DEVELOPING: Drafting of Impeachment Article Against Joe Biden Underway, House Staffers Reveal By Jim Hᴏft

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that House Republicans launched an investigation into whether Joe Biden sought to obstruct or influence his son Hunter’s cooperation with the GOP’s impeachment inquiry.
Comer and Jim Jordan wanted to know if and how Joe Biden was involved in Hunter’s decision to defy a congressional subpoena.
“Hunter Biden today defied lawful subpoenas and we will now initiate contempt of Congress proceedings. We will not provide special treatment because his last name is Biden. As our committees were today prepared to depose Hunter Biden, he chose to make a public statement on Capitol Hill instead where he said his father, Joe Biden was not financially involved in his family’s business dealings. Exactly how was Joe Biden involved? Evidence shows Joe Biden met with Hunter Biden’s business associates and his name was at the center of the family business strategy,” a joint statement by House Oversight Chairman and House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan said last year.
In December, all 221 House Republicans voted to open a formal impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden.
The vote was along party lines: 221-212.
If the article is introduced, it would mark only the fifth time in American history that a president has faced impeachment proceedings.
According to History, “Only three U.S. presidents have been formally impeached by Congress—Andrew Johnson, Bill Clinton and Donald Trump. One of those presidents, Donald Trump, was impeached twice during his single term. No U.S. president has ever been removed from office through impeachment.”
“In addition to Johnson, Clinton and Trump, only one other U.S. president has faced formal impeachment inquiries in the House of Representatives: Richard Nixon,” the outlet added.

Biometric Update reports that a technology company called Continental has developed an external display and biometric camera to be placed on the outside of vehicles for facial recognition and “liveness detection.”
This will allow a vehicle’s “authorized driver” to open and start the car automatically without keys or even a remote key pod.
Unveiled at the world’s largest tech conference, CES 2024, the so-called Face Authentication Display also includes internal cameras, and is equipped with liveness detection from biometrics provider trinamiX, a subsidiary of BASF.
A press release describes how the vehicle’s interior camera is located behind the driver display console – purportedly an industry first – while the exterior camera for facial authentication and keyless entry is mounted in the vehicle’s B-pillar.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that O’Keefe released part of its ‘Secret Migrant Center’ at 1211 East Apache in Phoenix, Arizona.
After O’Keefe uncovered the secret Phoenix migrant ‘refugee’ facility, a worker tried to bribe him, which was caught on tape!
“How much did you guys get paid? I’ll pay you guys,” Migrant facility worker Jesus Moreno said to O’Keefe.
Last month, O’Keefe Media Group also released video footage of illegal aliens being dropped off at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport in Arizona.
This latest footage shows O’Keefe engaged in a high-speed bus chase as he follows illegal immigrants being transported and smuggled to the airport to be transported around the country on our tax dollars.
The bus can be seen swerving, making dangerous maneuvers, and blocking traffic on the road in an attempt to evade the journalists. “The swerving and evasive maneuvering by the bus was so violent that we actually lost track of this particular bus,” said James in the video.
The second bus driver began recording James from behind the wheel while blocking traffic and holding the illegals on the bus to avoid James’ reporting. She then called the police on O’Keefe and his team. James noted the “irony” of people transporting illegal immigrants and calling the police on American journalists for reporting news that other Americans should know.
When the illegals entered Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix, they cut the line at American Airlines and were escorted to their flight by what would appear to be Phoenix Police.
According to O’Keefe, the illegals were stationed at the Tohono Ono facility on an Indian reservation in southern Arizona. From there, they are transported to “tent cities” across Arizona, including some in Nogales and Tucson. They are then bussed north to another processing facility or an NGO to be taken to the airport and their final destinations. At least one bus driver was an employee of Arizona’s Santa Cruz County. She declined to answer more questions.
Additionally, American Red Cross employees were filmed working to traffic these migrants in cooperation with other nonprofits. Red Cross officials confirmed that migrants are taken to secret shelters before going to the airport.
One of the employees at the secret facility that they uncovered is then seen blocking James’ camera. At one point, he exclaimed, “No discussion!” when asked questions about what was going on. If these people are doing nothing wrong, what are they so afraid of?

In addition, the 911 call came in shortly after he fell off his paddleboard, not hours later, and Obama’s physician didn’t do the autopsy, the state medical examiner’s office did, police said. Meanwhile, no evidence has been presented to support the claim that the former White House sous chef was working on a book about the Obamas. The notion originated from a social media account known to spread misinformation.

Obama, Hamas and ‘Complicity’ By Elliot Kaufman, WSJ
The former president seeks to shift the blame for the attack on Israel. He ought to look in the mirror.
Nov. 6, 2023 – Even Barack Obama supported Israel in dismantling Hamas, a senior Israeli official was eager to tell me early in the war. The former president said so in a 73-word statement on Oct. 9.
But on Oct. 23, in a 1,130-word statement, Mr. Obama called for Israeli restraint. Now, on the “Pod Save America” podcast, Mr. Obama counsels “an admission of complexity.” In a part of the interview released Saturday, Mr. Obama says: “What Hamas did was horrific and there’s no justification for it. And what is also true is that the occupation and what’s happening to Palestinians is unbearable.” To get to the full truth, “you then have to admit nobody’s hands are clean, that all of us are complicit to some degree.” He adds: “As hard as I tried—I have the scars to prove it—but there’s a part of me that’s still saying, ‘Well, was there something else I could have done?’ ”
Only a part? Mr. Obama sent Iran $1.7 billion in cash, released some $100 billion in frozen assets and unshackled Iranian industry. His plan to extricate the U.S. from the Middle East was suitably complex: find a rapprochement with Iran that would empower it to stabilize the region for us. Predictably, Tehran used the money to build up each front—Gaza, Lebanon, the West Bank, Syria, Iraq and Yemen—in today’s war on Israel.
The rest of Mr. Obama’s policy paved the way. In August 2012, he drew a “red line.” The U.S. would respond militarily if Syria used chemical weapons. When Syria did a year later, Mr. Obama blinked and then let Russia bail him out by pretending to remove all the chemical weapons. Russia never left Syria, and propping up Bashar al-Assad solidified its alliance with Iran. The Journal reports that Russia plans to give Hezbollah better air defenses in Lebanon, and Syria is a key Hezbollah staging ground and transit point for Iranian weapons.
Mr. Obama pulled out of Iraq in 2011, only to see Iran-backed militias fill the vacuum. Once ISIS, which the president had dismissed as the “JV team,” established itself, reluctance to commit further to the region led the Obama and Trump administrations to work with the Iranians to defeat the group. This elevated Tehran’s Iraqi proxies, which have been attacking U.S. forces almost daily to pressure the U.S. to constrain Israel.

Biden Promised Gaza Aid Wouldn’t Go To Hamas. He Lied. by Daniel Greenfield
January 10, 2024 at 4:00 am – A week after the horrors of October 7, when the Biden administration first convinced Israel to open up the siege of Gaza and allow in international aid, it promised Hamas would not get it.
“If Hamas in any way blocks humanitarian assistance from reaching civilians, including by seizing the aid itself, we’ll be the first to condemn it. And we will work to prevent it from happening again,” Secretary of State Antony Blinken pledged.
The problem with such a promise was obvious once Deputy National Security Advisor Jon Finer struggled to explain to CNN how it would stop Hamas from taking the aid.
“How is the United States going to ensure that none of that ends up in the hands of Hamas?” a CNN anchor asked.
Finer claimed that “this was a primary focus of the president’s diplomacy” and that “it involves securing an understanding among Hamas fighters who control the checkpoints on the other side of the border”.
The Deputy National Security Advisor assured that “the president was quite clear that if this assistance goes in, it cannot be misappropriated, it cannot be taken by Hamas fighters and so we are going to be watching that very closely.”
If anyone is watching, there’s been plenty to see as armed Hamas fighters have hijacked aid convoys in videos taken both by the IDF and civilians in Gaza. In video after video, Hamas terrorists seize aid and assault civilians who, in some cases, respond by hurling abuse and stones.

10 January 2024 – Ecuador has erupted into a ‘civil war’ with cartel thugs after the president ordered the army onto the streets and declared a state of ‘internal armed conflict’.
Crazed criminals have rampaged through the South American country’s cities today after President Daniel Noboa, 36, ordered a state of emergency.
Hooded gangsters seized a state TV news studio today, while a university was attacked and jail guards reportedly executed by prisoners.
Ecuador has been rocked by a series of attacks including explosions and the abduction of several police officers after the government imposed a state of emergency in the wake of the escape of a powerful gang leader from prison.
Adolfo ‘Fito’ Macías, 44, the leader of Los Choneros gang, was found missing from his cell in a low security prison on the same day he was supposed to be transferred to a maximum security facility, on Sunday.
A manhunt is underway for Macías and Los Lobos leader Fabricio Colon Pico, who also escaped prison on Tuesday since his arrest last Friday for alleged involvement in a plot to assassinate Ecuador’s attorney general.
Peru also declared an emergency on Tuesday along its northern border with Ecuador because of the ongoing violence.
The US State Department said it was ‘extremely concerned’ by the violence. The British Foreign Office warned against all but essential travel to parts of the country.

House Republicans last week started new impeachment proceedings against Mayorkas for his handling of the ongoing southern border crisis.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Senator David Marshall introduced a vote of no confidence resolution against Mayorkas in the Senate on Tuesday as the House ramps up proceedings to impeach the criminal Homeland Security Secretary for violating his oath and fostering a historic border crisis.
More than 11 million illegals, who are mainly military-age males and include many known or suspected terrorists, have invaded the US on Joe Biden’s watch. More than 300,000 illegal aliens crossed over the US border in December alone, according to Customs and Border Protection. And these are just the number they’re admitting to. It is likely FAR more.
Seventeen illegals who are on the FBI’s terror watchlist were encountered in November alone, according to data from Customs and Border Protection. How many more have slipped through the cracks with the other 11 million illegal aliens?

The D.C. Kangaroo Court suddenly changed Ray Epps’ in-person public sentencing hearing to a remote Zoom hearing yesterday evening.
Epps was scheduled to appear in person today at 10 AM at the E. Barrett Prettyman United States Courthouse in Washington D.C today for his sentencing. According to the Court Docket, on 1/8/24 the hearing was modified to a “hybrid hearing” (government in person/defense via Zoom.)
As reported by the Gateway Pundit, Epps was just sued by J6 defendant Eric Clark for “Conspiracy to Violate Civil Rights”. The case was filed in a Utah Federal Court.
Here’s where it gets shady.
The Gateway Pundit had a tip that Ray Epps was going to be served with the lawsuit at the courthouse during his sentencing. Process servers were hired by the Plaintiff and our reporters were scheduled to be there to capture the moment Epps was served on video. This was all discussed yesterday in private phone calls.

Jan. 8, 2024 5:45 pm – Nadia Marcinko, the elusive former associate of the disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, has vanished from her Upper East Side home following the release of court documents related to Epstein’s scandalous activities, according to The New York Post’s recent report.
Nadia Marcinko, also known as Nada Marcinkova, is a former commercial pilot and Gulfstream Girl. Marcinko is a Slovakian-born pilot, flight instructor, and the CEO of Aviloop, an aviation website. She has three rating certificates, including various Gulfstream business jets.
Marcinko was brought to the United States from Slovakia by Epstein when she was fifteen years old.
Jeffrey Epstein had reportedly referred to Marcinko as his “sex slave.” She had spent years by his side and even traveled on his private plane, known as “The Lolita Express,” which was notorious for transporting young girls.
It remains unclear whether Marcinko continued to serve as Epstein’s pilot after obtaining her FAA certification as a commercial pilot and flight instructor. She has been accused of participating in the sexual abuse of young girls and procuring victims for Epstein, although her lawyers have denied these allegations, asserting that she was a victim herself.
“Ms. Marcinkova was specifically identified by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida as a “potential co-conspirator of Epstein” in the non-prosecution agreement it executed with Mr. Epstein as part of his guilty plea. She has relevant information because she observed the recruitment of underage girls for sex and, in fact, participated in sex acts with minors. Judge Loretta Preska on Wednesday unsealed the first cache of documents from lawsuits related to Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse which potentially included names of over 150 people.
The first set of documents detailed Ghislaine Maxwell’s recruiting techniques, Prince Andrew’s abuse of the trafficked victims, and Bill Clinton’s fondness for “young” girls.
A second cache of Epstein docs was unsealed on Thursday.
According to the second tranche of documents obtained by The Gateway Pundit and reviewed by this reporter, one Epstein victim, a minor teen dubbed “Jane Doe 3,” said she was trafficked to “prominent American politicians” to “obtain potential blackmail information.”
The Gateway Pundit obtained the third round of Epstein documents on Friday.
According to testimony, computers from Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion were removed before the FBI conducted a search of the property.

German farmers are staging their largest-ever protest, with thousands of tractors blocking roads across Germany, including in the capital, Berlin.
The farmers are demanding that the government abandon plans to cancel agricultural benefits.
The rallies are expected to last a full week, and among the first demonstrations across the country, several hundred tractors and other vehicles gathered in front of the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin.
A candlelight vigil is scheduled for 11 p.m.

A spokesperson for the German Interior Ministry warned that ‘anti-state and far-right elements’ could attempt to use the protests to further their own interests.
Other officials tried to fear monger the participants of the movement.
“Finance Minister Christian Lindner of the FDP urged farmers to ‘turn around’, adding that agriculture was a ‘highly-subsidized sector’, according to der Spiegel.
The conservative opposition coalition CDU/CSU, the far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD) and the right-wing populist Free Voters have expressed their support for the farmers’ protests.”
Major transport disruptions are happening due to the demonstrations. From the eastern state of Brandenburg up until the northern city-state of Hamburg, many localities warned of the possibility of traffic chaos.

In September of 2002, in the center of the island, Google Earth shows that there was nothing but a bare mound of earth. In March of 2005, the Palm Beach Florida police began investigating Epstein after a mother reported that he sexually abused her 14-year-old daughter. In July of 2006, Epstein was arrested by the Palm Beach Police Department on state felony charges of procuring a minor for prostitution. Hours later he was released on a three-thousand dollar bond. A few months later in November of 2006, Google Earth shows that the previously bare mound has what appears to be mass graves freshly buried on top of it.

Medi-Cal, the state version of the low-income federal Medicaid program, will cover the healthcare costs for foreign nationals.

Pence told CNN’s “State of the Union” host Jake Tapper that the FBI did not contribute to the January 6 Capitol protest and cheered the arrest of more than 1,200 Trump supporters.
“I’ve heard the many repeated assurances from the FBI that they were not involved, and I take them at their word,” Pence said.
Pence said he takes FBI Director Christopher Wray at his word that the FBI did not instigate the riot.
“I’ve seen the director of the FBI repeatedly assure the American people that the FBI were not the instigators of the riot that occurred on January 6,” Pence said to Jake Tapper on Sunday. “And frankly I’m very grateful for the efforts of the FBI to bring nearly a thousand people to justice who ransacked our Capitol and did violence against police officers that day.”
Pence said he’s “pleased” that more than 1,000 – mainly peaceful – Trump supporters are locked up in the DC gulag.

Toronto Police Defend Delivering Hot Coffee to Hamas Supporters Blocking Bridge Near Jewish Neighborhood By Kristinn Taylor
Jan. 6, 2024 11:35 pm – Police in Toronto, Ontario were caught on video hand-delivering a to-go box of hot Tim Horton’s coffee to Hamas supporters on Saturday who were blocking a bridge near a Jewish neighborhood. The coffee was brought to the bridge by protesters who were not allowed to join the blockade. Two police took the coffee and a bag of snacks and delivered them to the Hamas supporters blocking the bridge.
Laura Brabant, spokesperson for the Toronto Police Service, posted twice on X Twitter to defend the coffee delivery to the anti-Semitic terrorist supporters:
“Our officers are managing a dynamic situation. In performing a helpful act today, our officer’s motivation was to help keep tensions low and should not be interpreted as showing support for any cause or group. Our officers continue to work to de-escalate these demonstrations”
And:
“Officers in Toronto are often publicly criticized for heavy handed tactics used during demonstrations. Today, given a very dynamic situation, officers continued to work to de-escalate these demonstrations and maintain calm and the public’s safety”

Tucker said Higgins, a former police officer, provided the “best informed account of what actually happened on January 6, 2021.”
Recall that in 2022 Rep. Higgins asked the FBI if they had confidential human sources (CHS) dressed as Trump supporters embedded within the January 6 protesters.
FBI Director Chris Wray obfuscated and told Higgins that FBI’s confidential human sources did not instigate or orchestrate January 6.
Rep. Higgins told Tucker government officials – feds, military etc – LURED Trump supporters into the Capitol on January 6, 2021.
Higgins said of the feds: “They were sort of testing the waters to see who amongst that group would begin acknowledging, ‘Maybe we should do that, maybe we should plan for an occupation like that.’”
“On the inside, you had FBI assets dressed as Trump supporters who knew their way around the Capitol before the doors open. Or else how are you going to get around the Capitol?” Higgins said.
“You’ve been there many times, you need a guide,” Higgins said explaining it’s a maze inside the Capitol. So there’s no way Americans, most of which have never been to the Capitol, there’s no way they could come in some random door that gets opened and then get their way directly to the statuary or the House Chamber or the Senate Chamber. It’s just not possible.”
Higgins estimates that at least 200 FBI assets were operating in the crowd of Trump supporters at the Capitol on January 6.

Jan. 6, 2024 6:00 pm – Former Attorney General Bill Barr says that the Department of Justice cast its net “far too broadly” when prosecuting people who were at the Capitol on January 6.
Barr made the comment while speaking to Neil Cavuto on Fox News for the third anniversary of the protest.
“Well, you know, like everything else the left does, they did, I think, go too far,” Barr told Cavuto on Saturday.
“I think there were people involved in January 6, particularly the people who attacked the police and broke their way into the Capitol, there were people that should have been prosecuted, but I think they cast their net far too broadly and have been hounding people that really, you know, just wanted into open doors in the Capitol and hung around,” Barr said.

DC US Attorney Matthew Graves Says DOJ is Now Going to Target THOUSANDS of Americans Who Were Around the Capitol on Jan 6 – But Did Not Enter the Building (VIDEO) By Cristina Laila
Jan. 6, 2024 8:40 pm – Matthew Graves, US Attorney for the District of Columbia on Thursday held a press conference on the 3rd anniversary of the January 6 Capitol protest.
“It’s been three years since a violent mob attacked our Capitol,” said Matthew Graves, a Biden appointee.
Graves thanked the public for assisting the FBI in identifying J6rs and said more Capitol protesters would be arrested.
“An important note about those who remained outside the [Capitol] building,” Graves said. “We have used our prosecutorial discretion and to primarily to focus on those who entered the building, are those who engaged in violent or rough conduct on Capitol grounds.”
Graves then said the DOJ is now going to target THOUSANDS of Americans who were around the Capitol on January 6 – but did not enter the building.
He continued, “But, if a person knowingly entered a restricted area without authorization, they had already committed a federal crime. Make no mistake, thousands of people occupying the area that they were not authorized to be present in in the first place.”

Jan. 6, 2024 4:40 pm – The FBI on Saturday morning arrested three January 6rs on the anniversary of the Capitol protest – THREE YEARS LATER.
“The FBI executed three federal arrest warrants early this morning at a ranch in Groveland, Florida in Lake County,” the FBI Tampa office said in a statement on X. “The subjects taken into custody are January 6 fugitives Jonathan Daniel Pollock, Olivia Michele Pollock, and Joseph Daniel Hutchinson III. The defendants are scheduled to appear in Federal Court in Ocala, Florida on Monday, January 8. No further details concerning their capture are available at this time.”

The man said he was born Muslim but does not believe in Islam, and when asked how bad Islam is, he remarked, “It’s terrible,” while comparing it to a wave of viruses plaguing the world.
Bergquam recently reported on the hundreds of military-age males that invade the US from all over the world daily in Lukeville, Arizona.
“If I was governor here, I would be afraid,” the man said, noting that “all these people” coming across our borders are “military age.”
More than 11 million illegals – mainly military-age males – have invaded the US on Joe Biden’s open border invitation.
More than 300,000 illegal aliens crossed over the US border on Biden’s open border invitation in December, according to Customs and Border Protection.
Bergquam posted the interview on X, commenting, “This might be the most insightful and terrifying interview I’ve ever done. Iranian national who crossed illegally into Jacumba, California, warns me and America of what’s coming. You must watch the whole thing! Amish Farm Raided by Government in Move Described as ‘Lawless … Patently Illegal By Warner Todd Huston, The Western Journal
Jan. 6, 2024 9:00 am – State employees, including members of the Pennsylvania State Police, raided Amos Miller’s Lancaster County farm Thursday, reportedly as a result of an investigation into the farmer’s supposed violations of state food safety codes.
The raid was conducted under the authority of the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, along with the state police, according to the Lancaster Patriot.
Miller, the farmer, has been involved in a long dispute with both the state and federal governments over food and meat inspection and health safety guidelines after officials have accused him of selling dangerous food that doesn’t meet inspection standards.
Pennsylvania officials claim that they were contacted by public health officials in New York and Michigan about illnesses reported in minors who ate the raw milk products sold by Miller, Lancaster Online reported.
The search warrant, dated Jan. 3, that the Pennsylvania health agents served on Miller “sought, among other things, illegal raw milk and raw milk products, including eggnog,” the media outlet said.
The agency added, “Miller has never licensed his retail operation.”
The state also claims that incidents of illness date back to 2016, and the most recent case was Dec. 19.
On top of that, authorities implied that one person died as a result of consuming food purchased from Miller.
“[T]he Food and Drug Administration said it identified listeria in samples of Miller’s raw milk and found it to be genetically similar to the bacteria in two people who developed listeriosis — one of whom died — after consuming raw milk,” Lancaster Online reported.
Sheri Morris, acting bureau director of food safety with the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, was reportedly notified by the New York State Health Department about “a confirmed positive case of a foodborne pathogen (STEC – Shiga toxin producing E. Coli) in an underage individual” who supposedly consumed food items sold by Miller, the Lancaster Patriot reported.
Kentucky Republican Congressman Thomas Massie blasted the raid in a post on social media platform X.
“With all of the problems in society today, this is what the government wants to focus on?” Massie wrote, adding, “A man growing food for informed customers, without participating in the industrial meat/milk complex?”
“It’s shameful that it’s come to this,” he railed.
