Dec. 15, 2023 7:45 am – A Ukrainian deputy blew himself up with a grenade at a council meeting on Friday. At least 30 were injured in the blast.

In her latest episode, Episode 9, Logan brings on former Louisiana police officer and current US Congressman Clay Higgins to discuss the events that tragic day back in January 2021.

Representative Higgins is famous for confronting FBI Director Chris Wray back in November 2022 on the confidential human sources dressed as Trump supporters INSIDE the US Capitol on January 6, 2021.

In November 2023 Rep. Higgins confronted Chris Wray again about the FBI’s confidential human sources that were brought to the January 6, 2021 protests. But this time Clay Higgins brought a photo of the government assets boarding buses before the rally on January 6 at Union Station.

On Thursday, Rep. Clay Higgins told Lara Logan that the FBI and DOJ are still placing innocent Trump supporters on the terrorist watch list making it difficult for them to travel. This practice still takes place today.

This practice has been going on since January 2021.

Rep. Higgins then makes this promise — that he will go after the perpetrators at the DOJ and FBI,  “They’re going down. These men and their high perch and their position of power and authority that are walking upon our entire history, our deepest core principles. They’re not going to get away with it.”

Rep. Clay Higgins then dropped more information on the suspicious white buses that showed up at the US Capitol full of operatives on January 6, 2021.

Dec. 15, 2023 7:15 am – No matter how clear Americans make it that they value the Second Amendment, Democrats absolutely refuse to stop pushing for greater gun control.

The Biden administration thinks it has found a new loophole to exploit by pushing for gun control at the state level. This would undermine the Second Amendment, but they clearly do not care. They just want what they want, when they want it.

Americans are buying guns at a record pace due to the drastic rise in crime. You would think Democrats would read the room.

Dec. 14, 2023 10:40 pm – The city council has decided that the people of Chicago will not be allowed to vote on whether or not the city retains its ‘sanctuary city’ policy.

Democrats have spent the last several years claiming to be the defenders of ‘democracy’ but when it comes to important issues facing the people who live in Chicago, these Democrats are telling voters to pound sand.

They don’t want people to vote on this for one obvious reason. The people will say that they don’t want this policy.

… Democrats accuse Trump of being an authoritarian. You want to see what real authoritarianism looks like? Look no further than Chicago, which is telling its residents that they have absolutely no say in this policy. They will live in a sanctuary city and like it.

 

 

Hamas Plot Targeting Jews in Europe Foiled, Arrests Made in Germany, the Netherlands and Denmark   By Margaret Flavin

Dec. 14, 2023 3:20 pm – Arrests by authorities in Germany, the Netherlands, and Denmark have reportedly foiled a plot by Hamas to attack Jewish targets in Europe.

According to German police, three suspected members of Hamas were arrested in Berlin and an additional suspect was arrested in the Netherlands.

The Wall Street Journal reports that Germany’s federal prosecutor shared, “One of the men, acting under orders from Hamas leaders in Lebanon, had in the spring begun searching for a cache of weapons the organization had clandestinely assembled in the past.”

The weapons were to be brought to Berlin in advance of a possible attack on Jewish institutions.

Prosecutors suggested the suspects were “strongly suspected of membership of a foreign terrorist organization,” referring to Hamas.

German Justice Minister Marco Buschmann said in a statement, “Following the terrible attacks by Hamas on the Israeli population, attacks on Jews in Jewish institutions have also increased in our country in recent weeks. We must, therefore, do everything we can to ensure that Jews in our country do not have to fear for their safety again.”

Die Welt,reports that national intelligence services believe Islamists in Europe received orders from Hamas leaders to dig up an “underground cache” of weapons “the terrorist organization had set up in the past.”

German police are still seeking the weapons cache.

The arrests in Germany and the Netherlands follow arrests of additional suspects in Denmark.

No one was ever jailed for the injustice, and the FBI, of course, hid this illegal act from the American public.

According to Rep. Eli Crane, “FISA 702 is a violation of the 4th Amendment. Additionally, this bill continues to entangle us in forever wars abroad and even managed to abandon heroes from Northern Arizona, including the Navajo Nation, that sacrificed for our country during WWII.”

According to Rep. Matt Rosendale, “FISA Section 702 has allowed the FBI to spy on U.S. citizens more than 278,000 times without a warrant! FISA should not be combined with our national defense, and it is UNACCEPTABLE that the D.C. Cartel is bypassing regular order to jam Members by forcing them to vote on two unrelated bills in one vote.”

According to Rep. Chip Roy, “”We have rampant [FISA] abuses going on. And this body is just going to extend the very mechanism of those abuses on the back of the National Defense Authorization Act””

Rep. Andy Biggs said, “House is voting to reauthorize the FISA 702 spying authority with zero meaningful reforms.That means our intelligence community will continue to conduct hundreds of thousands of warrantless searches on Americans.”

Dec. 14, 2023 11:20 am – When Ignacio Lula da Silva ousted Jair Bolsonaro as President of Brazil in a 2021-2022 coup, the global left cheered, expecting Lula to “save the rain forests” and “protect the indigenous people” of Brazil. A new Parliamentary Inquiry reveals massive corruption in Brazil’s environmental ministry and called for the indictment of Conservation head Mauro Oliveira Pires.

11.8 million acres of Brazil’s Amazon have been burned from January to September 2023, according to Rainforest Foundation US, nearly double the size of the state of Maryland. “The number of fires is accelerating: In September, 1.9 million hectares burned in Brazil’s Amazon, marking a 46% increase compared to August, when 1.3 million hectares were affected.”

According to Senator Marcio Bittar (Union-AC party), the report calls for the indictment of the president of the head of the government’s Chico Mendes Institute for Biodiversity Conservation (ICMBio),  Mauro Oliveira Pires, for corruption and misconduct.

Bittar charged Mauro Pires with graft by providing environmental consulting through the company Canumã, of which he was a partner, while he was head of ICMBio.

“It means that a public servant belonging to an agency that participates in environmental licensing processes has started to provide services to private companies in exactly the same area. Then, he returned to his position to continue involving himself in environmental licensing applications, on which he may have had influence,” Bittar said.

The report noted that environmental organizations “instigate and sponsor” prosecutors and prosecutors to seek court orders to suspend projects that could affect the environment in the Amazon Region.

Senator Bittar accused ICMBio and Ibama of delaying infrastructure construction with the delay in granting environmental licenses. “The NGOs pocketed billions (of Brazilian reais) while making the Amazon poorer every day. They work together to prohibit any infrastructure work for the Amazon. I don’t understand: if the Brazilian interest is to fight poverty, how will it fight if it can’t do infrastructure works: roads, bridges, wells, hydroelectric plants, and if it can’t access natural resources?” Bittar asked.

Hasan Bitmez, 54, an oppositional Turkish lawmaker, on Thursday died in Ankara City Hospital after suffering a heart attack in front of the parliament, Ministry of Health told Turkish reporters.

Parliament’s official broadcast showed the MP collapsing to the floor after delivering the speech criticising the President Tayyip Erdogan’s policy towards Israel to the general assembly earlier on Tuesday.

Iran Sponsored the October 7 Massacre. America Paid for It.   BY TONY BADRAN

A chronicle of the Biden administration’s increasingly absurd attempts to hide its complicity in the worst mass killing of Jews since the Holocaust

DECEMBER 13, 2023 – It may strike some observers as curious, and others as unimaginably evil, that only weeks after Hamas slaughtered over 1,200 Israelis on Oct. 7, the Biden administration awarded sanctions waivers worth $10 billion to Iran, the primary external sponsor of those attacks. The waiver, which allows Iran to collect money from the sale of electricity to Iraq, an arrangement that further deepens Iranian control of that country, came with an added bonus: Iran would be allowed to convert the funds into euros which it could spend immediately, without the usual requirement that the money remain in escrow inside Iraq. The prospect that Iran might immediately spend the money it receives on continuing to target U.S. bases in Iraq and Syria doesn’t appear to have disrupted the deal, either.

Which is strange. In the informal but apparently binding relationship between the Biden administration and the Iranians, minor events like a horrific, large-scale terror assault on a close ally, the kidnapping of American children and burying them in underground tunnels, and the regular maiming and occasional killing of U.S. military personnel on American bases in the region can hardly be permitted to interfere with the goal of ensuring that billions of dollars reach Iran every month, in order to buttress the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism.

Showing its awareness that there is something obviously bizarre—not to mention hideously amoral—about this relationship, the administration has gone to absurd levels to downplay Iran’s role in the massacre. According to The Wall Street Journal, hundreds of Hamas terrorists who took part in the attack received specialized training in Iran. Meanwhile, reporting in Israel indicates that Tehran was involved at the operational level to the extent that it determined the actual timing of the operation, moving it to October from its originally planned date during Passover. These reports are the latest in a series that began to come out immediately after Oct. 7, that have directly implicated Iran in various stages and aspects of the terrorist onslaught, in addition to its already well-understood role as Hamas’ main funder, arms supplier, and political sponsor.

DEC 12, 2023 5:00 PM – The Biden administration was forced to condemn CAIR after its boss, Nihad Awad, who had a history of supporting Hamas, attended the American Muslims for Palestine conference and bragged about how happy he was about the Oct 7 attacks.

Awad claims that his remarks were taken “out of context.”

Now here’s Taher Herzallah, Outreach and Grassroots Organizing Director for AMP, talking about how Jewish people are the enemy. “Anybody who has any relationship or any support or identifies himself as a Jewish person or as a Christian Zionist then we shall not be their friend, I will tell you they are enemy number one and our community needs to recognize that.”

I’m guessing this one will also be described as “taken out of context.”

The AMP conference included Awad, Herzallah, and Hatem Bazian, the co-founder of Students for Justice in Palestine, as well as AMP, who pretty much single-handedly made antisemitism the norm on college campuses.

Also present were Lena Masri, CAIR’s Civil Rights Director, and Fatima Mohammed: whose deranged CUNY Law grad speech went viral.

Supreme Court Takes Case With Major Implications For Trump, Jan. 6 Defendants   KATELYNN RICHARDSON

December 13, 2023 10:03 AM ET – The Supreme Court agreed Wednesday to hear a case with major implications for hundreds of Jan. 6 defendants, as well as former President Donald Trump’s indictment on charges stemming from alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

In a brief order, the justices agreed to hear a case stemming from Jan. 6 defendant Joseph Fischer’s request to dismiss a charge against him for obstructing an official proceeding. His case provides the Supreme Court an opportunity to rule on the scope of a statute, Section 1512(c)(2), which he argues has been used to charge hundreds of other defendants in an “unprecedented extension of the statute’s reach.”

“Hundreds of cases have been and will be affected by the scope of Section 1512(c)(2), including a case against the former President,” Fischer’s petition notes. “In addition, the use of Section 1512(c)(2) outside evidence impairment crimes is an extraordinary and unprecedented extension of the statute’s reach.”

The statute threatens to levy fines or up to 20 years in prison for anyone who “obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding.” Jan. 6 defendants, including Fischer, have been charged under Section 1512(c)(2) for obstructing Congress’s certification of President Joe Biden’s victory.

Trump also faces the obstruction charge in his indictment for alleged efforts to interfere with the 2020 election.

 

Protestors Who Want to See Hamas Survive Make a Mess of Senate Office Building   Spencer Brown

December 11, 2023 12:00 PM – A group of “pro-Palestine” protestors — read: those who are “demanding” a ceasefire that would benefit Hamas and give the Iran-backed terrorists a chance at surviving to launch more October 7-level attacks on innocent Israelis — occupied the atrium of the Hart Senate Office Building just steps from the U.S. Capitol on Monday morning. Their tantrum caused authorities to close the building to the public, allowing only senators and staff to enter the building.

Demonstrators carried banners that claimed “AID TO ISRAEL = BOMBING PALESTINIANS,” a creative interpretation of reality that ignores the fact that Hamas terrorists are using Gazans as human shields and the death tolls being parroted by these demonstrators are known to be inaccurate coming directly from the Hamas terrorist-run government in the Gaza Strip.

Another fact these agitators taking over a Senate office building seemingly want to ignore: it was Hamas that violated the first cessation in fighting during which some Israeli hostages were released. That is — not that the terrorists needed to make their aims any clearer — Hamas preferred to try killing more Israelis than to lay down their arms to end the IDF’s justified strikes on terrorists, their infrastructure, and their weapons hidden by Hamas in hospitals, schools, mosques, and other civilian areas. What’s more, Hamas had a ceasefire on October 6, then launched their brutal massacre that killed more Jews in any single day since the Holocaust. Hamas again had a ceasefire for several days in late November, then chose to violate its terms and launch more attacks on innocent Israelis. Neither time was Israel to blame for setting off the war.

Harvard covered up secret plagiarism probe into president Claudine Gay during antisemitism storm — threatened The Post   By Isabel Vincent

Published Dec. 12, 2023, 6:03 p.m. ET – Harvard University covered up a high-level investigation into whether its controversial president was a plagiarist — and used an expensive law firm to threaten The Post over our own probe.

The college announced Tuesday morning that it had investigated Claudine Gay over whether some of her academic work was plagiarized and had cleared her of breaching the college’s “standards for research misconduct.”

Instead, it said that she would request four corrections in two publications to insert citations and quotation marks that were originally “omitted.”

But The Post can disclose that Harvard spent weeks failing to come clean about Gay being under investigation — staying quiet even when she was hauled in front of Congress for disastrous testimony on how the Ivy League college is dealing with antisemitism on campus.

Harvard only disclosed the investigation when the university’s governing body, Harvard Corporation, said it unanimously stood behind her despite a firestorm of criticism for her evidence to Congress.

Harvard’s public statement on the allegations of plagiarism came a day after a conservative activist posted questions on X about citations in Gay’s 1997 PhD dissertation.

 

World Economic Forum demands $3.5 trillion per year to ‘decarbonize’ the planet, ‘reach net-zero and restore nature’   JORDAN SCHACHTEL

The anti-humans are at it again.

DEC 13, 2023 – The creepy anti-humans who run the World Economic Forum (WEF) have decided that we must do more to save Gaia.

According to a new white paper published Wednesday by the Davos outfit in partnership with McKinsey & Company, it’s time to print more money to further devalue the wealth of the common man, in order to pursue the apparent noble goal of “decarbonization.”

“The world needs up to $3.5 trillion of additional investments each year to reach net-zero and restore nature,” the report highlights state, adding that an organization spun up by the WEF called Giving to Amplify Earth Action (GAEA) is determined to shake down the relevant parties for the money.

According to the whitepaper, which is creepily titled, “The Role of Public-Private-Philanthropic Partnerships in Driving Climate and Nature Transitions,” private organizations should surrender their autonomy to governments in exchange for an endless amount of credit and a backstop of protection should their business fail in the open market.

I can’t help but point out that this is essentially the exact governmental structure of the Chinese Communist Party, which WEF founder Klaus Schwab has hailed as a model for governance. Must be a major coincidence!

Eastern Iowa Fire Department Takes Down Nativity Scene After Receiving Complaint  (VIDEO)   By Anthony Scott

Dec. 13, 2023 3:00 pm – A Fire Department in Eastern Iowa was pressured to take down its Nativity Scene after receiving a complaint from the far left Freedom From Religious Foundation.

The Toledo Fire Department has been putting up a Nativity Scene for over 15 years but was pressured to take down their display to avoid a possible lawsuit from the Freedom From Religious Foundation.

Residents in Toledo do not favor the Nativity Scene being taken down and are looking to lawmakers for help.

One resident stated, “They drove through the town, and they said ‘let’s pick a fight’ — they said ‘let’s pick a fight, let’s, let’s just send him a letter’ and trying to scare him into making a decision because if they get one, they get another.”

Dec. 13, 2023 9:00 pm – Rudy Giuliani was in court on Wednesday for the third day of his DC show trial as a DC jury decides how much he will be forced to pay Ruby Freeman and her daughter, Shaye Moss, for alleged defamation after he claimed the two women contributed to voter fraud in the 2020 election.

The plaintiffs’ attorneys rested their case after questioning Ruby Freeman for over an hour.

Following the 2020 presidential election, Rudy Giuliani and The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft and Joe Hoft were sued by the two election workers. Ruby and Shaye claim that they were threatened by third parties after the claims were made.

In August of this year, Obama-appointed DC Judge Beryl Howell decided that Rudy Giuliani was legally liable for defaming  Ruby and Shaye because he was late in producing relevant evidence to the election workers’ attorneys. So she pronounced Rudy guilty of the crime! We later learned that Rudy could not turn over the documents to the attorneys because he was not holding the information – investigators were holding it in another case against Rudy.

Howell is the same radical left Judge who recently went on an unhinged rant during a speech, suggesting that the country is creeping towards authoritarianism, not because of her uber-partisan actions as a lawless judge but because Donald Trump is a tyrant.

The radical and lawless Judge Howell is also overseeing the case against President Trump in Washington, DC.

How is this acceptable? This is something you would expect from a third-world country.

 

Ammo Prices Are Set to Spike Due to World Wide Shortage of Gunpowder   By Anthony Scott

Dec. 13, 2023 8:40 pm – Vista Outdoor, the parent company to several ammunition makers such as Federal, CCI, and Remington, has warned prices for ammunition are expected to rise in 2024 due to a worldwide shortage of gunpowder.

In a letter sent to customers, Vista Outdoor warned that they would begin to increase prices on all of their ammunition products due to “an anticipated global shortage of gunpowder.”

Vice President of Sales Brett Nelson stated, “Due to world events, our suppliers have notified us of unprecedented demand for and an anticipated global shortage of gunpowder, and thus has increased our prices substantially.”

Nelson did not refer to what world events are causing the gunpowder shortage, but it’s quite clear the War in Ukraine and Gaza has resulted in an increased need for ammo.

Hunter Biden on Wednesday said he will only testify “at a public hearing.”

The first son also made a damning statement that tore up Joe Biden’s corruption defense. One word Hunter Biden used caught the attention of Republican lawmakers and reporters.

“My father was not financially involved in my business,” Hunter Biden said.

Hunter was careful to specifically say his father was never ‘financially’ involved in his business.

Hunter tacitly admitted that his father Joe Biden was involved in his overseas businesses in other ways.

Lawmakers Introduce Bipartisan Legislation Demanding Harvard, MIT Presidents Resign   BY TYLER DURDEN

TUESDAY, DEC 12, 2023 – 04:40 PM – Update (1640ET): Hours after Harvard announced they won’t fire President Claudine Gay for refusing to condemn antisemitism on campus, as well as being a serial plagiarist, a bipartisan group of four House lawmakers are set to introduce a resolution Tuesday which denounces antisemitism at universities, NBC News reports.

The resolution, first obtained by NBC News, is authored by House GOP Conference Chair Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y.; the three other lead sponsors are Majority Leader Steve Scalise, R-La., and two Jewish American Democrats, Problem Solvers Caucus Co-Chair Josh Gottheimer of New Jersey and Rep. Jared Moskowitz of Florida.

The resolution comes exactly one week after the presidents of Harvard University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Pennsylvania came under fire after they appeared at a House hearing and dodged questions from Stefanik about whether students calling for the genocide of Jews violated school codes of conduct and should be punished.

Over the weekend, Elizabeth Magill, President of UPenn, resigned over her testimony to a House committee in which she refused to commit to an answer. Harvard’s governing body, however, said on Tuesday that Gay would keep her job.

“There is a reason why the testimony at the Education and Workforce Committee garnered 1 billion views worldwide. And it’s because those university presidents made history by putting the most morally bankrupt testimony into the Congressional Record, and the world saw it,” said Stafanik at a press conference earlier in the day.

 

Secret Service Boats Were Inoperable During Rescue Attempt of Obama’s Chef Tafari Campbell, Newly Released Records Reveal   By Jim Hᴏft

Dec. 13, 2023 7:30 am – Judicial Watch has disclosed new documents concerning the unfortunate drowning of Tafari Campbell, the former personal chef of the Obama family, revealing that there were operational failures with Secret Service rescue boats during the emergency.

On July 23, 45-year-old Tafari Campbell met his tragic end while paddle boarding on Great Edgartown Pond, Martha’s Vineyard. A female Obama staffer was reportedly paddle boarding with him.

According to witness accounts, without a life jacket and wasn’t tethered to his board, Campbell lost his balance and fell off his paddleboard into the water. Desperately struggling to stay afloat, he eventually slipped beneath the surface, never to resurface again.

Campbell, who could swim as evidenced by a video he’d previously posted, was found in eight-deep water.

According to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner of Massachusetts, the official cause of his death was ruled as an accidental drowning. No signs of external trauma were found on his body, as confirmed by Timothy McGuirk, a spokesman for the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security.

On Tuesday, Documents obtained by Judicial Watch through a FOIA lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Homeland Security uncovered that the Secret Service encountered crucial issues deploying their boats to aid Campbell.

“Newly released records show that when Secret Service agents rushed to try to rescue Obama’s chef Tafari Campbell, who was drowning, both of the agency’s boats were inoperable,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton wrote on X.

“The agents had to borrow the groundskeeper’s boat. A Secret Service report describes how two agents “attempted to start one of the boats but had difficulties lowering the motor. I headed down with [redacted] but told her to continue down and yelled to SA [redacted] and SSA [redacted] that I would run to get the keys for our USSS boat. I sprinted to the CP [Command Post], grabbed the keys and sprinted back towards the boats. A similar issue occurred with the motor on the second boat. We jumped into a third boat belonging to the groundskeeper and it worked without issue,” he added.

The records, spanning 31 pages, include interviews and reports surrounding the incident, identifying Campbell’s paddleboarding companion only as “Ms. Taylor.” She reported Campbell’s struggle before he tragically disappeared beneath the water’s surface.

‘Unprecedented’ 337% surge in antisemitic incidents in U.S. – report    i24NEWS

An advocacy group Anti-Defamation League (ADL) on Tuesday published a report indicating “unprecedented” increase in antisemitic incidents across the United States since the start of Israel’s war against Hamas. The ADL counted 2,031 antisemitic incidents that occurred between October 7 and December 7.

“This includes 40 incidents of physical assault, 337 incidents of vandalism, 749 incidents of verbal or written harassment and 905 rallies including antisemitic rhetoric, expressions of support for terrorism against the state of Israel and/or anti-Zionism,” read the report.

According to the ADL’s calculations, on average, Jews in America “experienced nearly 34 antisemitic incidents per day.”

The ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt stated: “The lid to the sewers is off, and Jewish communities all across the country are being inundated with hate.”

He added that “public officials and college leaders must turn down the temperature and take clear action to show this behavior is unacceptable to prevent more violence,” referencing the antisemitic controversy that has been taking place at the American universities.

The ADL says it recorded a total of 400 antisemitic incidents at university campuses, compared to 33 incidents during the same period last year.

The report also mentioned the fatality that occurred at the pro-Israeli protest in Los Angeles, California. Additionally, according to the ADL, “there were about 250 antisemitic incidents that specifically targeted Jewish institutions such as synagogues and campus Hillels.”

The Biden Regime jailed Owen Shroyer for speech crimes.

Owen Shroyer was sentenced to 60 DAYS IN PRISON back in September in a DC kangaroo court for his actions on January 6, 2020 and before. He stood outside the Capitol on January 6th and warned Trump supporters not to go inside the building.

Shroyer also frequently spoke out against the stolen 2020 election. DOJ prosecutors sought prison time against Owen for his speech crimes and of course, the lawless DC Judge agreed.

Owen Shroyer pleaded guilty in June to a single Class A Misdemeanor of Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds on January 6, 2021.

He was initially charged in August 2021 — eight months after remaining outside the US Capitol on January 6 and warning Trump supporters not to enter the Capitol along with Alex Jones.

After nearly two years of fighting charges related to his presence outside the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, Owen made the decision to plead guilty to a lesser charge.

Owen Shroyer told Tucker Carlson that he believes someone high up at the DOJ had it out for him and wanted to make an example out of him.

“I’m afraid that my speech is going to wind me up in jail again,” Shroyer said. “I do remember that every presidential election that Democrats have lost in the 20th century, they’ve questioned and they’ve denied. So it’s odd that one side can do that, and the other cannot.”

SHOCKING: New Poll Reveals ONE IN FIVE Voters ADMIT to Mail-In Voter Fraud in 2020 Election    By Brian Lupo

Dec. 12, 2023 7:00 pm – In 2005, former President Jimmy Carter and former Secretary of State James Baker famously co-chaired the Commission on Federal Election Reform.  In the midst of calls for “universal mail-in balloting” prior to the 2020 Presidential Election, it was “fraught with fraud and coercion,” as then-Attorney General Bill Barr told Wolf Blitzer on CNN’s The Situation Room back in September 2020.

AG Barr stated:

“We haven’t had the kind of wide-spread use of mail-in ballots that’s being proposed.  We had absentee ballots from people who request them from a specific address.  Now what we’re talking about is mailing them to everyone on the voter list, when everyone knows those voter lists are inaccurate.  People who should get them don’t get them, which is what has been one of the major complaints in states that have tried this…and people who get them are not the right people.  They’re people who have replaced the previous occupant and they can make them out.  And sometimes multiple ballots come to the same address with generations of occupants.  You think that’s a way to vote?”

AG Barr, as well as President Trump, warned about the potential for widespread fraud in universal mail-in ballots, sent without solicitation from voters to every address in a jurisdiction.  AG Barr told Blitzer:

“This is playing with fire…if people have to have confidence in the results of the election and the legitimacy of the government, and people are trying to change the rules to this methodology, which as a matter of logic, is very open to fraud and coercion, it is reckless and dangerous.  And the people are playing with fire.”

Well, a recent poll conducted by The Heartland Institute and Rasmussen Reports “found one-in-five voters who cast mail-in ballots during the 2020 presidential election admit to participating in at least one kind of voter fraud.”  Keep in mind that 43% of 2020 voters cast ballots by mail.  There were approximately 155M ballots cast in the 2020 Presidential Election.  43% of that would mean over 66M voted by mail.  “One in five” of 66M would amount to potentially over 13.33M ballots that were illegally cast.  But 2020 was “the safest and most secure election in history.”

According to the results of the poll:

• 17% of mail-in voters admit that in 2020 they voted in a state where they are “no longer a permanent resident”
• 21% of mail-in voters admitted that they filled out a ballot for a friend or family member
• 17% of mail-in voters said they signed a ballot for a friend or family member “with or without his or her permission”
• 8% of likely voters say they were offered “pay” or a “reward” for voting in 2020.
• 10% of respondents – not just those who voted by mail – claimed that they know “a friend, family member, co-worker, or other acquaintance who has admitted…that he or she cast a mail-in ballot in 2020 in a state other than his or her state of permanent residence.” (I personally fit in this category, as I know someone who admitted to voting a senior-citizen family member’s ballot)

The Georgia State Farm Center Election Night Report Is Proof that Chris Wray’s FBI Was in on the Election Fraud Cover-Up and More    By Jim Hoft

Dec. 12, 2023 8:00 am – This is the second part to our series on the FBI report on illicit and illegal election night activities at the State Farm Center in Atlanta, Georgia on November 3, 2020.

As reported on Monday – Chris Wray’s FBI, along with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s office, released a report in June 2023 where they announced that they “did not uncover any violations” during their investigation of the late-night ballot counting at The State Farm Center in Atlanta, Georgia on Election Day November 3, 2020.

According to the report, “Teams of investigators from the FBI, GBI, and Georgia SOS conducted independent and simultaneous interviews of Fulton County elections workers who were involved in the processing and scanning of absentee ballots at State Farm Arena on Election Night on November 3, 2020. Investigators from the three law enforcement agencies also reviewed the entire unedited security video footage of the events in question at State Farm Arena. SOS investigators independently interviewed party observers who were present at State Farm Arena that evening.”

They say they did not uncover any violations or evidence of wrongdoing. That’s because they hid it from their report.

The interviews for this investigation took place back in December 2020 following the November 2020 election.

According to the FBI-GBI report, the “bulk of the investigation appears to have been conducted in December 2020 and January 2021, but both the State Election Board and the Georgia Secretary of State’s office was backed up reviewing claims.”

Again, the report was just released in June 2023 by Chris Wray’s FBI and the GBI in Georgia – along with Georgia SOS Brad Raffensperger. It appears that there was no new information in the report other than what was known in December 2020, so it begs the question – Why did it take three years for Chris Wray’s FBI to release the report?

Several election officials went back to the State Farm Arena and they began counting ballots late at night without observers present. According to the Georgia Republican Party at the time, this was unlawful activity.

The move comes in response to the White House stonewalling the preliminary impeachment investigation launched by former Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) in September. As The Gateway Pundit reported, the House is running out of time to vote on impeaching Biden and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas before a month long break for the holidays.

On Tuesday, ahead of this crucial vote, the House Republicans released an ‘Impeachment Inquiry Explainer’.

The video features Rep. Jeff Van Drew (R-NJ) explaining the rationale behind the move, highlighting the corruption and misuse of power by the Biden crime family.

In a video narrated by Rep. Jeff Van Drew, several key points were made, including that the Biden family is running an “influence peddling scheme,” with evidence of millions in payments to the Bidens, including two payments that went directly to Joe Biden; a disturbing WhatsApp message purportedly sent by Hunter Biden to a Chinese executive was highlighted.

West Virginia Secretary of State and Gubernatorial Candidate Says 2020 Election Was ‘Stolen by the CIA’    By Jim Hᴏft

Dec. 12, 2023 7:30 am – In a recent gubernatorial debate, West Virginia Secretary of State Mac Warner, a Republican, made the bold statement that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) played a role in stealing the 2020 presidential election from Donald Trump.

As a 23-year veteran of the U.S. Army and the current Secretary of State of West Virginia, Warner positions himself as a “battle-tested leader” on his campaign website. His military and administrative experiences form a significant part of his gubernatorial campaign.

During a recent debate held by Metro News, Warner doubled down on his past allegations of widespread fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

This time, he implicated the CIA directly, stating, “The election was stolen, and it was stolen by the CIA.”

Warner referred to testimony by Mike Morrell, the former Deputy Director of the CIA, before Jim Jordan’s House Judiciary Committee. He highlighted Morrell’s testimony regarding a conversation with Antony Blinken, a Biden campaign senior adviser who later became Secretary of State.

According to Warner, this conversation involved a report about Hunter Biden’s laptop and occurred just days before the release of an Oct. 19, 2020, statement from 51 former intelligence officials. The statement suggested that the story about Hunter Biden’s laptop was ‘influenced’ by a Russian disinformation campaign.

“When Mike Morell testified under oath to Jim Jordan that, yes, he colluded with Antony Blinken to sell a lie to the American people two weeks before the election for the very purpose of throwing the presidential election. How does it not get stolen if the FBI covers it up and Mark Zuckerberg pays $400 million to put his thumb on the scale? That’s not fair,” Warner said.

It can be recalled during an interview that Jim Jordan and Kash Patel said that Mike Morrell confessed under oath that the Biden campaign was behind the letter signed by 51 former intelligence officials to suppress the laptop story.

The Biden campaign wanted something for Biden to use to defend himself during the 2020 debate against Trump, so they just made up an extravagant lie and recruited 51 intelligence leaders to sign the letter and lie to the American public about the laptop THEY ALL KNEW belonged to crack-head Hunter Biden.

The laptop included bank statements, incriminating emails, and photos of meetings and gifts from their Chinese Communist business partners.

The Biden campaign even hand-picked which reporter would receive the story, and they even called Mike Morrell after the debate and thanked him for lying to the American public for them.

Warner, a strong supporter of former President Donald Trump and an Army veteran, has been vocal on the campaign trail about his concerns regarding U.S intelligence agencies. He has stated that the CIA and the FBI pose greater worries for him than foreign adversaries such as Russia and Iran.

The Corporation released a statement possibly previewing the “official” reason why.

The board says calling for Jewish genocide is a “complex” issue.

Over her three decades as a professor and dean, she has made it clear that she is committed to fostering a university climate that does not tolerate harassment or bullying.

While the current issues at play are complex, her commitment to fighting antisemitism, Islamophobia and racism has never wavered.

President Gay is the right leader to guide the University during this challenging time.

The Crimson notes the Board’s decision comes as more than 700 faculty signed a letter Monday demanding the body to resist calls to remove Gay from her undeserved post.

Billionaire hedge fund manager and Harvard alum Bill Ackman said the board did not want to look like it was caving to his demands for her ouster.

“Speaking from Georgetown, Ali said Guyana’s troops are prepared to defend the nation’s territory after Venezuela’s Nicolas Maduro revived a long-dormant dispute over the Essequibo, a swath roughly the size of Florida where major oil discoveries have been made in recent years. Companies operating there were not intimidated by orders from the Venezuelan leader to leave the region, he added.

‘There’s absolutely no slowing down’ in production plans, Ali said in a video interview on Monday. ‘We are on the right side of international law, on the right side of ethics, and on the right side of history’.”

Maduro publicly ordered Exxon Mobil Corp. and others to withdraw from the area within three months.

Exxon leads a joint venture that includes Hess Corp. on Guyana’s Stabroek Block, exploring the world’s largest crude discovery of the past decade.

“Ali and Maduro are set to meet on Thursday on the island nation of St. Vincent and the Grenadines in a bid to de-escalate tension. The dispute intensified in recent years as the massive oil discoveries off the coast of Guyana led the small English-speaking nation to become the world’s fastest-growing economy. Estimates that Guyana’s economy will grow 25%-30% a year in the medium-term are “very conservative,” said Ali, who is targeting more than 1.2 million barrels of daily production in the coming years.

‘We are continuing to ensure that we are in a position with our international partners to defend what is ours’, Ali said. ‘But make no mistake, our troops are going to ensure the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Guyana is respected’.”

Online hackers affiliated with China’s People’s Liberation Army have infiltrated critical services in the United States, according to a report by The Washington Post.

Hackers reportedly targeted key services, such as power grids and ports.

“A utility in Hawaii, a West Coast port and a pipeline are among the victims in the past year, officials say,” the outlet wrote.

“It is very clear that Chinese attempts to compromise critical infrastructure are in part to pre-position themselves to be able to disrupt or destroy that critical infrastructure in the event of conflict,” Brandon Wales, Executive Director of DHS Cyber Security Agency, said.

Whoever is behind it, this attack is massive in scale and has the potential to spark long-term disruptions of sites, apps, and services across the internet.

“Tucker Carlson Network, a new video subscription service officially launched at TuckerCarlson.com announced Tucker Carlson, Neil Patel and Justice Wells. Patel is the company’s CEO running business operations. Wells is president and oversees all programming and content.”

Tucker released a statement: “News coverage in the West has become a tool of repression. Reporters no longer reveal essential information to the public; they work to hide it. We plan to tell the truth about things that matter – clearly and without fear.”

The Tucker Carlson Network (TCN) “will be home to multiple new programs. Access to both free ad-supported and paid premium video content will be available on TuckerCarlson.com. Carlson’s non-subscriber video content will continue to be available on X. And audio versions of that content will be available as a podcast titled “The Tucker Carlson Podcast.”

Tucker launched episode one of his show on X in June after Fox News fired him earlier this year.

Tucker Carlson was ousted from Fox News in April after the outlet settled with Dominion Voting Systems. He then accused Fox News of fraud and breach of contract.

Dec. 11, 2023 8:30 am – After Black Sea ports were blocked by Russia, the land exits faced disruptive protests by neighbor truckers.

Hungarian freight carriers, starting December 11, begin an official demonstration and block a checkpoint on the border with Ukraine, according to the Association of Hungarian Road Carriers.

Yahoo reported:

“Truckers from Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia argue they are being unfairly treated by existing EU policies because their Ukrainian counterparts do not have to purchase expensive permits.

Prior to Russia’s full-scale invasion, Ukrainian drivers had to apply for permits to enter EU countries. But Brussels suspended transport permits last year until June 2024 as part of the Solidarity Lanes Initiative to help Ukraine’s struggling export industry after Russia blocked Ukraine’s Black Sea ports. The protesters are demanding the EU reinstate permits for Ukrainian drivers.”

The development comes right after Truckers in Slovakia joined the Polish counterparts, who pioneered staging blockades at the border with Ukraine.

The spreading of the blockades in a protest over competition creates a situation that Kiev says has disrupted crucial humanitarian aid imports.

Dec. 11, 2023 7:45 am – Chris Wray’s FBI, along with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s office, released a report in June that concluded that they “did not uncover any violations” during their investigation of the late-night ballot counting at The State Farm Center in Atlanta, Georgia on Election Day November 3, 2020.

According to the report, “Teams of investigators from the FBI, GBI, and Georgia SOS conducted independent and simultaneous interviews of Fulton County elections workers who were involved in the processing and scanning of absentee ballots at State Farm Arena on Election Night on November 3, 2020. Investigators from the three law enforcement agencies also reviewed the entire unedited security video footage of the events in question at State Farm Arena. SOS investigators independently interviewed party observers who were present at State Farm Arena that evening.”

They did not uncover any violations.

Source: FBI reportThe interviews for this investigation took place back in December 2020 following the November 2020 election.

According to the FBI-GBI report, the “bulk of the investigation appears to have been conducted in December 2020 and January 2021, but both the State Election Board and the Georgia Secretary of State’s office was backed up reviewing claims.”

Again, the report was just released in June by Chris Wray’s FBI and the GBI in Georgia – along with Georgia SOS Brad Raffensperger. It appears that there was no new information in the report other than what was known in December 2020, so it begs the question – Why did it take three years for Chris Wray’s FBI to release the report?

Several election officials went back to the State Farm Arena and they began counting ballots late at night without observers present. According to the Georgia Republican Party at the time, this was unlawful activity.

Joe Hoft, who is a contributor at The Gateway Pundit, first released video at the time exposing election workers at the State Farm Center on Election night shoving stacks of ballots through the machines several times.

In one instance, the stack of ballots was fed through one machine three times by operator Ruby Freeman, and that same stack of ballots was then fed through another machine by-election worker Ralph Jones. The same stack of ballots went through the machines at least four times!

Here again, is video of the election workers pulling hidden ballots out from under a draped table, jamming the ballots through the machines multiple times.

** It should be noted that this was not just happening at one table but at multiple tables.

Dec. 10, 2023 10:01 pm – Billboard trucks were sent to Harvard’s New England Campus on Sunday demanding the university’s president Claudine Gay be fired.

The trucks displayed Claudine Gay’s photo along with the words “Fire Gay.”

Claudine Gay came under fire for dismissing the calls for genocide against the Jews to be a violation of the school’s code of conduct in front of the House Education Committee earlier this month.

Gay was among the university presidents grilled by Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y., regarding the rise of antisemitism on college campuses and the vocal calls of “intifada” during pro-Palestinian demonstrations.

Stefanik asked Gay, “You understand that the use of the term intifada in the context of the Israeli-Arab conflict is indeed a call for violent armed resistance against the State of Israel, including violence against civilians and the genocide of Jews… And there have been multiple marches at Harvard with students chanting quote ‘There is only one solution, intifada revolution’ and quote ‘Globalize the intifada.’ Is that correct?”

Gay responded, “I’ve heard that thoughtless, reckless and hateful language on our campus, yes,” calling it “abhorrent” and “hateful speech.”

When specifically pressed on whether calls for “intifada,” direct support for the genocide of Jewish people, violated Harvard’s code of conduct, Gay weakly replied that it “depends on the context.”

One truck circled the campus while a second one is at the main gate of the school showing her conversation with Republican Rep. Elise Stefanik of New York earlier this week.

A plane will also fly over the campus over the coming week saying “HARVARD-STOP JEW HATRED.”

 

New Accusations that Embattled Harvard Prez. Claudine Gay Plagiarized her PhD Thesis  By Benjamin Wetmore

Dec. 11, 2023 8:15 am – Harvard University President Claudine Gay has been under fire for the past week after her remarks to Congress where she refused to condemn calling for the “genocide of Jews” as hate speech.

Harvard President Gay was among Presidents of several other elite colleges who refused to condemn the remarks, including the Presidents of the University of Pennsylvania and the head of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Just this weekend, influential Jewish groups were able to force Liz Magill, President of UPenn, to resign. Chairman of the Board at UPenn, Scott Bok, is also reportedly resigning.

Since the October 7 massacre by Hamas-affiliated terrorists against Israel, the aftermath in American academic circles has been largely pro-Hamas virtue signaling. Student groups influenced by pro-Islam arguments have been highlighting the Palestinian cause and minimizing Jewish victims and concerns. These pro-Palestinian actions are taken on college campuses despite the strong, organized, financial and political power of American Jewish supporters of Israel.

Last month after major alumni and donors threatened to withhold donations, Harvard had to specifically condemn some of its own students after they praised Hamas, in response to pro-Israeli political and business pressure on Harvard. A prominent Rabbi at Harvard resigned in protest. Congress has threatened to investigate systemic anti-Semitism. Mobile video trucks are driving around Harvard urging President Claudine Gay to resign.

And now it appears that Harvard President Claudine Gay may have plagiarized her PhD thesis, perhaps the gravest of academic sins. Gay is Harvard’s first black President, taking office in 2023. Gay received her undergraduate at Stanford, and her masters and PhD from Harvard.

Argentina’s new president Javier Milei took office Sunday, with his trademark brashness, and references to the Hanukkah legend of the Maccabees in his inauguration speech.

The political outsider also issued a stark warning to citizens to brace themselves for painful austerity measures as he seeks to cut spending and curb triple-digit inflation.

The 53-year-old libertarian addressed thousands of supporters from the steps of Congress, who waved flags and chanted “freedom!” and “chainsaw!” in reference to the power tool he carried around on the campaign trail to symbolize spending cuts.

“There is no money,” said Milei, vowing to put an end to “decades of decadence” by his overspending predecessors who he said had left him “the worst inheritance” of any prior government.

Latin America’s third-biggest economy is on its knees after decades of debt and financial mismanagement, with annual inflation at 140 percent and 40 percent of Argentines living in poverty.

Milei said his election was a turning point in history like “the fall of the Berlin wall,” and that the only solution for the economy is “shock treatment.” “We know that in the short term the situation will worsen. But then we will see the fruits of our efforts.”

Striking an optimistic tone, Milei said, “It’s no coincidence that this presidential inauguration occurs during the festival of Hanukkah, the celebration of light.”

He continued with a reference to the story of the Maccabees, the Jewish rebels who defeated the Greek emperor Antiochus and rededicated the Second Temple, invoking a miracle that inspired the holiday of Hanukkah.

“The war of the Maccabees is the symbol of triumph of the weak over the powerful. Of the few over the many. Of the light over darkness. And above all: of truth over lies. Because you all know that I prefer to tell you a hard truth rather than a comfortable lie.”

 

Defense Bill Suspends Navy ‘Drag Queen’ Recruiting Program    By Margaret Flavin

Dec. 10, 2023 10:00 am – Congress’ compromise defense bill pauses the Navy recruiting program that platformed a drag queen.

The Gateway Pundit reported that, while America’s military has seen plummeting recruiting numbers, the Navy used a drag queen to try to convince young Americans to join the branch.

A report from the Daily Caller revealed the Navy thought utilizing  Yeoman 2nd Class Joshua Kelley, a biological male who goes by the stage name “Harpy Daniels,” as Navy’s “Digital Ambassador” would somehow inspire future warriors.

The Digital Ambassador initiative in which Kelley participated ran from October 2022 to March 2023.

After backlash, the Navy suspended the program.

In the new defense bill unveiled late Wednesday, the Navy is ordered to “cease all activities of the digital ambassador program” until at least 60 days after the Navy chief submits a report to Congress.

The bill notes that the report should contain the total number of ambassadors, the criteria for becoming an ambassador, ensuing duties and which social media platforms the individuals are authorized to engage with.

Not many people know much about Guyana, a former British and Dutch colony located on the northeastern coast of South America, eight across the equator line in the Northern Hemisphere.

The dispute was reignited in 2015 when massive oil reserves were found in the region’s territorial waters.

“The United States announced joint military flight drills in Guyana on Thursday as tensions over a contested oil-rich region with neighbor Venezuela prompted the U.N. Security Council to call an urgent meeting.”

 

University of Pennsylvania’s leadership resign following antisemitism hearing   i24NEWS

University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) President Elizabeth Magill resigned overnight, followed a few hours later by the institution’s board of trustees chair Scott Bok, after a contentious hearing in the U.S. House of Representatives that highlighted the Ivy League’s ambivalent stance on antisemitism.

U.S. Congresswoman Elise Stefanik, Republican from New York, welcomed the resignation, but said it was “only the very beginning of addressing the pervasive rot of antisemitism that has destroyed the most ‘prestigious’ higher education institutions in America.”

“These universities can anticipate a robust and comprehensive Congressional investigation of all facets of their institutions negligent perpetration of antisemitism including administrative, faculty, and overall leadership and governance,” Stefanik stated on X, following up on the congressional hearing.

“In the case of Harvard, President Gay was asked by me 17x whether calling for the genocide of Jews violates Harvard’s code of conduct,” the congresswoman described the hearing on Tuesday.

Magill had responded “it is a context-dependent decision.” And when pressed, MIT President Sally Kornbluth said it would be “investigated as harassment if pervasive and severe,” and “if targeted at individuals.”
