November 21, 2024 The Conservative Treehouse – Despite the diminutive Ukranian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy jumping around and shouting about Russians firing an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) today, they didn’t. Instead, Russian President Vladimir Putin decided his response to the U.S-led NATO group firing missiles into the Russian Federation would be to send a message with a multi-warhead intermediate range hypersonic missile. {Background Message Context}
President Vladimir Putin said, “one of the newest Russian medium-range missile systems was tested in combat conditions, in this case with a ballistic missile in non-nuclear hypersonic edition.” The missile has a range of approximately 3,500 kilometers, below the threshold for the “Strategic Arms Limitation Treaty (SALT), that’s a reach throughout western Europe and the hypersonic message is likely, ‘you have no iron dome system that can prevent this.”
KYIV, Nov 21 (Reuters) – Russia fired a hypersonic intermediate-range ballistic missile at the city of Dnipro on Thursday in response to the U.S. and UK allowing Kyiv to strike Russian territory with advanced Western weapons, in a further escalation of the 33-month-old war.
Russian President Vladimir Putin, in a televised address, said Moscow struck a Ukrainian military facility with a new ballistic missile known as “Oreshnik” (the hazel) and warned that more could follow.
“A regional conflict in Ukraine previously provoked by the West has acquired elements of a global character,” Putin said in an address to the nation carried by state television after 8 pm Moscow time (1700 GMT).
A U.S. official said that Washington was pre-notified by Russia shortly before its strike, while another said they had briefed Kyiv and other close allies in recent days to prepare for the possible use of such a weapon.
Regardless of its classification, the latest strike highlighted rapidly rising tensions in the past several days.
Ukraine fired U.S. and British missiles at targets inside Russia this week despite warnings by Moscow that it would see such action as a major escalation. (read more)
The U.S, U.K and NATO war alliance, are desperate to provoke Vladimir Putin into expanded engagement prior to President-elect Donald Trump taking office. The NATO members, sans Biden, previously met in Brussels after the U.S. election to organize a strategy to Trump-proof their efforts.
Increasingly, it looks like Great Britain will lead the provocation effort, with full support of the U.S. war machine. We previously said to watch Moldova closely, because that strategic position would be the most likely place of western political influence to provoke Russia.
Indeed, as things are starting to unfold with increased urgency stimulated by the U.S. election outcome, now we see the U.K entering a new agreement for military defense of Moldova being prepositioned. Just today:

As the design of the strategy appears to be unfolding, Great Britain – with U.S. covert operational support, will position themselves inside Moldova. NATO troops are already on the ground there, much to the anxiety of the average Moldovan.
The intellectually honest people of Moldova, using the reference point of prior activity by the U.S in Ukraine, clearly see themselves being set up as cannon fodder for western military usefulness. The GB/CIA/NATO team appear likely to use the geography of Moldova to provoke Russia into some form of response.
The U.K can then declare their troops under attack, and NATO can respond with mutual defense of the U.K pact, via Moldova.
The baseline for the continued need to avoid any cessation of hostilities in Ukraine, is financial. Blackrock and JPMorgan have exclusive rights to the “rebuilding” of Ukraine, with access to all the resources therein. {Link} Thus, there is an alignment of interests between Blackrock, JPMorgan, NATO the U.S. State Dept. and the internal operatives of the Biden administration.

For his part, Vladimir Putin has remained reserved and careful in his response; however, as U.S/NATO missiles continue to land inside the Russian Federation, there is concern that Putin’s restrained responses may indeed escalate.
We hope there are backchannels between Moscow and Mar-a-Lago; however, without any doubt the IC is looking to intercept any communication that might possibly be taking place. Everyone in/around the orbit of President Trump likely has Nat/Sec surveillance on them.

November 21, 2024 Le Monde with AFP – Russian President Vladimir Putin said Thursday, November 21, that Moscow has the right to strike countries whose weapons are used by Ukraine to hit Russian territory, in a defiant message to the West. The Kremlin leader also warned the conflict had taken on “elements of a global character” and stressed Moscow was ready for “any scenario” in its confrontation with Kyiv and the West.
Putin was delivering a surprise address to the nation on state TV after days of escalation in the nearly three-year conflict that has seen Ukraine fire US and UK-supplied missiles at Russian territory for the first time.
“We consider ourselves entitled to use our weapons against the military facilities of those countries that allow their weapons to be used against our facilities,” Putin said. “In the event of an escalation of aggressive actions, we will respond just as decisively,” he said.
The ex-KGB spy has repeatedly threatened the West throughout the conflict, attacking it for arming Ukraine, trying to thwart his military offensive and hitting Moscow with a barrage of sanctions. But the warning issued on Thursday evening was one of his starkest and most direct, coming at a pivotal moment in the fighting.
Putin also confirmed that Russia carried out “testing in combat conditions of one of the newest Russian mid-range missile systems… Our engineers named it Oreshnik,” which means hazel tree in Russian. Russia struck the central Ukrainian city of Dnipro with a barrage of missiles early Thursday. The Ukrainian air force and President Volodymyr Zelensky accused Russia of apparently using an intercontinental ballistic missile, while Ukrainian experts were still examining the evidence to ascertain the type of missile used.
“The conflict in Ukraine has acquired elements of a global character,” he said. “We have always preferred to, and now are ready to resolve all disputed questions with peaceful means but we are also ready for any scenario,” Putin said. “If anyone doubts that, they are wrong. There will always be a response,” he added.
Putin also claimed Ukraine’s strikes on Russian border territories using ATACMS and Storm Shadow missiles had failed. Outgoing US President Joe Biden gave Ukraine permission to use the missiles to hit Russian territory earlier this week, after months of demands from Kyiv.

Argueta v. Jaradi
WASHINGTON, DC — The U.S. Supreme Court is sending a chilling message to gun owners when it comes to encounters with police: comply or die.
In refusing to hear an appeal in Argueta v. Jaradi, the Supreme Court is allowing a lower court ruling to stand, which threatens to erode Fourth Amendment protections against unreasonable use of force by police for all citizens who exercise their Second Amendment rights or who are just mistakenly thought to be carrying a gun. In urging the Court to hear the case, The Rutherford Institute had warned that allowing the Fifth Circuit’s ruling to stand could contribute to a rise in the number of incidents in which police officers shoot and kill armed citizens who pose no threat. For instance, among those shot by police in recent years merely for possessing a gun during an encounter with police were Roger Fortson, a Senior Airman with the U.S. Air Force, who was killed at his apartment in Florida; Philando Castile, who was shot during a traffic stop in Minnesota; and Andrew Scott, who was killed during a late-night “knock and talk” by police carried out at the wrong address.
“No one should have to choose between their constitutional rights or give up one right to exercise another,” said constitutional attorney John W. Whitehead, president of The Rutherford Institute and author of Battlefield America: The War on the American People. “With every ruling handed down, it becomes more apparent that we live in an age of hollow justice where the courts have become fixated on siding with government agents rather than with safeguarding the rights enshrined in the Constitution.”
In Argueta v. Jaradi, a police officer killed an 18-year-old by shooting him in the back, allegedly without warning, based on the officer’s suspicion that he had a gun merely because of the way he ran away from a questionable traffic stop. According to allegations in the lawsuit, around 3:00 a.m. on June 25, 2018, Luis Argueta drove with his girlfriend to a convenience store in Galveston, Texas. Police officer Jaradi and his partner pulled into the parking lot and observed Argueta in the store and then driving out of the parking lot. The officers later saw Argueta driving and claimed that the car lights were off and that Argueta rolled through several stop signs before the officer’s dashcam started recording. But dashcam video then shows that Argueta’s lights were on and that he stopped at all stop signs and moved at a moderate speed. Police followed Argueta for a few blocks before turning on their emergency lights. Argueta quickly exited the car and ran away toward a vacant lot across the street. Only Argueta’s left side was visible to the officers, and he kept his right arm pressed against his side. Within seconds, Officer Jaradi shot Argueta twice in the back without warning, suspecting that Argueta was holding a firearm because of how he ran. Jaradi’s partner said he didn’t know why Jaradi shot Argueta, who died on the scene.
Argueta’s family filed a wrongful-death lawsuit against Jaradi. Although the district court denied Jaradi’s motion for qualified immunity, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals rendered judgment in favor of Officer Jaradi. In calling on the U.S. Supreme Court to hear the case and deny qualified immunity for the officer, The Rutherford Institute filed an amicus brief arguing that keeping one’s arm and hand from view while running, without any other indication of a threat, does not objectively suggest a person is armed and dangerous to justify the use of deadly force.

November 21, 2024 The Washington Free Beacon – Comcast is finally cutting ties with MSNBC, the media conglomerate announced Wednesday. That’s bad news for the exorbitantly compensated and increasingly unhinged personalities who call the left-wing network home (for now). MSNBC and other declining television assets—but not the reality TV powerhouse Bravo—will be spun off into a new publicly traded company by the end of next year. That means MSNBC will soon be divorced from the ostensibly more serious and less overtly partisan NBC News, which routinely shares reportage, fact-checking (if you can call it that), and contributors with its sister network. Comcast brass on Wednesday told MSNBC staffers that the network’s name and peacock logo might not survive the breakup. The outrageously inflated salaries of the network’s top anchors almost definitely won’t.
The move suggests Comcast executives can no longer justify to shareholders the enormous incomes of “star” hosts such as Rachel Maddow, Joe Scarborough, and Joy Reid. MSNBC and other Comcast-owned cable networks continue to make money, but those profits have declined substantially in recent years. That explains why executives and investors are eager to rid themselves of the “declining assets.” Comcast’s stock price rose in after-hours trading on Tuesday after news of the decision was leaked to the press. MSNBC’s hosts have had a good run, earning sizable fortunes preaching partisan hysteria to a dwindling audience of elderly viewers. In the week following this year’s election, the network drew just 65,000 primetime viewers in the coveted 25-54 age demographic, less than 10 percent of total viewers.
“This is sort of a very clear, direct statement by Comcast,” Rich Greenfield, cofounder of the research firm LightShed Partners, told CNBC, which is also being spun off into the new entity. “They are exiting the cable network business. This is them saying we don’t want to be in this business. This is no longer a growth business. It’s going to be around for a long time, but it’s just no longer a growth business.”
Once MSNBC and its sister networks, which include USA, E!, and Oprah Winfrey’s Oxygen, are spun off into a separate entity, new management will use the occasion to “right-size” the business by firing staff and slashing salaries. The grotesque spectacle of MSNBC hosts earning seven- or eight-figure salaries to rant about Hitler to a six-figure audience—just five figures in “the demo”—will finally end. Some of the highly paid “talent” may threaten to walk, but where will they go? CNN? Nope. That network’s already started firing staff and slashing compensation. The gravy train is off the rails, burning in a ditch, and most Americans could not care less.

November 20, 2024 5:45 pm The Yeshiva World – Amnesty International revealed last week that at the same time that French President Emmanuel Macron is calling for an arms embargo on Israel due to “harm to innocent people” in Gaza, France is supplying weapon systems to rebels in Sudan who have committed unspeakable war crimes and massacres amid a civil war in the African country.
Amnesty obtained evidence of French-manufactured military systems installed on armored vehicles supplied to the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), Sudan’s most notorious paramilitary group.
Last month, the US sanctioned a senior RSF leader, stating: “The US is today sanctioning a senior leader of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), Algoney Hamdan Daglo Musa (Algoney), for his involvement in RSF efforts to procure weapons and other military material that have enabled the RSF’s ongoing operations in Sudan, including its assault on El Fasher, the capital of North Darfur. Algoney’s actions have fueled the war and brutal RSF atrocities against civilians, which have included war crimes, crimes against humanity, and ethnic cleansing. Rather than heed warnings from the United States and other partners, the RSF and its allied militia have continued to commit atrocities, including those involving sexual violence and ethnically targeted attacks on non-Arab groups.”

Canada Shields Nazi War Criminals Decades After the Holocaust
November 20, 2024 JBN – Canada’s stunning indifference to Nazi war criminals settling in their midst after the Holocaust has emerged as a dark chapter in the nation’s history.
In 1986, Canadian officials grudgingly released the Deschênes Commission’s initial findings, admitting Nazi war criminals had infiltrated the country. But the government has spent nearly 40 years stonewalling release of the report’s smoking gun—the section identifying these murderers by name.
“Canada was the primary dumping ground for Nazis,” former Nazi hunter John Loftus tells JNS. “It was a hideous screw-up.”
Loftus, who testified at the Deschênes Commission, estimates 100,000 Nazis who arrived in the Americas were never brought to justice. To Canada’s embarrassment, the country didn’t know until the 1980s that the service it used to screen for Nazis was so flawed that Soviet Communists had no problem infiltrating the system.
Multiple attempts to pry loose the Nazi documents through freedom of information requests hit a wall November 5 when the Library and Archives Canada denied the requests without bothering to consult Holocaust survivors and scholars who have long fought for the names’ release.
Needless to say, Canada’s decision to keep shielding Nazi war criminals has ignited fury among Holocaust survivors and Jewish leaders, with advocates blasting the government’s continued stonewalling as a betrayal of justice.
“By protecting their identities instead, the government not only insults those who suffered at the hands of these criminals but dishonors, just ahead of Remembrance Day, our brave veterans,” says Jaime Kirzner-Roberts, senior director of policy and advocacy at the Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center.
“Canadians deserve transparency and to know the full truth of our country’s history, and they deserve a government that has the courage to confront the darker chapters of our past.”
Yad Vashem spokesman Simmy Allen also condemned the government’s continued secrecy, telling JNS that “historical information such as this must be made accessible to the public.”
“A decision to withhold undermines the principles of historical transparency and accountability that are essential in addressing the dark chapters of the Holocaust,” Allen said. “Documentation and research pertaining to the crimes of the Holocaust must remain accessible to ensure that the memory of the millions of victims is honored and that the atrocities committed are never forgotten.”

DOJ and FBI Operatives Reach Out to Allies in Lawfare for Legal Protection Against Trump Administration Sundance
November 18, 2024 – According to NBC, DOJ Lawfare operatives and FBI agents within the corrupt and weaponized silos, are calling their friends for legal assistance and protection against investigations of their past activity.
It is easy to see how DOJ-NSD officials would be worried, particularly given the nature of how Deputy AG Lisa Monaco organized them over the past four years to continue Lawfare efforts against President Trump. Perhaps one name, Mary McCord, should be concerned a little more than most.
Additionally, the FBI agents who participated in the witch hunts against President Trump and his allies are also concerned. Both groups now reaching out to lawyers proactively evaluating their risk against the backdrop of demonstrably corrupt and illegal activity.
In short, the article outlines how they were nervous before, but they are extremely worried now that Matt Gaetz has been nominated as Attorney General. Many of them planning to exit quickly and take a low-profile position.

WASHINGTON DC – Multiple current and former senior Justice Department and FBI officials have begun reaching out to lawyers in anticipation of being criminally investigated by the Trump administration, according to three people with knowledge of their deliberations.
Following Trump’s decisive election victory, many Justice Department officials and career staffers were already nervous about the possibility that they would be targeted by Trump loyalists, particularly members of Congress. But the selection of former Rep. Matt Gaetz, a firebrand Trump ally who was the subject of a recent FBI investigation, to lead the department has sharply increased the sense of alarm, the sources said.

Switzerland Takes a Hardliner Stance Against Terrorism by Hany Ghoraba
November 18, 2024 IPT News – Historically known for its neutrality, Switzerland maintained decades of politically neutral and pacifist policies towards international conflicts while seeking world peace as a motto. But even with such a pacifist approach the country remains a target for Islamism and Jihadism as it witnessed a spike in terrorism activities recently.
Switzerland has taken steps to combat these escalating threats, which appear to some as a reversal of its historically neutral stance, by targeting Islamist terrorists such as Palestinian Hamas and Lebanese Hezbollah.
A Swiss parliamentary committee has voted to ban Hamas as terrorist group on October 23rd and proposed to ban Hezbollah for the same reason. The ban will be ratified by the House of Representatives and Senate in the upcoming winter. The ban would carry up to 20 years in prison sentence for any person joining or aid these organizations.
“It is not accurate to say that Switzerland moved away from a position of neutrality. It still maintains formal neutrality on the issue of conflicts between state actors, although in light of the Russia-Ukraine war, there have been official moves to reconsider that norm” said New York-based lawyer and journalist Irina Tsukerman who spoke to the Investigative Project on Terrorism.
Swiss security authorities remain on a high alert this year as a result of the mounting terrorism threats by the Islamic State against European countries according to a statement by Christian Dussey, the director of the Swiss Federal Intelligence Service (FIS) last August.
“The Islamist terrorist group “hadn’t done this for a long time. It’s really given a new impetus to the movement, multiplied by social networks”, said Dussey in an interview for the Switzerland’s Daily Tages Anzieger.
Around 30 arrests have been made across Europe of Islamic State suspects planning attacks the first 8 months of the year alone. Switzerland was not spared by the moves and influence of ISIS. Last March, a 15 year old teenager who pledged allegiance to the Islamic State stabbed a Jewish man in Zurich. The teenager called himself a “Soldier” of the alleged “Caliphate.”
The recent moves by Islamist groups warranted more scrutiny and even an update to the national Swiss counterterrorism strategy that was set in 2015 and updated last May. The updated strategy has enabled more freedoms for the police units in handling terrorism related issues and gives broader definitions for terrorism to combat the new threats.

Switzerland’s global influence stems from being the private banking haven of the world with over $9.4 trillion dollars in assets as of 2023 held in Swiss banks. Half of these belong for foreign accounts and entities. The code of secrecy for Swiss banks was upheld in 1713 when the Great Council of Geneva established a federal act requiring bankers to maintain a register of all their clients while forbidding the bankers from divulging that information to anyone other than the client.
US, Italy Must Prevent George Abdallah’s Release From French Prison Rami Chris Robbins
French prosecutors have warned that if released, he might attack again. Opinion.
Nov 17, 2024, 11:00 PM (GMT+2) Israel National News – On Friday, a French court ordered the conditional release of a pro-Palestinian Arab terrorist who assassinated two US Army officers and an Israeli diplomat between 1982 and 1984. The killer, Georges Ibrahim Abdallah, was involved in dozens of other attacks.
Abdallah was convicted in France in 1987. He was sentenced to two life sentences for murdering US Colonel Charles R. Ray and Israeli Diplomat Yaacov Barsimantov. In 1984, he was also extradited by Italy where three of his operatives likely killed U.S. General Leamon R. Hunt.
Since then, Abdallah has remained defiant. He was without remorse at 11 parole hearings dating back to 1999. French prosecutors have warned that if released, he might attack again.
Despite this fact, French courts have sought to release Abdallah as far back as 2013. When the US objected, French interior minister, Manuel Valls, blocked Abdallah’s parole. His new parole date is now set for December 6, 2024. This time, there are no signs of renewed US intervention or even interest.
The United States needs to act now. If it cannot persuade France to cancel the parole, the US has a valid claim to charge Abdallah with Ray and Hunt’s murders. The US has always extended extraterritorial jurisdiction upon those who murder US officers, diplomats, and service members abroad.
Although superseded by newer statutes, 18 USCS § 1114 was the law when Abdallah killed our servicemen. It has no statute of limitations for murder.
It therefore seems that the US has to once again finish a job for the French. Charge Abdallah with his crimes. Extradite him. Convict him in a US court.
I reached out to the US Justice Department to see if they had plans to stop Abdallah’s release, coordinate with the French, or explore extradition. They have not responded.
Italy also has a right to extradite Abdallah as Hunt’s assassination occurred in Rome. If the US does not act, Prime Minister Georgia Meloni should. Italy issued an extradition order for Abdallah to France in 1984. Inquiries to the Italian State Police and Prime Minister Georgia Meloni office did not receive responses.
Israel could also pursue extradition, but the French are currently imposing an embargo of armaments to the Jewish State. They would probably embargo a convicted terrorist next (Excuse the black humor).
Two cold-blooded murders
On January 18, 1982, Abdallah ambushed US Army Colonel Charles R. Ray on the street of Paris. Ray was serving as a military attaché in Paris. At 9:00 a.m. Abdallah shot Ray point-blank in the back of the head with a pistol as he walked to his car. Ray was a Vietnam veteran, married, and had two children.
Twelve weeks later, on April 3, 1982, Abdallah’s girlfriend and co-conspirator, Jacqueline Esber, shot Israeli diplomat Yaacov Barsimantov five times outside his family’s Paris apartment. Barsimantov, 42, was stationed in Paris along with his wife, eight-year-old daughter, and son Avi. In an act of bravery, his son, 17 at the time, chased the armed assassin into the Paris Metro.
In a subsequent search of Abdallah’s and Esber’s Paris hideout, Police found a Czech-made 7.65-caliber pistol, 55 pounds of explosives, two rockets, and submachine guns and other weapons. The pistol was a ballistics match with the weapon that killed Barsimantov and Ray.
Other evidence tying this evil duo to the crimes included a lease for the apartment where they stored the pistol and other weapons. In an act of overconfidence or stupidity, Esber had signed the lease. Further, the duo opened a Swiss bank account used to pay for the weapons and the rent. Their fingerprints were everywhere. Abdallah’s handwriting was found on a map in a stolen getaway car. He had written down the street address of one of the victims.
For French leftists who question the conviction there is also the matter of a very public confession. Abdallah and Esber were members of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP). Abdallah also founded and led the Lebanese Armed Revolutionary Faction (LARF). Under his orders, LARF publicly accepted responsibility for murdering Ray, Barsimantov, and later Hunt.
Abdallah was arrested and convicted. Esber escaped to Lebanon. She was convicted by a French court in absentia. She evaded justice and died in 2016.
And another:
General Hunt was gunned down outside his temporary home in a Rome suburb on February 15, 1984. Hunt was then supervising the peacekeeping operation in the Sinai Desert created in 1978 following the Camp David Accords.
As Hunt and his driver were waiting for a gate to open, three gunmen emerged from a Fiat across the street. They opened fire. One jumped on the trunk of Hunt’s car. Although it was an armored vehicle, the terrorist got a lucky shot through the upper edge of the rear window, killing Hunt.
While LARF claimed responsibility for the attack, General Hunt’s assassination is supposedly more complicated. That is because another group, the Italian Red Brigades, also claimed credit.
In fact, the two terror groups were connected. Abdallah’s LARF was known to be a hired gun among the fraternity of violent communist, anti-Israel, and Anti-American terror groups in the 1980s. Both the CIA and the US State Department have confirmed links between them. The CIA also confirmed many of the conclusions of the French and Italian courts in a report declassified in 2018.
Neither Abdallah, nor anyone else, has ever been charged in connection with General Hunt’s murder. Isn’t it time for an American jury to decide?
LARF also claimed responsibility for three other attacks on Americans, including the unsuccessful assassination of acting U.S. Ambassador to France Christian Chapman in 1981, the wounding of U.S. Consul General Robert Homme in Strasbourg in 1984 and the attempted bombing on U.S. Embassy staffer Roderick Grant in 1982. All told, Abdallah and LARF’s body count reached 12, and 250 wounded.
Even though a French anti-terrorism prosecutor subsequently said he will try and appeal the court’s order to release Abdallah, France is not a reliable anti-terrorism partner. Regardless of how that appeal goes (assuming it is filed at all), The US and Italy should intervene now.
US intervention before Abdallah’s December 6 release will cost nearly nothing. It will also send a strong message that The US neither forgives nor forgets when our servicemen and our allies are murdered by our enemies on foreign streets.
Pro-Palestinian Activist Convicted of Murdering American and Israeli Has Been Released from Prison Despite Never Regretting Killings By Jack Davis

The court said Lebanese terrorist Georges Ibrahim Abdallah, a pro-Palestinian activist, should be set free on Dec. 6 on the condition that he leaves France, according to Reuters.
France’s anti-terrorism prosecutor said it will appeal, according to France 24.
Abdallah was a member of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, according to an Agence France Presse dispatch published by the Times of Israel.
Abdallah was convicted in the shooting death of U.S. military attaché Charles Robert Ray in 1982.
He also was linked to the murder of Israeli diplomat Yacov Barsimantov.
Barsimantov was killed by a woman wearing a white beret, who shot him in the head in front of his wife and children.
Reuters reported that Abdallah was also implicated in the 1984 attempted murder of American Consul General Robert Homme in Strasbourg.
U.S. officials opposed releasing Abdallah, but Lebanon argued he should be freed, France 24 reported.
This year marked the 11th effort Abdallah, 73, has made to be released.
Abdallah has never expressed any regret, saying he was a “fighter” and not a “criminal”

Trump Announces He’s Going All-In on Mass Deportation Effort: National Emergency Declaration and Military Involvement in the Works By Jack Davis
November 18, 2024 at 9:26am – The Western Journal – With one word, President-elect Donald Trump confirmed that the national emergency caused by out-of-control illegal immigration will be brought to heel using the nation’s military.
Last week, Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton posted on Truth Social that “Reports are the incoming @RealDonaldTrump administration prepared to declare a national emergency and will use military assets to reverse the Biden invasion through a mass deportation program.”
Early Monday, Trump gave his ringing response: “TRUE!!!”
Trump said he will spend what is needed to carry out his deportation plans, according to NBC.
“It’s not a question of a price tag. It’s not — really, we have no choice. When people have killed and murdered, when drug lords have destroyed countries, and now they’re going to go back to those countries because they’re not staying here. There is no price tag,” he said.
Trump said voters “want to have borders, and they like people coming in, but they have to come in with love for the country. They have to come in legally.”
Trump is also expected to issue an executive order ending a visa program allowing residents of Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela to enter the country, according to Politico.
“All that stuff is going to end very fast, almost immediately,” Dan Stein of the Federation for American Immigration Reform said.
A memo from current Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas that had the effect of slowing deportations is also likely to be wiped away.
“That stuff’s going to end obviously, right away,” Mark Krikorian of the Center for Immigration Studies said.
A report from NBC based on sources it did not name said that the plan under discussion would double the existing 41,000 detention beds Immigration and Customs Enforcement is currently allotted.
Conceptually, illegal immigrants would be held in these facilities for a short time and then flow out of the country.
Areas the report singled out as likely places for new centers to be opened include Denver, Los Angeles, Miami and Chicago, while expanding or reopening facilities to serve as detention centers might be an option for New York City, Philadelphia and Washington, one of NBC’s sources said.

Catholic Pope Calls For Investigation into Israel’s ‘Genocide’
November 18, 2024 Jewish Breaking News – Pope Francis has called for an investigation into alleged acts of genocide by IDF forces during the ongoing wars against the Hamas and Hezbollah terrorist groups in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon, according to an upcoming book.
On Sunday, the Italian daily La Stampa published excerpts from Hernán Reyes Alcaide’s new book, Hope Never Disappoints. Pilgrims Towards a Better World, which is set to be released on Tuesday.
Among the excerpts published Tuesday were quotes attributed to the Vatican pontiff in which he is said to have cited claims by “some experts” accusing Israel of genocide, and backing an investigation of IDF war conduct.
“According to some experts, what is happening in Gaza has the characteristics of a genocide,” Pope Francis is quoted as saying.
“We should investigate carefully to determine whether it fits into the technical definition formulated by jurists and international bodies.”
Pope Francis has already publicly castigated Israel’s war against Hamas and Hezbollah, calling the IDF’s actions “excessive” and “immoral.”
“Defense must always be proportionate to the attack,” the pope told reporters in September.
“When there is something disproportionate, one shows a tendency to dominate which goes beyond what is moral,” he continued.
Even operations which are essentially defensive can be “immoral actions” if they are “excessive,” Pope Francis argued.
Later on Sunday, the Combat Antisemitism Movement slammed Pope Francis’ remarks, comparing it to the historic “Inquisitions.”
“The State of Israel is currently facing a war of intended annihilation on seven fronts, and these remarks look like a possible opening of an eighth front, from of all places, the Vatican, which can also lead to the spilling of Jewish blood around the world,” said CAM CEO Sacha Roytman Dratwa.
“For a Pope who appears to prize even-handedness and peace, we see that the Jewish State once again appears to be the exception.”
“It would behoove Pope Francis to choose his words more carefully because they bring to mind a horrific and bloody history of Catholic religious leaders attacking Jews for the enjoyment of others in public at tribunals and Inquisitions where the Jew would always be found guilty regardless of the facts.”

Former VP Mike Pence Pushes to Block RFK Jr. Nomination
November 17, 2024 Jewish Breaking News – Former Vice President Mike Pence is rallying Senate Republicans to block Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s nomination as Health and Human Services Secretary, arguing his appointment would alienate the party’s core pro-life constituency.
“The Trump-Pence administration was unapologetically pro-life for our four years in office,” Pence said in a statement on Friday published by his Advancing American Freedom PAC.
“I believe the nomination of RFK Jr. to serve as Secretary of HHS is an abrupt departure from the pro-life record of our administration and should be deeply concerning to millions of pro-life Americans who have supported the Republican Party and our nominees for decades.”
Despite his former boss’s pivotal role in reshaping the Supreme Court that overturned Roe v. Wade in 2022, Donald Trump has recently distanced himself from hardline abortion policies. Breaking with many in his party, the President-elect has so far rejected calls for a federal abortion ban when he returns to office, instead advocating for allowing individual states to determine their own abortion mandates.
Kennedy’s record on abortion has particularly alarmed conservative circles. Throughout his independent presidential campaign, he openly supported a woman’s right to choose until the baby is viable outside the womb. Kennedy has also committed to supporting legislation that would restore the federal protections previously guaranteed under Roe v. Wade – positions that Pence argues make Kennedy “the most pro-abortion Republican-appointed secretary of HHS in modern history.”
“On behalf of tens of millions of pro-life Americans, I respectfully urge Senate Republicans to reject this nomination and give the American people a leader who will respect the sanctity of life as Secretary of Health and Human Services,” Pence said.
Beyond the abortion controversy, Kennedy’s nomination has raised additional concerns among public health experts, particularly regarding his skepticism of vaccines, including controversial claims linking childhood vaccines to autism.
Meanwhile, Trump loyalist Marjorie Taylor Greene has already fired back at potential Republican opposition. Speaking to CNN, Greene warned that if Senate Republicans choose to block appointments like Kennedy’s, “they have to deal with Donald Trump and they’ll have to deal with Elon Musk and his great new PAC and the American people.”

Nov. 17, 2024 2:20 pm – If the incoming Trump administration has its way, thousands of deep-state bureaucrats who have lived off the U.S. taxpayer will have to find employment in the private sector. The cuts are poised to be so deep that entire agencies will be abolished.
The Gateway Pundit reported last Tuesday that President Trump announced Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy will head the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). Musk promised that the news “will send shockwaves through the system, and anyone involved in Government waste, which is a lot of people.”
Ramaswamy appeared on “Sunday Morning Futures” with Maria Bartiromo to discuss DOGE’s plans for slashing wasteful spending and shrinking government. Bartiromo opened by asking whether they expected to close down entire agencies, such as the Department of Education.
Ramaswamy confirmed that the Trump Administration would eliminate government agencies and make massive reductions elsewhere, including by reducing the number of federal contractors over-billing the federal government.
Ramaswamy then explained to Bartiromo how they planned to achieve such historic cuts when previous presidents had failed. The secret, he explained, was that the unelected bureaucrats who run the government (the administrative state) were created through executive action and could be fired via executive action.
Moreover, the Supreme Court has ruled that many government regulations authorized by the federal government are unconstitutional, which makes it much easier to scale down the size of the administrative state.
The Trump administration will then use the bully pulpit to pressure Congress, which will be controlled by Republicans in the next session, to deliver on other portions of the federal budget that must be addressed one by one.
RAMASWAMY: First, we want to go right through executive action to do the failures of the executive branch that need to be addressed.
The dirty little secret is the people who we elect to run the government, they’re not the ones who actually run the government. It’s the unelected bureaucrats in the administrative state.
That was created through executive action. It’s gonna be fixed through executive action.
Think about the Supreme Court’s environment over the past several years. They have held that many of those regulations are unconstitutional.
Rescind those regulations, and then that gives us the industrial logic to then downsize the size of that administrative state. That can be achieved without Congress.
Score some early wins. Then you look at those bigger portions of the federal budget that need to be addressed one-by-one.
How can the president of the United States, who’s been elected with a historic mandate, actually DO the things that voters voted for?
They haven’t voted for incremental change. We have voted for sweeping change, and the voters actually deserve to get it.
And we’re focused on how to do that as early and as quickly as possible.
