Leo Hohmann: International Lawyer and Freedom Advocate Reiner Fuellmich Seized by German Government in Mexico by Leo Hohmann

Oct. 20, 2023 10:15 am – German lawyer Reiner Fuellmich, who had been working on a project known as the “Second Nuremburg” to hold the originators of the Covid bioweapon plot accountable, was seized over the weekend by German authorities in Mexico where he and his wife had been staying. He was promptly flown to Germany and arrested.
Fuellmich had reportedly lost his passport and scheduled a visit to the German embassy in Tiajuana, Mexico. When he arrived, German authorities were waiting for him and whisked him onto a plane bound for Munich, Germany, where they then arrested him. He is reportedly now sitting in a jail in Frankfurt. The exact charges remain unclear as of this post. But please be in prayer for Reiner and his family.
Fuellmich is licensed to practice law in Germany and in the U.S. state of California.
UPDATE: When he entered the embassy on Friday, there were six men waiting to detain him. The charges, as his attorney Dagmar Shoen found out when she received the official papers, were 30 pages long, so this was something carefully planned and executed. The charges are related to allegations of Viviane Fischer, a former team member of Fuellmich’s on the Corona Committee, who accused him of financial wrongdoing.
Three people reportedly signed the charges against Reiner. Perhaps the craziest aspect of the charges is that the money Reiner allegedly took is in the bank account (or anyway, was in the bank account) of one of the three people.

Oct. 20, 2023 7:00 am – Now-Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who was previously running for president as a Democrat, has come out in support of reparations for black Americans.
The controversial policy is intended to make up for slavery.
A section of his campaign website on “Civil Rights” and “Racial Healing” said that we “must” set aside federal tax dollars for “black infrastructure.”
“Communities that were specifically targeted for destruction need to be specifically targeted for repair,” Kennedy states on his campaign website. “During Jim Crow, Black banks, businesses, hospitals, schools, and farms were targeted for destruction. Racists knew that without these, the Black community had no chance of building wealth. We must set federal dollars aside to rebuild Black infrastructure.”
In a second paragraph, which appears to have now been deleted, Kennedy elaborated on his plan to provide “direct redress payments or tax credits to the descendants of the victims of Jim Crow and other victims of persecution.”
“These programs complement direct redress payments or tax credits to the descendants of the victims of Jim Crow and other victims of persecution,” the website continued. “RFK Jr. will find ways to offer this redress that are legal, fair, and win the approval of Americans of all races.”

Sidney Powell Pleads Guilty in Georgia Case in Exchange for Reduced Charges – Will Testify to Avoid Jail Time By Cristina Laila
Oct. 19, 2023 10:45 am – Attorney Sidney Powell on Thursday pleaded guilty in the Georgia RICO case against Trump in exchange for reduced charges.
Powell will testify against her co-defendants to avoid jail time.
In August Fulton County DA Fani Willis hit President Trump and 18 others with RICO and conspiracy charges for daring to challenge the 2020 election.
Sidney Powell was charged with counts 1, and 32-37: RICO, Conspiracy to Commit Election Fraud, Conspiracy to Commit Computer Theft, Conspiracy to Commit Computer Trespass, Conspiracy to Commit Computer Invasion of Privacy and Conspiracy to Defraud the State.
Powell will serve 6 years probation, pay a $6,000 fine and write an apology letter to Georgia, the AP reported.

Lawyer Sidney Powell pleaded guilty to reduced charges Thursday over efforts to overturn Donald Trump’s loss in the 2020 election in Georgia, becoming the second defendant in the sprawling case to reach a deal with prosecutors.
Powell, who was charged alongside Trump and 17 others with violating the state’s anti-racketeering law, entered the plea just a day before jury selection was set to start in her trial. She pleaded guilty to six misdemeanors accusing her of conspiring to intentionally interfere with the performance of election duties.
As part of the deal, she will serve six years of probation, will be fined $6,000 and will have to write an apology letter to Georgia and its residents. She also agreed to testify truthfully against her co-defendants at future trials.
Sidney Powell was the second person to plead guilty in the Georgia junk case.

When asked about allegations that Israel was responsible for the missile attack, Biden, aboard Air Force One, told reporters that the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas “gotta learn how to shoot straight.”
“Well, I can understand why, in this circumstance, they wouldn’t believe — I can understand that,” Biden told reporters.
“But… I don’t say things like that unless I have faith in the source from which I’ve gotten them. Our Defense Department says it’s highly unlikely that it was Israelis, that it would’ve had a different footprint and have intercepted some… anyway. And so that’s why if you notice it, I didn’t say at first… I wanted to make sure that I knew.”
“And look, I’m not suggesting that Hamas deliberately did it. It’s that old thing: Gotta learn how to shoot straight,” Biden added.

According to the Capital Police, over 300 “demonstrators” were arrested. They also told Fox News that they will be charged with illegally protesting in the Capitol.

US Blocks Brazil’s Bid for Israeli Ceasefire in UN Council By Fernando De Castro
Oct. 18, 2023 3:00 pm – The United States has vetoed Brazil’s resolution proposal on the Israel-Hamas conflict during a meeting at the United Nations Security Council.
The U.S. delegation justified the veto citing a change in the proposal’s text, specifically the inclusion of an immediate ceasefire request, which was introduced by Russia.
The document received 12 votes in favor, 1 against, and 2 abstentions. The sole opposition came from the United States, which has the power to block resolutions with its vote alone.
U.S. Ambassador to the UN, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, stated that the country could not support the resolution as it fails to mention Israel’s right to self-defense and should make it clear that the lives of civilians on both sides need protection.
Brazil’s seemingly weak resolution suggests an attempt to ease sanctions and accountability for Hamas, a terrorist group responsible for attacks against Israel.
At the beginning of the vote, Russia proposed two amendments to the resolution, calling for an immediate ceasefire and an unequivocal determination that attacks on civilians in Gaza must stop. However, these amendments were not approved due to a lack of support.
The document put forth by Brazil advocates for a “humanitarian pause,” a milder form of ceasefire.

For many, this incident serves as a powerful testament to the importance of upholding these fundamental principles in an era increasingly dominated by woke ideologies.
The incident occurred at a construction site in Saint-Pierre-de-Colombier where a new religious center was being built. Environmental activists from Les Amis de la Bourges (Friends of the Village) had gathered to protest the construction, arguing that it would have a detrimental impact on the local ecosystem.

“Ottawa also announced $10 million in humanitarian assistance on Oct. 12,” while Israel is still reeling from Hamas atrocities against its citizens.

Canada knew that UNRWA produced grossly antisemitic educational materials, but it kept on handing over huge wads of taxpayer cash anyway.

Democrat Rep. Jamaal Bowman: U.S. Should ‘Welcome’ Palestinian Refugees
Democrat New York Rep. Jamaal Bowman has called on the United States to “welcome” Palestinian refugees as experts predict that one million people fleeing the Gaza Strip will need new homes.
“Fifty percent of the population in Gaza are children,” the congressman told the New York Post on Saturday. “The international community as well as the United States should be prepared to welcome refugees from Palestine while being very careful to vet and not allow members of Hamas.”
His call for the United States to take in Palestinians came after Israel gave residents of northern Gaza a 24-hour warning to evacuate to the southern portion of the strip. Over 400,000 Gazans have fled their homes as of Saturday morning, the Times of Israel reported.
Egypt has closed its border with Gaza and is unwilling to receive Palestinian refugees.

Oct. 14, 2023 4:20 pm – Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian publicly warned Israel of an attack by Lebanon based Hezbollah that would cause a “huge earthquake” in response to Israel’s attacks on Hamas controlled Gaza after Hamas slaughtered over 1,300 Israelis and kidnapped 150 last Saturday in a surprise attack. Amir-Abdollahian also privately warned Israel via the UN that Iran would intervene if Israel invades Gaza, according to Axios.
Amir-Abdollahian made his threats while on a diplomatic visit in Beirut, Lebanon on Saturday where he met with Hamas and Palestinian leaders and (separately) UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process Tor Wennesland.

Iran sent a message to Israel on Saturday stressing that it does not want further escalation in the Hamas-Israel war, but that it will have to intervene if the Israeli operation in Gaza continues, two diplomatic sources with knowledge of the situation told Axios.
…Wennesland urged Amir-Abdollahian to help prevent a spillover of the conflict in Gaza and Israel to the wider region in the Middle East.
The Iranian foreign minister replied that Iran doesn’t want the conflict to turn into a regional war and wants to try and help with the release of civilians who are being held hostage by Hamas in Gaza.
But Amir-Abdollahian stressed that Iran has its redlines. He said that if the Israeli military operation continues — and especially if Israel follows through on its promise of a ground offensive in Gaza — Iran will have to respond, according to the sources.
Wennesland called Israeli national security adviser Tzachi Hanegbi and other officials and conveyed Iran’s message, the sources said.

October 13, 2023 at 11:40am – Due to the recent Israel-Palestine War escalating, the Biden administration is refreezing $6 billion in Iranian assets.
The New York Times broke the news Thursday, noting it is not determined whether the move is temporary or permanent.
This comes after former President Donald Trump urged the Biden administration to refreeze the Iranian assets.
President Joe Biden has received harsh criticism for unfreezing the assets last month in a deal to have five U.S. hostages released, per the Associated Press. The Biden administration also asserts the funds have yet to be utilized amid allegations that Iran funded the Hamas terror attacks that sparked the Israel-Palestine war.
According to the Council on Foreign Relations, Iran is one of the largest donors to the Palestinian terrorist group.
The Wall Street Journal reported Iran aided Hamas in plotting its deadly attack on Israel, which was carried out last weekend.
