boyland was killed by police on the steps of the US Capitol. The mainstream media ignored the crime and instead lied about Rosanne following her death.
On Thursday, January 6 police violence victim Philip Anderson also joined Jake to discuss his ordeal and to thank Jake for saving his life that day.

While she was at the Capitol, an aide said that McCarthy wanted to schedule a meeting with her because she has previously requested a meeting with him.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (NY) on Wednesday demanded Rupert Murdoch silence Tucker Carlson and other Fox News hosts.
“Order Tucker Carlson and other hosts on Fox News to stop spreading the Big Lie.” Schumer said.
Schumer and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries sent Rupert Murdoch a letter demanding he censor Fox News hosts.
“As noted in your deposition released yesterday, Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, and other Fox News personalities knowingly, repeatedly, and dangerously endorsed and promoted the Big Lie that Donald Trump won the 2020 presidential election. Though you have acknowledged your regret in allowing this grave propaganda to take place, your network hosts continue to promote, spew, and perpetuate elections conspiracy theories to this day,” the Democrat wrote in a letter to Rupert Murdoch referring to the Dominion lawsuit.
The Democrats complained about Speaker McCarthy’s decision to give Tucker Carlson access to the January 6 tapes.
Schumer and Jeffries demanded Tucker Carlson and others participate in a Mao struggle session and publicly apologize for saying words they don’t approve of.
“We demand that you direct Tucker Carlson and other hosts on your network to stop spreading false election narratives and admit on air that they were wrong to engage in such negligent behavior,” the Democrats wrote.
“We ask that you make sure Fox News ceases disseminating the Big Lie and other election conspiracy theories on your network,” they wrote.

Voters overwhelmingly support releasing all videos of the January 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol, and a majority think it’s likely that government agents helped provoke the riot.
Eighty percent (80%) of Likely U.S. Voters believe it is important that the public be able to view all the videos of the Capitol riot, including 58% who think it’s Very Important. Only 17% don’t think it’s important for the public to be able to see all the riot videos.
Fox News host Tucker Carlson is reportedly planning to broadcast videos of the Capitol riot that were not previously released by the congressional committee that investigated the riot. Eighty-six percent (86%) of Republicans, 78% of Democrats, and 75% of voters not affiliated with either major party believe it is important that the public be able to view all the videos of the Capitol riot. Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is among Republicans who have expressed concern that federal agents “deliberately encouraged illegal and violent conduct on Jan. 6?” when supporters of former President Donald Trump stormed the Capitol.
Sixty-one percent (61%) of voters believe it is likely that undercover government agents helped provoke the Capitol riot, including 39% who think it’s Very Likely. Thirty percent (30%) don’t think it’s likely undercover agents helped provoke the riot, including 18% who say it is Not At All Likely.

By now, most Americans have figured out, or are starting to figure out, that the whole “insurrection” of the Capitol on January 6 was nothing more than a setup by Democrats and the Deep State, who were hell-bent on preventing Republican lawmakers from presenting evidence of voter fraud in the 2020 election on national television.
If President Trump could be blamed for the unarmed “insurrection” of the Capitol, he would likely not be able to run for President again in 2024. But those of us who continue to dig for the truth are not about to allow hundreds of our fellow American citizens to be treated like criminals without doing everything we can do to expose the truth about how protesters were very likely set up on that day.
